From Self-Created Smallness To Embodying Your Vastness

The pain can come from being small. From learning to act small and conform to the smallness around you. The suffering comes from their projection of smallness onto you and the acceptance of this that then becomes your reality….and theirs too. It is a co-created agreement to be and remain in smallness.

The smallness is the 3D agreement of filtering. It makes up the veil of amnesia and the belief in it keeps the veil in place. The pain comes from the long term fusion to this sense of smallness as the truth of who you are. It comes from the forgetting of the truth of your VASTNESS.

Parts of you form to support this smallness picture. These parts of you repeat the message of it over and over in self punishing tones and voices. The unworthiness message battles your body, your emotions, your spirituality, your choices….whatever can be picked on or is vulnerable to attack.

This punishing frequency forms layers of protection and guardedness over your innocence. Your innocence becomes covered over with shame and feelings of wrongness. Your trust in life and yourself gets layered over with distrust. Your sense of goodness about yourself becomes buried over with unworthiness and self hate.

These parts of you feel then that they ARE unworthy, are shameful, are wrong by their very nature. So much suffering in this usually unconscious looping of the punisher part and the corresponding reactions of shame in the younger parts of you. This is a well oiled and fuelled system inside designed to keep you small, created to cap your growth, and reinforced to maintain itself. It is designed to keep you protected, even if it is limiting.

There is not some evil force of aliens or demons or negative entities or abusive spiritual teacher that keep this personal hell in manifest form from within you. This is not being done to you BY others, even as it can very much feel that way. The others in your life that reflect and reinforce this smallness picture are there only to offer you a reflection of this inner polarized state for it continue to come into your awareness….over and over again if necessary until you wake to it as being sourced from INSIDE of you.

This is a self created smallness that your soul chose for good reason….until it is the time and phase to complete it. Only you can realize when that time is and only you can end it.

You end it by bringing love to all the parts of you that have felt so unworthy, including the parts of you that punish, judge, attack, and shame you and others. You separate from these parts in order to have a relationship with them and not just become them in their routinized reactions.

This creates an increasing sense of your goodness, of your worthiness and….of your vastness. This inner ambassadorship to all frequencies inside of your BEing connects you to the truth of your bigness again. To your innate goodness again. To your innocence again.

Who ARE you? You ARE Infinite Love in human form….arising into your bigness expression for the service of and because of love. Any picture less than that is ripe to be loved into this infinite love realized manifestation state again.

Post Supermoon: Invitation From Divine Mother Into Deeper Connection With Her

Feeling Divine Mother strongly this morning, especially as we exit the full/super moon (and its mixed energies). Feeling Her vast and deep heart that is always active and present, Her embrace, Her stillness even when She must stir up storms within and without.

Feeling how She invites all of us into deeper trust in Her… in Her shadows and light, in all purposes She holds beyond what we can comprehend in every moment. She is always gently yet also firmly encouraging us to go inward and move forward, with a profound love that many of us have no reference point for from this lifetime or many others.

It’s Her realness I’m leaning into this morning, as I feel my own vulnerable fears and tears that live in parts of me and Metasoul aspects at times… the feelings of going forward with a momentum fueled by so much Divine trust, while also letting in the heartbreak of letting go of a world we all once knew, that I have had my own attachments to, that is all now burning up and crumbling into Divine ashes. It’s not enough to trust the Divine without also feeling the pain that comes up in our hearts… the pain of our inner world letting go to let in, but also the pain of the much larger world that is also crying out for Her love and, as we are all Divine ourselves, for our love too.

I’ve felt over and over again the leaps of faith that the Divine invites me into and the arms them outstretched to catch me as I also catch myself. I feel how this is the invitation to the whole world… to let burn what needs to burn, to let play out what needs to play out, even as we also need to speak out when we feel to… to cry the tears that need to be shed… to let go, even of what or who was once considered beloved if the resonance is not deepening.

I feel Her encouragement, now more than ever, to let go of any ‘false gods’ which include ‘false mothers’ and ‘mother-figures’… authorities that once felt trustworthy, birth parents that you have now outgrown in consciousness, friendships that serve your smallness and not your bigness.

All of this, as She is well aware, needs time and space to process and yet, there is a cost that can accumulate as you waver in your resolve while parts of you who are afraid to let go of what is known, continue to lead your life’s decisions and indecisions.

Mother has so much patience for it all, yet will also offer us a prickly nest as needed… to help us fly, at last. To help us truly see and take ownership of our own journeys, no matter what the hills and valleys are that we may face on the way.

