Boom! What a galactic week it has been! Deeper connections and profound clarities about the arising disclosure and contact with our Star Being brethren and family. It was a week that was catalyzed by Dr. Steven Greer’s recent CE-5 documentary, Close Encounters Of The Fifth Kind. A must watch in our humble opinion. There is also the launch of the next Free To Be series beginning this Wednesday, May 20th! You can read it here. 

Featured this week is a piece from Kalayna Solais. In it, she digests her experience after watching the documentary in which she connected to a deeper layer of herself known as the Star Seed. So much pain of separation as well as the joy of reunion can be felt in such a process:

As I sobbed, I felt my soul’s ache. I felt the pain of what it’s really been like to be in 3D. I felt it for myself and I felt it for others. I felt the repression… the suppression of truth, the rejection of real love. I felt tired, so tired, of stark polarities being played out and even worshipped by those who can’t see or feel it all, and those who just simply don’t care. My eyes were closed to allow sensations to be heightened. If my eyes had been open, they would have been searching for my Star Family beloveds instead of feeling them. They love to enter through the heart and answer our calls. They may not always materialize in the physical but they are there. They are always… always there.

The next ‘Free To Be’ group call series begins this Wednesday, May 20th @ 10am PDT. Through this Free To Be Two series, you will feel empowered to think about and feel through the practical steps to walk out at this time, including a focus on money transition to soul purpose livelihood. The Tears And Cheers Of The Star Seed

Tender tears this morning. As I lay in bed after my early morning teaching gig, I felt a sadness in my field. A loss. A longing. I could feel my inner masculine trying to search for where this feeling may be coming from. I felt my mind toggling and gripping. There was a feeling of just wanting to let go of my mind, but what I heard was to let go of the judgement of the mind. It is the inner judgements and expectations of myself that have kept me in a more mental domain for a lot of my life.

As I turned the dial down on those, like a fade button on an image or an audio track, I got to FEEL what was underneath. “I miss my home. My family. The freedom to Be.” As I felt the energy of the words, I felt my inner orphan Auggie. I first felt him during my time away from SoulFullHeart. He is a very sensitive boy. He feels to be on the ‘spectrum’ using 3D terms. But to me he is my little astronaut. He is my connection to the stars as I always feel him in his space suit looking at the stars. Wondering. Curious. Contacting.

I just let him cry. Let him call out. Asking for help to feel okay again. To not feel alone anymore. So I held him. I cried with him. When the tears dried up, we wrote a letter to ‘them’. Whoever ‘they’ are. I feel a host of races that are reaching out to him. Reminding him of where he is from and of his exploring and curious nature. For this is their nature too. He asked them to come and visit him whenever they could, no matter how big or small. To let him know they still remember him.

I felt a warm embrace. A subtle energy that all is well. All in time. Neither he nor I are forsaken or forgotten. They just needed the invitation. Auggie offered that he could help them bridge to the people because they are scared and don’t understand. He could help them bridge to parts of me who feel the same. I saw us out in a field together. A wide open space looking out into wide open space. He had that look again. Of wonder. Of curiosity. Of exploring.

He felt more content. More surrendered. More trusting that we will all find our way back ‘home’ because in the end home is the feeling of being held here and now. The dial was turned another degree to the opening of the veil that has kept us feeling separate. Fear and doubt make up some of this veil and we will keep feeling and bridging to those parts of me that hold it up. But today we got to send a postcard of love and feel the immediate message back.

‘We love and miss you too. We are always here.’

Connecting & Healing With Star Family: My Recent Encounter

Parts of me were crying. My heart and soul were crying. Sobbing. Nearly wailing. The waves of pain moving through were great, coupled with so much longing for New Earth. For a dimension that feels truly like ‘home’… much more like ‘home’ than 3D has ever felt.

Everything in me was reaching out to me to hold it, but also reaching beyond me, to my Galactic aspects/Star Family that sometimes can’t be ‘seen’ even within my third eye, but can be felt within every cell in my body. They are part of me and I am part of them. We are inseparable and always in love. The kind of love they don’t tell you about in 3D. The kind of love that isn’t sold in magazines or written about in newspapers. It’s the kind of love that can’t be defined, only experienced, and only really let in as your heart heals the barriers to it.

As I sobbed, I felt my soul’s ache. I felt the pain of what it’s really been like to be in 3D. I felt it for myself and I felt it for others. I felt the repression… the suppression of truth, the rejection of real love. I felt tired, so tired, of stark polarities being played out and even worshipped by those who can’t see or feel it all, and those who just simply don’t care. I felt tired of judgments from Inner Punishers… the layers of my own that I’ve felt over the years and the ones that are being fused to by so many others right now. I felt a youngness in parts of me and I could give them permission to just BE young. To just FEEL, without judgment, without needing to be older than they are and to allow these Star Beings, these ancient and otherworldly energies, to just hold them with me.

