Real Love As Impassioned Advocacy

Sometimes Real Love can feel like a bully.

Real love presses and invites with compassionate passion. It wants more of Itself to shine and be shown. When it feels that it is being hidden away, defended, or downplayed, Love goes for the cracks. The places that it can sneak under to find more of Itself to heal and flourish.

To the part of us that takes a defensive stance to being “infiltrated” in the name of self-preservation, it is just wanting what is known to stay in stasis because it is all it has ever known…even if this is suffering or crisis. So if love is advocating for itself, which lies on the other side of those walls, then Love would feel like a bully to this defended part of us.

This can only feel true if there is a bully inside that provokes that response. An experience of being punished or persecuted, either this life or others, creates a knee-jerk protective stance toward anything that feels encroaching our inner sanctum of vulnerability.

“Tough love” comes to mind when I ponder this more. Tough love has an edge to it that can be a punishing part of one person that is using this term as an excuse to off-gas abusive energy. There may be a true loving intention, but this energy can be tainted with some toxicity. If there is an experience of this within a spiritual or psychological framework, a part of you most certainly can have some reaction to when Real Love is being offered.

What is the difference? It comes down to feeling our own inner bully dynamic and how that may be being projected out and even drawing these situations. It is also about being vulnerable with the feeling of being bullied that draws out this inner energy. There is a sorting out that takes place to parcel out what is “tough” and what is “real”. Real love can be intense and may be tough to a part of us, but it is never toxic or rough. It does not pry or demand, but invites and passionately advocates.

In any authentic and safe healing space, the healer must also be in tune with their own emotional and spiritual bodies and be willing to feel and see their own “stuff” that may be a part of any advocacy or difficult love offering. This allows the protective part of the one receiving healing and guidance to feel safe and open.

This is why those of us in SoulFullHeart are always asking ourselves, and each other if where we are coming from has tinges of an energy that may feel “off” so that we can feel how that may be affecting our facilitation. As a community, it is a system of checks and balances that is about our own personal growth as well as our commitment to the most authentic healing modality out there.

If you have experienced this wound of toxic love, my heart goes out to you. I am sorry that happened. I want to invite that part of you to experience something different and possible. Something genuine and real. Something that leads you to experience a new relationship to the pain and trauma, with transparency, honesty, and heart-open advocacy.

A Letter To Men, And To The Sacred Masculine Within Each Of Us

I’ve been feeling into a push-pull kind of feeling inside of myself in regards to serving men. Consciously, I’ve been waiting and wanting to serve men, and wondering why they are slow to respond. Subconsciously, I was recently guided to feel if there’s a part of me or my Metasoul who is reticent to serve men, and thus creates an energy field of repelling men away, or possibly, works as some kind of invisibility shield where men are concerned to what I offer.

I am brought back in my memory to an aspect in my Metasoul that was/is in the Atlantis timeline, named Mordecai. I felt him originally as a counterpart soul mate to a part that Jelelle uncovered in her Atlantis timeline. Since that initial brief contact, my awareness and process with him became elusive as it seems this aspect of my soul was hunkered down in a place of penance over his regrets of what he was directly involved in and responsible for during the fall of Atlantis.

I write to transparently share his and my story as a reaching out to men. What holds any one of us back from our true and deep (even infinite) potential? Why would we settle for good enough, or worse, for ongoing suffering? Why would we believe, and then go on to manifest according to that belief, that this is ‘as good as it gets’?

As I feel into Mordecai’s reticence to come forward to be felt, and his shame and penance, I feel a wall of shame for having been compromised by dealing with dark forces/beings like the Draco, who manipulated with shiny benefits in exchange for achieving dominance. Mordecai gave over his sovereignty and autonomy to a group of beings that he was deceived into believing that they would be to the fulfillment of his power, rather than to the diminishment of it. As painful and as wrong as that was, it wasn’t just Mordecai’s own fate that was embroiled in these ‘dealings with the devil’, but the fate of an entire civilization as he was given great and powerful leadership and trust by the people in the Atlantis timeline. It cuts like a knife now to feel so deeply how this could have been different had he not abused that trust and power given to him, had he chose differently. The story of why and how it all came to be is now a murky soup of questions and regrets that any after the game armchair quarterbacking only makes for more questions than real answers. What has remained immovable is the remainder – the non-divisible leftover of regret and torment for having been responsible for so much loss.

