Are You In The Void Phase?

The void phase and space….the space ‘left behind’ when your soul wakes up inside of your 3D life and your consciousness shifts into fourth dimensional (4D) and you make choices to align with your soul frequency. I feel 4D as a consciousness phase of much sorting through, learning and re-education about the ‘real’ world from the one you’ve been taught. It is a phase of seeing the false matrix and understanding WHY it has been chosen and feeling its impact on your reality and unplugging from it. 4D waters your ‘rebel’ and the void is what happens as you push away from 3D.

The void is the space that happens when you let go of something you don’t want in order to let in more of what you do……but the something new hasn’t come quite yet or not consistently. In this void, you are no longer very often the 3D version of who you used to be and yet you are not yet your 5D/higher self coming into your body version that you most want to be either. You are in transition and in between, moving back and forth between the ‘worlds’, and riding the waves of consciousness states related to this.

The void space is what arises as your higher self and soul lead you through the awakening process of deconstruction, dismantling what has been to allow what wants to BE to arise into your life. In this process of deconstruction, you are letting go of 3D beliefs and ideas. You are sloughing off conditionings that no longer fit. This can be a VERY painful process at times as so many parts of you are identified with and attached to these 3D energies. The emotional body purges out all you’ve ingested as you detach.

Of course parts of you are attached to 3D because they have HAD to be in order to survive in the dense 3D experiment that you signed up for to grow and to learn. This attachment to 3D frequencies can especially be felt in ‘long-term relationships’ that have run out of resonant ground, yet continue on from mostly past energies and associations. These relationships can provide an anchor into 3D that feels safe and good to parts of you (especially younger aspects such as the Inner Child and Inner Teenager) as these are the dominant energies that have needed them.

The void comes from completing relationships like this, from moving on from 3D-based careers and businesses, from leaving familiar geographies, from shifting livelihood means. The impact of these choices is your process for quite awhile…the mourning, the negotiating, the eventual letting go. The letting go and more letting go as feelings of isolation, rejection, abandonment, unworthiness, disconnect all come UP from your emotional body to be felt with each movement.

So, then, what is meant to come and FILL this void and this space that has been freed up from all this letting go? When SO MUCH has been let go of…….then WHAT?

This has come up in sessions over the years with those souls who have so courageously given up and completed what hasn’t felt like them as they integrate their soul awakenings into their world. And, then, the ‘now what?’ comes up as a pressing question because they may feel the completion of the lone wolf phase and their cozy cave existence that they have so needed to be in while they went through this 4D deconstruction. However, remaining too long in the void while feeling loneliness or blocked by anxiety about moving on or existential tensions (fear to move into surrender of the Divine) or stuck in scarcity or lack (which comes naturally as you let go especially of 3D secure money earning) may keep you stuck or capped in your growth if it continues on without inner negotiation.

I’m sharing about this as I feel many souls may be at this place in the moment. I WAS at this place of void many times in my awakening journey where ‘now what?’ was the pressing question. Some souls may be here after many years of letting go and the ‘being in two worlds’ reality. Surrendering into what love wants to bring you now and where it wants to bring you comes from negotiation and feeling with the parts of you that are afraid, stuck, tense, anxious about moving out of the void and into the NEW.

Ultimately, we are invited to let go IN ORDER to then let in. Love wants to come and fill this void now. Love wants to move you into your highest reality in all moments. Love wants to fill the void that you’ve created by your soul choices. Love in the form of sacred union relationships with a mate, with sacred friendships, with commUNITY. Love wants to fill the void in the form of service of love in the soul purpose form that you are meant to offer it and then receive abundance in exchange for offering it. Love wants to fill the void in the form of sharing your gifts with the world in the ways you are called to and letting in gifts in return. In the form of giving love and receiving love in transactions that serve love.

Moving into receiving mode AND sharing mode is the next place beyond the void where you are FILLING up again….only, this time, with the most nourishing frequencies of LOVE!!

