So many rumblings and reactions happening right now. So much shadow coming to the surface to be met with love instead of fear. This can be a lot to hold with all of the energies swirling and popping.

In SoulFullHeart we feel all the parts of us that are in pain, reaction, and/or confusion. We feel the Metasoul aspects that may be bleeding through at this time and needing your attention and care.

This is very catalytic work that can be attested to by those that are currently in session space with us. It does require a real desire for change, not just temporal relief. Yet, there is a self-loving way to be with the change that is knocking on your door.

I, along with Raphael Awen and Kalayna Solais, offer a free consultation call to feel with you what your presenting pains/fears/frustrations are and see how the process can navigate you to deep, transformational change. Moving out of the old way of being and into a new way of seeing and feeling yourself and the world. An invitation to the community within you and our community on the outside.

I have been in this process for 8 years now and I have gone from very dark days to a deep and profound connection to myself, to others, to the world, and the Divine. 3D Matrix Shaking Up To Wake Us Up

There is an intensity in the world right now that seems to be in a constant ramping up and amping up. It feels like we are in a pressure cooker set at its highest temperature and cooking speed. I see this reflected in the current events happening in 3D right now, how it can feel to parts like it is β€˜one thing after another’.  I am also seeing this in my personal process. It feels like there are so many threads up for healing and completion, other timelines bleeding through, and past relationships coming up for deeper completion. Basically, anything that cannot come with us into the New is calling our attention inwards if we are choosing to go there.

In my own process I am feeling how overwhelming this can get for my parts, especially the Inner Masculine parts like the Inner Protector and the Gatekeeper. They feel like they are wanting to set a self-loving, discerning pace to our process and for us, even as they may use ways of protecting and suppressing us that do not feel that way. I feel them trying to navigate all of what is coming up through a very limited lens created in the 3D way of life, that teaches us to avoid rather than meet what we are feeling.

Inside myself when life sparks things to feel and digest, and with so much anger, injustice, fear, pain and confusion coming up to be felt, I feel an inner struggle at times. I feel a struggle between taking care of myself and my parts, and caring about the world and feeling what is moving within it as the 3D Matrix shakes up, breaks up, and is collapsing. 

For so long my parts approached healing and Awakening as something that needed to be done and quickly because they felt there was β€˜something wrong’ and that they needed to β€˜be fixed’. This created an intensity to how my parts would approach how they felt, a searching, a seeking which was not discerning or self loving. This has created more to heal and digest with them. I sense that happening for us as a collective now too, with Covid, the things happening in the US now, all that is being revealed to us. As we search for answers, deeper meaning and to fix it all, it feels like our parts can get caught up in it all without any space for digesting how they feel about it too. This creates more for us to digest around how we treat ourselves through this whole unravelling.

Through my own deepening with my parts through the SoulFullHeart process, and as higher frequency Aspects of my Metasoul are coming in as I digest the trauma of my 3D self/parts,I am feeling guided from within to take a more gentle approach, a more self-lovingly paced approach to what information I am letting in and how much my parts can actually feel and digest in one go. I am being offered and it feels like an invitation for us all, to move above these Matrices, to look from an overview perspective, which feels like it can happen more as we digest how we feel and the trauma our parts have experienced in 3D. 

This is not a bypassing of what is going on in the world or in our personal processes. I see the image of birds flying high and scanning the waters, which look like the 3D/4D matrix grids. As the bird we can choose where and when we need to go in and fish or be in the waters. I also feel the image of a mermaid, who can dive deep into the depths when she needs or wants to, yet can also enjoy being at the surface, being in/flowing with the ever-changing motion of the ocean with trust in the waves and the ones she is meant to catch. I feel how this picture allows us to go into feeling as and when we and our parts feel strong enough to do so, rather than them having to be led by expectation, guilt or shame. I am feeling these themes coming up at the moment to feel and it is not easy to digest. I feel more and more how much space and tenderness we need around us to feel all we are being called to feel.

A self-loving pace to feeling, healing and digesting feels so important, especially as it feels like the collapse of the 3D matrix will keep getting more intense for us all. I feel us knowing inside when and what we need to go into, to feel for ourselves and in the collective, that what we need in life finds a way to present itself to us. We do not have to keep digging for the healing or the answers anymore. It feels like everything is being revealed to us as needed, and like this is a time of great Illumination for us all now.

