Energy Update: 12:12 Gateway Offers Divine Feminine Integration W/Metatron And Sophia

They stand at the gateway, which shimmers with lit up, golden and red sparkles of light. We are in front of a literal gateway for 12:12, which is not necessary what I am expecting and yet I’ve learned to be open to the unknown. Archangel Metatron is here in his fatherly form, radiating wise kindness. Goddess Sophia is here in her softness… brown waves of silky hair, sweetly and powerfully wise. They are greeting me here, representing Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Wisdom, guides for us during the Ascension process, creating bridges for us to experience the remembrance and embodiment of our TRUE selves.

We walk through the gateway together and I feel how they are a metaphor, really…..all these Gateways and Portals and Star Gates. They represent humanity’s desires for adventures, for change, to be brought to the New, to be teleported beyond our wildest dreams to Heaven, which actually lives inside of us. These things are not as much existing in the Cosmos or in space as they are within each of us, representing our rediscovery of our Galactic origins and reconnection to Star BEing Unity Consciousness.

“Do these things actually exist?” I ask them as we ‘sit’ somewhere on the other side of the gateway with puffy, floating clouds forming the floor and the ceiling and the walls. “These Portals, Gateways, and Star Gates? I’m feeling them as also metaphors for humanity’s deepest desires to experience Heaven from within again. Do the dates of 12/12 or 11/11 or 1/11 or 1/1 really MEAN anything since time is a 3D illusion?”

Metatron smiles at me, a blast and flash of pearly bright whiteness. “Everything that lives in your heart exists and has meaning, Jelelle. You give emotional meaning to these events, to these dates, to time and, so, they exist. You give emotional meaning to these portals and gateways and so, yes, they teleport you where your heart wishes to go.”

“The most meaningful questions that come up next for us to ask ourselves seem to be, ‘What do these things mean to me? What do they mean to my life, to serving my purpose of love here? What is the relationship that parts of me have with them?” I say.

Sophia smiles at me and nods. “We do not want to just give you answers. So many souls come seeking us for guidance and answers, to hear and feel wisdoms outside of themselves. Many times, our answers do not land anyway as the heart that is receiving them is not ready to receive them as their own truth too, which is what resonance is. What you call ‘the emotional body’ is not cleared enough of hurts and pains to transact with worthiness. This time, this ascension for your collective, is the realization of your OWN answers and your own meanings that arise as you heal your hearts to access them. And, to eventually come to feel that we ARE you and you ARE us.”

This certainly resonates with me and what I have received as clarities for myself and with others as well. “And, then, to feel where those answers come from. To sort through, with the heart leading, what part of you is holding these answers and wisdoms,” I add.

“Yes, your parts work process is quite clever at sorting this through,” Metatron responds. “It is a sort of inner tracking and guidance system that can sort through what has come from 3D and how it lives and breathes within you. And, what is originating from your Metasoul too, which I am particularly fond of as I helped to name it!” He laughs brightly.

Sophia beams at me, saying, “All in the purpose to return to wholeness, of course. We are glad you are bringing this process forward as you are, Jelelle, and living it out for yourself – and your BEloveds too – as your hearts become then clearer channels to share and serve Divine love, yet still remaining grounded in being human. Honoring your humanity as sacred while you embody transcendent frequencies from within….”

“Thank you so much,” This goes in and touches me. I take a moment to let this in. Then I say, “I did want to talk with you both about the current Ascension energies and what I am feeling about them. I have felt a shift since the 11:11 portal especially and definitely since the Super Moon into more Divine Feminine frequencies. I’m feeling like this will continue through January too as there is a lot of moon energy transmission happening then. Two Super moons and an eclipse, I believe. Less activations and upgrades, which I have associated with masculine energy, and more feminine frequencies of holding, receiving, BEing in stillness, letting in.”

“Yes, this is so,” answers Sophia. “The Great Cosmic Sun has been releasing love, beaming light, and activating much since the start of your 2017 year. All this masculine activation needs the grounding now of the feminine. The feminine holds the space for the INtegration of all these energies into the body’s every living cell, into the emotional body, into the chakras, into the mind. The feminine has the patience to gestate the birth of your sacred humanity. She waits. She rests. She mourns. She feels. Her holding this way allows for less pain and suffering too.”

