Entering A NEW Timeline: SoulFullHeart Blog Named Top 30 Inspirational Blogs

The Four Of Us At The Ranch, April, 2016

This is an interesting timeline for us to be on, Raphael and I were just digesting this together yesterday. After several years in obscurity (what I used to call with mostly ‘crickets’ as a response), we are drawing more reSOULance, readers, interest, and souls engaging in sessions and group calls with us. It seems that daily we receive a wonderful, supportive and resonant comment from someone who has been moved and touched by what we’ve shared. This is SO amazing! Collaborations with in5d.com, Lovehaswon.org, and others has provided a way for our words and energy to go OUT to those who might be resonant with us and for this exposure, we are SO grateful.

This response is a ‘sign of the times’ it seems with SO MANY more souls called to awakening and ascending. SO MANY more souls it feels like open to feeling and living and BEing beyond the 3D conditioning that they’ve received…the 3D way of life just running out of ground for them and the emptiness of it, the flatness, the LIMITS it places….just NOT being enough anymore. I feel so much more openness to the alternative, to expanded ways of seeing and BEing, to TRUE self inquiry and authentic growth.

Of course, since the outside is only a reflection of the INside….I can certainly see how we are more READY on the inside then we have been before to BE seen. These last several years have been such a fertile time of inner growth and awakenings, combined with many outward shifts in geography (the big one being our move to Mexico from Canada 2.5 years ago), livelihood (leaving a lucrative business behind to align our money needs with SoulFullHeart drawings), relationships (saying ‘no’ to any that weren’t a reflection of the love that we ARE with an invitation to join us). Letting go of 3D conditioning consciously with these choices and through working with parts of ourselves that hold this conditioning.

A year ago, we were still living on our land at a remote ranch with no internet, electricity (other than one solar panel), more sheep than people. We were starting to be drawn to move into town in order to be with Gabriel and Kalayna, who had jobs working online teaching English. Town was calling us which was a surprise after ALL we had invested into the ranch including three organic gardens and building a hut out of cob (with only a $100 investment in money but HOURS of our labor). I felt the ‘ping’ starting at this time and it really rang out in June and by mid-July we were all living in Puerto Vallarta together (about three hours north of the ranch.)

Since landing in town, it has been a whirlwind of activations, awakenings, outward response, crucible of service along with the boundary setting that comes with THAT. I went from NO time online (I went six weeks once without leaving the ranch or going online) to being online almost all day as I was suddenly LIT UP to share and to serve love. Every thumb and heart I received and every supportive comment seemed to land in the place that been unseen and unread during my inner years. The desire to teach and serve was ALWAYS there…I already HAD done and been that, just within a setting with a former spiritual group that wasn’t ME anymore, that I had outgrown and for a small group of people that we had drawn to SoulFullHeart over the years. I kept SEEING the vision of a conscious community, by the ocean, with organic gardens woven around and in, and the SoulFullHeart process as the way of life and reality for which the community was formed around. I kept FEELING myself as a co-leader of this community with Raphael, spending my days teaching, serving, growing (both inwardly AND in the gardens).

I had surrendered to maybe NEVER serving people again in space holding, to maybe being an organic gardener and homesteading the rest of this life….and THEN I am suddenly here in town and synchs and opportunities and connections keep opening up and shifting, with some opening out and some completing. THIS timeline of service of love, especially with women offering them a way to embody their sacred femininity, feels like one that I no longer desire to back away from. THIS timeline of community living that just wants to expand out and include MORE is always close to me. It has ALREADY HAPPENED is how it feels…..My everyday mantra/affirmation to myself (and ‘into’ my stone friend/manifestor citrine) is “I am a great healer and teacher. I live in a beautiful house by the ocean, travel the world to serve, and are surrounded by students and friends and community.” ALL of this feels like a gift, not an entitlement, yet ALSO my birthright…ALL of this is true in the same moment.

I have written every day since January and shared almost all of that writing on a daily basis on the SoulFullHeart blog. The writing hasn’t come from my mind, it is not ‘planned out’ or plotted out or even outlined. It is spontaneous, in the moment, and inspired. THIS post right now I did not PLAN to write, but then Feedspot awarded us Top 30 Inspirational Blog (You can read more here: http://blog.feedspot.com/inspirational_blogs/) and HERE these words are. This blog is five years in the making and this recognition from the outside has me feeling a bit nostalgic. I decided to look up in our archives (which goes all the way back to OCTOBER, 2011!!) the first post that I ever did on this blog. Exploring femininity in relationship: responding versus charging ahead is the title…..yes, EXACTLY the kind of thing I would write today! Guess this shows how LONG this stuff has been baking in me, even back when I was going by “Jillian Vriend” (my birth name and Raphael’s birth last name, which we changed to “Awen” last year And the Wayne I refer to in the article is Raphael’s birth name!).

