Healing Your ‘Parts’, Embodying Your Spirituality Through SoulFullHeart

Every day, we enter another portal into the unknown. What will this day bring, look like, feel like? What will I experience today? What will I learn? Who will I meet? Will I realize another layer inside of my heart and soul that needs my love and attention? Will parts of me feel like they need something that they’re not quite getting in the moment?

I realize those last two questions may feel a bit foreign to you. No problem! I’m here to bridge and teach and serve love with you, and part of that is by leading something new and different, alongside my community of beloveds who are doing and embodying the same.

The reality of ‘parts’ was something that simply felt true to me from the beginning, which was about 5 years ago now. It was something that made sense. It explained the polarizations inside of me, my push-pull feelings toward this or that, how I could be immature and mature at the same time, and it unearthed so much about me – in the form of gifts and pain, both – that I wouldn’t have realized was there otherwise.

In SoulFullHeart, we work with ‘parts’ of us or subpersonalities that formed from trauma, from needing to find ways to blend in and survive in our surroundings and cultures. They are the result of abuse in many different ways, shapes, and forms, including from culture, from birth family, from spouses or significant others, and even from ourselves to ourselves… they are our coping mechanisms, our self-deprecating habits, our need to diminish others so we can feel bigger than we are in those moments. This is the key to healing the emotional body, a huge part of what makes us human and what I truly feel we are here to go into and heal through. The emotional body becomes an incredible portal and healing space. It holds the doorways into deeper places within that are waiting to be rediscovered, cultivated, loved. It also houses the means to experience spirituality beyond the mental learning of concepts, theories, and practices. Through our emotions and loving parts of ourselves, we can begin to feel what’s real for us about spirituality and consciousness, what could be blocking our access, and where it is we’d like to go next. It humbles us to this place of being able to let in what spirituality really is and what spiritual experiences and awakenings more deeply offer us – something far more visceral and heart-opening than we could have imagined or even theorized about before. It is an experience of pure love and the places where it brings us.

It’s sort of like a bridge appears after working with the emotional body for long enough and at a deep enough level, that shows us the passageway to higher consciousness. In this place, we can feel a trust in the bridge that maybe we couldn’t have felt before and we realize with each step across it, all of the ways in which this very bridge would have been impassable before.

From here the explorations are exponential, though tying it all back into the emotional body and parts of you is still important. This process never really ends, and in some ways just gets exponentiated over different phases, in different ways. Your newly inhabited capacity to FEEL is what leads to healing of different lives in your Metasoul line. Your heart is the place you can come back to, to bring these aspects of you back to, to rest, recharge, regroup, and heal.

As I mentioned before, my beloveds and I in SoulFullHeart offer this very thorough and deep work as a way to serve love. My heart is excited to welcome more of you into this process and community too.

You Are Being Lifted UP Out Of Inner Violent Frequencies Inside And With Others

“You are being lifted,” the familiar, wise voice inside said to me. This familiar voice could belong to any number of guides/Metasoul aspects that have been revealing themselves over the last years. It is becoming more of a conglomerate these days…less definable as a specific energy and more like a council or alliance or ‘board’ made up of frequencies of my Metasoul expressions that have come forward to support and help me during this intense transition time from 3D to NEW Earth.

 
“You are being lifted.” I heard this when I was woken up in the middle of the night by my beloved mate Raphael Awen suddenly gasping out loud and sitting upright in bed. He fell back down immediately and went back to sleep. I knew intuitively that he wasn’t fully conscious, yet in that ‘in between’ place of floating and drifting consciousness where the astral self likes to travel and much downloading is going on.
 
I was awake, lying in bed, then, feeling how something had activated for Raphael that was strong enough to jolt him out of deeper slumber and almost awake. We are deeply connected to each other, especially lately as more of our old timeline experience and past relationship moved out during the recent Lion’s Gate opening…….more of the old flushing out and we are inhabiting more of our NEW together as co-leaders and counter part sacred union mates. I didn’t feel a need to wake him up to digest as I felt trust that we already were connected in the higher realms where verbal communication isn’t really necessary.
 
Being lifted. Yes, that seems like a good way to describe what is happening to ALL of us on some level with these continual influxes and waves of HIGH frequency love light. We are experiencing all these life altering cosmic and celestial ‘events’ that are providing concentrated doses of the sensational stuff of which our sacred humanity is seeding and birthing from. How much we can consciously let in these love manifestation energies depends on what we signed up for here as souls; what our 3D conditioning has been and how deep our wounding goes and how deeply we have healed it; what our Metasoul is experiencing and what karmic patterns it is moving through for the collective.
 
