The Physical Body As A Tuning Fork | SoulFullHeart Session Testimonial

I received a wonderful email from a woman I currently facilitated in the SoulFullHeart parts work process and how it helped her move through a current emotional trigger. This is one aspect of the work that can really open up context and innerstanding as well as personal, self-to-self intimacy.

The physical body is like a tuning fork. It tells us when something is not quite humming in our natural frequency. In session space, I like to feel the body and see where the messages are. In that place there is a part of the emotional body that is attached to it. Using it as a direct line to your heart and soul awareness. Like an alarm bell asking for help and attention.

This part of you can assume a plethora of roles inside of you. Initially, it is generally an Inner Protector. Other times it can be and Inner Child or Inner Teenager. They also have there own relationship to each other that creates vibratory dynamics in your physical body.

When these parts are met and felt where they are at, it creates a going on place for you and them. It is just the beginning and not just a one-time catch and release. It is a relationship just like any other. It needs attention, consistency, and cultivation.

This part of the work may not be the sexiest when it comes to healing work but it is essential when ascending ALL of you. This life experience offers each of us a variety of experiences that are portals into the heart and the soul. It all eventually brings us back to the what has felt like the loss of Love. The Separation Wound.

So there is not one part of our healing that is better or small. It is all important and all sacred. Today we shared our latest Avalon Update, featuring a piece by Jelelle Awen in which she talks about the ‘hijacked’ womb that has been influenced by what she refers to the “Ursula Consciounsness” or a false feminine/wounded matriarchal overlay.

“As sensitive empaths and star seeds, there is a tendency to take this Ursula energy within us and try to transmute it to love again. There is often a soul contract/agreement as well with family members that we will serve this role within the family line, bringing light to the darkness of the ancestral wounding. Feeling Easter As Your Own Death & Rebirth Process

This has been a very rumbly week leading up to Easter. There has been a churning of death and rebirth going on inside and out. My sacred union with my beloved Kasha has been put to the ‘test’, so to speak, with so much new ground needing an old ground to burn away in order to come into our next level of conscious romance and leadership.

I have needed to be ‘off’ social media to let all of this digest and find its way inside of me. It has been about continuing to find my voice, speak my truth and needs, as well as feeling the fear of doing so. It is this truth that can change so much. It creates and it destroys, but not necessarily in the way that a part of us may feel like it will. It is this fire that is meant to be alchemical and not necessarily harmful.

I was starting to feel the ways in which this fear is more about embodying our true power in the world and what that can actually create. If power and truth in our soul history has been experienced or judged as a ‘negative’, then we will inevitably find a way to suppress said power. We will remain in a push-pull around it. Deeply wanting and needing it, while hiding it at the same time. This creates suffering rather than movement.

This power has been held as a control mechanism inside of me. A way to manage and maintain a particular consciousness while my soul and the Divine are strongly, yet lovely, inviting me into something more essential, more real. Something long forgotten or buried. This is where a tight grip has formed or an anxious fear of surrender. I realized how much a part of me has still clung to this control structure.

In meditation I saw a sand castle on top of a stream. The foundation of this sand castle was collapsing into the stream. The castle was starting to crumble and I could feel parts of me trying to build it back up with more sand in order to keep it up. There was a tiredness in that. A readiness to let go while fearing the unknown of it all. I felt the stream as the Divine Itself, as Love, as the Tao. It just wants me to be the stream. Be in active surrender to where it is meant to take me even if I can’t see around the bend or it winds up in rapids.

It is my vulnerability and truth that keeps me afloat. It is what allows me to flow with my currency and is my true power. That stored up power in the castle just changed form and into embodiment. As the castle fully collapsed, I shed tears. I felt myself collapse into the flow of Love. I felt baptized and renewed. I felt a new connection with Kasha and myself.

