Collapse Experiences Coming Through From Other Lifetimes For Feeling, Healing And Recreating

Entire planets blowing up, others nearly being destroyed with mass exodus to new planets…..Atlantis crumbling and drowning, Lemuria sinking into the sea…..these images have been moving through my consciousness lately. I am receiving writings from others that help fill in some of the picture, along with visions offered during meditation while also accessing my own soul’s experience of these timelines.

It seems this is a phase of FEELING and BEING with the trauma that is in our Metasoul line by aspects of us that are experiencing these collapse timelines in the Now. With the overall lifting and thinning of the veils of amnesia, we can access these ‘memories’ with much more clarity and feeling sense then we could before.

These memories of planetary implosions and civilizations ending is in the cellular memory of our collective unconscious. It lives there inside of us, pulsating and vibrating at a certain frequency until we become more conscious of it, elicit it, connect to the parts of us in our Metasoul that ARE experiencing it.

We are invited to feel that these events didn’t happen in an ancient past, yet rather as time becomes less and less linear in how we relate with it….are happening in the present. This is not ‘ancient history’, as so many people offer. It is not something that happened 500,000 years ago or 1 million years ago or even 15,000 years ago, even as that can be hard for our minds to grasp and understand as we receive so much conditioning in 3D reality toward linear time.

Collapses of the old are an aspect of the death and rebirth process of awakening. they are an important aspect of ascension, whether they are happening on a global, planetary level or in our personal lives. It is necessary for that which has become outgrown, outdated, served its purpose, to no longer BE and to make room then for the NEW. We choose to experience this through our Metasoul in many different scenarios and expressions. This can be very difficult to reconcile without conscious connection and healing around it.

‘Bleed through’ from these others lifetimes is happening at deeper levels right now as the influxes of light and love support us to hold space for this soul exploration. These other lifetimes can bleed into our present life without us understanding WHY some of the emotions we are feeling or ways we are seeing the world or how we are experiencing relationships with others are there. Aspects of us in other lifetimes can feel like victims, be very highly traumatized, feel large amounts of guilt and shame and responsibility related to the ROLES they are playing relate to these collapse events. These undigested feelings and karmic binds then come through to influence and impact our experience of present day reality and our emotional responses too.

Our Metasoul aspects MAY be playing a major role in the collapse of civilizations. These aspects of us wear both hats; they are on both ‘sides’. This helps us to feel that no BEing is truly EVIL, just able to embrace and express more degrees of fear or love in any moment. As we connect with these ‘shadow’ aspects in our Metasoul line, we become more compassionate toward these expressions in this life. We can relax the ‘good against evil’ pictures, the need to ‘go to battle’ (even for love) against others, and we can more FEEL where the expressions of outer violence comes from and is ultimately rooted INSIDE in unworthiness, fear, disconnect, and undigested pain. As we understand and LOVE the expression of the demonic, we can more authentically and purely embody the angelic.

Without consciously connecting to our collapse experiences from other lifetimes, we can project ‘collapse scenarios’ onto our present world. The 3D timeline IS collapsing in many ways as more souls de-energize and raise their consciousness beyond it. Yet, the picture of worldwide collapse of industrial systems leading to scenarios of mass starvation and death CAN BE greatly influenced by unfelt collapse experiences in our soul legacy. This sense of ‘doom and gloom’ can also be planted there by fear-based BEings who have agendas toward creating these scenarios. This planting finds fertile soil in the unfelt and undigested trauma experiences from our souls.

In SoulFullHeart, we offer a process to connect with your Metasoul aspects during spaceholding sessions in a way that allows for mutual healing, gift exchange, and even complete ‘recreation’ of timeline experience around collapse. We negotiate with your soul guardian/Inner Protector aspect first to ‘allow’ access to your Metasoul line and your soul aspects, as often they are usually fiercely guarded and protected until we are ‘ready’ to remember.