This is a moment of gratitude and appreciation for me….for the support of YOU who are reading these words and the collaborative energy that forms from the taking in of them and my energy in offering them. As YOU are energy and so am I, your reading of them IS an energy exchange that IS nourishing, even if we never communicate in person or through comments or within session space. Your taking in FUELS the inspiration to share more…you are an important aspect of the process! THANK YOU for the support and however our worlds might interact and connect in the future (there are limitless possibilities of timelines related to THAT), you ARE in my heart.

Following The Clues That Your Soul Is Offering You

“Everything is data”….this I like to offer about the awakening and ascending and growing process. Everything that we are drawn to, every movie, every piece of music, every relationship, etc. Everything that we resist. Everything that we resonate with. Everything that we let go of. Everything that we experience in our emotional, spiritual, mental, social, and physical bodies. ALL of it offers us data and information about ourselves, our souls, our emotional bodies, our physical bodies, our healing process, our growth…… if we are willing to LOOK at it and FEEL it from this perspective with curiosity and self love.

There are so many clues and hints and signs that we are given by our higher self and guides/soul aspects. These are like breadcrumbs for us to notice, to pick up, and to follow on our journey to remembering who we ARE as SOULS here. These are like pieces to put together of our puzzle for remembering our essence as multidimensional BEings. None of what we experience is ‘just coincidence’ as we have been conditioned to believe in 3D reality. ALL of it is part of the BIG picture of the WHO, and the WHY, and the WHAT, and the HOW of our essence expressing here.

Because we chose amnesia and soul forgetting in order to really lean into and inhabit the 3D experiment, we have to become a love detective of sorts for ourselves in order to put the pieces of our soul picture back together again, in order to facilitate our own remembering process again. The love detective energy inside of us is curious……SO CURIOUS about it all and is also WILLING to question everything that we have in our lives from a soul perspective with an openness to let it go if it doesn’t serve our expression AS LOVE.

This love detective energy helps us move out of victimhood because it accepts that we have CHOSEN what we experience as a soul and it ALL serves our growth (no matter how hard or painful it is.) This love detective is building a case for our expression of our soul and is tracking down the clues that SHOW how our souls are peeking out at us ALL THE TIME (sometimes SHOUTING at us actually)….we just need to listen, to feel, and to take in.

Let me offer an example of this that has come up a few times lately in sessions with women. You may feel that your current job or career or business is not really a reflection of your soul. You may consciously feel that it is ‘dense’ or more ‘3D’ and very much feel a desire to leave it. However, I invite you to take a moment to feel what your choice of livelihood is reflecting about your expression of soul gifts as it always seems to be, in one way or another, to one degree or another. For example, let’s say you are a salesperson and you have come up with a new way to offer sales….really feeling what the deeper needs of the customers are and they even acknowledge and thank you for this. Your co-workers notice how your approach is different and maybe you are even being invited to become a manager to train others.

This example shows how your soul gifts of being a healer, being empathetic and feeling other people’s feelings, being a teacher and trainer of souls, is all expressing in this job. Is this job the long-term one for you in terms of serving love from a 5D energy? Probably not, but being curious about it from a love detective place offers you clues about WHAT your soul purpose is here and how you might express it. And it gives you a new way to hold it and think about as you transition to more of that soul purpose expression.

Another example comes up around the body symptoms that so many are experiencing related to ascension. There seems to be a collective and universal experience of these body symptoms as our carbon-based bodies transmute to crystalline, 5D light bodies. Many people express and comment and share about these symptoms. Yet, rarely, do they ASK their bodies what the specific symptoms MEAN for them. They often just write it off as ‘part of the ascension process.’ Yet, the deeper (and more interesting) ground comes up when you ask: What are these symptoms trying to tell you and have you FEEL about your body and also your emotional body and perhaps your chakras too?

