Feeling a deep movement that wants to go even deeper into the trust I need personally for the unfolding of the next (and higher) timeline…. I’m sure many of you can relate to this feeling too, especially as March clears and we can sort through the debris and intensity of what moved and is still moving through.
April feels like we will have some more balancing possible, yet maybe not for too long… As the burning and learning process of this past month continues to unfold. I feel like we are being expedited now, brought through what is no longer necessary for our next phases of our personal growth as we are invited to hunker down and feel within what truly needs to move, heal, and be loved UP.
I feel so much the impermanence of everything… Every relationship, geography, career/job, physical weight/look of the body, and even spiritual beliefs and what resonates. I feel how every single relationship to anything or anyone in our lives is invited to be held with this lens and we are all invited to keep holding the parts of us that are afraid of change and letting go, or even letting in deeper what is already in motion in our lives.
I’m very much feeling my own process in all of what I just offered… How much deeper I need to be able to trust what happens next and lead my parts into a deeper trust too…. In me, in the Divine, in love itself.
April is here, March is ‘over’…. It’s time to move on from what was to fully experience what IS and allow the unfolding of what will be.

I’d been baking on this idea for a while… feeling inspired to try something new, which is to take on offering an ongoing vlog series for as long as I feel to, posting as often as I feel to and as long as it arises in a genuine way. I’m not quite ready to take on the same ’33 Day’ series that Jelelle has now done two years in a row! But maybe someday? 🙂
This first video is a very brief (about 4min) introduction and intention-setting from me as I set the stage for this. I have some topics in my heart that I’d like to talk about, including digesting some things that are often talked about and giving them a ‘SoulFullHeart-spin’. They include anxiety and depression and some new layers to discover as you feel your own; my personal process with parts/Metasoul work and how it could help you; various spirituality and Ascension-related topics, such as the different ways in which you may experience your own Ascension, awakening, and healing paths. Really the list of possibilities is endless and I’m open to requests as well, as nothing is set in stone and I very much want this to benefit and be in response to you, your parts, and your own heart and soul.
As I say in the video, I embrace fully the learning experience ahead of me with dipping my toe into the waters of holding these videos and this expression of service of love! I have clarity and wisdoms to share from my own process and experience and some that are still on the way too that maybe we will discover together.

It’s been a week of digesting some waves of letting go and letting in… featured this week is a piece by Jelelle Awen and Raphael Awen too, as they transparently and vulnerably share about the completion of their 10 year marriage and beloved Sacred Union. In this writing, they share their appreciation of each other and what they had, even as they walk out a deep letting go of the romance. Their experience of Sacred Union is a powerful template for a new way to be in relationship and in a romantic bond. As Jelelle writes,
“We always held our sacred union as a moment by moment choice….not like a ‘death till us part’ vow…..not something that would bind and tie as in 3D marriages. Yet, rather we entered into each moment transacting with the bond between us that would arise to serve love to each of us…..or wouldn’t. To be in a sacred union like this is to feel always that something is ‘at stake’ even as it becomes more and more comfortable to be truly vulnerable and intimate with each other. This kind of sacred union asks you to always keep deepening the sacred union within you in order to be able to transact it with each other from a place of overflow. And sometimes, too, it also asks you to commit to that inner sacred union with complete devotion and focus for a phase of time.”
There is much NEW on the horizon as well, as Jelelle and her daughter Raianna Shai plan a major relocation to Europe in the coming months with a focus on serving love in different geographies. More details on this as it unfolds.

Energy Update: March has felt like the longest month in some ways, hasn’t it? It definitely feels like time was stretched over the course of these last 28 days. And now, coming up around the bend, we have our final ‘333’ day of this ‘3’ month in this ‘3’ year. Phew! I, for one, will be happy and relieved with this ‘month’ is over and more concrete steps can be laid for the moving on from the rubble and chaos into more order, even if it’s only temporary.
This month has so felt like a burning inferno of change and destabilization of old timelines. A month of burning and learning. We have been asked to not only walk on but co-create with the Divine (and those close to us too in some cases), NEW bridges to NEW life phases that hold much unknown in them.
It has felt in moments like these new bridges have been veiled in a thick fog too, adding extra mystery as to what could be waiting for us on the other side, yet the invitation to deeply trust the process, trust the Divine, trust that we are LOVED, has been there too. To TRUST that any risks taken this month WILL lead to more goodness, more love, and even more service of love if you’re oriented to that as I am.
Parts of you have likely been reacting to sudden changes in course or personal alchemy, to changes in relationships of all kinds, to sudden shifts at work even, especially if it is work that doesn’t align with your soul calling or what you, your growth, and your Ascension path truly need right now. Consciousness has been shaken up this month too. Lots of pots have been stirred big time by the Divine this month, giving all of us a lot to process!
All of these shake-ups have stirred up other timelines your soul is anchored in too. The veils have been super thin this whole month, giving us the opportunity to work some darker or lower-vibe pieces, integrating the gifts they offer as they teach us so much about ourselves and patterns we’ve fallen into in THIS lifetime/timeline.
A big soul process for me this month has been feeling where my soul aspects are still learning about healthy self-validation, serving love without concern of ‘performing’ or even ‘being seen’, clearing old ways of relating to people in general… it’s been a lot but it’s been right on time too, as the soul calling to step up and get bigger in order to serve more is getting stronger and clearer.
On this next ‘333 day’, it feels like we can expect perhaps some more of the shadows in each of us to become illuminated as they have been all month, along with poignant moments of celebration and excitement for what’s to come too.
I also get the sense that this coming weekend will offer some completions of deep processes held this month and a launch pad for the next phase where yes, there will still be much that is new and unknown, yet clarity will be stronger as long as you can stay the course and keep feeling your parts, your soul, and all of your desires too. ❤