I have been connecting recently with Mareeka, my Metasoul aspect who lives during the time of Atlantis falling. I experienced the ‘fall’ with her, collapsing rubble all around us and drowning in tidal waves of water. It was very intense and, then, I was guided by Archangel Metatron that we could ‘change the timeline’. I helped Mareeka let go of a relationship that was no longer serving her (with a Metasoul aspect of Raphael’s actually). I empowered her so that she could ‘escape’ the fall of Atlantis before it happened (which she felt was just her ‘fate’). We changed the timeline and she is now sailing on her way to the ‘new world’ and a different outcome. It will be very interesting to see how this impacts my present life experience of reality!

If time is not linear and if everything we experience is our creation, then it seems that we CAN alter ALL timelines and move into Infinite Possibilities of experiences from there. Imagine if more and more of us did this and we were able then to heal events such as the ‘fall of Atlantis’ from our collective cellular memory and collective emotional body? I feel this IS possible or at least this is the timeline that I am offering to those of you who resonate with it. As we remember our way back to Infinite Love, we can feel and heal the impact of the collapses that were necessary along the journey, yet no longer reflect who we really ARE.

Feeling And Healing Our Inner ‘Wounded Healer’ And Our Push-Pull In Serving Others

As we move through our own ascension processes, we may feel called to serve others in their own processes too. Actually, it feels like many of us are feeling this calling deeper and deeper and it’s becoming as loud as a roar while things ramp up in our world with collapsing systems and collapsing ways of life. As more and more of the inauthentic, power-over-others based ways of being and doing fall apart around and within us, there is a growing need to help each other sift through the rubble and find a way to keep moving forward through life and upward with ascension on all levels of our being. In addition to this desire to be a part of creating and building a new world, we feel called to be healers because somewhere inside of us, we NEED to be healers, for the sake our own growth and healing too. It becomes a crucible for healing just like any other. The more we open up to serving love with others, the deeper the invitation into our own growth as souls and sacred humans too.

A question I feel to ask today regarding this call to be a healer, is what qualifies someone to become the healer they’re meant to be? After all, for many (if not all) of us who are choosing to expand our consciousness in every moment, becoming a ‘healer’ is more or less a birthright. In my experience of it though, it’s not a role we’re entitled to, nor is it something that we can expect to just sort of ‘happen’. It seems to me that as healers, we tend to have the toughest life crucibles to walk out and also, we tend to have inside of us a deep reticence towards healing and serving others that also needs to move and heal… ‘healing the healer’ involves going deeply into this shadow of the ‘wounded healer’ and in essence our courage to go into this so feels like what qualifies us, above all else, to serve others with sobriety, deep empathic feeling, genuine compassion, and reverential awe for who they are in soul, heart and body. You won’t have authentic access to feel and hold others in this way while parts of you are still feeling very much the opposite. This could be subtle too, so this process of really going into and healing this can be tricky, making it very necessary to have help from those who have been there when venturing into this shadow territory. This is a key piece we offer in SoulFullHeart and one that we hold as critical for being able to truly embody our healership and genuinely serve love.

It doesn’t seem to ever get to the point where your energy can honestly say to others, “I’m healed so now I can serve you”. Rather, it’s more about getting to the point where you can open-heartedly claim, “I’m vulnerably working some pieces, but I am ahead of you enough on my chosen path of healing that I can serve you and help you find your way to where I am now.” It feels important to note that ‘ahead’ is not ‘above’ and if the healer you’re working with doesn’t feel like they are ahead of you and embodying something you too would like to embody, and is maybe instead posturing as if they are worth more than you are, this is a sure sign of an inauthentic claim of their healership and that they may need to check in with where their own love overflow is at.