Necessity Of The Deep Dive During Awakening

Awakening is the eventual and inevitable sovereignly led going into the deep dive….into the places, nooks, and crannies of the emotional body and the soul that previously haven’t been known and cared for and seen. This deeper work can be avoided, bypassed, and diverted for only so long. This is true for ALL of us, it seems, no matter what place we claim as teacher, healer, way shower, etc.

Even those souls long awakening and having done ‘so much work’ are finding that there is still deeper to go, especially into emotional body healing. You are maybe discovering that the previously cherished joy and bliss states are becoming more temporary, fueled by transmissions from other souls perhaps more than being self generated and self empowered.

Eventually, the pain bubbles up again….showing itself as a seemingly unshakable depression or an acute anxiety that can move into panic that feels like it is attacking every living cell. Maybe this pain can be covered over for a time by a Protector part with buoyancy but that can be more superficial, like a smile whose joy never really reaches the eyes.

The vibrational frequency of the trauma calls you back again, over and over, in ways that are sometimes conscious and very often not. It mirrors through situations in your life that recapitulate it…through relationships with others primarily…..asking you to see it. Inviting you to finally FEEL it. Wanting you to relate with it rather than resist or push away.

Leading with curiousity….leading with compassion….being able to create space and separation….you are then able to BE with this pain and the parts of your self and soul that feel it. You are able to relate with the traumas expressed in specific scenes that may loop over and over like ground hog’s day until felt by you and offered to be moved into a higher vibration of light and love. You form relationships WITH these parts and aspects of you in this life and other timelines too…not to fix them, yet, rather, to KNOW them.

Through this inner relationality, soul gifts OPEN up in an authentic way that is led by you, empowered by you….owned and managed by YOU. The initial highs experienced from receiving readouts and intuitions from other healers are fading and the questions of ‘now what?’ and ‘how do I integrate this into my life?’ and ‘Why didn’t knowing that take away the pain?’ are becoming more pressing. The necessary phase of looking outside to others to tell you about your soul is completing as you are being invited to lead your OWN exploration and discover your own answers.

Your Protector/Gatekeeper becomes you main collaborator and guide as you journey together to discover, to bridge, and to transform fear to love in whatever forms and ways it shows up. More about this part and Metasoul aspects here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

This is the way we navigate the deep dive that the Divine is inviting us into during awakening. This is the way that we’ve found in SoulFullHeart leads to transmutation of trauma and pain back into love again. It is one part at a time. It is one journey and exploration at a time.

The Divine supports beautifully the bravery to go into these deeper places and will always reveal the love that is there if you are willing to look, open to feel, and trusting in the process. ~

Eclipse Energies Supporting Illumination Of Resistance To Love

There are still some residual pieces to feel as the Lion’s Gate energies continue to wan and the eclipse today shines its light… a partial eclipse, so it feels like it acknowledges the illuminating work done so far, yet wants to offer this illumination as a way to see and feel what remains in shadow too. One needs the other, needs contrast, in order to be deeply felt and let in…

It’s always amazing to me, how the capacity of our parts to filter out and resist love too is exactly the same capacity they have to hold the tears of collapse INTO love, into you, into their realities and what’s been bubbling underneath the now glassy surface.

Amazing too, how right in line with this, there can be SO much GOODNESS and LOVE to let in while also feeling the baggage to be claimed within, the places where love still needs to go in order to help you move the residue of old conditioning and the remnants of your deepest pain.

I feel this eclipse today offering this and so much more… that there always is and will be so much more, especially more love in the truest, purest sense. Ideas of abundance seem to be falling away or shifting into something new, something not materialistic at all, yet too, there are new invitations now to revisit even ‘material’ abundance and have a new relationship with it.

I feel this all so much on a personal level – the letting in of deeper and deeper love with others yet with myself and my own parts/Metasoul too. So often for me, there can be a heart-wide-open letting in feeling and experience that is like a Kundalini experience x infinity in moments, while in sometimes the very next wave there is also an experience of fear, of resistance, of self-judgment in parts of me that are trying to put the brakes on the goodness. This happens less and less now, yet it does happen. And, I feel how this is true for so many… the more love there is to let in, the more room we need to make for it.

