Renewals and completions… this is a powerful invitation coming in through this 12/12 portal we’ve entered. Relationships especially seem to be highlighted right now and many questions are being asked about whether or not they are on healthy or even desirable ground. To feel if you want to deepen the ground is an aspect of ‘renewal’. Is there enough juice and attraction there, romantic or otherwise, to want to move WITH the relationship into your next phase of life and does it fit with your arising clarities about yourself, your heart and soul, and your path, or does it seem to no longer fit with what you’re feeling coming up for you?
This can be a time of many rumbles underneath the ground of any kind of relationship, where you’re being asked quite directly by the love you are if this is enough for you, prompting you to check in with your heart and parts to see if it really is or if there are other reasons why the ground has been kept alive this long. Relationships are intense and emotional crucibles, meant to be a reflection for where you’re at on your healing path and what you’re being invited to look at next inside of you. Being with the desire to complete an old ground is challenging and the process of doing so can be even more so… yet the beacon of what you most desire and what you’re coming to realize you most deserve to experience in relationships of any kind, is held by love, always…
It’s not a black and white picture when we talk about ‘completions’, as they are really the ending of one phase of life or a ground of your relationship within yourself or with another, not necessarily something that means an absolute finality. It can definitely feel this way though, especially if you’re choosing to separate from an abusive or highly toxic relationship with birth family, a lover, or even a close friend and your parts may want it to be a case of a closed and locked door on your side of the bridge. Sometimes this is really needed in the name of self-love, for the sake of your recovery and to collect the wounded parts of you back up again. However, there are other times where the process is to complete the old ground in the relationship so that a NEW one can arise in its place.
This is the sense of renewal and completion that is arising during this season and through this 12/12 portal… that we get the chance, in every moment, to feel if we want to continue with one thing or another or move into a reevaluation and transition into something new, starting INSIDE. Life may present you with opportunities for something new on the outside, yet the work continues within and this is the core place where the ground in any other area of your life can shift and change and evolve, not to mention heal.

How do you summarize an entire YEAR of dynamic and catalytic energies in one writing? I feel to just write from my heart as I feel into what 2018 has offered us in terms of cosmic, galactic, Gaia, and overall Ascension energies. I immediately see that there are distinct ways/means that these energies have been delivered to us. I would like to go over each of them and what I have noticed in general and how they seem to impact us on the physical/emotional/chakral levels as that seems like a good way to summarize what we’ve experienced in 2018.
SOULAR ACTIVITY – Our sun provides important sacred masculine ACTivations to us that offer a boost and healing to our healthy masculine energies of clarity, right action, and service of love. Healing of the wounded masculine is an important aspect of Ascension, for both women and men. The Great Cosmic Sun is the ‘upline’ for these codes, which are then delivered through our sun and downloaded into our Personal Sun chakra, which is about two feet above our heads. Sun codes are the most accessible, universal, and able to be received on a collective level by ALL souls, to whatever degree they can let them in.
We are in a solar minimum phase (very low sunspot activity), so it hasn’t been about solar flares and Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs), although we have had a few of those. The main downloads and activations have come through high speed SOULar winds (up to 700 km/sec at times) as energy streams in from ever growing coronal ‘holes to make use whole’ on the sun’s service. These winds are becoming MUCH more common, often sparking beautiful and vibrant auroras in the higher altitudes. The Auroras ALSO contain important activations as a bridge of the cosmic to the physical, whether taken in etherically or in person.
Rather than being afraid of UV exposure and the sun, we are remembering now how vital a resource it is for us and our consciousness expansion. Letting in sun codes is actually food for our light body, especially at sun rise and sun set. The sun will be an increasing source of awakening as we proceed forward in the Ascension process, with many people feeling that a significant SOULar flare or CME energy wave (often felt as a ‘rainbow wave’) will be the ‘event’ that moves us ALL up to a higher consciousness level at once. I am seeing it more as a gradual process, let in by each soul at their own rate and pace. No question though that the sun is shifting and changing as a planetary consciousness and is a major source of awakening energies for us.