As a result, I found myself realizing I needed to go back to my previous name of Gabriel. A lot has moved for me since trying on Aurius, but Gabriel is the essence of who I am in my soul. It is my Divine name. I just needed to flush some things out and reboot it. My beloveds also have an affinity for Gabriel and so that was enough for me to choose to go back. I will keep Amara as my last name, however. It has a frequency I love. It represents my inner feminine.

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me, and I hope that it has a service to you in all that you may be going through at this time. I am always here to facilitate and hold-space for this process that has taken me to new worlds and embodied awarenesses inside of myself in deep terrain. It is alchemical and transformative.

There are many different influences that impact us on our awakening and Ascension journey, all with bigger purposes to that end. Some are easier for parts of us to trust than others while others need us to calibrate to them more before we can let them in. Some are necessary for a phase until we feel ready to move onto something else, still seeking out β€˜THE’ path or process or way of life that will offer us the most alignment with our soul and our deepest growth, along with a sense of being so sincerely cared for that our deepest wounds can come forward to be felt and healed.

I’ve found that the relationship to/embodiment of SoulFullHeart really is unique to every being who comes in the door through sessions, group calls, etc, yet also has a thread of resonance that brings us all together, no matter how close you feel to come to the fire of the essence of this process which really IS a β€˜way of life’ that can align with you in the ways you’ve been needing (though this isn’t true for everyone, of course). It’s triggering, it’s gentle, and it’s very alive. The energy of care from all of us who offer this work in service of love to others AND ourselves/each other really can work quickly depending on what’s ripe to be felt in you and what’s ready, with breathing, to finally be seen.

The Over-holding Of Others In Our Wombs

Connection with our wombs on a daily basis is so important to our health and well-being on all levels as women, especially right now.

My womb, β€˜Vesica’, showed me this morning how much she has been holding… and I know she is not the only womb holding much more than she needs to.

In her, I found and felt the cries of the world; the cries of those I love that are going through a challenging time; images of what’s moving in my soul and heart lately; desires that are peaking and perking up; needs that are going unmet at times; feelings of my depth and capacity to hold and offer love to myself and others.

My heart-shaped rose quartz crystal ended up laying on her without me consciously choosing to place it there.
β€œI need clearing”, Vesica said to me, β€œI’m holding too much. I’m not designed to hold as much as I have been. You’ll feel clearer if I’m cleared and you’ll feel calmer too. I’m not designed to hold any human being beyond gestation and so I cannot hold all of the people/souls that are in me right now”.

This struck me as a deep reminder of how much we need to be aware of what we’re holding and to move energy out of our wombs… from the collective of which we are a part yet not responsible for; from the beloveds in our lives whose soul-destinies we cannot β€˜know’ or control for them; from any fears that parts of us hold about our well-being and our path in our life (or death); from the Matrices (3D and 4D) that still have a foothold on our wombs and what moves into and through them and decide how they’ll be β€˜used’ too.


To connect with your womb deeply can take time and much clearing. There are parts of you that are protective of her, and rightfully so, depending on what you’ve been through in this lifetime and others too. To truly connect to the stillness and beauty that IS your womb space takes a dedication and deep desire for her to be free and to arise in her essence within you.

Unplugging From The “Ursula” False Feminine | Women’s Womb Healing Group Call April 4

Going into the womb space is to connect with the infinite roots and origins of our Divine Feminine essence. When we connect to our wombs with much care and love, in a personal and intimate way, we then receive access to the pools of wisdom, compassion, creation, and empowerment that she contains.

Yet, our wombs have so often been hijacked and ‘taken over’ by energies of false feminine control that are dominating, possessive, draining, and more. This is what I have come to call the “Ursula Consciousness”, as represented by the Evil Witch octopus character in the movie Little Mermaid. The Ursula energies present as feminine and yet are a distorted version of wounded masculine frequency that is hooked into the 3D/Lower 4D control Matrix programming.

