Energy Update: Recent Relationship Shake-Ups Bring Healing, Awakening, Expansion

Feels like a bit of a sleepy day today, with recovery in the air. Today is a day of relief in some ways from the intensity of the energies that have been streaming in for weeks now, yet these energies pushed up so much that now is the time to clean up the aftermath and be with the revelations and new inquiries too. It feels in some ways like an earthquake rattled through our consciousness and our lives, awakening and activating but also offering us ways in which to be with everything that was moving and being illuminated within us and within our relationships. ‘Letting go to let in’ yet above all, ‘let arise’, has been the theme for all relationships and especially the patterns going on in them. This has brought up fear and in some cases shame too yet also it has brought an opportunity to go inward and see what the inner relationship ground has been like between parts of you and how this has been reflected in your outer relationships. There is no way to be stuck in a victim’s role no matter what was shaken up if you choose to take it inward and see what’s been going on inside of you.

The day with my beloveds yesterday was fulfilling on all levels and a powerful digestion of everything that’s shifting within us and within our relationships to each other… but also our relationships to service. It was a very alchemical day of feeling, talking, exchanging gifts of love and intention without pretense and while being very real and current with each other too. It amazed all of us how this Christmas celebration came together and how we continue to come together in this deep way even with so much going on and moving through.

It feels like the energy of illumination will hold steady yet won’t be as pressing for a while, unless we need it to be on an individual level. Love is here to help us look at the debris of what came apart during this last month or so and feel into what comes next, what actions we can take, and what needs to be felt into more. Leading us into the ‘new year’ of 2019, we can feel this as a time to reboot and regroup. A phase of reenergizing our intentions for the next phase of our consciousness, growth, healing, and of course Ascension. We get to choose the next empowering place for us in our lives and love is there with us always to encourage us to keep choosing and keep expanding.

Dive Into Feeling To Experience More Love

When I think back to even my childhood this life, I have always found aliveness in feeling. In having emotions. In experiencing the container of life holding my ups and downs, ins and outs, waves of despair and waves of bliss. I have always been emotional.

What a gift it is, to have tools that help you go inward and support from Divine love to continue to do so. It’s in times of deep process yet also times of profound bliss (that truly come on the other side of deep process), when I most feel love and loved. Even with sobbing tears complete with wailing cries and runny nose, I feel loved. I feel held. I feel the growing container of me, held by the ever-expanding container of pure love, always accessible though not always easy to let in.

I’m sharing this today because there continues to be a need for an advocacy for feeling. Even if you end up feeling so much that you need a day in bed. Or a week on the couch. Or an entire pint of Ben and Jerry’s. Love wants to move mountains in your life and simply can’t help you heal and change and flow aligned WITH it if the parts of you that most need you continue to be suppressed.

The machinations of this suppression come from other parts of you and these parts learned to live this way because of the company you keep and have kept, the culture you were born into, the choices you have made in all areas of your life. None of it is ‘wrong’… but all of it can be looked at and felt through with an open and curious heart.

The thrum of the message to ‘keep feeling’ runs wildly through our collective and the collective within you. Every Rubicon has another side to it. Every bridge can be built, even over vast feeling flows that have an intense momentum and feel as if you’re going to drown inside of them. Every single moment of feeling has value… and being in the moment today, actually means being willing to feel in every single moment, the uniqueness of your feelings, your parts, your soul aspects, and how they are processing or filtering life.

To actually begin deeply feeling, means to sign up for falling in love… with your own heart, soul, and parts. It means your life as you know it cannot stay the same (for long). It means you will be moved to higher heights and deeper depths than you’ve been able to imagine and a life you truly love living and ascending through!

The Poultice Of This Winter SOULstice

The Solstice this year has been a poultice. It has drawn out shadow, feelings deemed “negative” like anxiety and sadness, and inner polarities, often expressing in a masculine versus feminine within. Parts of you have shown up over this past month, likely since being activated by the 11/11 Gateway, and want to be seen and known, not ignored. There’s been an immense and intense invitation to go inward and actually BE with what has been coming up to be felt inside of you, not to try and bury or ignore it anymore. The burying has had a cost over the years of your life in which you’ve tried to “deal” or “cope” with what’s been pushed up by your awakening experiences. This cost has been your health on all levels: emotional, mental, spiritual, even physical. This cost has been your belief and trust in your clarities about what needs to change or shift in your life, including relationship configurations and your overall way of life too.