Rather than just ‘asking for guidance’ to your Ethereal guides (which you may relate to as being ‘outside’ of you), try asking your BODY itself about what is going on. This can be done during meditation through visualization or through written journaling or both. Rather than looking outside for a read out on what is going on with your body or just commiserating about it, feel it for yourself and let some of the clues of your own process come to life for you. Also, listening to and taking in what your body is trying to tell you often greatly relieves, reduces, or cures the symptoms that are occurring.

Most of what I offer is a reflection of self permission for people to become their own love detectives by modeling and templating that for them during sessions, group calls, writings, videos. I am immensely and authentically curious about them and come from this place, often asking more questions than giving reflections (although sometimes that comes through if it is needed.) I offer an example of this because I LIVE this.

Everything is data for me about me in my life…offering a next piece of illumination or possibility for me in my process. A recent example is how I related to sinus congestion and allergy reactions that come and go for me, leaving me feeling ‘flu-like’. Rather than just saying, “I have allergies” (which is the mainstream 3D way to look at the body), I ask myself, “What are these allergies and nasal congestion connected to? What are they trying to tell me?” And then I go into ALL of my bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, chakral) to feel the answers. Sometimes I get more questions (new places to go) then answers, but always I can connect what is manifesting with something related to my process.

Rather than just fusing to the reality as it presents itself, you feel through the deeper meanings to it. This offers so much more magic, healing and love possibilities to your life. And, your love detective gets to respond and discover MORE and MORE, contributing to your arising embodiment of your sacred humanity here with Gaia at this time of great change and transformation.

The Springing Of A New You

We are on the cusp of another equinox.  Leaving the longer, darker nights of the      winter´s season.  The phase of our cycle that had us going in.  Into our more darkened corners.  It was a time in many cultures when not much could happen externally due to the cold weather.  So it was a time of reflection.  It was also a time of destruction.  Life itself was taking a long slumber.  Letting go of all that had been alive and returning it to the earth.  Much was dying in order to be reborn.  

But now after much darkness and stillness, the light itself is finding its way back to a fuller state.  It brings with it more awareness and a warming balm.  That which was uncovered in the shadows becomes the seeds for new growth, new possibilities.  The days are longer in radiance and there is a renewal and clarity in the air.  Rains may come and go to bring the love needed for the integration and sowing to take hold.  You are being born again, and this time the roots are bigger and stronger.  More closely aligned with your truest nature.  

These inner cycles can occur at any moment and at many times.  They occur in an hour or over the course of a year.  With each passing turn of the wheel, something deeper arises in you.  Some more determined.  You are done with what used to be considered ¨usual¨ and are moving into a new season of authentic.  Or another layer of authentic.  A more You than you ever thought you possible because you now hold the key.  The willingness to see where you have been compromising and permitting.  To not hold judgement but compassion for why, but now no longer need or desire.  

You see the 3rd dimension in the rear-view, the sun setting on this old way of seeing and BEing.  The old connections and patterns that no longer serve.  It was the winter of your unconscious heart and now the birth of new life inside sees a new vision of how it could be, how it was always meant to be, and currently IS.  New life is blooming inside and the rains give way to the freshness of air, the clarity of sight, and the magic of rainbows.  There is a kNOWing that all will never be the same.  There is a birthing of new relationships, new geographies, and new sense of inner fullness and peace.  Storms come and go but the roots are firmly in the ground.

The High Summer of our New Earth lives inside you.  Being showered with LoveLight daily as you clear that which has blocked your leaves from its sustenance.  Your RISE higher, with each influx of saying NO to that which no longer serves, and YES to that which fuels desire and dreams.  It is the Love that you are made of that now imbibes you with the will to BE HERE NOW.  Flowing with the winds of your lover´s heart the tune of your galactic symphony.  
The cycle will soon no longer be for you will have entered a new river of existence.  A previously forgotten world of divine inspiration and circulation.  The time of No Time and the swirl of pastel colors among the sea of a starlit stage.  A time of Love´s eternal grace that recognizes it never began and can never end.  It the dawn of a new season of the Sea of Sun.

Feeling What We Really Want In Our Social Worlds As We Awaken

On a Saturday night, I gaze among the busy social streets and walkways, humming with activity and energy and alcohol and friendship… sometimes coupled with drama and pain and backed-up emotional outbursts. During these party times, you can feel the buzz in the air that will soon be in every body, not just from substances taken in, but from the high of socializing, being among peers, perhaps finding love, sex or making new friends. There are grounds here that are healthy to explore and some that aren’t really in a sense, and yet it’s all sacred and it’s all ultimately a path to self-discovery and remembrance, even if this isn’t made conscious in the moments these selves, these individuals, these human BEings are in.