As I relate this to my own life story, I see how my draw to Christianity earlier this life has for Mordecai, had much to do with seeking of forgiveness, and also give up my sovereignty to God, to surrender it to the divine as a way to not have to face the possibility of messing it up like that ever again.

I see also, how in my career choice, while I had longings and aspirations to places of influence and leadership inside of my truer passion purpose and gifts of teaching and healing, and leading a cavalry of men, I humbly settled for earning my living as a contractor, maintaining peoples homes, where this part of me could feel assured that we wouldn’t ever again be a part of the harm we were directly involved in Atlantis. I always inevitably came to a wall of feeling bigger and constantly outgrowing the group or paradigm I was working hard to surrender to and serve in some way.

Thirteen years ago, after years of process and wrestling with just what my truth was, I came to what was yet a sudden and surprising realization for many parts of me that I was done with Christianity, that I was not in my truth to pretend that I could integrously remain a part of it. Trouble was though, that my entire social world was totally invested there. All friends, family, wife of 23 years to the week, and late teenage beloved daughters were not feeling anything of what I was inclined to. I knew very well enough what the stakes were. I chose to utter the words quietly aloud to a few around me that I no longer held Jesus as my personal savior and that one admission was enough to dissolve the foundations of my life as I’d known it up until that time, and launch a path into a complete unknown.

Now, I can feel Mordecai’s pain around this too. His need to hunker down in a shoebox container of a safe tradition and attempt to eke out a penance of an existence caused yet another meltdown, another destruction, and more heart wrenching pain to others.

Staying small however is simply running completely out of ground. There is nowhere to turn, but to live into my true bigness. I’ve known this for a long time, and have repeatedly chosen it time and time again, but, as I said, it has been met with mixed results where drawing and inspiring like minded and hearted men is concerned. I feel now where this has had to do with Mordecai’s unresolved and unfelt pain.

I was able to take this reality of limited external influence to deepen into what moves in my soul and brings me to his place today. It has brought me to feeling every barrier to being love and serving love that lives in me. I’m not under any illusion that I don’t have more of these places to feel, that will arise in relationship with others and time.

This resistance to love however is not what disqualifies me, but rather what qualifies me, as I am willing to feel out loud and transparently what arises as it arises. In this way, in each of our individual healing journeys, as it is held and revealed to us and our world, we ‘trans-parent’ a new world into being; one that never existed before, but only in energy and spirit form inside of us. This world of what once existed only in energy and spirit is now materializing from the great Mother/‘Mater’ that we are.

Atlantis was great beyond imagination, but also buried in her foundations were compromises that would compromise her and bring about her eventual demise.

I feel how Mordecai has lived inside of my soul field in my Metasoul as a quiet, and reticent, but always in deep observance and amazement of any great undertaking. Stories like the sinking of the Titanic reverberate with so many themes of hubris and power gone to seed; gone to seed a great death and a great rebirth. Every time, I’ve observed a great construction project, I’ve felt both his marvel and his regret; his all too real feeling awareness of the inadequate and shallow foundations underneath it all; how it takes more than physical engineering and patriarchal power structures and culture to uphold any construct; how we cannot sacrifice the feminine and expect the masculine to get its needs met in any kind of true fulfilling way.

I feel how Mordecai is now willing and wanting to accept my proposal to turn his penance and desire to pay back society towards accepting his largesse of being rather than continuing to live into his self prescribed hell of penance and smallness. Now, he is able to feel his more vulnerable need for movement and change over his readiness to suffer in a kind of painful, but invulnerable private diminished world. He knows the greatness that lived and still lives in him. I ask him to consider now, that the true return of the Atlantean treasure to its rightful owners could better be served by his willingness to again inhabit his largesse of being. I ask him to consider how that his remaining small and in invulnerable penance would only be to the ongoing harm and diminishment of many, who long for new timelines and leadership. I feel his awakening and agreement rumbling inside of me. The portal of these times provides clarity, momentum and the logistics necessary to act, to choose, to rise again; to let-in love, to let-out all the tears that get need to be shed and dearly felt in so doing.