Infinite love to you on this eclipse day… may you shine bright in your own right, in your exploration of your shadow/suppressed parts, in your deeper and deeper embracement of the love that you are. ❤

You Are Eclipsed Abundance

You are eclipsed abundance.

The direct 3D experience of life can be used as evidence by a part of us to assume a belief that since A has never, or rarely ever happened, then A is either does not exist or is some random anomaly and therefore should not be assumed as ‘real’ or a permanent fixture of existence.

Take for example….Abundance (you can replace it with Love, Romance, Purpose, etc). If our more limited 3D, or questioning and curious 4D parts of us have had many direct experiences of ‘lack’ (usually defined by these parts as not getting what they want to feel good/comfortable/safe/loved) then the belief that life IS lack is set into the creative programming structure of consciousness and…voila!…life is Lack (whatever that definition is to these parts).

The more the universe brings us that ‘truth’ the more solid the belief and it becomes like quick setting concrete in our consciousness and turning that ship around can be challenging, but not impossible (perceived by these very same parts that created it in the first place, mind you).

Lack is a reflection of our Sacred Forgetting. We veiled ourselves from Abundance to play (experience) in this dimension of This and That, or This NOT That. It is easier for these separated and disowned parts of us to assume this reality since this is the reality they live in. A disconnection from Source and the abundance it IS. So this rush to these quantum judgments and beliefs is always, in my opinion, a protection.

The protection is there to not get too attached to something that is either temporal or just doesn’t plain exist. Fully embodying this ensures that you don’t get hurt, nor abundance. The price of believing in abundance (love, romance, higher timelines, etc) is the pain of not having it, and/or the pain of actually letting it in.

There is an infinite treasure chest buried in the depth of our existential sacred wounding. Feeling the parts of you that are there to keep you from Harm and conversely from Love and Goodness assists in opening this Pandora’s Box. When you understand the Whys? then you can open your compassionate heart to these parts of you and bring them back into the experience of what ‘was’ and actually IS. That you belong in an abundant, infinite, expression of Love. It is not a quick turn around but a process of choosing something new and remembering something forgotten. This takes time, patience, and powerful choices.

This is the message I receive from this alchemical time of year. You are eclipsed abundance. You are the Moon and the Sun both. Give space to that which is veiling and the bright light behind it shall shine.

Experiencing Abundance From Within To Draw It On The Outside

It’s interesting how abundance can work in your life. How it can seem to sneak in at times, as if on a slow drip line that builds up over time. Or, it can gush in on a wave that invites you to ride it, glide it, surf it, and, ultimately, surrender to it.

And, abundance can take so many forms….whatever your energy is going toward, whatever your desire is wanting to draw, whatever you are most needing. The main sense that something is coming from abundance, though, is that it is being offered to you from and with LOVE.

This Lion/Lionness gateway and the upcoming partial SOULar eclipse tomorrow invite you and parts of you to feel into your relationship to abundance as these energies offer a bounty of NEXT level light and love. To feel what receiving this love abundance means to you….what is resisted and what is embraced.

During this Cosmic Christmas gateway, I am experiencing many gifts of abundance…..community intimacy as the five of us spent a few days together eating/talking/shopping and living, increasing service draw and resonance through SoulFullHeart, and, also, a new place to live for the next several weeks. For two years, Raphael and I have lived in a very simple, older, Mexican apartment. It is in a wonderful location, close to the ocean/shops/restaurants with an ocean view. Yet, it has bars on the windows (as is typically here for security), no ability to be truly sound proof, is falling apart in many ways, etc. And, it has been all we could comfortably afford while transitioning our money earning the last few years from a 3D-based painting contracting business to SoulFullHeart & transitionary and flexible teaching English online. And before this place, we lived on a remote, off-grid ranch for close to two years and in an RV before that.

We humbly surrendered to living in this simple place WHILE we dreamt of physical abundance and beauty. Day after day, we would both energize this during our meditations and talks together….WHILE discovering appreciation for the simplicity that we’d been given and understanding the deconstruction that was going on. We came to feel how the generation of abundance needed to happen from WITHIN primarily, from one part of us to another. To strip away the entitlement, the expectation, the normalization, the focus on materialism that happens in 3D life in order to get to the arising gratitude and appreciation that comes when you have let go of everything and are truly in receiving mode.

