The Need For Discernment & Connection In Spiritual Healing: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Apr 29, 2019)

With all of the big shifts and changes that happen through your individual process of healing and Ascension, there is an energy within you that likely has a good reason to be defensive and highly discerning (sometimes to the point of deep mistrust). This energy can be felt as your loyal Inner Protector, who has a growing radar for “BS” in all areas of life, but especially in spirituality where it tends to feel the most burned, deceived or confused. Beltane Blessings & Celebrations Of Love & Healing

Happy Beltane to you ALL… this day is a day to begin anew, to remember what you are worth as man or woman, to be in the ache of your springtime renewal inside, that wants and waits to share and BE with a mate that loves and cherishes you as much as you do… and cherishes themselves too. The Beltane fire helps us to burn away the old, the rigid, the now stale old harnesses of the ‘past’. Being with parts of you who have reactions to this process is important on this and every day…

This poem I composed two years ago and it still stands as one of my deepest, as my soul so knows Beltane from many sides of it and many roles within it. I feel personal themes emerging this year of letting in the bigness of this soul within me that knows how to gestate in inner healing processes and celebrate the emergence of a new sense of my bigness and desire to serve.

I dedicate this poem and all of the frequencies within it this year to my beloved husband/mate Gabriel Solais with whom I share my heart, body and soul and many exquisite layers of each, and I dedicate it to my beloved Inner Masculine too, who has been and always will be an inner rock for my feminine parts to lean into. ❤

I dedicate it to YOU as well, seeker of heart and soul, that you’ll find what’s next for you on your sacred path becoming revealed to you on a deeper level, whether wrapped in self-mateship or mateship with an other.

When the smoke clears

on life’s regulating ways

and gives way to the undulating meadows

of new love’s first spring,

we dined and danced

and brought together our intertwining

to mingle in the love light

of the divine masculine and feminine dawnings.

In Beltane’s new arrivals, love

we’ll linger long

in embraces for only us to feel

in the eye of the mind’s connection

of a crisp and ripe chapter

brings us closer

in all elements of this life’s wanderings.

Relation-ships – Me, You and Us

Every relationship that we enter, that we chose to remain inside of or that we choose to leave, has powerful effects on our souls healing journey.

Yesterday, I met with my sister, Brenda, after not having almost any contact for the past ten years. It was meaningful for a part of me to receive a mini update on my mother, two other siblings, my former wife, two daughters, nieces and nephews and even my own grandchildren whom I haven’t met, as well as more distant family.

In 2009, I chose to largely break off contact with family. I always felt and still do feel that what I was saying no to, was to meet inside of family gatherings where my own changing views of life, and particularly my leaving of Christianity were not welcome as part of the conversation. I also couldn’t expect any of them to be okay with any kind of demand on my part for them to be curious and genuinely interested. What moved for me recently was a desire to be accountable for any hurt I caused in my abrupt departure from family.

I came away from our coffee shop reunion feeling quite a bit of mixed emotions. I had an expanded sense of how all of us in this human experience gravitate to or away from relationships has so much to do with a deep wound we carry inside, mostly subconsciously of our feelings of having lost connection with the Divine, how we were birthed out of a bliss oneness place into individuated consciousness that leaves us with a deep residual separation inside and outside that we are left to integrate. This feels to me like the true hero’s journey, coming back into remembrance of our true essence, that we never actually left or lost any of our divine essence, but rather were given the perception of loss, as a deep wound, that when and as we heal from that wound, we grow into even more than we were in our original state of bliss and oneness.

On a more human level, I felt how ten years had gone by with my family, and how it was hard to see from my perspective where much in terms of growth had changed emotionally or spiritually. I know that’s a judgment on my part, but one I can’t deny. While in connection with family, I was constantly tugging on them to see beyond what I felt were limitations on growth. Even while inside of Christianity, I was constantly jumping camps and switching loyalties all in an effort to break out of something and to break into something more that my soul knew was there. I grew tired of that tugging and so did they, understandably. I get how each of us has a different clock speed setting for our growth, but yet, I believe that this too is something we can consciously shift if we desire to. We awaken to how much parts of us are allowing or disallowing in terms of our growth. We are not victims of fate, or of the Divine, but rather, parts of use the perceptions of victimhood, to govern the pace of our growth.

