DAY THIRTY-ONE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Activate Light Language Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day thirty-one of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about light language or star language as it is also called. The ability to activate light language and express it (through voice, language, and/or hand gestures) often connects to trauma healing that you’ve done with your Star Seed child that allow fluid transmission to come through. Access to your Star Seed arises as your more 3D-based Inner Child is able to let go of traumas from this life to vibrate at higher frequencies of consciousness. Digestion and remembering of visitations with Star Family this life also helps to open up access to light language. Direct connection with your Metasoul aspects that live in Galactic timelines allows the flow of language to come through in an organic way as you merge more with their consciousness.

Activating light language is not a matter of capacity or ‘special’ gifts as we ALL have galactic DNA and therefore the ability to access it. It is rather a matter of healing the trauma that keeps the veil in place of our remembering and expressing it. Your Inner Punisher may also ‘judge’ if you are doing it ‘right’ or that you are ‘crazy’ for expressing it, etc. so working with that part of you to allow the fun and joyful expression of it helps as well.

In the meditation today, you activate, clean, and connect with your Ascension Chakras: the Stellar Gateway (Personal Sun), Soul Star, and Causal Chakras. All of these are connected to the expression of light language. I share different light languages that come through me as we go through each chakra and invite you to ‘babble’ and talk along with me. You focus on your fifth or throat chakra especially to feel if there are blocks there to expression of your truth due to undigested trauma or karma.

The Divine Wants To feel Through You What It Couldn’t Feel Without You

Prior to your individuation and soul birth out of the Divine, there wasn’t a you here in the way that you know and experience you today.

The you that existed then was the one being of infinite love. What this you lacked however was an other to be in relationship with. This you also lacked the ability to know any kind of lack, as it was total infinite abundance in its essence. It had a lack, but it couldn’t know and feel that lack. This you also couldn’t actually know and feel the superabundance that it was as it simply was it. It couldn’t have a relationship with the abundance that it was.

This you wanted and then decided to duplicate itself in soul birth expression many other beings to be in relationship with, and to know and experience a relationship with this superabundance.

What your present you holds however is a fear of losing this individuated soul birth expression, of being swallowed back up into oneness and returning to the kind of lack it once knew in superabundance.

Problem is though that the Divine is on a mission through you and wants to know and feel all these fears – the fear of having nothing but abundance, as well as the fear of being cut off and separated from abundance, or love.

What creates stasis or movement in your life is all hinged upon your willingness to feel. The Divine wants and needs to feel through you what it couldn’t feel without you.

The Divine never intended for you to hover in a suffering pattern of anxiety, but rather to move through a kind of suffering; the kind that any mama knows who has given birth. Ultimately, the Divine is assured that no one and no thing will be left behind in this full reconciliation to love; hence its ability to undertake this mission involving suffering.

Where your power is in all of this, to suffer or not suffer, is in your willingness to feel what is coming up for you and parts of you in this journey.

What are you and parts of feeling in response to the circumstances of your life as you know it today? What traumas are undigested in you asking to be felt?

Feeling what there is to feel is what moves you profoundly into your next pieces of your deepest heart and soul evolution.

Energy Update: ‘Peak Fear’ Moves Into Love From Within

Energy update: the New is here… as much as you’re ready to let it in. Yes, it’s exactly like that song by John Lennon that goes, “war is over IF you want it”… if the parts of you that are ready for the battles to end and the fighting to no longer be their primary filter of reality and relationships are ready to let something new in. A new sense of Love and how it infuses and moves through life without a need for sword and dagger.

It’s not so much a matter of asking us to “turn the other cheek”. As I receive this message this morning, I feel it more as an invitation to advocate for your boundaries as needed, even with charge if that’s real for you, but to be willing to feel the impact of your truth and the impact other’s truths have had on you. It’s an invitation to bring our truth with courage and vulnerability, both. And yes, they both can live in you without conflict, as long as the parts of you that have been hurt and even harmed get felt and are held by a growing YOU of heart, soul, and sacred spine too.

Any energy of being ‘against’ is being flushed up to be seen, heard and felt. Parts of you may be good at finding the next righteous battle to fight or protest to walk with. Anything ‘against’ brings in more of this energy and doesn’t actually break the cycle of harm and abuse. Being with the new reality where this is no longer needed doesn’t relieve us from feeling the cries of the world, yet, what are the cries of your inner world? How are these energies of abuse happening inside of you? Fighting them on the outside becomes a never ending war. If we are to evolve and ascend beyond war being a major focus of our human and also galactic consciousness, we have to start within.

This is absolutely a year to really bring everything inward and continue to work it all in your heart and soul. This invitation has always been here, but now that the time of peak fear is underway, perhaps this invitation will start to ring clearer for so many more of us and more consistently too. ‘Peak fear’ means we are at a huge potential turning point… and that the turn to love as the greatest, most important reality, is here and happening!

