Play and Wishes: Pixie Activations At An St. Agnes’ Medieval Well In Somerset, UK

Lovely and activating day yesterday out in the countryside and a trip to the Somerset Coast during this wonderful Spring warm spell we are experiencing here! We felt the powerful elemental energies at the medieval St. Agnes’ Well, known for Pixie frequencies coming from the waters that runs near it. We felt the Pixie energies immediately and my inner child/star seed Aurora came in strongly to play with them.

This brought up many memories in childhood of playing ‘pretend’ in nature with them, creating towns and villages for them out of sticks, stones, flowers and flows of water. I had forgotten about their mischievous yet playful frequencies and how I would spend hours playing with them alone. They can be rather bossy in that way (bossing around the ‘human giants’). They right away put us to ‘work’ yesterday creating a sacred ceremonial site for them to hold ‘rituals’…which consisted of a stick teepee and a moss-covered stone circle. LOL…it was so fun and I lost track of time or anything else as I listened to what they wanted.

The Pixies then encouraged us to make wishes and claim our desires to them and to the Pixie Spring and stream. I could feel their support and gifts too that will come to us as we ‘dare to dream’, unite as a community, and continue to let go of linear limitations and 3D constraints. This was a welcome message right now!

We then ventured to the Somerset Coast to a coastal inlet here across from Wales. The dramatic cliff faces, long eroded by the waters, was quite striking to us and very different from the coastal shores in BC, Canada, California, and especially Mexico. This is the Jurassic Coast, and prehistoric fossils (some 200 million years old!) littered the shores, along with many rocks containing quartz crystal. We went ‘shopping’ in these rocks and were quite happy to choose those who wanted to come home with us, as if we were picking out fancy items in a store!

There was such a sense of goodness in it all and embracing welcome from the waters, sun, birds, and elementals. It was actually a bit relieving to get some space for digestion from the intense Avalonian energies as well!

There are many different influences that impact us on our awakening and Ascension journey, all with bigger purposes to that end. Some are easier for parts of us to trust than others while others need us to calibrate to them more before we can let them in. Some are necessary for a phase until we feel ready to move onto something else, still seeking out ‘THE’ path or process or way of life that will offer us the most alignment with our soul and our deepest growth, along with a sense of being so sincerely cared for that our deepest wounds can come forward to be felt and healed.

I’ve found that the relationship to/embodiment of SoulFullHeart really is unique to every being who comes in the door through sessions, group calls, etc, yet also has a thread of resonance that brings us all together, no matter how close you feel to come to the fire of the essence of this process which really IS a ‘way of life’ that can align with you in the ways you’ve been needing (though this isn’t true for everyone, of course). It’s triggering, it’s gentle, and it’s very alive. You Are The Bright, Bright Light Of God

I am the bright, bright, bright light of god.

You are…

We are…

Everything you desire, and the gap between what you have and what you desire is like a soul’s propulsion system.
Even what we might judge as fickle desires, and even the judgment of those desires, even desires that have become addictions are all a part of your soul’s propulsion and power to learn things you chose to learn.

Your life can never become any more sacred than it already is. Lots can and will change, and for the better, indeed.
But you can’t become any closer to god than you already are, for you are god, and you are in the center of god’s heart, both.

All you can do is come to accept that in ways and moments and movements, that real-ize this, that savor this, that feel this.
Feel the parts of you who can’t yet get this, can’t feel this. Feel it for them. Feel it with them. This is your missionary calling to foreign lands. Bring your curiosity to their language, culture, climate, means of travel and diet. These are the lands you are called to.

You are their salvation, for you are the bright, bright, bright light of god. Seek not to convert them, but only to get to know and love them. You and they both will be converted in the process.

This is the announcement of the peace of your reconciliation with god, past tense, but being ‘present-ed’ to these parts of you as a ‘present’ in the present.

Daylight breaks on sleeping limbs
And soul heartbeats that slumbered
Until they felt the sun…

Of unknown, yet felt, soul themes
Here to be reconciled…

Healing begins
When the parting clouds
That once covered

This light that shines through an inner,

The Over-holding Of Others In Our Wombs

Connection with our wombs on a daily basis is so important to our health and well-being on all levels as women, especially right now.

My womb, ‘Vesica’, showed me this morning how much she has been holding… and I know she is not the only womb holding much more than she needs to.

