Letting In Gaia And Sun Codes

A bit of a spike in the Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency today after quietness for the last few days. The surge lasted for about four hours and looks to be moving UPward again as I am writing this….

After a powerful bridging session today with a very brave woman who really signed up to transmute a lot of fear into love this life, I went for a walk to our local regional park with my dog Koda to connect with Gaia. Saxe Point is walking distance from our beautiful new house, right on the coast here in Victoria, Vancouver Island, Canada. The park is on the water with a wonderful patch of forest there too.

I sat on a cliff overlooking the water and let the sun codes wash over me. The codes are different here than in Mexico and the sunlight is not as bright, hot, and activating. They are more soft here, caressing, inviting. Both are powerful in their own ways. I connected to the CME energies from yesterday, which felt penetrating yet fading.

I was in awe of Gaia’s beauty in that moment and I felt the stirring of my Metasoul aspect who lives in Inner Earth. Her name is Reina and I have been connecting with her for the last year. She is a wise women for her people, who were originally Lemurians who went underground when Atlantis fell. They have been living in vast Inner Earth cities since then. Reina’s consciousness merged with mine and we appreciated the warmth of sunlight and the sensation of breeze on our skin. She reminded me to be appreciative of being on the surface of Gaia, to soak in Her goodness whenever I can, and to respect and be in harmony with Her. After connecting with Her, I went home and passed out for a deep, rich, and wonderful nap where it feels like we did more connecting beyond my conscious mind.

I’ve been asked why I call Her “Gaia” rather than Earth. I feel Gaia is Her consciousness, which is ascending just as ours is. I feel Gaia represents Her Divine Mother expression and aspect as well. Divine Mother in planetary form as Mother Gaia. Gaia acknowledges that She is a living, conscious, sacred BEing. Earth feels more like Her 3D name that she moving out of….

I downloaded some more messages from Reina that I’ll be sharing soon, especially related to frequencies that have been coming from Inner Earth recently and how they are impacting Gaia’s magnetic field. All for the purpose of ongoing ascension and awakening! All for the purpose of love!

Fear Is A Form Of Reverence

Fear is a form of reverence.

That which we fear, we revere.

We fear and revere things that we perceive as bigger than us. We fear god, circumstances, illness, etc. as things or beings that are bigger than us and that we are thus subject to. I might want this, but god might want something different for me that I don’t want.

All of this is a product of making ourselves small.
What we really fear at a deep core level are not the things that we think we fear. What we really fear is our own bigness. Our bigness isn’t just big, it is infinitely big. Anything that we can’t define, refine or confine, we fear, and understandably so.

So we set out to manage ourselves. We manage life instead of letting in life. We see ourselves as subject to life, rather than the subjects of life. We choose a perception of a scarcity-based relationship to life because of the utter fear of falling prey to unlimited abundance.

It is actually way easier for parts of us to shut down our desire for more and just live with the dampened desire and dampened disappointment than it is to open ourselves full throttle to the level of desire and abundance that our being actually is. Here again is the deep core fear we run from.

How might we change this?

Because we live as conditioned beings, and we have conditioned ourselves to a lesser-reality which has become our ultimate-reality, then it follows that letting in new and truer reality will happen for us as we entertain and let in that new reality. We begin to become reconditioned to a new reality. Nothing happens without our consent and choice in our personal kingdoms and queendoms because we are the sovereign of our own domains.

There is still a deep place for surrender to the divine in all of this, it’s just that you can’t take yourself out of the divine equation. By that, I mean, you can’t externalize God and surrender to God. This is a form of keeping intact the small-you reality. You can’t separate yourself from divinity, try as you may.
Many will chafe at this idea of seeing themselves as god. How sacrilegious they exclaim. What we define as blasphemy is in service of the gods of our own creation. The gods we create are created out of our deepest fears that we haven’t yet felt.

Time and time again, life faces us with our infinite bigness, awaiting our surrender, our exploration, our reverence for all that is, and all that is in us, and though us, and to us….You are ‘divinity out divining’…. as you are now; as you are desiring to be; and as you will more and more come to terms with every day.