When a once beloved timeline shatters in our world, there is much to be with inside. Parts of us sometimes scramble to find the answer, a solution, a way to patch up what is coming apart or breaking. They do this in moments of knowing how much there is to feel about it all and they react in understandable fear and feelings of, ‘what NOW then?’
When life takes a sudden shift, we can’t see the forest for the trees. We can’t see the bigger picture right away, nor are we meant to. We can’t actually understand with deep clarity yet about why this is happening right now or what will happen next as a result of it. In the eye of a storm or the middle of an earthquake, all you can really do is surrender… and that takes the most courage of all. Surrender and feel… and just keep feeling.
More timelines will shatter and scatter… more aspects of our lives as we’ve known them so far will come apart. This is one of those shadowy aspects of our Ascension but it’s not as dark as it seems in moments… the heart has to break to break open sometimes and the goodness that comes from this process is actually quite deep and far-reaching.
This is what I’m leaning into personally right now as more shifts unfold in my life. I’ve been through many, many big timeline shifts already, some that have felt more devastating and been quite a bit harder than others. This latest one is about my ‘community’ as I’ve known and experienced it starting to go through a kind of diaspora. Gabriel and I are making new choices as they all do, feeling in every moment what our next desires are, individually first and then seeing if and how it aligns together.
I’m also witnessing the touching and deep ways in which beloveds of mine are navigating their own big shifts and changes. It’s a lot to process yet the courage it takes to make each new decision while putting self-love first, is something you don’t soon forget as it stays with you always. 💙
With big changes come big realizations and opportunity for awakenings… invitations to feel your alchemy deeper and trust in it more too, while you discover more about who you are, who you’ve been, and who you most want to be.
No part of us can stay in devastated reactions if we can hold them and their pain, take this time as a phase of discovering something new about ourselves and our life’s patterns to date, and make conscious decisions from the heart and soul both that will unfold in the name of and in alignment with, Love.

Waves of love and frustration, moments of fear and movements into deeper trust… a thin veil that has helped me experience another Metasoul connection to a timeline that feels important to keep feeling into. One that influences and infuses my current one with pain that needs to heal on a deep level, especially as service of love continues to beckon and the desire to be in a new, even more self-loving place within me continues to deepen. These are the experiences I have personally had lately through this Equinox and Supermoon passage as I continue my own personal transition into my Higher Timeline and feel all there is to feel along the way.
This Equinox and Supermoon journey has brought with it so much to look at and feel. There’s always more to address as we discover more layers in our hearts and souls… the damage and pain, and the joys and gifts too. And this latest cosmic movement has been amplifying this process.
Not only has this Equinox passage been lighting up your shadow so that some parts of you hiding there can come out, but the more you are able to trust in this process and the bigger picture, you have been likely feeling lit UP too by the new possibilities even in the midst of the rubble.
Whether you are celebrating the Autumnal Equinox or the Spring Equinox as we are here today, these seasons are transitional seasons with much being pushed up to look at and feel, sometimes in what could feel like a highly dramatized or charged way. The point of this is to help us see what isn’t balanced and start to bring it back into balance, or into balance for the first time ever, as we move through this new ‘season’.
This is part of this transitional phase into the NEW… the new way of relating to ourselves and each other, the new way of living a life that is more aligned with the Divine, with love, with the ongoing Ascension process of Gaia Herself. We are always in this transition into a more sustainable and consistent higher dimensional consciousness, yet this process is amplified and in some ways expedited during this time of Equinox.
We must bring all polarities with us, leaving nothing behind. Polarities are not bad or wrong. They are what is real. You may at peace with certain aspects of your life in one moment and then as if everything is falling apart the next. These polarized experiences within and outside of you are part of this transition into greater balance and part of the overall learning, healing, and Ascension experience… the sacred ‘bliss mess’ of it all.
There are powerful and poignant energies coming in now from the Divine Father through the Sun and the Divine Mother through the moon and especially this Supermoon. This Supermoon seems to be a marriage of the two energies. Both are beaming down to support you… to feel, to heal, to move more into love on a deeper level, especially within, so you can make more health-based and self-loving choices going forward that will align you more with the infinite love they have for you.
It’s always time to choose to seek out all polarized energies within and to feel them with your warmest heart and compassion. It’s always an opportunity to feel deeper what it is you most want for your Higher Timeline. It’s OK to lean in… to ask for Divine love and support during this time, coming into more trust that it is always there for you and with you.