“I want you to remember this,” said the voice again, which felt like Archangel Metatron, as he is the angelic aspect that is most invested in soul scribing communication and bridging to the ascension process. Plus, he can also be quite bossy….in a good way. “Lifting is important to communicate. It helps for more surrender, more trust, and less fear as this lifting process continues on.”
 
Fear can live in our bones, in our emotional bodies, in our DNA, in parts of us connected to our emotional bodies, in our Metasoul. And it comes out in ALL kinds of ways and expressions. It brings our frequencies lower. Parts of us shiver and quiver with it, sinking to a place where things seem untrustworthy, hurtful and harmful, non-vulnerable, dark and shadowy. We are ancient with it, beyond time ingrained and trained. We are gestating embryos in our mother’s womb swimming in fear fluids. The 3D matrix has been built and run on fear fuel, fed and maintained by violence – both within and outward – the lowest vibrational frequency of fear. Violence has become entertainment, so many souls on an IV drip of violence coming in, numbing them or eliciting outrage at the INjustice, which is just more violence in a shifted form.
 
Lifting UP beyond violence begins from withIN. It starts with becoming aware of the battles within, the harm done from one part of you to another, one punisher/critical energy beating up until shame floods your BEing with the suffering patterns and loops this creates. Loving the Inner Punisher energy and learning WHY it is like this….you weep, then, at how this punishing-shame frequency is just learned and necessary and NOT really who you ARE. You feel how it has served to make you small, to help you fit in, to keep you ‘capped’ and plugged in to 3D life. You are ready to be lifted out of it to transmute the punishment to discernment and intuition WITH love. To heal the shame into innocence again.
 
As this inner violence heals, you can come, more and more, from non-violent frequencies in response to others. You become less tolerant to violence in any form…..even sensitive to the subtle frequencies found in comparison, contention, judgement. You lift UP, then, as you stop eating, watching, BEing violence and become MORE love. You shift your focus from violence outside of you and discover, find, and feel where it lives inside. I am surprised where this message went today, yet, this is a repeating point that I’ve felt many times inside myself and in session space with others too.
 
BEcoming a beacon of peace is the openness to feel the violence, the battles, the clashes inside. Trusting that the lifting UP from the Divine will come in the process of this as more space clears in your emotional body to make room for your higher heart, Christ Consciousness heart….made of Infinite Kindness, Infinite Peace, and no fear.

Being Re-Membered To The All You Already Are

Everything you desire in this dimension you already have on another dimension.

Any longing or ache or desire that lives in you aches because it is a remembrance in some way, shape or form of the essence of your being.

If you are journeying through poverty or lack and you are willing to feel your desire for nicer things, what you are actually feeling is your connection to the essence of all there is that you actually are.

If you are longing for a heart and soul mate, and the inhabitation of your sacred sensuality and sexuality, it is because you are wanting on a deeper soul level to experience fully what you already are. Sex is simply and so unsimply the edge of deep reverence.

You were only willing to take this epic journey into this land of comparative difference and contrast to this essence that you are because you were assured and felt this essence that you are could never be lost from your possession. You possess it now and you always have. Feel this present possession inside of your being.

But wait, where’s the gain possibility in that you ask…if I didn’t give up anything, didn’t invest anything into the equation? If I already have it all, to what purpose is the human experience?

The human experience is the land of seemingly not having it all.

What you gave up and had to give up, as the price of admission was the conscious knowledge of what you were and are, in order to reawaken to this essence. You see, you always were this essence, and even as this essence, you were not actually awakened to it. You just were it, but without reverence for it, and without experience of it. You couldn’t get outside of it to see it or feel it or value it.

So you agreed to enter a contractual binding agreement that made perfect sense that you would forget in order to be re-membered to and with what you actually are. You are like an adult that agreed to a de-maturation process. You surrendered to early onset alzheimers dis-ease as a portal into an awakening that you never had. You agreed to re-enter the birth canal and womb in reverse direction in order to be born again into a much deeper dimension of that all that you never actually lost, but also never actually experienced yet. You agreed as the god you are to take on human flesh.

You ‘had’ this essence, you still ‘are’ this essence, but you just now for the first time are awakening to this essence. You entered the time zone to have a timeless experience, where the magic of your being could play out in front of you to be seen and felt, into a very real story, and a very true story.

Can you see and feel in all of this that the only attainment here is a reverence awakening to what already is and NOT the material attainment of any thing, be it a spiritual thing, an emotional thing, or a thing of physical matter. The ‘matter’ of it is already manifested material that exists now. The only thing wanting to yet be attained or enlightened or awakened to is the reverence for what already is!

