Energy UPdate: Interplanetary Shock Wave Moved Through On 5/26

Energy UPdate: A shock wave hit Gaia yesterday around 11:00pm UT, which was an unexpected event. The CME-like disturbance caused the density of the solar wind around Earth to abruptly quadruple, while the interplanetary magnetic field doubled in strength. Minor geomagnetic storms are possible on May 27th as our planet passes through the shock wave’s wake, according to spaceweather.com.
 
Also, Gaia is turning again to align with the ‘hole to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface, which means more increase in SOULar winds and geomagnetic storms the next few days as well.
 
You may have felt the shock wave in your body/energy field/emotional body yesterday? These shock waves are similar to a tsunami moving through….a lot of photonic light and plasma all at once. They also feel similar to a SOULar flare. I was already feeling the importance of grounding as the Gaia resonance has also been spiking lately too….grounding in nature would also support the experiencing of this shock wave afterglow with more possibility to integrate it.
 
I have noticed a heightening in anxiety/tension, sadness/depression, hopelessness in the emotional body parts of people and the soul coming up and through the last couple of weeks in sessions. It can feel almost like ‘starting over’ in your healing process to feel when these emotions come up seemingly triggered by this-life circumstances.
 
There is a more accelerated unanchoring from 3D energies going on this year and this month. These feelings of anxiety come from distrust in the Divine bigger picture, supported by 3D conditioning. The feelings of depression/sadness/heaviness are so often about not being connected to your soul purpose service of love here, not initiated by 3D into it.
 
ALL this is necessary to come up and out though….in order to receive the light of your love and NEW initiation into higher frequencies. These SOULar energies support the inner strength and bravery necessary to go on this INNER journey. They activate your personal cosmic sun connection to activate your sacred masculine in particular. To invite any overly protective masculine to ALLOW you to hold the feminine heart space for this feeling and healing. You are no longer a child, even if your Protector still sees you as one.
 
The Divine Feminine is HERE too, offering Her womb space of compassion and forgiveness to support the masculine to forgive himself and move into his strength. Her womb space in this moment is the planet itself, constantly calibrating to a higher frequency and emitting that frequency to all of us to take in and receive.
 
Take care with MUCH love of your inner masculine and all aspects during this time of shock waves and heightened energies! Receive and let in the inner and outer support systems that you most need to continue to unanchor from 3D and move into your higher timeline ones.

Gratitude for Healing

When I’m in my daily life, a part of me tends to get caught up in what my next process will be, what seeds I should be planting in order to expand the consciousness of others, how I can bridge this work that I do to people, what outside experiences I can have to be able to progress. But the most poignant and present moments that I have are when I can let in just how much I love what I do.

There has been a lot of conditioning around progress that it can be hard to appreciate and let in the present moment. To bask in gratitude for all that you are, all that you have cultivated, and all that you do for others. It can also feel foreign to really take time to appreciate other souls around you outside of holidays and traumatic experiences. To take pleasure in the simple moments, the little things that you don’t realize make your life just that much better.

Let gratitude fill the spaces inside of you that need the most love, let it fill your heart with the beauty of your life and all that you have managed to manifest in such a difficult 3D based place, let it be the catalyst for loving others and healing yourself in order to serve more and more. I wanted to take a moment for my own gratitude. For SoulFullHeart, for myself, for my community, for everyone on Gaia that strives to heal their trauma, and for everyone that isn’t yet ready to heal at all. I just want to say that I love…

I love how deeply inside of my own world I can go. I love being around others who are so dedicated to understand and feeling their own inner worlds. I love expanding outside of myself and bringing in Divine and Galactic energies to enhance my inner experience. I love what this work does for people and how much trauma has already been healed just by this work alone. I love that we’re moving towards creating a community supported by this work. I love being inspired everyday to feel when it’s so easy not to. I love you and I love me.

Give Yourself A Mu Day

Yesterday I went out to a beautiful place in Victoria called Mt. Douglas where I could tap back into the tree codes and Lemurian energies that overlay and undergird this geography.

There are times when it is just so important to reconnect both with and out in nature. I was calling it Me time yesterday but then I felt the phrase ‘Mu time’ come up while I was out. And that it was.

Smelling, listening, sensing, feeling, and letting in all the majestic energy of Mu and her delicious and loving container. Felt like going to a well for a part of me and filling back up as well as realigning and integrating.

I recorded a brief message and light language transmission to ground the energy inside of me and share it with you in overflow. I hope that you too are able to find your Mu time whether it happens outside or inside. We can connect at any time and place but it does help when we can be in nature.

Much love to you on your journey this day and as always we are here to serve and support you in whatever may be moving through you at this time. Happy Mu Day to you.