While young, being spiritual can find its place in you if this is what you’ve signed up for… exploring consciousness can sometimes happen with your peers, while at other times it won’t or just can’t. For a phase this journey with them can only go so deep and that’s fine with you for a while, but beyond that phase when that was enough, it’s not quite enough anymore. This is when values shift along with ideas of life and how to live it consciously and more fully. This is where certain areas of focus, ways to find pleasure, and paths to feeling a togetherness with others all rumble beneath your feet and in front of your eyes. This is where your life begins to turn itself upside down in countless ways as you begin to feel the need to push away, sometimes dramatically, sometimes subtly, but always in a way that reminds you, you are your own person and you have your own sense of what energies you need and want to be around as your self love heals and deepens.

There can be a fear arising then, for some… that no one will ever really “get” them or may judge them for walking away from the relationship. Parts of them form and begin to strategize to either stay alone out of fear of having and then losing intimacy at any level, or choose to merge in with whatever group of people they are around or whatever situation they are in, becoming one with all around them and not much of an individual in most ways. There is tension and yet also relief as you find your ways to take care of and love YOU as your number one priority. There is sometimes also flatness, as managing these ups and downs (that are hormonal, sure, but also a genuine awakening to soul and heart pain) can be a challenging crucible to hold and handle and be with. So much depends on who you choose to be around and talk to and lean into for support. This shopping around, seeking, searching experience is one that can be incredibly mind and heart-opening, fascinating, and ever-arising too, as resonance moves in and out in very necessary growth phases. This again changes the social circle you choose to be part of and certainly affects the one you currently have as you continue to awaken to the love you are and the love you want to experience between yourself and others. There are so many different dynamics that are possible here and that play out in different ways, with many possible outcomes… yet the risk is always the same – if I don’t stay the same and they do, I will be friendless again or even for the first time…

The strong soul-pull to discover and remember our purposes is something that is happening more and more with people of all ages and soul groups, especially right now with ascension processes accelerating for everyone, yet when it comes to indigo, crystal and rainbow souls, for example, these social awakenings can come very early in our lives as we came in with a powerful, mission-based focus that is natural for us to feel, yet not so natural to “know” exactly what to do with. It can be very challenging to finds ways to fit in with others in our peer group, not because we are victims to this (though parts of us understandably feel this way sometimes) but because we chose for this to be the case… after all, if we actually DID feel as if we totally, fully, completely “belonged”, where would our sense of mission and awakening to our soul gifts have room to happen, take hold and start manifesting in our lives? To not suffer around this, means going IN and feeling ourselves with reflections from teachers and mentors who have also been there and can help us learn to navigate it, often much better than our birth parents ever could – not necessarily because they didn’t want to try, but because in some ways they weren’t actually meant to be the ones to lead you onward and into this.

Throughout the majority of my life to date, having and keeping a thriving a social world was very challenging. This is partly because I was always very much IN my emotional states and didn’t have templating for how to actually BE with them and hold them… no adult around me could help with this and my peers had a hard time relating to me most of the time, plus it eventually became a tool for parts of me to actually push and keep others away. Then there was spirituality and the deepening of THAT for me… and now I am on a very powerful and ever-expanding path that spans both my emotional AND spiritual inner realities and THAT is rare, though it seems that more and more people, as they awaken, are realizing how connected these two realities are and that they need healing in both in order to fully embrace and live into ascension. In my experience and observation both, I can see and feel how this ground of being naturally very emotional and also spiritual has been and continues to be a tough crucible for many of us… awakening does come at a cost, yet is intended to invite us out of suffering while holding the parts of us who cling to suffering as a way to be in life. One of these ways in which we seem to choose to continue suffering, is by surrounding ourselves with relationships that do not have a deeply resonant ground. Our social worlds collapse and expand as we continue to grow… but not without love leading the way and guiding us to our next places inward that then draw our next circumstances outward.

