Energy Update: High SOULar Winds Lift Veils To Remember Your Soul Purpose

For three days in a row, we’ve been experiencing high SOULar winds….up to 600 km/sec when normal is around 250 to 300 km/sec. These winds blow in geomagnetic frequencies and PLASMA from a HUGE coronal canyon-sized hole on our sun’s surface. I’ve been following the growth of this ‘hole to make us whole’ (as I like to call it) for the last year and it feels like it is getting more and more charged UP and powerful. We’ve been in this stream for days so you may be feeling it on your nervous systems….wired AND tired, and still maybe pains in the head and neck area as we integrate the opening of our ascension chakras (as I shared about yesterday).
 
Although these winds and recent spikes in Gaia’s frequency CAN feel intense on the body/heart/chakra levels, they are meant for the raising of our consciousness. They are offered as a universal source of awakening to us ALL…..us all as Star seeds and Earth Angels and Way Showers. Every human soul has this capacity in their DNA to express in these forms (if it is the time for it and what they are here to BE).
 
The elitism in some spirituality can elevate this soul over that one, yet each one of us is an important spoke in the wheel, a fragment from Divine love source…..each of us has a sacred part to play in the grand awakening. Some of us have chosen to ‘go ahead’ and help navigate from there as we have specific soul gifts and experiences that help with this. That doesn’t make us better than others, yet rather on a different phase of the journey.
 
With all these energetic upgrades and activations, you may be receiving clarity about what YOUR role is in the great shift. You receive this from your Metasoul aspects in other timelines. You receive this from star family connection that lights up your Ascension/Galactic chakras and activates light languages, Unity Consciousness, reveals the BIGGER plan and dualistic experiment this all has all been. If you are still uncertain, confused, and even resistant to gaining this clarity, that may be your Inner Protector who is guarding you from that discovery out of fear for your safety and future potential hurts (that comes from past experiences of hurts and other timelines too.) Through connection with you, the Inner Protector shifts/awakens to the Gatekeeper of your Metasoul, offering a Divine love channel and opening to ALL timelines of your soul’s expression.

These energies are softening the defenses though and definitely thinning and dissolving the previously placed veils and even Star BEing technologies that kept things foggy. The veils of forgetfulness and amnesia are ready to lift if you (and parts of you) are READY for it. In this lifting you remember what you had chosen to forget and you truly MOVE into your service of love purpose here on Gaia!

More Schumann/Gaia Spikes October 5-6: Are You Feeling Them?

More sustained periods of HIGHER frequency Gaia/Schumann resonance yesterday (October 5th) and today, October 6th…already!! As you can see from the graph, these spikes seem to come in around 14:00 or 2:00pm….I’m honestly not sure which timezone this particular graph is from as they measure from six different places in the world. Yet, the specific and exact timing seems to matter less as the vibration carries out in a non-linear way and you may feel it hours/days even weeks later.

As I am tuning into these fluctuations more and more in recent weeks (being guided to honestly, like Metatron has these graphs on a long scroll and is passing them in front of me to look at and study lol!)….I am feeling that this awakening activation works on a similar level as listening to high frequency music and sounds does on a regular basis. Raising our consciousness through the sustained offering of higher vibrational frequency, impacting our brain wave patterns…with Gaia being the broadcast center for it!

I’m finding that listening to high frequency/solfeggio tones/ASMR music is actually helping with the calibration and adjustment to these increasing frequencies. Sound bathing will very often relieve the physical aches and pains and especially ‘third eye’ headaches. It does feel like we are being calibrated to Gaia’s higher frequency as She also dips into and moves into 5D vibration. It feels like this is in preparation for ongoing disclosure and navigating the necessary rumbles going on in 3D to 4D timeline adjustments….politically especially. This rumbling transition pushes up denser emotions to be felt and processed: rage, shame, guilt.

Vibing in with Gaia happens as we raise our own frequencies too through emotional body healing, soul awakening, soul/star family connections, and physical vitality and health. Through connecting with ourselves and all parts of us too and caring compassionately about the reactions and feelings going on.