Divine Alignment Through All Necessary Darkness

“Thy harmful will be done”…

‘Thy will be done’ doesn’t feel like enough these days as a declaration of surrender to the Divine within and without. There’s a lot of harm going on in this world. There always has been, yet it’s all become amplified and the veils have been dropping at increasing rates around what’s been hidden. 

The Divine is aware of the great harm and pain unfolding. It holds us with a desire for our well-being, yet won’t caretake us in the process. We’ve asked, consciously and unconsciously, for an upgrade to our planet and our consciousness and we’re in the throes of getting just that. In order to move into more light, we have to see what hasn’t had light shed on it. We have to care, deeply, about the state of things… ALL things. From everything that’s happening in all areas of our personal lives, to the torture and killing of animals and other humans, and to the insidious nature of our governments, medical systems, and other ‘powers that be’. The Divine has a hand in it all, from the painful expressions of it, to the dismantling of it, to the co-creation of what we really do want going forward.

In order to collaborate with the Divine within and without, to express our deepest form of surrender to what’s unfolding and NEEDS to unfold, we have to admit to ourselves that Divine will needs to cause harm in some form. It needs to destroy to helps us rebuild. This is not without our mourning and grief for what was and for the loss of lives and ways of life also being honoured and made space for, however. We aren’t expected to transcend all of our pain and just let the Divine do its thing. No… we’re invited to aid in the destruction and recreation of a world that needs dismantling…

To move beyond polarity and division, we need to see it. And in order to see it, it all needs to be allowed to reach its peak. We get to hold on to the side we feel most resonant with, yet we also get to learn how to open our hearts to ALL sides… because the battling and arguing is meant to get boring and tiring. 

To move beyond being controlled by a Matrix that, innocently enough, we have ALL contributed to in its creation and perpetuation by refusing to see what’s real, especially within. The great ‘cults’ of culture, in birth family, friend groups, spirituality, and even whole cities and countries, need to be seen. Not all are ‘bad’, yet all need us to feel our sovereignty, ultimately, and choose consciously what we want and who we want to be around, now more than ever.

To move into the Ascension that we all want to move into, to co-create New Earth… to feel, in our humble worthiness, our equality with all great teachers who have come before us like Yeshua, St Germain, Anna, Mary Magdalene, Buddha, Kuan Yin, etc… we are invited to feel ALL of our personal rumbles around this process and the arrogance that has taken the place of the humility in reaching this mountain top of Divine Alignment and embodiment.

We all have big choices to make and need to be sober about them. We will need to cause hurt and harm at times as we take care of ourselves and find what most resonates. We will need to align with the sometimes harmful will of the Divine as we break down and break open, always in growth, and always on our way through this sometimes rather gruesome Ascension process.

Moving Through The Lunar False Mother Matrix Energies

The Supermoon energies are FINALLY easing up a bit feels like. These energies have been intense…bringing many of us into catalytic initiations, timeline collapses, relationship challenges/completions, and more. Everything has been heightened and amplified by these frequencies, every reaction and trigger and response….as if you can’t take a breath or slow the ride…yet need to surrender to wherever it wants to take you.

These energies (and those of Ascension ongoingly) have seemed to want us to get REAL with ourselves and with others. Popping whatever inauthenticity is there, moving us into being genuine, not back pressuring our truth to caretake others (I am still working that one for sure), bringing up sudden and sometimes painful confrontations…all necessary for each to find their own way as efficiently as possible while this great bifurcation happens as we move from 3D to 4D to 5D.

There are the genuine lunar energies of Divine Feminine illumination that are accessible, yet, also, these energies have been hijacked in many ways by the Matrix AI system for a long time since the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria. The moon worshipping/Goddess spirituality practices from other lifetimes/timelines didn’t get this bigger picture that we have now, not realizing they were living inside of a Matrix system. This is part of the False Mother Matrix that is quite insidious and entangled in often deeply personal ways within us and in our collective too.

The immediate choice points of requiring high frequencies of resonance in our lives on ALL levels are happening now. Infiltration by the Matrix energies is becoming much more obvious now as the veil lifts around it, it goes into its death throes and last grasps. You can more clearly see someone’s or something’s previously hidden motives or agendas or Matrix influenced realities/perception filters. These are being revealed so that they can see them too for possible healing and reconciliation.

Divine surrender and landing in forgiveness within the heart of Divine Mother has been my safe shelter during this current storm over and over again. She waits for you too, with open arms and heart…as you extract and unplug from the False Mother matrix (which includes the hijacked moon energies) to let her in more and more.