I feel my native hunger that has always lived in me to find the fellow knights of my round table. I feel my Metasoul connection also to the Arthurian legend and timeline, that is only called legend by those who lack another name for it; the name of now. Arthur is now. Mordecai is now. It’s all available and waiting in the Now.

Now, the memory turns into a rememberance, a ‘being re-membered together with’, with those we were dis-membered from; all of it in service of a perfect creation of worlds that haven’t existed before, but await our readiness and power.

I write to men. I call to men. I write to the Sacred Masculine that lives in men and women alike. I declare my desire and readiness along with acknowledging at the same time my reticence to serve men, and this reticent Masculine; in order to serve my highest timeline. Nothing needs to be overcome or suppressed in order to achieve in these new arising domains of being, but instead lovingly embraced as the seed of our ever present infinite being out experiencing a full drama of leaving and then returning to the fullness we always were and are, but couldn’t quite come to know and feel, until we enter this Now.

I invite men into this journey that I have undertaken, that I have chosen and found a path into, if it resonates and calls to you, not as my truth, but as a manifestation of your truth. What is your next step? Could association with me and my beloveds serve your arising being?

I know your choice of your next step and Higher timeline will serve my arising being! I long to serve and to be around the true and Sacred Masculine that is willing to move with the changes and callings that are arising Now.

Let’s Get On With The Getting On!

A tender response from a wonderful bridging session I had with a male soul yesterday:

“I don’t even know how to say how much I appreciate you and the insights you share! It seems like a process that gives a path to experiences I got to feel and bare witness to in visions. It’s like everything you say is complimenting a notion or sense I have in regards to the 3d/4d/5d”

This is it. The time to get on with the getting on. The letting in. You have dug in the soil, spent time in the darkness, and found your truest gift to the world….the desire to love yourself enough to choose real love. To follow the challenges and choice points that lead you to its ever-expanding and all-encompassing playground. Time to love those parts of you that haven’t been able to see past the dark and trust there is a different, bigger, and sexier world that exists in this very moment.

Keep watering your garden. The one you have tended to with much diligence and self-care even when it was hard as hell. It is not part of your destiny to give up now. You just need to find others to water your garden WITH you, not for you. Those that are doing the same in the name of bearing that magical fruit of pure joy and creative power in the name of more Love.

Let your roots find their strength in your ever-opening heart to let in and serve more love. We are an independent community garden that is interdependent on those hearts and souls that have chosen to plant themselves in and near our raised bed. It is time to choose to be loved by others as you have chosen to love yourself in the name of real explosive growth.

Loving yourself is just the beginning. Sharing and serving that love is what comes next. This is your sacred human calling.

You Are Eclipsed Abundance

You are eclipsed abundance.

The direct 3D experience of life can be used as evidence by a part of us to assume a belief that since A has never, or rarely ever happened, then A is either does not exist or is some random anomaly and therefore should not be assumed as ‘real’ or a permanent fixture of existence.

Take for example….Abundance (you can replace it with Love, Romance, Purpose, etc). If our more limited 3D, or questioning and curious 4D parts of us have had many direct experiences of ‘lack’ (usually defined by these parts as not getting what they want to feel good/comfortable/safe/loved) then the belief that life IS lack is set into the creative programming structure of consciousness and…voila!…life is Lack (whatever that definition is to these parts).

The more the universe brings us that ‘truth’ the more solid the belief and it becomes like quick setting concrete in our consciousness and turning that ship around can be challenging, but not impossible (perceived by these very same parts that created it in the first place, mind you).

Lack is a reflection of our Sacred Forgetting. We veiled ourselves from Abundance to play (experience) in this dimension of This and That, or This NOT That. It is easier for these separated and disowned parts of us to assume this reality since this is the reality they live in. A disconnection from Source and the abundance it IS. So this rush to these quantum judgments and beliefs is always, in my opinion, a protection.

