Current Emotional Fluctuations And Loving Them UP

There’s a deep fluctuation moving through… swinging from one pole to another inside. It’s a ‘mood swing’ on one level, but it’s deeper too. There are waves of change upending and creating tension, or more like evoking tension that has already been there for eons. It can feel almost crazy-making, the way these swings happen. One minute there’s a feeling of bliss, then the next there’s irritation, and maybe even rage. All feelings are alchemical. All feelings are data. All feelings give you a roadmap into you.

I’ve been feeling my own ups and downs this past week, as moving through big life changes tends to bring up a lot for me, especially around trust. I feel a deepening trust happening now. I feel how I am being asked to keep going into it all, to keep feeling it all, as even the feelings of distrust bring opportunities to feel more love…

I feel even in this moment how bringing out some anxiety and distrust in the bigger picture and ultimately the Divine helps bridge me back to my heart and soul. I feel from my heart too, how nothing is actually ever up to us. It’s up to love. That’s kind of a rough answer sometimes, isn’t it? Because… why would love want us to move through suffering of any kind? I don’t have an answer exactly… but what I’ve experienced is that even through the suffering, we are always held. Even in those dark moments where we don’t have a clue as to the WHY of anything… we are always loved… and we are always love finding its way. You, even in your suffering, are love finding its way to health again, in all ways.

In fact… sometimes we’ve needed the suffering in order to feel love again. Without having a process of feeling what isn’t love inside of you and in your life and relationships, it’s much harder to feel the deep love that the universe has for you.

So, even if you’re feeling some intense swings between this way to feel and that way to feel, there’s an opening to more love wanting to happen in your being. These edges of tension and also happiness are part of these birth contractions waiting and working to pop you out into a new you. Your sacred humanity is awakening and evolving, even with all of these feelings going on… that, I feel no doubt about. That, I trust, with my entire being. ❤️

Empowering Spaceholding Coming Through

I am in the midst of my fullest week of sessions EVER….and the joy and love that are flowing through in service is just amazing. It’s almost as if each one serves the other in this beautiful way. The collaborative energies that move between me and the women/men I meet with are empowering frequencies…..offering a mirror to them of their bigness, connection to their higher guidance, clarities, and lifting of their OWN veil as they connect to aspects of themselves and of their soul who offer these gifts. I feel this is the new paradigm of space holding that empowers the soul receiving it.
 
I love those moments in sessions when something that was previously a mystery, a confusion, causing pain/suffering or just not understood comes into clarity, understanding, resolution, and completion due to the exploration/framing and feeling of parts’ reality and Metasoul timeline processing. It is the MOST rewarding fun to be able to get to do and be this with others and receive money exchange for it (while money is still needed in this dimension that is.)

Navigating The ‘Limbo’ Feeling During Transitions

Biding time in a sort of bittersweet limbo… yes, this is a way to describe what I’m feeling right now, even as new self-discoveries and this world discoveries too are poking up like little sprouting plants through the soil.

These times of transition between geographies or any transition period you may find yourself in, have a sort of silent alchemy yet a determined flow. All we can really ‘do’ during times of big change, besides knock various things off the ‘to do’ list, is surrender and intend. Visualize what we want and remember why we’re making the changes in the first place. Feel all there is to feel even while visualizing… the doubts, the anxieties, the hopes, the excitement.

It’s all held in love, with love, by love… even the ‘setbacks’ or the pieces that fall apart at the seams. To continue to show up and intend is what we’re being invited to do when making and creating changes. We actually can’t ‘make’ anything happen, but we can show up and respond to the flow and where it’s all heading.

Love to you and all the parts of you wrapped up in whatever changes you are moving through… self-love and making space to be, feel, desire, are always the biggest things needed, even when the ‘doing’ calls. No bag we can pack of things we want to bring with us compares to gathering up all parts of you as you move into your next phase.

Moving Through Resistance To Change Through Feeling Parts Of Your Self And Soul

In returning to Canada this week, I’m so enjoying this return to what was once familiar, but is so arising anew for me, after four years of being in Mexico.

Yesterday, I ventured outside in the perfect fall weather and colors to make my way around a beautiful nearby waterway. I so felt nature herself, and Gaia gifting me with a grace to adjust to change once again.

But it hasn’t all been easy, breezy, fair weather sailing. Change always challenges us and picks up on our edges, on parts of us and their push-pulls towards change. I can so feel all my life how parts of me were aching for change while other parts of me were in resistance to change. When we don’t show up to feel these polarities inside of ourselves, we’re left in a kind of managed middle zone between the two. Or worse, a near flat line kind of existence.

Is just having a so-so mateship enough for you, or do you really want the mate of your dreams? Do you really want to live in new places, geographically and emotionally and spiritually, or is the status quo gonna be enough? You really can’t answer these questions with integrity until you feel how both are true for different aspects of your being.

When we embrace the ongoing change that life is at its very root, we’re faced with direct reaction from parts of us, as well as from aspects of our Metasoul, who are at present in resistance to change. These reactions are a portal to our emotional body, to our multidimensionality, to our Ascension process, and to more life and love.

Until these parts of our being are bridged to with curiosity and an open heart, there will always be a gravitational pull that returns us to more of a static or stuck place.

When we do feel these more resistant aspects of our being, they are changed simply by the dynamic of being related with, being felt, being in the awareness of your curious and open heart. When they change, you flow with change and growth in magical and natural way that isn’t about suppressing one part of your being so another can dominate.

