The Anniversary Of Choosing Love

It has been exactly one year today that I moved to Mexico. Not only that, but it has been one year that I really began to see myself. To honour the unique and different parts of me that may not always coexist in harmony, but that I have come to realize care for me and each other so deeply.

One year ago I began a deep dive into my emotional body and spirituality that shone a light into the dark corners of my existence. What I uncovered were often scared parts that felt unworthy of love. From a fierce protector that did anything it could to protect me and my other parts to those young and pure parts that I felt needed protecting.

The biggest and most beautiful thing that I learned this year was how to love. How to love these parts of me, because that’s all they really need and want. To love others so genuinely that I can let them go knowing it’s best for the both of us. To love all of the souls I haven’t met yet by cultivating love within myself first.

I have learned and felt how setting boundaries (with love) is the biggest way to nourish your soul and to send the message to your parts that they matter. That the energy I choose to be around and take in, matters. I have learned that boundaries don’t mean hate or not accepting someone for who they are. When done from the heart, boundaries are the most loving thing you can do when someone you care about cannot yet see their own bigness or yours.

I spent a lot of time away from my family before moving here but something has changed. They aren’t just my family anymore, they are my soul family. I’m at a place now where I don’t have to hide. I don’t have to put everyone else first because I know that they are taking care of their own parts as lovingly and fully as possible.

I’ve always loved helping others. Talking through what was going on in their lives, making them feel better, finding solutions or a silver lining. But I wasn’t giving that to myself at all. I was so scared of the dark places inside of me that I couldn’t even nourish the light. I would help anyone I could to escape the emptiness I felt inside. I felt so disconnected from my soul and judgement towards the intense emotions I could feel sometimes. It was like a drug hit to be able to feel someone else because in some ways I refused to feel my own parts.

Even when no one asked, when they would never expect me to hold as much as I did, I was there. It was my vice, my escape, to be able to be in their world and not my own, knowing I wasn’t happy. Knowing I wasn’t doing what was really in my heart. While also knowing I couldn’t help anyone in the way that I really wanted to.

I’ve got a lot more exploring to do but I feel that I am where I am meant to be in this moment. I am happy, I am becoming more fulfilled each and every day, and I am open to whatever it is this life (and others) lead me to next. I chose everything I have experienced this life and I’m more than happy that it led me here.

So thank you. To SoulFullHeart, to my soul family, to everyone who has ever touched my heart, to my parts, to my experiences, and to myself. For this journey we’re all on is precious. It’s hard, it’s arduous, and it can feel complicated to parts of us. But wow does it keep on giving us gifts!

What Lies Under Staring Above And Beyond

What is this new world a part of you seems to be awaiting?

Does it sometimes feel like you are sitting at the edge of precipice or the shore of an expansive ocean just waiting for ‘It’ to arrive? The Exposure…The Contact…The Shift…For those around you to wake up to everything that you see, hear, and feel.

It may feel like It is coming for others. There can be so many reasons why parts of you feel like they are stuck in mud, spinning in circles, or constantly in pain. So many reasons why ‘It’ is not coming. Yet what is ‘It’ you are waiting for really?

Permission? You have it if you want it. You already have the authority. It is a part of you that feels unworthy or afraid of actually creating the world you see and feel deep inside of you.

External shifts? Those only shift when you do. When you make the choice to step out of the drama and heal the trauma, the fight, the rage.

Guarantees? The only thing you can control is your level of surrender and persistence. This is your power that does not take but has a steady compassionate march into the unknown, for the world you seek has been veiled into forgetfulness.

Underneath it all is your desire and need to be loved, to be seen, to be free of all that has limited your consciousness from experiencing life to it fullest and deepest potential. It is your (and my!) insatiable appetite for More. To go beyond this broken record of survival and secrecy, and transmute into abundant possibilities of thrival and romance, both inner and outer.

This is what I feel undergirds what the eclipse and Lion’s represent in the deepest recesses of our hearts and souls. It is the reason why we stare into heavens because we are ultimately staring into ourselves. This is the Great Healing that can only start inside of you.