The protection is there to not get too attached to something that is either temporal or just doesn’t plain exist. Fully embodying this ensures that you don’t get hurt, nor abundance. The price of believing in abundance (love, romance, higher timelines, etc) is the pain of not having it, and/or the pain of actually letting it in.

There is an infinite treasure chest buried in the depth of our existential sacred wounding. Feeling the parts of you that are there to keep you from Harm and conversely from Love and Goodness assists in opening this Pandora’s Box. When you understand the Whys? then you can open your compassionate heart to these parts of you and bring them back into the experience of what ‘was’ and actually IS. That you belong in an abundant, infinite, expression of Love. It is not a quick turn around but a process of choosing something new and remembering something forgotten. This takes time, patience, and powerful choices.

This is the message I receive from this alchemical time of year. You are eclipsed abundance. You are the Moon and the Sun both. Give space to that which is veiling and the bright light behind it shall shine.

The Road To Lion’s Gate: The Departure From The Third Dimension

I feel like I have been in a parallel dimension that past couple of days. Feeling very tired and heavy in my body, not so much in my heart. There has been a feeling that I of moving in a field of density that made it hard to really feel motivated to do much. And that was actually a good thing. It gave me an opporTUNEity to tune into what is moving inside me and the collective as we are moving through this gateway.

I could feel how the 3rd dimension is in progress of a deep and immense purging from our spiritual and physical bodies that reverberate through our emotional bodies. It is like our emotions are the bridge between the two. Our own personal dowsing rod to access the direction of our True North.

As we continue to receive the invite from ‘above’ to move UP, to shift into timelines that most reflect our deepest gifts and authentic hearts, we begin to feel all that we have held as 3D energy inside the cells of our bodies and hidden places in our hearts. To the parts of us still with 3D anchors and emotional woundings, this can feel like a prying apart at times and that can manifest in so many varied ways in our bodies and our emotions.

As a sensitive to this purging and shedding, you may feel the collective response as well that adds to or amplifies your own. It can make you a bit mad at times wondering what the hell is really going on with you! There is a lot filtering through the Metasoul as well, as part of the ascension process is to heal that which remains in the karmic holding tanks of your soul.

The third dimension is in the rearview and if we still have energy there it is going to feel intense and draining at times. This is where going IN and doing the deep dive to feel all those anchors that may be spinning you in circles or giving your physical self some fits. This is an exciting yet intense time! It is not all candy corn and rose petals for many. Yet it doesn’t have to be suffering either.

There is a pathway. It is you consciously entering the domain of your heart and soul to navigate the beings inside you we call parts and aspects. They hold the keys, the answers, and more questions. They are ones that have been protected and the ones who have been doing their damnedest to make sure that you don’t get hurt this life, and yet ironically there is a pain in that as well. Finding, honoring, and feeling these parts of you are what help to release those anchors and help Love find its way into your heart again. To help the process of Ascension take you to your forgotten 5th-dimensional realms of passion, joy, and creation. There is a field of dreams awaiting you, me, and all of us. It is Now and it is Here….on the inside.

The Only Place Real Growth Can Occur

The only place any real growth can occur is in the gap between what you have and what you desire to have; the gap between where you and where you desire to be.

If you don’t desire anything more than what you have, in whatever area of your life, you are at present satiated, or fully satisfied.

As proverbs says: ‘a full soul loathes a honeycomb’.

Returning to growth will require the courage to re-own your appetite, especially if a part of you worked so hard to get it suppressed to where you did.

Returning to your quest will call upon your deepest QUESTions, and dusting off the clutter and clamour of the answers that once soothed, but now only block the very oxygen your heart and soul is aching for.

Entire spiritual practices, belief systems, social circles and ways of doing life will most likely need to be renegotiated with and very often completely let go of in the process of returning to desire.

Most often, when we set out to kill desire, we subconsciously set up huge infrastructure in our lives to support that suppression. We co-sign mutual contracts with others who are at this same phase as us that we are now going to have to renege on, and begin in earnest to dismantle.

Desire cannot be killed. It is pure life energy itself, that can morph and change, but never cease to exist. Even the phase of suppressing desire is part of desire’s dance of helping you come to new terms with it.