Not having a full social world to ground you can be hard for some souls, yet for others it won’t be and that poses its own challenges. Choosing the path of the lone wolf is also hard and even though parts of you may be working to bury the loneliness somehow, it is still there. These parts can be held, worked with and healed deeply, allowing us to feel how we really, genuinely feel, what it is we most deeply want and who we actually want to be around and spend time with. Our loneliness is sacred and alchemical… it is creative. It is a space where we can feel our deepest aches and desires for mateship, for companionship, for a community of people that continually arise for us as we arise for them. Being afraid of feeling our loneliness is expected and normal, but holding these parts of us who feel this way teaches us so much about ourselves and offers us much healing when it is held in our hearts FOR us and WITH love and Divine guidance and company too… we are never really alone, though this can be hard to feel and let in. Yet sometimes alone-ness can be a grace, a place to genuinely feel what we need to feel, and an oven to bake our arising desires in.

Perhaps you are part of a social world right now that may be running out of ground for you, as your awakenings are helping you feel pictures and energies of the sort of love you want to feel from you to you and flowing from you to others and vice versa… in the end, the choice is yours as to what steps to take next, and there is no wrong answer or true misstep along the way. Even our biggest messes seem to offer us many gems of learning, growth and self-discovery. Letting go can be painful and hard, yet in the end, true service to a relationship of any kind starts with feeling what you genuinely want and need, while holding all relationships with an open hand and heart. This becomes a grace to you and your parts, and them and theirs too, as everyone is then free to go along their own path, however they see and feel it unfolding for them.

I would love to serve you and help you navigate this terrain that can be so challenging and yet hopeful too. You are meant to become more of your essence, your light, your soul purpose and mission. You are meant to lead and BE a big part of ascension and we all need each other more than perhaps we ever have before!

Sacred Femininity Teachings And Guided Meditation To Connect With Divine Feminine Guides And Your Inner Protector

The inner feminine took her space today, held HER space with the Divine Feminine coming in to provide supporting frequencies and NEW templating of what it means to be a woman. It is being open to feeling the templating we received from our birth mothers and what IS us and what is NOT. It is being open to feeling the protector aspect of us who is guarding the inner feminine, who doesn’t feel we are qualified to connect with her INSIDE us…..it is amazing in some ways how clear this energy is when we are given a bridge to it as happened today in the women’s call.

A satisfaction, a sense of serving love WITH women, together going where the soul needs and where the heart wants in the moment…guides holding the space and higher selves too. THIS group call today with women is still going into me as a nourishing experience of teaching, sharing, guiding and witnessing the beauty and gift of parts work open new possibilities for women as it has done for me for so many years. It makes me feel like a proud mama, SoulFullHeart mama even as I am NOT really the force that moves it but rather IT moves me as one way love offers itself to serve.

Thank you to the women who joined Kalayna Colibri and I, courageous souls on a journey of healing, awakening, ascending, growing……NOT an easy path, one with more ash in the air often then confetti, more sense of being your only fan at times rather than much approval or support from others, and continual venture into the unknown over and over sometimes stumbling in the dark and sometimes following a guiding inner light to reveal, eventually, something REAL.

These groups are a TASTE of what we offer through SoulFullHeart, a taste of something that if you are resonant and it is meant for you then you are urged and moved to want MORE and limitless possibilities of timelines unfold from there. She Is Blooming: Poem For The Inner Feminine

She is blooming, fertilized by a rich inner world of self discovery

She is inviting, inspired by the Divine to be a beacon of light for herself and others

She is discerning, guided to hold boundaries with love and take space when needed

Quantum Service: The All In One

Quantum

It’s not what you do or don’t do that makes all the difference, but rather how and why you do what you do, or don’t do, that changes the entire world…quite literally…I might add.

New science is verifying this to be fact.

One might ‘do their part’ by volunteering at a soup kitchen, making a contribution to alleviate a shortage of volunteers. That by itself could be seen as a linear kind of service. The kitchen needed 5 volunteers, and you reduced that need by one. All good. BUT, there’s something way more profound going on here while you were making soup, or thinking about making soup. What energy moved you to volunteer? What energy moved through you as you performed the act? What internal obstacles did you face as you chose the action?

What you did on an internal level is where the quantum level of service comes in.

New science is proving beyond any shadow of a doubt that we are all connected in ways more profound than we imagined. We are living in the days of what was hidden and concealed, is now being revealed. One of the aspects of new science has to do with the entire universe, (or multiverse for that matter) being a holographic projection. An aspect of this reality is the reality of ‘fractals’, that ‘any part contains the entire whole’, where the molecular structure for instance of a grain of sand is identical to the structure of a galaxy or a black hole. Both carry, or rather ARE deep intelligence, quite beyond our limited minds to comprehend. The new science confirms what so many of our personal intuitions have long been aware of. Whether it’s through intuition, or new emerging science, or a combination of both, we are left in a state of reverence and awe. The more we look, the more we see what we never saw, that we weren’t ready to see, but are now being invited into.

