Getting To The Root Of Love And Pain With Our Parts

I wanted to share from my own process experience today because I’ve been feeling some self consciousness while working with what we call an Inner Punisher part.

For me, the doubt comes out around writing. This part of me can’t help but to compare myself to how much output my beloveds in SoulFullHeart seem to produce. He doesn’t have as much concern for what I write about and how it is received, although some of that is still there. It’s more about just having the desire for it or not. I felt with him this morning about his desire for me to be able to write from my heart and inspiration rather than out of duty or obligation to those in SoulFullHeart.

I, as Raianna, have a desire to serve love in any way I can. I know that my process can help others to either decide if they are interested in SoulFullHeart or to deepen their process if they are already in the process. Maybe my writing can even help those that have a particular situation that they’re feeling and living out. As my highest self, I know that no matter what I choose to share, as long as it is from my heart and my desire, it will serve someone, somewhere. Even if it’s just me.

So as I think of what to write about I feel this is perfect – the exact feeling that keeps me from writing in the first place. I have a lot more love flow with this part of me than when I first started this process due to a relationship we have grown together. He used to be much more intense, creating stress and anxiety within other parts of me that were scared to upset him. And he was scared to upset anyone outside of me. This became a difficult cycle to be stuck in, as it felt impossible to leave to these parts.

One thing I know I want to offer is that these parts, no matter how much they throw at you, are looking desperately for your love. They may frame it as a desire for love from anyone else except you, but you are the ultimate source of love that will never leave them, if you so choose. This degree of love is so pure, raw and already known in our souls that it comes so naturally once we are healed enough to allow it.

Connecting with this part of me allowed him to realize this for himself, too. He realized that chasing approval was his way of looking for love. Giving him the time and space to feel how he deserves love and that he’s forgiven for anything he feels he has done wrong has shifted something inside me so deeply. This process with him isn’t over but feeling him everyday will get us one step closer to feeling the deeper roots of his pain.

The holiday season has come and passed and we have many articles reflecting on this time. SoulFullHeart facilitator Gabriel Heartman reflects on his own past holiday experiences in this week’s feature museletter. He acknowledges how hard it can be for some to be around family that isn’t resonant and advocates for the empowerment of taking space from that family in order to live into your bigness. It’s easy for parts of us to shrink in order to fit in with family, especially over the holidays, but it’s a huge service to yourself and those parts to take that space as needed and desired:

“[Taking space from family] allowed for deep healing for my parts as well as advocating for something new and more aligned to what my soul and heart needed to grow and embody. No longer would I accept anything less than what I felt I needed and deserved as both a heart and a soul. I could feel the love for my birth family and wished them all well in their lives and journeys. They have an open invitation to the way of life that has brought me to places inside myself I can only have dreamed of not that long ago.”

The New Year has also been a topic of discussion in SoulFullHeart this week. Facilitator Kalayna Colibri feels into this coming year as a chance to go deeper inwards, to uncover an inner world that we connected with as children and to let in more self love towards these inner parts of us. Co-creator Jelelle Awen gives an energy update for the winter solstice as so much disclosure is accelerating around us. She also suggests to feel into New Year resolutions as a chance to respond to the new, rather than fighting the old. Raphael Awen, our other co-creator, has an exciting new project started called “Journal to the Demiurge” where he takes along metasoul aspects, parts, and guides on a journey to the Christian God.

The Year We Loved Our Fear

“It is not freedom from fear you seek, but rather a relationship to it.”

I am in a new conversation with a soul aspect of mine that feels more closely aligned to my Higher Self. More polarized to love and light than the fear and darkness of so many of my other aspects I have had relationships with. His name is Aris and it is a shortened version of Aristotle. He has a Buddhist and Greek philosophers mind with an angelic aura. Very balanced in his guidance and does not seem to judge much about what is or isn’t true. It is all a quest of feeling and curiosity.