The heavy blanket of winter is coming in with its calming energies. It can feel chaotic when fought against, which culturally we tend to do. We tend to neglect ourselves and our hearts this time of year, when really it’s meant to be time of more yin going INward phases. Even the weather can feel foreboding and invites you to take real care of yourself and your being. This time of year is especially about the heart as Christ/Magdalene consciousness streams in to awaken the heart more, which doesn’t always feel ‘good’ yet will feel ‘real’, especially as the Higher Heart starts to awaken more and more. There’s a rumble and a shake-up necessary in this awakening, as the Higher Heart has often been kept dormant for so long and has been covered over by a taming of what’s really there or ignoring it all together.

This SOULstice this year feels monumental. It’s an opportunity to awaken deeper and invite in deep rest too as you calibrate to the awakening and let the rumbles move through. You may find yourself needing to take action, or so your inner masculine will feel around what comes up, and this may be true, yet the yin or feminine invitation is to breathe through these action steps and feel what needs you within as you do. I feel as if this particular Winter Solstice’s energies have been extra intense in phases, really asking us to get clear and move forward in our lives, not stay in stuckness inside or in relationships or in our geographies. Choosing to go inward to feel and evaluate what’s coming and what your next steps in your life and healing/Ascension path are is very different than choosing stuckness or stagnancy. Every emotion is in motion and has a momentum of its own, especially as you let in the clarity that has been baking for some time now.

Asking for Divine support and trusting the synchronicities that come your way are key to helping you unlock the very personal messages of this particular Solstice. There is so much love available for you and the parts of you that need it most. Love in both masculine and feminine forms and energies of the Divine is flowing in now to support your choice to go inward and bring all efforts to make someone or something outside of you change, back inward to illuminate the polarities and conflict between parts of you inside of you.

Returning To Divine Mother: A Poem

To truly let Her in… you become the poet and the dancer of heart and the deep journeyer of soul.

To truly let Her in… the sword is dropped as you surrender to the embrace of a love and acceptance you’ve forgotten you were worthy of.

To truly let Her move you… means burning away that which doesn’t align as you surrender to the fire of boundary-setting (with care) and the illumination of that which has been in shadow.

This is what it means to be with the Divine Mother in all of her forms and faces… and to begin to understand that you are part of that too.

Being With Holiday Anxiety

I feel the swirl and frenzy of the holiday season in moments and wonder what it would be like to go to a shopping mall right now and feel everyone more heart-centered, more honest even about who they are buying a Christmas gift for and why. It’s a dizzy dance right now for many souls as parts of each person finds their way into and through anxiety and pain that’s pushed up this time of year and intensified in moments by the pure energies of love coming in that actually want to help you see and heal all of it and be with the reasons why this pain has been there.

Maybe just for a moment today… if you do feel anxiety bubbling up about one thing or another (or even many things at once), find space, even minutes, to be with this energy and listen to it. Journal with it. Hear it, feel it, hold it. This part of you has been quelled and suppressed for a long time and needs you, needs somewhere to land. I feel for this and all parts of you being activated in their pain now. The Divine love streaming in feels you and these parts too. The invitation now and always is to simply be real. Even just with yourself. And feel.

It’s my sense of it that the unconscious buying, giving, and getting and even eating of this season is what leads into more of the same pain cycling through again and again, the same quandaries about love being real or not, the same feeling that this is just ‘normal’ and ‘how it is’ to be in life and in relationship with others without an awakening that this isn’t what’s ultimately true… just what has felt deeply true to the parts of you with this conditioning. You have the opportunity now and always to reach for new ways to be in life and in love, starting with that ever-precious and unfolding relationship within. You are the ‘Christ-child’ being born and reborn within. With so much power, so much lush love, so many new possibilities for being born and reborn into this world that needs your light and bigness.

Energy Update: 12/12 Portal Invites Renewals & Completions

Renewals and completions… this is a powerful invitation coming in through this 12/12 portal we’ve entered. Relationships especially seem to be highlighted right now and many questions are being asked about whether or not they are on healthy or even desirable ground. To feel if you want to deepen the ground is an aspect of ‘renewal’. Is there enough juice and attraction there, romantic or otherwise, to want to move WITH the relationship into your next phase of life and does it fit with your arising clarities about yourself, your heart and soul, and your path, or does it seem to no longer fit with what you’re feeling coming up for you?

