Spirituality And The 3D Self

The 3D self says,

“I don’t always believe in ‘god’… unless of course, it’s a literal god, one who has very black and white ways of punishing or rewarding us as humans and has given us very clear rules through people we don’t question. Sometimes I feel punished or rewarded for goodness or badness. Sometimes I don’t feel much of anything and just want to be left alone… because ultimately, I do feel alone. I don’t get a visceral sense of ‘god’ or ‘god-ness’ and I usually feel drawn to compartmentalizing god too… leaving ‘him’ to when I attend church on Sundays or at Christmas, for example. Sometimes I like retreats because they don’t challenge me to live with the spirituality every day and the 4D self can at least be sort of satiated for a while by them, or at least it can seem so. Letting in the Divine scares me because I don’t quite know or understand what that means, and I really feel mostly like it would mean losing everything I’ve built or bought or earned – relationships, career, things, etc. I don’t feel or find anything ‘spiritual’ or purposeful in the every day, and most of the time this suits me just fine… if god doesn’t bother me, I won’t bother ‘him’. Life seems like an uncontrollable thing at times, and yet totally controllable in others… or at least, I’ve convinced myself I have control when I really don’t. And if I truly let that in, I would crumble – or at least I’m afraid I would.

I live in systems made of my fears and the fears of others, that are led and maintained by the most afraid members of society. God is unknowable and unseeable, but money is and relationships are, and family is too. I can see and touch and smell material things and food that I want. I can’t see or touch who made them or harvested them or at least not often, and I don’t want to look that far into anything. I want what I want in this moment and beyond that, I don’t care. To truly be in touch with ‘god’ would mean having to see more than I do now. I don’t think I want that.

You’re born, you live, you die. I don’t think much about what happens after that. All I care about is where my next fun is coming from, in the form of food, sex, or something material that shows me I’m worth something. How does ‘god’ have a chance to enter that, and why would I want ‘him’ to?”

Sometimes, as we walk into and through different chapters of 4D awakening, where spirituality then becomes a subject fraught with questions and soul rebirth canals, we inhabit a 3D reality which is essentially ‘god-less’, at least in the sense of having a daily, visceral experience of god or the Divine in different forms and energies. You may feel yourself weaving in and out of a more 3D reality of the ‘god picture’ along the way, sometimes feeling as if life is wonder-less, and that you don’t have much sense of the Divine in your life right now. This can feel really dense and as if there is a ceiling over you and sometimes you may even have physical reactions to this reality, like intense head pain, along with some emotional reactions from parts of you to different situations in your life where things don’t seem to be going the way you or part of you wants them to. As we awaken, we begin to separate out from this ‘self’ that would rather not hold a personal sort of ‘god’ experience and also the different parts that hold this as their only possible reality. The 3D self doesn’t seem to vanish, however, though it does heal more and more and gradually integrates into our daily reality and our being in a different way. Our 3D self represents ‘this-life’ wounds and pain, though it may not always feel that consciously or if it does, it may seek therapy or some form of self-help that won’t ultimately reach the deepest aspects of what needs to heal. It needs us, inside of our 4D or 5D selves, to help bridge it to something deeper and actually be with it there too, not trying to suppress or abandon it, which we can’t really do anyways.

The 3D self can sometimes make itself hard to love. It has a way in which it has built formidable walls and can feel unreachable in the sense of feeling it deeply beyond a surface-level sense of success, failure, loss, gain, happiness at getting what it wants, sadness when it doesn’t. It very seldom holds a deep compassion towards itself or others. This may not be true of all 3D selves, but for most of them, this feels like what needs to be felt, held and reconciled within each.

Ascension, in my sense of it, means inviting the 3D self to come along, loving it the whole way. This love can’t be false because this ‘self’ won’t buy it if it is, or might pretend to for a time but in the end, it won’t be deeply moved by anything you offer it. It is so often an energy of protective disbelief. Loving it begins with feeling one part of you at a time, and feeling your way into the love that wants to flow into and through you and wrap around it too. From this place, comes our deepest, purest sense of spirituality, which has always been there somehow, though the days and moments come when we feel it has left us or isn’t accessible. These phases are as much a part of our journey as the highest heights are, and every bit as sacred.

