In the guided meditation, you invite your Protector/Gatekeeper to lead you into your βwomb roomβ down in the lower levels of your Castle. You notice energies that are in your womb room and clear them out using white light. You are then invited to submerge into Divine Motherβs healing pool with your womb in a cavern nearby the womb room.

In this video, we share about what we mean by Sacred Feminine Embodiment, which includes healing the masculine frequencies within us, the template/modeling from our birth mothers, hijacking of our womb/sexual power expression, unplugging from the Patriarchal matrix, and connecting/letting in Divine Mother. We talk about how challenging it is to feel the authentic feminine essence within us as she is so often deeply protected, hidden, and covered over by layers and layers of masculine expression.
Through a process of negotiating and getting to know your inner masculine (including your Inner Protector and Gatekeeper), you are able to open up access to your inner feminine through initially connection with a younger feminine such as an inner child/inner teenager. Yet, eventually, your sacred feminine essence flows through more and more as you also become the embodiment of the Divine Mother.
In the guided meditation, you journey once again to your Castle and ask your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper to join us there. Your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper shows you to where they have most likely hidden your inner feminine. You begin to connect with her, inviting her to join you outside the Castle in Divine Motherβs Garden and to take a bath in cleansing waters in the garden.

The fire of love lights up your sleeping limbs and illuminates where to go next inside of you. It brings you into new levels of awakening to how and who youβve been and what youβre truly called to become. It is the Divine inviting you to be truthful, real, and alive.
As the fire of love burns within me, it burns within you. I feel the flames rising and peaking at times and calming and fading at others, but always burning. There is no deep inner or outer change without being willing to burn brightly or even, at times, get burned.
This 1:11 passage continues to move through as we witness even more truths coming to light in our inner and outer worlds. The flames of transformation are being fanned in a huge way by the Divine within each of usβ¦ thereβs so much we are invited into for our next levels of self-love and love of others and how both are embodied and expressed.
I feel from the Divine:
βThis is not the time to douse the flame, however it burns inside of you.
Perhaps the most misunderstood aspect of having inner fire is that itβs not just about anger or fighting for or against something. Itβs also heart warmth, feeling alive in the skin youβre in, your soul and heart both being lit up with passion and desire, and a deeply passionate and catalytic love that has to be shared. Parts of you may try to ignore or control it, yet eventually the restlessness stirs and something inside and outside of you needs to be seen and shifted. Sometimes this requires a flame turned up to 100, sometimes only 10 will do. You are loved and supported in all of your expressions of this flame, as no matter what, it eventually (or quickly) moves all that needs to move for the truth to be revealed and your true power to be found.β
This is such a deep and recent learning of my ownβ¦ embodying my own flame more after a while of feeling the dial turned down. Over and over again Iβve had to feel parts/Metasoul aspects/my Gatekeeper in why this is and Iβve felt reminded over and over again about how keeping this flame down or hidden does not serve love in the way I signed up for, though the dimming was necessary for a time. I had to let it come up and out on 1:11, to serve and move beyond myself. It wouldnβt be real for me to pretend that this hasnβt taken much inner work to let it move through me and this alone is so humbling so feel!
Itβs the fire of my truth, whatever it IS in the moment. Itβs the blazing flame lighting up my heart, penetrating deeper layers within. Itβs the beacon of Divine Mother moving through my ever-purifying channel. She is the match that relights what may have been deliberately or unconsciously dimmed inside of me so that I can see with new eyes what is really going on for me and for others.
This fire inside cannot be faked or even conjured. It is already there, waiting to be fed, with love and responsibility for how it moves you and others. And it does so much more than destroy, hurt, or harm⦠it enlivens in ways that are deeply transformative when the energies are allowed to be so, when parts of you feel truly done with controlling them and the catalytic nature of what burns inside of you.
There are so many layers to feel about how your inner fire has been related to and whyβ¦ and in some ways, the discovery of that may never truly end. Itβs what we came here to embody and unleash as we truly remember the love we came here to BE.

You are pure You are Divine And all parts of you formed out of necessity Also hold a piece of your soul puzzle And codes for the reasons why you are here, Why the world inside and out needs YOU, And why youβve need to do, Choose, Become All you have until now.
