Energy Waves Inviting NEW Alchemy From Inner Work

So many energy waves coming in recently that are wanting to give us more energy for dreaming, intending, and taking action steps too towards what it is we most want. There’s an invitation into a deeper trust within too. A trust in the goodness that waits on the other side of even some painful processes of having to say “no” to what we don’t want and/or completing with different jobs or relationships that just aren’t aligning with who we are becoming anymore. It’s been about a week or so, it feels like, of harvesting from seeds sown long ago, yet also planting new ones in new soil.

As Gaia’s frequency continues to rise up as reflected in all of these recent spikes in the Schumann resonance and so on, this seems to be laying new ground for us to stand on in many ways! We have NEW opportunities to plant ourselves in that are more in alignment with our soul purpose work and NEW motivation to keep moving on and moving through whatever difficulties are arising. This may even show up as NEW ways to lean into others for support too or to begin offering support to others in a more active and engaged way, whatever that may look like for you. You get to choose the nourishment of co-creation and collaboration with resonant others if it feels like time for you… and you get to wonder why it may not feel like the phase for this for you personally and check in with your parts to see what resistances may be there around it.

This sense of new ground arising is a result of ‘composting’ the ‘old’… dedicating your healing within and shedding layers that no longer feel like you as parts of you let you feel them and move more into health than injury, more into dharma than drama and a healthy integration into your unique expression of wholeness and ‘I’-ness. This has been an intense and churning process often times, just as new compost must be churned and in some cases, burned, in order to integrate into the new soil and add nutrients and life to it. There’s nothing in the multi-verse that can ever disappear, just change state. And so, your pain has the chance to be recycled and added back in as an expression of the renewed you – more alive, more present, more trusting, more genuinely loving, more human, and more spiritual too.

Perhaps it’s time for your new soul soil to be laid and planted in. Energy waves moving through are inviting you to feel what you REALLY want and to be with the process of its manifestation, in all of its ups and downs, challenges and easy flow too. ❤

The Sacred Peaks And Valleys Of Our Ascension

The peaks, valleys, and polarities of our heart and souls are highlighted as we are taken on this wild ride known as ascension. Some days are high, some days are low. The question is do you continue to ride the waves as “just the way it is”, or do you choose to feel why they exist as they do?

This is a sacred choice for each one of us. There is a moment when enough becomes enough and it is time for something new. That new has a more lasting impact when it is felt on the inside from you to you. What parts or aspects are locked in this dance that seems to moving to a tune that seems stuck in a rut and skipping on that same old note?

During theses times these ruts can be found in the way you relate to your relationships, your work, and/or geography. The bristles, depressions, and physical reactions are all here to remind you that there is something that is needing the attention of its truth and the compassion of your heart.

The holidays seem to amplify what is already being amplified in this process, so in a way we are getting a double-whammy! Parts of you can be trying their damnedest to hold it all together, but maybe it is coming to the point where it all just needs to unravel.

We hold this unraveling as a gift as it enters the deep core of your needs, truth, and desire. It may burn down the house you built or it may lead to a deeper foundation and some extra add-ons you were least expecting. Either way love is finding its way and creating some more real than you felt the day, week, and year before.

Hold this process as sacredly held by the highest and most beloved frequencies you can let in and imagine. This offers the container or embrace that will guide and support you to the other side.

Feeling The Love Even In The Difficult Experiences

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love…..a powerful mantra to take in and live by. Feel the parts of you that feel life is against them and you could offer these messages to them from your Higher Self/5D sacred human self:

Life is not ‘doing anything’ to you, yet rather is WITH you in this experience of growth. You are not cursed. You have not been abandoned by the Divine. You are not being ‘tested’ to earn the Divine’s graces and love.

ALL of it that you’ve experienced is a gift for your growth. Your Higher Self (the source of your individuated soul or also what we call the Metasoul) has orchestrated and planned with MUCH love what you will experience here in 3D. Choosing to be here now, during this time of transition and shiftings, to 4D and beyond IN the human body is a brave choice. To contribute to the ascension movement is not a sentence, yet rather a sign of the strength of your soul and proof of your BIGNESS.