Message From The Lyrans: You Are Part Of A Symbiotic Universe

Our Universe is symbiotic. We are moving through an intense phase in the moment with so much movement happening during this lunar eclipse and the upcoming Lion’s Gate portal. It’s for reasons that are occurring to us in small doses, at whatever level our consciousnesses, as they are right now, can handle and digest. We aren’t going through this alone and we aren’t going through this just for us, either.

I met with my Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect in meditation today. Her name is Ineerah and she is a humanoid Lioness/Tigress. She offered to me this important piece of universal symbiosis that she wanted me to share with you, as this is a bigger piece of Ascension and why it matters so much… why so many other groups of Star BEings are here to help us in whatever way they can and whatever ways we are willing and able at this time to let in.

“You are part of a cycle”, Ineerah offers. “A cycle amongst yourself as humans and a cycle in the Universe you’re a part of. You [humans] have moments of feeling insignificant and tired and other moments of feeling as if you are the very centre of the Universe in which you reside. This is understandable, as you came here in forgetfulness in order to remember more and more that you are a part of a larger Whole and that not everything is about YOU. When you are infants, you must make the world around you about you for your survival. This has been especially true in 3D. Yet, you are growing up now and realizing there is more to your world than you were ever taught. For some of you, this is sparking outrage within as parts of you react quite intensely to this information and are tugging at the Universe and even at more localized ‘authority figures’ for MORE truths. You already have the truth, though. This was never taken away from you, only veiled, and only for a phase. You chose to forget in order to remember. Why? You may never know the complete answer to that, yet a piece of it is certainly that it inspires humility, doesn’t it?

You aren’t human only for the reason of being fodder or something quite a bit lesser than you actually are for the sake of other ‘powerful beings’ in the Universe. You have played out this scenario over and over again for those you regard as ‘leaders’ in your world too. Perhaps the biggest piece of your forgetting passage has been that you have forgotten how big and important you actually are and that you are needed as much as you believe you also need us as ‘higher aspects’ of YOU.

Symbiosis… you are an important aspect of this Universe, just as we are. Without you finding your way home to yourselves, we don’t get to completely find our way home to ourselves either. We watch you and learn from you as much as you look to us for enlightenment and inspiration. You are the ones we desire to communicate and collaborate with. We do not hold ourselves as ‘higher’ so much as ‘ahead’. We’ve been on the ground you now tread and have come out the other side… mostly. Yes, we still have work to do! Is that surprising, beloved human? Nothing in this Universe is ever perfect, yet is always in pursuit of perfection, just approaching it and relating to it differently than perhaps you can right now with the state of your heart and soul consciousness healing trajectory. You are IN it and ON it, no matter how ‘far behind’ you (or parts of you) may feel in moments and that you cannot help, only be with as you continue moving on and forward.

This eclipse event and the fast-approaching Lion’s Gate portal event are creating a runway and launch pad for your reboot… a rediscovery of your Sacred Humanity, a reawakening into your larger purpose here and the truth of that too. There is much to feel for each of you, much left to discover about yourself as you also discover the Whole you are part. You get to have both, the individual you are and the Whole, and one serves the other in another expression of symbiosis. We, your Sirian-Lyran aspects, are here to assist you in this passageway which will be an intense experience for many of you. The intensity depends on the need to feel deeper still, what there is to heal, what there is to awaken to as your past-present-future timelines collide and in some cases, clash. If you find yourself in a mess, it is a sacred mess. We are here if you need guidance and we look forward to connecting with you as you walk through this. We cannot walk through it for you, as we have already done that ourselves, but we can offer you pictures and senses of the goodness that is coming as you courageously continue your ascent on all levels of your being.

The Blood Moon Eclipse As An Emotional And Spiritual Cleanse

There is a vibrating anticipation with this upcoming eclipse. The uniqueness of it creates a buzz on the outside that is reflective of the buzz on the inside. One is not separate from the other. As these celestial bodies make their way into an energetic alignment, so too are our emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies. Imagine them as parts of your own SOULar system. When these bodies start to come into contact with each other, there is a great energy that begins to rumble.

