Becoming The Author Of Your Own Story

When you are no longer controlled by outside forces, you are the author, possessing the author-ity for what your life is about.

Becoming the Sovereign of your own life in this way is a scary proposition as it leaves us completely responsible for own lives, leaving us the challenge of owning all of our lives – all that’s in our lives, and all of our lifetimes.

There’s no one to blame. There’s no circumstance to point the finger at; no lot in life, that doesn’t originate in you.

The idea of having whatever you want is only novel and exciting until you realize that’s what actually been going on this whole time. The challenge is coming to terms with your authorship, deciding the story that you actually want; deciding and negotiating between the parts of you that want different things.

You are not your circumstances. You are not your relationships. You are not your job. You are not your bank balance. You are not even your health. You created all of that, but you are not that.

You are the creator.

Maybe like me, you set your sights on healing your anxiety or your depression. You did that, only to realize this was much to small a goal for the Sovereign you actually are. No longer being in the depths of anxiety or depression is nice, but that alone can’t fill the expansive sails of your being.

You are called to experience yourself in continual curiosity and childlike wonder and learning. You are ever called to more.

What does your more look like? What is wanting to mature and manifest in your life, in your world, in your magical story?

What have parts of you been afraid of, in order to enact the changes that you know are ripening in your story?

How can you lovingly reconcile and negotiate these inner differences?

Energy Update: 9/9/9 Portal Opens Up Access To Lower 4D Matrix/Karmic Healing/Metasoul Timelines

Energy UPdate: We are in the midst of the 9/9/9 portal that opened it feels like on 9/8 and  continues now for the next nine days until 9/18. Being in the ‘midst’ can feel like a swirl and a twirl….a sense that you are in the middle of a process that you may only be somewhat aware of on a conscious level. The nine energy often feels like a completion that is happening at the same time as the New energies are coming in.

It feels to me like much more upgrading, activating, and rewiring is going on beyond our minds, beyond our consciousness, beyond our this-life human body structure than we can possible understand right now. This can actually bring a lot of comfort as you lean into your own soul (or Metasoul as I call it, your individuated soul consciousness or also called Monad.) Your Metasoul/Monad has immense intelligence and access….it as close to Divine source as can be and still be individuated.

Your Metasoul holds and contains the experiences of ALL the expressions of its fractals projected out into numerous lifetimes and timelines. All of these projections are happening in a simultaneous moment in the Now and ongoingly. This is not ‘past life’ at all or ‘ancient’ or ‘from another era’.

This 9/9/9 portal is offering a feeling sense of the multidimensional frequencies of our Metasoul beyond the linear structure that the 3D mind has placed it in. These simultaneous and parallel timelines are hugely influential to our current life experiences. They are often the source and root cause of the emotional reactions, triggers and even the situations themselves being drawn to you.

The recapitulation of soul themes and therefore the healing of them is the underlying REASON for WHY your soul has set up what it has for you to experience this life. Every choice seems to pivot on this existential context of the Metasoul’s healing, which ultimately connects to collective unconsciousness healing as well. Healing of the duality/polarity experiment back to Oneness.

Conscious healing of these timelines and lifetimes is a crucial phase in our ongoing Ascension process. We now have the opportunity to heal karmic patterns that our Metasouls have been playing out for infinity. We truly can complete the need to incarnate into 3D and lower 4D timelines at all anymore if we don’t want to or need to. We can truly end the suffering of repeated traumatic and traumatizing situations in all their different forms and expressions.

Understanding how the Lower 4D Matrix holds and contains these karmic patterns, archetypal energies, and the collective unconsciousness can be an important step in the process. Unplugging from the Lower 4D Matrix is to become aware of your soul themes and patterns and HOW they express and play out in your current lifetime.

This happens as you create a loving and understanding relationship with your Metasoul aspects/fractals from other lifetimes. Not just as a ‘past life’ of yours that you drop into the trauma of in a one-time regression, yet as living, breathing, and very often important energies and personalities that you need just as they need you. The gift exchange between these soul aspects of yours can be huge as they are often anchored into and expressing many soul gifts even as they are experiencing patterns of persecution, suppression, etc.

The key to accessing the Lower 4D Matrix and lifting the veil to get access to your own Metasoul happens as you connect with your Gatekeeper. This is an aspect that we have worked with for many years in our SoulFullHeart process, who seems to be the aspect of the Metasoul that is in charge of the veil of amnesia. Getting to know your Gatekeeper opens up access to these other lifetimes in a way that is self loving at a negotiated rate and pace that you and your Metas can both benefit from. The Gatekeeper opens the doors, lifts the veils, and allows free flow remembrance of ALL lifetimes.

