It Has Taken Necessary Work To Make 3D Work

To make life work here in 3D has taken WORK. It has needed parts of you to become the anchoring frequencies; to become the guarding and protecting energies; to become the very means and ways to SURVIVE such a drop into density that 3D is compared to the light air porosity of 5D consciousness and higher that your soul breathes and is used to.

All this efforting by all these parts of you is not a pathology. It is not a disorder. It hasn’t been done as a mistake or any kind of failure. The conforming, the shrinking, the fitting in….these were all NECESSITIES to survive here. The monitoring, the distrusting, the resisting…..these were all the textures of responding to a highly polarized, dualistic reality.

These have been the energies needed for THIS to push against THAT over and over until balance can be found again.

The fear has been a very natural consequence of this pushing against. It has been necessary too as without it, all would be love……which it already was and is in its Divine state. Parts of you have fear and hold fear and return to fear because they have had to go there in order to survive.

Through the awakening process… love comes more into your BEing; wakeness comes into your soul consciousness; openness comes into your heart. The remaining frictions and tensions become more obvious. The fear becomes backlit by all that love. The parts that have been working so hard allow you to actual feel how tired they are. The tears fall from the remembering and reliving of traumas that have long been suppressed and managed.

The MORE you awaken, the MORE the pain comes UP to be felt and released, and, eventually, healed. The 3D way was about suffering over suffering in loops that never seem to end. The awakening way is to be with the pain, create space to relate to the pain and the part of you that feels it, and to love that pain into a higher frequency.

Life becomes less work and more play…..even the temporary pain is related to with more curiosity and even play. Your soul can feel the purpose behind it all and honors the necessity of it and the growth that it offers. Parts of you ongoingly need that bridge from your soul to experience the trauma/fears/pain in new ways.

Parts of you need your soul/Higher Self to start putting pieces together, see the bigger picture, and connect to Divine source timing around it all. Parts of you need to relate to the choice that it all was on the Higher Self level.

Life becomes, more and more, about love. For love and with love. Starting from INside of you and all the parts of you that remain in fear frequencies out of habit.

These parts of you are just waiting for the words, connections, and bridges from you to step out of their dark places and into the light of love again AS their essence.

Crop Circle Update: Connecting To The Strength Available As A Community

Crop Circle UPdate: The latest crop circle that I was guided to offer a message from appeared in Sparticles Wood, near Netherme-on-the-Hill, Surrey, UK. This one was reported on the SOULstice, June 21st, which connects to the strong energy gateway that the SOULstice offers as we move into a new season in our lives. Here is the video of this one to take in:

I am noticing that I am guided to write about and connect to some crop circles that are appearing in this 2019 season and not others. Some of them are being revealed to be created solely by humans, even a sixth grade class created quite a wonderful one in France recently. Yet, if you feel into these other crop circles, you can feel the galactic transmission energies that are missing in them.

The ones offered from the Star Mu Alliance (we could call it) have a frequency of other worldliness and a perfection beyond what we can currently create with planks and measuring devices. They feel as if the imprint of them was already in the crops and they just arose when it was time from Inner Earth in an organic way. They have an elegance too…..and a sense of communication, a message that you can tap into, a conversation that you can join.

Here is the message I am receiving from this one…feel into it yourself to see what you receive as well:

“We have chosen this time to offer a bridge through a common symbology in your world. So common is the insect you call ‘ant’ that its power and specialness can often be overlooked. Just as YOUR most sacred attributes can be as well. We want to remind you of the strength, patience, and determination that the ant offers to you as a mirror for these qualities in your species.

Even though it is very small, the ant is very strong and can accomplish amazing feats of strength when many of them come together for a common purpose and goal. The mission to change your world, to move out of 3D consciousness, to ascend into your sacred human frequencies is a challenging one.

The ant reminds you that you cannot do it alone. You will need each other. You will need to continue to come together in a harmonised effort.

To join together for the common welfare of your species, motivated by a vision of what life on Gaia could become and return to once again. Driven by the desire to end the suffering of ALL sentient beings. Inspired by your beautiful planet and Her consciousness returning to complete harmony with yours. Focused on healing the fear, separation, isolation that LIVES in your DNA, your heart, and your souls.

Inspiration can come from the smallest and most common of sources, such as your ant family creatures. Tune into your soul’s contribution to this mission. Feel and heal the fears to BE in commUNITY that come from this life, birth family experiences and from other timelines too.

As you join in community, you can feel your TRUE strength as amplified and supported by all those around you returning again to Oneness and to Divine LOVE.”

This is Awakening. To trust what you are BEcoming, to let go of what isn’t you and never really was in order to return to and remember who you really are……this is the unfolding/arising/surrendering process that the Divine energies all around you are supporting.

This is Awakening. To let go of others that can’t see you, can’t let in your love, your light or all of what awakens as your soul comes through….and yet to invite them to come along, both, yet without settling, shrinking, grabbing at them.