As I checked in with my celestial counterparts this afternoon, I was given a symbolism of what this blood-red lunar eclipse means to me personally, which telescopes out to those that it is meant to as well. (Sometimes to feel the collective you simply just need to feel yourself). There is a big feminine shedding that wants to take place. Just as the uterine wall needs to let go of all that is no longer needed to make way for the new cycle if the seed of creation as not been sown.

This shedding is a felt release of all that is stored inside your own emotive cells. It actually wants to shed those walls that have kept all the stored pain, trauma, and fear in stasis, or cycle. It cannot come with you entering into the Lion’s Gate for it will weigh you down. But more important than the upcoming gateway, it wants to go because it is just damn time!

This is not some intense cleanse with punishing tones, no. It is a sacred process that has you in deep connection with all the areas in your life (both inner and outer) that are no longer of service to you going forward and UP! The length of this event is as it is so that as many of us on Gaia can let go and let in the next steps in the ascension journey.

Even in its feminine nature, it is not a passive process. You don’t come out new on the other side without making some deep realizations and choices. The choices are the activation of what has been learned and felt from seeing/feeling into the depths of your own shadow. This is deep personal, emotional, and spiritual revival.

As you live into your days, feel where it is that your own eclipse may be showing you where there are feelings/truths that have been hidden away, built-up, and cordoned off. Where is the energy stuck and swirling and looking for release…and relief. This is another opportunity to move your reality into a new dimension that is only authorized by your own will to feel and heal it all.

Masculine Space Holding For Women

Lately, I have been holding session space for two amazing women as well as witnessing other women’s processes in our group calls. This has been an interesting experience for both myself and them, especially when there is masculine wounding in the emotional body due to abuse.

What I have been experiencing with these women is a deep and profound healing between the masculine and feminine within. As a space-holder, I represent and reflect something to the parts of a woman that are in trauma. This can be father, son, friend, and/or romantic partner. I become a symbol of the masculine himself, embodied in physical form.

As I have been in the process of healing my own inner masculine, as well as my feminine, I am able to be a new presence in the experience of these wounded aspects. All of this, of course, is only possible through my connection to the woman’s Inner Protector, her inner masculine that has been around a long time in response to the patriarchal dominion.

This connection and relationship helps to bridge a relationship between you, the feminine, and the Protector. He gets to be seen and felt as more than just a tired and dutiful guard. He gets to see how he has been relating to you, how he sees you as a being. Usually, at first, they may admit to seeing you as child-like, yet capable at the same time. An interesting dichotomy that creates confusion in their ‘role’. By having this inner masculine connect to another masculine energy seems to relieve something in them that permits more of the authentic feminine within to arise.

Through this relationship, you and I get to explore the ways in which the personal experience of the masculine has created pockets of pain hidden deep in the caverns of your heart. With an open and compassionate heart, we feel where this has MANifested on the inside both in wounded feminine and masculine parts and Metasoul lives still in deep suffering. Holding a different masculine frequency from the one that has been experienced, can bring up a lot of distrust and a lot of painful memories that get to be transmuted from you to you as you hold these parts of you close and dear.

The healing moments are tender, touching, and quantum. They create new experiences within yourself and help to draw more of what you really want, need, and deserve into your life. It is a service that has been an honor to participate in and serve. It has brought a lot of gifts and a deep sense of admiration for all that Woman as held and been through. There is no sense of duty in this for I am healing that wound from my own experience. There are boundaries and loving nudges along the way.

Is It Safe To Want More?

‘Is it safe to want more?’

‘Can I actually have what I most deeply want?’

‘Isn’t gratitude for what I have the opposite of wanting more?’

These questions repeatedly come to anyone who chooses to awaken their emotional body? They came to me again last night as I felt another layer of what I so deeply want.

