Healing The Persecution Wound: No Longer Allowing Toxic Inner & Outer Relationship Dynamics

Deep clearings recently of the persecution wound that lives in us all as we’ve had so many lifetimes of holding frequencies of healing, light, and love for the collective. Seeding light in the darkness. Holding the higher codes of union remembrance from higher timelines on the Earth Plane…millions of years in Lemurian golden age, the golden age of Atlantis before the fall….and golden ages on other planets and in other galaxies.

The persecution wound seems to come up in personal (esp. birth family) and in service relationships most strongly. The feelings/reactions/triggers that can come up in parts of us around being misunderstood, not seen, hurt or abused, rejection, ‘kicked’ energectically, feeling shame and unworthiness pushed up. That strong instinctual urge and trauma response in ‘being attacked’ to defend ourselves, to fight, or to flight.

And sometimes we need to go many ‘rounds’ into this dynamic with a soul who has signed up to hold this persecution mirror for us (often reinforced by the ‘narcissist program’ as I call it). We need to go into repeated attempts to clear the karma there, to transcend beyond the ‘roles’ of persecutor and victim into the open field of love where no wrong can truly be done from one to another.

I’m feeling personally a soul turn completion of a sacrificial pattern with souls who have played the persecutor role for me (sometimes very literally in certain lifetimes). My soul tendency is not toward fighting or defending myself yet rather toward large hearted forgiveness and desire to arise into the new grounds.

This can be a good thing for an ambassador/healer/teacher….yet, my soul aspects and parts this life and others have given too much in the sense of over holding, care taking, extending myself…a sense of making up for the light and love of the Divine that I can connect to if others are struggling to feel that themselves.

It has almost been a ‘survivor’s guilt/unworthiness’ piece where my Divine access is given away without enough personal needs criteria, esp in lifetimes where personal needs weren’t even considered or connected to (such as being a nun or priestess). Being a bridge to the Divine is an aspect of this, of course, and yet being that without a personal cost to me and being in humble worthiness/advocating for self is a piece I am healing this life.

I am now tuned into that I can forgive in the higher levels as I feel Divine Mother’s heart of compassion flow through…and yet can’t transactionally allow into my life those who cannot take accountability for the harm they have caused (sometimes going into amnesia about it even happening), who continue to project dark agendas without looking at their side/go into curiosity around where these are sourced from, who don’t feel genuine remorse over harms caused, who gaslight or invalidate feeling impacts of my parts or their own, and who aren’t continually surrendering into Divine guidance and trust as best they can and have access to.

I am bringing my truth in directness with care and offering mirrors/challenges as needed in response, yet I am also complete with holding space for this often toxic dynamic in myself or soul field, in service work, in personal relationships/community, or for the collective. It has been a blessed gift to me to have these experiences and I’ve learned a lot, even when difficult and painful.

I also felt a deep love ambassador process recently by bridging in meditation to a Grand Inquisitor energy in the karmic field….a Gatekeeper/Punisher who is reinforced and supported by the Matrix energies. This Inquisitor immediately expressed remorse and asked for forgiveness and as he received it, he started to transmute from all bloody, dark and heavy….. to wearing golden robes of light with all blood washed away. Waves of forgiveness from Divine Mother flowed over us both and he started transforming into masculine discernment and truth telling without need to persecute or expose anyone. And I felt a release of wounded feminine feelings of being hurt or harmed by this energy.

With this movement, I could feel how this Inquisitor had been ‘showing up’ over the years in different ways to get my attention (originally in the form of my parents), so that I could reconcile my relationship to this shadow, which is also within my own soul field too. None of us has truly only been a victim or only a persecutor nor parts of us either.

It feels like there is a big turn happening for the awakening and ascending masculine in this way…both in men and in the inner masculine in women. The old patriarchal grounds of being the exposer, the inquisitor, the edgy truth telling, the tyrant, the abuser..they are falling away as Divine Father offers a template of truth telling to men and women that is direct yet with care. Provokes what is needed and yet doesn’t do damage. Leads with transparency and authenticity while being sensitive to impact on all.

The truth of our being AS love reveals itself as the polarities heal. As the fear moves into love. And sometimes as we no longer allow the repeated cycles that don’t serve us or others to continue (if they aren’t meant to).