Common experiences with SOULar activations are of tiredness, along with more dense feelings of 3D as it gets pushed up to be felt and released. High speed winds can also create an off balance feeling as the geomagnetics increase, putting us ‘off center’. Emotions of irritation, rage, distrust, and anxiety can be triggered by the sacred masculine SOULar activations too as the wounded masculine flushes up and out to be felt and healed. Sometimes, too, the winds can lead to the thinning of veils between timelines and more multidimensional access/timelines bleeding through.
Assistance in letting in the SOULar energies comes from connection with your inner masculine in order to receive and let in the sacred masculine activations from the sun. You can do that through identification of your Inner Protector and other masculine energies, creating an inner sacred union, bringing feminine and masculine energies into balance. It also helps to activate and clean your Personal Sun chakra in order to flow the sun codes into and through your field.
Here is a guided meditation for meeting your Inner Protector:
Gaia/Schumann Resonance Frequency – Until the last few years, the resonance frequency of our planet Gaia hovered around 7.83 HZ. It is now common for Gaia’s frequency (measured as Schumann waves) to come in at 40 HZ and even spike up to 80 HZ at times! These spikes in Gaia’s resonance seem to correlate to the rise in humanity’s overall consciousness frequency and brain wave activity as well. I have been guided, especially in the second half of 2018, to track and share about the Schumann resonance as many sensitive souls are keyed into and impacted by these waves and spikes.
Common experiences with an elevated Gaia frequency are feeling ungrounded, here but NOT here, multidimensional openings, timeline bleed throughs, and suspended and missing time. Head, neck and shoulder pain is also common with elevated Gaia resonance, which seems to trigger activation of the causal chakra at the back of the head and galactic consciousness activation (sun codes can do this as well). I have been offered by my guides that Inner Earth activities and technologies are impacting the Gaia resonance frequency, created the ‘earth ringing like a bell’ phenom on 11/11, and the increase in often unexplainable seismic activity as well. I feel a sense of trust that these things are being done to raise the collective consciousness, which so needs the support and help to continue to move out of 3D density conditioning and anchoring.
Assistance with letting in the elevated Gaia codes comes from grounding the energies into your chakras, starting at the Personal Sun chakra and moving all the way down to the root system Gaia chakra. Important also is emotional body healing, purging, and releasing of trauma from both this-life and other lifetimes. Trauma creates a fear-based density that makes it more difficult for parts of you to receive Ascension energy upgrades, in general.
Here is a guided meditation to activate and integrate Ascension energies:
Gateways and Portals; Solstices and Equinoxes, such as 5/5, 8/8, 11/11 and 12/12 – Even though linear time is not ‘real’ in a higher dimensional sense, our human consciousness places a meaning on repeating number sequences. These numbers contain waveforms that activate our consciousness, providing often very needed upgrades and activations. Our Star Families also align to these gateways as well, providing a galactic and cosmic connection to activate our sleepy star BEing DNA, pineal and pituitary glands, and 5D anchored (and higher) light bodies.
Each of these gateways offers specific energies and codes JUST for you, based on what your current phase of Ascension is and what your Higher Self and Star Family feel that you most need. Lion’s Gate on 8/8 seems the most potent one, with a strong feeling of Ascension Christmas on that day and the days surrounding and following it. The solstices and equinoxes also offer waves of activations connected to the seasonal energies of Gaia and the collective consciousness as well.
Experiences of these gateways, equinoxes/solstices can vary depending on which one and what you are meant to receive from them. There is often a sense of receiving soul-based clarities, higher timeline experiences and visions, and easier access to soul gifts. They can also provide a purging opportunity for your light body with necessary detox and cleansing happening.
Assistance in letting in the energies during these gateways is to connect with the codes directly through meditation. Ask your guides/Higher Self/ Metasoul Aspects to provide you with what YOU most need during these gateways. Be open, surrendered, and trusting in the receiving….also feeling whatever fears and resistances come up connected to whatever part of you is feeling it.