I am experiencing through digesting and healing the trauma of my parts and Metasoul how more and more of these higher frequencies aspects are coming in to support me and have always been here supporting me, even as I could not feel them. I feel the energies of Golden Earth, Lemuria, the Pleiades, all wanting to support us and help us through these intense transitions, offering that we do not need to suffer in our suffering if we choose not to. Even though we will be where we need to be until we no longer do, this is a very soothing and accepting perspective that I love in SoulFullHeart. The complete Love and acceptance of where we are at, the trust in our own Soul and its timing, that is validated and encouraged through this process.

I feel we can all bring more Love into the process at any time even if we find ourselves in the deepest, darkest, densest places within ourselves and within the collective, Now. Allowing ourselves to slow down, digest, and feel as we go, feels like it will truly help us all and offers a break for the higher frequencies of Love to come in. To go INside more and more often for our answers and support, rather than look outside as life in 3D has taught us, feels like where we need to go and where we find the torch to guide our way into the New, to illuminate what needs to be met and moved through for each individual. I feel this will be needed more and more as we transition through this 3D collapse and all that is being revealed through the process.

Arising Anew From The Collapse Of The 3D Matrix

In the midst before me, I see a dying story. A matrix of beliefs and conditionings that we have all, to one degree or another, found ourselves playing a part of. We have written and acted in the play together, to sheer perfection.

But we have crossed certain markers in our path too many times now to begin to recognize that the house we contracted to build together is burning. It is running on the fumes of a fear of fusing to the building itself. We are not burning. The house is.

This can be a very existential experience to our 3D self as well as a very triggering remembrance to our Metasoul brothers and sisters that have experienced a collapse before. They have not been pretty, nor self-loving. But that doesn’t mean they can’t be.

Deaths are never easy and have their own energies to be with, yet if we can find that essence within us to hold the space of this transmutation then we may find ourselves like the rose among the ashes.

Connecting with your 3D & 4D selves with the aid of your 5D/Higher Self, a managed collapse is possible and also very self-loving. That is not the same as easy, just setting the suffering gauge to as minimal as possible. It is really up to you in the end.

How we leave is who we enter as.

Our fear can come with us as long as we are willing to go into it and feel it. This is the process that is supported in SoulFullHeart. It is holding the Light so that we can transform the Dark. We are both.

3D Matrix Deprogramming & Divine Recoding Free To Be 2 Group Call Meditation June 3

The Matrix is being revealed and disclosed, even as it is collapsing in this Now. It was not going to collapse easily and lightly. It was not going to be revealed without an impact on the collective emotional body and consciousness. It was not going to collapse without some violence as violence and fear make up the substance of it.

There are stages of grief to go through as the realities of the manipulated, distorted, and projected reality that we’ve lived in (and chosen on a soul level) becomes clearer to more and more souls. Layers of realizations and awakening move you through awareness of the 3D Matrix and into the 4D AI Matrix that has runs it and into the 5D context of Unity Consciousness that holds it ALL as a sacred experience.

As you awaken, the programming you’ve received from the Matrix becomes more obvious to you. The process of deprogramming from it begins as your soul provides codes to unlock from it. Your Divine Self is activated. Matrix programs create conformation, enslavement, and fear. Divine codes create liberation, sovereignty and love. Your soul can bring more Divine codes to you and into your field as you identify, feel, heal, and clear the Matrix programs with the parts of you that have been programmed by them.

In our third group call of our Free To Be 2 series, tomorrow, Wednesday June 3, Raphael and I will talk about the Matrix deprogramming process, the Cabal/3D/4D Matrix collapse going on, and the Divine coding process. SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Finding Your Place Within The Fire

What a dynamic week this has been! A lot stirring up in the collective due to so many influences both terrestrial and cosmic. This week was a big focus on the Inner Teenager, truth-telling, passion purpose, Schumann resonance, crop circles, and the events unfolding in the US. You can read it here. 