This has started as I have been continuing to feel an increased desire and call to out more of my leadership, authority, and embodiment as a healer, teacher, and creator. As a part of a community of healers, teachers, and creators, it can bring up some old frequencies of doubt, comparison, and unworth. “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?” as the famous quote goes. Yes….it is our deepest fear to face our Bigness. But more so our deepest fear is to feel that we are loved beyond infinite measure. That we ARE Inifinite Love. Right now, parts of me are still digesting the “I am loved” part. From me to me first, which lets in the beauty of the love from others and the Divine.

So I have this love flow that is arising INside, overflowing and circulating with my beloved soul family and beautiful sacred union mate. It is a good place to be with so many desires for more arising in all of us. Connecting with new worlds inside of us, growing the intention of vast travel and service of love to all BEings. “So what is the problem with that?!” I hear a voice in me asking.

It is not really a ‘problem’, I would say, but there does come a responsive arising of antithetical feelings that are based in fear, no matter the names I give them. I used to want to feel a freedom from my fear. To extinguish them. To live in a state of fearlessness. But I have come to learn from my experience and my guidance with Aris that Fear is a valuable and essential part of our existence. It is what we move through to feel the Love on the other side. It protects the preciousness of Love and those that are willing to feel the fear and heal it receive the gift in exchange. It is lessing the impact that our relationship to Fear has on parts of us that transmutes us into embodying more Love frequencies. This is the alchemical and transitional 4D consciousness we are going to all be moving into this coming year.

There will be many awarenesses that will come into focus as we move through these next months. Each one asking you to deeply feel your honest truth about your relationship with others, yourself, and daily life. There will be big reactions to those relationships inside of you and what the choice points are for you to feel in regards to what you are truly here to inhabit and how you get there. Feeling the fear undergirding it all is what moves you to the next places. This is where having a relationship with your fear and the parts of you that hold it come into play. Very sacred play. Your Highest Self is there holding space for it all as long as you are willing to feel it.

Healing Toward Soul Family Relationships In The New Year

So much to let in on this post-Christmas day. It can be so easy for a part of us to get “back on the horse” of our daily lives and go through the motions of our routines and ‘to do’ list. When in reality so much happened! The words that were said or hadn’t been said. The moments of joy or frustration. The pings of loneliness or the wealth of good company. When we enter these celebrations, especially one as energy packed as Christmas, there is a lot that happens unconsciously that can leave us an energetic, unconscious hangover.

I was so fortunate to be in a time/space continuum yesterday that was light years ahead of what I used to inhabit. Having that multidimensional access to my past that still lives on in some echo of my emotional body, I could almost feel that ‘past’ in the Now and get a huge reflection of what parts of me were really feeling during those times. For me it was the consumption of a lot of alcohol, meat, and sweets, as well as taking in all sorts of dissonant vibrations that I wasn’t totally aware of inside myself.

Once I became aware of what was going on with parts of myself through conscious connection via journaling and meditation, there were a mountain of reactions happening inside that had no place to go. No depository of heart that felt safe enough to have it land in. Once I found that source inside myself through much reflection by my facilitators, Raphael and Jelelle, I could hold those with much compassion and find the courage to bring more truth and draw tighter boundaries.

These led to taking communicative space from my family that allowed me to really feel me. What was authentically me and what was a role I was playing to fit into the cast of characters that I did have much love for. But there came a moment in which the energetic and path differences between us became too great and I said a temporal goodbye until such time life found us in similar desires for deep healing and soul purpose.

This allowed for deep healing for my parts as well as advocating for something new and more aligned to what my soul and heart needed to grow and embody. No longer would I accept anything less than what I felt I needed and deserved as both a heart and a soul. I could feel the love for my birth family and wished them all well in there lives and journeys. They have an open invitation to the way of life that has brought me to places inside myself I can only have dreamed of not that long ago.
I felt the space between us and honored all of it. It was a deep reflection of what it may even feel like even just a short year from now with sights on expanded community, passion purpose, and geography. This is a result of deep healing and deep desire for more. I invite all of you to feel your deepest desires and calling for this next year and make it a mantra to not allow yourself, and your parts, to accept anything less than the love that you ARE no matter who it is you are in relationship to.