Ultimately, what seems to ‘qualify’ us is so not certifications, though of course these initiations can help and can also lead us to the paths we are meant to be on. Instead, life is the ultimate qualifier, as well as humbled self-authority which is also necessary. Yet parts of us claiming authority on something we/they haven’t yet lived out or embodied creates a tinny tone to this claim and our draw of others to serve won’t be what we really want it to be. Push-pulls around people or humanity in general and also around living a healthy lifestyle where there is lots of space to really be with ourselves, our parts and soul aspects, and work on our own healing, are all indications of a need to go back inward to keep feeling that ‘wounded healer’ inside, which could be one or more parts of us grabbing at this role, and use our healing gifts to work with and love THEM first as our number one priority.

It’s a gift to really let ourselves, as healers, collapse into a humble need to continue healing on many levels and doing so can only benefit us and the people we’re called to serve. ❤

Feeling Your Inner Child To FREE Up Frequencies of Joy, Magic, And Innocence

In the heart of the woman is the daughter, waiting to be adored by parents who feel and WANT her. This inner daughter sits often in shyness, cast into the shadows to remain ‘safe’, not able to come out and play. She is freeze framed in her sadness, ‘stuck’ in the scenes that bring pain every time they are replayed by her mind, which is just trying to ‘clear’ them out.

Her voice is suppressed; her innocence is buried under shame; and her self consciousness leaves her unable to break free from the protective energies that judge and criticize her. She is a child without direct access to the JOY and magic that lives inside her as a seed that needs the water of LOVE to grow and bloom.

In the heart of the man is the son, waiting to be initiated by parents who feel and ADMIRE him. This inner son has masks to wear that play at ‘being a man’, even as he feels very small and insecure inside. He pretends to be a super hero, although protective and critical energies judge him as a coward.

This inner son learns to hide his vulnerabilities and his tears and, eventually, his heart behind shields and walls. He is trapped in the mind; in compensations and addictions; in reaction to inner energies that bully and criticism him. His WILDness is tamed by a world that wants him to conform, to wear a suit of conventional life, to ‘play by the rules’. He is a child without access to his childlike essence and the goodness and magic that lives inside of him.

Feel with tenderness this daughter or son inside of you. Invite them out to play with you, to leap with JOY again in every bound. Hold their hands as they cross the inner streets of busy mind and activities. Pass tissues to them as you FEEL their tears and sadness and their fears. Be interested as they tell you their stories. Bridge their hidden world with your outer one, making it safe for them to grow and learn.

Feel with openness where this youngness lives inside of you and the ways that it shows up in your ‘adult’ life. BEfriend this BEloved aspect of yourself as you BEcome what you have needed the most and didn’t have. Bring in Divine Frequencies of Mother and Father to provide Infinite Love energies to help re-parent them. Let Divine Mother wrap them in Her arms. Let Divine Father hold them in his protective embrace.

As you ARE the loving parental energy that these parts of you didn’t have in the way that they needed IN the painful moments that they MOST needed it during your childhood, the energies of your wounded child transform to health. Shame becomes innocence. Anxiety becomes trust. Shyness becomes humble confidence. Depression becomes creativity. Disillusion becomes purity. The wounded 3D Inner Child frequencies vibrate higher and higher, transmuting into the Magical, Star Seed 4D child and eventually into your 5D Crystalline child, who occupies the seat of your Merkabah or light vehicle.

Places of immaturity in your gender expression are then able to mature INTO the mature Queen and the mature King. As the child energies vibrate higher and you show up as an adult more and more to SEPARATE from these energies, you mature in your emotional body, your sexuality, your capacity to transact intimacy in all relationships. BEing with the youngness inside and loving it is what frees UP your mature feminine and masculine, along with letting in frequencies from the Divine to template how to embody and BE this.

Feel the Inner Protector who guards your Inner Child. With fierce loyalty, this protective part of you had to show up probably very early in your life when life was deemed ‘not safe’ for the innocence and purity of your heart. Negotiate with this Inner Protector, get to know them, form a bond and invite them to rest eventually. As they feel and see YOU there being with your Inner Child in a NEW way, your Inner Protector will start to trust and let go more, drop the guards and the walls, allow more LOVE into your BEing and life. This inner family of yours is waiting for your connection and for your attention. As you embrace this INNER union with different aspects of yourself, you are more able to BE in your authenticity, open heartedness, open mindedness, feel Divine Love and love with others. As you open YOUR own heart, so does this opening flow out to and WITH others. It is from this overflow of SELF love with ALL aspects that allows for TRUE service of love that comes from humble and surrendered desire!