What is materializing now is not the material itself, but the actual awe and reverence that undergirds and creates all matter. It is in being the observer and in being the observed that life is profoundly changed, where we are reparented into a new reality.

So get out your curiosity….get out your sacred QUESTions….get out your hunger for the more that you are. Give yourself the gift of your sacred desires.

Post-Eclipse Transmission Of Transformation

It is 3:33. Guided to start typing and transmitting. Just feel what is in the space. Newness. The fresh scent of air after rainfall. The sense that something is on the horizon. On the dock for delivery. Tuning into its Here-ness when it feels Over There. What is here? Abundance in all its forms. Material, spatial, relational, spiritual, sexual, romatical, geographical…all of the ALLs.

Connective bonds of heart and soul that gather in vibratory unison at the meeting points of sacred location and reverence. Transforming and transmuting the body as that mobile sacred location. No need to travel for you are already there. You are all ready It. The portal is in you. INside that healing heart. That plugged in, juiced UP, love engine that propels you into dimensions that were only ever imagined, become realized by the turn of the dial.

Oh….but it is not that easy.

Oh…but is that what we have convinced ourselves to believe? Since we don’t have it, don’t see it, don’t feel it then it doesn’t exist. Shut down the wanter, the feeler, the giver and the dreamer. Keeps us safe, contained, comfortable, and in stasis.  What happened to alive? To riding the edge of the known along the chasm of the free fall surrender into Holy Shit? We forgot about that quasar pulse of excitement that rushes into your being when left replaces right, and up replaces down.  Poking the bear of our deepest fear to find our deepest love right underneath it.  

Who will recognize you on the other side? Do you want to be identifiable or unpredictable? The answer is a pinball of back and forth among the inner walls of your being.  What will this New Earth-New You-Not You bring to the table of this no holds buffet bar of powerfully creative love livers? The ones that can’t stop inviting the dark into the light.  The ones building bridges of inner guidance systems that direct them to the gates of the stellar bliss banquet of conscious unity. Inviting and integrating the multidimensional layers of expression into the cells of this uniquely human temple.

What a world we have chosen to create and hide from ourselves in this strangely pre-planned game of forget and remember?  Peek-a-boo moments and starry-eyed gleans. We have the power of choice to locate ourselves again. To clear the forest of the brambles of our deepest wounds that lead the way to our most treasured tunes.  The dusty scrolls of our soul’s ancient wonderings. Take the road less traveled on your way back to the heart of your heart.  The one that is not defined or maintained.  It can be uncomfortable and bumpy, but the most life lived is in the one lived IN and not through.

Declaring Your “I AM”, Letting Go Of The Past To Let In The New: Ceremonies During The Eclipse Energies And BEyond

We are gathered together at 1:11pm in our small circle while others come together in private and public circles all over the world during the height of the solar eclipse energies yesterday. We create a grid on the floor of our most BEloved crystal and stone friends, plus sacred geometric shapes that ‘speak’ to us without words. Letting our intuitions guide us, we open our hearts and souls to whatever moves through us as we tap into the growing collective desire for illumination, awakening, disclosure, peace, abundance, and unity. The growing manifestation of NEW Gaia…..
 
Our hearts and souls aligned in tones and frequencies that go beyond words and five sensing reality……we feel our individual desires and BEings even as we connect as ONE…the ‘me’ in the ‘we’, we come together in this now to declare, to advocate, to tap into our highest timeline as individuals AND as a commUNITY. Light language pours from our mouths and we understand each other beyond reason…..our bodies move in unison…we taste in these moments the unity consciousness of which we already ARE.
 
The pasts we’ve shared together…the couplings and the pairings, are fading away as we arise into the NEW. BEloved histories we honor…….all the shared moments that form bonds, ties, and connections between us. We say out loud what we want to let go of in order to let in the New and what the New means for us and as a community too. We feel the hearts and souls of others ‘in the room’ with us even if they are not physically present….their passions and desires to join us aligning to create a brand new alchemy and possibilities.
 
Powerful “I AM” statements move from our lips into the frequencies of All That Is and so they BEcome in the naming. Eventually, we complete our ‘formal’ circle to go into our days again, feeling the sacredness in ALL moments where we get to share life together with so much love holding every interaction. ~
 
This was our ‘ceremony’ yesterday during the eclipse energies. I feel honored to have been part of it, to lead in whatever ways felt right, and to lean into the group energy too! This is New Earth leadership….to take responsibility for the vision, for care and harm, to energize the NEW and honor the old WHILE supporting, empowering, sharing, inviting, responding, and collaborating WITH every soul joining WITH yours.
 