Your choices are the rudders to new worlds of unfathomable adventure, beauty, and purpose. Each one sends ripples into your YOUniverse and alters the very fabric of it. SoulFullHeart is here to guide you along those choice points with your sovereignty fully in tact as it can never be taken from you. Make this coming year, and more importantly this coming moment, the most real of them all.

Experiencing More Resonant Relationships As Your Inner Reality Transforms

I am still digesting on this day after Christmas…a good kind of hangover, not caused from too much alcohol or eating unhealthy food or being in denser energies…yet from being a bit backed up from the GOODNESS and gifts that arose yesterday during our SoulFullHeart christmas together.
 
We spent lots of time, taking hours to open gifts and read cards from each other……….we went into every moment to FEEL what there was to feel; we digested every gift and the intention and place it came from, which was always given and received with much love and goodness. Every gift was as if we could have picked it out ourselves. And because we share money as a community, it kind of WAS as if we were gifting to ourselves.
 
We savored every bite of the vegan food that we lovingly prepared, requiring no digestion of any killing frequencies (which can greatly lower vibration). Parts of us popped in (our Inner Child, our Star Seeds) who so enjoy the moments of Unity on Christmas, the goodness, the feeling of soul family where resonance forms the common ground.
 
We dreamed a lot too…talking about our increasing desires and clarities to relocate to Europe in 2018, landing first in the U.K. where some of our SoulFullHeart facilitants live and also where our souls are drawn…especially to Glastonbury/Avalon. We teleported together to Europe, energizing this new timeline with our growing excitement for the service of love WITH others and to ourselves.
 
This may feel and sound like a ‘dream life’, to be surrounded by so much love and goodness with others on a day that can be very challenging and difficult to navigate within non-resonant relationships. I spent many, many holidays in these dissonant energies in the past. I spent many holidays feeling like an outcast, stranger, and seeking anything that would give parts of me comfort (usually alcohol, cigarettes, and food) within the dissonance.
 
Shifting to this goodness experience on the outside and with others has come from shifting on the INSIDE, feeling and healing and BEing with each part of me conditioned to less, to lack, to suffering, and to shrinking. This also comes from letting go of so much of 3D conditioning around materialism, disconnected gift giving as a compensation, 3D birth family duty and obligation.
 
This transition on the inside to self love and goodness leads to boundary setting with others. It leads to WANTING more, craving more with others based in them also being in self love and goodness as their souls awaken. It leads to being willing to let go of anything that doesn’t serve love, create a sense of growth. To let go of anything that distracts from the inner transformation and relationships forming inside with each precious part of you.
 
This is not ‘luck’ or ‘being blessed’ that draws this kind of resonant family experience I experienced yesterday and ALL my days, yet it comes from REAL heart and soul healing parts/Metasoul process work that has asked for many years of devotion and dedication to. Process that is sometimes heart breaking to parts of us, sometimes with timelines collapsing HUGE around us, sometimes with many fights, contentions, and conflicts to sort through until arriving at more and more resonance and peace. And yet, this transformation leads to feeling love from within that is reflected back to you in EVERY relationship that you are then choosing to engage with….or not. Every relationship shifts to reflect the goodness that you ARE and the love that you ARE too. And, eventually, you cannot imagine settling for less than this as it doesn’t serve you OR the other person to do so.
 
I feel this is such a key aspect of 5D and New Earth living and loving…to BE in Unity Consciousness community together in this respectful and nourishing way. Starting from within….and so it overflows to the outer experience too!

