Energy Update: Collective And Personal Disclosure Process Underway Offering Important Mirror To Us All

The disclosure process is underway. All of what seems like a BIG mess happening on the global stage, world events, and even weather patterns is all an important aspect of ascension. This disclosure process is happening on both the collective level (conscious and unconscious, awakening souls and NOT awakened yet) and the very personal, intimate level too. What has previously been hidden in any way becomes exposed as Gaia continues Her climb, transition, moving into New Earth, New And Improved Gaia-ness. Higher vibration frequencies and energies can’t cover over….they are like the sun seeking out the shadows. They shine their love light bright to illuminate what has been in the dark and reveal what has been shrouded.

So many awakening souls have been looking for signs of disclosure beginning. They have been waiting for the curtain of the 3D matrix ‘out there’ to be pulled back and the ‘real’ to be exposed and shown. Maybe you have claimed your role in this collective disclosure process too…as an advocate, truth teller, and waySHOWer. The corruption, manipulation, power games of the wounded masculine in both men and women have found roots of expression, serving as a mostly invisible ungirding for much of the 3D world. These roots are starting to be dug up now, names being named as the reigns of the false kings and queens and their empires start to fall, and those who were previously ‘kept’ quiet finding their voice.

The collective disclosure process has much to run out and through, many layers to reveal and heal. It will be a shocking and traumatic experience for those souls connected and attached to the 3D matrix as it begins to crumble, dissolve, and collapse in front of them. The ‘world’ that their 3D self has invested in will be declaring bankruptcy in the currencies that matter the most in New Earth: transparency, integrity, and authenticity. It feels unfortunately likely that some souls will leave their bodies, unable to handle and adjust to the shifts and changes. Some will go this way and perhaps they will be offered an alternative timeline and planet to play out the rest of the growth experience needed in 3D reality. I don’t get a sense of a definitive split happening here into two parts or bifurcation, as others have offered. It just feels like there are too many variables here with so many individual free will choices to be made by so many souls. The ultimate choices of love over fear in every moment lead to the highest timeline playouts is what I have been offered around this. ‘Highest timeline’ is both different for each of us AND unity consciousness draws us like magnets to each other to form soul family communities based on 5D or New Earth frequencies.

As collective disclosure happens, you can gauge your own inner disclosure off of it. What reactions come up in parts of you to what is exposed and revealed ‘out there’? What needs your compassion, and feeling of it? What has been formed in your shadow out of necessity that is difficult to see and be with, yet deserves your attention? Because we are ultimately ALL connected to each other, it may be surprising to you the reactions that come up in your emotional body to what happens collectively, even if you have known and been awakened to the 3D matrix for awhile. The disclosure process is MEANT to be both collective and personal. It is meant to shake UP and shake out. You might need to track the news (finding sources that work for you at an energetic level) so that you have some sense of what is happening as it offers a mirror for what is happening within you too. Many of us stopped connecting to ‘mainstream’ news as a necessary choice to unplug and to pull out of the false presentation there. However, now, mainstream is shifting into a transitional stream and some connection with it may serve you in feeling yourself and feeling others too.

Holding space for the inner reactions, feeling where they come from and why, seeking out support and guidance when needed….these things can help navigate the rumbles that come from your deepest inner grounds becoming exposed. As we become more porous and attuned to higher vibrational frequencies, we actually become much MORE sensitive to collective energies. This means we feel more compassion in a personal way related to what others are going through as we feel it more for ourselves at the same time. Feeling compassion at this level (beyond empathy….we need a new word for this) is a sort-of merging sense. Merging with other to feel what they are feeling WHILE still remaining an individual consciousness.

I have come to call this, ‘conscious duality’. I experience this deepening as I gain more access to my multidimensional, higher frequency aspects and their access to unity consciousness downloads to me…..and through many years of working with my emotional body through integration of my 3D self and 4D self aspects too such as Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Child, Soul Guardian, Metasoul/other lifetime aspects, etc. As I know myself at such deeper levels can I then FEEL and know others at these deeper levels. We are meant to FEEL what is happening here with the disclosure process, especially as it relates to our own. There is so much opportunity for growth and learning in this, which is why we are here on Gaia…even as this can be difficult to remember for the parts of you that experience suffering to be here. Leaning into Divine support, we are invited to feel trust and surrender in the overall process that is happening and that it is ALL leading to the disclosure of what is real and for which ALL is actually made: Love.

