Ascending At The Pace Of Your Growing Self-Love

Sometimes it’s the baby steps that bring you the most into yourself and into healing, not to mention into an opening-out consciousness that expands and expands. There can be so much pressure coming from inside, especially perhaps from Inner Punisher parts of you, who like to sometimes make things seem as if they ‘should have’ been done yesterday, which is so based on deep conditioning taken in from being raised in a capitalist culture, where the wounded masculine rules and the RULES are what matter, not the heart, not the motive, not the roots of anything or anybody…

I feel to talk about taking smaller steps into our Ascension today, because even though in a way everything is being accelerated, it can feel at times like you are moving at a snail’s pace or barely moving at all. In fact, this judgment is one that comes from inside of you… from parts of you that are actually quite afraid of the natural momentum of it all and are having a push-pull experience, with some parts of you wanting Ascension and others not, and all for very good reasons too. If we feel a need to move faster, expand bigger, reach higher, and all in a way that goes beyond our current limits (self-imposed or not) we aren’t being self-loving and the boomerang effect of then needing to go back and redo or reinhabit different life phases along the way that parts of us have tried to skip is often in order as result. Ascension invites us to love ourselves into deep change that starts WITHIN and moves from the inside, out… not the outside, in. It invites us to let in the ways in which love has NOT been on the inner agenda and other energies have been settled for instead, especially in our relationships to each other and our relationship to ourselves and our parts.

There is no ideal pace in this ongoing process and in fact it feels like it is quite different for everyone. As you continue your inner healing, the anchors to 3D let go one by one in self-loving ways… the inner walls are dismantled brick by brick, while being held and honoured for all they have been needed to protect and keep sacred inside. As this all heals and lets go, the hot air balloon begins to more powerfully move us upward into organically arising moments of expansion in our consciousness and awareness of our multi-dimensionality!

There are so many ways and opportunities we are given to ‘pop’ into a new awareness or awakening experience. Some experience this in tremendous moments of momentum and others’ souls opt for the ‘drip line’ experience, where awakenings occur in some doses and in a way that is easy to digest. Some will have a mixed-bag in their ongoing process, as has been the case for me. Yet it all needs to be self-lovingly integrated or parts of you will go off the rails quite literally, which in some cases is actually what’s needed, yet the more self-loving we can be with this integration and the more tenderly we can hold our precious parts in the process, the better.

In a way, we actually owe it to parts of us, whose worlds we have dismantled and reassembled in many ways as we experience Ascension and deep healing processes, to really BE with them in all of this and give them the space to breathe around what they have experienced and what is being shaken up for them. Parts of you are what have made you, YOU… they have given you the gifts of personality and their increased sense of rest is what helps bring them back in, into integration with your heart and soul, which is ultimately not a part but an arising BEingness that can continue ascending in an authentic and ever-expanding way.

No matter if we choose the baby steps or the giant leaps, we are invited to feel ourselves, to be as self-loving as we can be in every moment, and to feel what that even means through a process of being with what HASN’T been the most self-loving response to life (or love!) inside of us. No matter what we choose, we are on a trajectory of healing and returning to the love that we are, so why not find ways to embrace every step, every part we encounter along the way, and find the fountain of self-love, reverence and appreciation that we are being pointed to on our very individual and powerful journeys?

Energy Update: Inner Supermoon Illuminates And Dissolves Your Defensive Layers

As we approach the Lunar Eclipse and second Supermoon for this month, you can feel the energies ‘ramping’ up. You could call this ‘portals opening’ and certainly it can look this way with your third eye. AND, I have been taking pictures of the sun during these gateways and portal openings offering energy download and code activations in which it actually looks like a portal. The physical ‘proof’ of this portal as reflecting in our sun serves to bridge to the 3D parts of us that still want and need that kind of link to what is happening in the cosmos with physical manifestation.

Your trust may be growing lately in what exists and can be felt much beyond the mind, beyond the five senses, beyond what you have been conditioned in 3D schools to believe as ‘real’. This trust grows as you connect more with your Higher Self (or Metasoul – individuated soul source) and these higher dimensional frequencies come into your consciousness. You experience this through altered states during meditation especially as you go within to discover the WORLDS there are to explore, find, and take in that exist much beyond the five sense limiting filtering system.