To learn of deep abounding beauty that you don’t normally experience is to subject yourself to longing and despair that you don’t currently have that in your life. It takes big courage just to awaken that far. To then set out to obtain that deep beauty as your living reality is to call on resources of courage and choice that will surely be tested and tried moving forward.

How much easier and understandable it is for the masses to choose to remain asleep to desire. In moments, you are tempted to choose the path of the masses if you had any inkling that it could actually work for you.

You know you are here for more. You know that’s ‘just what is’ in your relationship to life. You also know any spirituality that offers the killing of your desire in the name of ‘overcoming attachment’ won’t work for you. You want more and you know it.

But life doesn’t actually offer you any kind of unconditional guarantee that you will obtain the desire of your quest for more, in exchange for your willingness to want so deeply. What life does offer you however, is the opportunity to embrace, and be in the aliveness of your desire for more. This is where the meaning is felt and found. I am a living breathing ‘wanter’.

I get to be in want.

I am a lover of love and love is so infinite and so multi-faceted that in surrendering to being in love’s want, I am sure to always be wanting something more than what I currently have, as beautiful, and even super-abundant as my current reality may be, and may go on to become.

We came from infinite source ‘having it all’ and yet we wanted more. So we came here, to be in lack, and want, to feel all there is to feel about this paradox. I am The All out wanting more.

I do get to fully enjoy every fulfilled desire along the way. I get to be in gratitude for both my wants AND what my wants have brought me. Every attachment that I ever clutched onto for as long as I did, be it a healthy or an unhealthy attachment, was really for me simply LOVE, in the way that it was, for the time that it was. It may no longer be love for me as I move on to deeper experiences of love, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t deep and abounding love in the way and time that it was.

In fact, everything that I ever wanted and will ever want is simply love. Love is the source of all. I’m told that you and I can have all that we are ready and willing to let in, AND, when and as we are ready for it, we can have it TOGETHER too, in community.

How’s that for a deal? How’s that for a new world order? You and I get to be the deepest experiencers of love as we are willing to be in love’s deepest want.

That it cannot be taken from you

I want you to know that I know it is hard
That true and pure love can burn and hurt
That it can pierce and collapse
All you thought I was, but turned out I wasn’t

I remember how you never got what you needed

What mattered the most
And I remember how you needed that to remember
What you truly are

SoulFullHeart Patreon Money UPdate – May & June, 2018

My goodness, we have been enjoying a new and rising money tideline and timeline these past two months and I wanted to tell you about it.

In the past few months, we have been able to purchase a whole list of goodies, over and above our regular living expenses. It took me a while to remember them all.

  • 1 new iPad
  • 3 new to us, Macbook Pros
  • A new set of sorely needed 4 tires for Vida – our Van
  • A new battery for Vida
  • Dentist cleanings and checkups for all five of us
  • Passport renewals for Gabriel and Jelelle
  • And, Gabriel and Kalayna have been able to rent a much nicer place!

It has felt like an ongoing and magical journey to have left all known regular money sources behind as well as our geography back in 2014, land on an off grid ranch for 19 months where we depleted our nest egg, and then to begin again!

Gabriel and Kalayna have been teaching english part time for the past two years and recently, Raianna and myself (Raphael) are also teaching english online in the mornings to children in China through an app called Palfish. We really wanted to be transparent about it all as an inspiration to others feeling a similar call to launch out into new ground where money and livelihood is concerned.

May’s numbers (in USD) for the 5 of us and SoulFullHeart looked like this:

$3,341 – English Teaching Revenues

$2,038 – Income for SoulFullHeart Sessions

$     46 – General Donations

$5,442 – Total Revenue for May

And June’s looked like this:

$5,007 – English Teaching Revenues

$1,887 – Income for SoulFullHeart Sessions

$   127 – General Donations

$7,021 – Total Revenue for June

I know these numbers still seem small for 5 people (even though they are steadily growing)  compared to what we used to live on in Vancouver, but what is so meaningful and magical to us is how alive it feels to be living in our passion purpose where livelihood and money is concerned. None of us have any feelings of being in dead end jobs, or old timeline careers that we need to ‘pay the bills’. All of it is sacred service and meaningful as each of us arises into new personal and group alchemy – manifesting on the outside what’s becoming more and more real on the inside.