It feels SO clear that Gaia wants us to come along on this high vibe journey and adventure WITH Her!

Energy update: Another Schumann Spike Today October 4th

Another surge and spike up in Gaia’s frequency today, October 4th! A stretch of four hours as shown in the graph below, the bands of white stretching beyond 40 hz! There were some spikes yesterday too that you can see in the thinner bands below. I am feeling the impact on our energy bodies with these spikes…..and nervous systems, and even brain waves/activity. There can definitely be fatigue and tiredness yet, also, jolts and blots of increased focus, clarity, and passion!

There is a sense of leveling UP ongoingly in this now with these shifts and a universal offering sense of them. Similar to the SOULar winds that come flowing in from the ever growing coronal canyon in the sun’s surface with more geomagnetics coming from that on October 7-9.

Although I had not been tracking the Schumann resonance so closely before, it is now on my heart radar as another measurable to show the progressing Ascension process. And it can be useful to track your own experiences of energy ups and downs and ascension body symptoms connected to the waves.

I definitely get a nonlinear sense of these energies too, so you may not feel much of anything during them yet rather a delayed sensation in the days after. You may feel total bliss, openings, and goodness….or anxiety, low energy, out of it, and ungrounded. To each their own with these energies, I am fond of saying now as it leaves an opening for the sacredness of everyone’s journey and experience!

Respect and respond to what your body needs, what your energy body and chakras need, your emotional body too during these NEW calibrations to frequencies of energy we haven’t experienced before now!

Energy Update: Schumann Spike For October 2

Spike in Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency today!! (which you can see as the white section in the graph below)..You may have felt it in sleepiness, tiredness, being ‘out of it’ without necessarily a good reason why. I know that I did with surges of more energy and then just plain tired in moments only able to take in music and rest. These current spikes don’t seem to be connected to a geomagnetic storm or high SOULar winds. However, geomagnetic activity IS coming with high winds and plasma waves from coronal holes on October 4-5th and October 7-8th, according to spaceweather.com.

These surges in energy influencing Gaia’s vibration are becoming more common as Ascension continues. The period of time that they are lasting is getting longer too….into three and four hour long stretches and more. Just as OUR frequency is going through flux and changes into 5D, Gaia is inviting us to come along with HER as she shifts and changes too.

BEing self loving during these surges feels so important. Recognizing that they can cause feelings of irritability, flatness/dullness, restlessness OR drowsiness. Or even a range of emotional moods during a few hour period! Aches/tensions/pains in the head, shoulder, and neck area are common too as those chakras (crown, third eye, and causal) are all upgrading and becoming more sensitive to energy.

These energies can also create a sense of feeling ungrounded as the grounded frequency of Gaia that you are more used to is changing. You are probably becoming more sensitive to these shifts too…..often feeling them before they are verified by a graph or reading.

Go within to connect with your HIGHER HEART home vibration AS it is also linked to your PERSONAL SUN and GAIA chakra frequency. This can create a much more expanded sense of self….from the galactic to the very human….from the transcendent to the very grounded. THIS is sacred humanity arising in this now….with Gaia leading the way!

Intense Wave Of Energy Moved Through 9/25-9/26

What an intense wave of energy that came through the last couple of days!! Gaia’s resonance showed big spikes during this period with some elevated SOULar winds (but not too high and no geostorms, probably a blessing in that!). THIS wave was meant to be felt, to pause us from ‘normal’ activity, and allow us to orient ourselves AS energy again and with our ever becoming light bodies. These kinds of waves serve to remind us of our increasing sensitivities to electromagnectics and plasmas and photonic light and how they serve our consciousness awakening and expansion.

As I shared about yesterday in my post, I experienced head/neck tension and pain (plus ALL over body soreness) for about 24 hours. I could FEEL the upgrades going on even at the bone level…my cranium itself and the densest of bone receiving the energetic stuff to transform. The pineal gland as well was impacted (feeling pain at the center of the brain), as the central operating system of the light body continues to decalcify and come back on line. Some of you described feeling these energies like being ‘drilled’ inside your head, which seems like a good way to describe it too.