In her, I found and felt the cries of the world; the cries of those I love that are going through a challenging time; images of what’s moving in my soul and heart lately; desires that are peaking and perking up; needs that are going unmet at times; feelings of my depth and capacity to hold and offer love to myself and others.

My heart-shaped rose quartz crystal ended up laying on her without me consciously choosing to place it there.
“I need clearing”, Vesica said to me, “I’m holding too much. I’m not designed to hold as much as I have been. You’ll feel clearer if I’m cleared and you’ll feel calmer too. I’m not designed to hold any human being beyond gestation and so I cannot hold all of the people/souls that are in me right now”.

This struck me as a deep reminder of how much we need to be aware of what we’re holding and to move energy out of our wombs… from the collective of which we are a part yet not responsible for; from the beloveds in our lives whose soul-destinies we cannot ‘know’ or control for them; from any fears that parts of us hold about our well-being and our path in our life (or death); from the Matrices (3D and 4D) that still have a foothold on our wombs and what moves into and through them and decide how they’ll be ‘used’ too.


To connect with your womb deeply can take time and much clearing. There are parts of you that are protective of her, and rightfully so, depending on what you’ve been through in this lifetime and others too. To truly connect to the stillness and beauty that IS your womb space takes a dedication and deep desire for her to be free and to arise in her essence within you.

On Sunday April 4th at 5pm BST, Jelelle Awen and I will be offering our second womb-consciousness-based women’s group mediation call, this time focused on freeing the womb from the Matrix. There’s a darkness to this shadow exploration and a depth to it too, yet it’s truly amazing what our wombs can and DO transmute when given the proper care, attention, and love. Unplugging From The “Ursula” False Feminine | Women’s Womb Healing Group Call April 4

Going into the womb space is to connect with the infinite roots and origins of our Divine Feminine essence. When we connect to our wombs with much care and love, in a personal and intimate way, we then receive access to the pools of wisdom, compassion, creation, and empowerment that she contains.

Yet, our wombs have so often been hijacked and ‘taken over’ by energies of false feminine control that are dominating, possessive, draining, and more. This is what I have come to call the “Ursula Consciousness”, as represented by the Evil Witch octopus character in the movie Little Mermaid. The Ursula energies present as feminine and yet are a distorted version of wounded masculine frequency that is hooked into the 3D/Lower 4D control Matrix programming.

This Ursula energy is seductive, manipulative, and wants to ‘own’ the innocence within us…jealousy and competition can be an element of it. And also she both hates/resists men and and wants to have codependence with them. This creates a resistance for the true feminine essence within us to arise and a deep protection of it and our womb from our inner masculine Protector. This can be a deep polarity within us and so confusing, especially if our feminine caretaker/mothers had this Ursula energy with us. We can also have an Inner Ursula who plays this role of evil queen/witch within us.

I have explored and been healing this dynamic within myself in experience with my birth mother (who had Ursula tendencies) and in many sessions with women over the years. I have supported, with assistance from the Divine Mother and Divine Self, the inner feminine essence (in all her different forms) to unplug and heal from this Ursula energy and also the wounded masculine frequencies in fathers/brothers/lovers etc as well that mimic this. We also connect with the inner masculine who has often been ‘crushed’ by the Ursula energy and he moves into trusting the feminine again, more empowerment, from overly protective guard to collaborative partner.

As sensitive empaths and star seeds, there is a tendency to take this Ursula energy within us and try to transmute it to love again. There is often a soul contract/agreement as well with family members that we will serve this role within the family line, bringing light to the darkness of the ancestral wounding. However, this unconscious taking in and ‘holding’ within our wombs of this toxic energy has a cost to us, creating cycles of physical chronic illnesses (including PMS and menopausal symptoms), codependency/abuse in relationships, suppressed sexuality/sexual desire, avoidance of relationships and ‘lone wolf’, disempowerment in expression of soul gifts/struggles with manifestation/alchemy, and more.

In our next women’s group call over Zoom on Sunday, April 4th at 5:00pm BST, Kasha and I will share more about this womb hijacking dynamic and how it may be showing up for you and healing around it. In our meditation, we will be connecting with our wombs to feel/see what the hookup may be within us to this Ursula/Matrix energy. We will then do a clearing of your womb and unplugging of this hookup at whatever levels are available to you at this time by our Divine Self and soul.