I feel this in my heart as She offers it. I have experienced this in my own process, of course, over and over through many phases and stages of death and rebirth; birthing and creating and letting go; being so attached to CREATE it and then….set it free. The souls that we serve love with through SoulFullHeart sessions are undergoing this process too, sometimes this is showing up for them in dramatic life changes and relationship shiftings….and for others it is more an internal process of reformation and recreation.

“You all can become Divine Feminine midwives for this process. For humanity’s death and rebirthing process. For your own processes too. To remain in the room as the labor pains happen and to TRUST that all of it is leading to the birth of something new,” She smiles again, although now I notice there are tears on her cheeks. “We feel for humanity in this process. It is so challenging. You are so brave. You are so courageous.”

“We have so much love for you,” Metatron adds. And, I am crying then, feeling that love, feeling their trust, feeling that the answers and clarities and guidances from them don’t matter as much as this LOVE they remind us of, that they have in overflowingly ready supply for us whenever we want and need it.

They both embrace me then and it is amazing to let in as I feel them AS separate and AS me too, MY feminine and masculine wisdom unifying together in love and to offer love. Soaking this in as I am writing it to you, in this moment, as my heart communicates in the language of love.

“This love is possible for any soul who asks for it. Who wants it. Who is open to feel where parts of them don’t feel worthy to receive it. And to ask for these parts to feel it especially,” Sophia says gently, wiping the tears from my cheeks and Her own. “We can support the arising of a wise and compassionate parent inside of you all. We can provide a template for you as you all grow into your own.”

I take in how She is offering a template and respecting our bigness, sovereignty, free will choices in the same moment. This is the essence of how Ascension is held, I feel….as an invitation from the Divine that invites us to lean even as it honors our bigness…. for which every one of us can accept or reject; pull in close or push away.

My heart is full as I complete these words for now and the direct transmissions of their energies through me, although I know the love with them will move through for a while, to be shared in the sessions that I have later today.

On this 12:12 and ongoingly through January, access to the Divine Feminine from within feels like it will be closer, more intimate, ready and waiting for your receiving, your remembering, and your embracing. Ready to support you in the INtegration process. Ready to support your choices of love!

Going Yin: Exploring Authentic Sacred Gender Expression

I have been on an inner quest this life to feel what authentic emoto-spiritual masculinity truly looks and feels like.  It is what I have called Sacred or Divine Masculine for lack of a better term. I feel a part of me as well in this exploration and question. In my essence, my masculinity is just what IS. It has no delineation. In my psyche, it is an archetype that has many colors and flavors. In my experience, it has shades of healing and trauma.

Through my own personal HIStory, I can feel how my 3D self has been on this quest to get his balls back. The ones he gave up so readily to an angry father, too afraid to stand up and fight back. The ones he gave over to mom for protection and valuation.  It was holding back authenticity in the name of fear and care-taking. It was the need to forsake sovereignty in the name of unconditional love.  But the love was always conditional. On both sides. It was the desire to feel the passion of life and true love unabated.

This quest for reclaiming inner authority, sovereignty, and passion ultimately led to worth. What is a man’s worth in this world? Fused to a more 3D existence it is chock-full of all sorts of ‘this and thats’. Most of which have nothing to do with our own felt sense of inner worth. This is where I was led to seeking love outside of me for assurance and insurance. Insurance against the void and the inner punisher within.

I was not raised religious but found a solace in the idea of a God that had a desire to love me and help fix me. Help feel like I was worth something. This God would be like a father and a mother both to my emotional body.  A part of me related to women as a means to feel what I thought it was to be masculine. They were goddesses to my wounded teenager. A ping ponging of the spiritual and the physical without bridging the two.

As a began my inner journey of parts work I could feel the myriad inner aspects of myself that held so much trauma and templating from my family, while feeling rage and compassion both. I could begin to feel what MY masculinity was and wasn’t. I had projected so much of an ideal onto what masculinity was based on my own this-life experience.

Add on top of that exploring metasoul, or other lifetime aspects, and a world of wounded masculine comes into view.  What it IS is really not the question anymore but what it is not. And that is always up for experiential debate as I live into a sacred romance inside myself and with a woman on a sacred feminine path.

Thus the quest continues as an unfolding of not something to live up to, as a part of me has always related to it, but of a moment to moment, day to day, conscious meditation into what is arising within the emotional body for expression, and felt exploration. What is being reflected by the feminine within and in relationship. This is personal to each individual, yet also has many similar themes and desires.  Beyond our gender healing there is a unification and a sacred dance that feels delicious and magical in what it means to BE in our authentic sacred human expression.