Poem: Letting Love

Magical heart shape spiral in space fractal with particles

Interwoven heart clothes fall along shuffling feet.

Healing hands pull energetic nuances of lovely subtle flowers

and an escapee life of lush lovelorn lace and spinner lights.

It’s one place of many more magical moments to come into view of the dearest wanting pieces.

Foreign chords of many ordinary oddities bring it all back in to that rainbow of open road.

Even those sounds of the missing call the song of melodies remembered always.

An unknown toil of yet-to-be-known articles resembling the past and an ever-present presence

bringing all ebbs flowing forward in this dance of what could never be felt

until the time ticked along of the newly emerging emergency of now and instant bringings.

Take it all to the inside and outside of the corners where all stars are collected

and feel where the new-old love songs now call out to the unborn listener

of sometimes comfortable cravings still borne out to dry in the heavy lungs of the dawning days.

Love Love LOVE! is that sacred siren song of the aching breathers and reachers from the mud of what was once the only truth yet never satisfied as food should.

LOVE love LOVE! is the dance of the flying edges asking for more than they have ever known and the returning feeling that they have always wanted deep inside of the love they too are made of.

To find the way back is through each other.

To find the way in is through the self.

To find the way upward is through the press of life’s birth canals and all contractions brought by Love

inside the established ALL that forever knows the places and paces of its ongoing ringing out.

And for now and always a path is laid

for the eager and earnest to find, inhabit and become.

Energy Grid Updates: Your Inner Grids And Gaia’s NEW Grids

Focus on your Inner Grids. I’ve been offered this many times, a repeating message over and over, a Divine loop recording played by DJ Archangel Metatron. The Inner grids are the streams of energy flow that run through your body and your auric field. They are the streams of love too that runs through your emotional body. Focusing on the Inner Grids means that you are conscious and aware of what is going INSIDE, above all else. You are feeling with curiosity and love what your reactions are, what your triggers are, what your responses are to the outside AND what comes up from inside as you connect more with your soul’s stories and your heart’s scenes. You are noticing how these emotional responses impact and effect your energy and your emotional body. These stories and scenes provide SO much information for you about you. They offer a sneak peek into the places of trauma that are often buried deep, tucked away out of mind, out of sight, out of heart.

Focusing on the Inner Grids allows for a sense of trust that Gaia’s light grids are doing just fine on their own. Gaia is a very powerful high dimensional planetary consciousness. She is ascending too. She is in process, just as we are on an individual level. Her 3D grid with the familiar model of grid lines and Ley lines seems to be dissolving….I believe this may be what has been called the ‘matrix.’ Dissolving seems to be the best word for what I saw in meditation around this. As the HIGH frequencies of love and light come into Her atmosphere, they are dissolving the holographic 3D grid that feeds on fear and lower vibrational energies. The fear-based Star BEings (some Reptilians) that used this grid are letting go of it, unable to hold on as it slips through and out of their reach. They are being pressed into choosing love or fear with Gaia’s ascension, needing to make a clear choice if they want to come along. I was shown a temporary fourth dimensional grid system. Temporary because it is a bridge from the old to the NEW. The 4D grid system was swirling energy lines, curving, and swerving. This seems to fit with the transitional, alchemical purgatory of Dark Nights and Light Days that our world is undergoing right now and so many souls are experiencing on the awakening path. I have heard other teachers/healers offer that 4D is almost ‘all’ evil or dark, yet I don’t feel it this way. 4D to me is actually a very catalytic and dynamic transitional consciousness where SO many lights are turning on even as false ones are being turned off, which can be a quite painful process for awhile.