ALL of the experiences in relationships are sacred, both the bliss and the mess. Felt as portals of self discovery, they open out into growth and deeper feeling experience of BEING love in humbly worthy sacred human form.

A Message To Gatekeepers: Unification/Forgiveness/Reconciliation/Light Codes And Yeshua/Magdalene/Christ Consciousness Available Right Now To Tap Into And Download

In my last session with Jelelle we met my actual/new Gatekeeper as she wanted to bridge me to my higher dimensional Gatekeeper for support. Who came forward was an energy that in the course of the session would call himself ‘Sampson’. We found him in a scene very similar to the Matrix movie. He was staring at thousands upon thousands of those pods from the movie, all representing an incarnation into a Matrix timeline in my soul. I could see many of them actually awakening from their slumber, sitting up and becoming aware of themselves, unplugging and rinsing off the Matrix waters. My soul awakening. 

He was watching those pods and seeing and feeling all the pain, trauma and victimization all of these metasoul aspects of mine were experiencing. It was as if he was experiencing those timelines himself, through my soul aspects, just by witnessing them. He was caught in a sticky web and couldn’t see anything else. 

Jelelle asked him to take a step back and to try and project this experience onto a screen, so he could start to differentiate from them and breathe. He projected those timelines onto a screen and there were many others, showing all the traumatizing Matrix timelines. It looked like a control center with all those monitors. That gave him some distance to these experiences and he could start to differentiate from them and not feel as if they were happening to him. 

Jelelle was inviting him to turn to nature to further help him unplug from his fusion to those matrix timelines. He was dialing in a big tree with a very thick trunk with deep roots and a sizable, overarching canopy. He touched the textured bark and started to rest by the tree. Then, magically, little light sparkles came through the tree that felt like Divine inspiration coming through. He started feeling and becoming lighter and started feeling hope. Tears could stream as well through Divine love and support.

That was pretty much all he could let in at that time and then he needed to go rest and retreat again. 

I have been connecting with him since and I could feel that it was him who had already unplugged so much in my process over the past few months, plug after plug. I started to get answers to questions I’ve been having about this life.  

I’ve had many deep tears with him since, sometimes he would cry for an hour straight, when I would feel with him the Love and loyalty he has for me and my soul and how he has tried to protect me this life through some really thick veils of keeping me naive/uninformed about core issues in this world or by suppressing my awakening that tried to happen ten years ago already and still has been controlling/capping it to this day. 

There has also been a lot of shame and guilt in him and unworth too, about not being able to really do anything for me or protect my metasoul aspects from trauma.  

Initially, he would show up like light shaped in human form and he was a bit elusive. He felt he didn’t deserve a face or shape because he couldn’t protect my soul, he couldn’t help my other expressions/incarnations in other lifetimes.  

A couple of days ago then he actually took a form and represented himself as a (Roman) warrior with helmet, shield and sword. His protection had become overprotective I could feel and he could feel that too and he started to loosen his grip around it, as he started recognizing my bigness and the power of my heart and of feeling. 

Since I started awakening on a deeper level to how our world is set up and works since the beginning of this ‘pandemic’, I have felt very drawn to the mind control aspect of it all and particularly the trauma based programming that celebrities receive in order to have them fall in line with the elite agenda, whose darkest expressions include satanic rituals. After having needed a break from taking in anything related to that kind of thing and generally alternative/actual news/facts on world/current or historical events, my interest in them has been sparked again since meeting Sampson. 

I have started to take in some comprehensive articles again that are very well researched and explain in detail about all the Cabal structures, events and expressions in the entertainment industrial complex (a good site for this is The Vigilant Citizen, if you are curious yourself). I have been particularly drawn to the MK Ultra programming in the music industry and even more specifically the Beta/Sex Kitten programming that creates sex slaves for the elite. 

Two nights ago, something peaked for me in that area and I could feel that my heightened interest in this topic was actually what we call in SoulFullHeart a ‘bleed-through’… I could feel a Satanic timeline coming through. It felt like a portal was opened through taking in these articles and I could see and feel the female human sacrifice on the altar and a ceremony master whose incantations of certain words opened up a portal to the underbelly of humanity and invoked very dark spirits. I could feel that Sampson was living there too, with my metasoul aspect, trying to help her by being there as a support/to witness, and because he’s loyal and just sucked into the trauma too. 