Lunar activity – Full moons, new moons, and lunar eclipses – To counterbalance all this SOULar sacred masculine activity is the steady and reliable phases of the moon offering Divine Feminine frequencies of receiving, letting in, digestion, and integration of ALL these activations. These energies also illuminate what is in shadow within your emotional body/subconscious and Metasoul field as well.
Full moons offer an amplification of these Divine Feminine energies. This can lead to an intensification of especially the death phase of death/rebirth. Completions and letting go (especially of relationships) are served by and catalyzed by full moons. Supermoons, in which the moon is closest to Gaia’s orbit, amplify these energies even more.
Lunar and solar eclipses are powerful ‘events’ that offer unification of collective consciousness. As so many souls tune into them (especially total solar or lunar eclipses), the field of unity consciousness expands and is able to receive more of the codes being offered. Each eclipse seems to offer its own energy frequency that you can tune into and many awakening souls feel them as a ‘marker’ for next level phases of growth, awakening, and change in their journeys.

The methods of delivery may be distinctive, yet the overall purpose of these energies is universal. The purpose is to raise our consciousness frequency, to further the process of Ascension, to move out of 3D fear-based timelines and into higher ones. Even if these energies push up uncomfortable and even painful things for you on the physical and emotional levels, they ARE meant for the greater good, both individually and collectively. Even just tapping into this trust in the intention of them can help with the navigation and integration of them.

It seems there is still such a draw to the strain of the holidays, to the tightness of budgets and the anxiety of gift buying/giving, while underneath all of that is the ache for love, to be seen, to be cherished, to be in your bigness and full-strength light. The struggle around this still begins and ends within, normalizing holiday stress when it really wants to be a time of renewal, especially a renewed relationship to love and what it really is. It’s a time for awakening to the ways in which love has not been flowing in your life and how deeply your heart really wants it to. Love moves mountains and shakes up the foundations of your life as needed to let more of it in. You see, it’s too big for the walls that parts of you have built to try and contain or control it and always wants more room, never settling for less… though settling for less or expecting to have to earn or purchase it may be what you’ve become used to.
Christ/Magdalene consciousness is here in immense waves of love whenever you feel ready to let it in…. and especially on this 12/12 day do I feel it coming and shining brightly for us all, inviting us to feel how parts of all of us have held and related to ‘Christmas’ as a season and holiday in this 3D reality we’re still unanchoring from. The frequencies of Christ/Magdalene consciousness are alive in the music of this holiday, the feeling of being in the room with beloveds who are cherished by your heart AND your soul, the child-like wonder and awe around beautifully decorated Christmas trees. To feel more of these energies for yourself, you can start by actually making any Christmas song about ‘Jesus’ or the ‘Christ’ as being about the Christ being born and reborn within you, the preciousness and epicness of your own being and place in this ascending world. You can picture these energies coming in as an epic light stream of gold and sparkling red, shining brightly with the invitation to be in, with, and held by Love. You may feel this energy with you now, holding you close, inviting you inward to BE with the fear of love that lives inside and to BE with the aches and desires for more too…
When I feel these waves in the moment, these are the messages that come:
“May the unfortunate, sad, angering things that happen to you bring you closer to yourself, not farther away… may they invite you to love yourself more, not less.
May the light of Christ in feminine and masculine energies ignite the Sacred Union inside you, to unite you with Sacred Union outside of you, as you continue the work of letting love IN.
May this time of tightness, fear and anxiety, open out like a flower inside of you, inviting you to feel the fragrance of trust in love as it lives and moves and breathes in your life and the collective story too.
May the beacon of love bring you home… to yourself, to your soul family connections, to your heart and soul mate, to your genuine innocence and child-like desire for more love that has never left you, though it has perhaps been buried for a while.
May the healing of your heart, the support and service of the healing of others’ hearts, and the genuine connection, deep intimacy and growth that comes from all of this, land deeply in the burning fire on the sacred hearth of your desires and sense of the NEW reality that is possible, continually calling you homeward to love, love, love…”

Energy Update: HIGH Soular winds the last few days….beyond 600 km/sec at some points when ‘normal’ is 300 and lower. There is a kind of magnetic matching going on with these winds so that they are not creating the usual geomagnetic storms.