Every moment is another one for awakening So arise, Awaken, Recognize and reconcile. You are big enough You are strong enough And you are always, with certainty, Divine enough.

I feel this invitation and its many layers this morning in particular. This morning, that like many recent mornings and perhaps mornings throughout human history, will lead into a day which for many will feel like suffering to some degree. For such is the state of the world both inside and out⦠the hiding, the fighting, the pushing and pulling.
I feel how the cries of the world can seem cinematic in moments and can feel like itβs something happening βout thereβ rather than anything I am (or any of us who live in a more removed/remote space are) personally involved in so much. The gravitas though of feeling whatβs moving through the world and what my own soul has experienced of the world is not something to put away for too long. The invitation calls and I goβ¦ and Iβll be going into it deeper still.
I feel the love and grace of the Divine reminding us all that no matter what it is we feel ready to feel in our own inner worlds or in the outer one, we are infinitely held. Itβs the letting in of that holding that can truly be the challenge. And the letting in of the Divineβs tears for all of us as it feels us and holds us in its heart is the sort of stuff that blows the heart wide open.
As the sun rays float through my window in this moment as I write this, Iβm reminded too of the beacons of hope and love that we all have the capacity to become. This sort of embodiment is not transcendent but deeply alchemical and alive, offering us invitation after invitation to keep feeling what needs us in our inner worlds while feeling connected still to the outer.
Iβve not ever been able (in this lifetime) to transcend feeling. The bigger piece here for my process has always been about opening up to feeling others deeper and not only myself and my own parts/soul aspects. The compassion from myself to others is ever-deepening, especially when boosted by Divine invitation, inner movements, and holding space for others, which all remind me again and again of how important the inner work is, but also how important the overflow from that inner work is.
To truly arise as Sacred Humans, this process has its downturns and upticks, its wobbles and its straight lines. Itβs a chaotic mess at times and extreme bliss at others. Itβs the holding of hope and love, expanding out into true forgiveness and compassion toward self and others, and itβs the most humbling thing Iβve ever witnessed and experienced.
We ARE the Great Arising, as Mother offers. We are expanding beyond βawakeningβ and moving into much deeper things that in some ways havenβt been lived into by humanity yet.
As our souls and hearts arise together as one in each of us and all together, we experience what is becoming so possible to truly embodyβ¦

Iβve needed a couple of days to digest our recent visit to the sacred sites in nearby Fatima, Portugal as quite a bit was activated within my soul by going there. Nearby the town of Fatima is where one of the most famous Marian apparition visits occurred in 1917 when three rural children Lucia Santos and her cousins Francisco and Jacinta Marto experienced several visits with Mother Mary.
Many pilgrims flocked to Fatima and Aljustrel (the nearby village where they lived) to witness the visits as word of them spread, which occurred for six months on the 13th of the month. They culminated with the Miracle of the Sun event on October 13th, 1917, in which over 70,000 people reported significant shifts in the location, light quality, and intensity of the sun during this visit.
Only the three children could actually see Mother Mary and only the two girls could see AND hear her, yet many people reported being able to feel a sacred presence during her visits. Some pilgrims reported healings of disease and disabilities as well.
You can feel from the photos Iβve shared the massive scale and size of the group of Catholic religious buildings and structures in Cova da Iria that honors these visits. These sacred sites, including the nearby preserved houses of the children, draws several million pilgrims/tourists every year and thousands during the main processional days on the 13th of May and October.
The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary built in the 1950s is a massive church with beautiful marble columns and tombs containing the remains of the childrenβs bodies, stunning stain glass images depicting the stations of the cross, and vivid paintings and exquisitely detailed sculptures of the Marian visits.
While we were standing in the main area near the Chapel of the Apparitions, a tiny chapel that Mother Mary commissioned for them to build to honor the site of the visits, a processional began at noon with a long line of pilgrims following behind priests holding up a rose laden platform with a statue of Our Lady. As a priest with a beautiful voice sang a song to honor the Fatima visits, the whole group walked right past us and through the church area. This was a special surprise as we did not plan to see it, although it was the 13th of the month. Witnessing this processional was a moving experience for all of us as we felt devotional energies move through toward Mother Mary and the Divine Feminine. We also lit candles in honor of Divine Mother and offered prayers/blessings as well (I lit one in honor of Jacinta.)