Unanchor From Being In Pain: Message From A Local Oak Tree

I wanted to take in some nature the other day, to connect in with myself more after some pretty deep emotional detox waves moved through this last week. There were several huge tidal waves of emotional and existential pieces I hadn’t felt so deeply in a very long time and it turned out that much of the pain I was feeling had to do with several Metasoul brothers who were awakening, stirred up, and needed me. They embody themes of betrayal, nobody wanting to listen to them, inadequacy, comparison to others, not fitting in, disempowerment, banishment, etc. I’ve only felt two specific ‘brothers’ so far, but I feel like there are more.

The veil being so thin right now seems to of course bring with it more opportunities to reconcile other lifetimes. I’ve even recently felt an ‘abusive husband’ archetype in my own Metasoul and that was a huge one to deeply let in and feel. This reminds me that during these times of the veil being quite thin, there are these opportunities to feel deep-seated soul themes that still need our hearts to hold them and our Divine love connection to help forgive and heal them. These darker themes can’t emerge within us unless we are ready for them to, so I always take this as a reflection of my progress even though it may feel absolutely crazy-making to walk out.

It’s also SO important to actually go into and feel these lifetimes when they do come forward, because it does help us understand WHY these themes are so alive today not only inside of us but inside of so many others who express/embody them, usually unconsciously, in different ways.

While connecting within and with nature today, I felt to sit underneath a beautiful, wise oak tree. I touched her trunk, connecting with my heart, wondering about sitting below her and leaning in for a while. The immediate warmth I felt was so inviting that I did just that. I felt rest and safety as I sat down in the tall grass and leaned into her sturdiness. I consciously reminded my parts and my Metasoul aspects to let in the love exchange.

The oak tree told me,

“It’s time to un-anchor from being in pain”.

I felt this message not just for me but for a collective that seems to be moving through so much right now and always.

I could feel the truth of how this has been an undercurrent throughout my process over the years and how it’s steadily and surely been healing. I feel how this is the invitation for everyone who consciously chooses to keep going inward to clean house, to refine and redefine what it means to love yourself and also to love and serve others. We get to find our own finesse with our ongoing process, to be able to let in as much arising joy as we do arising woundedness. It does feel SO critical that we ALL begin to consciously hold our processes this way if we aren’t already!

There is definitely a balance between the transcendence or bypassing of soul and heart pain and the staying anchored in it.

We get to create a NEW ‘normal’. A new baseline frequency and sense of self, life, and how love moves within us. This is a very personal journey for each of us and for each part of us along with each Metasoul Aspect too. ❤

Energy Update: Geostorms Heighten Emotional/Spiritual/Physical States

For the third day in a row (September 2), Gaia has been inside a stream of high speed solar wind coming from a ‘hole to make us whole’ on the sun’s surface. Episodes of G2-class storming have brought in Auroras/Northern Lights in the U.S. as far south as Wisconsin, Michigan, and Montana. The wind speeds have been hovering around 700 km/sec during these last three days as well, with the ‘average’ being in the 300 km/sec range, according to spaceweather.com.

These kinds of speeds are difficult for us to even comprehend and, sometimes, the connection to these ‘far off’ cosmic events can feel distant from our everyday lives. I have been guided to offer a bridge to these celestial occurrences to what you might be experiencing on emotional/physical/mental/spiritual levels. This bridge allows us to feel how our inner cosmos is inherently connected to the outer cosmos….the Universe lives inside of our every cell…..As above, so below.

August was a HIGHLY catalytic month of energies with Lion’s Gate providing a ‘direct line’ to higher frequencies of soul clarity, higher dimensional aspect embodiment/connection, activation of Ascension chakras and our light bodies. There was a sense of revelation and unveiling of your higher timeline life and self. There were tastes of this ‘reality’ coming through in new synchs, connections inner and outer, and opportunities. Along with this, there were realizations of where you are now, what worlds you are navigating between, and what your transition may look and feel like into your higher timeline.

Moving now into September and with these SOULar winds, there is a feeling sense of taking action and making choices based on that higher timeline. Making the outer choices unfolds from the inner realities shifting. Making the CHOICE to change unfolds organically as you feel inside a dethawing from 3D birth family conditioning, unplugging from the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix, healing from karmic bind cycles that keep you looping in suffering and understanding/exploring bleed-throughs from other timelines.