Here’s more according to spaceweather.com, “For the third day in a row, Earth is inside a stream of fast-moving solar wind. Inside the stream, wind speeds are topping 600 km/s–yet there have been no geomagnetic storms. Why not? There’s a mismatch: Magnetic fields inside the solar wind stream are pointing North, the same direction as Earth’s magnetic field. “North” versus “North” prevents the type of magnetic link-up that leads to storming. “
This match in magnetics may actually be illuminating a mismatch inside of you and where polarities exist from one part of you to another. An example of a mismatch inside is when part of you may be stuck in a masculine suppressing/judging/guarding while another part of you (more feminine) aches for intimacy, vulnerability, and magic. This is often an Inner Punisher and an Inner Child dynamic that we feel in our process through helping you get to know BOTH energies and loving them back into balance again. It can be very challenging to BE in balance and experience your outer life in balance while inner polarities and wars are going on.
It feels like these current energies actually SUPPORT the experience of being in more alignment and what it’s like when inner north matches up with inner north. An interesting process to feel into as 2018 completes and powerful energies of completion, digestion, and NEW bridges to your higher timelines expressing in 2019 are possible.
Also, with high SOULar winds, there can be a feeling of consciousness dip more into 3D leading to tiredness, irritability, just sense of more density around you. Illuminating the 3D anchoring still going on inside and WHY…especially as connected to relationships of all kinds.
Matching and BEing in balance of energies INside and from other timelines is the opportunity we are gifted as this Ascension/Awakening process continues.
When you feel like a blade of grass, remember you are watered by a snowflake.
These are words I felt to offer a soul aspect of mine that I am connecting with that can feel like he is not unique in the world. He has relegated himself to one of many in order to not be seen as unique, and therefore subject to criticism and persecution. He has invalidated his own truth, his own uniqueness in order to stay as the blade rather than the snowflake that he is. Just like each and every one of us.
These timelines run thick in our collective vein. The specifics of each are different for each of us but the theme is the same. The fear of breaking out of the herd in order to be heard. To be seen. As I feel into the depths of this wounding, I can see myself on both sides of the punisher/shame coin. The persecutor and the persecuted. They sit in the same room and to feel them both as me is its own unique experience. To be a third party to it, I can be a bridge to the two worlds. I can offer compassion, space, and a heart to land in. I can be the mediator of the healing between both poles and begin the integration process.
These are not just concepts or words coming together, but actual visceral lives that hold poignancy and relevancy. It is an inner play that is acted out and truly felt as real because it is. The tears and pain prove it in my book…and my heart. Not just in my head. The story is still new to me and details arising and I feel to keep it sacred inside of me, but I felt to share the theme and the process as I can feel it resonating with others that are awakening into there own largess of being.
For as we all go down this path of Integration and Ascension, you come to these places where parts of you have invalidated what they have truly felt as Truth on the inside in order to be that blade of grass. Connecting with the Higher Self and Inner Truth, you can water that blade with all the necessary courage and strength to make your selves be known to You and then to the world without fear of being punished for you hold the the light of Love inside of you. It does not seek validation from the outside anymore. This is where freedom reigns and true love lives.

The detoxification of everything that got stirred up in 2018 is moving up and out right now as December moves along and the season brings in Christ/Magdalene Consciousness frequencies forward to help move it all out and replace it with a balm of love and self-care. So much came to the surface to be noticed and felt this year. It feels like more souls have now moved deeper into 4D consciousness awakenings, feeling the turmoil of it all, learning to go inward as the one place where the energies can actually move and heal and transmute into something NEW. This has been a big deal this year, life facilitating the process of ascending into 4D for those who have been so anchored in 3D in ways even they were unaware of until now. This is the process scratching the surface and then choosing to dig and find the gold that lies within and the oil that has to spring up from the depths too in the process.