The eclipse energies continue today and for awhile it feels like….creating a sense that ANYTHING is possible if claimed, named, energized, and choice points followed through. Clarities gained through self discovery and going in feel like they are now leading to more sense of next steps and action toward manifestation of your highest timelines…..maybe not action until September but things are bubbling up more.
 
What has felt overwhelming starts to feel possible…one step at a time, feeling the fears of parts of you and the desires too. You can feel the support of the Universe, your galactic aspects, the BIGGER picture that puts into perspective the choices that can feel daunting otherwise. You can feel too the letting go that leads to the letting IN….this helps with the mourning, the deep feelings of loss….so trust can come in, surrender and love too!
 
Now is a wonderful and powerful time to declare your “I AM” statements of bigger personal embodiment. Name what you want to continue letting go of in order to let in the NEW. Claim what the NEW is so the Universe can hear you, feel you, and respond to you…..and so IT IS and will BEcome!

Amplification Of Unity Desires And Following Your Heart: Archangel Metatron Weighs In On The Eclipse

“In a super intelligent universe, of course the eclipse is a very significant event,” Metatron says. I have asked Archangel Metatron for some insights around the eclipse after admittedly poo-pooing some of what felt like a bunch of 3D hype around it all.

“Raphael, there’s the thing of getting a large number of people all unified in wonder at the same time,” he continues. “Each of them have different levels of consciousness around it, yes. But, that unity of attention in open hearted awe and reverence generates a force field that’s like a tidal wave, and what that moves in the unseen, moves a whole bunch of what is seen.”

I take that in, and, immediately, I feel the familiar ache for change in our very cult-like collective of earthlings that awaits and hungers for waves of rebirth. Metatron feels that move through me and continues:

“That’s actually the bigger deal here, Raphael, is the wave of desire and ache for change that gets occasion to move through the collective. It’s always there, but today, it gets a unity amplification to go to some serious next levels. We don’t actually want a tidal wave that wipes out everything, we want one that surgically achieves everything you as a species are ready for to let in. This is a huge earth party that others in the multiverse are attending and very excitedly so. Soon, you will all know and see so much more of your role as a planet, as one among so many more and be overcome for years in wonder and awe and reverence that will bring the deeper levels of this change that you know awaits you personally and collectively. It will come in stages. It will come while some won’t see or feel it consciously, but none will not be changed by it. The universe is throwing this party and you don’t wanna miss it.”

“I’m sorry, Metatron, for my dissing this thing. I feel a bit behind here.”

“Hey, when you’ve ached as long as you have, you understandably prepare for more ache instead of having what you are actually aching for. But, this is a moment to let in and feel how all you’ve ached for is showing up. This is a universal tidal wave and there is no stopping it.”

“Okay, I’m gonna make space for that today Metatron, even if a bit late. Is there anything else you’d like to say to my loyal group of Facebook followers?”

“Yes, I would, thank you. I’d like to say ‘follow your hearts’. Following your heart individually is what moves it in the collective. This is a huge undiscovered power that you all have and it so self validates and self generates all that you need to go on to your next places of discovery and achievement. You are being watched by innumerable curious and hungry beings for you to know and feel and discover this power of heart based living and where this chapter of evolution wants to take consciousness itself. There has been a huge suppression that you will soon come to understand and even love through this heart based discovery as to the what’s, why’s and how’s of this suppression that needed to be there. It will be about profound reconciliation between the light and the darkness all unfolding into love. This is what’s next on the agenda for individuals, countries, Gaia and beyond.”

“Metatron, you are like the best!”

We Get To Be Real

We get to be real.

In fact, all of life is a ‘real’ization of something from one dimension being manifested into another dimension – being ‘realized’. The etymology of the word ‘real’ stems back to the word ‘royal’. We are all royals awaiting deeper and deeper levels of our manifestation of the sovereign beings we are.

All of life is also a resistance of this birthing into reality as well. Realization doesn’t occur without intention, choice and action. So It’s wired into the system, yet it doesn’t occur until and as we are ready for it to occur.

A big integration piece for me in the last number of years has been integrating a much deeper level of my own power and passion that contained my anger and my truth-telling in relationship. In some ways, this aspect of myself was cordoned off from all of my relationships including my relationship with Jelelle. Epic sorts of judgments lived inside of me that no relationship could sustain the presence of my truth-teller, and so this part of me was only allowed presence in certain measured ways. Looking back, his energy was channeled into my self-employment, business days. That worked well while it did.