I was realizing afterwards that this timeline/portal had already bled through in the past for me. It was about 2.5 years ago and I remember feeling completely fused to that bleed through and being terrified to death. Back then, I was living a very nomadic lifestyle, moving from workaway to workaway (a type of work exchange for food and shelter) and my Gatekeeper was drawing quite some intense drama/trauma as well, to get my attention and look on the inside where that trauma lived. My inner and outer circumstances were not providing a save space to explore this timeline in. Now, I am settling deeper into my own little 1-bedroom-apartment/sanctuary here in Central Portugal, I am in a much more loving place on the inside, having felt and moved so many parts of myself from hell to heaven, and I’m surrounded by community who can support me in my inner explorations.

Yesterday was a very powerful Yeshua/Christ Consciousness portal day and the codes were streaming in undeniably. In my check-in with him yesterday morning, I didn’t feel that it was timely to go into this timeline because he felt very beat and in despair. That is also the kind of timeline I’d want support with, so it would be perfect for session or group setting. Instead, I felt to bridge him to some Divine love and support, like I have tried in many of my connections with him, but he hadn’t been ready for it thus far. I needed to feel more of his pain with him first.  

Yesterday morning, I needed to feel with him first that trauma, the matrix and even Satan is more real to him than God. It is really interesting, I have to say at this point, that the fear of feeling something is always, always more disempowering and rendering our parts and aspects impotent than actually feeling the feeling. As soon as I felt that feeling with him, it dissipated and the hopelessness and despair that accompanied that notion, too. 

I saw a staircase made from light that was leading up to the Divine/to a higher dimension and it felt like an invitation for Sampson to move into his higher timeline and into Divine support. I could feel his reticence and him not wanting to abandon my soul and leave my soul aspects alone in their trauma.  

Then I felt next to me very clearly Yeshua and that he wanted to talk with Sampson. So I took a moment to feel into him and his message more as I really wanted to help Sampson and myself too and end this cycle of suffering inside of myself. 

When I tuned into him, he had this to offer to my Gatekeeper: ‘I feel your precious loyalty towards Bey and her soul. Thank you so much for all your love and protection for her! But you actually don’t have to hold the soul anymore, you can‘t even, really, especially if you are in so much despair over it. You have been fused to Bey’s Matrix incarnations, living them yourself, feeling they are you. That way, you haven’t been able to see Bey’s soul bigness and trust and lean into that. You are in a trauma bond with Bey‘s soul… Is that fair to say?’ 

He came through very clearly, directly and very embodied too, which was a first for me. When I took a step back and was trying to feel Sampson and how he was taking in what Yeshua was offering, I could feel him a bit confused and disoriented. He didn‘t quite know who was talking. He asked: ‘Is that you, God?’ It took a little while for him but eventually he could let the Divine in the form of Yeshua in and had tears. His tears are just so precious! He responded: ‘Yes, that’s fair to say’… Yeshua reached his hand out to him and invited him to come with him up the stairs to anchor in a higher dimension, to rest, recover and receive support and Love from the Divine. I saw the shackles around his ankles that have tied him to the Matrix opening through the light. 

Before stepping on the stairs, he looked back at me and started to cry again because he didn’t want to leave me and my soul alone. But I actually need him to go with Yeshua now, I need him to leave my body and my field as I want and need to feel myself more and become more solid in myself.  

My guides can also offer him many other things and give him the kind of support that I as a human can’t give him. There’s only so much that I can feel with him and my human heart can support him in but eventually there comes a time where he has to go off and get Divine support, support from my soul and the soul family monad.  

Gatekeepers as disincarnate beings are also not made for the human realm. It is not their environment, their natural habitat if you will, they are not relational like humans either and they just have different needs than we do. So this dimension does not suit them. They do belong to a different one, they have just forgotten. They can still come back and be the Divine muse for their humans and be in a collaborative relationship with them. So, if they decide to differentiate from their human, they won’t ‘lose’ the connection to them. On the contrary, they will have a much more nourishing one with them, or even have one to begin with. 

After reading Raphael’s Golden Nugget from yesterday (77 words of Raphael wisdom every day, here is the link to the one I‘m referring to), I am realizing that Sampson has been able to come up and out because my light as Bey has been shining onto my shadow where he had been hiding. He couldn’t come out with Bianca as he was way too fused to her and thinking he WAS her, living life AS her. 