Feeling through these things can be quite challenging at times. Feelings of not wanting to be here anymore, giving up, hopelessnesses, distrust/mistrust, isolation/loneliness, just FEAR can come up as parts of you let go of the previous configurations. Working with and connecting to these parts of you directly and consciously allows space to be held WITH them in this process. If you just ‘become’ their feelings of despair and loneliness, it can quite overwhelming. There is no one ‘home’ then to keep these parts of you company as they let go of the only safety lines they’ve ever known (no matter how toxic these ‘safety lines’ are, especially in the form of relationships.)

Everything is being heightened with these energies coming in now in 2019…preparing us to move into a higher frequency experience of ourselves and all of life in 2020. Feelings that have been more in shadow, subconscious, or deemed not ‘socially acceptable’ such as rage, shame, resentment are coming UP now to be felt, embraced, and to ultimately allow for understanding the reasons WHY they are there. All feelings and emotional states exist for a reason inside of us. They are the result of wounding from traumas experienced this life and other lifetimes.

As feeling and emotional states are being heightened, also are karmic frequencies and traumas from other timelines/lifetimes (especially those in more 4D frequencies.) Timelines such as Atlantis and Lemuria during the Fall; ‘Ancient Egypt’; Avalon/Camelot; the Essences, etc. are all coming through to be felt and healed by us. Connecting directly with the Metasoul aspect/fragment that is experiencing these timelines and their pain helps to move it, heal it. Differentiating what you are experiencing that is actually coming from another timeline can be really helpful.

Our physical bodies are feeling the impact too, as what is denser in our cellular memory, in our ‘diets/ways of life’ are wanting to be detoxed out through self loving practices. This may be causing more physical discomfort for you, flare up/heightening of chronic conditions in your body. Our bodies are wanting to unanchor too from the denser conditionings of 3D, from digesting toxic energies in our foods. Their higher timeline expression is as a vital, healthy, moving into immortality light bodies, serving as our vibrant merkabahs, providing multidimensional travel.

Choosing To Forget

You’ve chosen to forget.

The desire, the rate and pace, the content of what and how you remember is also a choice.

A dynamic and powerful part of you has been assigned to hold this tension of what needs to remain in the forgotten category and what is safe and timely to be remembered. We could call this part of you, your Gatekeeper, the guardian of the necessary veil who enabled and afforded you to inhabit this desired third dimensional school without imploding.

It’s been a bit of a family joke for those that know me to have a little fun with my forgetfulness around movies. I’ve tended strongly to forget titles, story lines, and often only recall a movie I’m watching for the second time part way into the movie. It’s not all movies as some story lines made profound impacts and memories. Other movies, however, who people around me found interesting enough, I often even fell asleep to while watching.

I asked my Gatekeeper whose name is Rhodes about this, this morning and immediately my awareness expanded out that this forgetfulness of story has directly to do with the strength of the veil that I chose and needed this life. Even with Rhodes himself along with stories of my Metasoul aspects and their timelines, I’ve had trouble recalling some time following after having deep and profound processes of remembering. It would simply get swallowed back up into a sea of a kind of a sea of forgetfulness.

Rhodes communicated today that the strength of other timelines stories needed to have sufficient veil in order that the purpose of this timeline be protected. As I’m awakening, however, this movie amnesia, whether it’s about movies or about my soul history, or even this life history, is making other parts of me feel self conscious. They want to get on with remembering. Remembering, they feel is the answer to what is ached for, and the answer to where parts of me feel, I and they still experience suffering.

I’m told that forgetting is a kind of suffering, a burden to bear, if you will, that we all chose, collectively and individually as a service to the goals and desires of love. Forgetting is not static however. Forgetting is for the purpose of remembering. We hid our own Easter eggs and we wrapped our own Christmas presents. We forgot in order to remember.

I’m told that remembering is ’to be returned to being a member’, after surrendering to a kind of dismemberment from love. The forgetting had its own pains as does remembering, like blood returning to a limb that fell asleep.

I’m told that the whole purpose of forgetting and remembering was to expand love from its original perfect/imperfect state. Love itself wanted to be noticed and to be revered. It birthed duality as a place to get noticed, seen and appreciated.

Getting to know and feel this magical part of you who’s been your personal Gatekeeper is now your opportunity to negotiate the rate and pace and content of your awakening as you lovingly guide yourself and other parts of yourself through this epic journey.

Story lines from other timelines in your Metasoul await you to be felt and seen and transmuted into love. Karma itself also wants to be transmuted from the expectation of pain to the expectation of bounty and love.