The reminder of returning to love is always there within the true Divine Mother’s heart…..to receive ready forgiveness, and to embody our sacred humanity again. She will also challenge us when we are being false or not real with ourselves, even if it causes us temporary pain or discomfort. She does not coddle or caretake us so that we avoid the necessary initiations that we need to go through, even as she provides GREAT compassion for us all along the way.

We are invited to RISE even as we need to move through some necessary ups and downs as we go, stumbles and falls, before we DO.

We are in the process of reclaiming our sacred humanity. Reclaiming our wombs and haras. Reclaiming our moon. Reclaiming love…which has been holding all of us all along.

Healing The Mother Wound To Let In Divine Mother | Women’s Group Call W/Jelelle & Kasha on May 2

SoulFullHeart Teachers/ Facilitators/Divine Feminine bridges Jelelle Awen and Kasha Rokshana co-host this group call for women over Zoom to provide a transmission of Divine Feminine activation codes from their physical location in Glastonbury/Avalon (the heart and third eye chakra of Gaia) to assist you in your ongoing process of sacred feminine embodiment. Healing the mother wound to let in Divine Mother was a popular women’s group call topic that I, Jelelle, offered in a previous call last year, so Kasha and I felt to revisit it again now. It feels so timely as well with the False Mother/Feminine matrix programming (what we call the ‘Ursula consciousness’) collapsing for so many women on the awakening and self-healing journey.The ache and longing for a nurturing, compassionate and responsive mothering energy in our lives often runs very deep within us and within parts of us such as our Inner Child and Inner Teenager.

The need for a template of healthy queen leadership, sacred union lover/mate, and powerful sorceress/priestess are also frequencies that parts of us are longing to express and be initiated into by a loving Divine Feminine energy.

The actual experience of the mothering and templating we received from female caregivers is often an invalidation, judgemental, disconnected, and toxic frequency. This can leave traumas and wounds within us that block our receiving and letting in of the Divine Mother/Feminine energies that keep us plugged into the Matrix as well.

We will talk about how so often what expresses as mothering is actually based on codependence and a deep wounding within the feminine caregiver that is not actually ‘feminine’ in an authentic way, yet wounded masculine frequencies. Healing our mother experience with our inner masculine and feminine parts allows for more receiving of the Divine Mother frequencies that support us to embody more of our own Divine Feminine essence. Also, opening up nurturing motherly bonds with feminine aspects of yourself and with Metasoul sisters (soul aspects from other lifetimes) creates an experience of increasingly fulfilling motherhood from within that then flows to the outside and helps to heal the matriarchal family line as well on a Quantum level.

During this call, we will guide you in a meditative space into a healing sisterhood circle with all the souls on the call and with the Magdalenes, a sisterhood/motherhood 5D consciousness lineage with Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, and Divine Grandmother Anna to help heal the generational motherhood wound inside and outside. Sacred Lessons From Gaia: Personal Reflections On Earth Day

There are always reminders and mirrors of our purity and our need to go inward too, reflected in Gaia. 

Every lesson I’ve learned about stewarding Her and Her creatures, from being stung by a scorpion in Mexico or being bit by dogs, to being gently caressed and lulled by Her sounds, scents, and breezes and visited by gentle birds or given permission to approach Her animals… have all been a reflection for me of where I AM, how present I’m choosing to be, and how humble I am in Her wild midst.

She teaches me of the goodness in wildness too, of being untethered in my soul’s bigness expression and how to healthfully self-protect or withdraw from harm. 

She has brought me back to my heart, over and over again, and given me and my parts/soul aspects so much space to cry and scream or laugh and play. She holds space with such a wide and deep embrace, that I can’t help but sink into it… or to go to Her trees, Her waters, Her ancient standing stones, Her hills or mountains, Her creatures of all kinds. I find inspiration in Her to return to wonder, to curiosity, to creativity, to service, to the heart of my Sacred Humanity.

I feel on this ‘Earth Day’ dedicated to Gaia, a sacred invitation from Her to go and BE… to connect with Her and within. To let Her invest somehow in YOU while you exchange love and gratitude with Her.

Let Her hold you in your fears, your grief, your longing for the new world inner and outer. Let Her send you synchronicities that remind you of how loved you are by the Divine that She is a part of, as are you… Let Her enfold you in Her energies that expect nothing from you but desire to be in LOVE with you if there’s room for that within you…

You Are Your Own Sovereign

You are your own sovereign.

