SoulFullHeart Co-Creator/Teacher/Facilitator Jelelle Awen talks about two group transmission events that are coming up on Saturday, May 11th and Wednesday, May 22nd over zoom at 10:00am PDT. These group transmissions are to support your Next Level activation and transition to more experience of your 5D self coming into your body. The Great 4D Reconciliation: The Orion Healing

There is a library of stories and information held in our DNA. There are more mental sections and more emotional ones. The power of this information is inextricably connected to the emotional state that it is currently in. So while one may understand so much physically or metaphysically, its use is affected by the emotional health of one that wields it.

I have been connecting with an Orion aspect of mine the past few days, and this very idea is what is coming to the surface of his awareness and digestion of such a violent and volatile existence. This connection has been more about his story. Wanting to get to the heart of the information. His said his species has been born and raised in Disregard. He noted that it wasn’t specific, just a general feeling of this nature. He could attach an object to it but the theme remained the same.

There is a high level of technological understanding, yet it sits in the heart of this disregard. The combination has resulted in aeons of violence unlike anything we have seen here on Earth. As we are a soup of this galactic DNA, we humans have this inside of us as well. It can conflict with our other stories from other star family lineages. This is what can produce some of what feels like we are insane at times in my opinion.

We may all have varying degrees of these aspects. Just looking at the political environment of our civilization you can see how this story line is trying to reconcile itself on our planet. It is a lower 4th dimensional loop that this energy finds itself in, like a dog chasing it tail. The polarities are stark and dark at times. The relationship to self, between male and female, and others of different racial, religious, and sexual orientations seem to be a part of this drama. It is where we get the fear that we may destroy ourselves and the planet.

Tapping into this consciousness as an aspect of yourself, helps to bring the energy into a different location outside the body and into the higher heart. Whatever the reactions are that feel intense, rageful, fearful, and/or uncaring can be heard within its story. A relationship to it can occur and the ambassordship of healing can begin. Orion is just one of those that we can connect to to help begin this Great Reconciliation within ourselves and our greater human family.

Energy UPdate: SOULar Flares/CMEs Provide Bridge to 5D Consciousness

Energy UPdate: The SOULar flares and several coronal mass ejections (CMEs) over the last three days have flooded us with sudden waves of ultraviolet plasma frequencies of Sacred Masculine activation. Whew!! Most of the CME’s energy drifted off into space yet two flares landed in Gaia’s atmosphere, causing radio brownouts in many parts of the world.

All this activity is coming from an active sunspot that is LARGER than Gaia and yesterday’s early morning SOULar flares was the strongest in over a year – an M1 class explosion, according to spaceweather.com.

Impacts of SOULar flares on our physical/emotional/energectic bodies seem to range depending on where we are in our Ascension process. For those more newly awakening, they can provide a JOLT of energy to bring them into sudden Kundalini awakening/surges or start creating some openings in their veil so they can start asking some newly important questions about 3D reality.

For those of us longer on this awakening path and leading the way as well, these flares may be more subtle in their impact. Providing a lift and a boost to our already unplugged from 3D and anchored in higher consciousness awareness. I have felt as if all my ‘clairs’ were turning UP somewhow…..more heightened and more receptive. This is a blessing during sessions with people as I can hear/feel/sense/see even more accurately and transmit a bridge for THEM too in a more powerful way.

You may be feeling quite tired as you adjust to these higher frequencies. Head/neck/shoulder pain and stomach/third chakra pain/upset may be felt too. Mostly, though, there is an opportunity to experience higher consciousness awareness then you have before. The Universe is offering a bridge!

We spent more time yesterday ‘earthing’ or walking barefoot through a meadow here….taking in Gaia and animal codes too with interactions with Peacocks, squirrels and even wild bunnies. THESE energies are very helpful to the grounding in of these SOULar frequencies too. And, taking in the sun’s energy into your chakras in a conscious way AS fuel, especially during sunrise and sunset. Plus, as always, checking in with parts of yourself (esp your Protector) to see/feel how they are adjusting to these NEW frequencies coming in.

Conditioned By Our Conditions

It’s my conviction, at least down to the place of it being my working hypotheses, that any and all conditions in our lives, be they outward circumstances, inner emotional realities, relationship configurations, etc. – both the things we treasure and the things that we detest, that all of these conditions are there in our lives for a couple of very significant reasons.

One reason is that as a soul BEing, we chose these challenges. It’s like anyone can be a champion on an equal playing field, so we chose to tie one hand behind our back, just to redefine what true championship could look and feel like. We wanted not just to be challenged, but to be profoundly challenged.