There is much ‘ash in the air’ with fourth dimensional consciousness, but that doesn’t make it evil. I don’t feel there is any REAL evil….only degrees and levels of embracing fear or embracing love. Most BEings are a combination of both with openings and closings that allow for more opening to love or more coming from fear depending on where their consciousness is coming from and what they are triggered by in the moment. Since ALL BEings are ultimately fractals from Divine Source, NONE can truly be ONLY evil. In the 3D world, we have been so afraid of the dark, of going into our own fears, of SEEing and leading with love into the shadow. We have made extremes and black/white out of this exploration as it plays out in our world because of what is happening in our inner worlds that remains unseen and untouched. Focusing on the Inner Grids is about the reconciliation of your shadow, where it comes from, how it connects to your soul legacy and to this life experiences. There is a wondrous 5D crystalline grid available for Gaia and for those who are healing the Inner Grids and so then can see it and feel it. This New Earth timeline is manifesting in the moment of choosing love over fear, going within, serving love to self, other, and with the Divine. Those who are not opening UP in these ways, see and create the timeline that they are meant to see and also the grids that they are meant to see and BE with. The 5D grid system seems to be in a sacred geometric pattern that I didn’t recognize right away, yet it FELT familiar to my soul. This grid is energized and created by EVERY soul that is able to tune into as their focus on self healing and transformation clears the veils, heals the wounds, upgrades the DNA, lightens the physical body, and upgrades all the ‘clair’ sensory perceptions.

The familiar ley lines and energy vortexes that we are used to seeing and feeling seem to be shifting too. I was given this sense that ALL of 5D Gaia will contain powerful vortexes of energy and many more activated energy lines. As we connect more with the energy that we ARE, so we can feel this in ANY place, not just special places around the world. Rather than needing to take pilgrimages to Sedona, Arizona or Glastonbury, England, we can go within and experience the New Earth grid system that comes along with us wherever we go. We are vibrating at a high level more often and so don’t need these physical places to activate us anymore, although we might still very much be drawn to visit them for the soul legacy memories and soul bleeds that come through and are triggered from other lifetimes.

A key aspect of the ascension process seems to be anchoring your Inner Grids to your cosmic heart frequencies that open up and vibrate higher as you heal your emotional body. In SoulFullHeart, we offer this connection with the emotional body AND the soul legacy through parts work. Connecting with specific energies and tones as parts of you, loving and BEing with them, allows what has been stuck to move on and to eventually integrate into the WHOLE you. This creates deeper openings in the cosmic heart and more embodiment INfusion of the higher self/soul essence into the physical body too. Anchoring these aspects of you, that have been disowned, into your heart, holding space for them, enlivens and activates the Inner Grids.

Focusing on the Inner Grids, travelling to the Inner Cosmos, and discovering and uncovering the magical mystery tour of YOU. Then, taking this NEW gridwork with you wherever you go, able to see more reflection of it in your life and WITH Gaia as you grow! This NEW gridwork allows you to serve love with others coming more and more from LOVE and with LOVE!

Awakening, Releasing, and Rising

Waking up and the shadows can SEEM longer, thicker, darker at first. It seems they are hiding everywhere…in the wars, the violence, the contentions, the fighting, both INNER and in the world. The outrage comes up in bubble bursts of tearful exclamations and you LEARN and SEE with new mind and new heart what is REALLY happening in the world. You draw the shades UP, pull the curtain aside….see the quaking man behind the big Oz show. You feel his fear that underlies everything he is offering and selling to you. You no longer want what he is offering; you begin to say, ‘no.’

It seems then you are saying ‘no’ more than you are saying, ‘yes’, as you have to release SO MUCH of what isn’t you anymore. Relationships go through dark nights of rumbles, crashings and burnings, quiet completings and concludings, drifting aways and falling outs. Every aftermath offers the possibility of a NEW You expression even as the mourning of the previous can be almost overwhelming to parts of you at times.