It was difficult to chose to leave the family circle, to face some of their angsts, to engage or not to engage in communication. I knew I needed and deeply wanted community in my life and I still know that. Community, at heart, I’ve been learning has to do with our kindness, acknowledging that despite our very real differences, that we are still of the same kind. Both are true. We are one, yet we are individual. We have resonance and we have dissonance in relationships. We came here to have that juice.

I am left with a deeper digestion that the relationships we keep and how we keep them is something profoundly sacred for each individual. Some relationships are given to us for the growth we will encounter in leaving them. Ultimately, every relationship we enter, we will leave on this earthly plane. Knowing and feeling that, we are invited to be present in the present with the present of what we have now – to hold it with reverence for the Divine in all of us. This is why we have funerals, a place to return to feeling for the reverence of all of life. We enter the feeling of death to more fully enter the feeling of life.

Deep profound deaths and rebirths are something that we can enter here in the course of our lives, without needing to wait for us to leave the body. I recently went through the most heart rending completion of my relationship with Jelelle, where we ‘broke up’ and have since magically found our way back to the deepest of reopenings, where the magnitude of the pain of loss only compares to the magnitude of joy on the other side. Losing my relationship with Jelelle also seemed inextricably intertwined with the losing of my beloved SoulFullHeart community that has been my family for the past ten years. It felt like history repeating itself all over again. I could also feel Metasoul aspects of mine who know the pattern of excommunication and we’re still stuck in their suffering loops and reactions around those dramas. Feeling these Metasoul aspects and helping them shift felt like it gave me a big gift in this dimension to go to my next places of growth.

I feel how we are all being invited, when we find our heart breaking, to let it break open, to parts of ourselves, to the Divine, and to one another – not with duty and obligation to old caretaking ways of being, but with love, transparency and our deepest desires leading the way.

This is the journey we signed up for; gain and loss; joy and sorrow, even the inevitable of hurting others and being hurt.

We return to our divinity as we return to our humanity only to find there is no difference.

I also see how we, at a deep soul level, don’t actually leave any relationship even if we break off contact or interaction. Our souls are so much bigger than what is or isn’t currently happening on the earth plane, conducting business for our growth regardless of how much of it we can see or feel, or from what paradigm we are consciously coming from.

Celebrating Sacred Union On Beltane/May Day

Bright blessings to you on May Day……Beltane as those with Celtic/Avalon/Druid timelines know this day! My soul knows Beltane, celebration of the completion of winter and the beginning of later spring/summer. My soul knows dancing around the May Pole with ribbons that reflect the newly blooming buds. And my soul knows prancing around the bon fires that light up the night sky with a nearly full moon as a celestial feminine witness to the celebrations. My soul knows channeling the Goddess, floating out of my body and into the Infinite Spaces of near complete merging with Her.

It knows the reunion and coming together of sacred feminine and sacred masculine on this day. The pursuit of the stag king and the claim of the priestess representing the Goddess during their sexual union. My soul knows the feeling of this claiming and communion, whether literal in the physical with a man or in a symbolic dance of masculine and feminine energies from within.

You can tune into these sacred union energies today especially as you feel your desire for a counterpart to mirror your deepest leading and trailing edges. I am still in celebration at the reconciliation and reunion going on for Raphael and I. After a short yet very deep phase of separating from each other, we are now discovering in the last few weeks NEW grounds of intimacy between us as we come together again. It feels brand new even as it has the familiar depths and intimacy of over a decade together and MANY timelines of counterpart pair bonds as well to draw from.

Our latest sacred union activation happened very sweetly last night, Beltane Eve, as we welcomed our next batch of Andara crystals into our world and set up an altar for them. Our metasouls were reunited with two Lemurian aspects from inner earth/Mount Shasta area, where many of the Andaras come from and have been discovered. These meta aspects of ours are Andara keepers and began to flood Lemurian light language through us, reminding us of the legacy of Andara consciousness and what it offers us during this phase of Ascension.

New Personal Service-Of-Love Activations & Embodiment

Co-led a meditation circle with my beloved mate, Gabriel Solais, last night as our second one that we’ve led in person EVER! ❤️🌞

This is new territory and expression of service for us and it was deeply satisfying. Even if the majority of the people who came do not start having individual sessions (though we would so love to connect with them individually in this powerful way!) we feel like love was served, received, and nourishingly given back to us too.