Feel your fears. They are one of the single truest things about you. So are your desires. Feel them too. Own it all. Let in the tears of having muffled both your real and deepest fears as well as your desires.

Let love collide with the reality you’ve conditioned yourself to.

We Create Our Own Reality

“We create our own reality.”

We’ve all heard it said. Many of us embraced it deeply. We tried to understand and use this knowledge to change our lives. But sadly, we’ve also despaired of trying to apply this truth to our benefit.

What went wrong? Why did a truth that promised so much end up embarrassing us with its own kind of disappointment? What is this truth itself didn’t lack, but our application of it is what left us wanting for something?

I believe what went wrong in our draw to this knowledge was our point of view from which we looked at it. We looked out from an already created point of view at this truth and then hastily set out to fix something in our life. What we missed in that process was feeling the feeling that was already alive in us that something was in need of fixing.

What if there isn’t actually anything in you that’s in need of fixing? What if that conviction comes from a previous created reality that you picked up along the way?

What if you are actually perfect as you are now, even in the midst of knowing there are things in your life that are painful and that you wish would change?

I believe what life is offering us is to feel this truth from a newly created point of view. In this point of view, you get to feel yourself as perfect as you are, loved as you are, loved as you are becoming, loved as you were.

The self-judgment at root of seeing ourselves as objects needing fixing is a painful reality that we have co-created in our collective and that then lives in us individually as our personal reality. An internalized part of us takes on this fixing and punishing role as its job in our lives as it has never known and felt these feelings of its own perfection. Given the scarcity that this part of us lives from, it is very understandable that it would set out to keep its role in our lives intact. This lack of self-love and self-acceptance can only then be the highest form of love we can offer to any other, capping the love we are.

Feel this part of you. Feel the confining space that it lives in. Feel the burden of the many ‘truths’ it subscribed to and eventually despaired from in its dedication and care of you and for you.

Allow a new relationship to ‘truth’ arise in you that isn’t about fixing anything. Begin a lifelong journey of seeing yourself through the eyes of the infinite love that you are now, just as you are.

The Dance And Consequence Of Ascension Energy

So much information/energy finding its way to the surface of our collective consciousness and activating our DNA. Energy from the Cosmos activating the Sun and passing it onto and INTO the earth. It activates the inner Earth Sun and reverberates back the surface again. I can see a symbiotic dance of this information/energy. It is all a part of the solar/Gaian ascension process that we are so fortunate to be a part of and a witness to.

We are an integral part of this process. Each and every one of us. While is continues with or without us, it is made stronger, brighter, and more beautiful WITH us. It is an active participation where we no longer have to be bulled over or suffer over the consequences of these intense waves of eLOVEution. We can consciously connect with the pain, with the fear, and with the shadow that is invariably making its way each and every day.

As each of us goes into these arising pings and pangs, we integrate and activate a new and higher timeline of consciousness. We bring in more of what wants to be made real with Love and Knowledge beyond what we have chosen to live with until it is no longer needed and/or desired.

Our support team within the Earth, outside our atmosphere, and interdimensionally are all here to offer guidance and seek healing. They too are going through a process and as One we have our own gifts to remember and to share. Let these unfolding awarenesses and experiences to support your inner shifts, movements, and growth edges. They are the revery bells of a New Day….A New Season of life on Earth.

I feel how much our ancestors (what I would call Metasoul brothers and sisters) are reaching out through all sorts of different ways and means. Let us hear, feel, and head their messages and invitations. Go within, connect, feel, heal, integrate, share, and repeat. Support is here in human form as well which helps to fully land in the heart of your being. Much love to you on this and every other day to follow.

Energy Update: Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) Bringing Energy Boost

Energy Update: The energy from a CME (coronal mass ejection from the sun) is IN Gaia’s atmosphere’s today December 5th. CMEs are rare right now during this solar minimum phase, as sunspots are pretty much non-existent. This one was created by a filament of magnetism erupting from the sun’s surface rather than from a sunspot, according to spaceweather.com. There is a 45% chance of geomagnetic storms and vibrant auroras connected to this CME too as it jostles Gaia’s magnetic fields.