Choose Your Higher Timeline And It WILL Choose You

These strong energies of LOVE frequencies recently are helping with a sorting out faster now. More rapidly with more clarity, sometimes fuelled by heart and soul vision. Sometimes fuelled by frustration and wanting to end the pain and suffering. What to commit to more deeply and what to let go is becoming clearer in all areas of your life. Where to put your energy, where to invest your time. What to go into as it serves what you most want and your service of love VISION…..and what to release as it doesn’t reflect that envisioning may becoming more clear for you.

With the activation of your highest timeline during this intense energy month of August and especially during the recent eclipses and Lion’s Gateway, the downloads so freely available and gifted to you…..you are then given the choice in every moment to live it out or to retract away from it. To move it forward or to pause. ALL of this is your sacred choice, although the highest timeline choices are the ones that most serve the manifestation of New Earth reality for yourself inside and for the collective.

More overlap seems to be happening between these processes of collapsing timelines and arising timelines with less gap and pause. Meaning, you are feeling increasing desire and clarity WHILE the old is falling away. The new is coming in WHILE the old is moving out. The energies of mourning and celebration coming together, weaving, and operating in the same moment sometimes. Bittersweetness.

Parts of you may be feeling the sweetness while other parts of you are feeling the bitter. Being with the different energies AS parts can help with the overwhelm that can grow inside over these divergent frequencies. Checking in with your higher self and higher guides/aspects can be hugely helpful in this process too.

Asking to reconnect with and feel your highest timeline can infuse it into your body and flush up in your emotional body the parts of you that may have fear, resistance, and doubt. Feeling and holding space for the fear and doubts too that come up as you let in the higher timeline.

Continually claiming the higher timeline and not falling back into 3D anchoring is not easy at times. Yet, in another way, it IS what you will do eventually as the higher timeline you and your higher timeline life are ALREADY happening. You are in the process of catching up with it….how quickly or slowly that happens or if it even does this life is UP to you.

Choosing the higher timeline is what love wants you to do and BE, so the more love you can feel with yourself and with your parts, the more support you will feel to live it out in the Now and NOT delay it. Bridging the gap between THIS now and THAT now is where the challenge is and feeling all that comes up in this walking out.

The higher timeline is waiting for you AND it is available in this very moment to be claimed, tasted, moved toward, lived and, most of all, loved! Choose it…and it will choose YOU!

Current Activations Help Us See, Feel, Heal Our Deep 3D/4D Matrix Conditioning

We have grown up in a 3D society that encourages us to stay feeling full, ‘fat’ and flat.

Over-stimulated and underfelt are the many parts of us who continue to show up in life and relationships to ingest and then digest experiences, trauma, and what we’ve been told is ‘food’ too.

We’ve been taught that compassion is only a sidedish to being empathic rather than the main course if we’re encouraged to be empathic at all growing up or to ask for others to feel us… which happens in 4D consciousness too, where being an ’empath’ is often worn as a millstone around our necks instead of deeply inhabited and responded to.

Feeling ourselves in a heart-open way, let alone feeling others, is not encouraged and is instead told to be buried and covered over by the heavy cement of our education systems, our food industries, mainstream ‘medicine’, our consumption of ‘entertainment’ and even ‘spirituality’ itself.

Parts of us have taken on the role of shaming and shunning what is new and different, what isn’t mainstream, as it blooms inside of us and around us. This is typically an Inner Punisher part, yet other parts of you can be wrapped in this too and Metasoul aspects who are afraid to feel themselves, to digest the trauma of their timelines. In this way, this very much applies to 4D consciousness as well as 3D, as there are still matrices in place, rules to follow, ideas that are more acceptable than others, and ultimately still some expectations of how it all should be and look like.

Trauma should be ‘gotten rid of as quickly as possible’ instead of steadily and heartfully investigated and loved…. this is a popular one in 4D and a meme that relates to all of this deeply seated conditioning inside. This has been detrimental to our growth and our possibilities for deepening self-love and respect as well, as parts of us then go back into hiding where they continue to feel unfelt, unheard, and ultimately unloved…

To unseat these pieces, we have to take the space to feel ourselves with deep honesty… this is the hard part, as we haven’t been shown how to do this. You may struggle with taking time for yourself due to a busy lifestyle that you’ve needed for a phase or a relationship that feels rumbly enough already. I myself have been in a phase of more busyness than normal with exploring different ‘jobs’ and a new social world too. This is what’s reflecting all of these pieces to me and is something I’m going into in my soul… what have been the over-attachments in ME that have kept parts of me reeling and spinning in conditioning that simply doesn’t fit them anymore? What timelines are my Metasoul aspects still living in that are being reflected now, where they have perpetuated this conditioning in their own ways or been victims to it?