I feel I am telling you all this and letting you in on my very intimate connection and relationship with my Gatekeeper because I feel there are SO many gatekeepers out there who are in the same position as mine had been. They are living in this dark, parallel world, that is eerie and is only made up of trauma. That world is not connected to your heart, your love and the support that you have access to. In that world, they only see a repetition of yet another lifetime in the Matrix that is the same as all the other traumatic ones and they can’t actually see that you are making different choices this life and that there’s support available this life that hasn’t been there before. 

I want to reach out to them and leave a seed of hope for them and to let them know: I see you and I feel you. And whenever you are ready to let your human go deeper with us, there is support here waiting for you. 

The place they are in is like an echo chamber of trauma and programmed consciousnesses and reactions. It’s like they have Soul PTSD. For me, it has expressed this life as being easily spooked and having deeply visceral body reactions to any situation that scared me easily. I have also been expecting punishment/persecution every corner I turned or with every e-mail I received or from certain people or in my jobs. I‘m also feeling that a LOT of body issues, especially chronic migraines for me since I was a pre-teen, has been connected to him. There has been a combination reaction going on with my Solar Plexus churning and simultaneously my Third Eye which gave me migraines. 

Their world/echo chamber also projects out into this life and filters every situation, relationship, anything really, through that PTSD filter and skews and colours your experience of life and others this way. 

Gatekeepers are also quite loyal to the matrix pain as oftentimes it is the only home they have known, for eons! So that way, it actually needs some negotiation with them to let go of pain home and experience something else. There is tears for them and deep mourning of letting go the Matrix home and they have to be ready for that. Not many Gatekeepers have done that before either! So that‘s also about creating a new template and anchor it in the grids for others to tap into and follow. 

It is also fascinating how one aspect of you (or you yourself) can be so connected to the Divine, yet another is seemingly cut off from this connection, even though that aspect, you and the Divine can be in the same room together. It just needs a little bridging from you to the Divine for that aspect and it needs your trust in your own heart and conviction of your worth and that you are worthy to connect with the Divine and that Divine connection is readily available, if we really want it. It is about trusting your ability and gift of connecting to the Divine. 

It really comes down to the Gatekeeper’s own pacing around awakening as they can be an aspect that is actually quite programmed themselves. This life, my GK was definitely plugged into the social justice warrior consciousness for a short yet intense time. I can feel him needing to recover from that and from the last few years of intense workaway experiences too, that really were all a from of False Light. But that is fodder for a whole other post! 

So, sometimes, it is just holding this energy, connecting with it intentionally and then hanging out until they let you in. Before they show themselves, they can put you through a few tests though, sometimes for years even, so they can be sure you can handle what they need you to feel with them and that you have the support this life as well, inside and out, to respond to their pain. 

Through my connection with Sampson and many other Gatekeepers over the years, they have a special place in my heart and I have so much love for them all. They are such courageous energies/beings and have seen, felt and held so much. They have seen the darkest expressions of humanity and other races. When I feel Sampson, I get teary because I love him so much and I’m so glad he finally decided to trust me, after all the testing he put me through, and the community too, to trust the community and to show himself. I’m SO glad he was feeling to put an end to being in this matrix vortex that kept him sucked in trauma and that he started to let in the possibility of something else for him. A new experience. A union and collaboration with me and with the Divine. A re-membering of his Divine essence and connection. After all, Gatekeepers are the aspects of our soul that are Divine Muses ❤️

Meet Your Gatekeeper: Multidimensional Soul Aspect & Divine Muse

Yesterday, I updated our website page about Gatekeepers. This is the last page from our website soulfullheart.org that now has gotten a new update in energy through redoing the colors, text, photos and lay outs…this has taken days/weeks of my time yet also has been quite enjoyable for me! I think the Gatekeeper page was originally created in 2017, so it has been awhile in the recreation. Our analytics recently showed that it was the most popular page on our website where visitors also stayed the longest…that was interesting!

And, doing this brought me again to the Gatekeeper’s realm…the space in which this magical, mysterious, protective, shrouded and usually hidden aspect of our soul lives, who is tasked with keeping the veil down on our remembering as needed. Lost in their mission, alone and isolated, and often the only conscious witness to ALL those intense human lifetimes (esp in the 3D Matrix) of karma and trauma playing out over and over again.