‘Me Too’ Naming And Claiming An Opportunity For Compassion

The naming and claiming of ‘me too’ status here on FB or twitter as someone who has experienced sexual abuse, harrassment, etc. can be such a big step for some souls…a coming out of something that had been hidden, that maybe parts of them felt great shame around or even denial. For many souls, especially those still attached to 3D life, the naming can be an advocacy for starting the process of healing from the wounded patriarchy from within that it seems likely we ALL have inside from our 3D experience here.
 
For others, the ‘me too’ may be a kick out in anger, in outrage, at injustice….it may come from pain that bursts in this stage of feeling it as it moves eventually into the deeper hurt that wants to be felt and the wounds that remain undigested until it is time to feel them. More vulnerability, softness, and even acceptance comes over time it seems as this digests more and is felt by compassionate others.
 
It feels like each soul has their own process here around the naming and claiming of what has happened to them…to label ALL of it as just victim mentality (as some are doing) or that it is ONLY empowered action doesn’t allow for the very individual experience that all processing of experience ultimately is.
 
I do feel that ultimately we chose all on a soul level what we experience here (some souls signed up for SO much!) and the remembering of this can be a very empowering thing as we reconnect to our power as a fractal from Divine Source. Offering this isn’t meant to diminish the very real anguish and pain that is experienced on a 3D level though. Parts of us may need a phase of saying we were hurt and harmed too. The invitation is to move through this to make different choices, to end toxic patterns, to no longer draw abuse or violence from the outside as we have healed the INNER abuse and violence going on from one part of us to the other. Our unhealed inner violence no longer draws the outer violent circumstances as it no longer needs to.
 
I feel compassion for all those ‘me toos’ and the cycles of abuse and violence expressed by the wounded masculine in both women and men…as I’ve felt for my own experiences too and the parts of me that have needed me. All of us ARE ultimately much bigger than these shadow playouts, yet we are in the process of healing, feeling, being real, remembering our way to this and, in the meantime, it can get and IS messy. Yet, it is ALL held in love and by love for us to ultimately return, again, to the love that we ARE in our essence beyond what we have experienced that might tell us otherwise.

Pedogate: Reconciling Our Deepest Darkness

There’s no greater crime imaginable to us than the sexual abuse, rape and torture of innocent children, and then when you add in that it’s an interwoven part of governmental and religious power structures on top of all that, it’s completely insane.

It’s so off the charts that it elicits the strongest of our right/wrong reactions where we want justice, we want punishment. We want the ‘perpetrator’ to be ‘paid back’ and made to feel the horror they caused by their actions.

In all of this however, we are caught up in the same punisher-shame cycle that created the abhorrent behaviour. Pedophilia, along with the abuse of power, is not created in a vacuum, and it won’t be resolved in a vacuum. It’s going to take many more of us to open our hearts to really feel what’s going on here and why to shift this reality.

The behaviour is not okay and it needs to stop, but all the punishment and shaming energy that we project onto the perpetrators only serves to insure the underlying problem is left intact, leaving more children to suffer, while we rage at the insanity of it.

If a sinner can balance the scales through penitence and remorse, and paying society back, or paying God back, then the account is settled. …right? Wrong!

What the universe is now asking us to feel is how everything from swatting a fly, to ‘raising’ a pig in a meat factory, to grooming young children for sexual abuse and torture is all something we are being asked to raise our consciousness about. It is the taking of life without feeling is what is not okay. Feigning care when there is no care is what is not okay. Love is what is offended here.

But, the reason we are disinclined from feeling this, is that when you do open your heart to how much we crave and need love, we come to weep deep tears for not just the acts of the nastiest outright abuse, but for harsh words and edgy sarcasm, and missed opportunities that all are offenses to the reality of love, that we experienced and perpetrated. We come to see that any offense to the immensity of love cannot be graded, or even begun to be ‘paid back’.

There’s a deep penitence that we are all afraid of feeling, that it will somehow consume us and leave us no more and so we seek to escape this by finding a worse offender to project out onto.

We are being invited to feel what it feels like to be denied love and to feel what it feels like also to be the denier of love. There really isn’t a separation here. Love is equally offended.

This is the only place where any true change (I can’t bring myself to use that soiled word ‘rehabilitation’) happens.

What if all this 3D reality of this heightened duality is all something we set up to rediscover what love is and isn’t? We needed the backdrop of extremes, and of gradients, of things so horrible as pedophilia, a beautiful word meaning the love of children, turned on its head, to mean the opposite.