This Ursula energy is seductive, manipulative, and wants to ‘own’ the innocence within us…jealousy and competition can be an element of it. And also she both hates/resists men and and wants to have codependence with them. This creates a resistance for the true feminine essence within us to arise and a deep protection of it and our womb from our inner masculine Protector. This can be a deep polarity within us and so confusing, especially if our feminine caretaker/mothers had this Ursula energy with us. We can also have an Inner Ursula who plays this role of evil queen/witch within us.

I have explored and been healing this dynamic within myself in experience with my birth mother (who had Ursula tendencies) and in many sessions with women over the years. I have supported, with assistance from the Divine Mother and Divine Self, the inner feminine essence (in all her different forms) to unplug and heal from this Ursula energy and also the wounded masculine frequencies in fathers/brothers/lovers etc as well that mimic this. We also connect with the inner masculine who has often been ‘crushed’ by the Ursula energy and he moves into trusting the feminine again, more empowerment, from overly protective guard to collaborative partner.

In our meditation, we will be connecting with our wombs to feel/see what the hookup may be within us to this Ursula/Matrix energy. We will then do a clearing of your womb and unplugging of this hookup at whatever levels are available to you at this time by our Divine Self and soul.

With the assistance of Grandmother Anna and Mary Magdalene and the cleansing Red Spring waters here in Avalon, we will pull in the resurrection/rebirth energies of Easter and connect to the Cosmic/Divine Mother womb available to us all. I do feel it is SO timely to go into these areas of healing, for empowerment of the Divine Feminine within us that also serves to free those souls who have played the ‘role’ of Ursula in our lives to be freed as well. Healing The Legacy Of Fatherhood To Access Our True Power, Adequacy, And Vulnerability

Today I have been feeling how much my leadership and relationality is rooted in the legacy of my birth father. My relationship to Power, Adequacy, and Vulnerability come in large part from my modelling of it from him. I am not blaming, I am noting, realizing, and taking responsibility for that. I get to change the course on that one by feeling and owning where it lives in me.

What also lives in me are the ways in which he modelled something healthy and true. None of us are all good or all bad. We have qualities we have a sense of ‘mastery’ over and other qualities we don’t. When I have felt that ‘not so good’ feeling about myself or my place in the world, I know there is something rooted in what I was steeped in as a child, as well as the collective and the soul.

As I have continued to step more into my worth, mission, and leadership, I can feel the ways in which I am healing that legacy within me. The shadow and the wounding get to come front and center and I can be with that in a compassionate way, not as it being a ‘part of the problem’. My father gave birth to my own version of ‘father’ that is now coming online as a leader, space-holder, and way-shower.

My own Fatherhood is about feeling my own empowerment (worth), care for others (compassion), and directness (truth-telling). These all come from a process around Power, Adequacy, and Vulnerability. It brings what lies in the Shadow into the Light not to be analysed or judged, but felt, seen, and integrated. I have a new relationship to these three portals now that I can feel how both my birth father and my inner father have related to and experienced them.

We don’t need to be, or haven’t needed to be, a father in this life to feel where this energy lies within each of us. When we go into these doorways, we are taking one step further into not just our own healing but the healing of the collective and the planet. The Patriarchy is rooted in Disempowerment, Inadequacy, and Invulnerability. It doesn’t feel good about itself. Actually, it feels like shit about itself. It is also existentially afraid of its own shadow. This lives in our own inner patriarchs/fathers. The wheel will continue to spin unless we address these things. No amount of suppressing and non-feeling will get us there. It may be a messy process at times, but so very needed.

Womb Healing Activation & Unplugging From The Matrix Women’s Group Call April 4th

The womb is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and bridge to our ancient Sacred Feminine empowerment roots. Our wombs become filled with pain/trauma layers and also hijacked by the 3D/4D Matrix so our access to the purity essence of our womb is often covered over and not fully activated.

Kasha and I are co-hosting our second women’s group call over Zoom providing womb healing and activation here from Avalon. The first one drew close to 25 women in sacred circle with us and was a powerful healing frequency! The focus of our group on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm BST (London, UK timezone/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST) will be opening up more access to your womb for healing and activation in order to unplug from the 3D/Lower 4D control Matrix.