4D is a place where all of these awakenings to the cries of the world and the need to express outrage from parts of you and aspects of your soul from other timelines too can take place. It’s a corridor and a birth canal into higher frequencies and you can’t bypass it or transcend it for too long. It’s actually your capacity to go here and BE with the pain coming up and being triggered by world or even local issues, and to BE with the desire for life to be more than a baseline of pain and suffering hovering underneath everything in your life all of the time, that moves you more into 5D timelines and frequencies with less need to go back into lower ones to continue your inner healing and transmutation process.
You aren’t meant to stay in this sometimes very tight-feeling corridor for long. The intention of Ascension is to continue to find and hold the bigger picture and an understanding that what’s being moved through is somehow necessary. This becomes easier to do if you can feel your parts and Metasoul. Ascension means that every single aspect of you, from the downtrodden to the high-vibe, is meant to come with you. The reflections offered throughout this past year have been intense but meaningful and deep, if you have the capacity and desire to courageously and vulnerably take them there. There’s no doubt that this process of taking everything with you is intense and yet it’s also beyond rewarding to feel the other side of the process come to be!
2019 has the potential for more churning on one side of it, but an immense capacity to hold the healing of what has had to come up this last year (or any ‘year’) on another. It holds the opportunity for you to complete suffering loops and painful life and love experiences as you move more into what wants to light you up from inside. How you choose to relate to yourself through everything that has surfaced is how you choose to relate to the ‘year’ ahead and anything else that surfaces too, along with any other opportunities for deeper intimacy in relationships with others, with Star Family, and with yourself and your soul.

Last year, I was guided/inspired to offer a daily video for 33 days straight starting on January 1st. I am excited to be now preparing to offer a 33 day video series for 2019 called Deepen!! It will begin on January 1st, 2019 and run until February 2nd. Every day I will share some teachings and also a guided meditation. I was inspired to share a guided meditation every day this year as it offers a visceral experience of the Divine, parts/Metasoul aspects, ascension energy integration, and limitless potentials beyond that. Also, new for this year, I am going to be facilitating/hosting weekly group sessions over zoom for those of you who would like to digest what you are experiencing during the series, especially what opens out during the meditations, with me. These group sessions will be offered every Saturday at 11:00am PST during the series: January 5, 12, 19 26 and February 2nd, 2019. Yesterday in meditation, I got this image of the game called Jenga. For those that have not heard of it, it is a game where you stack blocks of wood in alternating directions and then take one piece out at a time so as to not collapse the structure.
This felt like an apt metaphor for the awakening and healing aspects of Ascension. As one awakens to a truth, whether emotional, experiential or learned, a structure or construct comes to light. You ‘see’ what is going on and how it has been the basis for what is perceived as reality. This is not just about an outer reality, but also an inner reality. It can be easier to see the outer matrix than the inner one.
This construct is built through our reactions and defenses to this life and soul woundings. It is a reality that seemed solid at one point, but as the echoes of the veils continue to dissolve you can see how it was always in maintenance by the protective layer within each of us. The deconstruction of that construct is no simple act.
The first few pieces may be hard to move. They represent the construct Itself. There are deep emotions tethered to them that need to be negotiated with. To obliterate this structure is neither loving nor productive. It takes the time it takes.
As you continue to move one piece at a time, there become pieces that seem core to the stability of the structure. It gets to a point where the removal of the piece will surely collapse the whole gig. The part of us attached to that structure, invested or identified with it, can feel an existential fear of its collapse.
This is the nature of our continued growth and becoming. There is no ‘safe’ zone to hang out in other than the trust in the Love that is holding this whole process we signed up for. It is the table that holds the blocks. These blocks are the parts and metasoul aspects that have so much to heal and be felt in. They can be reintegrated into a more authentic and pure source of light, a prism if you will.
Now, this is very conceptual in its deliverance but the process is far from that. It is very visceral and emotional. It invites yet presses. It leaves you up against your walls and ultimately into your heart. The construct is honored and blessed for what it held for us to get to a new place of awareness and action. I honor the space that is held for me in my journey as I hold that space for others. This is never just a journey of One, but an integration of All.
