Leaving The Toxic Family Dinner Table To Experience The Nourishment Of Love

Better for you to be alone in your own goodness than with others called, ‘family’ who actually don’t see/get/resonate with your soul….

Sitting at your birth family dinner table during the holidays or any day, any time. You adjust to the awkwardness, the things left unsaid. You learn to hide the REAL feelings that come up as you pass the ‘this’ and the ‘that’. You ignore the tensions that ride and glide under every unspoken truth. You hope to remain unseen and safe in an effort to just ‘get through.’

So much you cannot share here…..as there is no room! You put it back in the closet then, far away, as it has no ‘place’. Your truth, your essence cannot be worn or shown. The food has more room than you do as it serves to distract from the disconnect that seems to season everything with flatness.

No wonder parts of you struggle to digest and to eat! No wonder you never really feel full! No wonder you are left wanting SO MUCH more than what you received! No wonder parts of doubt if you will EVER really get what you most want and really need!

So many meals left with rumbling heart still aching for the food of LOVE. So many meals sat with unexpressed fears and unshed tears. So many meals started with hopes and desires only to be left disappointed. So many meals with unacknowledged elephants sitting in the chairs.

Conforming and ‘fitting in’, putting on the mask and learn to wear it well…..avoiding anything ‘deep’ or ‘too heavy’, helping to steer the conversation away from the real or the true or the difficult to say out loud. Parts of you become experts at this dance and this ‘game’ because they HAVE HAD to be. This is survival of the ‘fittest’, those who can perform in this play acting out, those who can BE on this stage….. have the best chance of ‘making it’ and ‘succeeding.’

Yet, oh how WEARY of this are the parts of you that have shrunk to this place for so long! The masks are slipping off, half gone, one side unstrung and hanging loose. Your soul bright light is starting to SHINE through. Your truth is starting to BURST forward. You don’t want to be passed around so lightly any more You don’t want to be passed over. To be disregarded or seen without curiosity is becoming no longer interesting to you.

You are pushing away from this family dinner table. You are reaching your hand out to help parts of you leave it too that are ‘stuck’ there, even if it has been many years ago. You are opening your heart to hold the fears and tensions and anxieties that come up from leaving the ‘safety’ of this game. You are letting go of reacting to what other’s judge or think or feel about you.

You are open, now, to finding the table of your soul tribe. To taking in the meals of nourishing love in every bite, every exchange, every moment of BEing in the real. All is spoken out, revealed, and shared as THAT is what is most nourishing and, ultimately, most natural. Curiosity and reverence are passed around as the currency that spends between this family. All parts of you come forward to be seen, to be felt, and to be acknowledged.

THIS is the new earth experience of ‘family dinner’, of the gathering together where we offer new energy to a common ritual. THIS is the transition from the old and what so many of us have known and INTO the NEW, where realness is the spice and love flavors every bite.

Shiftings And Completions In SoulFullHeart Community (Personal Update)

We wanted to offer an update for those of you who may be curious and also have been feeling the shifts in our community too. About 6 weeks ago, we decided that it would be best and good for Kalayna Solais, who has been a SoulFullHeart Facilitator and intimate part of our community off and on for seven years, to take some space from contact with us. That eventually led to her living in Gabriel’s studio apartment while he moved into the downstairs suite in our house. During this time, we had been in a very little contact space with her, other than coordinating life details.

The purpose of this space was to allow Kalayna to fully land in herself and her own parts and process as there had been a pattern of behaviors coming increasingly to light that were becoming more challenging for her and for us to continue to be with. Also, we have felt SoulFullHeart go into a higher timeline, especially leading up to and after the 11/11 portal and this is ‘shaking out’ the previous configurations and bonds, inviting me and all of us to go into our next places of growth and embodiment in intimacy and in service.