What’s coming up for me and this integration with this part of me now is feeling how I want more real transactional grounds in all of my relationships. I found myself challenging an amazing woman who had come all the way to leave home and join our community here in Vallarta with my sense that I couldn’t feel any curiosity in her about me and my story. I found myself challenging someone in the Facebook comments stream the other day when they simply commented an innocuous sounding ‘this too shall pass’ and I replied with ‘hey, that feels diminishing and caretakey’.

Underneath it all is a surge of ‘get real or go home’. In my days in Christianity, a bold preacher once said ‘I feel we should shove a microphone in everyone’s face and say WHY ARE YOU HERE?’ This part of me so resonated with that then. Let’s cut the churchy ‘everyone’s welcome’ crap and get to whatever it is that we really want.

I know I’m moving more and more to this ‘more’ that I want. I’ve been gifted an amazing audience to teach into giving me back deep affirmation and a place for my words to land. I feel now however to inhabit the comments stream with a new pressing of ‘what is it that you want?’ and what sounds like a store clerks clarity of ‘and how can I help you today?’ The feeling in this is that I’m here for more than the affirmation, as good as that is. I’m here for transaction, reciprocity, and reward. There’s a 5d sense of ‘show me the money.’ Truth is that anything less is fading fast in its ability to hold my interest.

This part of me would say that there is a ton of love and light smokescreen bullshit passing itself off for spirituality today, and it’s just plain boring as hell. This in retrograde and that in 5d, can all be a huge pile of steaming horseshit when used to not feel or to not get real, and I’ve lost all ability to form any kind of bond around it with someone.

So, in giving this part of me space after having been afraid of it for so long, I want to shove the microphone in your face and ask you ‘why are you here and what is it that you want?’

That’s a ton of energy, I know, but I suspect you can handle it, or you probably wouldn’t be drawn to me, and you have a part of you that resonates deeply.

Gabriel and I have been talking this one through a lot lately as we share this dynamic in our history, feeling where we are being given opportunity to drop any nice guy roles, open our heart and go direct. It so feels like the universe is wanting to take us collectively and individually into these new places.

I’m here because I want to help people and I want to be exchanged with (paid) in a variety of ways for what I offer. These writings and other offerings that I share for free in SoulFullHeart are intended to draw the people who want more to pursue more. For those who are served by the writing and don’t engage further, I am grateful to have had that opportunity, but my intention is for engagement beyond that. I’ve set up my shop and now it’s ‘So, how can I help you?’ How can I help you get past the love and light bullshit that stands in the way of you inhabiting all that your sovereign higher self is inviting you into?

Eclipse Accelerates Ascension Process And Activates Highest Timelines: Conversation With My Arcturian Guide/Aspect

Hustle and bustle ‘behind the scenes’, in the stars, in the skies, as preparations are ‘being made’ for the total solar eclipse today….this is what I am seeing as I connect to galactic energies in this now. There are many Star BEings AND the human alliance gathering together, an alliance formed of humans who have ‘been in the know’ for very many years, conscious of contact, and collaborating with benevolent Star BEings to bring about the disclosure process to the collective at a rate and pace that we can digest and handle.

Binkh, my Arcturian guide/aspect, comes forward to me and she presses her three, long fingered hand against my fleshy human one. She then draws me in to touch third eyes together and I am transported to the ‘heart’ of the eclipse activity from above. It still stuns me how full of star ships the orbit of Gaia is and how we have been cloaked from seeing this with our ‘eyes’. The orbit is is packed today in witness of the ‘show’, just as it is getting packed with humans below, coming together in pilgrimage to so many grassy and green places along the belt of visibility in the U.S. to view the complete eclipse.

“What is really happening today, Binkh? On a galactic level and how does it relate to our ascension process?” I ask her as we float in the orbit together, not sure that she’ll give me a ‘straight’ answer to my questions, but feeling, as always, her deep love for humanity’s process and progress.

“This is an ordinary event from a cosmic or celestial perspective. Not rare at all in the bigger perspective of multiverses. Yet, to humans, you are giving it much meaning AND you are looking for meaning too in it,” she says. “The ‘fact’ of it is uniting you together as ONE to share the common experience of it. It is THIS unification and coming together that is offering us an opportunity to accelerate your ascension process, for those souls who are ready to let it in.”

“What is this acceleration about? Continual waking up of our DNA? Activations? Light Body Upgrades? Emotional body purgings and healings? Easier Metasoul access with less veil?”