Your reflection keeps shifting, yet your soul’s frequencies are filling in the vacancies that come available……booking the rooms of your life with more SOUL clarities, SOUL purpose, SOUL essence, SOUL connections. Compartments between this area of your life from that area of your life flood with your SOUL’s desires. Hiding from ANYTHING, especially yourself, becomes uninteresting and, eventually, impossible.

You are turning on, lighting UP, going in. You are separating from the energies that drag and tug, from an externally focused world, and are FREED up from the inertia that this has created in you. As you rise, so do you shine and share, drawing others who are moving UP with you. You twirl into the stars of Infinite Possibilities together, creating a NEW world out of the bravery that comes from letting go and the beauty of a soul and heart that can truly let in LOVE. ~

Healing Layers Of Our Projected Realities

Our conditioning living deep within, gives us overlays of meaning to grasp at, applied to all circumstances and relationships. We assume much based on our older experiences, our other experiences. We bring it all forward to be projected onto the new and emerging, not because we are lost or wrong, but because we need to. We need to see this day as grey, that romance as doomed, this woman as ‘mom’. We need to feel patterns re-emerging, reinstating themselves in an effort to wake us up to something – but what? Layers of wounding on a soul level, on a heart level, on a human level, compound and break us into new-old scenarios so that we can feel their roots and begin to apply new lenses, no framework, allowing old scaffolding to heal. These known structures of life, familiar ways to see and experience all around us, have been necessary and now, with our ascending selves and no-selves, it is all being brought out to the light. An invitation to wake up, yes. To what has been and what could be now if that timeline is chosen.

There is much to heal, but even more to feel… gifting us with polished wings meant to fly us to new heights, new vistas, many changes through rumbles and shifts. Feeling ourselves, feeling each other, feeling LOVE. We are here to keep working and anchoring those grids girded within an ever-expanding and healing ‘I’ space in the temple of the Sacred Human individual spark of the Whole. Then the sense of what is ‘real’ beyond and yet within the imagination, can become the Golden Earth of relationship to ALL that our souls know and our hearts long for. New, honey-golden, sparkling overlays are possible now, with much more tangibility in the Love Field of us, that joins our hearts and holds each arising moment as precious, sacred, and unique.

Our projections become maps for us to find out more about who we are now, who we have been and who we may become. They gift us with the opportunity to see things differently once the attachment to these overlayed realities begins to heal and move. There is a need within us to find our way through the deepest woods within by following the beacon of projected reality, for this reality IS what’s ‘real’ until it isn’t, until it doesn’t need to be in the same way anymore. And then, yes THEN, we can become more of who are in this new ‘now’, who we came here to become, who we signed up to remember that we always were underneath our needed stories, our life’s slideshows of memories, and our wounds that will soon heal as we show up for them to. This is the terrain to travel when feeling and healing the inner matrices, the falling apart inner grids, the ‘old’ ways of being, doing, experiencing life and our relationships with others. This awareness of even having ‘projections’ to work with is a first step to the awareness and the exit out of the cave, the fall down a new rabbit hole, the entrance to a birth canal. This is some of the more challenging territory to heal and yet, it is so possible, if we can say ‘yes’ to the need for a mirror that helps us see more of it within us and follow the golden thread of Love wherever it wants to lead us to inside and outside of us.

The FULL SHINING Of Your Inner Solstice

Your inner Solstice, your inner sun ascending, yet standing still in a brief moment. You are beaming out in many more moments of LOVE flow from your shining soul, your luminous heart, your illuminating mind, and your glowing body.

Your inner Solstice offers you a picture and taste of your FULL SHINING where you are drawing more souls, more possibilities, more livelihood, more abundance on all levels, more intimacy, more LOVE. ALL of this then is coming without effort, drawn to the warmth that comes from inner tenderness, inner holding, inner care. ALL of this coming from the outside to reflect your sense of enlovened self INSIDE that connects with ALL aspects that are within you. ALL of this coming without struggle as you feel and heal the inner struggles, inner judgements, inner resistance, and inner push-pull.