Plenty of personal process came up for me before leading this too, and it all felt worth it to serve deeper.

About an hour beforehand, I was in deep tears. Made sense that even though I had ALL day to feel through any tensions about serving last night, it couldn’t really crest and break until the heat was on and it was time to really prepare to show up in my personal soul and heart bigness.

The tears were so deep that I could barely breathe for a moment and had to just sit on the floor of my closet sobbing with parts of me that felt unworthy of offering this service and Metasoul aspects that have experienced persecution for offering their gifts. I recovered fairly quickly though, feeling how it was all the Divine love and support flooding into my being that allowed me to feel this, to flush it out and help me get ready to expand and hold the heart cord needed for each person coming to us.

I feel so many gifts came out of the overall experience, from preparation to completion, for us and for those who came. We felt so many layers with each of them, all unique to their experiences of life and spirituality too. Some had deep openings they wanted to share after the meditation and some didn’t, yet it was all GOOD and alive.

The Need For Discernment AND Connection In Spiritual Healing

BS detectors are on High…but so is the desire for community, resonance, and support.

This is the message I got last night after Kalayna and I held our second in-person group meditation circle here in Victoria. It was an intimate gathering of hearts and souls that expressed their desire for deeper connection and context. While the focus of the meditation was the ascension chakras, we couldn’t also help to bring in the heart as the center point for any and all explorations.

This inevitably leads to the protective and defended layer that lives and breathes in all of us to one degree or another. The Inner Protector, individually and collectively, feels to have a very focused BS detector. They will not be lead into disingenuous territory not matter the “qualifications” of said organizer or leader.

This is probably the most important aspect of this work. The deep desire to serve must be precluded by the deep desire to see and heal the shadow. It is not shadow hunting as much as it is being aware or being brought mirrors of any energy that may feel out of alignment with the sanctity of genuine, compassionate service and leadership. In other words, light work is shadow work.

The deepest reflections and validations we can get from others are the ones that come from those who have this detector/protector on High. Now the detector could be turned on so high that nothing is able to get in and that has its own process.

When I talked about this last night there was a resounding collective nod that showed me that this is a big thing is the greater collective. It was a sign from the Divine to keep bringing the vulnerability and the realness to the table so that Love has a chance to be seen and served from within and in service of others.

We got very warm and genuine appreciation for the held space and the grounded heart-centered energy. It was a new level of service for us both and we felt a glow of joy that we got to bring our passion and love to others who were in need. Our own reflection and service of Love is why we are here.

Walking Through The Valley Of The Shadows Of Death During Awakening

You are walking through a valley……crawling on your knees at times. Completely lost and feeling like a ghost at times. Totally submerged in pain and mourning at times. Ash in the Air, filling the air at times.

This is the valley of the shadow of death place that awakening brings you to, invites you to…..yet it is not a place on the outside. It is not a place to go to, yet rather, a place that you become inside for a phase in order to move beyond it.

You are being with the shadows that are inside during this phase. The shadows are echoes of fear, of wounding, of trauma. The shadows are energies from other lifetimes wanting to become visible again so you can connect and heal and integrate them into your soul expression AS a human again. The shadows are what is inside of you that has been suppressed and disowned, cast away, and rejected.

You are BEing the death that is happening inside. The death is of the false YOU, the version of you that you agreed to be until you no longer needed or wanting to be anymore. Until you started to remember that you are not that, but really SO MUCH more. The death is of the old world that used to be nourishing and no longer is. The death is the letting go of relationships that require you to shrink and to settle and to conform.

You are crossing from the old way, the conditioned way, the veiled way…and into the NEW, shedding the layers of what is not you along the way. This crossing is dangerous to the old way and pushes up fear and resistance. The crossing asks more from you at times then you imagine that you can possibly give or have….yet, somehow, there is always something there to keep you moving forward.

Even though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you fear no evil, because you realize that there is NOTHING evil inside of you. There is nothing truly evil as it all can be returned to love with love. You fear no evil because you are with you. You are there to be with the shadows, to be with the aspect of you that is dying, to be a guide during the crossing and the dying and the letting go.