You can trust more too as you feel the parts of you that have been anchored to 3D reality and WHY they have been. Your Inner Protector had to form a shield and armor in order for you to survive here. Similar to putting on an atmospheric suit if you were to go explore on the moon’s surface, you needed a protective shield of density to be here in 3D. This protective shield creates layers of dense coverings over your energy field, over your heart chakra, over your emotional body, over your physical body. It is to protect you and exists for self loving reasons. These layers of protective coverings can make it more difficult to feel a transactional heart flow of love within yourself, in relationships with others, and with the Divine.

Yet, as you awaken, cracks of light start penetrating this protective suit. Trickles and sometimes storms of love water flood the suit and start to erode it away. The guardedness drops as you let in more and more love and light ascension energies such as what are being offered in this now. As you are in relationships which support and amplify this love exchange and make it safe to drop the defenses, the Protector can let go of the protective shield and trust love more. Your 5D Self (or your Higher Self coming into your body) is able to be in multiple dimensions at the same time, vibrating in joy, being porous to all feelings that are going on, bridge for all parts of you to the present moment without the need for the anchoring ‘suit’ of protection.

The moon energies support the illumination of this protective suit and getting to know it as a separate energy…..to become intimate with it in order to invite it into love. The Divine Feminine offers compassion and forgiveness to ALL parts, including the Protector and even the Inner Punisher too (that such harsh critic sometimes). The Divine Mother provides a re-templating of the wounded frequencies that we received. Acceptance and OKness with all of our feelings, shadow aspects, karmic patterns, and holding space for them to be felt and moved with and by love.

These energies have a feeling of rumble to them as well. Rumblings of desires and higher consciousness moving through the grounds of your life. These rumblings can bring deaths and letting go, which eventually lead to rebirths. Even your Protector can want these death and rebirths as it so desperately needs and wants to rest from guarding you and parts of you. The Divine Feminine shakes your life up with love so that you can see and feel all the pieces as they scatter about and choose if you still want them to ‘land’ in the same places and the familiar configurations.

There is an allowance and necessity for letting in, for integration, for going within to digest. There is a need for goodness, softness, compassion and self care. If you have difficulty accessing and providing yourself these frequencies, you probably have a masculine part of you (again, like the Protector) that is coming in to do, to judge, to conform, to maintain. Negotiation with these parts of you can allow for the feminine to come into your BEing more…….softening, enlightening, and soothing.

Your inner Supermoon wants to shine light onto all the fields of your life and illuminate what needs your attention, focus, and choice points. Your inner Supermoon reflects the BIGness of your BEing that can hold so much more than you might realize or even imagine, plus illuminates the edges and boundaries that currently limit your soul expression. Your inner Supermoon gives you a sense of what can be revealed when you are willing to look, open to feel, and surrendered to love.

Teleportation Through Third Eye, Imagination, Emotional Body Healing

Where do you want to go? Your consciousness can take you there, wherever, whenever. Connecting with higher dimensional aspects of your Metasoul/Higher Self can take you there. Feeling the parts of you that are anchored to 3D reality and helping them let go can take you there. Activating your Ascension Chakras to open UP to galactic and cosmic energies can take you there. Letting go of your 3D conditioned mind’s tight, tight grip on reality, overlaying grid that makes it challenging for wonder to flow through can take you there. Healing your emotional body and the undigested traumas can take you there. Kundalini and Non-dual frequencies coming into your BEing can take you there as parts of you allow for these to come in more.
 
This is teleportation. Teleporting to other dimensions, other galaxies, other realities, beginning in the super conscious mind, in the ‘imagination’, in the third eye. Someday we will take our bodies too as Star BEing technology is offered to us that allows us to do this. For now, we have the gifts of our soul that kNOW how to do this and BE this teleportation.
 
It helps to be in the Now moment, close your eyes, use Solfeggios or other music, dedicate the time without outside distractions…..go within. The practice of this going within opens up the inner landscapes. It turns on your personal teleportation ‘device’ from within. It fires up your Merkabah – light body vehicle anchored to 5D and higher – that can take you ANYWHERE you wish to go.
 