I was previously aware somewhat of the Marian apparitions in Fatima and definitely the ones in Lourdes and Guadalupe, Mexico, yet had not connected to any in an exploratory way that could open up deeper healing. This exploration is served by being able to actually visit and take in the sacred site, as I repeatedly discovered when we were in Avalon/Glastonbury, UK and also when we went to the stone circles in the UK. I am now understanding more about why we were guided to settle here in Central Portugal where so much devout Marian energies are centered.
I started connecting in my Metasoul to a lifetime as the youngest seer and supposedly the most fervently devout child, Jacinta, a few weeks ago. Iβve been in healing spaces with her and Mother Mary, first visiting with her in the hospital where she died alone of the Spanish Flu in 1920 while in great pain and personal sacrifice (as did her brother Francisco in 1919). Mother Mary bridged to Jacinta patiently, repeatedly offering a reframe of the self condemning message of sacrificial suffering for all sinners that Jacinta had internalized during the visits.
Mother Mary shared with us that while the first visit with the children was genuine as it was only the three of them (which was Jacintaβs favorite one), the visits after that were somewhat hijacked by the Matrix False Light frequencies. The purity of Maryβs message of peace, an end to wars, and hope/love/support for ALL of humanity was distorted by this hijack and used to convert even more souls into the religious trap of self condemnation, seeking salvation outside of themselves, and False God Worship of the Papal ‘corporation’. Mother Mary offered that the Miracle of the Sun event witnessed by so many souls was also a Matrix hijack and tweak of the Matrix hologram in that moment.
Even with this hijacking and the eventual amusement park spectacle made of the events by the Catholic Church, there was still a genuine and sacred purpose to Mary coming to deliver messages to the children at this time. These children are Magdalene souls with high levels of mastery related to psychic access to higher realms. Before incarnation, there was an agreement between them and Mary Anna (as she is known as a Magdalene) for her to return and seed into them a message of peace just as the first world war was ending and before the second one. The hope was that these messages would usher in a new paradigm of peaceful resolution and diplomacy that might help avoid the second world war.
These seeds of peaceful resolution were planted by the Magdalenes into Gaiaβs grids during their most important incarnational lifetime of Yeshuaβs crucifixion and ascension. This seeding is beautifully and viscerally described in the Anna, Grandmother of Jesus book by Claire Heartsong that I highly recommend if you are drawn to connect to the Yeshua-Magdalene soul family lineage.
As Mother Maryβs TRUE message landed in the heart of Jacinta, her childlike innocence could return and transmute the self punishing shame that had led her to sacrifice herself. Jacinta became like the sun then, vibrantly curious and wanting to connect to other aspects of our Metasoul from other timelines and learn from themβ¦..such as Lorna my high priestess of Avalon, and Ingrit, my witch/medicine woman. Jacinta didnβt like the βrulesβ of the Church, so much emphasis on Hell and being condemned, the patriarchal energies of the Church, so she was fairly able to let the programming go when offered another option that was more resonant to her soul.
As with all modern visits to sacred sites and especially those so blatantly and commercially leveraged by the Church, there is a mix of both inspiration and frustration when you visit them. By going inward after the visit there in the physical, I was able to discover the core purity of the message and help free it from the hijack of the churchβ¦.at least within my own soul and in whatever ways that could ripple out to the Collective.
I am so grateful for the SoulFullHeart process that I have leaned into myself for so many years as a means to lift the veils, transmute karma with love, end the suffering/self sacrificial energies within my relationship to the Divine Mother, and connect directly with these soul aspects so deeply on an ongoing basis. The richness of what our soul has experienced becomes once again accessible and also purified.
This morning, I got to host a reunion between soul sisters and cousins Jacinta and Louisa, who died in 2005 after devoting her life to being a nun in devout worship to Mother Mary. Their reunion was touching and we could connect to their bond together in Yeshuaβs lifetime as two of his beloved Marys. Louisaβs healing digestion of the apparition visits was more integrated over her long lifetime, yet, also she tended to move into much self recrimination and unworthiness around being a chosen messenger of Maryβs. Connection with Jacinta now and with the TRUE frequencies of Mary Anna feel like they will offer her deep healing around this.