Then, just last week, we drew an opportunity to stay in a beautiful apartment that is literally just 100 steps from our old one. Yet, it is VERY much a different timeline, with panoramic ocean views, beautiful surfaces, and a very attentive landlord. Going back and forth between the two living spaces has felt like traveling between two timelines…..the old is collapsing as the new is being built and lived in.

I have had some process around this transition, including feeling my masculine aspect named Julian who tenderly felt like he had ‘failed’ me by living in such simplicity and ‘squalor’ (his word) for the last five years. And this part of me feels afraid of our new transitory lifestyle, where we feel to respond to service and offer retreats/group circles in different locations around the world in the next year. I felt his tears, shared them with our community during Lion’s Gate, and then felt his heart open and expand to become in collaboration with me to manifest and activate the next and the next. I invited him to feel how all the internal work we had done was NOW showing up on the outside too and, therefore, we could trust that it would most likely sustain.

Whatever YOUR abundance manifestation looks like, it is ultimately less about how it shows up externally as it is about how it FEELS on the inside for you. Abundance within feels like much less polarization between parts of you and much more unification. It feels like goodness, joy, and acceptance/embracement of the moments and movements that are less than that. Ultimately, though, and most importantly…it feels like LOVE.

Whatever You Most Need, You Can Receive: Message From Lion’s Gate

“Whatever you most need, you will be offered.” It felt like Ascension/Cosmic Christmas yesterday as the Lion/Lioness gateway 8.8.18 aligned and swung even more open…..bringing in cosmic and galactic support and Infinite Love that is still felt and meant to be on the personal and intimate level for awhile.

The codes and their messages that I shared about yesterday seem to be primarily about unity abundance……they are an invitation, not necessarily a guarantee or a promise. The invitation is to increasingly trust that whatever you MOST need in order for your Higher Self/soul coming into your body and higher heart capacity to SERVE love will be offered to you.

How much you receive of these codes, how much you LET IN this invitation, how much you can say ‘YES’ to what your soul purpose is here….ALL that is up to you and the parts of you that may be resistant, in lack, and understandably just plain TIRED or SCARED or both. All of the reactions that come up to letting in love (which is what these codes really ARE) is sacred and the more you can BE with the reactions and the parts of you that have them is the degree that they can transmute this fear energy into receiving love.

Some of the GIFTS being offered in these codes are to serve you in an increasing sense, awareness, and higher heart intuition around feeling into these questions: what is abundance to you….inside and out? What is unity to you…..inside and out? What is nourishing to you? What gifts you and your soul? What gifts do YOU have to share and offer that contributes to unity abundance? What resistance do you feel from parts of you in letting in more abundance? And, also, what ISN’T abundance, unity, and feeling like gifts to you? What do you want MORE of and LESS of?

These are simple questions, yes, and maybe you feel that you are ‘beyond them’. Yet, in my experience, most people may not ask themselves even these basic questions as it is challenging to go within. To go deeper in the exploration of these questions is to connect with the part(s) of you that is resistant or protective or modulating love and then ask it WHY it feels resistant to these things. Or to connect with a Metasoul aspect/other lifetime aspect that is experiencing lack/angst/trauma and then integrate them into your world so they can feel with you into new possibilities of love.

This is what BEing, ascending, awakening, is about….this inquiry and seeking to understand and FEEL yourself to allow more higher love frequencies into your heart and your body. This self exploration and BEing real with self is a very important aspect of unity abundance as it creates these frequencies FROM within and then draws the experience of them from the outside in relationships.

Without the deepening of this inner unity abundance, whatever comes from outside will be deflected and modulated….not able to be fully received until you are WITH the parts of you that just can’t let love in fully yet….and of course you have parts of you that can’t, we ALL do…this is our JOURNEY here, to feel and heal this…..from within and also together.

“Whatever you most need, you CAN receive”…..this empowers you to feel both what you most need AND what you can actually receive and what the gap might be between the two and WHY. A fascinating exploration into the inner depths of your inner onion that the Divine is eager for you participate in as It gets to come along TOO!