I really feel we are ALL being encouraged to SEE all of this as well as to feel it. To let the light activations coming in help it all become illuminated for us and with us, to collaborate with us individually on new ways to approach life and love… especially our sense of self-love, from which all capacity to love others stems. We CAN learn to love and appreciate the conditioning we’ve signed up for while also moving through it into something new.

The Aliveness And Love In Feeling It ALL

As I look out at the horizon, the abundance of natural gifts around me, I feel the vastness of my own future and the potential for all in this human family.

I feel the realness of our struggles. The ways in which we try to bypass but not feel. The feelings that we’d rather not have to experience or relive in order to grow. The past which we would rather forget about than realize parts of us are still living in.

Our true sense of presence is not from obscuring or falsifying our memories of life experiences from this or any lifetime, but from feeling the parts of us and Metasoul aspects still resonating and literally living in these timelines and stories, that still feel the pain we thought we’d healed by now, that still bring all of these feelings of living in these situations into where and who we are now.

As I breathe in and out, feeling my body fill up with prana and light energies, feeling my parts and Metasouls who are vibrating in this and any moment, I feel how alive FEELING makes me. How distinctive this love for myself that grows with each process is from any ‘love’ I’ve been taught or talked at about. I feel this love expanding into the horizon I take in and breathe in. Echoed back by nature, shared with my beloveds, offered to anyone who is ready to take it in and let it support their own journeys.

The love of this world far outweighs the severity of the turmoil… Holds space for it… And IS bringing it into something new, with all of the permission we can give it to do so starting from deep within each of us.

Energy Update: We Are Integrating Awakenings/Realizations From Lion’s Gate Portal

There’s a powerful integration phase happening now as we continue to move out of Lion’s Gate and into a NEW rhythm in our lives. Whatever has been stirred up by the high, catalytic energies is now settling more into our hearts and living there, even the uncomfortable pieces that we are still digesting and moving through. There will likely be uncomfortable things to keep digesting, especially as Disclosure continues to unfold and so much is being illuminated by that alone for everyone… even those who until now haven’t bought into it or resonated much with it.
On a 3D level, this has been a phase of many new awakenings. It’s like a whole new class has entered the undergraduate degree program at ‘Ascension University’. The 3D Self and the parts that make it up are having their own reactions to this ongoing process of awakening. You may be one of these souls or you may be currently supporting others in this as they try to understand what is being activated and how to relate with it. We’re being asked to have patience and compassion for these souls, as there’s no need for elitism around any of this, even though bridging to them can be challenging. There’s much we can offer, even in small doses, to see what helps them open their hearts to their own souls.
On a 4D level, much has been brought out into the open from the Metasoul and the veil has been quite thin. Parts of the 3D Self are upgrading too, realizing how NOT 3D they actually are. This is very necessary right now, as the more we are still personally anchored into 3D, the more suffering there is without context for it and parts of us do truly need this context to help move them into deeper awakening and healing experiences along with us.
My own 3D Self named ‘Katie’, which is the name I went by until my mid-twenties, is starting to see her gifts even though this has been a huge struggle for her with the bombarding messages from 3D consciousness that validate insecurities and encourage smallness. She’s starting to see how she was always meant to be a 3D ‘Bridge’, not an entire ‘Self’ that is supposed to lead life and in this way she can help orient to 3D as needed without being fully anchored there. She really has more of a 4D consciousness and awareness than she even thought until now and this is starting to activate in many other 3D Selves too.
This process with ‘Katie’ has been hugely supported by my Sirian aspect, ‘Ineerah’ throughout Lion’s Gate. She has helped me tremendously with catching this part of me up to my reality and the goodness there truly is within me and in my life too. She has been helping me move into an even deeper healing of the baseline emotional reality of this part of me, who expects the worst most of the time and can easily find reasons to feel sad or be in despair. There is a tender new unification happening within as other parts of me come together to offer her the attention and love she needs.
This is what’s possible as we integrate the illuminations of our 3D consciousness habits and our 4D ones too as we move into letting IN more 5D consciousness and re-anchoring there. We can’t skip this process of really looking at it all and feeling it all through, asking ‘why?’ relentlessly and with so much desire to love ourselves more. We can only LOVE ourselves into 5D reality being our new ‘baseline’… any other approach cannot last for long nor is it meant to.
This so applies to everything we hear in the news, everything we take in from the Disclosure world. We are being asked to feel how this impacts us and reflects us back to us again. We are being invited, constantly, to bring our hearts to it and to feel what we want to experience, starting inside of us, on the other side of the necessary mess.