Gaia is not a prison planet, in the sense that you have no choice in being here and no escape……in the sense that other fear-based BEings have captured you and you are ‘stuck’. This has ALL been in collaboration on the higher levels. Higher vibrational frequencies of love and Oneness have been purposely suppressed; contrary feeling senses have been amped up and polarized. This was chosen not to enslave you, yet rather so that you may come to remember again that you have ALWAYS been free.

Your Higher Self has given you much support to be here in this challenging experiment and experience. This support is WITHIN you and becomes accessible as you awaken to your Metasoul expressions and many timelines for which your Higher Self has projected out. Meeting with, reconciling karma, sharing gifts together with these other lifetime selves (not ‘past lives’ as they are in the Now)…this brings you into MORE sense of wholeness again and unification. This grows your 5D sacred human self that is embodying and integrating these higher frequencies as you are unanchoring from 3D realities by healing the woundings and traumas parts of your fragmented 3D self have experienced during it. As you heal these traumas, you no longer draw traumatic life situations to push up and trigger your undigested feelings.

There can be the end of experiencing spiritual battles going on for your soul or ‘good against evil’ or ‘light against the dark’ or vice versa. All such battles cease to be in your reality when you LOVE the energies inside yourself and your Metasoul that are polarized to each other. When you love the dark, the Reptilian, the whatever is seen and been in shadow, then it can transmute to light and its TRUE essence as love. Battling anything on the outside stems from unreconciled violence inside and a lack of trust that it ALL comes from love ultimately and will return there.

You can invite the dark to transmute to love with love….this invitation leads to reconciliation, to integration, to transformation. Battling (inside or out) doesn’t transmute back to love as someone always loses in some form…..even as they ‘gain’ in a higher sense from the experience, yet there is a cost of harm being done or experienced.

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love….and so it can be as parts of you experience this more and more from within you!

Being With Post-Holiday Emotional Indigestion

I get the sense today that there’s a lot of lingering ‘indigestion’ going on coming off of Thanksgiving weekend in the USA, both in the physical and the emotional…. being with friends and family members who are no longer resonant with who you are and are becoming often creates a strain inside as parts of you shape-shift and adjust to the energies at the dinner table, suppressing how they are really feeling and reacting. Something that is becoming harder and harder to do as truth-telling parts of you like your Inner Protector, who has been observing and managing your relationship with your family and old friends, are becoming less and less tolerant of what isn’t resonant or feels like real love to them.

This suppression leads to intense indigestion in your emotional body, leaving you with physical and emotional pain too. If your body is reacting to the amount of food you’ve taken in, it’s likely also reacting to the energy of its preparation and consumption too. Checking in with your Inner Protector is a great way to feel them in their ongoing rumbles and to connect with the other parts of you they have been protecting as best they can from the sometimes quite invasive energy of those around you on these holidays that can be especially intense and charged with all sorts of unfelt and uncared for emotional realities and reactivity.

The invitation is always to feel what you want in your heart and what you need for your soul. The real soul food of resonant relationships and soul family community is a potent energy to lean into for growth and deep nourishment. The reflections offered to you by non-resonant relationships are eventually no longer needed as the care offered from those who are doing the same degree of inner work as you is no comparison and is all you and your parts eventually will want to experience. It’s a sacred journey to arrive here to this place where the comfortably uncomfortable feeling of being around family members and friends who do not nurture your journey nor let you in enough to have you nurture theirs, is no longer desired. And, it’s just as sacred to feel all there is to feel, including the fears and anxieties in parts of you as you begin to let in true soul family connections and embark on the journey of continued growth and expansion in all of your intimate relationships.

Energy Update: Powerful Gaia Frequency Wave Just Moved Through

Wow! What a ride in the Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency the last 48 hours! Spiked up to 80 HZ and ‘hovered’ in the 40 to 60 HZ range for hours! Looks like in the last couple of hours it has finally settled down again.

Many of you have been sharing about physical symptoms in connection to these energies. Head and neck pain as the pineal gland and the causal chakra activate and upgrade is common. These energies can definitely push up a sense of being ‘rebooted’ with the sleepiness that brings up….intense dream states too. My dreams have been rich, full, and very active.