On a chakra level, we really seem to be moving out of delineated chakras and into wide, sweeping vortexes that include a few of them in one. I have called these the Personal Sun, Higher Heart, and Earth Chakra vortexes. Even these are not in so much set and clear boundaries, yet more like very fluid sweeps of energy. I felt particularly the Personal Sun chakra vortex being upgraded as we awaken our galactic consciousness and tap more into the chakras above the seventh or crown.

The main thing I was reminded while I sat in discomfort was to see/feel/know these pains as temporary…so similar to birthing and labor pains before the arrival of new life. Bringing in the New us, New Earth, New galactic awareness, and New consciousness experience possibilities in every moment!

Energy Update: Digesting Mega August 2018 Energies And Timeline Shifts

August 2018 is complete and we move into September with much to digest of the INTENSE energies that have been offered during this month. I have called certain times ‘mega months of energies’ before, yet THIS month really lived up to the sense of being ‘mega’. The eclipses, the Lion’s Gateway, the full moon, a CME (which I described here: https://soulfullheartblog.com/2018/08/24/energy-update-coronal-mass-ejection-offers-mirror-of-inner-polarizations/), geomagnetic storms and high SOULar winds, spikes in Gaia’s resonance and magnetic levels…..this is A LOT of energy to respond to, feel, and calibrate to. You may be feeling sleepy, tired and just ‘out of it’ as these energies swirl in your soul field and flow into your chakras too.
There are definite effects on timelines (which are not actually linear even though we call them, ‘lines’) from ALL these energies coming in. The impacts may be more subtle or more obvious and profound. If you are shifting consciously into your highest timeline by making geography shifts (as I am preparing to do)……or transitioning out of a previous career/business into your soul purpose work….or completing a long-term relationship…then, you feel very personally how timelines are shifting. You can feel the energy it takes to move into the higher one….choice point by choice point.
As you receive these higher vibrational frequencies, you can energize your higher, more love- and soul-based timeline. You become clearer about what that even IS for you. You become more connected to your soul purpose and can envision, feel, and even teleport to the timeline play out of that purpose. These energies help you to separate from the fear and resistance that might keep parts of you anchored to the previous timelines. They provide infusions of Divine love that lift parts of you out of content and into a more spacious sense of bigger picture context.
What I have noticed in sessions recently is that ALL timelines are more accessible right now for the healing and transforming of any traumas that keep you anchored to your old timelines. What you would call the ‘past’ from this life is available to be accessed, even memories that have been deeply suppressed or buried and especially those connected to intense traumas….such as early childhood sexual abuse and abduction woundings.
Also, becoming more reachable are timelines where your Metasoul aspects (fragments from the same soul source as you) are stuck in karmic suffering loops. Timelines such as ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Atlantis, Dark Ages, Draco/Reptilian are more bridgeable, more reachable than ever before. The more this timeline is energized and attached to by the collective, the more the necessity for you to feel the Metasoul aspect/fractal of yours that is still anchored to it. You do a collective service of love in this internal movement, which I have palpably felt when this happens in sessions.
Access to your Metasoul timelines becomes more possible as you connect with your Gatekeeper, a mostly 4D Metasoul aspect that has been in charge of access to your Metasoul timelines/other lifetimes. Your Gatekeeper plays such an important role here as the timelines move into more porous accessibility. Your Gatekeeper allows for the bridging to these timelines where your love and compassion can connect with whatever Metasoul aspect is in pain and suffering. You can offer them an ‘escape’ out of their timeline, assist them to move into a higher vibrational frequency, and feel their tears/fears/pains in order to let go of the karmic cycle that has been playing out. This kind of quantum healing at this level hasn’t been possible before coming from our current consciousness ground…..yet NOW it is and is a key aspect of the Ascension process.