You are supported during this inner valley walk by a growing sacred human you. This you is infused with and held by Divine love, by love from your guides/aspects that become you more and more. This you can hold and respond and love all that comes up inside of you as sacred, meaningful, and important. This you sees all phases (especially the death and rebirth one) as sacred, meaningful, and important.

You are walking through your valley of your shadow during the death of your false self…..responding to change with trust…..responding to death with possibilities…..responding to growth with desire……responding to fear WITH LOVE.

On the other side of this valley is the land of self love milk and Self worth honey. The riches of self love and self worth that flow like rivers from your expanding mind, your embodying soul, your opening wide heart. This land of riches is of SELF beyond self image, unaware ego, personality and persona. This land is rich with the sunshine of your higher consciousness coming in and BEcoming you. It is rich with intimacies with others that are nourishing, catalytic, and based in mutual love and respect.

It is rich with a sense of being with Divine Source and also from Divine Source and also BEing Divine Source. This is the place you feel and remember as you cross the valley, that keeps you going, that reminds you of who you are meant to be as a sacred human.

I’ve been feeling into the massive popularity of the television show Game Of Thrones and the Avengers movies (with the latest one looking like it will earn more money than any movie ever made.) The overall emotional reactions to these ‘entertainment’ offerings is quite profound, with many souls caught up in the characters and stories that have spanned many years now.

It feels like these shows are tapping into ‘galactic war’ timelines and 3D warring factions/kingdom timelines as well. They are teleporting souls back to these energies using technologies and money and acting talent that has never been available before like it is now. All of this effort runs deeper than just providing some entertainment for a few hours.

Collectively, there is MUCH to heal in these timelines and as these warring/battling energies express in our current timeline. The 3D/lower 4D matrix runs on these polarized, fear-based energies. As we heal these energies from within us and in the timelines where they express with our Metasoul sisters/brothers, we ‘unplug’ that much more from this matrix.

These shows offer an invitation for you to feel the aspects of your soul that live in timelines like these. If you identify deeply and emotionally to a certain timeline or character, go into that timeline to see if you have an aspect who is like them. Reactions (esp deep ones) come from somewhere. The soul is not just looking to be entertained and distracted. Your Higher Self draws you to these shows to SHOW you something about your soul that you are ready to know and explore.

The ‘heroes/heroines’ of these shows are often warriors. It is their ability to fight, carry a weapon, and even sacrifice their own lives to protect others that is admired by others. Those who are able to come with battle plans and strategies in the heat of moment are given leadership and followed by others. Those who are ‘brave’ are looked up to.

Yet (as I have shared about before), the heroes of New Earth/Gaia and even the NEW Ascending Universe are those that can bring PEACE in any situation. Those that shine a light of goodness into the darkest situations. Those whose bravery comes from their VULNERABILITY, not their physical strength.

These are the qualities that are in the parts of your self and your soul too….those that integrate and come back to you as you connect with them more. Discover the New Gaia heroes that you have in your soul and bring them forward out of the darkness and off of the battlefields.

Heal your inner war zones and discover the entertainment that DEEP peace offers and alignment/unification of your soul provides.

Individuating From Birth Family Guided Meditation: ‘Discover’ Vlog Series With Gabriel & Kalayna Solais

Healing, awakening, becoming who you are meant to be is a process with many layers, reactions, feelings, openings, and completions.

Often this process leads us to a necessary individuation from birth family as well as other significant relationships we have in our lives.

This process of finding your identity apart from the one which your birth family primarily knows you to have is sacred, tender, and often very challenging.

As Gabriel and I explore in this video, there are many parts with many different needs and reactions around this process. Ultimately, it is a process of finding yourself, discovering what the most self-loving choices are for you and your path, and letting go of relationships that no longer resonate, all at a rate and pace that is manageable for your parts and for you as a growing, healing, and ascending heart and soul.

About halfway through the video we lead a guided meditation to help you connect with your Inner Protector, who will likely have strong feelings about this topic and process, and the part(s) of you that are most anchored into birth family in some way, shape, or form.

The biggest benefit to taking on and letting in this process of individuating from birth family is what you’ll discover about yourself and what you really want in ALL of your relationships. The vacancy created by letting go of relationships that don’t match your frequency and path can eventually be filled by relationships that DO resonate with where and who you ARE as an ever-shifting and awakening being.