We will talk about how our wombs have been hijacked by the Matrix control system (and what that is, how it impacts us, etc.) since the Fall of Atlantis and how that creates an ongoing disempowerment for us. This hijacking also impacts what we experience within our wombs during often painful and debilitating ‘programmed’ menstrual cycles. Our wombs can be filled with and hijacked by false mother/false god frequencies, Patriarchal/wounded masculine energies; transmuting other people’s energies as empaths; aborted/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions; and suppression of our wombs’ truth.

The Sacred Sexuality Exploration Of Soul, Body, AND Heart

Sex has never been quite β€˜simple’ for me as a highly creative soul with many Priestess/Oracle lifetimes, where sexuality was used in certain ways, often taking the β€˜human woman’ out of the equation. I was a β€˜late bloomer’ in this lifetime and that felt like a sacred self-protection provided by my Inner Protector and also my Gatekeeper, the aspect of my soul that guards/watches over the portals to other lifetimes alive in me, in order to keep me from gravitating towards to my sexuality’s power from too early of an age. I’m grateful to them for that, as then I didn’t need to walk out the trauma that many other courageous feminine souls have walked out.

A phase of promiscuity in my early twenties was enough to β€˜run out’ something around physical body-based sexuality. It was a confusing time, where I was exploring spirituality and finding myself while also exploring my sexual expression. Parts of me ached to be seen and to feel beautiful, all the while I had other lifetimes bleeding through where sexuality was related to in a certain way, often as a portal for others to walk through to access the Divine Feminine. 

It got to a point where I was able to dissociate from my body during intercourse, even when I didn’t consciously mean to. I was detached from my sexuality/sensuality in this way, feeling almost afraid of the power in it, and becoming more and more dissatisfied in my experience of it as it expressed in this way without a bigger awareness of what was happening.

I’ve realized since then, that what I truly needed and what my woman’s heart truly wanted, I didn’t yet possess the maturity to ask for from myself and from others. What my parts/Priestess aspects truly wanted was love and beholding. They wanted to heal, not just be a β€˜portal’ they knew so well how to become. This precious gift of offering healing to others needs and wants to be expressed in other ways other than physical sexuality. It now gets to express through my creativity, through my space-holding in sessions, through my ever-healing and opening heart that is but one expression of the Divine Mother in this world, and, in my collaborations and sexual explorations with my beloved.

I have experienced profound healing through sexuality with my beloved and also solo while I waited for him. I’ve now had experiences where in sexual expression of any kind, I can feel my heart open and even burst into tears as pain comes up to be held and felt. I’ve been blessed with a partnership in which we can BOTH do this and feel all that we need to feel, together and apart. I feel our deep healing love exploration together taking us to new heights and new relationships to our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies as we go. 

Since coming back together, Aurius and I have let our sexual explorations take us wherever they need to… to the depth of some pain and to the height of feeling higher-dimensional soul aspects come through, bursting through with light language bellowing in moments and reminding us as well of β€˜old-world’ rituals we are now transmuting together. 

It’s been an opportunity for heart and soul awakening on both sides. It’s been a journey for me personally to keep letting this all in with him and to feel how the Divine is forever in the mix with us… our sexuality becomes then a sacred exploration of our inner worlds and the sacred US-ness world we share in our coupleship. We’ve felt the tears in our US-ness from our separation phases and our souls’ separation from each other when we incarnated too. It’s been very emotional and it’s been very awe-inspiring and an overflow into service for both of us too. 

Amazing how when we wait for what’s right… and when we are willing to enter the vulnerability of our sexual expression, whether in literal sexuality or in creativity, alchemy, service, etc, we get to truly SEE and experience ourselves in a wholeness that connects so deeply to the Divine within and the Divine in others. It’s beautiful, worth every step and tear of the journey, and I LOVE where it takes me/us! ❀