New Lemuria Codes Remind Us Of Our Tribal Timelines

Connecting with the New Lemuria codes coming in offers a feeling sense of Golden Earth/New Earth/5D Gaia. New Lemuria reminds us of the best of what it is to be living in a tribe, in commUNITY, and sharing resources together. Our souls most likely have more timelines of this experience than the isolated, lonely, overly self sufficient realities that we live in during 3D life. So much stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness are pushed up for parts of us in living the 3D separatist lifestyle.

In connecting with your galactic consciousness through Star Family and especially your Lemurian aspects that are available for you in the Now, you start to download/remember your tribal identity. You begin to ache for that feeling of soul resonance, beyond words/need to communicate verbally…that just being in synchness that Lemuria vibrates in. You receive initiation and validation from the tribe you start drawing in others that supports your bigness to express and grow.

We can start to tap into that feeling sense again by connecting with our inner family, creating an inner community through unification of both parts of us from this life and from other lifetimes too. As these fragments and fractals either integrate or unify, we become more WHOLE again and able to BE in more Oneness resonance with others.

Our inner tribe needs us primarily and firstly as those who try to live in conscious community without the deeper sense of self may struggle with it. Feelings of envy, competition, being rejected/abandoned, etc. can all be triggered living in community as experiences from your ‘original’ tribe, your birth family, come up to be felt. Healing the traumas from that 3D experience of polarized family allows for the letting in of soul tribe family at 4D and higher consciousness vibrations.

It has been the highest choice for me the last several years to live in community….not just with my beloved Raphael, yet also with Gabriel, Kalayna, and my daughter Raianna. We are united by the desire to live out and offer SoulFullHeart as a healing process and way of life. We are united by soul family bonds that strengthen the 3D ascension experiment we signed up for together. This allows us to navigate grounds of money sharing/earning, practical decision and response, and much more with much less personal stress and anxiety. I feel that I would not be able to offer the teachings and spaceholding that I do and can in SoulFullHeart without their support on so many levels.

This is day thirty of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the healing of trauma through a transmutational process of connecting with parts of yourself that are experiencing it (both this lifetime and other lifetimes). As you separate from the energies of the parts of you experiencing and unable to digest the trauma, then you are able to BE there for and with them in a new way. You are no longer ‘fused’ to the trauma. You are able to channel Divine love and compassion to them so they are able to let go and ‘leave’ the traumatic scene and move into the higher timeline with you.

I’ve been offered that the transmutation of the trauma we experienced from this life and other lifetimes is KEY to our ongoing Ascension and awakening process. As we transmute it into love again, so we are able to raise our vibrational frequency TO love.

In the meditation today, you are connected with your 5D self, who can hold space for the transmutation of trauma with parts of you and journey into Metasoul timelines to heal it there as well. You move into a higher vibrational space and then connect with a traumatized energy in your field and the part of you who is experiencing it. You offer that part of you Divine love through Mother Mary and Yeshua energies. You then invite that part of you to move into a higher timeline space with you to receive more love and healing connection with the Divine.

This is day twenty-nine of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitators Raphael Awen and Gabriel Heartman join me to talk about healing of the sacred masculine. Both of them share their experience of working with parts of themselves, such as the Inner Teenager/Child, Inner Protector, etc. to heal trauma from lack of initiation and invalidation that men receive. Healthy initiation and validation becomes possible through connection with the Divine Father, integration of these parts of self, and karmic healing from other timelines/lifetimes.

Raphael and Gabriel also talk about sacred masculine sexuality and healing of the lingam from non-vulnerable penetrative energies to open hearted and vulnerable sexual expression. Feelings of inadequacy and powerlessness are also issues that they feel lead to the expression of woundedness in men.

In the meditation today, Gabriel and Raphael lead you into an exploration of a sacred masculine roundtable. Your wounded masculine aspects parts receive love and healing in the roundtable as you take in frequencies of Divine Father and supportive brotherhood frequencies.

Love Is The ONLY Energy That Transmutes Trauma

The trauma can seem bigger than you……esp. when you are shaking with it, quaking with it, and fused to it. The moments and memories of trauma acting like magnets to keep parts of you stuck in looping around the same suffering seconds over and over again even as your body ages and time ‘goes on’.

When it feels like the trauma is bigger than you, then the pain becomes more real than joy. When it feels like the trauma is unhealable, the fear claims more ‘real estate’ and space than love. When it feels like the trauma is unknowable, the confusion overcomes any clarity.

You may doubt your capacity to hold space for the feeling and processing of trauma as you haven’t been templated and shown and supported to do this. 3D consciousness offers the next drug, the next diversion, the next quick fix, the next substitution. These things then will somehow try to take the place of your SOUL big and HEART big presence that is MOST needed here. These things will try to provide a poor replacement for the richness of SELF love that is MOST required here.