Drawing Fear From Others; Transmuting It Into Love

Maybe you are drawing fear from others right now. This especially can happen during collective events such as the Holiday season when there is so much expectation, conditioning, and conforming to 3D going on. Drawing fear can show up as sudden and intense outbursts from others, being energetically kicked, being ‘insulted’, being judged and pointed fingers at, being unfairly misunderstood, being projected upon without awareness, being excluded. This can seem to happen ‘out of nowhere’ or is the result of increasing advocacy you’ve been doing for more connection and soul resonance with others (as I wrote about yesterday).

Drawing fear from others can happen because parts of them can feel you feeling AND loving your own fears. Because they feel you stepping into your soul purpose and truly being yourself in more authentic ways. Because they want your light to illuminate and transform them too, yet parts of them don’t know how to be vulnerable in this or just ask for it. It can be a sign of YOUR bigness rising actually and increasing capacity to be a transformer and alchemizer of fear into love…for which others are recognizing on some level (even if it is still subconscious to them).

Sometimes drawing fear from others is about seeing something in your own shadow, your Metasoul legacy showing up as karmic patterns, within a part of you that needs you. Sometimes it is the only way to see this aspect, energy, or part of yourself.

It may be difficult to digest for parts of you the drawing of this fear from others. It can bring up feelings of being inadequate, unworthy, ‘crazy’, and wrong. Their judgements may trigger the parts of you that judge you (what we call the Inner Punisher), who forms defense mechanisms during 3D life based on judging you first before others can. Their anger may trigger parts of you to be angry back too and defensive and wanting to state your ‘case’.

The drawing of fear also is happening in the collective as it NEEDS to come up and out. Those leading the way with love and healing their fear into love serve on a quantum way to heal others. Your process around this may feel very personal, yet, your capacity to digest fear and ultimately find compassion for yourself and others, to eventually and authentically feel forgiveness, serves the ALL. BEing with the parts of you that are in reaction to this, who feel sad and confused and lonely, allows the energies to digest in YOUR heart and move into love again.

Holding space for yourself and parts of you not going too much to analyzing, thrashing, and picking apart others (another defense that has been needed in 3D) can allow the energies to move through and out as well. The Divine Feminine especially offers a beautiful, real, and catalytic space for the digestion of these kinds of experiences, which can have deep roots in your Metasoul too (especially if you have been a leader, wayshower, forerunner, in many timelines/lifetimes, etc.)

The drawing of fear is ultimately temporary, a mirror as you still need it, and, sometimes, a deep form of service to yourself, your parts, and to others. Held with self love and self worth, strong boundary setting (to not allow repeating patterns of abuse with others), it can be navigated and even appreciated for the growth it brings and the love it eventually exposes!

The SOULstice Reflects Our Next Phases Of Growth Toward Our Sacred Humanity

The end of one cycle and the beginning of another. Physically in Earth’s orbit and energetically in our collective Gaian heart. We are all connected to Her and the frequencies that She is letting in and moving through. I feel Her with us all during this time. Not just another revolution around the Sun, but a journey UP and IN.

In the Northern Hemisphere, this is time of extended darkness and colder weather that, in our ‘past’, saw us literally holding up inside the hearth of the home, staying warm. Spiritually, a time for reflection and evaluation, even seen in the numbers 12:21. In the Southern Hemisphere, this is an end and a beginning too, in different light frequencies that are more active and yang. Taking action to embody what has been ‘received’ in your highest heart. Whether in reflection, or action, much is being illuminated and transformed.

In SoulFullHeart we take an assessment, or snapshot, of our current life through the lens of 7 key areas: Emotional, Spiritual, Mental, Social, Physical, Financial, and Environmental. As I have been going through these with someone I am currently working with, it has become so evident that these areas shed such an enormous light on our Whole Self rather that just focusing on one in particular.