‘Time’ Is A Co-Creation Of Love

Our relationship to ‘time’ is changing, and we’re invited to feel this more and more.

It’s not that ‘time’ is ‘evil’. Time, like money, has gotten a bad rep due to projections and the way we hold and relate to it. Aging, for example, can be a frightening concept for a few reasons… our bodies start shifting in ways we can’t control, though parts of us might work very hard to do so. Perhaps you’re one who has over-attached to this concept of aging and maybe the idea of someday ‘running out of time’ has been scary too. It feels like so many of us have come into this life with a sense of soul urgency, mistaking this feeling as a warning that we need to get somewhere (though we may not know where exactly) and fast. Of course we do only have a limited ‘time’ on this planet, yet in another way, perhaps these urgent feelings have been more about an ‘urge’ itself. A drive to keep going, to keep feeling, to keep moving forward while moving inward. It feels like parts of us can sometimes hijack these urges and make them about something else, and of course this is the veil of illusion that we signed up for in 3D anyways and something we are meant to find our way out of. The scene from Labrynth where Sarah is stuck in an illusion and forgets about her original quest to get her baby brother back comes to mind. Though in SoulFullHeart we would hold that she chose this illusion, not that Gareth or any other entity, energy or figure did it TO her.

It’s part of our awakening to realize that time is only as real as we make it and also that it’s needed to be real here on Gaia for many reasons – many of which we have yet to uncover. Time is both a man-made and a Divinely created construction. I feel like it has been offered to us as a container to press us onward into healing. It has given us a well-laid out playground to journey through 3D and find our way through the dark tunnels of 4D. It has made us acknowledge differences in ourselves and each other, contributing, if we let it, to our sense of conscious duality.  Just like money, time is an expression of love and is a mirror too. It is often seen as ‘scarce’ and held by parts and metasoul aspects of us as a source of intense stress. What we’re invited to feel now, is that time is another aspect of abundance and that it, like love, has no inherent ‘lack’, but only more of it to let in.

This may not play out literally in our lives as we know and live them, at least not in this moment on Gaia, but we can trust the infinite nature of it, and that it too was created for and WITH us. It reminds us that we co-created the reality that we now ‘know’ and that in another way, it is as infinite as we are and wants to be a part of our manifestations in this world.

Embracing time as a gift given to us for NOW, can perhaps help us feel a different relationship to it and to so many other concepts parts of us have deemed so far to be troublesome. It’s another invitation to feel that Love has already WON and there is nothing to fight here, only to tap into as it invites us to keep tapping into ourselves and our hearts.

The Process Of Losing Returns You To Your Infinite Essence Within

What you are losing…it was gone in some way already. It was already not fitting you and your glorious rebirth into the new.

What you are grieving….it can not ever really be lost or gone. It is energy that is just shifting and changing vibrations into something different from you.

What you are finding….it was within your possession all along. It can arise ANEW the more you let go of the old.

What you are BEcoming…it is in your Divine blueprint. It is the seed of your sacred humanity blooming in response to the waters of love.

This process of losing, grieving, finding, and BEcoming moves at ALL levels through ALL of your life at ALL moments. The degree and depth you can feel it and let it in relates to how deeply parts of you are anchored to the conditioning you’ve received……the limitations, the fear, the us against them, the role and obligations, the habits and thoughts of self abuse and self harm. Being with, connecting with, these 3D-based energies as parts of yourself can allow more surrender, more ease and more peace, more trust in the bigger picture.

ALL this energy that is shifting in the cosmos, in the weather patterns, in your heart, in your soul, in every tear, in every fear, in every struggle, in every triumph IS for the service of love process that you are rebirthing into as a sacred human here.

The rumblings and the necessary crumblings show the true nature of impermanence of all the outward things. Returning you again to your INside…..the ONLY place where the solid foundations of your Infinite Love essence can endure and grow.