During teleportation visits and shamanic journeys during meditation, I travel many places and to many dimensions. Once I was teleported to a room made of stars…not really a room as there were no walls. A place made of stars where higher selves were hanging out. I had conversations with some of them, souls that I needed to connect with and understand where they were coming from beyond what their conscious personality would tell me. I have been doing this since I was a very small child and, back then, I called it ‘make believe’ or ‘play pretend’.
 
My ‘make believe’ world has always been very rich….it continued into my adulthood and only stopped when it transferred from ‘fantasy’ to multidimensional travel. I feel that I was born with my third eye quite activated and Divine love awakened/realized, although it took me until my early 30s to really own and see this. Some people would say and have said (those fused to 3D reality) that I still make it all up or it is all fantasy what I am offering about the ascension process and my personal experiences. I am ok with feeling that I ‘make it all up’ as what a wonderful thing THAT IS! I certainly hope that we all make up our reality as that is where our POWER Is.
 
In the star room (and other super conscious landscapes) I feel like I can breathe. This is my home frequency. The rest of the time I am bridging 3D with this more natural reality that my soul has experienced more than the 3D one.
 
Where do you want to go? Back to the womb? To other lifetimes and timelines? To the akashic records? To what we call ‘Golden Earth’/5D frequencies? To Inner Earth? To other planets? It is a relief from 3D reality, the density, the earthboundness, the five senses, to go away on adventures in the etherics, to have conversations beyond what the conscious personality or 3D self can track and understand. You can remain grounded to the earth and go on these adventures. Gaia likes to hold space for them it seems.
 
Dare to be ‘deluded’. Dare to ‘make it all up’. Dare to be in what feels like fantasy for awhile. The rewards are ongoing integration of these realities into your walking around one. The gifts are a return to the frequency where you feel like home, where you feel love, where you feel the Infinite Possibilities that exist in every moment to BEcome sacred human!

Energy Update: Uplift, Realizations, And Congestions Clearing Process

These January energies are just INtense! They feel quite constant to me, an ongoing showering ray of loving light to integrate into our every living cell and our higher hearts and our previously sleepy DNA and every part of us too. This light bath shower started with the Supermoon on January 1st, offering New Earth Now energies with the New Year through the illuminating energy of the Divine Feminine. Then, the 1:11:11 portals opened, offering an emphasis on BEcoming your Butterfly Self, emerging from your necessary cocoon phase, leaving behind more expressions of your caterpillar life and former self.
 
The codes coming in now offer an ongoing UPlifting opportunity. Lifting UP to see, feel, and observe with so much compassion about what your choices have brought you from the vantage point of your 5D Self. From this higher view, you are more open to receive guidance from your Higher Self/Metasoul Aspects and Star Family, plus wisdoms and directions from your Higher Heart. These codes offer to become more witness to your life, like an Angel ‘looking down’ to view and observe with SO MUCH love what is occurring in it. The Angelic frequencies within you are being activated now so you can more remember this and embody it. Definitely this offers a higher viewpoint. From within…not just in outer connection with Archangels and angels, although this connection is also deepening.
 
This is a REALization phase….being REAL about where you are in your life; what is reflecting your highest timeline, New Earth reality and what is not. Your 5D Self receives infusions of love and support with the Divine to hold with objectivity and increasing clarity what your next steps are toward manifestation. These next steps may include completing relationships that used to serve you and yet, now, may be looping in conflict, dissonance, or just running out of ground. What was once a growth crucible is now feeling limiting. This seems especially to be happening in romantic relationships right now….those more anchored to 3D and yet also those felt to be more sacred unions or soul-based.
 
The REALizations of your reality brings up congestions to be seen, felt, experienced, and released.Congestions purging up in relationships as codependent patterns create ‘no go’ places that limit intimacy and vulnerability and being REAL. Congestions in the body, nasal cavities, sinuses, lungs are coming up to be cleared too. Sometimes quite a bit of ‘stuff’ there, a lot of mucous and phlegm moving with sneezing, hacking, coughing, blowing runny noses and wiping drippy eyes. A congestion is a reaction to the toxicities that you’ve been able to previously tolerate, yet now, as your overall light ratio increases, no longer can. Congestions are also due to a lack of digestion, ongoing indigestion caused from being in non-resonant frequencies to your authentic self.
 