We created this reality and it is ours now to un-create and recreate, if we’ve gotten what we needed to get from it.

If we leave the domain of 3D perceived reality, we can feel parts of ourselves in other lifetimes who have played the perpetrator. The ones we are seeking the resolution for is ourselves, collectively and personally.

Now, we are about to dial up the public awareness of our greatest and most unimaginable sins thrown in our face as a society and what an opportunity this will be to truly shift the pain and horror to its intended purpose and awakening!

We are wanting to find a new ground based in real love for the society of self and the society of others, where we truly are all one. If one of us comes free, we all come free. If one of us suffers, we all suffer.

Only here will there be a true payback for the unimaginable suffering of innocent children offered up on the altar of us all discovering our essence in and of love, from the worst of us to the best of us.

Choosing Your Own Timeline During This Phase Of Disclosure And Change

It’s a ‘choose your own timeline’ kind of reality in this now of so much transition and change. Choosing the timeline of 3D reality where life goes on as usual, with routine, without self or outer inquiry, with acceptance of what has been presented as truth without question….this is a choice that many souls are making for their own reasons, connected to their journeys here. Choosing the timeline of waking up into soul awareness, questioning what you have been taught and sold and conditioned into by 3D reality, reconciling what you have been programmed to be (by your soul’s choice) and who you REALLY are….this is the awakening choice that MANY more souls are making as the collective ascension process moves forward.

If you are choosing to relearn or really newly learn the conditions of the world and the power structures that are operating in the shadows….this can be a heartbreaking process to your 3D self to learn that the previously trusted leaders and government are playing out so much shadow, mostly coming from deeply fear-based and oppressive frequencies. REAL shock sets in as your eyes, heart, and mind open to the realities that mainstream everything has hidden from you. This is a phase of awakening, this truly WAKING up phase, and conscious disconnect from the collective fear-based matrix. It is messy with purges of OUTrage coming up and out, needing to be expressed, finding a voice for the parts of you that feel suppressed. This is a 4D phase as well and souls are also choosing to serve as leaders/healers/teachers during this ‘wake up and shake up’ to help others to integrate what they are learning.

As more global disclosure happens to reveal the shadow side of the 3D ‘power’ structures and also the Star BEing alliances that exist on many levels, more souls will be invited to move from 3D into 4D. They will be invited into the clashes of awakening, smashing against the ‘rocks’ of conditioned reality, and potentially guided out into the open ocean of their own sovereignty again. The Divine will be THERE to guide them, love them, feel all the parts of them that are in turmoil, disbelief, shock, shut down. Souls like me, my beloveds, and others will be there to hold space for the transition that we too have been through and are going through still…serving as guides, beacons, and support to navigate the reactions in the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.

It IS a messy time ‘out there’. I experienced a touching piece of global ambassadorship work yesterday as I etherically connected to the ‘frontlines’ of what we could call the Cabal (fear-based power structure) versus the Alliance (previously fear-based power structure that wants to change, wants redemption.) I don’t feel there are any really ‘versus’ or ‘against’, yet this is the shadowy aspects of duality that we have been playing out for so long that to exit it is to go through it. There was the sense of much activity on the ‘frontlines’…no direct violent action, yet much tension between the two ‘sides’ as they sort through how to proceed with a disclosure process to a public that ranges from completely asleep to newly outraged to long disclosed.

I offered love, forgiveness, and bridge of peace to the leaders of these energies (their higher selves mostly) and felt some of it go in. I can’t kNOw that these etheric efforts ‘do’ much of anything but my heart felt lighter to have offered love even to the darkest of energies. When I have engaged in ambassadorship like this, always do the BEings/souls ask for forgiveness for their fear-based, violent actions.

The Divine response I feel inside to them is that they are ALREADY forgiven. I remind them that they are just carrying out their very difficult role amongst the grand playout and they’ve forgotten that they made this agreement. ALL of it has been negotiated on the soul level and they have chosen, for their own growth, to ‘play the role’ of the ‘bad guy’. It is profound to feel this message go into them, usually bringing up rare tears, and also out and through me as it always helps to ease any fear that might come up inside of me.

Whatever our choices during this time of intense transition, ultimately we ARE forgiven for them. We are always invited to choose the higher timeline, the love-based choice, and, yet, we all have our own soul journeys to go on. If you are called to serve love as your highest purpose during this time, know that you are DEEPLY needed right now. This service of love can come through most strongly when there is an overflow of self love from your healing heart/soul/body/mind. Choosing your own healing AS a service of love is also much needed and does seem to impact positively the collective too.