What the intuitions and new science are revealing to us is the profound interconnection of all things. From this it is quite clear, that what is done by one, and for one, is actually done to and for The All. This tells us that the motive ground is the quantum ground because of this interconnection.

What this means is that none of us are any less ‘consciousness evolving and learning its way to love’ than anyone else. We may esteem Jesus and Buddha for their historical example and contribution, but Jesus WAS you and you ARE him on a quantum level. If an act of love was ever imprinted on consciousness by anyone, you can find that imprint inside of THE ALL of your own personal consciousness. There is only one consciousness, and you have a lease on it, as an individuated part of it.

This is such crazy cool stuff, I find it hard to write! Being logical and present to the mind keeps collapsing into awe and reverence. And maybe, that’s the greatest contribution right there…moments spent in awe in reverence, by consciousness (you) looking at consciousness (the essence of all things) and consciousness looking back at you.

So let’s say that in order to pitch in at the soup kitchen, you had a deep personal process of feeling the part of you that holds judgment about people who ‘let themselves go down hill’ and through it all, you came to find that you had your own ‘inner derelict’ and downtrodden part of yourself buried by a more functional part of you. And in this process, you had great tears of homecoming to yourself to finally to find and feel this fear ground inside yourself, as well as this part of you working so hard in fear to avoid becoming ‘like them’ and all of this was, in large part, your real motive ground for being the hardworking and focused person you are.

Wow, now, you’ve just moved consciousness itself very much inside of yourself and made that movement available and uploaded it to the entire interconnected multiverse-wide-web of the love that we are and made it available for free download to any who are ready and willing to inhabit similar growth steps.

Now, you did something so much more than fill an empty volunteer space. You transformed consciousness.

And even cooler still, you did it before you focused outward. Your deepest and truest service to self was the quantum service to the all.

Everything you felt, that was difficult to feel moved the universe inside of you and also moved the entire universe in the process. In a fractal reality, one cannot be moved without the other, for there actually is only one ‘uni’-verse.

Then, another step is feeling the deeper reality that out beyond the projected reality of time and space, in ‘no-time’ and ‘no-space’, is where you can feel and download these movements that technically haven’t happened ‘anywhere’ ‘yet’. All the courage you need for any step that you need to take already exists on a quantum level. So, if that’s true, then any movement we make internally draws upon and replenishes this interconnected web of quantum energy in an infinite multiplication kind of way energizing it for others.

Now this feels true for those working in and on negative timelines also. They download and make negative contributions that then get energized out to others. However, because there is ONLY love, even those energizing evil are actually, and can actually, ONLY be in service of love…ultimately speaking. Only love is real, all else is love’s projected illusion or theatre to tell it’s story.

So what all of this means again, in part at least, is that everything you feel, and desire, and courageously choose in your deepest dark night of the soul kind of experience that no one sees IS the quantum service contribution to The All. What feels so private in personal healing process couldn’t actually be more public. We are fast entering the age of transparency and the end of secrecy; the age of abundance and the end of scarcity. We retain personal space and boundaries, but our ‘walls’ are turning to glass…or crystal actually, as we inhabit our own personal Ascension and light body.

All that is not love falls away to reveal the love that we are.

Here and now we don’t simply give to others through linear acts of kindness, but instead are a literal machine that multiplies and manufactures love into the infinite and abundant multiverse of love that we all are.

These words found there way to me through an interesting route that is so feminine in its nature.  Seemingly random thoughts and exchanges that landed a song into my dock.  I was feeling into what I wanted to write about today and this song hit a chord and I felt to play it and see what tune it sings.  

For those that are in more 4D consciousness, whether just entered or are seasoned veterans (interesting choice of words), there can be this sense that something hasn´t quite shifted on the outside to reflect the growing awareness of what feels true on the inside.  There can be this feeling of looking toward the horizon waiting for something to happen.  In the song, he also uses the words `I have a plan` and `times are just lean`.  There is an externalization, a projection onto life, that it is not on our side or we need to take control in someway to create a desired outcome that hasn`t arrived yet.  That the passion and desire inside are conditional to some set of external circumstances that have to occur in order to be set free.  