Yesterday, we all met as a group again to see where she was and where we are and to digest what the space had offered to all of us. I don’t feel to go into detail about what was shared as that feels private to Kalayna’s process and want to respect her confidentiality in that way. We haven’t been sharing much publically about this ongoing process for us with her as we wanting to have the time and space to sort through the various reactions, the years of history and experience and digest on a Metasoul/karmic bond level as well, and to land in more clarity about it as well.

It did become clear yesterday that while there is a sweet affection and appreciation amongst all of us, that Kalayna is best served right now to continue to take more space for herself and her own process away from community involvement and connection. This may end up being a completion for all of us with her. Even as this was sad for us all, there was also a sense of graduation of the previous forms and configurations between the five of us that has been quite an amazing and growthful journey!

I feel in my heart so much gratitude for Kalayna and what she has held, being for so long the ‘only’ woman in the room receiving what I had to offer. She has been so brave to go through all these beginning stages and phases with us, including living in a campground in RVs and four intense years in Mexico with very little money and means, and then to be with us in our phase for the last three years of expanding growth, interest and draw in SoulFullHeart.

I believe with all my heart and soul that the Divine leads us where we need to go and I follow the guidance to let go when it is offered, even if it personally sad and hard for me (as this has been at times for me.) My process related to Kalayna’s leaving has been primarily around letting go of her being a woman in support to me, no longer needing her for that (which is healthier for us both feels like) and trusting that I am in a place now of a growing draw and collaboration with women. I prefer now to let her go to find her best and highest timeline (as I don’t feel I can KNOW what that is for anyone else) and to treat with respect her sovereignty, and the possibility that parts of her and her soul may really need to choose something else and a new path in life.

SoulFullHeart has been my ‘lifeline’ in more ways than one. Every single phase I’ve had within it, including the gift of being married in Sacred Union to Gabriel, my best friend for many years, and having ample templating for how to hold and treasure intimate relationships with myself and others while serving love with pure intentions, have all landed deeply in me and none of those memories and learnings will ever go anywhere, they’ll just deepen and land more… I have very sacredly ‘high standards’ now to lean into as to what deep and meaningful connections should look and feel like, especially within, and those inward connections are the number one priority for me in a whole new and much deeper way.

This has been a very, very challenging phase of separation for me as you can imagine yet the digestion yesterday was deep and appreciated, with much bittersweetness as we all move on feeling what’s been illuminated and what we need now, and still feel love and appreciation for each other. The old ground of relationship really can’t move with any of us into the new and every new sense of why that is, has been both hard to feel and hold and yet relieving too.

I’m continuing to hold my process through the SoulFullHeart lens and even if that lens no longer fits someday for whatever reason (hard to imagine at the moment), I’ll always, always remember the many deep benefits I’ve gotten out of being not only in this process, but offering it to others, and being in close connection to this community with Jelelle, Raphael Awen, Raianna Shai, and Gabriel Heartman for as long as I have. I feel like I wouldn’t be moving through this new phase and process with as much grace and sanity if it weren’t for the ground I had with them and within this process and all the gifts it gave me of profound Divine connection and connection to myself too.

ALL That We Experience As Life Is Given And Held By Love For Love

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love…..a powerful mantra to take in and live by. Feel the parts of you (such as the Inner Protector and Inner Punisher) that feel life is against them and you could offer these messages to them from your Higher Self/5D sacred human self:

Life is not ‘doing anything’ to you, yet rather is WITH you in this experience of growth. You are not cursed. You have not been abandoned by the Divine. You are not being ‘tested’ to earn the Divine’s graces and love.

ALL of it that you’ve experienced is a gift for your growth. Your Higher Self (the source of your individuated soul or also what we call the Metasoul) has orchestrated and planned with MUCH love what you will experience here in 3D.

Choosing to be here now, during this time of transition and shiftings, to 4D and beyond IN the human body is a brave choice. To contribute to the Ascension movement at this time is not a sentence or punishment, yet rather a sign of the strength of your soul and proof of your BIGNESS.