There is an emotional purging element with these energies too, supported by the recent full moon energies. You might find yourself bursting into tears, sensitive, emotionally reactive…at a higher pace and rate than is usual for you. This is GOOD too as that which was previously anchored to fear/tension/anxiety/resistance can be released. If you can feel directly the part of that is feeling emotionally (whether Inner Protector, Inner Child/Teenager, etc.) that can be so helpful. More about parts here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

I have the sense from my guides that this burst of energy is like when you jumpstart a car with jumper cables. It’s a support/boost to those of us already awakened and on the ascension path consciously. And it’s a ‘wake up’ possibility for those about to tip over into awakening. It may be difficult not to be triggered by those souls not awakened that are around you….especially birth family and friends…..yet this is a time for which they may be more open than ever before. You can become a bridge for them if you lead with an open heart, yet still good boundaries of self love. I think we’ll be seeing more spiking energies during Christmas as well as more souls tune into Christ consciousness.

Good to ground these energies into your soul field….starting with your ascension chakras….personal sun about two feet above your head…and all the way down your chakra column into Mother Gaia Herself. Feeling your personal root system with Her. She is shifting every time I connect with Her….more vibrant, more crystalline….just like us!

Energy Update: Schumann Spikes For November 24

Checked in with Gaia’s resonance and WOW….okie, we’ve had some pretty mega spikes and waves for that last 14 hours….including all the way UP to 80 HZ at one point. They are going to need to expand these graphs to represent higher frequencies as they are occurring so much more regularly these days. And to think that 7.83 HZ used to be considered normal!

As usual with higher Schumann/Gaia resonance, you may be feeling dizzy, lightheadedness, sleepiness, head/neck/back pains and aches….on the physical body level. And irritability, anger, excitement mixed with some anxiety, clarity, joy…there is a range here on the emotional body level depending on where you are at right now. These energies can amplify hormonal levels too!

These higher frequency patterns are GOOD news as they represent the ascension of Gaia and of our collective consciousness too. The more souls who awaken and move into higher vibrational frequencies, the more we will see an elevated Schumann as the ‘new’ normal.

Christ/Magdalene Light Streams In To Begin This ‘Christmas Season’

Today… today it feels like Christ Consciousness is coming in to be held and to hold us too. It’s the ‘official’ kick-off of the Christmas season here in North America, so there’s that, yet increasingly as we approach 12/12 and perhaps especially with all of the ‘current events’ ongoing, Christ Consciousness is coming through with a palpable Divine Father/Masculine energy.
 
Today may be a hyper shopping day for some, which promises a gateway to much debt as many choose to invest their energy and resources into making purchases to perhaps try and please the unpleasable, both inside and out. Yet, almost as if to try and help us learn to hold and BE with these emotional highs and lows instead of spending scads of money and emotional energy to placate something, there’s all this warm, golden Christ energy coming through to hold us and remind us that we ARE more than this by birthright and soul-right.
 
The Divine feels us in this emotionally and spiritually-charged time we call the ‘Christmas Season’ and offers space for parts of us to land and lean more into the glow of the Christ Consciousness light waves coming in what look and feel like golden and red glittering bands of light. This is the Christ/Magdalene love coming in to encourage us to feel all there is to feel and move even more towards a unified inner community as well as resonant soul family/community. There is SO much light streaming in that it can’t help but bring UP what isn’t love inside of you and the ache for MORE of what you most authentically WANT in your heart and soul.
 
It is a powerful choice to go inward and feel during this time instead of looking outward for quelling what is becoming harder and harder to quell or quiet down inside. To explore the parts of you hurting and reacting during this time, to help them and to be with them as the most important ‘family’ you could ever work to love and hold dear. It is equally powerful to vulnerably reach out for help and to courageously show up to support others in their healing too. This is an aspect of Christ Consciousness that begins, as always, from within… and we are invited as this ‘Christmas season’ (which is really ‘Christ-Consciousness Season’) begins, to truly land in our hearts in a new and renewed way, whatever that means for us in any given moment.

Energy Update: Full Moon, Spiking Schumann And Black Friday Intensities

Energy Update: It’s one of THOSE days….energy wise. There are many cosmic influences inviting you into NEW frequencies of feeling, releasing, and moving into next level places of your consciousness expansion.
 