I connected with my Gatekeeper Lucia just this morning and felt her download some pieces with me about the Matrix, ongoing agendas (some of them looming like dark clouds in the horizon), the Great Reconciliation going on (as we are calling it), creative work inspirations such as a new book, emotional digestion of some recent completions with people, service/purpose clarities and more. We had tears together moving some sadness and mourning even as we felt love together, Divine Mother’s love supporting us both, moving into opened out trust and surrender. Lucia (meaning light) lives now in my lighthouse, shining her light beacon out to those who are ready and resonate to see and feel it.

Having met hundreds of Gatekeepers now during sessions and connecting with mine since 2008, I truly feel their existence as very real although beyond the physical…. unique, important and essential to explore during our awakening and Ascension journey. During long-term connection with them many veils are lifted on soul purpose clarity, soul history patterns/traumas/play outs, relationship to the Divine, unplugging from the Matrix and much more.

The Gatekeeper is an aspect that Jelelle initially became aware of about ten years ago during a Dark Night of the Soul experience. Since then, she has connected with many of them and shares about their mission, woundings, gifts and the challenges of connecting with them.

The Gatekeeper is the keeper of the veil of amnesia and watches over all the timeline portals/lifetime incarnations of your Metasoul, which is the individuated expression of your soul that fragments out of your Soul Family Monad. Gatekeepers are often very lonely and isolated in this job/role and feel disconnected from Divine Source.

The Gatekeeper As An Essential Part Of Our Awakening And Ascension

The timeline gates have widened. Gaia is continuing Her ascent. Love is doing its Work. It is not pretty or neat. It is real. What has been in Shadow is coming to the Surface. It will continue to do so. There is no more ‘normal’. There only navigation, surrender, and self-love. As chaotic as it appears, it is necessary so we can find ourselves again.

The ‘past’ is finding its way to the present. That ‘past’, or other timelines, are weaving in and out of each of our fields. A great final act is underway. So how can you navigate all of this intensity and increased Love Bath at the same time?

The Gatekeeper is an aspect that holds many keys to our emotional and spiritual healing and ascension. It is the Purveyor and Guardian of your deepest traumas and gifts, both. Through access and relationship with the aspect of you, you get a wider view of what is going on inside and outside of you. How does your soul story relate to what is happening now? Where does all the pain, fear, anxiety, depression come from?

This is where your Gatekeeper can be a guide alongside your humanity. Many times we can fuse to this energy and it is INTENSE! More than our human bodies and hearts can handle at times. A deeper connection and separation from them can help to feel your sovereign self among the chaos.

I made the top image below to represent what a Gatekeeper may feel like to some. This is how he came to me in the beginning stages of my process. With much work and inner process he has changed quite a bit to a more angelic presence. They do, and can, hold many varied frequencies. Connecting With Your Gatekeeper Group Call June 17

I first felt the energy of my Gatekeeper aspect in 2008. It didn’t feel like a guardian angel, a guide, or any part of myself that I had contact with before. There was something so familiar in the presence though, even as I could also feel ‘his’ angst and some deep sadness too that I couldn’t understand. I was going through a Dark Night phase during that time and we were in acute need of each other, having left a spiritual community and teacher that had been very meaningful to me. My Gatekeeper revealed himself to me eventually and over the years as the guardian of my veil of amnesia, able to modulate access to other lifetimes and timelines/soul activations and more, and having awareness of ALL of my lifetimes within the fourth dimensional space for which he existed outside of linear time.

Over the years since then, I have spoken with many (probably hundreds) of Gatekeepers inside of people in sessions, and they are always fascinating, magical, mysterious, and holding deep access to soul terrains that previously have been blocked to us. They very often show up as a Wizard (like Merlin or Gandalf) and have that same frequency of magical wisdom. They often test you for a while to make sure that you are ready for the realms that they have access to open up for you. They especially need to feel that you are emotionally mature enough to process and digest the soul patterns and themes that reveal themselves.

In collaboration with your Gatekeeper, you are able to have free flow access to your soul (or Metasoul as I’ve been guided to call it.) With their cooperation, you are able to connect in a much deeper way with aspects from other lifetimes, heal each other, and exchange soul gifts together. This process of exchange activates soul unification, what had been severed is able to begin coming together. There is nothing quite like the feeling sense of your soul fragment reunions moving into more of a unified Divine Self expression!