I am honored to be an ambassador of love to help heal and free up the message offered by the Divine Mother. All of us have a Divine Child within us that is pure, innocent, and a spark from the heart of the Divine. As our Divine Child heals from their separation wound and pain and reunites with our Divine Mother and Father, they arise into their embodiment as the bright, bright light of the Divine.
As Mother Mary keeps offering, βYou cannot be unworthy of my love as it is always yours. You cannot be outside of my grace as it is always within you. You cannot be condemned by me as my acceptance of you is always there.β
If you feel a soul resonance with these events, I recommend watching the recent film Fatima as it recaptures a lot of the sacred experiences that the children went through yet also the challenges for them in facing the fear and skepticism it brought up in others.
Sometimes feeling connected to the Divine, sometimes not.
Sometimes feeling whole, sometimes feeling fractured.
Sometimes feeling happy, sometimes feeling depressed.
You came here to experience your humanity as you embody your divinity.
You came here to be fully human and somehow, as you feel more worthy of it, fully divine too.
You came here to sometimes be the trigger and the triggered.
You came here to realize that even in all your lostness, you will always be foundβ¦
Even when parts of you would rather hide from the impact of life, love, and growth for the rest of their livesβ¦
To embrace the ups, downs, and everything in-between
Is the ongoing journey of learning and discovering.
Itβs the ongoing unplugging from the Matrix youβve grown up in, happening in ways sometimes unknown.
For me,
The way has often been messy. The forest cannot always be seen for the trees surrounding me. Sometimes the hills have seemed much harder to climb than the experience of actually climbing them turns out to be. Sometimes Iβve felt crucified by others, but more so by soul aches and pains and inner punishment. Iβve felt with parts of me the desire to push away at love rather than let in and so many of the forms thatβs taken. Iβve felt the pressure of an entire generation of healers and creatives, who feel they have to be, look, or seem one way when they are really in deep need of being held and felt.
The way of letting in Divine love is always unique,
Will always move YOU into the situations you most need in order to feel where to go next within you,
To make room for more of the Divinity waiting for your humbled embodiment.
It wonβt look the way parts of you have imagined it would,
And it wonβt be an easy path,
But it will be fraught with grace,
Laden with love,
And held by the Divinity of a world that is both dying and being reborn at the same time⦠within and without.

The farther we journey from source, the greater is our return to source where we are enabled to experience it for the first time.
This is the homecoming that you and I are now in, even as parts of us feel like the separation is growing.
Itβs no longer the separation thatβs growing, but rather your awareness of it that is increasing.
This week has been marked for me with another reunion with my Divine Orphan self that was triggered by some arising life circumstances, inviting the conditioned-to-this-life parts of me to feel and see this divine orphan self. Iβm finding the beholding of this part again to be so moving and deeply rewarding, that answers the deeper questions at hand about the feelings of separation.
We were all initiated out of divine source into experience itself, and this experience needed to begin with what was not source. All of the fears, anxieties and depression we carry hearken back to our being birthed out of our divine bliss/oneness/source essence.
In this, we all were implanted with a great core wound, a wound that would underlie everything we would come to label as neurosis, things wrong with us. All of our attachments and quarrels within and without stem from this wound. But this pain and burden we carry is not only a wound that hurts, it is also an opening, a portal back, back to our true essence.
Your true essence is not conditioned by the conditionings of fear and lack that were needful for the experience journey. Your essence hasnβt participated here in the hijacked, 3D, matrixed, realm. Your essence remained untouched and protected from all of that.
The godhood you long for, you actually still possess and never lost. You just took on the experience of forgetting and of losing. In experience, you did lose divine connection and it hurts like the hell that it is. In essence though, you never lost a single thing. You are both experience and essence. More correctly, you are essence that took on experience.
You set out not to discover faraway lands, but to leave the land of your origin, so that you could return to it and discover it for the first time. As essence, you couldnβt know or feel or appreciate that essence and bliss. Bliss was left wanting to be known and felt and experienced. It was a risky endeavor, but your soul and the divineβs decided to fund this great discovery journey into reverence, awe and wonder.