The Holy Trinity Of Our Inner Relationality

Through each tattered layer of what I once held so dear
What I used to cling to for the safety from fear
In order to hide the pain of keeping myself so small
I learned that I was so much more than what I had the nerve to see
The constant voices inside that sold catastrophe like it was never in doubt
.
The claim that I would never be enough, so why even try
The bully pulpit of what was right, moral, and acceptable.
They were not mine, but echoes of the collective disposition to keep itself contained from
truly loving, losing, and learning.

The greatness of our being lies not in what we have accomplished but what we have felt,risked, and let go of in order to create the courage to do so.  We are all a part of this ever expanding depth of love consciousness.  No soul is immune.  We just choose the level of resistance or surrender.  The 3D self has much at stake in this process and needs the all compassion and holding we can muster from our awakening 4D self with the guidance and love from our Higher Self.  It is a Holy Trinity of inner relationality that serves our destiny and desire to live in the fullest expression of our being, even if we can’t fully feel or see it yet.

This is a sacred relationship and one that is an ongoing one that offers many gifts to creating a New Earth by transforming 3D and not transcending it.  It is taking what was learned and applying it through a new lens of 4D transition to an unknowable but highly desirable Heaven with Gaia. It is choosing to heal our pain to feel our Joy.

Walking Through The Necessary Death And Rebirth Process

Has the death aspect of ascension been validated enough? The necessary process of letting go of the old, the dying, and the mourning that accompanies it? I feel this aspect of the process deeply in myself as I have experienced it so often over the years/lifetimes, in my own Metasoul, and as connected to the Universal soul/Divine Source too. Rebirth CANNOT happen without death, as nature and Gaia show us and remind us. Just wanting the rebirth and the ascension without the necessary death process is to limit the infinite possibilities that TRUE transmutation brings.

More and more recently souls (and their 3D selves) are just needing to share with me that they definitely feel like their worlds are collapsing, their lives are changing so much, and it feels like they are dying. And, I feel this with a deep compassion as the Divine has offered to me so many times….not able to take the pain away, yet validating that YES, this is the process and you’ll ultimately be OK. In a VERY significant way, your world IS collapsing…..the 3D world anyway and the 3D self that has formed in so many fragmented aspects is too letting go, unanchoring, and this feels hugely like dying as the energy transmutes to a higher frequency.

What has previously been and felt alive….what has been kNOwn as a LIFE…..is going through death throes as the soul’s higher frequencies come through, shine through, and rumble through. These parts of you feel sad and lonely and like no one else in your world ‘gets it’ because, in many ways, they don’t. Those people so beloved to you in your 3D life (and even to your 4D transitional self too) are suddenly not able to resonate on the same ground as you. You are speaking now a foreign language and are forgetting the one you used to be so fluent in. You are compelled to attend inner funeral services that they don’t see the reason for. You are becoming a ghost to them even as you become so much CLEARER to yourself.

I am shown by the 3D self scenes of rubble falling from previously solid ceilings…..ash thick in the previously clear air…..blazes lit to clear the access away. The 3D self wants to be felt in all this letting go and change and it NEEDS to be. You can provide so much comfort to this part of you as it falls and tumbles and loses so much. As your 3D self is negotiated with and felt by you, it can so much more easily let go with MUCH less resistance and fear. More love can flow within your BEing to hold space for this process!!

The beautiful thing that seems to be happening right now is that the gap between the dying and the rebirth is shorter and, in some cases, happening in the same now. The old is being let go WHILE the new is coming in and there is very little ‘time’ left then to mourn. This also seems to be true the more 5D self or higher self coming into your body that you have within you AND the more you have surrendered to the death and rebirth process and already let go of what needed to be let go of. Then, trust grows inside of all of your parts that whatever is being released will be replaced by something BETTER that is based in love and reflection of your soul and service of love here.

Your 3D Self: The Gateway To Your Runway

3D has been related to in such a varied way.  What comes up inside can range from a prison cell to a school or playground.  Such a wide spectrum of ideas and emotions.  It is also seen and felt as energetic frequency.  We are ultimately energy and the vibration of that energy is contained in waveform. Not a very sexy definition but it can be translated emotively.  When you feel particular emotions in comparison to others you can feel the difference in energy.  The difference in your emotive density.  When you are in a more joyous and blissful state you feel a lightness of being and a connectivity that is beyond mental expression.  When you are in depression and/or rage, the felt energy is clearly different than that.  This energy creates more of the same as like attracts like.  Joy wants more joy.  Misery loves company.