If there is a place where you feel misaligned in your deepest calling and passion, then it can cause a drag, or anchor, in your fullest expression and BEing during your ascension process. This is a very reflective tool and highlights where you are being invited to go if you want to truly take all of you into the New.

This is where having that mirror can be a blessing and a curse both to parts of you. These energies are making more obvious the places you may need to go into so that you can unfurl our wings. One of the hardest, is the Social area where there can be such entwined relationships with others based on all sorts of conditionings and unconscious agreements. Or you may even find yourself more isolated due to self-protection or even self-love.

In either case, the holidays can really highlight the emotional body in this area. Are you in our fullest expression and truth when around others, or do you ‘shrink to fit’ in order to be a part of the social frequency? Or maybe there is a deep loneliness due to a lack of authentic connection. The emotional reality of this may be hard for a part of you to digest and be with so it can go undercover, but it doesn’t live far from consciousness.

The same holds true for all areas of your life. Feeling the ways in which you are still anchored and misaligned can be hard for parts of you to admit to and take action toward. This is a becomes a compassionate and self-loving process with these parts of you, most specifically your Protector, that has done life as us for so long, and is feeling the long nights of winter (or days of summer) coming to an energetic end. It is running out of gas as the veil between it and your emotional body is thinning.

This is a great time to take some self-reflective moments, in a sacred space, to take a snapshot of your emotional and spiritual bodies and see where your next phase of growth (and thus challenge for parts) lies ahead. Energy Update: Winter Solstice Offers New Earth In The HERE And NOW

This doesn’t feel like an ordinary Winter Solstice….is there such thing as ‘ordinary’ anymore? So much is accelerating in activity on in the collective, on a Galactic level with Star BEings, and from within each of of us on the Ascension path.

This Winter Solstice is the beginning of a NEW season where it feels like rapid change will become more of the new normal in the year 2018. Change on all levels inside of your bodies becoming crystal; your chakras becoming crystal; your hearts becoming crystal; your emotional bodies becoming crystal; your Merkabahs becoming crystal. Clearer, brighter, and freer, you feel more and more and on deeper levels than ever before!

You may be amazed at how much is moving from within you in just one ‘day’ and how much you are integrating, letting in, and letting go. What has previously been ‘lived with’ on some level, still anchored to 3D, is straining and fading. Maybe you are able to LET GO more quickly, more easily with less protest and resistance from parts of you and more sense of Ethereal, Star BEing/Star Family, and Higher Self support. Hiding anything becomes impossible as your frequency shifts more into 4D in all areas of your life.

The Divine Feminine opened UP even more on 12:12, illuminating us all in the glow of Her Supermoon. She continues to beacon us into the deeper regions of ourselves, into our emotional bodies, into the places inside that need the light of our love. She sometimes lights the match to burn away what is false in our lives and within ourselves, yet always, too, She is there to provide a balm of comfort to sooth the mourning pains.

The Divine Feminine makes it safer for disclosures to begin or accelerate on all levels; for the revealing of what has been hidden to come forward for healing. No more hiding. She holds and responds to this disclosure process with a steady compassion that forgives, allowing for genuine remorse from the masculine to flow. She brings out the King that has been hiding in the woundedness of the boy. She supports the continuation of the process of transforming the wounded masculine (in both men and women) into its sacred human essence.

She has invited us into Her womb to INtegrate, to yintegrate, so much of these activations and upgrades that we’ve been receiving and being gifted by the Great Cosmic Sun/Divine Masculine. Her activations are more emotional, about making space and holding space, creating a womb space for the parts of us that need us and our tender care and love. The Divine Masculine gifts seemed to come in more bounty and in earnest acceleration with the total Solar Eclipse in August, as if Her moon blocking the light brought more into alignment.

And, alignment is here during this time of Galactic Alignment over the last days and continuing through the Solstice…as the center of our outer galaxy lines up with the Sun and Gaia, so is the invitation for our inner galaxies to align through the feeling and healing of ALL aspects of ourselves in ALL timelines.

