The Expanding Gap During Awakening

As our consciousness expands and the veil lifts more and more for each of us, it’s important to feel the part of you who very understandably may be feeling overwhelmed by the expanding gap of where you perceive yourself to be in your everyday life and where you desire to be.

This gap between the two is said to be where all growth and even meaning comes from. It’s where we get our motivation from to reach for more. At root, it is love inviting us into more. Life is essentially about this gap.

But this gap can also be used by a part of us to self inflict judgments. Part(s) of us, it seems feel it necessary to slow this process of awakening by using self punishment for fear we won’t be able to bear it.

I felt several mental trajectories this week about how I was or wasn’t spending my time or money, what I was or wasn’t eating, about how present I was or wasn’t to the moment, etc. As I found space to feel the undertone of self judgment, I could so lovingly feel the part of me reaching for some handrails in the midst of this accelerated growth phase. I had sweet tears as I connected with this part of me and it’s reaction/digestion of so many recent changes going on in my life.

You and I are truly such amazing beings, beyond what we’ve ever dreamed, where even our wildest dreams and even convictions about more only begin to scratch the surface. If that’s true, then it really makes sense that there’s some ongoing inner negotiation and ambassadorship necessary to hold all this from blowing apart.

Energy Update: SOULar Codes Invite You To Process Lower 4D Timelines To Anchor Into 5D Love

This is a photo I took of the sun yesterday! Wow!! Lots of codes downloading that want us all to really feel ourselves, really feel the parts/Metasoul aspects that struggle and react to the process of re-anchoring into higher timelines and more self-loving and compassionate frequencies.

It was nice on a high energy day yesterday to “log-off” and unplug for a while! When I came back online to check up on everything yesterday evening, it felt like so much intensity was moving through, almost more than usual in some ways. I highly recommend that if you are feeling especially reactive that you unplug for a while. Even in service of love there is a need to sometimes take a step back and not be on the “frontlines” (not always an easy one to learn or follow through with, I know).

This could be the peak (or one of the peaks) we are feeling in the 3D and lower 4D rumble… Where there is much to react to at every turn yet always an invitation to respond with LOVE and genuine compassion instead. Especially when it feels almost impossible to do so. If this is difficult at this time, the reactions need to be pulled back inward and parts of you felt in their pain and the chaos of their personal worlds.

It feels especially important right now to feel battle timelines in your Metasoul. To meet the Warriors and soldiers where they ARE and to be with what is moving through them instead of placing it all outside of you in YOUR life as you know it right now. This is key to anchoring more into 5D frequencies of peace and a flow of love and compassion that is genuine and integrative.

Personally, I’m feeling much more freed up from my own lower 4D process these past weeks. The energies of the Metasoul timelines I accessed and felt through are shifting more into hope, freedom, love, understanding, compassion… especially for themselves and what they’ve “done”, or in some cases, “not done”.

There are numerous timelines we all need to feel regarding these energies that keep us anchored ultimately into lower frequencies that can make us quite sick in body, heart, mind, and especially soul. They anchor us into hopelessness, fear, feeling like there is always something to push against, feeling as everything and everyone is ultimately against us, and in many cases this may have been true for a phase of your life, yet if it is STILL true, then why are you staying in these circumstances?

The answer to that question may seem complicated to parts of you, yet fear is the one that seems to anchor us all the most into feeling as if these frequencies are realer than the love that wants to come in and light us up, help us move through and heal each of these timelines, and help those Metasoul aspects of us from those timelines move into a new frequency where they can find the healing they need and yes, DESERVE.

Energy Update: Geomagnetic Storms Offer 5D Codes To Unanchor From 3D

Energy UPdate: Strong geomagnetics still coming through the series of CMEs entering our atmospheres from an active sunspot producing many flares and CMEs the last week. Geomagnetic storms are continuing today and tomorrow as we are still integrating the most powerful geomagnetic storm in YEARS, a G-3, that came through a few days ago.

