Strong solar (SOULar) pulses and waves coming in during this March, 2018 as the Ascension process continues to increase and amplify. SoulFullHeart Co-creator, facilitator, and teacher Jelelle Awen offers in this video (click above) an energy update sharing her sense of how these waves may be impacting you on an emotional, physical, and Metasoul/Higher Self level. She shares about recent experiences of Kundalini energy surges and connection/bleed through with her Metasoul Aspect from the Lemurian Timeline.

Jelelle also walks you through a simple check-in of your energy flow through your feet chakra and using selenite to clean and clear too. Jelelle emphasizes that these energies are a GIFT, even as they can feel quite intense to let in and adjust to. They are meant to raise your consciousness, your experience of yourself AS love.

She also mentions that she’ll be provided regular updates about the energies in these next days of March, plus a free Unity Meditation call that she is doing on Wednesday, March 21st. She is also now offering one on one session with her called a Bridging Session where she feels and digests your ascension process so far, where you are at now (energy, emotional body, etc.) and the manifestation of your highest timeline.

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life- Spiritual Growth Process

In this video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman interviews SoulFullHeart Co-creator Raphael Awen about his personal journey through his spiritual growth and how it affected his practical life in regards to all other areas. His journey exemplifies the transition of each of the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves in relation to spirit uality.

As a young adult, Raphael deeply immersed himself into the Christian faith as his expression of divine service. As he began to see and feel a disintegrity among those he had so felt were leaders, there was a thinning out of all that a part of him had held as the infallible word of God. This led to a letting go of the religion but not to a deeper spirituality. He was also led to draw boundaries with those that were a deep part of his social circle along with a marriage and daughters that were not curious about this epic change of faith.

A new journey of spiritual and emotional awakening and expansion of consciousness ensued with his participation in a group called EBE where he met Jelelle Awen. This experience along with the departure from this group brought Raphael to feel a call to lead something new in co-creation with Jelelle that offered something completely unique to what other spiritualities offered. A new relationship to God within, along with an ever expanding universe of guides and metasouls that have inspired his continued spiritual growth, all mark a path that is dotted with practical sacred choices.  

I felt these words by Raphael really summed up what practical spiritual ascension means for us has human beings: “Life is duality and choice, and the drama and the stories are all about traction points. What do you feel about that? What is moving in you? Are you tempted to the stasis? Life is not about stasis. We can work really hard at maintaining it but life pops you out at the other end.”

Highest Timeline Illuminations And Clarities Teachings & Guided Meditation

In this video and audio, SoulFullHeart co-creators, teachers, and facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen teach and share, along with SoulFullHeart Facilitators Kalayna Colibri and Gabriel Heartman.

In this video, Jelelle talks about the codes/information/uploads/downloads/activations that are still coming in to illuminate and push up esp. anxiety and distrust from inside that can get projected outside. Relationships are being shaken up by this as the previous grounds no longer ‘hold’ the unfelt anxiety and lack of safety and resonance. This mirrors the relationships going on inside. The feminine is leading this, inviting the masculine to feel genuine remorse and forgiveness and compassion for ALL, starting from within.

Then, Raphael shares about the about the inner connection process with the Protector, who can become healthy boundary setting as the healthy boundaries develop from inside. Taking action and choice points that are connected to trust and self love.

Kalayna and Gabriel then both share about the current ascension energies, integration of these energies to activate their highest timeline service of love, and their processes with parts of themselves and with each other in sacred union. They connect how they experience life from the SoulFullHeart perspective.

Raphael and Jelelle then lead a guided meditation to connect you with Divine Feminine and Masculine frequencies through Archangel Metatron and Goddess Sophia. You receive activations from the current energies as well. You then connect with your Inner Protector to allow a look into a pool of water to ‘see’ whatever your higher timeline vision is for your future and life.

Supermoon and Divine Feminine energies coming through beautifully today during Day Two of Metamorphosis, my 33 Day video series that started yesterday on January 1st and completing on February 2nd!

In this day two video, I invite you to connect with the Divine Feminine frequencies that are coming up and being offered through the Supermoon and throughout January with ANOTHER Supermoon at the end of the month, plus a lunar eclipse. These energies ARE personal, not just cosmic, and provide a mirror to you for feeling, exploring, and BEing. I share my awakening to Divine Feminine frequencies back in 2010, which came after becoming Reiki attuned. I experienced a deeply touching connection with four Divine Feminine forms of Kuan Yin, Magdalena, Mother Mary, and Dark Mother/Kali. My experience of Her energies since then has just deepened and expanded into a very personal and nurturing experience.