This can be a time of many rumbles underneath the ground of any kind of relationship, where you’re being asked quite directly by the love you are if this is enough for you, prompting you to check in with your heart and parts to see if it really is or if there are other reasons why the ground has been kept alive this long. Relationships are intense and emotional crucibles, meant to be a reflection for where you’re at on your healing path and what you’re being invited to look at next inside of you. Being with the desire to complete an old ground is challenging and the process of doing so can be even more so… yet the beacon of what you most desire and what you’re coming to realize you most deserve to experience in relationships of any kind, is held by love, always…

It’s not a black and white picture when we talk about ‘completions’, as they are really the ending of one phase of life or a ground of your relationship within yourself or with another, not necessarily something that means an absolute finality. It can definitely feel this way though, especially if you’re choosing to separate from an abusive or highly toxic relationship with birth family, a lover, or even a close friend and your parts may want it to be a case of a closed and locked door on your side of the bridge. Sometimes this is really needed in the name of self-love, for the sake of your recovery and to collect the wounded parts of you back up again. However, there are other times where the process is to complete the old ground in the relationship so that a NEW one can arise in its place.

This is the sense of renewal and completion that is arising during this season and through this 12/12 portal… that we get the chance, in every moment, to feel if we want to continue with one thing or another or move into a reevaluation and transition into something new, starting INSIDE. Life may present you with opportunities for something new on the outside, yet the work continues within and this is the core place where the ground in any other area of your life can shift and change and evolve, not to mention heal.

12/12 Gifts Of Love Flow: Message From Christ/Magdalene Consciousness

It seems there is still such a draw to the strain of the holidays, to the tightness of budgets and the anxiety of gift buying/giving, while underneath all of that is the ache for love, to be seen, to be cherished, to be in your bigness and full-strength light. The struggle around this still begins and ends within, normalizing holiday stress when it really wants to be a time of renewal, especially a renewed relationship to love and what it really is. It’s a time for awakening to the ways in which love has not been flowing in your life and how deeply your heart really wants it to. Love moves mountains and shakes up the foundations of your life as needed to let more of it in. You see, it’s too big for the walls that parts of you have built to try and contain or control it and always wants more room, never settling for less… though settling for less or expecting to have to earn or purchase it may be what you’ve become used to.

Christ/Magdalene consciousness is here in immense waves of love whenever you feel ready to let it in…. and especially on this 12/12 day do I feel it coming and shining brightly for us all, inviting us to feel how parts of all of us have held and related to ‘Christmas’ as a season and holiday in this 3D reality we’re still unanchoring from. The frequencies of Christ/Magdalene consciousness are alive in the music of this holiday, the feeling of being in the room with beloveds who are cherished by your heart AND your soul, the child-like wonder and awe around beautifully decorated Christmas trees. To feel more of these energies for yourself, you can start by actually making any Christmas song about ‘Jesus’ or the ‘Christ’ as being about the Christ being born and reborn within you, the preciousness and epicness of your own being and place in this ascending world. You can picture these energies coming in as an epic light stream of gold and sparkling red, shining brightly with the invitation to be in, with, and held by Love. You may feel this energy with you now, holding you close, inviting you inward to BE with the fear of love that lives inside and to BE with the aches and desires for more too…

When I feel these waves in the moment, these are the messages that come:

“May the unfortunate, sad, angering things that happen to you bring you closer to yourself, not farther away… may they invite you to love yourself more, not less.

May the light of Christ in feminine and masculine energies ignite the Sacred Union inside you, to unite you with Sacred Union outside of you, as you continue the work of letting love IN.

May this time of tightness, fear and anxiety, open out like a flower inside of you, inviting you to feel the fragrance of trust in love as it lives and moves and breathes in your life and the collective story too.

May the beacon of love bring you home… to yourself, to your soul family connections, to your heart and soul mate, to your genuine innocence and child-like desire for more love that has never left you, though it has perhaps been buried for a while.

May the healing of your heart, the support and service of the healing of others’ hearts, and the genuine connection, deep intimacy and growth that comes from all of this, land deeply in the burning fire on the sacred hearth of your desires and sense of the NEW reality that is possible, continually calling you homeward to love, love, love…”

With a bright, warm hug from Christ/Magdalene and the overflow of their ever-present Sacred Union, and from my own heart too, I wish you nothing but love and an ending to any suffering you still hold that says you do not deserve to have it or experience it in the deepest way you’ve maybe never imagined possible… ❤