You may find that your body is struggling right now to ‘keep up’ with this uplift, realization, and congestion release process. Many people are getting ‘sick’ and experiencing flus right now as this process intensifies. Offering soothing energies of self love and compassion can provide a container to support your body. Offering the sense that these congestions NEED to come up in order to make more room for the new as well. Surrendering to the ‘get well’ process that is happening here on the every living cell level. In today’s video, Day 13 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, we share our previously scheduled monthly group call teachings and sharings. You are seeing the first 35 minutes of the call with sharings from Raphael Awen and I, plus SoulFullHeart Facilitators Kalayna Colibri and Gabriel Heartman. The rest of the two hour call that the participants experienced offered a guided meditation plus space for individual sharings.

I feel that the Divine feminine energies represented by the two Supermoons this month at the beginning and the end. In today’s video, Day 12 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about the SoulFullHeart process and how it has been for her to navigate for the last six years, especially as someone who is 30. Kalayna works with women under 30 in SoulFullHeart sessions and shares about some things she has seen in that work in terms of their pain and challenges. We discuss the feelings of abandonment and not belonging in 3D, such as not wanting a career/family/mortgage that are common to her generation.

Kalayna also shares about her process working with her Protector in different forms, names, and energies over the years that were quite masculine in the beginning of her process. This part has eventually turned into the 4D Gatekeeper named Angelica that is more feminine. Work with the Protector reveals the Inner Child which then uncovers the Star Seed Child, which is the wonder being ‘from the stars’ energy inside of us all. The Gatekeeper is a multidimensional aspect of our soul that is guarding and protecting access to our remembrance and access to our other timelines/lifetimes. In today’s video, Day 11 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I am connecting to the codes that are available today. The 1:11:11 portal seems to be offering us support for our ongoing Metamorphosis and journey inward, upward, and onward into more experience of New Earth Now!

The majority of this video today is the offering of a guided meditation with me to bridge to the ascension energies that are available. Goddess Sophia and Archangel Metatron join us, providing Divine masculine and feminine support. You connect with the Great Cosmic Sun and also visualize and download the codes that are available to you from this source. Those codes come in whatever form you meant to see and receive.

Energy Update: 1:11 Codes Initiate The Next Phases Of Your Ongoing Metamorphosis

1:11 is HERE and the ‘pregame’ show of energies leading up to the ‘main event’ has been intense, to say the least. The energies have been ramping up starting at the beginning of the year on January 1st and continuing on through today. I’ve been offered by my guides that January is going to a mega month of both activating AND integrating Ascension energies….completing with another Supermoon Divine Feminine illumination at the end of the month. These energies are impacting those of us who track them and are sensitive to them AND, also, it is bringing an accelerated pace of illumination to the ongoing disclosure process of hidden shadow for collective consciousness. All tracks and rates and paces are important and sacred right now for EVERY soul; none better than the others, even if some of us have chosen to be at the front of the wave and help lead the way.

One of the interesting things for me (and maybe for you too) is that the more amplified the energies are, the less my linear mind can track, my brain goes good kind of fuzzy, and ‘loose mind’ is the ‘disorder’ of the day. I have been drawn to the beach for the last four days and the more codes I take in through sunlight, the more this effect is amplified for me. It has been difficult for me to do ‘basic’ things such as count change or deal with money at all (cannot remember the exchange rate here even after three years!) as money is feeling less and less ‘real’; remember basic language, even English!; track what I have said or not said or who I have told what to; recall what happened yesterday or even earlier that day; track time in a linear way!