The CME’s energy feels a bit different from the now becoming usual high speed SOULar winds and geomagnetic storms created from a flow of energy from large coronal holes on the sun’s surface. The CME has the feeling of penetrating rather than just washing over us. Rather than in waves, it is more about a BURST of higher dimensional frequency. It can pierce in a focused way if connected to consciously. It contains a STRONG amount of energy all at once.

The originating source for our sun is the Great Cosmic Sun. Our personal upload/download flow to this source is our Personal Sun Chakra (as I call it), which is about two feet above your head/crown chakra.

You can connect to this chakra in meditation and ask the codes to download from the CME. It will probably feel like a warm (even hot) energy shower……bringing surges/tingles/ripples of energy through your body from your Personal Sun, down your Chakral spinal column, to the deeply rooted chakras connected to Mother Gaia. Feeling similar to Kundalini surges, yet more sacred masculine energy than Divine Feminine….wonderful for activation and clarities.

This CME may be a precursor to what so many have called, “The Event”, in which a large CME and/or SOULar flare emission from our sun is expected to bring enlightenment and awakening to many souls all at once. I still feel ascension as more of a gradual process, as has been offered to me by the Divine Mother. We are being offered much needed frequency boosts and surges in moments from cosmic sources and Gaia Herself. Yet, it is being drip lined into us, so that we can let it in over time and phases, calibrate and acclimate to it….rather than receive it in one ‘grand, sweeping moment in time’. This also acknowledges our free will and sovereign choices around the rate/pace of our own awakening individually and collectively.

Certainly though lately the energies have been amping UP and UP leading to possibilities of near instant manifestation, missing/extended time, and much easier access to other timelines/lifetimes. The veils between dimensions is thinner than ever. Negotiation with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper can help with accessing/integrating these codes and energies….gives the physical body a much needed rest as well with less emotional resistance going on.

Feeling Gratitude For My Highest Timeline Manifestation

For the first time in five years, I have a dedicated space/room for doing recordings, video series (more about my 33 Day one starting on January 1st coming soon) and SoulFullHeart sessions…..both remotely AND in person! I just feel so grateful for this higher timeline manifestation and opportunity to serve love. My dog Koda likes the new space too as he can settle in now to move energy…which he does in every session. 

This is so much due to the support of my beautiful community and the amazing, brave, soul and heart HUGE women I am honored to work with! We are all letting in the massive goodness that we are experiencing since moving here to Victoria, BC, Canada from Mexico NOT EVEN two months ago! This is what it feels like when you move into your Higher Timeline service of love….the Divine gifts you with whatever you need to see it through, to live it, and to experience it. I have envisioned and energized this timeline for YEARS now….one step at a time, some of them feeling like backwards steps yet ultimately moving forward. I have given up my belongings, geographies, and relationships many times in order to align more with my higher soul purpose…….with increasing trust and surrender along the way. Intense Energy Waves Lead To Deeper Healing & Change

Been in more waves of change personally as we finally transition to a house where roots can be planted in nourishing soil… this isn’t coming through without tension also moving through, making room for the new and all possibilities. It feels like a time for this, a time for stepping into your highest timeline, and feeling the reactions and tensions moving along with that. It’s a time where stepping into your highest timeline may not look and feel like the perfect picture in the moment, yet you can so trust the vision as it’s unfolding and hold onto it as more than a wish, but something you are deciding to fully show up for… even as there are steps, sometimes many steps, to realizing it in its entirety.

There’s still density to move and be with, to acknowledge and to challenge within, especially as you continue to be invited into new and deeper perspectives. These new strata of seeing yourself, of feeling your parts and how they’ve moved in and reacted to the world, are landing in your field and waiting to be let in as you sometimes shake with old rage and deep hurt as parts of you live into their pain and in some cases have a very hard time letting in healing. Actually, this shaking and vibrating with old reactions often IS part of the healing and is just as sacred as the feeling of release and relief as you let in new waves of love into dark corners of your being that have so needed it.