She nods, with a gentle smile on her face. “Yes, all of that. Your connection with this sun is very profound. You have a relationship with it. You all ‘believe’ in it because you can ‘see’ it. That opens up your minds to it. That opens up your hearts to it. Your bodies too. You open up to it. So, in the moments of the eclipse, you become more receptive to the codes and information….the LOVE that we are actually always and in all ways offering you. You are turning the frequency UP of this love and light because you are turning your attention to it. Since you are all very powerful conductors of energy and ARE energy, you each become portals, channels, receivers and transmitters.”

“Parts of us can relax and let in. It’s like we are watching a movie, entertained by the cosmos, a receptive audience, yet I get what you are saying too about us becoming transmitters too.”

“Yes, Jelelle. Some more receptive than others. Some more ready to be transmitters than others. However, ALL higher selves/soul selves will be rejuvenated and supported by these codes. All those consciously awakening will receive support for the manifestation of their highest timeline and purpose on your Gaia at this ‘time’. They will be transmitted the experience of this timeline as it is already happening. They will ‘see’ the movie ahead of time, you could say, of what their life is meant to be. You have been experiencing this process these last couple of weeks. Feeling and seeing your ‘highest future’ and receiving clarities and intuitions about next steps toward it…..from the small steps to the large ones.”

“Oh, yes, I so have been! Just this week we have received clarity as a community about which geography we need to be in for our highest timeline to manifest. Along with mourning, intense emotional body processing at times to purge out and let go of the old timelines. This brings up for me how it is our free will choice as individuals if we will choose love over fear, if we will choose our highest timelines or not. If we will bravely claim what we are here to do and BE. If we will unite with others in commUNITY or continue to feel separate, isolated, and alone. If we will feel our emotional bodies and our hurting hearts or suppress them.”

“There is a timeline where you are all already free. You are already ascended. You are already sacred human. You are already living out your highest timelines. Yet, like a recently released prisoner, you may still remain attached to the bars, comforted by the cell, familiar with the confinement. We offer you the energies to see and feel that you are already free and how and what level you digest that is up to each of you.”

I feel a wave of admiration and gratitude move through me as I feel how many advanced and beautiful star BEings are connected, concerned, and patiently witnessing and helping with humanity’s process of collective awakening. They are so genuinely and deeply ‘rooting FOR us’ and connected WITH us…it is very inspiring. I feel again how Binkh is an aspect of me….not an ‘outward’ guide outside of me, yet an aspect of my Metasoul. In my connection with her this way, I am able to feel how the Arcturian consciousness is available to me in this now.

Whatever ways you choose to let in the LOVE codes being offered today through the eclipse, open your heart and soul to let in the vision, sense, feeling tones of your highest timelines. Feel the tastes of your sacred humanity in manifest form in service of love AS Infinite Love. Feel the textures of galactic and angelic support that are there in the now AND inside of you, accessible in all moments and offered in always and in ALL ways as you remember you are already ascended. You are already free.

Eclipse Energies Bring A Renewed Sense Of The Sacred Masculine Dance

The Eclipse energies are bringing out something NEW in the masculine. It is trying to birth a new sense of what the ‘sacred masculine’ is, which has felt elusive and puzzling, not to mention hard to define. Any definitions we’ve tried to say are ‘it’ have tended to fall short most of the time, for it is still being rediscovered, along with the sacred feminine. It calls for men who are able to embody its messiness of heart and truth on this path of rediscovery. It calls for women to feel it within themselves as a counterpart to the budding inner feminine. The wounded masculine is alive within us all to some degree, until it has really been felt for the protection it has wanted and needed to offer and the tiredness it is feeling more and more as it realizes it IS wounded and does need our love and healing…

This healing can and does happen, the more we hold the desire for it too. It is so much of what needs to be felt and healed in our world as we ‘kNOw’ it today. It is expressed in the ways we claim to ‘know’ what we cannot in many ways, mental approaches to spirituality that do not ask us to embody it and feel it deeply inside of our hearts as arising sacred humans, and it is our okayness and also thirst for war and battles in any way, shape or form. It is expressed too, through our outrage, through our self-image creation and maintenance, through our push-aways from our hearts and the hearts of others, through the walls parts of us have built around us, wanting to contain and protect was is precious within, wanting to keep itself from being felt for what it truly is.

We see and feel it in our leaders and our leadership inside of us too. We feel it in our sexuality, our desires for dominance (though as woman, perhaps this is more subtle or takes a different form than it does for men), our pushing and action-based lives we’ve led. It is something that shows up often in our daily lives, especially when we have not begun to really see it and feel it.