Your inner Solstice invites you to feel and see what your FULL SHINING self and life is like as it is not a ‘future’ timeline, yet happening in the NOW. You can BE there and here too. More and more, both are true in the same moment. One is not lacking or higher from the other, as BOTH are equally sacred. All that you are choosing in this moment or not choosing is creating and impacting the other timeline.

Connecting with the Great Cosmic Sun that beams from the heart of Divine Source, you can feel more of this multidimensional possibility, multiple timeline experiences in one Now. Opening and activating and BEing with your upper most chakras draws in and pulls in these higher frequencies that re-spark and re-ignite your galactic consciousness. You can more remember that time is not linear; timelines are not singular; selves are not just one expression at a time either.

Take this moment of marker of inner Solstice, to feel your FULL SHINING even as you feel gratitude for the Now moment and all it is offering of lessons, challenges, crucibles, opportunities, possibilities. The FULL SHINING of your soul here, of your heart here, of your sacred humanity here IS the invitation in every moment to BE the Infinite Love that you ARE.

The Desire To Mate And Create As Sacred Humans

We are wired for creation it seems, as human BEings, and especially as Sacred Humans arising more and more through ascension… CREATE-ures, who have been created and yet also co-created, constantly, consistently, without end. We are moving more and more into a state of CONSCIOUS co-creation with each other, the Divine, and even ourselves as we engage in processes that allow us to get to know ourselves as we heal on deeper and deeper levels.

Our desire to create comes from our god-ness, for the Divine is always creating, recreating, co-creating too and we are intrinsically connected to all of that and the ALL. Multiple timelines appear on our radars, wanting us to feel more, become more, feel where we are in the moment, yet also see what we are energizing as the truest truth of who we are and the life we’re living. To acknowledge our creativity in every moment is to claim and inhabit our power again, to acknowledge ourselves as high-beaming BEings again. We are the writers of our own stories, we are bringing in energy to support or neglect our deepest desires. We are given gateways to walk through that want to bring us more outward into the harvest of our inward glances and journeys. We are brought into new territories via the vehicle of ‘I want’ and the sidecar of ‘I need’, ever-connected to quantum will, quantum desires, quantum needs that over-arch everything, everyone, every other CREATE-ure imaginable.

There’s a dance here, with self and the Divine and with each other too. We are partnered in creation, as we are all ONE anyways, yet find our individual expressions of this too. We are inclined to find dance partners through different waves and ways of relationships. We are romantic in our hearts, always imagining something (though parts of us may dismiss this for different phases), always wanting (though again, parts may be burying this for different phases), always needing something, though this can ultimately be boiled down to a much deeper need for LOVE… how could this love dance, this wanting dance, not turn into a mating dance too? First with self, then with other? How could our beautifully filling-up hearts and ever-glowing, growing souls not want to collaborate and co-create with another in sacred union, creating from an ‘usness’ of beauty and ever-purifying love and self-discovery? This collaborative sort of relationship is what could be difficult to accept into our lives, especially for those who feel they have only begun to get themselves sorted out, let alone let in a sacred union romance that will scramble their worlds up again. Yet, THIS is what creativity feels like to me… a creating and then a dismantling, only to create something new and perhaps better or more fulfilling than before!

There is a sacredness to every single desire and ache in our hearts for more or less or even something completely different than we’ve experienced so far. We are creating this sacredness from our own sacredness that can never die or be abandoned though it can certainly be buried. We are being tuned back into these frequencies that remind us of our aliveness, our need to align truly with our hearts and want we want to create,  while illuminating what we’ve been creating instead. We are given this illumination as a powerful opportunity and it is entirely our own creative choice as to whether or not we step into it. ❤

Body Calibrations And Detoxifications Happening On ALL Levels

Our bodies, these vessels that hold our human experience, are going through a calibration process. Ongoingly…. it seems as they make the transition from carbon based to light body. Our bodies are calibrating to match the increasingly high frequencies of love and light waves coming into Gaia’s atmosphere and our atmospheres too! There seems to be a NEW level of intensity around this too, depending on where you are in your awakening and ascension process.