Lion’s Gate Portal: Activate Intentions For Soul/Heart Maturity, 5D Ascension

When you can set your intention like a beacon love for yourself, and hold that it IS possible though for parts of you it may feel impossible, this is what brings about the changes that you are asking for and holding out for. It is not an accident, that conversation you’re having with another about what you most want deep inside of you. It is a care-filled conjuring of what is right for you, what needs to come to and through you next…

We are invited to ‘mature’ more and more as sacred humans. It is not age that matures you or offers you wisdom, it is your willingness to go inward, to find and feel your heart even when it is in shadows and seems covered in infinite brambles and sharp vines. Your Inner Protector has probably worked hard to keep parts of you in a sort of stasis, to keep you in a level of heart-immaturity and with good reason too… how can a heart, like a beautiful, tropical fruit or flower, ripen or open in conditions where it isn’t being nourished? This part of you has been needing to work with you on new life choices that bring you into a new space of letting in, letting go, and BEcoming the awakening experiences you’ve been having on an integrated, human level. If these words touch you in the moment, this part of you could be getting ready to work with you on these steps.

This Lion’s Gate portal is here to help us plant and cultivate, reaping rewards while feeling ourselves and our needs on all levels. It is a maturation process that is an important part of our Ascension and is also about reconciling who we have been, who we are now and who we most want to be.

Today could be a day where you feel the need for a ROAR! that comes up from the bowels of everything your parts have been anchored to in 3D and even 4D consciousness. It could be the ROAR! of an Inner Protector that is DONE or wants to be done, or the ROAR! of your precious Inner Teenager who has held so many years of rebellion or maybe even an avoidance of rebellion in order to conform and find safety. It is the ROAR! of a deeper awakening on the inside that gets to express outward, with your choices more in alignment with your soul and human heart too. A ROAR!, ultimately, of realizing the desire to experience love on all fronts, in all areas of your life, in ALL parts of you and Metasoul timelines too.

Today also could be a day of a softer ‘roar’ inside, of a sweeter inner collapse that means parts of you are ready to be stiller now, to let you in more now, to lay on the soft grass of healing, snuggling with the rest of the lions in your inner ‘pride’. This is the softer ‘roar’ of arrival into a higher place where the battles are done and the much needed rest time can happen… this is the ‘roar’ of your long-awaited healing and maturation process, where you can play more and feel more of your belovedness, though sometimes the ‘roar’ of boundary setting may still need to happen from this place.

No matter what the blessed ‘roar’ of inner change you are embodying today, it is ALL sacred, and you ARE arriving at a new place in yourself and in your life. Your intentions are ringing clearer and your drive to continue healing and loving is what is setting your sails now for new horizons of YOU and new connection with others that is based in so much more than you could have dreamed of before.

LOVE to you on this day of self-discovery, unity within, and advocacy for what you want for your highest timeline dreams and visions!

Cosmic Christmas Lions Gateway 8/8 Brings Unity Abundance Within & With Others

Lion/Lioness Gate opening today 8-8-18 and it feels, on some level, like Christmas for those of us tracking and feeling the ascension energies. Christmas in the sense that something NEW and exciting is happening in this now on both the outer and inner cosmic levels. Christmas too in the awakening and expansion and BIRTHing on a deeper level of the higher heart, Cosmic Christ Consciousness Heart, inside of us and collectively.

You may be waking up this morning with a sense of anticipation and even can’t sleep because there is this feeling of goodness and CHANGE coming in. Feelings of GIFTS coming in from the Universe to enliven, enrich, and ultimately transform us all. These gifts, it seems, are being offered to those souls who MOST need them….whether long on the awakening path or just begun or haven’t awakened yet. For all of us, there is a boost of our desires, our alchemy, our passions, our clarities in the codes coming in.