My eyes were closed to allow sensations to be heightened. If my eyes had been open, they would have been searching for my Star Family beloveds instead of feeling them. They love to enter through the heart and answer our calls. They may not always materialize in the physical but they are there. They are always… always there.

I reached out in front of me, eyes still closed, to invite them even closer energetically. I invited in their touch and could feel the tiny hairs on my body ripple with their energy nearby. My elbows started to bend back towards me and my hands, no longer simply ‘mine’, found my cheeks. They explored my tears, fascinated by them, feeling my heart in them, letting me know that even though some of them don’t ‘feel’ the way we do as humans, they love us deeply. The ones who can feel us because in some ways they’ve BEEN us, offer such deep empathy and compassion that it’s hard to describe in anything but light language or simply energy. Just ask to experience this kind of love when you are ready and they will be there, offering as much of it as you are ready to let in…

I felt then, how they were here representing my own Star Family, yet also everyone’s Star Family. They offered a transmission then, which I published here. It was a transmission of encouragement, of deep feeling of us, and a beautiful reminder of how they are ALWAYS here with us and how everything we are experiencing now, no matter how challenging, is necessary and not without purpose.

I feel them inviting us all to ‘keep looking up’. Keep looking for them, physically and energetically. Psychically too. Keep ‘looking up’ for context whenever we feel parts of us still bound to 3D minutia and details and conditioning. Keep ‘looking up’ for breaks in the weather as we continue to move through all we are now, to become all we are meant to be.

Energy Update: Pleiades Portal Open W/5D Timeline Activations & Healing Of Abduction Programs

The sense of support from our Star Families is amplified right now as we go through this Covid-19 Global Awakening event! The programs that have kept humanity in a fear and battling place related to Star BEings is dissolving.  The abduction programs have been particularly effective at suppressing our galactic consciousness awakening, reactivation of our galactic DNA (the DNA that mainstream 3D science labels as ‘junk’!!), and inhabitation of our galactic genetics.

We are ALL star seeds in that way, ALL of humanity, yet with some of us having more galactic genetics/lineage/connection than others due to what our soul signed up to do and serve and which Soul Family Monads we originate from on the higher levels.

In meditation journey today, I was taken to Alcyone, a planet in the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades star system, and to a crystal city there that I have been to before. The crystal city (it has another name that I can’t pronounce) is a stunningly bright, quartz crystal feeling, high frequency city that offers a template for how life could look and feel here on Gaia as well as we move into 5D. Every occupant in the city is WELL cared for with all of their needs met.

I have lately been feeling more connected to Leeza, my Pleiadian Aspect, and also with Binkh, my Arcturian Aspect. I have been offered that both the Arcturians and the Pleiadians are amongst the MANY friendly and benevolent Star Beings hovered in Gaia’s orbit during this time of Humanity’s Great Awakening and transition to New Earth. Both of these are offering healing frequencies to Humanity as a support to let go of 3D conditioning/programming/trauma. As the Matrix control systems collapse on both 3D and 4D Levels during this Event, there is more opportunity for us to receive these healing frequencies and upgrades.

As I connected today with Binkh, Leeza, Ranca (my Reptilian Aspect) and Trista (Inner Earth Lemurian Aspect) in the Crystal City, they provided me with more sense of the abduction programs as I had personally been programmed by them for most of my life until about six years ago. The abduction programs have been downloaded from the 4D AI Matrix and then projected into us through our Reptilian Self entwinement. These programs create sensations of horror and terror inside of our Inner Child about E.T.s and visitors from other planets. They even produce feeling sensations and memories of being abducted, taken against our will to their ships, sometimes impregnated with hybrid babies being created, physically examined in harsh and unfeeling ways, and much more by non-feeling and even cruel Alien Beings. Mainstream 3D Entertainment has further programmed us to go into fight or flight mode around ‘Alien Invaders’ and the mainstream military-industrial complex and Cabal/Illuminati/Elite fed these fears with war mongering programs and ‘need to protect/defend’ our dominion energies.

I got the sense strongly that these abduction programs have especially been offered to those Star Seeds with strong galactic ambassador frequencies and capacities. I personally needed to have this undigested fear in my emotional body and subconscious about ‘being abducted’ in order to immerse more into 3D life until I was ready to awaken beyond it and into my Galactic Ambassador consciousness. Ranca, my Reptilian Aspect, was very apologetic about projecting this into my consciousness and I offered forgiveness to her as it wasn’t her fault. She was as enslaved to this programming as I was until we both unplugged from it.

I am being guided to offer this right now about the Abduction programs as it feels like there is so much opportunity to be upgraded, activated, and awakened by galactic energies in this Now. The trauma from these programs can create blocks, resistances, and fear in your Inner Child and Inner Protector around connecting with Galactic energies and aspects.