Featured this week is a piece from Gabriel Heartman. In it, he addresses the riots that are underway in the US. He focuses on how the riots and the situation that sparked them are all a reflection of the suppressed violence within each of us and in the collective emotional body. He also offers that each of us has our own journey in response to these events:

What action and power do each of us have in these times when it feels like it is all coming unglued? I think that is one you have to ask yourself. What feels like the most aligned with your purpose here? If it is to advocate and protest, then I say do so with all the Love you have to muster. That is possible. If it is to hold the space for the Kali phase of this death and rebirth then hold it with the might and compassion of your heart and soul. If you are to shine the Light of the New Earth then shine that Mother with all the power and glory that is within you without compromise.

Related to this, is the suppressed truth and pain of the Inner Teenager that was felt in the last Free To Be 2 Group call on Wednesday, May 27th. There are writings that talk about our personal relationships and teachings about how the Inner Teenager influences our current lives and emotional body.

The Suffering And Healing Of The Inner Teenager

Tomorrow in our next SoulFullHeart Free To Be group call, we will be diving into the Inner Teenager part of us that has a lot of wounding, BUT a ton of power and creativity. Right now the Inner Teenager may be coming out in a rebellious nature toward some of the ‘rules’ that are being implemented right now. There may also be a compliance as well. I know I had both in me in my teen years and struggled in the conflict between the two.

This conflict showed up as a desperate need to do well in school while being heavily into alcohol and smoking. I had a lot of mom/sister issues that showed up in my relationship to young women my age. It felt like an all-round hell zone for him in many ways. Trying like hell to fit in but not knowing which ‘in’ was really his.

As I feel him (his name is Chris, my birth name) from this vantage point, I can feel a soul that was winding down the 3D experience and struggling to reconcile that. Until of course he met Jill (aka Jelelle Awen) in college and the journey of self-discovery and authenticity began. It was a lot for him to let go of all that he thought he identified with (family, friends, relationships, conditioned ideas, etc).

He is very much into art and creativity and this too was a conflict as well with deep perfectionism that caused a lot of suffering. A battle between the masculine and feminine waged within. I feel him much more rested in with my inner teenage feminine and they seem to be in much more balance and harmony together.

In him there is a rebellion that just wants to go his own way without a fight. He doesn’t need to get angry anymore or judge others as this was always a judgement of himself. I feel a relief in him for no longer being in those days while still honoring all the process. There were lots of good times among the suffering. Those are what are now left in the memory banks when we look back.

Still much to heal around romance, intimacy, and sexuality but those are on their way with each passing day. Working with Chris in the early stages of my process was one of the most touching and healing parts of my journey. You don’t realize how much you are our teenager until you start to work with them.

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Bigger Picture Of The Covid Global Awakening Event

The weeks continue to be catalytic and expansive. This one no less than any other. We began the new round of Free To Be Calls with the topic of Money and that set of a firestorm of process for all involved. There were many digestions, awarenesses, and movements as a result. We also continued to feel the current energies of the Coronavirus and the New Moon on May 22.  You can read it here. 

Featured this week is a piece from Jelelle Awen. In it, she takes an eagle’s eye view of the Global Covid Awakening Event and what different timelines are presenting themselves and how compassion is an important aspect of these times:

All of us who came to Gaia at this time have chosen to experience a phase within this 3D Matrix consensus reality for the growth it offers to go through it and emerge out of it. Some of us became more bought into it than others and sometimes have been deeply plugged into it for multiple timelines. Before you would judge and condemn others who are still β€˜asleep’ or label them as β€˜sheep’, you can feel with compassion the parts of you that needed to go through that phase too and WHY they did. For many awakening souls, it is possible that they STILL have parts of them that are plugged into/corded into this 3D Matrix (for example in birth family relationships, mateships, and jobs). You can lovingly invite these parts of you to be felt and help them unplug through healing the emotional/soul traumas that may be keeping them stuck and plugged in.

The second call of this series will focus on the Inner Teenager and his/her relationship to what is currently happening in the world today. We will share about how to digest the trauma around this invalidation experience from this life and other lifetimes. You will connect with your Inner Teenager in meditation to open up negotiation and collaboration during these shifts.

Offering My Services As A Facilitator (Once Again!)

I am super stoked to announce that I am officially back in the saddle as a SoulFullHeart Facilitator!

I am very honored and blessed to be offering this space again with a much different heart-set. Last fall things were taking off for me and it wound up triggering some much needed things for me to feel on my own. I needed to recalibrate to myself and to fully claim this as my life’s path and purpose.