Crop Circle Message: We Are Here To Align With You

Crop Circle UPdate: The FIRST one of the 2019 season of galactic transmission and Next Level conscious connection with Star Mu family! My Star Family wanted to be sure that I shared about this one as it has significance to them as a bridge to us.

I’m going to ‘channel’ the crop circle itself in these updates, yet you are of course invited to feel into it for yourself and receive whatever message from it that speaks to you. I’ve been offered that these crop circles are an effort of the galactic alliance – a benevolent group of star beings, inner earth beings and some awakened humans. The technology to create them is based on sound waves projected at the vegetation in the fields from above in a light ship. The crop then lays down in the pattern that is wanted. This is done at the ‘perfect’ phase of their life cycle. The perfect phase is determined from inside the Earth as there is an active city underneath this area of the UK where most of them appear.

These crop circles are transmissions – that when taken in as broadcasts – offer next level upgrades and activations of your galactic DNA, star family conscious connection, emotional healing of any fear/unworthiness/anxiety about galactic frequencies, and activation of your causal chakra (back of the head) and soul star chakra (one feet above your crown chakra.)

This is the message I am receiving from this crop circle that appeared on May 22 in Norridge Wood, Nr Warminster, Wiltshire, UK:

“ALL will come into alignment. As it does in your inner worlds, so it will in your outer ones too. The triad energy of the three circles offers an experience of alignment to help you through these next phases of Ascension and Disclosure. One aspect of the triad represented by these three orbs/planet shapes is the balancing of the mind, the soul, and the heart. To move out of dualistic thinking of the 3D mind, out of amnesia of the unawakened and veiled soul, and out of protective layers of the closed heart…..into open mind, open soul, and open heart.

Another aspect of the triad represents us, star family, and our loving and supportive presence in your skies, seas, and inner earth. We are HERE. We are rotating around you like your moon. You are not alone. We are sending as much love as you can receive to support you during this transition.

Another alignment is represented in the eventual alliance of humans, galactics, and Inner Earth Beings (especially Lemurians.) Conscious and collaborative reunion with you is our greatest desire.

Transitioning From 3D Based Jobs To Serving Love AS You

So many souls want to move out of more 3D based ‘jobs’, earning a paycheck, and into expressing their soul gifts and purpose here as healers, teachers, way-showers, etc. There can be much tension, anxiety, hope, desire, and mixed feelings around this transition. There are difficult decisions to make along the way about what to continue doing to ‘earn’ money while this transition is going on. There is often much to feel about how money earning through 3D work has been a safety and security base for parts of you.

When you are coming from serving love….truly and purely coming from serving love….the questions of ‘how to do this’ are no longer an issue. The questions of what you can ‘do’ fade away as you come from response, as you are responding to the love that is coming and being drawn to you. The concerns and anxieties about money lesson as parts of you trust more and more in the abundant availability of love.

You can truly and purely come from serving love as you feel the aspects of you that have resistance, fear, doubts, pain, trauma around service and around sharing your gifts and around BEing your soul purpose here. These frequencies live in the undigested places in the emotional body and in the soul field too from other lifetimes. They always have good reason for being there that is based on real feelings that need to be felt.

Bypassing them or trying to go around them or transcending them in order to serve others through the ‘latest great marketing strategy’ or attaining yet another certification or credential often creates a foundation that is shaky, that feels forced, or just doesn’t lead to the fulfillment and nourishment that you most deeply want at the soul level. It usually collapses eventually, under the weight of what has gone unfelt and unaddressed or what had tried to be disowned. The parts that have been ‘holding up’ this service ‘burn out’ or ‘give up’ or ‘want to shut the whole thing down’ because they need the rest and just can’t do it anymore.

Serving love to self and all your aspects then leads to an overflow to serve love WITH others. There is no strategy to this, ultimately, as it is the opposite of strategic. It is the authentic essence of YOU meeting and dancing with the authentic essence of other, bringing out the authenticity in each other, bringing out the soul, bringing out love.

I have discovered this over the last two years of a fairly full schedule of serving others through session space and now group transmissions too. There is a joy in this service, even when the tones and textures are difficult and painful that come up to be felt in the heart and soul for the women I am holding space for.

The joy comes ultimately in just BEing me, without seemingly self image around it after many years of working with parts of me that HELD edges and fear and self image. I am just serving love, and watching as it brings light to the dark, love to the fear, and possibilities to what has previously felt impossible! I am now in the wonderful place of starting to train others who are drawn to SoulFullHeart as their expression of serving love to ‘replace’ me as a 1:1 facilitator so that I can focus on the bigger picture projects and management, etc….a ‘dream’ come true for me as visionary/teacher/ambassador.

This is possible for YOU too as you serve love to yourself, BEcome this energy, and it just naturally and organically overflows to those who will be drawn to you.