I remember this well in my own journey, feeling stuck in a `good career`. Trying to seek many different ways to make it all okay even as I was still `walking down the same ol` cobblestone streets`.  What was needing to happen was what the song suggested and that was to be in the moment and go into your heart. Feel what was really trying to be felt and expressed.  Nothing on the outside could make that any better.  It was I that had to make the journey in and listen to my soul.

The waiting was just a suffering.  A denial to really feel what was evidently true but a part of me was afraid to admit.  A more wounded masculine need to control something in order to resist what was true.  By going more still and surrendering to the feelings, I could allow these feelings to arise and be held in space created by a more solid me and the much needed support of another to hold that truth until I could do it on my own more regularly.  Feeling the fears and resistances to claiming my own power from with.  True empowerment.  Not control.  

Being in a more Yin space helps to feel how parts of us are so afraid of actually letting go of a conditioning or a relationship that is keeping us stuck and in state of suffering.  There many that have done that for themselves and there are those, like myself, who needed support. It is not a sign of weakness but of strength.  Leaning IN order to raise UP.  Support and guidance comes in all forms.  The key is to seek it so that you may help heal it.  I can feel how this can be more difficult for men than for woman but that may be shifting as more men continue to find the value of going in and feeling all there is to feel to stop the waiting and start the living.  
That is what I wanted.  Tired of the mask.  Tired of pretending. Tired of the waiting.  Because there is no time than NOW.  But I hold so much gratitude for that suffering because it brought me to a more authentic place of BEing and living.  It made the alleged comfortable very uncomfortable, so that there were only two choices…and then really only one.  Let go and Go IN.

What IS Ascension?

Ascension invites the stretching upward, the blooming and growing, the awakening and expanding. It is the remembering of what has been forgotten. It is the reclaiming of what has been disowned. It is the loving of what has been judged, both inside and toward others. It is the wanting of MORE from your soul and higher self, shifting away from the desire center of your 3D self who wants comfort and safety and to keep life small and to fit in with others. It is the letting go and mourning and releasing what no longer serves love and the expression of your higher self. It is holding space for all of the reactions that come up in the emotional body in response to this process of letting go.

Ascension invites the rising UP of your consciousness, your awareness, your perception of reality as it shifts from inside you. It is the “Ds” of both dimensions and density with the levels of third to fourth to fifth (and beyond) offering shifts and expansions in your experience of your inner world. Each dimensional shift in consciousness offers a new level of claim. It invites in change and transformation at both the practical and the transcendent levels, as what shifts inside starts to shift what you experience on the outside.

Ascension is an invitation from the Universe and Divine Source to claim and embody what is your birthright as a sacred human expression in bodily form. It is to feel this birthright without expectation or entitlement, yet to understand that it is a GIFT from Divine Source offered to be experienced WITH you. It is the crystallizing of the physical body to vibrate higher and higher to become more and more your merkaba, your vehicle of light and multidimensional travel. Holding space for this transition of the physical body is to trust the symptoms that move through are for the reason of this embodiment of your merkaba.

Ascension invites you to feel what your heart most wants and cries for. What your MORE is that is flushed up and out through desires that come in through your soul. This invitation can press on you, yes, but it never forces. The press comes from your awakening soul and your healing heart. The press comes from your increasing desires for MORE….more intimacy, more connection, more joy, more bliss, more goodness, more service, more empowerment, more inner explorations, more LOVE.

Ascension invites you to feel how the MORE-ness arising inside you can be tamped down and dampened by aspects of you that are afraid for you to desire, want you to remain safe, try to keep you comfortable. These aspects of you, led by your most loyal protector, are in vigilance to keep the MORE at bay in whatever ways and means they can. They are like dams trying to block the flood of love that wants to surge through your life. These aspects of you can release their efforts at blocking through connection with the arising soul infused and authentic YOU.

Ascension is the more and more visceral and lived in expression of New Earth AS your reality in the NOW, not as a future goal, but as a true processing ground of your life. It is baking from within this New and Golden Earth reality, journeying within and visiting this New Earth, and BECOMING this New Earth. So then you ARE this New Earth, inviting others to join you here in the now to experience it with you. It is drawing others to collaborate in the creation of this New Earth in the now as you form a community together.

Ascension invites your service of love with others, in mutual respect and reverence with others. It is the expression of your soul gifts, energizing from and cultivated during other lifetimes. It is the knowledge of your soul coming through to serve and to guide and to share with others. It is moving beyond fear and into the claim WITH humility of what your soul knows and remembers of service with others. It is stepping out of the previous comfortable zones into frequencies of possible resistance and rejection to serve as a beacon of possibility and way showing for those who want it.