You may have lost touch with desire, but desire has not lost touch with you.

Try writing it a letter. Begin with something like ‘Dear Desire, Where have you gone in my life? What have parts of me tried to do to you? What is it you are really wanting? How could we find each other again? Love, Me.’ Then wait for a response and write that out. Allow for a penpal back and forth as need be.

Desire itself will rekindle in you in a powerful way if you are ready to trust the process.

Opting For The Heaven You Don’t Know

Opting for the Heaven you don’t know, over the Hell that you do know, will call upon everything in you.

Deep in our essence, we know love in the profoundest sense, yet we struggle to feel it and know it in an everyday sense. We are love. We are heaven. But we took a forgetful journey to the far away land of love’s lack in order to grow into more of love’s ever expanding infinity.

This is where you find yourself now, feeling far away from love, yet actually BEing this love, while feeling the parts of yourself and others that are not yet reconciled to this love that we all are.

You are love, yet you experience hell.

The craziness of this will constantly incline you to attempt to make many temporary and false heavens out of the hell you are actually in. When you live in the forest, you make your house out of wood.

If you want to get to know more of the real heaven that you don’t yet know in your everyday experience, you are going to have to spend some of that bank account that you are holding onto of the hell you do know.

The hell you know is the currency that will buy you the heaven you don’t know, what you really want, if you are willing to spend it.

This will require admitting that the hell you are in, is in fact a hell; that you are willing to leave it; and that you want help to find your way out. If that isn’t true for you yet, you simply aren’t done with your sacred chosen hell and what the time there is meant to bring you.

This will also require that you are willing to authorize a resource(s) that you recognize as being part of your emerging heaven to assist you, guide you…that they represent your higher self, your heaven, in physical form, a projection and manifestation of this future you.

This will require feeling the painful gap between where you are now and where you long to be, and all that this gap is meant to alchemize in you.

If you are at this place, you have entered the place of true adventure, where the first step is actually as grand as the last step, as they are all steps on the same sacred journey, where none is more meaningful than any other.

If you feel like you are not at this place, see if this feels like you, or instead a part of you, and then see if you are ready to show up for this part of you and the hell they find themselves in.

We Are All Deeply Enculturated

Every last one of us has been deeply enculturated.

We’re left with taking responsibility for the cults we find ourselves in.

The first cult we were subjected to, seemingly by our own choice, was the cult of ‘the individuated out from divine source’. This cult left us with a kind of bi-polar disorder of on one hand fearing being returned to source against our will and having our individuality taken from us, and on the other hand, fearing not being able to ever find our way back to oneness source, left in a hell of separation and individuation forever.

Talk about having all the bells and whistles of having been in what feels like a harmful cult! Our hangups, anger, hatred and dysfunctions suddenly make a lot of sense. Could anything be more painful than losing your awareness of your true identity, leaving you and I out begging life for any kind of substitute scraps of survival forms of love that can be had?

Eventually, as we come to take responsibility for this first cult and the many other cults that we’ve wandered into and find ourselves in, we come to discover that while it most deeply feels like we are separate and separated, we never actually were. We come to see that we are in fact as close as we ever can and will be, and all that is awakening is only a realization of what IS, and not any kind of attainment of anything that isn’t already.

We are left with the task of attaining what already is.

We need all the dramas of life and relationship as the story and culture setting to get us to the moral of the story which is LOVE, not as an injunction to dutifully ‘be more loving’, but as a dawning awareness of the essence of what you and I already are and always were, leading to just simply and truly being the love that we are. The only injunction we’re really left with is ‘just be yourself’.

The deeper awareness in all of this that WE CHOSE this as the soul beings we are, calls us to feel all there is to feel in reaction to our present awakening. Only now can we begin to feel these roots of all of our dysfunctions and querks both related to being human, as well as related to being birthed into being a soul. Only now can we begin to feel and take responsibility for our true awesome power.