Your energy of open, ready, desiring, yet not compromising or playing games invites them to BE the same or to move on.

To no longer need of convincing, contending, or proving to others even as you teach/lead/respond/offer them your soul gifts, healing heart, growing sense of Infinite Possibilities.

As you SHARE what you are here to offer as a soul from a place of authenticity, so you become a mirror for those who are ready and meant to see and be this as well.

This is awakening. To FEEL what is real inside of your heart and soul, what has been contained, restrained, reframed, conditioned and now wants to leak, peak, burst, purge, open, reveal and heal. This revealing gives others the space and inspiration to be real too and new deeper intimacy can flow then between you.

This is the personal disclosure process inside that leads to a life experienced as transparent and open and current with nothing to hide, no compartments, no bubbles that need bursting……as you are loving all that you are and so experience a life that is reflecting the same!

Energy Update: Ascension Energies Offering Healing From Fear/Resistance/Self Doubt/Unworthiness

Energy UPdate: The energies ARE as they have been….constantly inviting us to go to our next levels. To feel where fear still lives. To feel where resistance still lives. To feel where self doubt and unworthiness still live.

The energies of the sun and its Sacred Masculine activations through SOULar geostorms and CMEs and Flares and Auroras rumbles through our inner magnetics and inner skies. It reveals the polarities inside and where parts of us have become polarized in fear….they are invited to return to love through CHOICES and ACTIONS. To move beyond the fear of change and the unknown to align with your highest timeline. To complete relationships that don’t let you SHINE your brightest light because the other person is too afraid of their own. To shift geographies to those that MOST support you to feel like your authentic self.

The energies of the moon, waxing and waning each month….going full and going new…..She is the glorious witness in our sky. Ever present and comforting, She invites the resistance to receive the attention that it MOST needs to move out of tension. Resistance is still fear, it is fear caught in on itself, looping in suffering, unable to unwind and breathe and trust and surrender to Divine love. The moon shows us that these contractions into resistance are natural, until we are able to birth out into our own soul’s courageous expression.

The energies of Gaia, with Her spikes and Her waves….She is constantly shifting her broadcast signal for US. She is honing us home, vibrating in such patterns and waves that we can swim along with her or we can resist them, it is always our choice. She is asking us to ground into self love and worthiness inside of vital bodies…..that comes NOT from outside of us, not from any outward validation that others provide, not from performance and being ‘perfect’ to others. Yet, from our own core, innate, golden feelings of I AM GOOD JUST AS I AM. Gaia reflects this natural beautiful essence in every leaf, branch, soil, mountain, and lake for us to be in awe until we realize that we are actually seeing ourselves and our own beauty.

These sources of LOVE and LIGHT energy are here to reflect our sacred humanity. They will be ongoingly and at an accelerating rate providing this reflection, activation and integration in the days/months/years to come. These energies become our NEW normal. These energies become the NEW water in the fish bowl for which we as sacred human fish swim. These energies BECOME who we are…..as we ongoingly surrender to our own awakening and re-emergence once again.

Of Love And Limitations: Freedom Is In The Healing

There were many times in my life I just wanted to feel Free. Free to say what I wanted. Free to do what I wanted. Free to have what I wanted.

Yet I couldn’t feel this so-called “freedom”. I only felt ‘limited’. Which eventually turned into ‘imprisoned’. I turned that outward as the fault of my situational circumstances, of capitalism, the Powers That Be, and then eventually the totality of the 3rd Dimension.

Then as I turned my gaze inward I saw the warden WAS me. I was the one that created this reality that validated this imprisonment. This containment. I was choosing stasis, not death and rebirth. It’s not that I was dying, it was that parts of me were just too damn afraid to live!

There are still times I feel this lack of freedom. I know in my essence it is an illusion. A construct. A protection. A veil. It is there for a reason. A message. A place to go to heal and expand the gates a bit more.

You see, I have learned that we all have this limitation. We were gifted with it so that we could learn about ourselves. Learn about what Love can truly do. What it is capable of in the most horrendous of circumstances. That feels a bit insane to a part of me but when you experience that moment when Love finds its way into the Dark, it somehow all makes the most unimaginable sense.

It just IS. Right there waiting for us to let go of the trauma and the fear of what it means to be the Greatness Of Being Divine that we ARE. The power of love is so intense that we need this limitation so that we take it in like the most beautiful sunset ever-imagined after a very long night.

This is the process of our healing and our opening. One part, one soul aspect, one galactic being at a time.

Crop Circle Update: Circle Near Church Offers Message Of Compassion For Religious Death/Rebirth

Crop Circle UPdate: This one appeared near a church of Notre Dame (not the same one in Paris that just burned), near Moisselles, France. It was reported on June 1st by a French Aeroclub. The crop circle is in a field right by the church yet also next to a grouping of trees grown into the shape of a Christian cross.

This is a rare location for our Star BEing and human alliance friends to offer a crop circle communication, yet its placement seems more important than even the formation of it.