Okay…still not feeling sexy or alive.  This frequency of mental explanation may compel some part of you, but another part may be looking for a refund.  Let’s go into our 3D lives and feel what is going on.  We have bills to pay, places to go, deadlines to meet, children to educate, and relationships to show up for.  You may have it all dialed-in to a science and all areas are humming on all cylinders.  My guess is if that is the case you may not be reading this.  But for the rest of us 99%ers there is an ache whether it is completely felt or not.  You don’t have that dream job or vocation, you are not in the relationship of your dreams having all sorts of incredible sex and romantical moments, you may not have all the money you want to buy the things and experiences you desire, and you are struggling to feel your passion, purpose, and power that light you up like a Christmas tree during Chinese New Year.

But what the hell does any of this have to do with ascension?  Well, to your 3D self it means everything! It is the one that has invested so much time and energy in creating a world that is trying to do the best it can to survive and be loved, and hope like hell things just get better with some focused spiritual practice.  That really doesn’t do anything for them but to kick the can down the road.  No matter where you go there you are.

When we start to awaken to energies and ideas outside our 3D conditioning, there is a rumble that begins from opposing energy frequencies.  If I am feeling this inside me, and my outside life feels quite a bit different, then how do I reconcile the two?  The only way to do that is to get honest with yourself.  Both frequencies can’t exist simultaneously without creating rumble.  This rumbling is being reflected from within.  It is the contrast between your 5D/4D self and your 3D self. The higher the frequencies experienced, the larger the gap.  This creates a suffering loop that must be addressed by being real with what is happening.  You are changing.  Your soul is coming in and knocking on the door and it is looking to change everything your 3D self has held so dear.  This is can be a really difficult time to negotiate.

It really isn’t about ignoring it, because it is there.  This part of you needs to be felt with all the heart open compassion possible while feeling the epic changes that are so evident to your Higher Self, but not so evident to your 3D self.  Seeing, feeling, and healing this aspect of you is a crucial part of the ascension journey. It is feeling all the anchors that keep us tethered to 3D by negotiating with this beloved aspect.

When one begins with the SoulFullHeart process this is the self that we begin to feel and connect with as it holds the keys to the doorways of our growth and healing.  While a part of you may be ready to soar among the stars, the runway may need some clearing on the ground.  Writing a letter to your 3D self may provide some illuminating truths about what it really feels in relationship to all that is occurring in your life.  From there you have a doorway to walk through should you feel compelled to go deeper.  It is a journey that promises to change your life, but only by negotiation and choice.  This is the beginning of a whole new experience your 3D self has actually been waiting for.

‘Master, What Must I Do In Order To Ascend?’

The Student asked the teacher ‘Master, what must I do in order to ascend?’

The teacher replied ‘The entire universe is ascending all on its own super intelligence. You need only sit on your ass and do absolutely nothing and you will be most sure to ascend’.

The student paused long enough to suggest to the teacher that he had respectfully pondered his reply, and then came back with another question ‘Master, I have done nothing at times and I find myself plagued with boredom. Can you tell me how I might avoid boredom?’

The teacher again responded forthrightly ‘You must act upon all of your desires. Find out what you really want and pursue that to your heart’s desire. This is why you are here. Boredom is simply your heart calling out to you to pursue what you want’.

Now, the student was perplexed at the opposite advice given to him inside of minutes from the same teacher. He truly pondered much longer this time and then in deeper reverence for both himself and the teacher, he asked ‘Master, you have advised me contrarily for my 2 wishes. For my desire to ascend, you have told me there is nothing I can do, and for my desire to avoid boredom, you have told me that I must act on what I desire. Can you help me reconcile this difference so I will truly know peace?’

The teacher replied curtly, ‘Had I known it was peace you sought, I would have sent you on your way and not have advised you at all.’

The student edging towards being offended, said ‘But Master, can you explain this to me? Isn’t peace of mind and heart what we all seek and need?’