Gaia is not a prison planet, in the sense that you have no choice in being here and no escape……in the sense that other fear-based BEings have captured you and you are ‘stuck’ in the matrix that was necessarily created for the experiment into duality and polarity to succeed. It is actually an honor to be incarnated on Gaia at this time of such great transition and many souls were eager to experience the quantum growth and completion of soul cycles/patterns that is now possible.

This has ALL been in collaboration on the higher levels. Higher vibrational frequencies of love and Oneness have been purposely suppressed; contrary feeling senses of fear have been amped up and polarized. This was chosen not to enslave you, yet rather so that you may come to remember again that you have ALWAYS been free.

Your Higher Self has given you much support to be here in this challenging experiment and experience. This support is WITHIN you. This support is available through soul family bonds. This support is available through your Star Family. This support becomes accessible as you awaken to your Metasoul expressions and many timelines for which your Higher Self has projected out. Meeting with, reconciling karma, sharing gifts together with these other lifetime selves (not ‘past lives’ as they are in the Now)…this brings you into MORE sense of wholeness again and unification.

This grows your 5D sacred human self that is embodying and integrating these higher frequencies as you are unanchoring from 3D realities by healing the woundings and traumas parts of your fragmented 3D self have experienced during it. As you heal these traumas, you no longer draw traumatic life situations to push up and trigger your undigested feelings.

There can be the end of experiencing spiritual battles going on for your soul or ‘good against evil’ or ‘light against the dark’ or vice versa. All such battles cease to be in your reality when you LOVE the energies inside yourself and your Metasoul that are polarized to each other. When you love the dark, the Reptilian, the narcissist, the abuser/predator, whatever is seen and been in shadow, then it can transmute to light and its TRUE essence as love. Battling anything on the outside stems from unreconciled violence inside and a lack of trust that it ALL comes from love ultimately and will return there.

You can invite the dark to transmute to love WITH love….this invitation leads to reconciliation, to integration, to transformation. Battling (inside or out) doesn’t transmute back to love as someone always loses in some form…..even as they ‘gain’ in a higher sense from the experience, yet there is a cost of harm being done or experienced.

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love….and so it can be as parts of you experience and trust this more and more from within you!

Connect With Divine Mother Energies: Women’s Group Call W/Jelelle Awen (Dec. 1st)

One my deepest joys over the last years in service has been to connect and bridge women and parts of them to experience the heart and love of the Divine Mother. It is my great and humble honor to provide this bridge, as they develop and cultivate their own connection more and more to Her as well by feeling the parts of them that may resist it. This connection to Her offers compassion and forgiveness to heal the feelings of being judged, not being worthy and wrong. Connection to Her offers loving support to heal the feelings of not being seen and the pain of not being initiated into our soul purpose expression. Connection with Her provides heart courage and soul strength to heal the fear of change, the unknown and the death/rebirth process….and SO MUCH more.
 
It is still, to this day, the Divine Mother’s energies that hold me, support me, guide me, and teach me as I continue in my process of embodying Her in whatever deepening ways that I can in the moment. It is the best and most comforting feeling for me to feel myself as Her daughter, Her sister, and Her student…I get to lean into that without being diminished in any way.
 
It is Her template that reminds us of what it is to an authentic feminine. Her template activates the Divine spark within us to express that more and more AS ourselves.

Into The Trauma, And Beyond!

Much of spirituality and emotional healing is based on the healing of trauma. From this life, other lifetimes, and with galactic connections. This is probably some of the most important work we do in healing our wounding and growing closer to our essence. My recent process, however, has helped me realize that there IS healing that exists beyond the trauma.

In my most recent session I connected with both my inner protector and a new gatekeeper. My inner protector is the part of me that helps get me through daily life. He is the one that can hold very 3D and physical/mental tasks. My gatekeeper, on the other hand, is the guide I can lean into when it comes to opening out my soul connections and gifts.