Perhaps this current Eclipse will help bring in more illumination of this inside of you and inside of others. I am feeling it for myself today and these words are what I want to offer the masculine inside of me, inside of you, and inside of all men…

To the renewing, emerging, strengthening Sacred Masculine, within AND outside of me…

I invite you into a dance. A dance less structured than a waltz, and as passionate as a tango. I want to fill my dance card with the names of men (and eventually, only ONE man) who feel the pull, the desire, for themselves, for me, for us. I want unchoreographed, spontaneous steps, sometimes in alignment with each other, at other times not. I want the mess of the self-discovery that has us at times wondering how on Earth we’re going to navigate this one, though we both have the gumption, the desire, the courage to keep going inside as the only option.

I want something I can grab a hold of, without tugging or being tugged on. Something that is concrete yet has breathing and fluidity and room for what IS along with what could be and what we both want, starting with what we want inside of ourselves.

The games of old, those ones we never wanted to play anyway, they are being asked to crumble inside of us. They are being set to fall away in avalanches of pure love and sacred union codes coming in, that so do not resonate or match the currently embraced picture of romantic relationship, which is steeped in much emotional and spiritual immaturity and unrealness.

I want to let it all, all we’ve thought we ‘knew’, fly away with the wind in poignant moments of sorting through this from that within each of us and within ‘us’ too. I want to unlearn and relearn it all with you. I want to feel it all bubbling up and bursting within me and within us, and play it all like notes and chords on piano keys, bringing it all to the fore of our relationship ground, that place where it’s safe to do so and yet the precipice of where it could all fall apart (and in phases, needs to) is always there too.

I see you, I feel you, I know you… I trust the heart that is arising and reconciling inside of you, sometimes with contention and male ‘UMPH’. Ugh. YES. The line of abuse cannot be reached by a heart that is working towards its purity and holds deep reverence, respect, love, care, for itself and me too.

I want any resistance that’s here within you, within me, to BE pushed up, to be felt, to be held, to be loved, to be ultimately moved. I do not want the resistance to become the relationship, the reason to slow it all down. I want our parts to know, feel, understand that you are there for them, for your own, that I am there for them, for my own.

I want the genuine, the real, the incredibly HOT sacred masculine that arises from deep within the shadows and caves of the real, the soulful, the heartful, that doesn’t caretake, the penetrates in all the ways it needs to, that mates and creates and brings its truth, even if its truth isn’t polished or perfect or even UNDERSTOOD fully. I want the shit storms. Yes. The masculine in ME wants that, wants to be pressed up, pushed on, noticed, healed, moved, so that the feminine that so wants to dance with it and with YOU can arise more and more as the climate shifts to one where it can, where it is safe to, where it isn’t expected to battle, to be an Amazon, to outrage, but to encourage, to be, to heal, to offer

I want the ‘shit storms’. Yes. The masculine in ME wants that, wants to be pressed up, pushed on, noticed, healed, moved, so that the feminine that so wants to dance with it and with YOU can arise more and more as the climate shifts to one where it can, where it is safe to, where it isn’t expected to battle, to be an Amazon, to outrage, but to encourage, to be, to heal, to offer healing, to LOVE, to have her stillness that is born from an elegant blossom grown in mud and fun too. I want those portals the masculine and feminine are meant to create together, to bring out from each other, to step into in love that is made in the physical and other levels too. And you’ll know if you can do this, by your reaction to these words, that yes, I do feel are coming from a masculine AND a feminine inside of me too. Somehow, I trust that if you’re meant to, you’ll get this. Your maturity will resonate with it and your heart and soul that desire to FEEL and to HEAL and to make genuine, heart open love that travels to the Cosmos and back again with a woman is what you’ll feel now.

This is not coming from a woman who has solely been burned, been victimized, been abused, though of course that lies in this woman’s heart and body’s history with men who haven’t embodied the sacred masculine before or really even tried (save one, who to this day I still heal with consistently and we help each other move a lot, even just as dear friends). My stories of these experiences are not an attachment, though they also live in my Metasoul as well as my emotional and physical bodies. Nothing inside of me is asking you to heal it for me. Nothing inside of me needs you to be something you’re not, for what you ARE, IS the journey for me and for you.