Contact WILL be happening for more and more souls as their Star Seed essence is activated again. Contact mostly happens through non-physical means and probably already has been happening for you over many years. Experiences of contact are through conscious draw to study and learn more about galactic BEings; frequent dreams of contact, visits, star BEings, and light ships; conscious visits during meditation with Star Family and Metasoul Aspects as I am describing here; and also eventually physical contact experiences.

I am being prepared now for physical contact experiences as the rich etheric/astral/remote viewing experiences create a ripe and ready ground for it. I am also feeling that I want to offer a bridge to these physical (along with the non-physical) contact experiences for others through SoulFullHeart gatherings and events in the future. We are feeling as a community to connect to CE-5 protocols using light, sounds, and remote viewing/meditation methods offered by Steven Greer that have resulted in many contact experiences over the last 30 years. The documentary Close Encounters Of The Fifth Kind with Dr. Greer shares amazing footage and photos of these experiences, along with personal testimonials, and is available for purchase on YouTube.

Along with all the other realities that are being disclosed right now as the Matrix collapse, galactic disclosure and the reality of extraterrestrial beings is an important aspect of that. As we feel and heal the fear programs against them, we become much more open and receptive to the consciousness awakening that they can provide for us….that we are actually already spring loaded to activate in our galactic DNA! We are then able to receive the blueprints and templates that they have for us around creation of free energy devices and other technology that will change the way we live on Gaia into more 5D frequencies.

This is a powerful time to receive galactic energies as the Pleiadian Portal opens today, May 16th through May 24th. This portal allows for stronger transmission of and receiving of Pleiadian Divine Feminine healing frequencies to support our ongoing death and rebirth phases. The Pleiadian energies are soft, beautiful, light; sound like the softest sing song melodies; look and feel like dolphins and whales swimming in the ocean and tropical beaches. Leeza and I will be offering a guided meditation to connect with these Pleiadian healing frequencies soon.

Connecting to the Galactic support available to and through you provides a much BIGGER picture sense of the shifts going on right now for humanity. It lifts us above the constant (and often very conflictual) content that is being generated right now to provide a much more expansive context that is anchored in 5D frequencies. The 5D timeline is the one these Star BEings can remind us is available at ANY moment that we choose it, remember it, and become it.

The Opposites You Feel Inside Are A Portal To The Oneness You Are

Experiencing and feeling what you don’t want is actually what’s key to experiencing what you do want.

To the degree you feel depressed is actually testament to your native capacity for enthusiasm, creativity and divine play.

To the degree you know what it is to feel anxiety, speaks to your natural ability for radiating deep trust, rest and security in relationship to yourself, others, and beyond.

The presence of the negative is the evidence of and testament to the presence and reality of the positive. One relies on the other for its existence. 

This tug-of-war polarity and tension between what you desire and what you actually experience is the pathway into navigating between the two in the direction you want to go. You are like this anti-gravitic travel device in this way that can dial up both gravity and levity to create movement. Knowing one allows you to know the other.

You wouldn’t even be able to feel tension, were it not for rest. You couldn’t feel love were it not for fear. You couldn’t feel trust were it not for anxiety. 

These polarities seem like opposites, they seem ‘opposed’ to one another. While they have polarity, they are not separate or opposed in the way we think of separation or opposition. They come from the same source, making them two expressions of oneness. No ‘opposition’ per se’, just polarity, the likes of which make for great romance.

All of this is flowing from the oneness that you are, that you came from, and that you are returning to. You are already perfect, just maybe not in the way a part of you defined perfection. 

If this is true, then what?

Then,….you are being invited to embrace the opposite, the thing that is ‘opposing’ the thing you want. It’s a magical doorway into the thing you want, an invitation instead of an opposition.

You can now choose to explore what you feared exploring, what you deemed off limits and parked in secluded shadow, to then have more and more arising felt experience of your true essence in your everyday life. 

Sounds like magic and play to me! 

Begin to really dream of the life you want. See it, feel it. Feel it deeply in contrast to fully feeling the life you presently have, but long to change. Especially feel and don’t deny the parts of you who just can’t see it, who just can’t get excited just yet. 

GET CURIOUS, open your heart to all that is inside of you. Enter the darkness. It is your magical portal into the infinite magic of being that you are!

I can tell you personally, that I no longer experience the unaddressed and avoided layers of anxiety or depression or shame that I once did. Where these things once lived in my life is now the presence of deep trust and arising creativity, and very meaningful and deepening self worth. This doesn’t mean I am without challenge. Duality still provides me with the tension between what I have and what I want. That’s called appetite, always moving between satiation and desire. 

What’s cool about this is that the courage it took to face and love my depression and anxiety is the same template for how I live in the moment of every day. What need is arising now? How can I embrace that need! Where is love wanting to flow and be felt? 