The Need For Belonging, Forgiveness, And Acceptance At The Root Of Our Collective Pain

“We are not just the Light but the shadow that it casts as well. We are all looking to find love and be felt in all the pains that we have experienced. We all seek forgiveness and to be forgiven. We need to feel a part of something and to be told we are beautiful just the way we are.”

I watched a documentary last night called Jihad where the documentarian Deeyah Khan interviews different muslim men in the UK that were led to extremist Islamic groups by a particular man who fought in the war in Afghanistan against the Soviets. This former leader, known as the founding father of the Western jihad movement was interviewed as well.

Deeyah Khan’s focus was to get to the heart of the man of whom she was interviewing to understand what it truly was that led them to this extremism underneath the politics. It was a riveting and touching account of our humanity and our deep desire and NEED to feel like we belong and are accepted.

Now this is a VERY rough and tumble lower 4D energy that is hard to feel, YET for me it got to the core of something intensely profound in our collective. It has roots in our veiled perception of separation and how we have experiences that have left parts of us all feeling very alone and deemed unlovable. What Inner Protectors do to assuage that pain range from benign to extremely destructive, either toward self or others.

It is easy for this parts to get sucked into the vat of polarized politics. Even in the New Age movement there is “spiritual warfare”. This is polarized spirituality with deep roots in our own personal traumas and pains. If we were to be like this interviewer and sit down with our parts that are feeling rage, trauma, fear, angst, or frustration we can get to the deeper and more vulnerable pain that undergirds this polarization.

When this was brought with compassionate curiosity, the leader of this jihad group found himself in a flood of tears that cut to the core of his pain. His innocence and humanity were left on the table and Love was finding its way. I felt similar frequencies in my Orion self when going into the myriad timelines of galactic destruction.

The most provocative part of it was when she asked this leader, after stating that he had forgiven the people that had killed his family as a child, if had forgiven himself. This was the most powerful moment as he still had not gotten to that point and the tears and pain flooded in once more.

This act of self-forgiveness is where the road to true self-love and change begin. It is where the dreams of what is desired and possible are permitted to flourish and gain traction. When these men were asked what they wanted for themselves, each one of them could not answer. They had not thought about it their entire lives. Coming from my experience that left me sad and yet hopeful that they would find their own personal heaven within.

Watching this film brought an expanded awareness of where my humanity and spirituality meet. We are not just the Light but the shadow that it casts as well. We are all looking to find love and be felt in all the pains that we have experienced. We all seek forgiveness and to be forgiven. We need to feel a part of something and to be told we are beautiful just the way we are.

Galactic Activation Group Transmission 5/22 Over Zoom Or Receive Recording

Settling/shrinking in relationships, especially long-term romantic ones, has become the standard in 3D relationships and even those more in 4D or soul frequencies. In these relationships, the ground of transactability between each partner in the areas of soul, mind, body, and heart nourishment and resonance diminishes over time…..if it was even transacting much to begin with. The ‘honeymoon’ fades and the draw to each other along with it.

Lack of transactability is often overlooked or just ‘lived with’ as parts of you may start to feel that it is impossible to have more or BE in more. Fears of security and safety become the glue that keeps the relationship together even as underneath it, there is much unexpressed frustration, unhappiness, and discontent. Sometimes, capacity on the soul level is fixated on (like often in the Twin Flame paradigm) and the LACK of transactability ignored or bypassed, which leads to a pattern of push-pull relating, codependency, deadness/flatness, running/ghosting, etc.

The 5D Sacred Unions that we are being invited to remember and inhabit AGAIN are about an overabundant, nourishing, and LASTING experience of love and resonance on ALL levels with our partners. This may sound like fantasy, yet it is VERY real and possible as we heal from within the polarized relationship templating we received from our parents, 3D culture/programming, and from our Metasoul patterns in the denser timelines.

Experiencing this kind of sacred union is not only possible, it is encoded in our genetic codes and in our DNA (as those ‘sleepy’ ones come AWAKE again….from two active DNA back to twelve again and beyond. ) It is also provided as template from Yeshua/Sanada/Jesus and Magdalene, as they experience it in the higher dimensions now and can download it to us.

This kind of sacred union ONLY seems to be possible with the inner work being the primary focus to heal the fears/resistances to love so that self love and worth are overflowing into the bond. It is also only possible if you aren’t settling for something lesser than this in your current relationship without consciousness about it and desire to shift it together.

Being in a relationship where EACH partner is focused on their own growth and healing in a conscious, humble, and ever expanding way allows for the quantum healing of sacred union wounds AND experience of the deep bondings/mergings from other timelines too. BOTH partners being engaged in an active spirituality that is alive for both of them is also key here….not just one partner ‘supporting’ the other in often vague ways that don’t lead to actually new ground arising between them.