We are being offered the choosing of our own timelines…..I choose serving love. How about YOU?

Under The Ash Lies Our Truest Self: Death And Rebirth After The Unexpected

I am from a smaller city in Northern California called Santa Rosa. I was not born there, but a part of me was. It was my heart home for nearly 20 years. Currently it has been experiencing an unlikely event of a spreading wildfire dropping into its core. The speed and breadth of the fire caused last minute evacuations as it rumbled and sparked its way across a major freeway and into residential neighborhoods that would have just as soon seen pigs fly as have a wildfire touchdown into their midst.

It is a scene that makes the mind reel and the heart sink. I feel connected because there is a sense of community that exists there and even though it has been 5 years since I have lived there, part of my heart still has a love for it and those that I experienced life with. I feel the giant collective, “What the f#$k just happened?”.  The 3D anchors of one’s life just went down in flames and the resounding question is “What now? I lost everything.”

While the stun and daze find their way into anger and despair, there is a moment where life is offering us something in a story. An event. What our 3D part has held so dear as a reflection of its normalcy, its safety, and comfort, are very fragile and temporal. This construction on the outside is just that, an edifice to something much deeper than the surface itself. The houses, the stores, the landmarks. When they just vanish like they did in an instant, the 3D self finds itself staring into an abyss of its world.  A matrix in shock.

If there were a more 4D consciousness that found its way into the din of the details, you might find a period of collective reflection. If the immediate needs of those effected were taken care of they could feel the deeper pain of this extraordinary occurrence and see what may lie underneath the rubble and ash. Gaia and the Divine just came with a powerful message and it transmits at the core of the heart. There is actually a gift in it that can only be felt when one is ready to let it in to that deepening place.  The one where Love is wanting us to go into.

Life is not meant to stay stable and constant. It is ever-shifting, ever-changing. The longer we continue to keep it the same, someway, somehow, the Phoenix finds us. I am taking that in in this moment. All that I “have” before me is not really mine. They only reflect a dimension within myself. They are not my ultimately reality. But to my 3D self they are. This is where we can arise in our 4D self and hold the death and rebirth process for our 3D self and let the fire of its alchemy take us to new depths inside of us. In the case of Santa Rosa, both individually and as a community.

I feel the devastation that is coursing through. My heart goes out to all that lost all that they have worked so hard to create and maintain.  To the lives that were lost tragically. The scene is being reported as feeling apocalyptic and while that seems surreal it feels like the most real thing imaginable.  What is truly real lies in this space before it all gets rebuilt and recovered. I hope that this is a moment for many that shifts something profound. It has done that for me with my personal connection. It is a huge reminder that what exists inside of us IS the essence of our being and the rest is an act of letting go in order to feel the truth of that.

10/10: Offering Rebirth Coming Out Of Chaos

My consciousness is not always connected to the calendar….or days of the week or hours of the day even. When essence is really flowing and I am in what I call ‘loose brain’ mode, I can’t even track what day it is and certainly not dates of the month. For the things I DO need to track in a linear way (such as sessions with people), I use google calendar to remind me. The more you experience time as not being linear (and not actually existing at all), the less your lifestyle seems to connect to linear time. More and more, it is arising and truly in the moment even when it is scheduled through mutual agreement that in THIS moment we will come together for something.
 
I did get a nudge from my guides/aspects that today is October 10th….10/10….they seem to like that one. It has felt a particularly flowing day today….the energies arising to a high vibration even though I spent most of it shopping at the mall. Yet, this is walking around high frequencies, walking and talking joy states that aren’t really conditional and just arise. It is the feeling of Christmas coming or Christmas already here and the sense of receiving many gifts.
 
10/10 feels like that….a wholeness, a ‘completeness’ of a phase of letting go and much death and rebirth. It feels like hope and Infinite Possibilities somehow that comes from completing some tough and painful things. Since the total eclipse in August, our highest timelines have been shimmering like a mirage in the sometimes feeling deserts of ebbs and flows of awakening. Maybe you are nearer to yours, you can see it more clearly, you are starting to live it out. Or it is still just a dream with some of the pieces starting to solidify more.
 
10/10 is a sign that even though you can SEE chaos everywhere if you want to….you can also see progress. I choose to accept the chaos as an aspect of the necessary death and rebirth process. Even in all these intense weather events. Temporary chaos to bring down what isn’t working anymore and needs to go. And, then, comes the rebirth…always. Because our seeds want to sprout and will, eventually. The soil always has to be tilled first and prepared by removing that which doesn’t allow for the bud to bloom.
 