You could also call this a ‘purging’ and ‘detoxification’ process as well, happening on the physical level and the emotional and spiritual as well. Every cell of our bodies has been the receiver and receptor of MUCH toxicity in the foods that we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe. The 3D world running on toxicities that remain untouched and unhealed in our collective unconscious and so manifest in what is offered as collective and global food options. The unhealed woundings in our emotional bodies and the parts that seek comfort then gravitate toward the toxic foods to actually keep our vibrational frequency low in order to ‘fit in’. It seems to be a survival mechanism that our 3D self develops to BE here.

As our consciousness awakens and expands, moving from 3D to 4D (awakening phase) and beyond, the cells in our bodies also have to adjust as well. Shifts in the vibrational spin and colorations of our chakral bodies happens too, with more blurring and merging, and more crystal feeling and look to them. These shifts and adjustments (at all levels) leads to detoxification, it is a letting go and shedding and releasing of the lower frequencies that we have taken in and indigested (again, on all levels.)

Detoxification can be intense, for sure, with many physical symptoms of body pain, sleepiness, nausea, hot/cold flashes. As you are guided to let go of certain foods and shift your diet, more detoxification may temporarily come up too as the old leaves to make room for more love and light to come in. You also may feel emotional reactions to not eating certain foods anymore as parts of you associated them with comfort (especially connected to childhood if ‘love was food’ in your birth family.) You can BE with and feel the parts of you and their reactions, holding space for the transition as you also hold with love the movements. This isn’t about intense vigilance or discipline, but rather feeling it out in every moment as to what supports your body during this process and what doesn’t.

One of main things you may be feeling guided and drawn to give up is eating meat, and dairy as well. You may be becoming much more sensitive to the energy of the animals that you are eating, what they suffered when they died, and the energy for which they were killed. I do feel that not eating animals, shifting to vegetarian and eventually vegan, IS an important aspect of ascension and awakening that speaks to the connection that we feel to ALL in which digesting anything that has been killed (the lowest vibrational frequency that can be experienced it seems) just doesn’t resonate for us anymore. I have heard for some people that eating meat ‘grounds’ them, yet I feel that connecting energetically to Gaia (walking barefoot outside especially) does this as well and no sentient beings were killed in order for the grounded to happen. Star BEing family and Angelic guides have told me and helped me remember that no higher vibrational BEings would or do eat animals as they are considered equals in consciousness, communicated with telepathically, and offer many gifts in exchange with us as we deepen our consciousness about them.

I have been vegetarian/vegan for many years and it has just fit my heart and soul awakenings and the opening of my cosmic higher christ heart. I have also been eating only fruit and smoothies the last few days and am moving into a fasting phase too with more openness and experience of living on love and light frequencies (often called living on prana.) For many months, I have offered the sense that digestion of food takes up much energy and to ‘lighten the self and the load’ is helpful. I am not feeling any kind of regimen around this, just trust and connection with my body (and my guides) to see what feels right to me in every moment. I have not felt hungry so far (although have experienced some other symptoms of detox) and we will see how it unfolds as I go. I am also open to eating whenever I want as, again, this is being held with a loving energy, not an Inner Punisher that is going into a forceful regimen of some kind.

Wherever you are in your body calibration process, if you can hold with trust and love that a HIGHER reason and purpose is manifesting for you, it can help with the body symptoms and transition. Staying connected with your body, your chakras, your emotional body, and your spiritual body allows the process to offer you some sense of what is happening. You can connect through journaling directly with your body, connect with (and even talk to!) your chakras during meditation, beginning to get to know the parts of you that connect to your emotional body, and check in with/stay close with your Guides. ALL of these shifts are being held with love and BY love as we move into places beyond biology and into the embodiment of our sacred humanity!