The Master turned and made deep eye contact with the student this time, paused to the point of becoming uncomfortable, and then replied ‘If it is peace you seek, you are of no value to me. I have long let go of my expectation for perfect peace, and instead live in the honest tension of what I really want and what I don’t yet have. This is the only kind of enlightenment that I am aware of that is available to be had. I find myself ascending and my deepest needs getting met by being around people who want desperately to have fun; who are not at peace without it; and who have accepted that this is truly the funnest fun.’

The student took this in deeply and in the space opened out by the teacher’s words and heart, he again found his tongue and said ‘You have blown my mind today, but so opened wide my heart. Can you tell me how I might live my way into more of this kind of enlightenment you speak of, Master?’

The teacher replied ‘Yes, you must now become your own Master. You are your own sovereign establishing your own heart kingdom. You have no one to report to or to surrender to, but yourself, as well as no one to blame for the outcomes of your life. If you have fun, it is up to you. If you are bored, it is up to you.’

‘Thank you…’ replied the student, stopping himself just short of adding the word ‘Master’.

The teacher replied ‘And just one more thing before you go…’

‘Yes’ answered the humbled student.

‘Stop asking teachers for their answers as a way to deflect from taking responsibility for your own life, and to deflect from owning your own truth. If you continue this practice, you will most surely not ascend any time soon, and it will be boring as the prisons of hell itself’ added the teacher for good measure.

The student knew to pause here, nod, rather than speak his acknowledgment and to go on his way.

Energy Update: Ongoing Digestion Of The Intense, Mirroring, Highest-Timeline-Activating August Energies

Last ‘day’ of August and WHAT a month of intense energies it has been for all of us it feels like, especially those of us sensitive to and tuned into celestial energies from within and in the cosmos. Two mega eclipses, the Lion’s/Lioness’ gateway portal opening, timelines collapsing and merging and overlapping more consciously. The degree to which you experienced the intensity of these energies seems to depend on where you are at in your ascension/awakening process and inner negotiation with 3D/4D aspects that can block or receive these energies. How you experienced these energies also can reflect what still needed to be purged up in your emotional body to be felt and if you were open to being with this process or suppressing it.

Those souls being ‘fast-tracked’ to be waySHOWers and teachers may have felt this quite acutely as we are needed to be as clear and open hearted, souled, and minded as possible going forward to serve others to steer through the intense transitional terrain coming up. I have shared transparently this month quite a bit about my own process of experiencing this sudden triggering of emotional body core wounds and reconnection with my 4D aspect in order to more fully feel, BE with, and integrate these energies into my 5D self. I also experienced beautiful and profound soul awakenings and visions for my highest timeline and for SoulFullHeart during this month, plus deeper collaboration with my mate Raphael Awen. These awakenings are the water that brings up the oil that still lives in the emotional body and the Metasoul of doubt, fear, trauma, woundedness. This water in, oil up process is one that I trust very much is being held with Divine love and, also, I lean into the SoulFullHeart parts process to navigate it, plus my beloveds to navigate it with me.

Life brings these triggers as we claim more leadership that is connected to the manifestation of our highest timeline service of love here…which was HUGELY activated during the total solar eclipse on August 21. This activation was available to all souls, whether they could ‘let it in’ consciously or not. If you COULD let it in, you may have been quite shaken up by it, mostly INside of you, where new clarities would be pushed up around what you have just lived with and settled for. So much soul love juice infusion this month to clarify what serves love and what does not. You may have gone down many rabbit holes looking for and searching out the next steps toward this higher timeline…….your next place to live or healing path or spiritual group or job/career or training or soul family or sacred union romance. It feels like it was a time of more ‘researching’ than actual action taking and that actions that were taken may not have led to fulfillment, yet definitely informed what you really want and what unfolds next.

You may have experienced an intense push up this month of frustration and pain, suffering too, that is no longer able to be suppressed and needed to come more in your awareness. Acute loneliness from being in a necessary lone wolf phase for awhile and no longer wanting to be. Frustrations at your money/livelihood situation and wanting more to provide support and connect to your service of love expression. More tears, more fears, more body pains/ascension symptoms…all meant to SHAKE UP the parts of you that still resist, live in fear, operate from victimhood, cling to self abuse patterns and habits, use lack of money as an excuse to not claim your soul bigness and deepest desires….