I then guide you in a meditation to connect with Divine Feminine/Mother energies through whitish-pink energies, sitting a circle, and letting in lots of love through the heart chakra. You may see and feel Divine Mother quite clearly, or get a sense of your Inner Protector – a masculine energy that guards and protects the feminine experience from both inside and out. Practical Ascension: The 7 Key Areas Of Life Vlog Series

In the course of living into the SoulFullHeart Way Of Life, we have felt that there are certain areas of our personal and practical lives that can be compartmentalized, or not brought into alignment with our highest timeline. These areas are ways that we can assess where you may be feeling some frustrations and desires for more. Each area has its own unique dynamic depending on the conditioning and wounding that is associated with it. Each area is looked at through a 3D, 4D, 5D lens.

Where one tends to have the most anchoring in 3D is where we would want to feel the part that is holding on, which is usually well-guarded by what we call the Inner Protector. To fully embody and experience our higher 5D energy and frequency, healing and letting go of these anchors is a vital part of the ascsension process in our personal experiences and of those that we serve.

SoulFullHeart Facilitators Kalayna Colibri and Gabriel Heartman are offering a brand new SoulFullHeart vlog series based on the 7 Key Areas Of Life related to your own personal Ascension process! This one connects you with your Higher Self (in whatever it wants to come through) and your Ascension Chakras. Energy Update: UPgrades To Highest Timelines Continue, Along With Cleansing Of Physical & Emotional Bodies (Video)

I felt to record a video today offering about the ascension energies coming in especially strong and intense since the Lion’s Gate in early August, continuing through November 11:11 portal opening and on through 12/12 as we head into 2018. These energies offer us INfluxes of light to upgrade ALL our systems to live out and BEcome our highest timeline service of love here.

As they come into our every living cell AND our emotional bodies, these light waves encounter toxicity in our physical bodies and emotional bodies from our experiences here in 3D. Our inability to digest these toxicities leads to the manifestation of all kinds of sufferings and stuckness, pains and wounds. It leads to emotional immaturity in our relationships and in many other ways as well. The ascension upgrade process is also a detox process as the light can not come in until the lower vibrations are cleared out.

I offer a bigger context around this process related to the cosmic energies and also a specific bridge to our SoulFullHeart process (and my own personal process too) related to HOW we move and heal the toxicities in the emotional body through connecting with parts of us. Raianna Shai and Raphael Awenhave both offered powerful and moving writings today about the inner family (and higher self soul family) parts work connections and what this process offers too.

Thank you to ALL the souls who joined us live for the 11/11 group call today and those who donated to receive the full recording…this was our biggest group call yet! We so appreciated those of you who showed up with your intentions to learn, to share, to grow, to heal….and to BE in the space with us on this high energy day.

This is the audio recording portion of the group call below, the teachings and the guided meditation with the personal sharings edited out for privacy. Our teachings were about the 11/11 energies and how they may be impacting you on different levels – emotional, physical, spiritual/chakral, and social…from our unique SoulFullHeart perspective connecting back to parts work. The energies during the guided meditation with Raphael Awen and I (with help from Archangel Metatron and Mother Mary) were strong, yet very grounding…heart based and meaningful, at least as they moved through! Listening to it should help with activation and letting in/receiving of the codes available today and ongoingly too. We also guide you in a scrying or clairvoyantly seeing process to receive visions of your highest timeline or whatever you need to see as offered by the 11/11 portal. It’s Ok Not To Be Ok: Feeling Your Emotions During Ascension Video W/Jelelle Awen

I felt to offer a video this morning in follow up to the writing I offered yesterday……It’s Ok Not To Be Ok. I speak more about the self permission to feel, to be real, to be vulnerable, to see these as sacred and supported by our spiritual processes and an important aspect of ascension too! our 3D culture doesn’t often give us permission to feel our feelings and emotions, instead medicated them or using distractions to feeling or focusing only on the positive ones (this often happens in spirituality). Someone commented yesterday that this message cannot be offered enough and that feels true to me too!