Through the Dark Night journey, I held space for that in a way I had not really done for myself before, and honestly no one could have done it for me at that time. I clearly needed the time in the desert to get closer to God and The Divine within to take me where I was meant to go. It was there that I felt what I wanted and was being called to serve, but this time from a much more humble and embodied place.

I am so very grateful to Jelelle Awen, Raphael Awen, and Kalayna Solais for opening the door for me to restart my healing process (not that it was ever closed). I was deeply honored to have been invited to be a Collaborator and serve in any capacity that felt important.

The path back to facilitation was always the goal but being in the present with gratitude was my sacred journey. I can feel in all my time away that I had parts that did not feel they even wanted to be a leader, or maybe even deserved it. A lot of metasoul pieces to unravel and feel around this theme. Connecting my inner masculine with my inner feminine and with Yeshua have been a big part of this healing in him to really land in this new timeline and the gifts and desire I hold for service.

I look forward to continuing my own inner journey with Raphael as my facilitator, Jelelle as a mentor and guide, and Kalayna as a mentor and co-leader in our Saturday service of Love in our group calls. A big grateful hug to all of you for trusting me and seeing me when I couldn’t see myself. I love you.

Deeper Intimacy With Self Through The Explorations With Money

Wow, what a topic money is. I feel so many layers and parts wrapped into the explorations with money. One of the things that Jelelle Awen offered in the SoulFullHeart Free To Be Two group call about money this week, was how some can relate to money as a false god. This landed straight away as what I experienced within my family, how earning money gave meaning to life and felt like the only meaning to life as there was no spirituality or religion in my upbringing. I feel how my Inner Masculine, David, took this on and how my Inner Child, Yazzy, was stifled by this. Since she was always so multi dimensional, she didn’t believe this to be true, but as there was no one bringing any other meaning, she became capped by that.

I remembered a time when a male family member said to me that β€˜money is the only thing that matters in the world’. At the time, I was blown away that anyone could believe that. As I feel it now, I feel so much density in that picture of our world, the lack of joy or spaciousness in it. As I feel David, I sense this energy within him as the conditioning he received from birth family members. 

Right now I am in a transition into a new way of being and earning money, that is bringing light to David’s relationship to money.  I hold and feel a lot of trust around money after years of transitioning and exploring money. This transition has grown into a deeper awareness and understanding of a greater meaning of life, as well as what abundance looks and feels like to me. 

I have learnt that abundance is many things. Not only money, but time, connection, vulnerability with others, space to BE. These all feel like abundance to me. I am coming to know and feel that my inner feeling of abundance is what draws abundance on the outside including financial abundance, even as that is still growing. For David, I feel him seeing this abundance coming in and seeing money coming in for offering my Soul Gifts, but he still does not FEEL abundant.

The group call has helped me feel this with him, his reality more of distrust and lack that he has been in and learnt throughout this 3D experience, sure that has been the 3D experience. One of the core beliefs I feel held in David is, β€˜there is never enough money’., I see how much this creates that reality for us because he is so focused on β€˜there is never enough’. He cannot appreciate or acknowledge it as it is coming in. I feel how it is the ability to be grateful for what IS, in the moment, that draws more of that thing to you, which of course is a journey, not something you can create through bypassing feeling the lack of gratitude. 

I feel how this lack of money belief is actually a cover up for lack of love, connection, communication and boundaries, it feels like. Money becomes this huge focal point when there is no other meaning to life. Money has become this huge elephant in the room, where we think about it, worry about it, are anxious about it, but we do not really honestly talk about it, at least in my experience and in this culture of my current geography. The shame, the guilt, the resentment around money is of course going to make it heavy and joyless. This feels like it creates blocks to, and a push/pull within us and our relationship to money, as well as abundance in general. 

I feel the lack of joy the Inner Masculine can hold around life in general, which then seeps into his relationship with/to everything else in life. I feel David feeling joyless, I feel him longing to experience joy as my other parts do, his sadness that he cannot seem to meet them there. Yet I feel how no one has ever asked him what he likes, what the meaning of his life is, and how he has been disempowered throughout this 3D experience too.

So now there is this new ground to walk out with him, where he is included and wanted, where he gets to feel and heal too because he is valued by me through this process. So this is where talking about money leads us, perhaps not straight away to more money, although I feel that coming in but to deeper connection, understanding and intimacy with our parts, and with each other eventually too.