It seems that each soul is being assessed of their ‘readiness’ to move from 3D self expression in ALL areas of life more deeply in 4D transitional/awakening consciousness with ultimate 5D higher self IN the body expression. This assessment is held with much love by your higher self and 5D (and higher) Metasoul aspects/guides. Sometimes this is a very conscious process with you and sometimes less so. The readiness also relates to taking action and making life changes based on the higher timeline clarities, both those based on desires and those based on wanting to end suffering. If you ARE more ready to move into 4D (and higher) in all areas of your life, life will bring you the support that you most need to keep moving into that higher timeline, although parts of you can continue to resist it or say ‘no’.

These August energies held up a BIG mirror for us to see ourselves and we were ALL given the opportunity to see what we most needed to see and choose from there. What you saw in this mirror was up to you and how you digested it too. Whether you experienced that this revealing mirror was held by love or experienced it as ‘hurting’ you was also up to you and how parts of you filter the experience of awakening, whether from disempowered victim or empowered collaborator. Ongoing digestion and integration of these energies allows for the clarities to arise and the actions to be taken from there in an accelerated way.

 

I’m going to end this writing today with this paragraph from a writing I shared recently about post-eclipse integration of our highest timeline activations, which I recommend taking in as a compliment to this one:

ALL of our bodies are being infused with our highest timeline realities. It’s like our dreams have been switched ON, yet are feeling ever more REAL. Our visions are becoming clearer. Our journeys and the choice points along the way toward those visions becoming illuminated. Our worthiness to receive and BE these visions being watered with self love and love with the Divine. As we come into Divine alignment INside, so does our outside reality reflect this more and more as the Infinite Love that we ARE continues to find its ultimate highest expression in our lives!

Collapsing Of The Old, Emerging Of The New Is Happening In The Same Moments

Things are sorting out faster now. More rapidly with more clarity, sometimes fueled by heart and soul vision. Sometimes fueled by frustration and wanting to end the pain and suffering. What to commit to more deeply and what to let go is becoming clearer in all areas of your life. What to go into as it serves what you most want and your service of love VISION…..and what to release as it doesn’t reflect that envisioning.

With the activation of your highest timeline during this intense energy month of August and especially during the recent eclipse, the download so freely available and gifted to you…..you are then given the choice in every moment to live it out or to retract away from it. To move it forward or to pause. ALL of this is your sacred choice, although the highest timeline choices are the ones that most serve the manifestation of New Earth reality for yourself inside and for the collective.

More overlap seems to be happening between these processes of collapsing timelines and arising timelines with less gap and pause. Meaning, you are feeling increasing desire and clarity WHILE the old is falling away. The new is coming in WHILE the old is moving out. The energies of mourning and celebration coming together, weaving, and operating in the same moment sometimes. Bittersweetness.

Parts of you may be feeling the sweetness while other parts of you are feeling the bitter. Being with the different energies AS parts can help with the overwhelm that can grow inside over these divergent frequencies. Checking in with your higher self and higher guides/aspects can be hugely helpful in this process too. Asking to reconnect with and feel your highest timeline can infuse it into your body and flush up in your emotional body the parts of you that may have fear, resistance, and doubt. Feeling and holding space for the fear and doubts too that come up as you let in the higher timeline.

Continually claiming the higher timeline and not falling back into 3D anchoring is not easy at times, as I offered yesterday. Yet, in another way, it IS what you will do eventually as the higher timeline you and your higher timeline life are ALREADY happening. And choosing the higher timeline is what love wants you to do and BE, so the more love you can feel with yourself and with your parts, the more support you will feel to live it out in the Now and NOT delay it. Bridging the gap between THIS now and THAT now is where the challenge is and feeling all that comes up in this walking out.

The higher timeline is waiting for you AND it is available in this very moment to be claimed, tasted, moved toward, lived and, most of all, loved!