These higher perspectives want you to see yourself and your parts in a more profound way, to see where the pain is and why and to feel compassion for how you’ve been in this world up ‘til now. The debris of the old needs to come loose before it can be lovingly swept up. And, the timing of this sometimes chaotic-feeling shake-up process is sacred and soulfully personal to you. You can’t know the exact timing of WHEN it will be more healed, yet you can hold onto a trust that it’s all in process and there IS an other side.

Energy Update: Powerful SOULar Wind Stream, Bright Auroras

We are now IN the SOULar wind stream….bringing in accelerated wind speeds and heightened geomagnetic frequencies. Wind speed is and has been close to 500 km/sec (‘Normal’ is around 250 to 300.) This is a powerful stream as the larger canyon-sized coronal hole to make us whole is facing us in the moment. It’s producing really bright and vibrant auroras in the higher elevations, as you can see in the image I shared.

I am now like a person who can feel an ache in their joints when it is going to rain…I can FEEL tension in my head and neck when the geomagnetic frequencies are higher. This is both a blessing (an easy barometer) and a bit of a literal pain for awhile. Stretching via yoga, selenite cleansing, salt baths…. all seem to help move this tension out. Head/neck/shoulder pain is common with these energies too as those of us sensitive to energies can feel the ramping up.

More geomagnetics seem to increase emotional tensions too….the irritability, impatience….even moving into full on rage and outbursts. It’s as if the setting on your emotional reactions is turned UP and parts of you may respond with whatever needs to come up and out. Rage is suppressed passionate truth telling and often needs the outlet of being expressed and heard by you. These energies offer that opportunity.

I am digesting with my Star Family and Inner Earth guides the bigger picture of what is going on with the spikes in Gaia’s frequency waves, Gaia’s inner earth ‘ringing like a bell’ recently on 11/11, unexplainable seismic activity, increasing geomagnetic activity….all seeming to lead up to a magnetic pole shift possibility. This is not so much about finding specific answers and timelines/dates for all this, yet feeling how it is ALL held with love to bring about a much larger scale collective awakening and ascension! I’ll be sharing more soon what I am downloading about this….

Self love and self care, tuning in and going in……and just BEing with the parts of you that need you are all important during these elevated energies!!

Energy Update: SOULar Winds, Storms, and a Flare…Oh My!

INteresting updates from spaceweather.com on some SOULar winds, geostorms, and even a flare/CME that released yesterday (coronal mass ejection, which is rare in this solar minimum phase). The Great Cosmic sacred masculine is getting IN on the action, responding to Gaia’s recent pulses from deep in Inner Earth too.
 
From spaceweather.com, “Yesterday, Nov. 30th, a filament of magnetism in the sun’s southern hemisphere erupted, hurling a CME into space. NOAA analysts say the expanding cloud has an Earth-directed component. The slow-moving CME could deliver a glancing blow to our planet’s magnetic field on Dec. 5th, possibly sparking polar geomagnetic storms.”
 
And, “NOAA forecasters say there is a 70% chance of minor G1-class geomagnetic storms on Dec. 1st and 2nd when a stream of solar wind is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. The gaseous material is flowing from a wide hole in the sun’s atmosphere. This is a “coronal hole”–a place where the sun’s magnetic field opens up and allows solar wind to escape. We’ve seen this coronal hole before. It opened in June and, since then, it has been spinning around with the sun, lashing Earth with solar wind about once a month. The last time it happened on Nov. 4th.”

THIS feels like a boost of next level support to move into our higher timelines as this year called 2018 completes and 2019 begins. You may be experiencing your own completions and begins in your life, in relationships, in geographies, in careers….it’s a shifting, churning, and even burning time. Ash in the air as I’ve called it….while the confetti reigns down too. Soon it will be more confetti than ash as MORE and more souls choose their souls, their higher timelines….as they choose LOVE!
 
As always with high SOULar frequencies, be self loving and check in with your energy levels, your chakras, and how overall integration is going on for you.