I have learned to surrender to this altered-ness as an important aspect of the process and what is actually more real to our multidimensional self, more true to our nature as sacred humans. I am blessed to be in a community where I can ‘lean in’ to those with more mental facilities at times and everyone is wonderfully patient with me! I enjoy these states, honestly, as parts of me trust the process that is going on and have let go in many of ways of any self image around ‘having it altogether’. Being in this place makes it challenging to track these energies though and then try to describe them in words to share! It is SO worth it to try right now to communicate though, because it IS an important time to share, to serve, and to lead for those of us called to do and BE so.

The Metamorphosis video series that I’ve been doing every day since January 1st has been interesting to engage with as such strong energies come in. I just ‘show up’ for it and words seem to flow out. I can feel those of you who are taking the videos in, even though it will be in a ‘future’ now from when I record them. Most days I forget what I even said during the videos and have to listen to the recording again in order to write the description at the end of the day! I am getting much help from the higher dimensions to deliver and show up for these every day, it feels like, and I am very grateful for it! Somehow I am also able to hold sessions because it is service; it is important, and my heart is leading and holding the space there with women that I feel honored to serve love with.

It is occurring to me in this moment that these 1:11 codes are Metamorphosis codes. These codes are being offered to wake up the caterpillars that are TIRED of crawling and WANT to transform; those that WANT to go into a surrendered cocoon state and then bust their way out of it; those that WANT to FLY and arise into the place of BEcoming a butterfly.  In a recent video, I used the analogy of the caterpillar to describe the 3D self; the cocooning state to describe the 4D self (including the ‘breaking out’ stage); and the butterfly state to describe the 5D self (the higher self consciousness coming into and integrating into the physical body). These 1:11 codes wake up the caterpillars AND they also seem to be supporting those of you in lingering in the cocoon phase too. You may be discovering reNEWED desire and corresponding conviction to break free from the previous cozy caves and necessary void spaces. Parts of you may be feeling frustration at what before felt comforting. You are SEEING that the cocoon is there and it is starting to feel limiting. Oh, it felt safe and good for a time, especially when so much of the caterpillar 3D life was being given up and lost and completed.

That cocoon has been made of all the things you have learned; the lessons you have bravely walked out; the tears you have shed. That cocoon protected you at times from receiving even more judgement from others still anchored to 3D and the hurt and shame that can come up in parts of you in reaction to the rejection of your NEW you, your ideas, your visions, your inspirations. You became your own landing place for all this instead and baked in your own energies, developing and cultivating an inner support system to replace the 3D one that no longer served you.

Time to break out, bust out, come free of the cocoons…these 1:11 codes seem to vibrate to this frequency of break out. This is the phase then of rebirth, as it feels like 2018 will offer all of us. Being reborn and RISKING to move into the NEW you by being vulnerable and sharing again; by claiming again; by desiring again; by trusting others again; by revealing yourself again. This time, though, you don’t have to wear the masks that you used to need. You don’t have to hide your authentic feelings or soul gifts or sensitivities to everything. Also, you can find and draw and ‘hang out’ with other butterflies. You find your tribe. You call your pack. You claim your community.

This really in so many ways has been the process for 2017 too. 2018 seems to be taking it to another level of MORE in order to reach MORE. It is about actually LIVING the New Earth Now existence that your soul kNOWS is possible…in ALL areas of your life and in as many moments as is possible. To be real. To be authentic. To feel. To love. And to fly more…because your wings are ready and the skies are clear for taking off and UP!!

Relating With Your Body During Ascension – Day 10: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day Ten of my metamorphosis series, I talk about the physical body changes and adjustments coming in response to the ongoing activation and integration of energies during the ascension process. You may be experiencing this through a varied range of body symptoms that are felt to be connected to ascension. I offer a perspective on how to relate with these shiftings from a place of curiosity, empowerment, desire to feel the deeper reasons and sources beyond just ‘ascension symptoms.’
 
The process of upgrading and crystallization of our bodies, DNA, glands, every living cell IS a mega one. Navigating this process can be served by negotiation with parts of you that may be in resistant and have understandable fear of it. Bringing these higher frequency energies into the body and experiencing altered realities while in the body (and not just during NDEs or astral travel) is new, especially coming from this denser 3D ground for so long. Our bodies have been the necessarily densest aspects of our BEing, so they are constantly trying to ‘catch up’ with what is happening. And, 3D has conditioned us to perceive reality AS only our bodies and what our five senses can feel, touch, smell, hear, and see, so we have to overcome this conditioning and programming as well.
 