Going Yin: The Arising Need For Masculine Healing And Leadership

Yin energy is coming through this thinned out veil. It follows the initial penetration of the more masculine sun codes. The moon has been a symbol for the feminine and unconscious. It is connected to the shedding and release cycle of the female body. As it increases its presence, it presents invitation. Illumination. Choice points. Awakened feelings and intuitions. This can be felt by many women collectively. Men with their own connection to their inner feminine may be feeling the same.

But how does this translate for men? What are they asking of us? From my own meditations I feel the Deep Sacred Feminine inviting men to go into their hearts. Not to solve an outer ‘problem’, but to feel their inner world. The place that holds the keys to our true sovereignty and power. It is asking the masculine to trust and lean into the arising feminine heart and soul.

In human form, men are born of women. Part of man’s emotional maturity and self-actualization is to push against and separate from mom. This has been done violently absent true sacred masculinity. This has caused much pain and tragedy, for all of mankind. Now this wounded masculine expression is being pressed, with love, to heal and lean into the very thing he needed to push away from. We are being called back into the womb. Being called back into balance with Yin.

This has played out internally in a man’s emotional body as the suppression and protection of the inner feminine both. A polarity, and even a battle, has developed inside Man in relationship to the inner feminine. This is the ground by which I feel most men will be walking on in order to truly heal this split. Most men find themselves in Mind. Just one aspect of our God nature. But in our humanity we have struggled with the heart. The intuition. The vulnerability under the control and the rage. The deep fear of what lies beyond mind and in the heart.

These moon codes are a support and invitation for the masculine to go Yin. To feel the resistant and protective layers of his true essence. That which separates the flood of true passion and emotion from being expressed in the world. A world that is shifting in balance with the Feminine. These parts of us may feel besieged. I have been having my own awakening by being in sacred romance with a very powerful feminine heart and soul. It is a lot for my unhealed masculine parts to lean into at times. A need for sovereignty and control can still reign. Even feelings of inadequacy and unworth rise up as well.

If you are a man on a spiritual journey, you are on a journey toward your feminine. Toward feeling all the parts you in resistance and rage. In control and in love.  This inner union with the feminine will arise your true authentic sacred masculine. Your sexy and integrated power out into the world. You become a co-creator and a collaborator. The gifts that lie within your yin are the seeds of your leadership and soul’s expression. The wings that will set you free into the infinite with your sacred balls still intact.

Energy Update: Moon Codes Offer Sacred Feminine & Masculine Activations And Healings

The moon is moving from super full to waning to New in the night sky. Yet, inside of OUR inner skies, the moon codes continue to vibe out frequencies of Divine Feminine softness WITH Divine Masculine activations. Activated softness is VERY interesting to integrate! Are you feeling this too?

The activating (and often intense) upgrades and downloads/messages/information streaming in from the Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine) source are filtered by the feminine Moon, then grounded through Her Gaia expression. She receives these codes from the Masculine and gestates them in Her womb. In this birthing process, they seem to INtegrate more easily and more powerfully, even though it may feel like ‘less’ is going on for you in terms of Ascension symptoms or altered consciousness states. I feel that this feminine INtegration and gestation is a KEY aspect to the Ascension process being experienced by us with less pain and discomfort. This is why rest and space holding for feelings becomes so important.

These energies bring this hum of desire to create, to put together, to put out, and to passion-ate. The New Sacred Masculine does this and IS this with an open heart. This is Christiel Consciousness, the higher vibrational frequency of New Earth, that is also being activated from the collective focus on Christmas and on His energies (in whatever forms, ways, and frequencies that is being engaged with.) The masculine energies inside of us, such as our Inner Protectors, feel more support now for their kingly sides to express. The Inner Protector is invited not to just guard the feminine with overprotectiveness, yet to trust HER power and desires are safe to express and to BE. To become her partner and guide both.

These energies also bring in the hum of need to bake, to BE still, to receive, to feel. The New Sacred Feminine does this and IS this with an open heart. Magdalena Consciousness is the Counterpart Mate to the Christiel energies, even if She is ‘left out’ of so much of religion’s pictures or is distorted by them. Magdalena is the Sacred Bride within us ALL, the Sacred, Passionate Lover too. She also offers healing to the Inner Feminine that lives in parts of us such as our Inner Teenager and Inner Child.