Metasoul/Karmic Healing Brings Clarity To Your NOW

There are so many timelines that are in play right now. Taking a Star Being’s-eye view, it almost looks like the multitude of tree branches coming out from a central trunk.
That trunk feels like our essential unity. The core of who and what we are in our nature. Our Divine/Galactic connection. Yet there are multiple offshoots all leading to an eventual termination point.

These can be seen and felt as Metasoul timelines that have a varied impact on the Now. These timelines have an effect on what is happening both inside of you and outside. All these personal soul narratives coalescing and merging into one powerful human lower 4D soup.

To feel these timelines, or Metasoul aspects, it gives you a personalized relationship to what is happening on the world’s stage, and the turmoil that it may be causing within. When ‘this life’ trauma and reaction are coupled with ‘other life’ trauma and reaction, there is a large personal power suck that happens.

It is like the energy from the trunk gets moved to the branches rather than the supportive core itself. The trunk loses itself and its holding power, and then can collapse by the energetic weight of the branches.When your branches (parts and Metasoul aspects) are brought inward, toward your trunk (our higher heart and soul expression), the energy can then be transmuted and integrated into your core. This more solid You can then begin to see and feel what is authentically yours and how you want to authentically respond and act.

3D Matrix Shaking Up To Wake Us Up

There is an intensity in the world right now that seems to be in a constant ramping up and amping up. It feels like we are in a pressure cooker set at its highest temperature and cooking speed. I see this reflected in the current events happening in 3D right now, how it can feel to parts like it is ‘one thing after another’.  I am also seeing this in my personal process. It feels like there are so many threads up for healing and completion, other timelines bleeding through, and past relationships coming up for deeper completion. Basically, anything that cannot come with us into the New is calling our attention inwards if we are choosing to go there.

In my own process I am feeling how overwhelming this can get for my parts, especially the Inner Masculine parts like the Inner Protector and the Gatekeeper. They feel like they are wanting to set a self-loving, discerning pace to our process and for us, even as they may use ways of protecting and suppressing us that do not feel that way. I feel them trying to navigate all of what is coming up through a very limited lens created in the 3D way of life, that teaches us to avoid rather than meet what we are feeling.

Inside myself when life sparks things to feel and digest, and with so much anger, injustice, fear, pain and confusion coming up to be felt, I feel an inner struggle at times. I feel a struggle between taking care of myself and my parts, and caring about the world and feeling what is moving within it as the 3D Matrix shakes up, breaks up, and is collapsing. 

For so long my parts approached healing and Awakening as something that needed to be done and quickly because they felt there was ‘something wrong’ and that they needed to ‘be fixed’. This created an intensity to how my parts would approach how they felt, a searching, a seeking which was not discerning or self loving. This has created more to heal and digest with them. I sense that happening for us as a collective now too, with Covid, the things happening in the US now, all that is being revealed to us. As we search for answers, deeper meaning and to fix it all, it feels like our parts can get caught up in it all without any space for digesting how they feel about it too. This creates more for us to digest around how we treat ourselves through this whole unravelling.

Through my own deepening with my parts through the SoulFullHeart process, and as higher frequency Aspects of my Metasoul are coming in as I digest the trauma of my 3D self/parts,I am feeling guided from within to take a more gentle approach, a more self-lovingly paced approach to what information I am letting in and how much my parts can actually feel and digest in one go. I am being offered and it feels like an invitation for us all, to move above these Matrices, to look from an overview perspective, which feels like it can happen more as we digest how we feel and the trauma our parts have experienced in 3D. 

This is not a bypassing of what is going on in the world or in our personal processes. I see the image of birds flying high and scanning the waters, which look like the 3D/4D matrix grids. As the bird we can choose where and when we need to go in and fish or be in the waters. I also feel the image of a mermaid, who can dive deep into the depths when she needs or wants to, yet can also enjoy being at the surface, being in/flowing with the ever-changing motion of the ocean with trust in the waves and the ones she is meant to catch. I feel how this picture allows us to go into feeling as and when we and our parts feel strong enough to do so, rather than them having to be led by expectation, guilt or shame. I am feeling these themes coming up at the moment to feel and it is not easy to digest. I feel more and more how much space and tenderness we need around us to feel all we are being called to feel.