I am really feeling too the necessity of digestion and integration of all these energies. The need for breathing, rest, going inward, bringing Divine Feminine stillness into your field to hold space. This may not be a time or phase to receive more activations from others, yet rather to check in and feel what YOUR soul wants to offer you and what is often already in your soul field just waiting for integration. A time to feel and see what YOUR higher dimensional soul aspects have as gifts and guidance for you.
There is also a need to connect with your masculine (that usually includes the more 3D-based Protector and Inner Punisher), which may be quite overwhelmed and even discouraged by how to respond the sense of ‘to do’s’ that can be pushed up by the invitation to move into your higher timeline. The masculine may be uncertain how to respond to the pushups of fear, sadness, and pain as trauma vibrates in your BEing in order to receive your love. A balanced feeling sense of feminine and masculine can arise as you relate with and bring into inner sacred union the aspects of self and soul that hold these previously polarized frequencies.

August 2018 has offered us SO MANY gifts of next level energies. How we digest and acclimate to them is, as always, our sovereign choice. And the Divine waits and witnesses with MUCH love for whatever we choose in the moment…….as the return to our expression as Infinite Love is inevitably moving forward.

Full/New Moon Brings Divine Feminine Healing Balm

Since this year’s Lion’s Gate portal event and all of these eclipses, it has seemed as if some things have become a bit more chaotic than usual, maybe. At least for some. It’s the chaos of life intensifying in some ways perhaps, in order to reflect the chaos inside. It’s the flurry of sudden life changes that are either desired or not, that reflect to you where you truly are in your healing and Ascension journey.

This last full moon has felt like a coming full-circle around inner process and understanding outer conditions and circumstances… why you’ve drawn what you have and chosen what you’ve chosen, consciously and unconsciously. The energy of this moon has felt like a welcome healing balm from the feminine. A chance to feel the dust settling now amidst the upturning of so much… a chance to feel how you truly are a phoenix now rising humbly from the ashes of all that has had to burn and be let go of.

The process of feeling the layers of who you’ve thought yourself to be is forever a humbling one and yet an activation too. Peeling back the layers of window-dressing, self-image concerns and construction, and finding who you are in your heart is a process of feeling the parts of you that have been invested in the hiding of your truest light. In this discovery of another authentic layer of you, there’s an automatic and unavoidable activation of your 5D/Service-of-Love Self. This is something that can’t be put on or certified, but lived and loved into.

If you find yourself and parts of you looking around at what has crumbled or has been in the process of crumbling recently in your life, the invitation from these feminine healing balm energies is to feel and trust how this process has been and is necessary… that nothing you are meant for can ever be truly lost, though this is so hard to feel in the middle of it all. The feminine can be felt through any face of the Divine Mother that resonates for you, and She in any and all forms is holding you now and always, making space for you and inviting you to make space for Her, for You, for Love.

Much love to you as you continue your own journey on this path into and through your deepest awakening experiences, which can feel like a fire in your living room… you are yet alive, you are always loved, and you are meant for all of those “mores” you have ever dreamed of… ❤️

How Do Parts Of You Relate To ‘Process’?

Sometimes parts of you are more used to ‘the work’ more so than the reward. And at other times, parts of you may want to skip ahead to the reward without doing ‘the work’.

Energies right now and lately have been inviting us all to feel our relationship to personal process. Is the tendency to hold it with self-punishing energies and an intensity that often feels heavy, or is there a frequency of looking at the processes of others, wishing to only be where they are now without having to walk out your own steps?

I feel like one of the most challenging pieces here is self-embracement, which translates to a seeing and feeling of your parts on all levels. Sometimes Metasoul timeline bleedthroughs happen too, adding an existential element to all of this… and when you add that with some conditioning that love and deep inner healing and movements cannot happen without shame spirals and long-lasting phases of deep suffering and pain, then you have the perfect cocktail for parts of you to try and avoid process altogether.

The invitation to feel and heal is one that allows for all of this and more to come up, held by love. It’s an invitation into a more yin-feeling space of embracing instead of stifling and encouraging healing within instead of forcing it, much like a mother who is encouraging her child to start walking.

Learning to relate to your healing process differently is as important as the healing itself… it’s the choice of the sort of womb you’d like to bake in before your continual rebirth into someone new, even if these shifts feel subtle in the moment.