You may have felt MEGA tiredness and sleepiness yesterday as the energies of the CMEs moved through and high SOULar winds fanned the ‘flames’ of the energies. There was also a sense of the veils being very thin yesterday in particular with much opened out access to channeling your Metasoul/other lifetimes and timelines….along with galactic connections to your star family and Lemurians too.

THIS is a time of powerful activations from the Great Cosmic Sun coming in and through our planetary sun and flowing into our Personal Sun Chakras at the top of our heads. This flow from sun to sun to sun is a stream that you can tap into through conscious connection. Seeing/feeling your Personal Sun Chakra about two feet above your head, you can connect to and tap into the codes that are waiting there for you to download and bring in.

“Codes” can so often be invitations to feel what needs to be felt in a NEW way. To ask curious questions about whether what and who you are giving your energy and attention to is serving your higher timeline or not. The ability to ask this question with openness to let change and choice points move through in response to the answers you receive IS a code too.

Higher timelines are being hugely energized right now….more clarities around them and what it is like to actually live and experience them. Not necessary all the details about how they will play out, yet what they will FEEL like and how YOU will feel living them is more accessible now than ever.

Feeling/identifying/being with the anchors to 3D timelines through undigested trauma, ‘loyalties’ to family dynamics, unworthiness, shame/guilt, confusion and fogginess, obligation/responsibility/duty helps to lift them. ALL of these can be signs of anchoring to polarized 3D frequencies and the programmings/conditionings that support them. The less you are anchored in 3D, the more you can receive the higher dimensional codes coming IN.

These geomagnetics are supporting the unanchoring and untethering and the FEELING of these 3D ties with the parts of you that have them. The waves of photonic light streaming in provide a sense of what life is like freed up from them.

Self care and love is important during these high geomagnetics. Being in Gaia, connecting to the Inner Earth support systems with the Lemurians, having a feeling sense of your 5D self AND your 3D self and the gap between the two, being in sacred union bliss if you are in one…..these are all helpful too for the unanchoring process that leads to more code integration .

Exploring And Honoring The Inner Feminine As An Integral Part Of The Ascending Masculine Journey

For some time now I have been feeling and acknowledging my inner feminine as a part of me. A very important and beloved part of me. There is a movement collectively for men to become more aware of their ‘feminine side’. This can be related to in a very general way that can just refer to our sense of sensitivity, caring, compassion, and intuition.

However, to take it a step further and give ‘her’ a name and thus a conscious identity within our physical masculine expression, can bring some interesting reactions inside. To claim our inner feminine is to relate to her in a very conscious way. It is to feel her feelings, her needs, her wounding, her story.

What has life been like for her in this male body in the context of a more patriarchal society?

If I explore this will I begin to question my own sexuality?

What will other people say if I claim her as an integral part of my being?

So to another part of me it feels like ‘coming out of the closet’. To my inner feminine part, who goes by Genevieve, this can be a bit unnerving as well considering the experiential history of feeling like she has not been welcome among other men in my life. Any hint of sensitivity that could be turned against her and me, Gabriel, was immediately thwarted by my protector.

There was a moment a while back when I could feel how growing up Genevieve would try to be a man the best she could to fit in. Doing and saying things that just weren’t her. When I actually felt this in my heart, we both had tears around it. I felt tears not just for myself but for all the other men who have these feminine parts doing the same exact thing. Men that I knew, that I friendships with.

In feeling her, I got to see and feel myself in a whole new way that actually has allowed my true masculine to emerge to the surface. Not the masculine prescribed by conditioning and trauma, but a more balanced and healthy masculine that can love and respond to his counterpart feminine.

I feel I am part of a band of brothers who live with this everyday but may be unaware or resistant to it for very good reasons. It goes beyond sexual identity and into what lives and breathes in our hearts and souls. I believe She is the next frontier of our collective male healing journey. She connects us to our Higher Heart, our sensuality, our creativity, our compassion, our intuition. She is a bridge to what lies in the shadow of the wounded masculine and his emergence into healthy strength and power.