A self-loving pace to feeling, healing and digesting feels so important, especially as it feels like the collapse of the 3D matrix will keep getting more intense for us all. I feel us knowing inside when and what we need to go into, to feel for ourselves and in the collective, that what we need in life finds a way to present itself to us. We do not have to keep digging for the healing or the answers anymore. It feels like everything is being revealed to us as needed, and like this is a time of great Illumination for us all now.

I am experiencing through digesting and healing the trauma of my parts and Metasoul how more and more of these higher frequencies aspects are coming in to support me and have always been here supporting me, even as I could not feel them. I feel the energies of Golden Earth, Lemuria, the Pleiades, all wanting to support us and help us through these intense transitions, offering that we do not need to suffer in our suffering if we choose not to. Even though we will be where we need to be until we no longer do, this is a very soothing and accepting perspective that I love in SoulFullHeart. The complete Love and acceptance of where we are at, the trust in our own Soul and its timing, that is validated and encouraged through this process.

I feel we can all bring more Love into the process at any time even if we find ourselves in the deepest, darkest, densest places within ourselves and within the collective, Now. Allowing ourselves to slow down, digest, and feel as we go, feels like it will truly help us all and offers a break for the higher frequencies of Love to come in. To go INside more and more often for our answers and support, rather than look outside as life in 3D has taught us, feels like where we need to go and where we find the torch to guide our way into the New, to illuminate what needs to be met and moved through for each individual. I feel this will be needed more and more as we transition through this 3D collapse and all that is being revealed through the process.

Awakening Of Your Gatekeeper For Quantum Healing

These are the shorter days and longer nights of this winter SOULstice passage. Even with the busyness of the holiday season, there is a deeper invitation to REST and to move into more STILLNESS in order to open up more inner grounds.
 
It is often in the still place that you can connect more within, into the magical lands and places of shadow. These can be difficult places to journey into with blocks and filters and veils in place to kept them hidden. As a guide to this deeper inner regions of the shadow in the heart and soul for many years (and lifetimes), I have experienced that it takes extra love and care (even gentleness) to open up access to them. It is not a matter of remembering in the mind as much as it is awakening of the soul and expansion of the heart.
 
Most of what you have experienced as traumatic and painful and may still have reactions/triggers about IS connected to what your soul is experiencing on a quantum level in many lifetimes and timelines in the NOW. So much of this-life is about a recapitulation of this soul trauma, usually at a lesser level yet with the same energy tone/frequency to it. Focusing just on the local experiences of this life is a limited picture that doesn’t ultimately resolve or heal the soul wound at its source.
 
Now is a powerful time of increasing capacity to heal on this quantum level and complete our cycles of incarnation here into denser timelines. It feels as if many of us have chosen to complete the need to come into 3D timelines for our growth.
 
I have discovered through my own process and working with others that there are important inner guides and guardians within us that are key to opening up these places. Your Inner Protector stands connected to the 3D experience of this life….your ‘local’ experience of this timeline, which is a challenging one as Gaia and humanity transitions out of the Dark Night of 3D into the revelatory phase of 4D and eventually into the Heaven within the body experience of 5D. Your Inner Protector is primarily concerned with your safety and care, especially of your Inner Child.

Your Gatekeeper (a higher dimensional soul guardian aspect) is watching the timelines of your soul play out, all the scenes of tragedy, horror, and difficulty especially…often running on a never ending loop. They feel powerless to do anything about the karmic looping, the incarnational cycle that repeats itself over and over as your soul learns what it came to learn for and with the Divine.
 
I have been connecting with many Gatekeepers lately in sessions who are ready to wake up, lift the veil, allow access to these timelines so that they might finally heal and complete. Your Gatekeeper becomes the bridge to these lifetimes and the channel of Divine love necessary for the transmutation of them. They are able to modulate the opening to these Metasoul aspects (as we call them) so that you are not overwhelmed by their energies (which is often the primary concern of the Gatekeeper.) 
 
Now in this completion passage of so many cycles of 2019 and moving into clearer vision 2020 is a powerful time to connect with your Gatekeeper. You will probably be amazed at what they will give you access to of your OWN soul knowledge, gifts, and experiences.