Much love to you as your journey unfolds with feeling all of this and so much more… and as you continue your own embracement of your process in these newly emerging ways from within. ❤

Cosmic Christmas Lions Gateway 8/8 Brings Unity Abundance Within & With Others

Lion/Lioness Gate opening today 8-8-18 and it feels, on some level, like Christmas for those of us tracking and feeling the ascension energies. Christmas in the sense that something NEW and exciting is happening in this now on both the outer and inner cosmic levels. Christmas too in the awakening and expansion and BIRTHing on a deeper level of the higher heart, Cosmic Christ Consciousness Heart, inside of us and collectively.

You may be waking up this morning with a sense of anticipation and even can’t sleep because there is this feeling of goodness and CHANGE coming in. Feelings of GIFTS coming in from the Universe to enliven, enrich, and ultimately transform us all. These gifts, it seems, are being offered to those souls who MOST need them….whether long on the awakening path or just begun or haven’t awakened yet. For all of us, there is a boost of our desires, our alchemy, our passions, our clarities in the codes coming in.

As I tuned into the energy of this gateway and asked my guides/higher consciousness aspects about it, the main piece I received was that it offers a ‘Unity Abundance activation.’ The Unity activation is from within primarily…an invitation to unity between each of our aspects and parts WITH each other. The unity within of masculine and feminine healthy frequencies to move out of wounded and congested expressions of the wounded matriarch and patriarch that have played out for so long. The unity offered as we become conscious of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and bridge to them ourselves and WITH each other. This bridging is what heals the polarity within our soul field and our emotional body. Polarity exists between opposing energies that have not yet found or discovered the unifying energy of LOVE that unites all things together.

Unity within is offering LOVE to yourself primarily and firstly to those parts of you that most NEED you. Some examples of inner, fear-based polarity that can create push-pull and suffering experience of life are between the Inner Punisher part and a corresponding shame part/reaction. The Punisher-Shame reaction INside can then be projected outside onto others and suffering loops firmly fixed in place as this runs on unconscious cycles. Another example is between Metasoul/other lifetime aspects that are working the same soul theme/CORE wound healing yet from seemingly opposite angles. An example is a Metasoul aspect that is deeply religious, such as a Priest or Nun aspect….and a Metasoul that is deeply connected to Goddess worship such as an Avalon Priestess, etc. Being a love ambassador to these aspects and ‘getting in between them’ allows for the opposing energies to find common ground within your heart. Activation of Unity frequencies as offered by the Lions Gate opening is also about connecting the ‘Me’ to the ‘We’. Even as you are engaged and focused on your own Me healing and transformation, so you are feeling the impact on the We collective. The Unity activation offers a deepening realization around the important of ‘healing the healer’ in order to serve love from overflow WITH others. Rather than offering from martyr or self sacrifice, you are serving from abundance that flows from within, self love currents and self worth flows that flood the banks of your emotional body. You are at a saturation point of love for which you will naturally turn within when something inside you needs your attention, trusting that the service outward will flow out from this when you are filled UP again.

The healing of the collective Metasoul is coming into the Now too as the veils thin and reveal more and more the fluidity of time. Timelines merging and unifying together brings in a unification of previously compartmentalized realities and civilizations such as ‘ancient Egypt’ and Lemuria….Atlantis and Egypt as well. The gifts of this integration are obvious as the ‘best’ of these civilizations can be offered and shared while the trailing edge woundings and shadow play outs can be healed.

Moving into 5D frequencies brings a sense of abundance on ALL levels…love overflow in the forms that most supports the service of love in the specific ways that we are each meant to serve it. Again, this is mainly an inner activation as love moves through and invites us to feel the lack and scarcity in our emotional bodies and in our Metasouls to come into FULLness again. It is from this fullness place that you can abundantly share with others your gifts and service of love. The angsts and frustrations move into trust and surrender.

Feel these energies move through all of your chakras, through your body’s every living cell, and ground out again into Gaia through your Earth Chakra (about a foot below your feet). Hold space for any emotional reactions that are pushed UP from this, although, mostly you will probably feel rejuvenated, boosted, enlivened, and expanded OUT.