It’s like we’ve travelled to a far country, with strange language, weird food, and customs. We don’t know how to be here and we don’t know where to find what we desire as familiar love. When we do find something that feels familiar, that feels like family, we often find that the comfort it once gave no longer does. Our deep inborn hunger for love calls us on to seek new forms and experiences of the love that we are. We find ourselves again invited into new forms of cult and culture, given our bents for attachment and our needs for love. Now, we can take conscious responsibility for what we choose and for what we most deeply want; a new culture of love.

We didn’t come here for any kind of instant fix. You were never broken in fact. If anything, you were fixed in love and wanted to unfix yourself being the explorer of the infinite love that you are. You and I came here having it all and we couldn’t help ourselves but to want more. We came here for a process. We came here for relationships. We came here to feel and heal all there is to feel.

Live Stream With Kalayna & Raianna TOMORROW, Aug 2nd, at 4pm CDT!

Only one more week until Lion’s Gate and the energies are helping us open up and out, guiding us to new ways to BE and inviting us to honour the sacredness of our humanity as we move into another year of openings, awakenings and deep movements. It truly feels to me like Lion’s Gate IS the ‘new year’ celebration for the spiritually conscious, as we bathe in the waters of renewing light and incoming waves of love.

Raianna and I felt guided to hold this live stream as an opportunity to feel these energies, to feel the next places in our consciousness expansion and inner healing that they are inviting us into, no matter what age, label, sun sign, etc we may feel most resonant with or that parts of us may be attached to. It feels like this live stream is about feeling our realness, the sacredness of our emotions no matter how messy, feeling how life and Divine love continue to invite us to inhabit vulnerable leadership, feeling how we are being guided to BE with ourselves, others and love itself as we continue to move through our personal activations and integrations on a soul, heart, and star seed level too.

This, we feel, is what the new wave of what has been known as ‘New Age’ spirituality is about… being real, bringing our truths yet with care, being where and who we are in this moment with an openness to feel that this is not all we are or all we’re meant to be and have. From this place of going into our depths, we get to awaken to more of who we are as individual souls and we can connect to our galactic aspects too that are waiting to reunite with us.

We will also lead a guided meditation tomorrow, to hold space with you as we all go inward for a moment and feel our next pieces we’re being invited into in service of love to ourselves and others and our next layers of feeling what the ‘new wave of the new age’ means to us all on a personal level. You may even meet a galatic Metasoul Aspect of yours who has been waiting for contact with you, if it’s time for that in this phase of your personal journey.

The Road To Lion’s Gate: Enlightening The Metasoul, Embodying Humanity

Enlightenment is not an achievement.

It is a process of a series of profound and sacred realizations none of which is meant to be an ending place. It is an unfolding of remembrance. A story that we are reading backward and at times you reach the beginning of a chapter. Then there is the space between the beginning and the end of the next one.

You are a process of being, not a state of being. Each state is merely a stepping stone to the next. Whether the state you find yourself in is bliss or despair. The over-attachment to bliss is very similar to an over-attachment to despair. There is a fear of what lies beyond or underneath each. How could an over-attachment to bliss possibly be a ‘bad’ thing?

Any state of bliss is really a deep experience of Self beyond the plot of our karma. This is a state where we are outside the story and if there is a lot of trauma it feels oh so damn good. Why would we ever go back into the story?! We go back because we have a free-willed destiny to bring that very bliss into the story. To recreate the pages with the love that we experience in those bliss moments.

Right now we are walking among the ‘dead’ and unborn. What we have previously thought of as the ‘past’ and ‘future’ is always ever Now. Our story lines, our Time Lines, are converging and merging. This is what we call our Metasoul. Our special story, both individually and collectively. We are in a time of Divine Opportunity to reconcile and bring love to the karma we created as a result of our forgetting. These timelines effect all of our parts whether 3D, 4D, or 5D. Your ‘this life’ wounding is intimately connected to ‘other life’ wounding and vice versa.

This healing is meant to bring more bliss and joy back into our grounded humanity as a fuel to lead us to the next unfolding and deepening. Love is on a joy ride and that doesn’t always mean things are in constant bliss or despair. It is just constantly real and sacred. There is a lot happening underneath our created veils, the protection we needed until it was time to let go, move on, and go IN.