As I felt my protector first, he was overwhelmed and trying so hard to deepen my process and make it more meaningful. But deepening my healing isn’t his responsibility. I haven’t signed up for much trauma this life and the metasoul healing I’ve done so far has healed almost all of what I have signed up for. So this part’s job has shifted massively from protecting to resting and trusting.

This new gatekeeper, who I am calling Damien, is a much higher frequency and has the key to unlocking the rest of my soul that goes beyond the trauma. He can show me the gifts, the positive experiences, the magical and deep journeys that allow for more love and cohesion between all aspects of myself.

Going through this process has helped me realize that we don’t just have to be here for trauma healing. We can go beyond – deeper into who we want to be and what we want to build for ourselves. We can grow closer and closer to essence until maybe we are even done coming back as human.

In order to get to this place we must trudge through muddy waters, deconstruct all that we have believed to be true about ourselves, love who are parts once were and dream about who we want to be. We must find the worth, do the work and stay in the room with the darkest and most difficult parts of us. But each ounce of love we take in, each connection to the Divine and each step towards forgiveness brings us through our trauma and into the “beyond”.

Beyond self consciousness, beyond fear, beyond anger, beyond anxiety and depression, even beyond much self awareness at all. The “beyond” to me is pure love, essence, passion and service.

Energy Update: High Speed SOULar Winds Invite Need To Breathe & Rest

Energy Update: This is the second day that Gaia is within a stream of high speed SOULar winds, up close to 550 km/sec in the moment. “Earth is entering a stream of solar wind flowing from a sprawling hole in the sun’s atmosphere. First contact with the gaseous material on Nov. 20th produced an outburst of auroras over Scandinavia. NOAA forecasters say there is a chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms on Nov. 21st as Earth moves deeper into the stream. If such a storm materializes, auroras could descend into northern-tier US states such as Michigan and Minnesota,” according to spaceweather.com.

As usual with high speed winds, you may feel heightened clair sensations, especially in third eye and clairvoyance and visualization capacities…that can be accompanied by headaches or dizziness. I feel often that the pineal gland is particularly activated by these winds. Sometimes all over body fatigue happens too as the cells receive the increased geomagnetics and adjust to them, finding stability and balance. Interrupted sleep patterns can be common too, feeling both wired/amped up and tired.

Processing and healing movements have been going DEEP lately before and after the 11/11 portal. You may feel drawn now to some lighter activities, celebrations, and time connecting in Gaia and in sunlight itself as possible. Getting ‘fresh air’ in whatever ways help to digest and breathe. Taking time for breathing and letting in goodness/joy can be as important as doing the deep dives…and make them more possible to be integrated.

Shedding Layers Formed Through Shadow Mate Relationships

Shedding more layers as we move through the 11/11 to 12/12 passageway on an ongoing basis. THIS is a strong and powerful molting process, operating at the deepest levels and layers of our individuated Metasouls AND also our Soul Family Monad Groups. The shedding is of skins that are no longer needed, no longer can be ‘worn’ in a comfortable fashion, no longer fit who we are becoming.

This shedding process is painful at times. Parts of us become necessarily attached to these layers, skins, masks, and protections. We NEED them until we no longer do. As they dissolve away, this is usually in response to loss in our lives, to things that have fallen and given away, to letting go, to separations and to completions. This collapsing of timelines is happening at accelerating levels as we move into the higher frequency 2020 Clearer Living/Loving timeline.

This collapsing of previous grounds is happening in relationships especially, so that we can then see what binds and ties have been there that no longer serve us. Soul Family Monad Groups are shaking out with shadow mate bonds dissolving, along with the previous agreements that held them together. A Shadow Mate is someone who IS in your Soul Family Group, so you are deeply bonded to them on those higher levels. Yet, their purpose is usually to represent your shadow so that you can see it, experience it, and therefore heal it. This can be represented in the usual narcissist/empath experience with your shadow mate holding the narcissist polarity. It is seen in romantic relationships with quite a lot of back and forth, push and pull, and inability to settle into resonant grounds together on a consistent basis (even as there IS love and passion there.)