I feel ready. I feel ready to take on something new. I feel ready for what can only move and heal in monogamous, romantic relationship. I feel a new relationship arising to my own inner masculine that wants to become more of the sacred masculine too, and at the same time, I feel my feminity wanting to arise more and more, to be in the space with me more, to feel safer there than she ever has. To share this with a man, who is also feeling inside of himself a feminine counterpart that wants to arise and heal and be, along with a masculine that wants to do the driving, to lead himself to more healing on a REAL level, to be in deep sacred union mateship with a woman that he sees and feels as body, heart, AND soul and wants to claim with all of his being as she claims him with all of hers, THIS is the dream, this is the desire that is bursting from me today. And this is the ongoing invitation, perhaps right now more than ever before with these Solar Eclipse energies coming in and illuminating, shifting, driving us to more and more healing on levels that maybe we could not have imagined before.

My inner masculine and feminine, who are trying to reconcile something with each other in this moment, it feels like, thank you for taking this in right now. They thank you for welcoming their passion, their unknown about themselves that they are looking to discover, their desire to feel it all. Thank you… and I welcome you into this powerful sense of passionate discovery and rediscovery for yourself too.

The Solar Eclipse Offers Illumination Of Emotional Body Shadow, Unification

The shadow of the moon crossing the sun and blocking the light…..for brief moments, day becomes night and alters our experience of reality. The total solar eclipse on Monday August 21st, 2017 offers this opportunity from the cosmos to feel and see life differently within our INNER cosmos and emotional bodies. The eclipse energies project the sense of specialness, of a grand event that can unite us ALL in our common experience and sharing of it. Souls at all different phases of awakening and consciousness are moved to witness this event for the chance to feel into these energies, whether subconscious or conscious.

In the U.S., which has struggled in the transition from 3D to 4D with ‘race wars’ as the seemingly primary outward expression of the wounded separation from within, the eclipse is bringing people together regardless of race or nationality. That it is visible as a total eclipse across the U.S. is an invitation of unification in a ‘country’ that is hurting, lashing, growing, rebirthing, and, in this struggle, actually leading the healing of the false self/ego moving into 5D sacred humanity. The U.S., on an emotional body level, has felt most like a teenager to me…rebellious, curious, finding its leadership and power, struggling, thriving, feeling unworthy, feeling arrogant, WANTing. This teenager wants to mature ultimately, to ‘grow up’, and to unify without devaluing individual expression as ‘one nation with the Divine.’ This is a tall order and an example of the challenges that we face inside too as we bridge the gap from our divinity/soul expression to our emotional body/maturity.

In those brief moments of the eclipse, many ‘American’ eyes and hearts will be fixed UPward in curiosity and wonder. In those moments, a specialness will pervade and invade all who are witnesses to the galactic show in the sky. ‘Ordinary’ 3D life will suspend and alter and perhaps something in the soul will want to turn inward too. Perhaps SOMETHING in the soul will be inspired to feel the magic that is within and the possibilities of NEW in every moment and let go of the angsts and rage that project outward and harm.

During a total solar eclipse like this, shadows within are given ‘permission’ to BE as they momentarily obscure our light and are then integrated back in again. The shadow becomes as beautiful and illuminating as the brightness. In many ways, the shadow brings relief, especially if the light has been used to avoid or bypass deeper feeling realities. With the lunar eclipse earlier this month, there was a sense of a ‘pause with an edge’ as the edginess was an invitation for new clarities to come in around service of love and purpose here. In the emotional body, this may have brought up frustrations for you and more sense of what doesn’t work for you anymore as you move into the NEW. This seems to especially be true within relationships, where the grounds of connection are rumbled and shifted so you can feel what is real and deepen…..or complete and move on. The Lion/Lioness/Sirian gateway and portal openings also occurring this month provide renewed frequencies of abundance and unity, especially related to self healing and within sacred union. These energies and ultimately conscious connection with our Sirian Metasoul soul aspects offer expanded perspectives and clearer commitment to service of love missions. ALL of this cosmic energetic activity in ONE month offers that the process of ascension is being accelerated and fast tracked. This also includes the process of more intense push up of shadow energies to be felt and healed from the collective emotional body. Stronger personal boundaries may be necessary to navigate these shifts as parts of people that are in fear lash out in discomfort, need to stay small, and project unfelt rage and hurt onto others. This is a ‘messy’ time of bittersweet feelings, where the NEW is palatable in so many moments from within us with sometimes seemingly little evidence of it in the mainstream world or ‘out there’.

BEing real about how parts of us are feeling as we navigate this transition of collective awakening is so important, staying connected to our own emotional bodies and allowing what has been suppressed to come out allows more self love to flow within us. This self love flow brings us back home to ourselves, to places of trust and surrender within us, to our ‘home’ from within. Connection with our guides/aspects and especially Star BEings can bring in the bigger picture and sense of the larger movements that are going on to support this shift into 5D New Gaia.