As I tuned into the energy of this gateway and asked my guides/higher consciousness aspects about it, the main piece I received was that it offers a ‘Unity Abundance activation.’ The Unity activation is from within primarily…an invitation to unity between each of our aspects and parts WITH each other. The unity within of masculine and feminine healthy frequencies to move out of wounded and congested expressions of the wounded matriarch and patriarch that have played out for so long. The unity offered as we become conscious of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and bridge to them ourselves and WITH each other. This bridging is what heals the polarity within our soul field and our emotional body. Polarity exists between opposing energies that have not yet found or discovered the unifying energy of LOVE that unites all things together.

Unity within is offering LOVE to yourself primarily and firstly to those parts of you that most NEED you. Some examples of inner, fear-based polarity that can create push-pull and suffering experience of life are between the Inner Punisher part and a corresponding shame part/reaction. The Punisher-Shame reaction INside can then be projected outside onto others and suffering loops firmly fixed in place as this runs on unconscious cycles. Another example is between Metasoul/other lifetime aspects that are working the same soul theme/CORE wound healing yet from seemingly opposite angles. An example is a Metasoul aspect that is deeply religious, such as a Priest or Nun aspect….and a Metasoul that is deeply connected to Goddess worship such as an Avalon Priestess, etc. Being a love ambassador to these aspects and ‘getting in between them’ allows for the opposing energies to find common ground within your heart. Activation of Unity frequencies as offered by the Lions Gate opening is also about connecting the ‘Me’ to the ‘We’. Even as you are engaged and focused on your own Me healing and transformation, so you are feeling the impact on the We collective. The Unity activation offers a deepening realization around the important of ‘healing the healer’ in order to serve love from overflow WITH others. Rather than offering from martyr or self sacrifice, you are serving from abundance that flows from within, self love currents and self worth flows that flood the banks of your emotional body. You are at a saturation point of love for which you will naturally turn within when something inside you needs your attention, trusting that the service outward will flow out from this when you are filled UP again.

The healing of the collective Metasoul is coming into the Now too as the veils thin and reveal more and more the fluidity of time. Timelines merging and unifying together brings in a unification of previously compartmentalized realities and civilizations such as ‘ancient Egypt’ and Lemuria….Atlantis and Egypt as well. The gifts of this integration are obvious as the ‘best’ of these civilizations can be offered and shared while the trailing edge woundings and shadow play outs can be healed.

Moving into 5D frequencies brings a sense of abundance on ALL levels…love overflow in the forms that most supports the service of love in the specific ways that we are each meant to serve it. Again, this is mainly an inner activation as love moves through and invites us to feel the lack and scarcity in our emotional bodies and in our Metasouls to come into FULLness again. It is from this fullness place that you can abundantly share with others your gifts and service of love. The angsts and frustrations move into trust and surrender.

You can bring these Unity Abundant codes into your BEing if you want to amplify the effect.

Go within into meditative space. Visualize a space of pure, white light. Ask to connect with whatever Divine guides you most resonate with…… Ask to receive the Lion/Lioness Gateway codes through your stellar gateway chakra/your ‘personal sun’ (about two feet above your head) from the Great Cosmic Sun/center of the Multiverses.

Feel these energies move through all of your chakras, through your body’s every living cell, and ground out again into Gaia through your Earth Chakra (about a foot below your feet). Bring these energies in as many times as you feel that you want and need to. Hold space for any emotional reactions that are pushed UP from this, although, mostly you will probably feel rejuvenated, boosted, enlivened, and expanded OUT. You can draw these energies in anytime today and for the rest of the ‘month’ as it is especially strong, pulsing, available to ALL.

The Divine is saying, “You are the LIGHT. You are the LOVE. You receive what feels like is from outside of you in these ‘cosmic energies’ what is actually already INside of you as your essence. These codes activate that arising of dormant love and light. You are Unity already too. It just feels like separation exists inside of you. Yet, you become unified again as you let love IN and you share love too with others. You feel how the abundance of love unifies you WITH other and you are no longer separate in those moments of love’s exchange and transaction. The more you transact in this unifying abundant energy from within, the more you can share it with others.”