Outgrowing shadow mates is an important phase in ongoing awakening, as usually the transactability with them is fairly toxic, even as it brings so much growth. Making them a ‘villian’ or a ‘bad person’ in your life though is to miss the bigger picture of their purpose. They show their love for you and their dedication to the healing of the soul family group BY serving in this polarizing role. Someone has to, as it is the experience of duality that allows for the healing of it and return to more neutrality/less polarization. The shadow mates also offer a deep opportunity to move from resentful grudges to forgiveness.

A soul can be a shadow mate AND a light/love soul mate too, especially if they are consciously working on healing their OWN shadows. Letting go of a shadow mate (and this is not just romantic yet also friendship, spiritual teachers/healers, siblings, and other birth family member bonds) is a catalytic death and rebirth process with much to feel in every phase of it. Landing in a place of forgiveness and compassion toward ALL relationships in your life and how they have served you allows for the dissolving of any karmic, toxic binds in your Metasoul that would capitulate the need for Shadow mate-based relationships.

An important phase can be connecting with the parts of you that have experienced the relationship and allowing their thoughts and emotions (no matter how charged) to be FELT by your compassionate essence. There can be quite a suppression of truth telling in these kinds of relationships and a lot of it backed up in the emotional body leading to depression, anxiety, inability to set boundaries, etc. As all this is felt with the parts of you who need you, depression can move to passion, anxiety to trust with an ability to bring your truth and set boundaries.

As you hold a trust and honor for all those souls who have agreed to journey with you, no matter what the experience has been like, you are able to move into a much higher frequency of perspective around them. You are able to communicate with their Higher Self as well, to understand more about the relationship and WHY it was experienced the way it was. Whenever you connect to the higher purpose, so you BECOME it and are able to offer love where previously there was mostly fear.

By understanding, loving, and feeling your OWN shadow more (both from this life expression and especially in terms of your Metasoul’s legacy expression), you don’t need the outside experience of it in the same way. Powerful, supportive 1:1 healing sessions for women available with me NOW:

I am feeling guided lately to offer 1:1 bridging sessions again to women who are new to the SoulFullHeart process and aren’t in ongoing sessions with me. I’ve been taking space from doing this (only meeting with those women who I had already been meeting with on a regular basis) since August and it’s provided some more time for reflection, working on SoulFullHeart projects like my new book, launching the women’s monthly group, our weekly podcasts, and more. This was after three years of pretty full space holding schedule and so the ‘break’ was good for me, my relationship with Raphael, and for downloading even more clarity about next timelines for myself and for SoulFullHeart, including the clear vision of serving/living in both the U.K. and Victoria, Canada starting next year sometime.

Yet, the ‘call’ to serve love IS who I am increasingly becoming. It is just something I ‘am’ rather than something I ‘do.’ It is not done for the result of earning money, even as the money I ask for provides a necessary energy exchange of intention and also is still needed in our current money-based timeline.

I can feel quite clearly too that there is MORE need coming up for support and a higher perspective…and for a WAY to dive in deeper to heart and soul grounds that actually transmutes it from fear to love in an embodied way.

As the Awakening process accelerates and amplifies for those of you on the path for awhile (even those currently offering their own healing paths/services), it can be SUCH a comfort, support and validation to receive support from a soul who has been on the journey as well in ever expanding out ways. I have been in a place of Divine trust and surrender, passionate inspirational flow most moments, deep sacred union intimacy, soul fragment integration, and healing emotional body of most triggers/projections/reactions for awhile now. From this ‘place’, I can offer a unique perspective to you of the heart and soul grounds that are needing and calling for your attention, yet in an empowering way that has YOU leading the journey.