Another reason these conditions are there is because a part of us actually wants them there and keeps them there. A limiting condition is a familiar condition. When we entered this dimension, from where we came from, nothing felt familiar, or known, so parts of us are left in trauma grasping for anything to call or make familiar or to know as ‘family’. We are meant to be comforted. Just because a part of you aches for something to be gone, doesn’t mean other parts of you want it gone.

When we take ownership of this immense power of our souls choices and take responsibility for the very understandable reactions going on for parts of ourselves, we then can recreate our lives in alignment with true self love. We move our being from being grounded in victimhood to the true power expression of our heart and soul. We lead a different frequency expression that seeds profoundly in the collective. We change the world as we change our world.

Our lives look and feel the way they do not by chance, or by the grace of any god, but by the power and grace of our own sacred BEing that we are either awake or asleep to.

Moving Beyond The Stickiness Of Lower 4D Consciousness

4D consciousness, especially Lower 4D, is a place where parts of you or aspects of your soul dwell and fixate on something they feel isn’t working for them, usually outside of you. When they’re in this dimensional space, which is more of a frequency and consciousness moving through you instead of a literal ‘place’,  they tend to feel that they want something about themselves or life around them to change PRONTO and they don’t necessarily want to wait very long for that change to happen. There can be an urgency about it, like something needs to shift right NOW, coupled with a fear that things will NEVER change, that life as you now know it and how it’s configured (and especially the way these parts/aspects seem to be feeling about it) will never shift into what you/they really want.

In 4D consciousness, especially lower 4D, it’s easy to forget that what everything, every piece of your walking-around consciousness within you really wants is love… and that there is a piece of not feeling truly worthy of it until this unworthiness can be deeply felt and held and the process of learning to trust love again is walked out, step by step.

It can feel sometimes like you’re drowning in plasma when these energies come up, as 4D consciousness is like a thick fog at times, shrouding what’s good and trustworthy and often projecting a ton of your own shadow onto something or someone outside of you. The wrestling with life, with love, with energies, is always playing out somewhere inside.

It seems like this experience of 4D is peaking in a way right now. It’s wanting us to move beyond it, even though it can feel as sticky as flypaper with so much darkness still purging and shadows still emerging, which is actually very compelling. It has such a strong gravitational pull that is hard to extract from or bring love to at times. It has a feeling of an endless abyss or void where pain can just writhe and squirm forever. Yet, it wants us to move beyond it and take it with us somehow so we can heal it starting from our own inner draw to be in it.

Connecting with different aspects of you from other timelines/lifetimes and especially those in galactic warfare, like any Orion aspect stuck in a battle of sorts that you may have come online right now (as I’m starting to really feel inside myself) can help you understand your own pull towards this darkness and why it’s there. Any of the darker timelines your soul has experienced, including in the dark side of Hollywood (one I’m learning that my soul knows well) or the underbelly of politics in any era or phase of ‘time’, are coming to light now as they need to start being held with love and compassion. We cannot damn them, for we are damning ourselves if we do. We can only open our hearts to feel them, to let in the remorseful tears, and to let Divine love help us hold everything that is just aching to be held.

Now is the perfect time to start really feeling all of this, as the support seems to be there from the incoming energies and, like always, from the Divine. We are ALL being challenged to walk out what we teach or offer to others, to fill in any gaps of integrity with our real-life experience in every arena of healing and moving back into love in ALL ways and on ALL levels of our being. This is next-level love ambassadorship and Service of Love and we’re all invited to take our next steps inward that bring us into alignment with an ever-purifying self-love overflow that can’t help but serve and support others to cultivate the same within them.

Energy Update: SOULar Flares Offering Next Level Activations/Purging 4D Energies

Energy UPdate: MORE SOULar flare activity from the active sunspot that I shared about yesterday. This was a BIG one. Depending on how you react to ultraviolet energies, you may have felt this enter into your energy field and the purging energy afterwards….probably while sleeping, as most of us were during this time.

During dreamtime, I experienced a dark energy swirling around me. I kept offering that “I do not fight’ and ‘cannot fight’ these energies even as various weapons were being ‘handed’ to me….and eventually it went away. This could have been a surge/purge in the collective 3D/Lower4D matrix in response to this influx of higher frequency light. Continuing to offer peace, compassion, and ambassadorship energies allows these energies to move through and transmute to love.

Bliss waves, Kundalini surges are also so possible right now with the 5/5 gateway and the support of this SOULar activity too. Grounding in Gaia can HELP to ground the extra sun energy into your body and chakras to receive the high energies WHILE the karma/trauma etc energy moves through.

Raphael and I walked and sat in the trees yesterday and they helped us to ground in the energies through our earth chakras connected to their network of roots. The Lemurians (Inner Earth now) have been helping us as well with Andara crystal love and lots of frequencies of groundedness, contentment, pleasure, letting IN goodness.