With the assistance of Grandmother Anna and Mary Magdalene and the cleansing Red Spring waters here in Avalon, we will pull in the resurrection/rebirth energies of Easter and connect to the Cosmic/Divine Mother womb available to us all. We will also ‘recode’ our wombs through saying empowering and healing affirmations. There will also be time for those who wish to share on the call to do so.

I do feel it is SO timely to go into these areas of healing, for empowerment of the Divine Feminine within us that also serves to free those souls who have played the ‘role’ of Ursula in our lives to be freed as well. Significant Soul Turns Out Of Suffering & Into Love

So many of us are going through very important ‘soul turns’ right now, as I have come to call them. A soul turn is a significant shifting in one lifetime of your soul’s patterned learning trajectory that has been in place for many, many lifetimes. This lifetime is one for which so many have chosen to be here on the Earth Plane during this time of Ascension for the opportunity to experience soul turn shifts for ourselves and complete cycles of incarnational suffering.

A soul turn is moving beyond previously unconscious karmic binds, ties, and contracts. It is letting in resonant love as the main form of growth rather than from experiencing traumas in order to grow. It is shifting from going through suffering in order to wake up… to feeling and healing all the cycles of shame/punishment/judgement suffering cycles within you and in your soul that then leads to awakening.

It is shifting from drawing repeated traumas in order to see/feel them to TRULY transmuting these traumas into love again so you no longer need them. It is experiencing bonds with others that are based in love and not shared trauma.

Lifetime after lifetime, our soul chooses the situations, set ups, narratives, and companion souls to play the ‘roles’ of both support and shadow that will offer the most growth and learning for us. We take this on for the Divine, for our soul families, for Unity Consciousness, and for the ALL. We represent both the experience of and recovery from sacred wounds such as those held in the collective…the Fall of Lemuria, Atlantis, Avalon…the Matrix imprisonment experiment, the hijacking of our sacred feminine expressions and the Divine Mother experience, the distortion of the sacred masculine into patriarchy and more.

As we become conscious of the trauma patterns from this life and feel the parts of us that hold them, we are able to truly become free beyond them. The traumas no longer act as magnets in our emotional bodies and soul fields drawing MORE traumas to us for us to see and feel. Trauma, suffering, and pain is always a portal to self discovery and remembering…until we no longer need it to be.

It is now possible to become fully conscious of our soul’s experience and lift the veils that have previously been in place around this. We can now turn our soul away from suffering and toward love. Our Divine Self is able to defuse from the punishing/protective/wounded/defended parts of us and say ‘no’ to any situation, circumstances, and pattern that repeats our suffering. Sometimes we are still veiled to a situation and need the learning experience, yet the reason for drawing it becomes conscious much more quickly and then completed.

It is time to let go of suffering patterns and move into the experience of LOVE holding your life in ALL areas of your life. You are ready now to move beyond the previous veiled limitations. You no longer need to replay traumas & draw new ones….you are ready now to transmute them all back into love & experience goodness!!

You Are Invited! Men’s Group Calls Each Month

How do you as a man relate to your sense of power in the world?

How does that make you feel either adequate or inadequate?

Where would vulnerability factor into the expression of your power and sense of adequacy?

As men, we can be quick to embrace anything that affords us a sense of adequacy and power, and slow to let go of anything that feels like it will lessen that comfort zone. Even what we reach towards in spiritual or community settings can be so tailored to this need to buffer this feeling of ‘getting ahead’ in this way.

But where do we find the pause button long enough to explore the more vulnerable questions about whether a choice or endeavour or relationship is really what we most deeply want? How do we know if we are choosing our growth vs. our comfort zone?

‘What is it that you really want?’ is maybe the most profound question that you as a man need to ask yourself, as well as the most sorting question that can be asked when it comes to relationships. Your wanter is already leading and guiding the way, what’s left is become familiar with your wanter – the part of you currently leading your wants and wishes.

In SoulFullHeart, we offer a way to get to know and feel the parts of you that are oriented to life in this way without judging them in any way. Here begins an exit off the treadmill of ‘shoulds’ where even the prescription to be more real or more vulnerable can be related to as a higher form of attaining adequacy or power.

These are the questions we will explore together, offer teaching, and transparent personal reflections about our journey in this men’s group call on Saturday, March 27th hosted by SoulFullHeart Teachers/Facilitators and Sacred Masculine bridges Raphael Awen and Aurius Amara. We will also be joined by James Elphick, who is an active member of the Soulfullheart community. The three of us currently live in close proximity and shared purpose in Glastonbury, England, also known as Avalon, the heart chakra of Gaia.