The crystallization of our bodies also brings us through an intense detox leading to purification process. Toxicities exist, again, in our every living cells and are being cleared and cleansed out from our entire 3D experience here. These toxicities also have an emotional component to them as well since the emotional body is woven in with the physical.
 
I offer a different framing around the ascension process connected to what we experience in our bodies. Asking questions from a ground of interest when experiencing ascension symptoms shifts the energy quite a bit. The key thing to examine when it comes to our bodies is how we and parts of us RELATE with our bodies. Our Inner Punishers can often be quite harsh and judgmental about our bodies and, therefore, have a punishing relationship with the ascension process connected to the body as well.

Energy Update: 1/11 Portal Offers Self Loving Completions And Timeline Collapses

Portals are starting to open in preparation for 1/11 coming up soon. You can see it in this photo that we took yesterday at the beach here and we are recognizing that the sun widens like this horizontally (looking like a space ship) when a portal is opening. As I have been tracking these cosmic Gateway and Portal openings for the last year especially, I can feel them now in my body, in my consciousness, in my heart…less and less now from tracking any kind of calendar or reading what others are sharing about them. Metatron and my other guides/aspects keep me in the loop on these events too with a gentle nudge to go take in the sun codes or open up to the portals and gateways during meditation.

Taking in the sun codes yesterday at the beach, I could feel them speaking to my skin, talking to my every living cell. The codes were reminders of the process, that it is ongoing…this Ascension…that it is an invitation to receive and respond to in every moment. These codes were activating ones to some degree and I felt altered afterwards. I am so often in an ‘altered state’ these days and it is getting more difficult for me to determine that as it is more the ‘normal’ than the ‘old normal’! If that sentence made sense to you, then you are ‘getting’ how beyond the mind’s tracking this process is!

There was a peacefulness in the codes too, a softness…it made us all blurry actually and we ‘passed out’ all five us lying in a row. We all felt afterwards that we had probably ‘group traveled’ somewhere in the astrals together, a trip to Golden Earth together where 3D really is left behind. The sounds of 3D fade away and blur away…this happens many times at the beach as it is a place where the ‘edges’ of consciousness dimensions overlap. It is at the beach where I most feel how the dimensional consciousness realities could split off from each other….3D separating into its own timeline reality and those of us in 4D and 5D and higher into ours.

As we go into this 1/11 portal, there is a feeling of truly leaving behind the old timelines and the previous 3D anchors. These timelines are wanting to collapse and maybe they already ARE for you or starting to. A timeline collapsing can feel like crisis or life changing events or live altering decisions. It can also feel like just ‘running out of gas’ on your old timeline as your tank is now empty to receive anymore of the old 3D fuel. Parts of you can no longer run on the fumes of the known and familiar.

What has previously been a struggle and a challenge and a contention can be soothed into resolution by these 1:11 codes if you let them in. Areas in your life that need it can be loved into completions if you are open to them. They offer a reminder to trust your Higher Self guidance, to trust your heart and what it wants, to trust your soul and what it kNOWs about WHY you are here and what your purpose is here. These codes can help with trust at that level AND can support parts of you that have difficulty with trust to move into those frequencies with you.

Tensions and pain may be coming up in your muscles especially as you adjust to these NEW codes and the NEW Earth life they are beaconing you toward. Parts of us energize in these muscles and the chakras associated with them as well. Especially in the head, neck, and shoulders. This is also where quite a bit of upgrading is happening as the pineal and pitutary glands crystalize, the throat, third eye and crown chakras all upgrade to more multidimensional. I am finding that a vinyassa flow yoga practice is helping alot to move these tensions and built up energy! These codes have a ‘feminine wrapper and buffer’ over them. The Divine Mother supports the INtegration of them with Her receiving energies. As we move closer to 1:11, the opportunities increase to let in guidance, get clarities about next steps, feel and respond to resonance. The opportunities for UNITY from within and with others continues to deepen, expand, and widen as we experience more New Earth in the Now!