There’s no one above you. Your power is yours by right of being. It cannot be taken away. It cannot be transferred to another by force or by gift.

But there’s also no one below you. You don’t have power ‘over’ any-one or any-thing. All the ones and things around you are equally sovereign, by right of their being.

So what’s the value in sovereignty then, if I can’t feel powerful, and command or demand over something?

The value is found in the shared experience. We are all equal sovereigns, lords of our own kingdoms and queendoms. The only company that we could ever truly enjoy is with our own kind – Kings and Queens.

Only those who possess this kind of sovereignty can experience true surrender. True surrender is an even deeper sharing in this profound kind of knowing that my power is mine, and only I can lay it down and pick it up at will, when and as I choose.

Surrender is a most powerful expression of our power.

True surrender is not the same thing at all as what we’ve called ‘giving away your power’. Your ownership of your power cannot be signed over to another. It can only be denied or disowned by you as long as you are unaware of your power.

But you are re-membering now. The dis-membering that preceded this remembrance was all about a full circle learning curve to come to terms with the infinite power you hold, and always did.

How does this remembrance that’s happening now want to express in your life as you know it right now?

What choices are before you asking for your most honest truth? Who and what in your life needs to be informed of that truth? What manner will you assume as you share that truth that isn’t about the old grounds of power or dominance over others, making them feel small and controlled?

Now, you are in true humble worthiness surrender territory. You’ve surrendered your choices and truth declaration to the world around you, and you’re ready to accept their truth declaration and choices in return, that may well be to your loss, the loss of something you’ve worked hard up till now to not lose.

They may not want to or be ready to take the journey you are taking. Their time and manner of remembrance may not be in sync with yours. You are choosing to let go a kind of false power over them of pretending to be in resonance with them when in fact, the ground underneath your relationship has been getting smaller and smaller of late, leading to this choice point that arises now in your shared story together.

You acknowledge your oneness with them and your utter  inseparability with them by breaking off contact with them as you know and feel that nothing real can be lost.

Here we see and feel the shared sovereignty reality. We wondered how there could be a room full of Kings and Queens without any subjects to make it all real. Now we see and feel that we are all subjects of the Kings and Queens that surround us on all sides. You are a complete sovereign in relationship with complete and total sovereigns.

You surrender to that with the ownership of your sovereignty, as you hold it in love, in surrender, in deep humility, in the willingness to let go of what no longer serves you or them.

When you find yourself feeling dominated or lorded over by any kind of power, be it social pressure, 3D governmental power structures or people in authority, spiritual teachers, or your boss at work, you are being invited to feel the power of your choice that can never be taken from you.

Even if you end up in prison, feeling most of your freedoms taken from you, you are invited to feel the power over your own being that is yours and yours alone. This power doesn’t need security fences or noisy alarm systems to protect it, for it cannot be taken away or lost. When you know this in life, you know it in any and all circumstances, and it radiates to everyone around you boldly, even to your jailers if that is the circumstance you find yourself in.

The entire world awaits this awakening in you. Jailers, kings, queens, philosophers and ploughmen, each must play their part in their own awakening, spurred on by your awakening.

There’s only one of us ultimately, so there cannot be anyone above or below. This one of us needs to remember its own power simultaneously through your and my individual remembrance of it. None of us get to be fully home until all of us are fully home, again because there is only one of us.

You get to be a forerunner in all of this if you’d like to be, a shower of the way. It will however call for the ongoing surrender of many things, things you once held onto dearly and even fiercely in the process of learning what power and sovereignty is not.

This is what makes it real, what makes it royal, is that you as a King and as a Queen give up false power to truly serve the loyal subjects that surround you towards the awakening to their own sovereignty.

Anyone who tries to suppress the power of those around them will forever be surrounded by stunted beings, reflecting to them their own seemingly inescapable smallness of being.

Anyone who champions the power of the individual around them, will forever be surrounded by testaments of their own true power and sovereignty.

This is the story, the drama that is unfolding on the stage before us now. You and I are the actors, the playwrights, the audience, the investors putting in the capital, and the janitor who must clean up after the show.

This is the dharma in our drama right now. You are the examplar and the sampler. This is the greatest story ever told.

Divine Love & Context For These Times w/ The Stanton Drew Standing Stones

Really getting how much the Divine honours us all for our souls’ willingness to BE here… especially today for some reason that my mind cannot grab at but my heart can feel. Perhaps it’s the incoming energies and/or perhaps it’s my own process and how it’s unfolding in connection with the process of others in this collective that is currently very overwhelmed.