I haven’t released a new guided meditation in awhile since being busier with sessions and engaging in many meditation journeys during them. Yet, I’ve really wanted to offer a more public, universal one as a bridging for everyone to parts and Metasoul aspects of themselves. This new guided meditation came through as I’ve been connecting to the Lion’s Gate energies, alignment with Gaia and Sirius, and galactic consciousness activation that this offers. I know many souls ache for the reunion feelings and sense of soul purpose/soul gift transmission that connecting with their Star Family offers them. In this new meditation, I lead you through connection with your Star Family and we journey onto a light ship. This is GOOD timing with the Lion’s Gate portal opening going on in this Now…
During this meditation, I also introduce you to your Inner Protector, a part of you that has been in charge with keeping your veil of amnesia in place (including ‘abduction’ wounding experiences, which were actually visitations with Star Family.) Your Protector comes along with you on this journey to meet your Star Family on a light ship. This allows for more fluid and less resistant connection.
I also create a bridge to your Inner Child, who feels often both abandoned/separated from Star Family, plus unfelt/undiscovered abduction trauma as well. Bringing your Inner Child into your heart consciously as you connect to your Star Family allows for transformation of this trauma into magical joy, wonder, and curiousity of your Inner Child.

Natural Feelings Of Weariness As You Choose Love Over Fear

It is natural for you and parts of you to feel tired in this moment. To feel tired from this transition into the new for which it seems in moments SO many souls are still in the old. To feel tired from creating bubbles ‘around you’ in so many moments and ways as you try to bring your high vibe frequency to environments and others that block, distract, and resist them. You may feel tiredness from many years of seeing, being, and feeling reality so differently from mainstream consciousness and even those beloveds around you. Weariness and tiredness may be pushed UP for you right now with these intense ascension energies that keep bringing us waves of growth.

I have definitely felt this weariness in parts of me many times over the years. For those of us who have chosen this transition, time in this now, and especially to lead and show the way through it….. there can be an inherent weariness in the momentum it takes, the inner push that still has trust and grace…the ENERGY we need to tap into in order to lead AGAINST so much oppositional fear energy without going to battle. Rather than pushing against or fighting or contending, it is so NEW to be inviting with love and to be vulnerable in that invitation…..over and over and over again and feeling it land in some hearts and not others….mostly NOT others, yet the numbers are growing slowly it seems.

It is easy to go to battle actually as this we have known as a species and is our comfortable legacy….unfortunate inheritance of this current 3D timeline. It is easier for parts of people to go to rage, to tap into the OUTrage in the collective consciousness and push it out at others, compare and contrast to others, put others down, and judge without love too…I feel many doing this as they move through this phase of their leadership into the New.

Or, it is easier to go to the mind and to analyze and dismiss or transcend feelings and being vulnerable and just focus on the cosmic aspects and bliss states of ascension. Ah, yet, it is so understandable and I feel vast compassion for us from the Universe, our higher self, guides/aspects, star family as we sort this all through!

Over and over, I’ve received the message from these ‘higher’ sources….. “We are so in awe of you and your species and what you are doing and being right now! This is SO challenging what you are bringing and showing and feeling in the face of so much oppositional energy. There is so much to heal, so much to face, so much to BE with. Your tears and your fears are sacred and precious and we ADMIRE them greatly! Do not feel less than us or compare to us. We are here to inspire you, yes, and serve you to arise. Yet, we are LEARNING from you with great curiosity in our hearts around how you will walk this out. And, we are here always for you when you need us!”

Sharing this message with you in this moment is providing a rush of love inside of me to extend to you too. I and parts of me feel more rest coming in as I DO feel the support that is there for me and for us all. I feel the trust that lives inside of me from so long being challenged and challenging myself and getting the response of love every time.

I choose love. I choose love in this now. I choose to share and BE real. I choose the HONOR of leading myself in this way and for those souls who feel a resonance with this and me, I feel grateful for your coming along on this journey with me. I choose my heart and the healing and feeling of it above all else as its energy is what leads into the unknown and holds the other frequencies that need its attention and care.

I feel the energies that are here to support this choosing of love and have been ramping up for many years, especially in the last months. The choice of love is becoming more visceral, acute, and real for so many more and I feel the possibilities that this opens up every day!