Waves Of Love And Support Through Timeline Collapses

Collapsing old timelines takes a lot of focus. It’s tiring. It’s energizing. The experience of being ‘twired’ – tired and wired – is a very real thing!

We’re in the middle of collapsing our timeline here in Mexico while inhabiting and energizing our new timeline in Victoria, Canada. We are feeling the press of the birth canal and contractions as we follow love, service, and desire to our next destination.

We’ve collapsed many, many timelines in our lives and processes, including relationships with toxic or just non-resonant others and other geographies too. It’s never entirely easy, though there are flushes and waves of ease as the universe within and without carries you through the next and next steps.

It always amazes me how even though parts and Metasoul aspects have their reactions to change and fears around it, love shows up to support and guide, reminding you and them that you ARE loved and supported by a universe that wants you to feel its love, even and perhaps especially through the loss and letting go… the willingness to let go in order to let in, work for, wait for what and who you really want. It’s actually this process of being willing to say no and let go that prepares you to really let in and claim. So often what we really want can appear in front of us and without this preparation, we sometimes bypass the opportunity or the budding relationship out of fear or because parts of us aren’t quite ready to let in the possibility of the new.

I feel how we are all connected in our very personal ways of feeling and making choices, especially in this now moment of supportive energy and love waves. There are so many to feel through and be with. There is so much love to serve and flow with. There are ample chances to land ourselves in more love within, making choices that suit our deepest sense of well-being and necessary growth, trusting in the fact that the impact of these choices on ourselves and others does ultimately serve love… even though hurt reactions may come up and pain surfaces to be felt.

Much love to you in your own growth crucibles and the intricate web of connection we all are part of as we find our way… ❤️

Energies Invite Emergence Into New Timelines, Personally And Collectively

It’s that cocoon-before-the-rebirth time. Another phase of squeeze and move, let go and let in. Feel… always a time to feel and give space for the alchemical feelings emerging, the reactions in parts of you from this life but also existentially too.

Feeling this very personally as well as collectively. I feel my next steps of geographic relocation moving along now, almost at a gallop, and along with this momentum is an inner momentum and inner geographic shift that’s undeniable and real. We are all being invited into bigger things within. And it’s natural and necessary to feel how this expresses in our lives in so many ways too.

How we choose to be with and process (or not process at all) the shifts we are invited into is important. It’s this series of choices that help frame the new picture of this next life phase. How do you want to enter it and what do you want to get out of it?

We’re given these experiences of emerging into new timelines that are sometimes like a ‘slip n’ slide’. You step onto into one choice, only to realize that like rapid fire, you are being given now a series of choices and they all make up the birth canal at hand… the one that’s ultimately leading you into the new and into what you’ve dreamed of having in your life. And you get to fuel each choice with the gasoline of your needs and the fire of your desire.

It’s like each choice helps us illuminate something else that needs us inside of us too. As I personally step into the fire of the collapsing timeline of living here in Mexico and entering another phase (possibly only a few months long) of living in Canada again, I feel the parts of me in anxiety, that loathe feeling stuck in one geography or life frequency and are actually a bit afraid of being stuck in Canada for the long haul, aching instead to experience more of the world. I feel the excitement of the new and the mourning as the old moves out too. I feel this as more of an inner geographic shift mostly actually, where new emotional, spiritual and galactic territory is showing up now for me to navigate and be with as I integrate the gifts of the process of it all. The shifts on the outside of my body and being are minuscule in comparison to making shifts inside… that’s the only place we can ever really experience stuckness or stagnancy in any lasting form. If life isn’t heading where you want it to, there’s always a choice to dig in, into you… and see what’s really going on. This is what really moves mountains.

Collectively, I feel how we are being squeezed into a new trajectory, but with love doing the squeezing. I feel how there is pain, there is anguish, there are battles raging, yet I feel and see how they are all a bi-product of what’s going on within. In some ways, it doesn’t seem to matter how much we tell ourselves this… until the parts and Metasoul aspects of us that have only seen and experiencing battlegrounds and a need to be a warrior start to let in that they DO have the power to shift what they experience and how it lives in them, we will continue to see in the world what we expect to see in the world and experiencing more reasons to keep fighting instead of more reasons to go within and co-create something new.

We get to inhabit this process and watch it play out for us however we choose.

Being Invited Into The Hearth Of Your Heart

Not only is it all returning to source…..it is all expanding that source as it does so.

Your life as you know it is a piece of life expressing as a human being, a gender, a Gaian (earthling), possessing multidimensionality amongst so many other things.

At the core of your being is a heart. At the core of all that is, is a heart. That heart in this micro and macro is not two hearts, but one; one that you are invited into its expansive feelings of embrace and the deepest feelings of belonging.

You are invited into the hearth of this heart.

You are invited to gather all the aspects of you who don’t yet know this heart to gather round its warmth.

Life changes based on how you feel about life. How you feel about life creates how you see life. How you see and feel life is affected so deeply by how parts of you see and feel life. ‘You’ are not going to sail to the Stars when parts of you feel like shit in a hell hole.

These parts need to be convinced of this heart of love at the center of the you-niverse. Until you bridge to them from your higher heart, they are left in their perception of reality which is like a powerful WiFi reality shaping broadcast in what you know as your life.

All that’s needed to ‘do’ this is a willingness to feel what hasn’t been okay up till now to feel. That may be a tall order, but it is thee most simple order that exists at the core of all things.

Find the parts who are not okay with feeling. You will find that they are starving to be felt even in their disposition to not feel.