Sometimes, days are just rough… the seas of life move you in one direction when you thought you were moving in another.
Sometimes, the feelings you feel are just hard to feel… they seem to come out of nowhere, or, if they do come from a known somewhere, they can feel overwhelming.
Sometimes, you are in a phase of darkness, where parts of you feel as if the light will never turn on again… everything they fear happening is happening, and there’s no mantra or affirmation that seems to help you.
Sometimes… and eventually, many times over… the light turns on from within during these moments and phases. You fumble in the dark long enough, then a gentle hand guides you to the light switch. And soon you see the gentle hand is your own.
Now, in times to come, you feel the suffering through the pain start to enter your field and realize that you can move through it, be with it authentically, and find your way to healing, trust, and nourishment from inside.
Nourishment that in all of these times, can never ever leave you.
This is the process of moving onward and UPward from within.
Ascending through the heart and the deep healing of the soul.
This is the process of recognizing that the springtime of love is inside of you, not a Mecca to seek on the outside.
And a time when you see that nothing ever happens to you but with you.
This is the great turning point of our Ascension process, and our maturation as Gaian BEings.
This is not what makes us ‘worth saving’ but what wakes us up to saving, healing, loving ourselves and then, loving each other. ❤

We are living into a big crescendo right now, especially pushed up by the coming Equinox and this trinity of Supermoons. I keep being offered to call this crescendo ‘Peak Fear’ and that’s certainly what it feels like is happening. We are living into a dark time where the rumble of awakening out of 3D slumber and into lower 4D awarenesses is understandably pushing up fear.
The fear though is not so much coming from a need to fear what’s on the outside and how what’s rumbling in the collective will affect you personally. The fear is actually a reaction to what’s been in your personal shadow and is now coming up to be witnessed, felt, and ultimately loved UP. The fear of seeing timelines/lifetimes where your personal Metasoul has been involved in some of the terrible crimes that are actually quite triggering for you in this moment… yet, it’s surfacing because it’s time to not blame others for the state of the world and to begin taking responsibility, finding forgiveness and love inside so that you can feel compassion for what’s happening outside.
This is not an easy process, to really feel through these darker timelines of which your soul has been a part. Yet, we’re all invited to inhabit this sometimes daunting and heavy task with a pace we’re ready for. It feels like opting to go on journeys via Ayahuasca or Peyote or any other methods of inducing these sort of processes could add to the trauma of suddenly being thrust into these timelines of darkness, yet, if this is something you feel drawn to it may be important to go into it this way. The only piece here is to remember to hold self-love around it and to have a self-loving plan for integration and space for processing what you’ve now unearthed.
This whole process of unearthing and remembering could be much more step-by-step and self-lovingly held and paced if you choose to access your Gatekeeper first, who holds the keys to these alternate and other lifetime realities alive and well in your soul. It’s through getting to know them and negotiating with them that you can begin the descent into your inner cave, unveiling the dark and the light in your personal Metasoul. Here is a guided meditation from Jelelle to help you meet this aspect of you and to start the process of getting to know them too:
I personally have not been drawn to the intensity of plant-induced journeys and have preferred the pace of self-negotiated steps facilitated by an open-hearted other who has also been there. Yet, this is what my soul has gravitated towards with having experienced many lifetimes of these induced journeys for the sake of being an oracle, psychic, etc. and may not be what you actually need at this time.
What we’re intending to heal as a collective cannot be healed by pointing fingers. This method of shaming and blaming hasn’t worked yet in our ‘history’ to genuinely change the world we live in and how it operates. We cannot fire guns (figuratively or literally) and expect to find prolonged, sustainable peace, unless the parts of you that are attached to gunfire being the answer are deeply felt and given the love they so desperately want and need.
We cannot continue to ask world leaders to hold and give us the answers when they themselves haven’t gone inward to find what’s really going on inside of themselves or their own souls. More and more leadership is being invited out from inside of you, starting with leading your own explorations into the shadow that continues to be illuminated by what you’re hearing about, reading about, and reacting to on the outside.
The beautiful thing about all of this, is that we aren’t being asked to do it alone. We aren’t actually being asked to go deep into the desert and suffer for our ‘sins’ or find penitence and to strive for forgiveness from outside of us. We are already forgiven. We are already loved, despite it all, because we have needed to walk all of these timelines out for the sake of discovery, learning, growth, and the path back to the love we’ve come from and simply ARE. Now though… now we have the choice about what we want to do with this information and we can choose to be curious instead of fused to the same reality of Peak Fear we’ve been witnessing and perpetuating in different ways.
Much love to you as you feel into whatever your shadow is illuminating for you… I, myself, am curious too about where this exploration will take me next, for there are ALWAYS gifts to integrate from even the darkest of places we must go within and I trust deeply that I will not be the same person (in a really good way) on the other side of each journey inward.