There is more to this connection and what it means for us as spiritual male human beings. It is a beginning point for further feeling, exploration, and digestion. This comes on the heals of some pretty heavy Orion timeline bleed-throughs that need the feminine to hold and heal. I will be writing more about this as it seems fitting and necessary.

Thank you for taking in this very vulnerable and important part of my process and hope that it lands in the hearts of those it is meant to.

A Man’s Journey To Self Through Feeling His Relationship To His Mother

A man’s relationship to and with his mother has such a big influence in his relationship to women, the feminine (internally and externally), and his ability to let in the kind of love he yearns for. It also has an impact on his individuation as a man in the process of maturation and ascension.

As a man, this relationship has deep roots not just in this life but in our soul. So much of our wounding can be projected onto our mothers, as well as onto other women because of our relationship to our mothers. Unearthing these roots and entanglements takes a man into a sacred journey of finding his truth and his own inner feminine energy.

It makes it very difficult to feel that when in a wounded relationship to mom. This can come in the form of of the Inner Protector, Inner Teenager, the Inner Child, as well as our Inner Mother/Father. There is a natural and necessary phase when a man needs to unachor from his mother to find the depths of its wound and authentic transactability.

At some point, the Divine Mother replaces the deeper need a man has in his soul and a new, conscious relationship can arise between mother and son if each are doing their work. This more vulnerable and authentic relationship can inspire and inform a sacred romance with a woman that is not based in the recapitulation of this wounded mother-son wounding.

On this Day of Mother, I feel a desire to hold all men accountable to their authentic and conscious relationship to their mothers, the feminine, and the Divine Mother of all. Only then can real and true growth happen in the heart, the genitals, and the soul.

Next Level Group Transmissions 5/11 and 5/22!

Energy UPdate: May 9 SOULar Flare Providing 5D Sacred Human Violetprint Codes

Energy UPdate: ANOTHER SOULar flare blasted out from the large active sunspot that we’ve been receiving energy from for the last several days!! Did you feel it? This one happened today May 9th at 05:50 am UT, when most of us were sleeping again. You may have had crazy, wild, and vivid dreams with a desire to just keep sleeping and drifting when you finally did wake up. I had that ‘here but not here’ feeling of still being in the astrals even as I am awake in the body.

This sunspot is actually starting to break up somewhat with a ‘light bridge’ (as they call it) forming a valley between two large sections of it, which dissipates the energy from it a bit. Yet still, this flare from it caused some brownouts again with radiation from the flare briefly ionized the top of Earth’s atmosphere, causing a brownout of shortwave radiation over Asia and the Indian Ocean, according to spaceweather.com. There is also a CME headed our way, with minor geomagnetic storms expected to create auroras on May 11th. My Arcturian, Pleiadian, and Lemurian aspects/guides were ALL offering the sense that more flares/SOULar activations were coming from this particular sunspot, which feels connected to and activated by the 5/5 gateway. They are giving me the sense of Next Level activations of 5D consciousness being infused by these energies. These are being offered from the Cosmic sun to the planetary sun to flow into our personal sun chakras (two feet above our heads) to light up our 5D sacred human violetprint (the energies are ultraviolet). The SOUlar energies are being then anchored into Gaia through the andara crystal grid consciousness in Inner Earth, overlooked by the Inner Earth Lemurians. More on this to come.

You may really be noticing now more people around you starting to awaken and be more interested in what you’ve been trying to share with them about Ascension. Be gentle, compassionate, and patient if you can with them and with yourself. There is much to digest and process for the newly awakening soul….and we haven’t even gotten into the deeper disclosure phase yet!

I did an Ascension Energy healing session this week and I could see/feel the solar flares energies in the person’s energy field. We put the ‘codes’ from the flare down into all of her chakras through accessing the Personal Sun chakra. She felt a wave of warm, loving, and joy activating energy in doing this. We saw the ultraviolet frequencies as captured in the video and screen shot below. We also worked with her inner child to move her into a frequency of magical star seed, very helpful to the receiving of these codes!