10/10 is a marker in our experience of experience that offers a pause to feel what has already happened and the possibilities of what is to come. A personal check in…and what you might find is MORE joy, more love than you realized and even the pain offered a pathway in to finding more.

In The Aftermath Of Violence: Continuing To Personally Choose Love Over Fear

More underbelly it seems of 3D human consciousness coming up to seen, felt, experienced…to move from and out of the shadows into the light. During this transitional phase, this death and rebirth…there is loss, there is pain, there is chaos…..as we have known this for so long and it is stored in our collective consciousness, it has to come up to purge, to move, to be reshaped and reformed with and into love.

This is when and why the choices of love over fear means so much…on a personal level, very personal, and in every moment. To love the fear that comes in response to the violence on the outside (that always stems from the inside). To offer love to the parts of you that have been baked in this violence and are just so USED to it that it has somehow become a form of love. To love the violence inside so that it will transform into love…this is the personal act of BEing that shifts the world too.

The outer terror-ism is sourced in the inner terror-ism…the emotional states inside fueled by undigested shame, trauma, self punishment; and the soul states in the Metasoul of unintegrated shadow, karmic binds, other timelines playing out of suppression, dominance, war, battles. Consciousness states of terror that can live in the most innocent of places inside of us…not causing it, yet experiencing it, and ultimately deciding to learn from it and move beyond it.

It can be hard to see in the aftermath of violence that every soul signed up to experience it and had a ‘role’ to play. Difficult to reconcile that each soul is in the process of learning and growing and, this, is their journey of ascension.

With compassionate heart, we can feel how difficult this choice is, yet, honor, that all are powerful creators of these play outs. All will return to their love essence eventually. All will return to Divine Source ultimately. All will chose love inevitably.

The Desire For Love Underneath It All

Beneath the desire to predict, to plan for, to kNOw ‘what’s next’… is the desire for love.

Beneath the shadowy figures of men and women at the helm of leadership, who desire battles, who embody tremendous self-righteousness, who abuse and accuse others… is the desire for love.

Beneath the shut-outs, the push-aways, the cling-to-forevers…. is a desire for love.

Beneath your resistance to love, as expressed outwardly and inwardly, in words, in energy, in self-harm, in harm of others… is a desire for love.

And in that desire, all of the answers to questions of ‘why’ can be illuminated. And so much more can be felt, heard, seen, healed… loved.

It often feels as if the 3D world really doesn’t want love. Some might even say outright that they don’t want love, claiming that love really isn’t the answer, or that love is only for the fortunate. Deep unworthiness to receive and let in love in the truest, deepest sense, is surfacing more and more now. There is deep unworthiness in our leaders. Deep unworthiness in fear and war-mongering. Deep unworthiness, pain, sadness, woundedness, in our patriarchal expressions as men and women, in relationships, in ourselves, at work, at home, out in the world. In all ‘fights’ we choose to instigate or be a part of in some way, we are expressing resistance to love… and where love wants to move us, what it wants to illuminate for us, what it wants to remind us that we ALL are… LOVE, embodied, ever-present.

Sometimes love is even resisted with love… it is resisted in the sense of what it wants to bring you about your wounding, which can sometimes be most easily found by going into your shadow. It is resisted by the ‘twin flame’ picture, that offers more suffering than goodness, more clinging than letting go. It is resisted in all of the ways parts of you would rather not feel. Love cannot transform or move you to new heights unless a certain facade is allowed to be cracked.

The 3D world wants love, yet is afraid of what love really is. A catalyst, a river, a cliff, a flashlight in the dark, a path less travelled or never travelled before… and an end to the depths of human suffering, starting within.

IN-tegration Is Happening On All Levels: Messages From Guides/Aspects

“IN-tegration is happening on all levels,” I am hearing this while connecting with three of my guides/aspects in this now. These multidimensional aspects want to communicate with you, although honestly written word is SO challenging sometimes and right now in particular……so linear, so one word after the other. They (and I) would prefer instead to just transmit this to you on waves of love energies for your heart to take in, your mind to digest when it is ready, and your soul to just kNOW. I trust that it does go in this way on some level….

Connection with aspects of ourselves (from 3D to 4D to 5D to higher selves) seems to be more fluid, less veil there, easier to access with so much help from the higher frequency energies available to us. Whether you call them ‘past lives’, ‘parts of me’, ‘spirit guides’ or whatever doesn’t matter so much. Going within and JUST asking to connect with a curious and open heart is ALL it takes.