The English teaching has provided us with an integrity bridge where we don’t feel pressure to serve people in SoulFullHeart session space who aren’t a fit for the work, but whom we need to make ends meet. In other words, we don’t have to ‘monetize’ SoulFullHeart.

This ground feels like it is ripening for so many people. Intuitively, we can get that the most secure financial plan would be to tie our financial needs to offering our deepest gifts in the world, but how do we embrace and walk out the steps to live that way? We can also get that offering something less than our deepest gifts in the world – ie. staying at a job that pays the bills, but suppresses our gifts, is not wise choice in the long run, but again, where and how does one begin to live their way into that?

Our approach to this that we live in every day and that we serve others to live their way into, is to get to know the parts of themselves in a deep and personal and nourishing and life changing way. It’s all in the relationship our parts of ourselves have to money that forms our patterns around money and livelihood. As we do this, previously unimaginable new possibilities open up as the stuck places shift and securities realign into new realities.

The word ‘career’ is a hint at this. The word means ‘to call’. Heeding the call is sacred journey. Entering one thing and leaving another is the journey that never ends. Money is probably the most grounded area to relive our way into new ways of life. If it can work in the money area, it can probably work in a whole lot of other areas, right. Someone once said that ‘money doesn’t lie’, and after all – it’s only energy, and all energy is sourced in love. Love doesn’t lie. It invites us into new realities.

We all want to say a big thank you to our supporters and the individuals who send us money! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

It feels important to acknowledge with gratitude the people and circumstances that have opened us out to this point, as we reach for our next places of wish list to inhabit:

  • We will be hosting regular monthly group circles here in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for people who are working with us to attend.
  • We are beginning to hold regular retreats here in Vallarta beginning this November as well as other locations in 2019 – Glastonbury, England; Vancouver, Canada and more.
  • Raphael and Jelelle hope to leave behind their current apartment here in Vallarta in favor of a nicer place soon.
  • Dentist work totaling 4,200 USD

The Mirrors Of Real Love

In any true healing modality that leads to deep conscious transformation, there is a mirror that we inevitably need to face. It may be the Mirror of Validation and Being Seen. This one can feel really good to all the parts of that have yet to get that fully from within. From Self to self. It can also be really triggering as other parts may feel a little distrustful and doubtful of the goodness that is being bestowed as a defense to trauma and a lack of memorable experience in the True Love department.

There is another reflection, too, that is brought by the Mirror of Shadow. The one that parts have ‘unconsciously’ and strategically avoided due to there uncomfortable and unsightly nature. These reflections are just as hard to receive as they are to give. It is a growth edge for the recipient and the reflector, yet in this exchange is the well of Real Love. This can trigger some deep defensive reactions as we are being confronted with something parts of us have been blinded to for a very good reason. Even if the mirror is held in Love, we still may want to shatter it just so we can say we never saw it.

I have been given many mirrors in my process that have been difficult to let in. Even just recently in regards to the state of my previous living situation. There were places that were not kept up, maintained, and not fully cared for. There was a lack of reverence and respect of ‘self’ and ‘other’ from within me. It was not fully seen until the blind spot of defense was pierced through. This was a deep reflection of a fusion to parts of me that did not feel worthy of goodness and leadership, even as I am awash in both to the gills! This is how what we call our ’leading edge’ can illuminate what lies in our ‘trailing edge’. Where there is light, there is shadow.

I feel the vulnerability of this inside me. Of outing a personal process that has an effect on perception, yet it is this very outing that feels to be the root of the very thing that I am a part of leading. To truly lead, we must be willing to see and feel that which is not in the ‘lead of the ship’. Those things that we have still hidden in the hull and can weigh us down until brought out into the openness of the deck. To be fully loved and understood so that we can continue to arise into new territory within our own being that can shine a light to others.