What largesse of my being is wanting to engage it’s next step into the world of infinite love and infinite possibility?

We are this crazy hot stuff, only reeling from how magical we are, how infinite we are, how full of love we are. Everything ‘else’ isn’t anything ‘else’, it’s all the same pointing to the oneness we are inside, outside and collectively.

The Arcturians are our friendly neighbours and star family who are in a high dimensional frequency offering multidimensional healing frequencies to humanity during this time of our great awakening. Me and my Arcturian aspect Binkh provide a bridge in this guided meditation for you to connect with the healing chamber that is waiting for you! You also meet your Arcturian guide/aspect who offers messages/visions for you to take in.

The Arcturian healing chambers are available any time that you need the energetic/sound/light support for emotional, spiritual, chakral, mental, and physical healing. They also offer detox from toxicities/densities and upgrades and galactic activation codes. It was so sweet to see as I was guiding this meditation that the Arcturians are standing by the ’empty’ chambers waiting for their human counterparts to join them!

I do recommend giving dedicated time to this with earphones and laying down. You will most likely fall asleep at some point (as the conscious mind ‘shuts off’ to let the unconscious mind be recoded), so it’s good to be in a comfortable position when you listen to it.

Both powerful and scary
is the independent heart
That loves with everything it has
And gravitates towards
only love that flows
Not love that spits and stammers
and hammers on home
a declaration
that it in fact is superior love.
There’s no wrong in truths long hidden
Though pain emits
from the now lighted pathways
That couldn’t be felt
Or digested
Before.
Now in new light of day
New ownership beckons
Of what was left unclaimed
And in shadow.
No…
There is no ‘wrong way’ in this world
For all paths lead somewhere
And to some satisfaction.
It’s the path of into the unspoken heart, though
That calls most to my own soul
And the souls of those
Near and nearing my dimension
Held with love
And invited with care.
This is a declaration in softness
Both spoken and written
And awakened in this very heart that shares
Into the din of what cannot move
Without being invited from within.

LightShips/UFOs In Gaia’s Orbit (Video)

I’ve been sharing lately about the MANY light ships from this and other galaxies that are hovering in Gaia’s orbit during this global awakening event for Humanity. They are here to support us in the next messy phase of our Ascension. They are here to help with a non-violent outcome and resolution as more truths are revealed, including the reality of their existence. They have been our peaceful interventionists since we first used the H-Bomb and ‘unknown’ lights and ships kept dissembling our missiles and bombs in the years since then (as many military officials have shared about witnessing). I feel fairly sure that we would have blown ourselves up in a nuclear war if not for their intervention.

This video above shows a large group of ships heading toward Gaia, filmed from the International Space Station. There is also footage of two on the ground sightings in Chile and in Mexico. The formations that the ships created in the sky to get our attention brought a smile to my face!

I am so glad they are here to witness, to assist (when we finally ask with peace in our hearts) and to show us the new way. Galactic technologies will be KEY to our transition out of the destructive industrial age and into the NEW age of resource sustainability that is foundational to New Earth living.

Your humanity is catching up

to what your Starseed soul never forgot

and longs to be a part of again

but never could NOT be a part of…

Your tears,

They remind you of WHY

you are here.

Not to suffer

But to heal.

Not to be alone as you feel all you feel

But to recall that at all times

the room around you is ‘full’…

Of BEings

of energies

of LOVE consciousness

That could never forget you…

or itself

or the humanity that embodies it

even as that same humanity may

try and turn away.

 

You are polarizations expressed

through love encoded,

you are ‘enslaved’ only to the mind that perceives it

and the heart that doesn’t remember

what it was created to rediscover.

 

We serve to remind

To nudge

To bring you Home

through the portal of YOU.

 

That same YOU that longs and aches and beguiles and charms

and finds its way

and falls

and trips over everything within its own being

on its way to flying once again

with wings enfolded

but never cut off.

 

Starseed being…

though young you might feel,

and in human form, you may be,

you are a ‘seed’ planted,

encoded with rich life to share with all

who also remember their codes

of infinite life

ultimate love

and vast swathes of consciousness bands

frequencies

tuned in when chosen

like songs selected for playing

for evoking

for remembering…

 

Remember, Starseed…

We never left.

We will always return

as you remember that we are here

as tangibly as you are here

though intangible to the mind that created the barriers

out of necessity for acclimating here and now.

 

Starseed, you’ve nothing to fear…

Infinite BEing, experienced and versed in Love,

Though dissonant the energies, as the purging of your world continues,

know that the infinitesimal is also the infini-optimal,

that the changes longed for are forming

and the phase of harsher ‘truths’ arising

serves the advanced, ascended awakening

of the masses of humans being reinitiated

into the sacred mysteries

of they themselves

and the Universe that they are infinitely part of…