Here is the message I am hearing and feeling from this crop circle and I invite you to feel into what you receive from it for yourself:

The death and rebirth of your religions is one of the most important aspects of your ongoing Ascension and awakening into 5D timelines. There ARE beautiful and soulful, pure elements to your religions….in the heart of every seeker is the ache for reunion with the Divine. In the heart of every seeker is the ache to experience themselves as the Divine.

The distortions and manipulations of your religions are the shadow side that need compassion in order to heal and return to the light. We offer MUCH compassion and forgiveness to those who have been drawn to religions and those who have been polarized from fear around and because of them. We experience reality beyond the filter of doctrines and dogmas. We experience the Divine AS us…..as we are the children of Divine essence.

This circle is a code activation for those who need a reminder of liberation, of their personal sovereignty and of freedom. It is a communication of the phases that are necessary of death and rebirth (waxing and waning like your moon) as you ascend. It is also a reminder of OUR presence here to assist you in your transition from 3D/Lower 4D consciousness reality that traps and binds you…….into 5D consciousness that can ONLY free you.

I write regularly for this blog and also frequently publish videos of audio blog recordings, guided meditations, process digestions, and more along with my husband/Sacred Union mate, Gabriel Solais, and my other beloveds.

I have much intention and desire to serve love as I continue my own healing and Ascension journey and this is always being refined, purifying, and deepening.

In this video, I introduce myself and some pieces of my journey to where and who I am today. I awakened very young, around the age of 12-14, and shortly afterward I started to dream of ways to serve love and help others heal as I also sought after my own healing. I do my best in this video to summarize some of the highlights of my journey to date yet, of course, there’s always more to share and I warmly welcome any questions or comments you may have!

I am Raphael Awen, SoulFullHeart Facilitator and Teacher, and I so hope you’ll join me for this free video series called ‘Inspire’ that I’m launching with this first video. This is day one entitled ‘Going In’.

I’ve been guided to steer more towards video than the written word – to undertake a journey with you of deep mutual growth and expansion of what it feels like to be human! Each video will be a real time open and honest look at growth, at desire, at inspiration, and what stands in our way to inhabiting that more and more.

Each video will feature a guided meditation as well. Today’s guided meditation begins at the 14:00 mark. The meditation takes you to a feeling doorway to your inner world to begin to feel and notice what your inner world presently is about.

Gratitude for Healing

When I’m in my daily life, a part of me tends to get caught up in what my next process will be, what seeds I should be planting in order to expand the consciousness of others, how I can bridge this work that I do to people, what outside experiences I can have to be able to progress. But the most poignant and present moments that I have are when I can let in just how much I love what I do.

There has been a lot of conditioning around progress that it can be hard to appreciate and let in the present moment. To bask in gratitude for all that you are, all that you have cultivated, and all that you do for others. It can also feel foreign to really take time to appreciate other souls around you outside of holidays and traumatic experiences. To take pleasure in the simple moments, the little things that you don’t realize make your life just that much better.

Let gratitude fill the spaces inside of you that need the most love, let it fill your heart with the beauty of your life and all that you have managed to manifest in such a difficult 3D based place, let it be the catalyst for loving others and healing yourself in order to serve more and more. I wanted to take a moment for my own gratitude. For SoulFullHeart, for myself, for my community, for everyone on Gaia that strives to heal their trauma, and for everyone that isn’t yet ready to heal at all. I just want to say that I love…

I love how deeply inside of my own world I can go. I love being around others who are so dedicated to understand and feeling their own inner worlds. I love expanding outside of myself and bringing in Divine and Galactic energies to enhance my inner experience. I love what this work does for people and how much trauma has already been healed just by this work alone. I love that we’re moving towards creating a community supported by this work. I love being inspired everyday to feel when it’s so easy not to. I love you and I love me.

The Expanding Gap During Awakening

As our consciousness expands and the veil lifts more and more for each of us, it’s important to feel the part of you who very understandably may be feeling overwhelmed by the expanding gap of where you perceive yourself to be in your everyday life and where you desire to be.

This gap between the two is said to be where all growth and even meaning comes from. It’s where we get our motivation from to reach for more. At root, it is love inviting us into more. Life is essentially about this gap.

But this gap can also be used by a part of us to self inflict judgments. Part(s) of us, it seems feel it necessary to slow this process of awakening by using self punishment for fear we won’t be able to bear it.

I felt several mental trajectories this week about how I was or wasn’t spending my time or money, what I was or wasn’t eating, about how present I was or wasn’t to the moment, etc. As I found space to feel the undertone of self judgment, I could so lovingly feel the part of me reaching for some handrails in the midst of this accelerated growth phase. I had sweet tears as I connected with this part of me and it’s reaction/digestion of so many recent changes going on in my life.

You and I are truly such amazing beings, beyond what we’ve ever dreamed, where even our wildest dreams and even convictions about more only begin to scratch the surface. If that’s true, then it really makes sense that there’s some ongoing inner negotiation and ambassadorship necessary to hold all this from blowing apart.