What is of lower frequency, heavy, dark, painful, and frustrated is not so easily suppressed or held away or covered over by parts of you anymore. Your Inner Protector is probably getting tired and wants deeply to rest. Things are leaking through that sometimes they would rather didn’t, yet that need to come up. Other lifetime ‘memories’ are bleeding through, along with childhood/teenage emotional energy congestions formed in parts of you that are often stuck there and want to be freed. Dreams are more intense, plus increase in what feels like ‘outside of you’ activities and energies.

All this could bring up temporarily even more vigilance and guarding from your Protector yet also can lead to burn out and overwhelm. The Protector is tired of guarding and being so vigilant and wants to transition to your guide and Gatekeeper of your Metasoul, channel to Divine love and all your other lifetime/timelines. Loving your physical body, loving your emotional body, loving the parts of you that are afraid and resistance, loving your 3D anchors, loving even what feels dark and demonic through these intense energies and with the help of these energies….this becomes easier in the Now. This will just BEcome more natural as we vibrate more and more out of the old fear-based frequencies and into more New Earth/5D.

New Earth is more in the HERE and the NOW on this Solstice and available in ALL moments as you continue to integrate and align from within into your Sacred Human Self!!

Continued Energies Invite Us To Deeper Healing Of Galactic Wounds

1:11 begins this post. Nice timing. It is a gateway into a new emerging relationship inside myself (and yourself) that has been in pregnant pause. I have been connecting with my Gatekeeper on a more consistent basis to bring him more into the room of my daily consciousness. He has been very effusive most of my process yet has had played games of peek-a-boo off and on. He is moving from a guardian of my soul story and gifts to a beloved partner and guide on this journey of inner healing and discovery.

I found him stuck in the shadowland territory of my soul and through SoulFullHeart energy work and guided meditation brought him into closer proximity to the light of my heart where he could ‘dethaw’ from the experience. As we have connected, he has guided me to a couple of metasoul brothers in other timelines that are connected to Kalayna’s metasoul (my sacred union beloved). He was just with me in those moments being a witness to my connection with them to help heal old frequencies and dynamics in our bond together.

But as those faded and are waiting for further deepening and clarity there has been a struggle within him to feel like he actually has purpose and clarities. Everything seemed like a blurry painting sometimes. Static in the air that was creating doubt. Of course underneath doubt lies a deep fear of actually having what it is you deeply want for fear of it going away.

In the shadowlands, he was held by a Reptilian energy. It had created an open portal into my world through him. Noel, my Gatekeeper was connected to this Reptilian aspect that actually lies within us all. There was a felt sense that Noel needed to meet this Reptilian self, named Salthazar, to help heal the bind that still seemed to connect them and release them both from the downward spiral of the shadowland.

It was an amazing experience to feel this once timid and elusive guide of mine stand in the bowels of this intense energy and hold a loving space of compassion and service of love. He could feel this Reptilian’s truest heart and the source of its wounding. There was a forgiveness and an invitation to feel a new timeline for this part of me. It was quite and extraordinary process of transformation as he went from snarky pot shots to authentic tears even while in reservation that a new life awaits him.

He offered him a new family within my inner court of wayward travelers, kings, and guides. It was like being in the most captivating movie I could ever imagine. Within this BEing is a Lizard King. He held so much of my punishment, judgement, shame, fear, and control. Holding the light amidst the most unsavory within us all is what moves the darkness and births out a new gift that was never thought possible from the fear place.

There is still work to be done. Pain to be felt and trust to be garnered. But it is the first step into a series of other steps that brings new possibilities and new energy to an unending journey of what it means to be alive in this Now….moons, holidays, solstices and all.

The healing that is offered in SoulFullHeart is a doorway into an infinite world of discovery that begins with our 3D anchors and moves us into these epic and storied landscapes of our 4D consciousness that hold the seed of our Star Being connection. Each movement and step is a deeply felt and celebrated event that brings new awareness of what our sacred humanity ready to illuminate.