You may feel dizzy, out of it, in another dimension/timeline, floaty….should feel OK though as you lean into the activations that are happening NOW.

From spaceweather.com: “Big sunspot AR2740 is turning toward Earth and crackling with solar flares. The most intense so far registered M1 on the Richter Scale of Solar Flares. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the extreme ultraviolet flash on May 6th (pic below).

Radiation from the flare briefly ionized the top of our planet’s atmosphere, producing a brownout of shortwave radio signals over Asia and the Indian Ocean. Frequencies affected were mainly below 20 MHz. Ships at sea and ham radio operators may have noticed the disturbance on Monday, May 6th, around 05:10 UT. This sunspot is a big one (especially considering that we are in a deep solar minimum). It is twice as wide as Earth, making it an easy target for backyard solar telescopes.”

Could this is a precursor to the SOULar flare Ascension event that so many have offered is going to take us collectively to the next level? Calibrating us to higher and higher levels of consciousness?

This is the update from yesterday, 5/5:

Last night 5/4, there was a SOULar flare erupted from an active sunspot, causing radio brownouts over the pacific ocean. This is unusual and rare in this SOULar minimum phase we are in, yet feels connected to the 5/5 energies coming in. A burst of 5D!

This active sunspot also caused a CME (coronal mass ejection) on May 3rd, although it didn’t head toward Gaia, yet rather into the atmosphere.

From spaceweather.com: “Returning sunspot AR2740 erupted during the late hours of May 4th (pictured below), producing a C2-class solar flare at 22:43 UT. Extreme ultraviolet radiation briefly ionized the top of Earth’s dayside atmosphere, producing a brownout of shortwave radio signals over the Pacific Ocean. Frequencies affected were mainly below 10 MHz.”

May The ‘Force’ Of Love Be With You

Love is a power. It has a force. A volition and a trajectory. It has a purpose to attend to whether it is active or passive.

Love is a gentle breeze and a torrential storm. It stirs, it clarifies, and it calms. Love hurts, Love heals, Love exalts.

So where does the ‘force’ of Love take you today? Is it inside? Is it outside? Does it lead you to tears, to fears, or to cheers? Does it invite you to claim, to move, to lay, or to wait?

Love calls us to listen and to respond. To feel where the desire, worth, and creativity are wanting to take you. To courageously make those difficult choices and find that power we buried deep inside. So far in fact we forgot we even had it to begin with.

This Love is what draws us closer to our truest most essential nature. It connects us to those that we are meant to commune and divine with. It shakes the tree and bears new fruit if we sovereignly permit it to do so.

May this ‘force’ be with you always and in all ways. May it be your guiding light, your biggest advocate, and your most challenging teacher. May the force of Love lead you into the shadow cast by your greatest light.

The process of inner work is what leads us to how we relate to this power of Love in all its varied and dynamic ways.

Unplugging From the Lower 4D Communities/Teachers/Relationship Matrix

You are your own mystery school. There becomes a phase in awakening when you no longer need to seek an outside source to guide you and remind of what those mysteries are. You no longer need to attend someone else’s school around this. You don’t need (even as you might enjoy them as a mirror) the channeled messages from other sources (from the light or otherwise) as you are connected to your OWN sources/aspects/guides from your Metasoul and star family. You remember your soul’s wisdoms and gifts as you connect directly with it (through connection with your Gatekeeper aspect) and your veil of amnesia lifts…what has previously been a mystery becomes clear again.

Some of what is presented as ‘mystery school teachings’ these days is still filtering through an outdated model of spiritual teaching anchored to many fear-based timelines. This outdated model is also what we could call the Lower 4D Matrix…or what some have called the ‘false light’ matrix. The Lower 4D matrix is still running on the fumes of fear-based energies, more polarized energies of good versus evil….a sense that there is something to battle and to protect yourself from. Spiritual warfare realities are from the lower 4D….the sense of battling the ‘dark’ for the ‘light’. If you sense a shaming and blaming frequency in a message or teaching, then there is still an anchoring/fusion to Lower 4D and even 3D aspects (such as the Inner Punisher) going on.

These lower 4D spiritual battle ground realities are VERY real to the aspects of your Metasoul (individuated soul source) that are experiencing them. These Meta sisters and brothers of yours may be ‘trapped’ in often very traumatizing timeline experiences of cultic groups, Artificial Intelligence, One Mind (mind control), narcissistic/controlling/manipulative leaders, etc. Some of these timelines are ‘ancient Egypt’, ‘ancient Greece’, dark and middle ages, Atlantis during the fall, Draco/Reptilian (not ALL though), some Orion, and many others. If you have Metasoul aspects in other timelines that are stuck in deep programming that keeps in place suffering loops of unworthiness, judgement/shame, abandonment/separation from the Divine/star family, etc….then their suffering will be bleeding into your reality in this life.