Being open to whatever happens after that, trusting that you’ll know when it is coming from love, letting your mind help yet not lead. Feeling the other aspects of you that feel unworthy to connect with your higher frequency aspects. There is no attainment in this, just a remembering and reclaiming of YOU. These BEings are not better or higher than you, yet, just represent other aspects of you returning to your consciousness again.

Each of these guides seems to offer messages of integration of energies that are available during this Equinox passage and beyond that invite you to feel different textures of your BEing. They are here to help you see beyond your 3D conditioning that flattens your perceptions of yourself and all of life into a limited feeling, five sense perception reality.

Angelic, you are. Magical, you are. Mysterious, you are. Emotional, you are. Connected to and coming from both Gaia and the stars. At ONE with the ocean and the galaxies. At ONE with your heart and your soul. At ONE with your roots AND your wings.

IN-tegration is breathing in the multidimensional aspects of your being WHILE holding space for the necessary rumblings of your deepest densities. Holding the hand of your inner child WHILE feeling your angelic wings unfurling. You CAN span all of that as your capacity as a sacred human is much more VAST than you can even imagine. This is what a healing heart can HOLD when allowed to open. IN-tegration is letting in the love that you already ARE. IN-tegration is allowing in ALL aspects of your BEing as you return, process by process, to wholeness again.

Equinox Energy Update: Finding Balance and Trust In The Midst Of UPHeaval

The EQUInox passage happening….an invitation for balance in a phase of seemingly extreme upheaval in Gaia’s weather manifestations and some personal inner chaos too to push up the most tender and core wound levels to be felt and healed. How do you find balance in the midst of such a collective and personal time of transition and shifting consciousness?

Coming into balance has a changing definition during this phase of the ascension process then it did before. It isn’t about just finding calm, peacefulness, centeredness, not being reactive, suppressing all ‘negative’ emotions. It isn’t about just meditating away your tensions and anxieties and fears. It is about integrating what got downloaded to you during the total eclipse in August (and with ALL the intense energies in August) that offered your highest timeline service of love here…integrating this download WITH the reactions that come up in response to this from your emotional body.

You are being given tastes, glimpses, dreams, senses, synchs, new connections, resources, transitions, death AND rebirth opportunities to embody this new timeline choice point by choice point. You are being offered external shifts that are ‘happening to you’ and yet really are happening WITH you on the soul level IF you hadn’t proactively made some of these changes yourself. Experiencing seemingly random ‘weather events’, for example, can offer this opportunity in a catalytic and powerful way (in collaboration with your soul/higher self) that parts of you may not allow you to make otherwise.

Balance in the now comes from the return to a sense of trust and surrender even when (and ESPECIALLY WHEN) your life is in upheaval. Even when loss is much more common than gains; even when you are saying ‘no’ more than ‘yes’. Even when material things have been taken from you; even when what you previously thought was your soul purpose work has fallen away; even when your most beloved animal companions have left you (which seems to be happening quite a lot right now!); even when your previously comfortable relationships no longer work for you and need to complete. When it seems as if the highest timeline dream is farther away than ever AS the old collapses around you, and yet somehow you return to trust that it is ALL right in the bigger picture. You feel how what is being lost is only making room for the new to come in. You are experiencing the necessary void before the new manifests.

The anchors to 3D life seem somehow more obvious than ever in this phase. This can leave you feeling like you aren’t as ‘far along’ in your awakening as you previously thought you were. The 3D anchors of your 3D self are meant to be MORE in your face so that they will receive loving attention from your heart. Sometimes they become painfully obvious as the tug and pull becomes more conscious and the suffering that they cause or the undigested woundings that still need to be felt become more clear. This is about making way for the higher timeline reality, so the previous traumas need to be triggered to be felt some how and in some way. What has been able to be avoided or transcended or diverted no longer can be. Balance is discovered in holding space for the process of feeling it all, reliving it with the 3D parts of you that are experiencing it.

Balance sometimes looks like trusting that you are being guided even as you are more lost than found…..somehow feeling secure even in the jumping off of cliffs into the unknown rather than clinging to what has been known. Turning away from consciousness states that feel good and high in order to ‘go down’ to be with what most needs your attention. We are being invited to TRUST what is happening to us as we align with what we are here to BEcome and live out as we continue to move into the new together……finding a NEW kind of balance from within as connected to Divine Source.