Energy Update: Expanded And Altered Realities As New Earth Arises From Within

It can be challenging to be ‘here’ and ‘here’ is expanding out in every moment, especially amped up by these December energies. My feet in the sand was soothing yesterday and yet, also, I let my consciousness take flight when it needed to. I had just gotten out of a powerful session with a facilitant/client who had been sharing from a higher frequency aspect of herself that we call the Gatekeeper. This need to hold higher frequency space for that unfolding, plus galactic sex with Raphael, plus a Metasoul aspect timeline of mine coming through strongly were all in my consciousness. In these moments, it is difficult to remain ‘in the body’ as I am in multiple ‘places’ at once.
 
Raphael and I were walking around the beach area here and it felt so much like a postcard. It LOOKS like a postcard already, yet the feeling of the reality outside of us being projected FROM inside us onto a screen was very strong…..along with a sense that none of it was actually real. All the activity of the merchants and buyers. The booming music and flashing tv screens. The children playing in the waves and the people too. The sand offered more realness, along with the crash of the ocean waves, and the squawk of the birds. The people mostly felt not real, in their own worlds and consciousnesses, in their own mostly 3D filtering of life that I honor, yet cannot resonate with or vibrate at any more.
 
I had the interesting experience of all sound of people being blocked out while I was lying with my eyes closed on the beach. There was only the sound of the ocean and the sensation of Raphael’s hand in mine. For that moment, I had a visceral sense of what it would feel like to open my eyes with the New Earth consciousness in place. What it would be like if my outer reality of higher vibrational consciousness matched the outer and the timelines truly split into two realities, one of denser frequency and one of higher. I saw and felt then Raphael and I walking down the empty streets of Puerto Vallarta, with very few souls still around to meet and greet us. I don’t know if this is where Ascension will lead us, but it was very interesting to feel this possibility.
 
The Ascension energies in this December corridor of 12:12 through the 12:21 solstice are inviting us to expand and open up to altered realities. Really to claim what OUR reality is and embrace it, even as if it has been judged as strange and different by 3D. And to see and feel how the 3D reality that parts of us have been conditioned to has also been an altered reality. A reality made flatter and safer by the five-sense limited settings and visible light spectrum. So little to feel when emotions are discredited! So little to see when the third eye/intuitive sensing is left out of the picture!
 
These December energies are potent in activating the third eye and yet, too, are inviting you into your higher heart. To breathe in and out from your sight ‘beyond sight’ and to compassionately take in what you see about yourself and others through your heart rather than Punisher-based judgements and filterings. To be OPEN in your heart with curiosity about whatever comes through, even those things and energies that scare parts of you.
 
Timelines are continuing to merge and overlap in big ways. You are invited to go beyond seeing and feeling anything as ‘in the past’, yet, rather that it is alive and vibrating with energy in the Now. If it is coming up for you, it is not a ‘memory’ or a ‘past life’, yet rather something that wants your attention because it is probably stuck or in trauma and needing love. Seeing things as ‘past’ or ‘ancient’ is a 3D filtering of 4D and higher realities to make them seem safer and more distant from us. You also begin to realize that you can change and alter these timelines that have seemed to be ‘from the past’, leading to exponential healing of karma. This is the process we engage with in SoulFullHeart sessions with people, quite amazing and transformative stuff!
 
THIS is a very alive and interesting phase to BE in. We are invited to accept it as it is and trust that every step is necessary to acclimate and calibrate to the transition and transformation that is coming and is happening in this Now!!

The photos were taken yesterday here on the beach… we were quite captivated by the stretchy clouds like cobwebs across the sky….unusual for here. This mermaid with wings ‘stuck around’ for almost an hour, hovering right over us. I felt she represented our star BEing self, a merging of the waters and of the angelic.