This bleed-through often leads to being drawn to these very same lower 4D energies playing out in this timeline. That can show up in narcissist/empath toxic relationship patterns in birth family members, romantic relationships and especially in spiritual communities and groups. Spiritual communities are increasingly becoming the WAY that souls are experiencing a recapitulation of the Lower 4D energies through experiences with non-vulnerable, controlling, manipulative even sexually abusive leaders that are ALSO caught in this cycle themselves.

This experience is needed by ALL the souls involved until it no longer is needed anymore. Some souls need to be activist and truth tellers for a phase about these Lower 4D realities and the corruption/manipulation/distortion of the ‘leaders’ within them. The waking up out of the Lower 4D matrix (the unplugging from it) is often a painful process of realizations, clarities, and advocating for your worth, your goodness, and your right to be treated with respect and sovereignty and equality. It needs to be lead by each individual soul and you can’t really ‘save’ someone from the experience of the Lower 4D mess/hell states while they are needing to be IN it.

This unplugging is often challenging because of how many timelines your Metasoul is experiencing this process on and also because the current mostly 3D consciousness collective is going through this too. The Lower 4D matrix can be quite ‘sticky’ in this way….difficult to extract yourself from due to how deep the entanglement can be in other timelines and collectively/archetypal. 

Connecting with your Higher Self, your star family in higher dimensional timelines, the Divine Mother and Divine Father DIRECTLY and PERSONALLY offers a bridge out of 3D and Lower 4D matrix realities. Healing the trauma from karmic cycles and patterns from this life and other lifetimes frees you up too. You can connect directly with these Metas in these Lower 4D timelines and help them to unplug, escape, and shift their timelines into higher vibe frequencies. This is a more direct way and much deeper way to heal the karmic wounds rather than just ‘studying’ and learning about these timelines.

As you experience yourself as the Divine spark that you ARE and the Infinite Love that you will eventually return to flows through more, you can separate and defuse from these matrices of control. They have served a purpose of offering polarized experience, yet you’ve now and finally outgrown them from your soul’s perspective.

So many more souls are now ready to move into total sovereignty and free will expression. It is your time to rise and shine? To allow YOUR own wisdoms, gifts, and remembered experiences to overflow from your self loving heart in service of love to those that may still need the mirror?

Love The Dark Into Light

Loving yourself is so much easier said than done. You can have the knowledge that you are a good person and that you deserve the world while a part of you feels the complete opposite.

Sometimes a movie and treats can help. Or a good cry and a big hug. Sometimes you just need to talk or write it out. Sometimes just some sleep will help you gain a new perspective.

But other times it’s not that easy. There are phases and moments that feel like a heavy fog is hanging down on you. Like you’ll never feel the same again or you don’t want to be here anymore.

I don’t have any one-size fits all answers for this but what I can say from experience is the importance of feeling. Without shame or guilt if you can. Let the tears flow, let the unworthiness surface. Cry until your head hurts or scream until you lose your voice. Write until your hand cramps and talk until there’s only you left to listen.

“…tears water the foundation of new growth…”

These parts of you that feel heavy and sad and unlovable have just as much a right to be felt and heard as the parts of you that feel joy and happiness. These are the parts and the processes that allow you to feel love and joy even deeper. These are the very furthest corners of your heart and soul – the ones that need the most love and light.

Then watch as you blossom into something new. Watch as the world around you turns from gray to a kaleidoscope of colours. Watch the little things you notice about people – the little habits they don’t even notice themselves. Feel your heart start to bubble with joy when you see your loved ones smile. Notice those dark corners start to let in the light and realize what you’ve known all along – that they are beautiful and lovable and deserve the world.

You may feel this in your body with a range from feeling tired, worn out, exhausted….to restful and peaceful. Tired moves to restful with more surrender into the BIG upgrading process going on now.

This gateway (and the ongoing Ascension process) is offering HUGE mirrors for us now. These mirrors are coming THROUGH others primarily….to see the parts of us that we may have rejected and disowned that are represented by other people. The ways and means that other people trigger you (esp. romantic partners) is a powerful reflection of a part of you that is being repressed, judged, not allowed to be felt.

Relationships of all kinds seem to be going through major transformational frequencies too with these tastes of 5D seeping through. The inner relationships are asking for, needing, and even demanding attention so the mirrors on the outside are getting put at increasingly awkward angles to SEE this. This can lead to sudden completions of relationships based in more 3D frequencies and beginnings of higher vibe sacred unions.

Self love, self care, self attention, self consciousness/awareness are wanting to be moved into higher frequencies of expression AS service of love to self AND with others.