When I reunited with the standing stones at Stanton Drew the other day, I felt so many things… reunion with the galactic and Inner Earth which the stones felt like an ancient liaison for; a renewed sense of purpose for myself and my community here on this planet at this time; and waves of support to keep going, even though times here on Gaia are intensifying and challenging in necessary ways for the sake of our Ascension.

There’s a lot we are all still unplugging from at this time. Many false gods and false divine parent energies that we’ve been plugged into through our wombs and haras and to which parts of us have willingly given up their discernment and intuition about what’s actually true beyond any offered (and especially mainstream) narrative. This unplugging and awakening was never promised to be clean or easy. The messiness is just as needed as the love that holds space for it. There’s now way for parts of us to self-medicate and avoid feeling the reality that’s unfolding for too long and this can feel like a mixed blessing, as feeling what’s real brings necessary heartbreak yet also brings the truth of Divine love forward to be felt and let in as the heart readies itself to receive it.

I feel as if the struggle to land in the context – the great WHY which the Divine holds – of what we’re all feeling and facing has to do with relying far too much on the information given to us and not enough on our own inner worlds and what feels true there, no matter how much that truth shifts and is meant to shift, actually. I feel something new in me personally too, where I’m sacredly learning how to lean into what’s being offered but also feel it for myself and at my own rate and pace, aligning more with what my own soul needs in the NOW and feeling the parts of me that may feel a bit bombarded or overwhelmed not just by information but by the energy with which it’s being offered.

Through your own heart and soul lies a context, a sacred reason for being here that only you can really know, though with the right resonance and beloved souls in your life, you can see it through their mirrors as well. I feel so blessed to have this and be this for my own beloveds as we navigate life together in this intimate community… ❤️

The Divine feels us all in the overwhelm as we ascend and the fears that come up of what this truth or that truth could mean in the long run. I feel the Divine voice of the standing stones at Stanton Drew and the standing stones anywhere else in the world, offering that we are invited to stand tall and firm within ourselves while being open to the changing tides and times we’re in, being and serving love from our centers with open hearts. We’re invited to feel and see our value, our reason for being here, and to trust that we are equipped to weather any storm we’re faced with as we awaken and unplug from the false and back into the Divine.

The support is always around and within us… we have only to keep seeking it out and letting it in.

The Stanton Drew Standing Stones & New Earth/New Lemuria Codes

It is truly an honor to go to these sacred sites here in this magical Somerset region of the UK, to feel the soul frequencies that are activated by the geography, and the unique opportunity that it brings up as a portal to more Divine Self embodiment. Yesterday, we went to visit Staton Drew stone circle…the 3rd largest stone circle in the UK…dated to 4,500 years ago yet of course it could be much older when you go beyond 3D archaeological timeframes.


The stones were immediately greeting and ‘chatting’ at us, like they did at the Avebury stone circle (which we will return to soon.) The stones here seem to form a communication network grid for inner Earth and for galactic communication, linked to North America through the root system of the old trees there (such as the Redwoods, Douglas Firs, and the Cedars) and energetic vortexes such as Sedona and Mt. Shasta.

There are still 26 stones at Staton Drew in various stages of being intact, some chipped away at or knocked down by farmers over the years. I am noticing that there is a definitive masculine or feminine tonal frequency to each stone….the ones you want to cuddle and hug are usually feminine providing support and grounding. The ones that you lay palms on or want to climb are often masculine, with strong activations.


The biggest treasure at Stanton Drew is the still-intact smaller circle of about a dozen stones, which we were all drawn to sit in the middle of together. We sat in meditation and could immediately feel the connection to Inner Earth and the Lemurians living beneath it. The inner earth Lemurians are those who survived the fall/floods/earthquakes and went into Inner Earth to create 5D communities there. They have provided us on the surface with superfood seeds, quartz and andara crystals, various other technologies and more to be released when we are ready. Raphael and I have connected with them before and their template of what how we could live in sustainable, high frequency community on the surface is very inspiring.

We channeled their personal and community messages to us through some Lemurian ambassadors and then passed out for awhile laying in the sun. It was quite activating and rejuvenating! I look forward to going back there again to hear/feel/see whatever is ripe to come up.


The 800 year old St. Mary’s Christian Church we visited afterwards was not quite as clean energectically, yet it was still amazing to feel a church that old still intact and hosting Sunday services.