This is the beauty and sometimes hard part of real love. The kind that doesn’t let the hidden and stuck places stay that way because others won’t let themselves stay stuck; who want and need the reflections as well for their own growth. That is catalytic healing and quantum service of love. This is the true ground of ascension when we are able to stare into the dark just as much as we love to stare into the light. I am grateful to be a part of it with those that care enough to keep it real with love.

“Generation Me”: Love Yo’self

Okay peeps, let’s jump back on that Millennial train! All aboard the Generation Express!

I’ve been feeling into this topic more and more and even decided to do a bit of research today to get a feel of how others perceive Millennials. The biggest thing I grabbed from this research that ties it all together is the label “Generation Me”. This feels interesting to me because it covers the perceptions of this generation being both narcissistic and open minded. There seems to be an agreement that technology and the Great Recession have had huge impacts on our generation as well.

That felt a bit like writing an essay but part of me (probably my masculine) wanted part of my digestion to be “informed”. Now to feel my feminine intuition and what the plights, struggles and desires are in general for people around my age.

Feeling into this “Generation Me” label, my first thought is that this feels true on some levels. I feel that technology has not changed anything about who we are, but it has ushered in a new wave of self awareness. How we present ourselves has become more relevant because more people can “see” us online rather than just in person. It’s impossible to say whether an entire group of people is self absorbed or just self aware – the important thing is feeling how this “Me” space can become emotionally and spiritually healthy.

Being self aware does not have to be a negative thing. In fact, nothing is truly “negative” when you feel the layers deep down inside. Someone who seems “materialistic” “narcissistic” or “entitled” really just has parts that are scared. Scared of failure, of losing what they love, of not being good enough or being abandoned. Of course, these parts need a mirror to be able to take responsibility for how they affect others, but they also need love and support. They don’t need to feel wrong or less than any other parts, they just need a boundary and a space to feel their fears. This in turn can transmute into more self loving feelings such as confidence, self acceptance, and trust in the Divine.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are people at this age that are seen as tolerant, open-minded, and selfless. These are all beautiful things to be, but where does the self care come into this? The more narcissistic parts of you may seem “bad” compared to these other parts of you, but their gift is that they know how to put themselves first. Which does NOT make you selfish or unable to serve others. Putting your own process first just means that you feel worthy of love and understand that it’s so important to fill up your own love tank before you can fill up others.

Many of my own parts tend to be more like this and I find it so difficult to speak my truth. My parts don’t quite have the self love built up enough to express love in the form of boundaries and truth telling. They can feel like they’re being “mean” or “unfair” when in reality their truths can be beautiful enough to catapult someone into their next phase of bigness. Tolerance sounds great on the surface, but would you rather be tolerated by someone, or truly loved for the bigness you are?

I still have more to feel into this piece on “tolerance” because it is SO huge today, and I want to feel what my deepest truth is around it. My parts want to love everyone fully and completely and I do feel that I love everyone and every soul here with me in this experience. But this does not equate unconditional love. We have conditions in order to be in relationship. My conditions lie in a healthy and loving relationship to emotions and parts, an ongoing process of getting know and love those parts, and a self awareness that continues to lead to heart openings within and without. That doesn’t mean I don’t have love in my heart for absolutely everyone, that is the difference.

Maybe your conditions are just “don’t be a murderer” but it is a condition all the same. These boundaries show your parts that they matter. That they don’t have to be around any energy that makes them feel less than loved. Even contention can be full of love if it continues to move, flow, and be felt deeply. Boundaries do not make you a mean or selfish person, they show others that you hold them in the highest regard. It shows that you know they have the potential for such bigness and that that is all you can truly support for them. Boundaries held with your heart, are love.

So to “Generation Me” I say, whether you have parts that resonate with any of this or not, you are not wrong and your parts are not wrong. Living in self love and truth every single day takes time and work but it is SO worth it. YOU are worth it. Labels do nothing but hold you back from the absolute bigness that your heart really holds. You are not narcissistic, you are not mean, you are not even perfect. You are you. And THAT is perfect.