During these moments that caused trauma (from this life and other lifetimes), the parts of you that experienced them felt like they were alone and they BECAME the traumatic experience with no way to digest it. As you become a loving, compassionate, non-judgemental presence that can BE with them during these traumatic moments, supported by Divine energies, these parts of you can digest the trauma and move into a new timeline beyond the experience of it.

The ONLY energy that offers true transmutation is love. Anything lesser or denser or coming from a fix it/judgemental place can’t offer the transmutation of trauma that love can. As you become this loving transmutational energy, so are all parts of you and their traumas able to become the LOVE again that they truly are in their essence.

The transmutation of the trauma you experienced from this life and other lifetimes is KEY to your ongoing Ascension and awakening process. As you transmute it into love again, so you are able to raise your vibrational frequency TO love.

Readiness For Awakening To Love

There’s a readiness for receiving pure love even if you feel unready… even if parts of you feel like some other condition has to be met on the inside or outside because this is what they’ve been taught to believe about love.

It’s actually in feeling the vulnerability of not being ‘ready’ for it that most invites it in.

Love is Ascension… and Ascension IS love.

You’re enough… your parts are enough. Even in their struggles to feel like they are ‘good’. Even in their contention and resistance to where your awakening and Ascension journey wants to take you next.

You can always receive love. You can always dive in and find the opening inside that can even let just a smidge of it in right now.

Love is actually what we live and breathe. It is the plasma of life around us in our atmosphere. It is the ground in which we grow our food. It is the warm blanket we wrap ourselves in for comfort and the clothes we choose to put on our backs or offer for the backs of others.

Attainment and deep awakening looks and smells different for everyone. It’s not meant to be uniform. It’s not meant to be expected or prepared for. It’s all about returning to love consciousness and how it lives, breathes and expresses in our shadow and light. In the positive and negative. In the masculine and feminine. In polarities of emotions and matrices of consciousness.

We can’t know our next place of deep movement back into love… but we can definitely let in that this unknown is the ride and journey of it and let in the surprise of how it moves in our lives next. ❤️

This is day twenty-eight of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about sacred feminine healing for women. As I’ve been offering in this video series, there are key areas of self exploration that can lead to the arising of your sacred femininity. We talk about how individuation from your birth mother templating and working with your Inner Mother is a key aspect of this. Another important self love exploration is with your sacred sexuality, your Yoni space, and clearing of sexual trauma and abuse frequencies from this life and other lives.

Discovering what the feminine is in authentic expression is also about feeling into what isn’t feminine, yet rather wounded masculine expression. This comes forward through expression of usually masculine parts such as the Inner Protector, Gatekeeper, Inner Punisher, who heal into healthy masculine frequencies of guidance, right action, discernment, ability to set boundaries etc. The healing of your wounded feminine in forms such as your Inner Child and Inner Teenager is also an important aspect of moving into wholeness of integrated feminine expression.

In the meditation today, Kalayna leads us into an exploration of a sacred feminine healing circle through experience of Divine Mother frequencies. Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Sophia, and Dark Mother join you to connect their healing frequencies with yours. Your wounded feminine parts and masculine Protectors also come into the circle to receive Divine Feminine love.

DAY TWENTY-SEVEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Connect To Your Yoni/Lingam Sacred Sexuality Healing Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

This is day twenty-seven of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, I talk about the ‘yoni/sexual area’ as a portal for women and men. The Yoni doesn’t just include the female genitalia, yet also the root/sacral/solar plexus chakras as well. Connecting with yoni honors the sacredness of your sexual energies and allows for digestion of sexual partner experiences you’ve taken in. For men, the lingam recognizes more than just male genitalia (which can so be the focus), yet the lower chakras as well as a penetrating and powerful energy of sacred masculinity as it heals.

I offer that working with your yoni (or lingam for men) as a part of you opens you up to more of your sacred sexual energies that are often suppressed, blocked, or overly energized. It creates a tender space of self-love based healing to clear out previous sexual experiences from this life and from other timelines as well, which can be stored in the yoni especially. This allows for more healthy and nourishing (and satisfying!) sexual experience with a partner.

In the meditation today, Divine Feminine guides Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene invite you to join them in connection with your yoni (or lingam.) You go to a clearing and cleansing ‘purity’ pool to dip into the waters of love. You connect with the cries and tears of your yoni or lingam, feeling into each partner you have had this life. Then, you receive loving energies from both Marys to provide soothing digestion as you get a sense of what it would feel like to embody your innocent sexuality and your pure sensuality.

The writing that I suggest doing to deepen this connection is about writing a letter to your yoni and have your yoni write back to you. Men can do this as well. Then have your yoni write to you about every partner you’ve had and how she feels about them.