The full moon energies tonight (as always it seems) offer an illumination of the inner spaces and sometimes the darker places too. That which has been suppressed emotionally can find some release as Divine Mother holds the accepting and forgiving space for its expression. This full moon is interesting timing with what is called, ‘Black Friday’ in so many parts of the world. Black Friday is a frenetic and massive shopping day running on the fuel of anxiety and expectations already connecting to the holiday season.
 
This would be a good day to go inward to ground in the lunar frequencies…rather than going to the mall and joining the throngs there. 3D shopping requires a pretty high vibe bubble around you in order to enjoy it, especially during this time of year. I am noticing this as I’ve been doing a lot of shopping since arriving back in Canada. We are preparing to furnish and decorate creatively and with much joy a new house and had to furnish our bodies too in order to adjust to the colder weather here after leaving Mexico. I feel much joy in my heart as I take in the objects that have so often been creatively made and displayed. Yet most of the people I feel shopping are in a numbed out and flat state for which they are looking for the temporary high of buying something to relieve.
 
You may still be recovering from family gatherings on Thanksgiving too if you are in the U.S…..especially if it was with birth family members that you aren’t resonant with on the soul level. I’m not sure if the Schumann/Gaia frequency resonance is helping much to sooth out the edges and tensions from relationships that just don’t have much common ground anymore.
 
The Schumann has been spiking lately…up and down over the last few days and today (11/23) already quite a bit. There have been two hour and even a four hour long stretch of high waves, spiking up past 60 Hz (‘normal’ used to be 7.83 HZ, but I don’t think anyone considers that baseline anymore). These higher frequencies offer an expansion in consciousness and NEW ways of seeing/feeling/digesting reality…IF the soul is ready for them. If not, it could just be irritating and amp up unhappiness and despair, for which so many parts of people feel and walk around with that are anchored to 3D consciousness.

SOULar winds were blowing in somewhat the last couple of days too yet are settling now….to return with some possible geomagnetic storms on November 26th. This November has been a powerful energy month with the 11/11/11 portal providing a bridge to physical manifestation of your highest timeline life.
 
Remain anchored into your multidimensional frequencies, connect with Divine guides and your higher timeline Metasoul aspects to help navigate this phase of transition. Be open to hold space for the parts of you that are still anchored to 3D fear/resistance/tension….just FEELing their reality and why it exists (especially triggered by the holidays and birth family.) Many opportunities for deeper integration into your higher timeline are available right Now if you can let them IN!

Seeking The Payoff Of Being Felt

Every impulse of energy moving through you and around you is an expression of something that simply wants to be felt.

What you are doing or not doing today; where you are going or not going, is all about an energy flow of choices that are seeking the payoff of being felt. This is also true for everyone around you.

It isn’t money that makes the world go round, but rather feeling. Money is only one of many different feeling containers.

We are learning that consciousness itself is what underlies all matter. In that we are also learning that what we previously called ‘inanimate objects’ are not only capable of feeling, but produce measurable feeling state reactions to changes of emotional energy.

Your heart, and your willingness to feel the reactions that are happening inside of you and all around you are the animation system that move you through life and onto your next places.

Are you craving a certain kind of change in your life? Being willing to feel that craving and what it’s deeply about is what allows it to flow into your life, rather than leaving you stuck in an unfulfilled craving.

Feeling is an exchange, a ‘from’ and a ‘to’. It happens in relationship, and in that, it doesn’t occur where only one exists. Relationship requires an other. When you are feeling yourself, you are showing up as this other to feel a part of yourself. As you feel yourself more and more in this way, your relationships with others shift in order to take on this same feeling quality.

This is also true of the Divine, whom we all are and are all subpersonas of. The Divine couldn’t know the flow of feeling were it not for the feeling flowing through you and your life circumstances.

Feel your next impulse that you might choose. What is wanting to be felt underneath that impulse? Are you going about on autopilot? What is the feeling payoff for a part of you to remain on autopilot? Maybe it’s a kind of not-feeling payoff. But being numb is also another feeling state that like all feeling states, actually wants to be felt. It needs to be felt for it to move onto what is beyond it.

No matter how challenging a set of life circumstances you face; no matter what admitted ‘wounds’ you may carry, there is something soooo fundamentally and profoundly right about you!

You are love out seeking to know and feel love. Love at its core wants to be felt. Love wants to reward you for your willingness to feel. Love wants to fill your cup.

You are love’s beloved.