Ascension invites your soul to awaken through the warmth of the light of love that increasingly shines as you feel what is YOU in your soul essence expression and what is NOT. It waters the seed of your sacred humanity, watering and fertilizing the bud of your sacred human with love. This bud blooms and grows inside through a process that is just been spring loaded to happen. It wants to expand into your whole BEing with the reunion to Divine Source frequencies so that you experience more and more New Earth AS your reality and yourself as a SACRED human embodying and experiencing life here in the now.

Ascension invites all this and MORE as it cannot really be defined in another way……as it IS beyond the mind where pure experience and essence live and are born in every moment, moment by moment, as the arising expression of love returning to love.

Popping Through Ceilings In Your “Roaring 20s”: Dedicated To ALL Awakening 20-somethings

A feeling of wanting to reach up and touch the sky above you… better still, leap up into it, soaring into the heights you so feel are possible inside your heart. You get it… you get that something inside of you is needing air and is collapsing in on itself in a struggle to fit into a mold passed down by parents and the media and all sides of your culture. You don’t know quite what you or your life are really “supposed” to look and feel like yet, and many choices (though you may not see ALL of them in every moment) lay before you.

Many, many different boxes packed with possibilities are placed in all corners of your room, wanting you to unpack them and see what could be inside. So many questions, all too often answered by pre-conditioning, regarding what you should do with your life and why, where you should live and why, what makes your life worth living and why… what should be your values, your morals, your ways of expressing, your ways of measuring your net and self worth. But it’s all a big ceiling that wasn’t MEANT for you, sweet soul! Oh my god, it was imposed on you and with your permission and you’ve let it stay there for this long, and now you feel the press of your bigness wanting to pop it open… but society tells you that this is “depression”, or worse still, that what you’re feeling and experiencing IS life itself and nothing more or less… this compounds inside of you until you pop like a jack-in-the-box, taking risks, saying NO, finding your way, crawling through glass at times and yet still finding your way – often a “way” that could not be prescribed by those who came before you. No. It’s YOURS and it was always meant to BE yours…

Oh, the things you are feeling… the stuck places where you feel there’s no movement. The identity “crises” (that are really OPPORTUNITIES…) these are ALL trying to move your compass in a different direction. This is trying to wake you up and shake up your way of BEing in life, showing you with neon lights that this is NOT the way you HAVE TO choose. Your 20s are a shadowy time in some ways… there are many shadows lurking around you, reflections of old ways of doing things that somehow was passed on to you, but now is your chance to find your NO and break through your glass ceiling. You do have the power to burst through this… after all, the ceiling is there with YOUR permission anyways, as is ALL of your conditioning from culture, birth family, and those friends you’ve drawn to you.

Maybe you decided to go to college. Going back is an option, but maybe doesn’t feel like the real answer… so much is stirring inside you, like a baby lion reaching deep within for its first roar. You’re meant to claim whatever this roar is and needs to be. Pushing away from what ISN’T you can take this step sometimes. There may be mess, but you are so held in every moment and there is so much support coming at you from all sides, holding healing balms and salves… guiding you to lean into a deeper, bigger, more authentic YOU that works without bells and whistles and cavalcades. It is a YOU that calls subtly at first and then gets louder when you’re ready to hear it and feel it. It is a YOU that wants center stage at the center of your being but cannot take it without YOUR permission.

YOU are here because YOU are an epic, HUGE soul and that ceiling you’ve been surviving under is cracking… it’s your choice now, whether or not you want to take the road that is known, or the one less traveled by. Either way, know that there is no wrong or right, only choice, and that every single breath you take is just as sacred as the first and the last. You have decisions at your fingertips and magic in your palms. The world needs you and you need you, to step into the calling to be a new sort of King and Queen – completely sovereign in your own self, leading others into the heart territory you too long to go in, feeling how what you really, deeply, actually feel is what is meant to guide you and others into new places and aspects of space and “time” yet undiscovered or unremembered. You are being remembered by the universe just as you are remembering yourself. There is so much beyond that cap you’ve gone along with for this long. There is so much more love, respect and absolute wonder waiting for you, wanting you to find and feel it all, coming straight from within. It is a constant choice that requires no more than your renewed commitment to it in every moment – Awaken with the soul pull knocking at your heart-door, or go back to sleep…