During the call, we will also enter a time of guided meditation to meet your Inner Protector, the part of you that has the most domain when it comes to your adequacy, power and vulnerability. Just meeting this part of you, getting a feeling sense of them for the first time or the hundredth time is what opens out the deep heart and soul places that you have been wanting to venture into. In other words, the key to your dreams is not more will power, or more adequacy, but instead you showing up to get to know these parts of you who feel so much about your life, your dreams, your regrets, etc. As this happens more and more, your life gets to enter new configurations in all areas of your life, because it’s shifting on the inside.

What Does Masculine Power, Adequacy And Vulnerabilty Look Like?

I venture to say that as a man, regardless of your age, or circumstance in life, that underlying everything you are dealing with in life are the issues of adequacy, power and vulnerability.

These are the core issues that issue from the core of a man, that make up the masculine journey.

And these core issues don’t go away as you grow or become self aware, only your relationship to them changes, and that then is what changes everything, while you continue your journey.

Without these issues, that issue from the core of the heart, there would be no masculine journey, no reason for being here. 

Surrendering to that is what makes you a man. Aligning with others who are becoming conscious of the same journey is what affords you a sense of your true value and worth as a man.

Vulnerability is admitting that short of that, you at best have a half life, and remain in a pact with your suffering.

Those kinds of admissions and surrender is what makes you a powerful being, ever arising into more.

All of your problems and issues get to now be portals into the deeper essence of your being.

Your issues have everything to do with your essence.

If what I am speaking is landing in you as true or powerful, then I offer to you that what you are feeling is your truth, your seat of being, resonating with mine. You are feeling and hearing from the seat of your own authority and sovereignty within, rather than accepting being dominated by any control or permission outside of you.

The question of the quest becomes how will you respond. What will you choose? The choices are before you.

There’s the choice to get real, the choice to get vulnerable, the choice partake of huge support all around you.

The masculine journey is ultimately a sacred one, whether you choose it or don’t, because in the long, long run, it all comes together back to love and essence. The difference is not sacred or secular, holy or unholy, conscious or unconscious, awakened or unawakened; the choice is about getting real or not.

Being real has everything to do with adequacy, power and vulnerability. And getting real will surely lead to the need to get more real – a herein lies the courage required to embrace the journey, and the gratitude of the divine for your choice, to feel and heal what the divine could not inside of itself, without you, and your ‘issues’.

Healing The Legacy Of Fatherhood To Access Our True Power, Adequacy, And Vulnerability

Today I have been feeling how much my leadership and relationality is rooted in the legacy of my birth father. My relationship to Power, Adequacy, and Vulnerability come in large part from my modelling of it from him. I am not blaming, I am noting, realizing, and taking responsibility for that. I get to change the course on that one by feeling and owning where it lives in me.

What also lives in me are the ways in which he modelled something healthy and true. None of us are all good or all bad. We have qualities we have a sense of ‘mastery’ over and other qualities we don’t. When I have felt that ‘not so good’ feeling about myself or my place in the world, I know there is something rooted in what I was steeped in as a child, as well as the collective and the soul.

As I have continued to step more into my worth, mission, and leadership, I can feel the ways in which I am healing that legacy within me. The shadow and the wounding get to come front and center and I can be with that in a compassionate way, not as it being a ‘part of the problem’. My father gave birth to my own version of ‘father’ that is now coming online as a leader, space-holder, and way-shower.

My own Fatherhood is about feeling my own empowerment (worth), care for others (compassion), and directness (truth-telling). These all come from a process around Power, Adequacy, and Vulnerability. It brings what lies in the Shadow into the Light not to be analysed or judged, but felt, seen, and integrated. I have a new relationship to these three portals now that I can feel how both my birth father and my inner father have related to and experienced them.

We don’t need to be, or haven’t needed to be, a father in this life to feel where this energy lies within each of us. When we go into these doorways, we are taking one step further into not just our own healing but the healing of the collective and the planet. The Patriarchy is rooted in Disempowerment, Inadequacy, and Invulnerability. It doesn’t feel good about itself. Actually, it feels like shit about itself. It is also existentially afraid of its own shadow. This lives in our own inner patriarchs/fathers. The wheel will continue to spin unless we address these things. No amount of suppressing and non-feeling will get us there. It may be a messy process at times, but so very needed.