As the increasing awareness of this separation rumbles in your life, you feel a fever pitch of everything coming apart at the seams. Everything youβve worked so hard for to make experiential life bearable or even good comes now at this stage to be found to be not enough. In reaction, you may work harder as I have on gratitude and whatever other host of self-prescriptions to attempt to right your relation-ship with life, only to find they are not at all effective like they were before.
What the hell is happening?
You are beginning the return part of your journey home. You are sailing in the opposite direction. You are returning from where you came and the way you came. The return voyage has been negotiated through many lifetimes and so many experiences and you are ready now, equipped and prepared for the return.
The conditioning of lack and scarcity that you onboarded in your journey into experience is still here, and at times feels strangely and troublingly magnified. But this is all to be expected as you are called to feel and reconcile all the parts of you that are adjusting to returning to source – such a different experience than journeying away from source.
Now, you begin to get a sense of how sacred this forgotten core wound opening is. It is the one thing that would guarantee your return to divine source experientially. Your messed-up-ness is actually your perfection expressing and calling out to you. Each arising pain and ache is an intrinsic part of the ongoing guidance as you restore to each part of you the pieces of their birthright that they are ready to feel.
Your preferences for pleasure over pain are a key part of your being human and of restoring your humanity with your divinity. You are invited not to bypass them any longer in the name of some kind of medicative spiritual practice. You chose to experience. You chose to want and to need. Those wants and those needs will need to be courageously owned and embraced if this voyage is to be completed successfully and on time (and in time).
As you witness the great fever pitch of insanity unfolding around you, ask yourself if you can think of any greater contribution to such a distress call than that of saving yourself, deeply choosing and embracing your own return journey home.
As you continue your return journey home as one being, you are reminding the oneness that we all are and share of this remembrance journey. Those around you in the forgetting phase will need your example when the time of their remembering comes, just as you needed it from others.
May we each embrace the perfection that we are amidst all that seems and feels so imperfect. May we set up a heart home with a great hearth of the warmth that will allow the fullest remembering.

As we continue to move through this Samhain season, we feel the veils thinning and lifting on our worlds both inner and outer, revealing needs parts of us have buried and longing that lives in our souls, especially for reunionβ¦ for the experience of Sacred Union within and with a beloved, for the experience of no more separation from the Divine, and for the experience of finally landing with Soul Family – beings who will transact deep love and nourishment with us and share in our penchant for growth too.
We are seeds that were scattered and sown; leaves blown off the branches of the sacred Soul Family tree.
It was a deep and brave soul choice to come here, to experience being scattered, to let go as we let in, to let it be when we donβt come together as deep and resonant Soul Family just yet, yet to be in the alchemical ache of that experience too. To learn to say βnoβ to what has caused suffering in our relationships rather than the growth and nourishment we need is an expression of this ache and can create a void experience as we let go to truly let in what we want.
Thereβs an empowerment thatβs seeded in all of us to return ever-deeper to ourselves but also to each other in new ways.
For now, parts of you may still be feeling scattered, tattered, torn… weather-worn from experiences and changing inner seasons as you move through the difficulties. This is meant to be a temporary yet necessary experience, as you find that sense of reunion first inside, then outside, with your own soul, heart, parts, and the Divine as the number one priority.
This is the power and depth of inner work, why itβs important. Itβs a reunion inside so we can experience it on the outside and be ready to let it in.
Healing of separation is not only coming, but already here.
We have only to keep saying βyesβ to the journey, to keep moving into it rather than letting the fears lead that would rather we move out of itβll try to numb out the deep and necessary ache.
There is a beautiful being, Raianna, who herself is rejoining us as Soul Family here in Portugal soon! And we also have this blessed experience with another Soul Family member, Bianca, who has been here with us for several months now and keeps on deepening her own process of letting in reunion inside and out. This experience of being with these beloveds, my Sacred Union beloved Gabriel, and Jelelle and Raphael, is a growthful challenge and a deep blessing.
I know more reunions for ourselves and others are inevitableβ¦ and it canβt be denied how much work it is to actually keep letting it all in and showing up for it, let alone to draw the experience of reunion in the first place.