I’m seeing these Christiel-Magdalena Moon energies in rays of Golden pinkish-red. They are showing up in my own personal meditation journeys and check-ins. And also with facilitants/clients when we engage in meditation together at the beginning of sessions to bring in purifying energies, set an intentional healing space, call in Guides and parts, and connect our Heart Chords together. These Golden pinkish-red rays fortify and support the forming of HEALTHY Heart Chords in which to transact love together.

Heart Chords are needed right now to let in and receive ALL that is coming in for us and between us. They remind us of sacred union intimacy frequencies, the WARM side of Unity Consciousness. Unity Consciousness can feel more like a concept held by our mind rather than something we can viscerally touch, feel, and experience. Intimacy is Unity Consciousness experienced by our every living cell, by our orgasms, by our passions, by our Higher Hearts.

Heart Chords can engage when the previous binds and cords with others have been released and let go. This ‘cutting of the cords’ is not just on the energetic level, yet also very important to occur on the emotional body level. This happens when previous hook-up between parts of people have been let go and moved through SELF healing and connection with them. As you connect and heal with your Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father….so, these energies begin to rest in their codependent hooking into others without consciousness. These parts come to YOU as the growing, heart open, compassionate, sensitive parental energy that can HOLD their fears, feel their tears, and allow them to transmute into their true essence. With the disclosures of so many shadow frequencies between the masculine and feminine in the collective right now, I feel these SACRED UNION codes are being offered to accelerate the consciousness expansion (which starts in the heart) of the masculine and the softening of the feminine. OUTrage at these sexual abuse revelations is an understandable phase, yet, in its expression, is still coming from wounded masculine. Outrage is the outward expression of an inner rage, truth telling, advocacy, and passions that have been suppressed on the inside from one part to another. Expression of outrage is ultimately a distraction from what is going on from within and has frequencies of powerlessness and victimhood at its roots.

The sacred human feminine heart feels with compassion WHY these actions happened while requiring TRUE remorse from those who have harmed her to be in continuing relationship. She IS healthy boundary setting as she no longer draw abuses and harm and violence from others. She is consciously healing these frequencies as they occur inside of her from one part of her to another. She is feeling how 3D parts of her and some Metasoul Aspects may have been perpetuators too and in what shapes and forms. She is feeling how, on a soul level, she choose to experience all that she does and WHY she would make these choices.

The sacred masculine heart feels with TRUE remorse the impact of his actions and energies on the feminine…both outside and inside of him. He engages in a deep dive inside himself to feel the parts of him that act out in these ways and why. He searches with true passion to find and heal the karmic binds in his Metasoul that perpetuate these abusive cycles. He feels the parts of him that actually feel VERY powerless and unworthy, for which outward, wounded expressions of unwanted sexual advances ultimately come from.

I feel both Christiel and Magdalena very available in this Now for the holding and healing of these wounded gender frequencies and for the transition of them into healthy, into the New. They are offering their hearts in union with yours whenever you would like to connect with them! They are here to bring us into deeper Sacred Union frequencies from within us. To meditate the process of healing our masculine and our feminine in relationship to each other…to then possibly draw our Sacred Union Counterpart Soulmate in response to this self love overflow from within us to be in Unity Consciousness frequencies together!

Why do men tend to shy away from spirituality and emotionality in comparison to women?

Pardon the generalization as it’s of course not true in all cases, but it is true enough for it to be a recognizable pattern.

I’m feeling a desire to rile men, to stir their deeper heart passion for what they really want. I feel a reaching out for a deeper inhabitation of my own sacred masculinity. I feel a deeper wanting of men to come out and really play! I too, have a desire inside of me somewhere to conform, I just want to conform to a new standard of being as the old ones are dying fast.

What is it about the needs in a man vs a woman that naturally dispose them towards these differences?

Are men afraid of inadequacy in the arena of heart and soul?

Are men afraid to feel? And if so, why?

Can a man sustain a hardon and a hearton at the same time?

Are men afraid that there won’t be enough of a ground for a worthy fight, for a contention, for a passionate claiming and pursuit of what they want in the arena of heart and soul?

Is spirituality and emotionality too wimpy feeling for them? Why and how so?

Why is vulnerability (the ability to be hurt) mistaken for weakness in men?

Jelelle Awen and I were talking yesterday about the daily flow of new names of men in the news lately being charged with sexual harassment, and how it is almost unheard of to hear about women being aggressors in this way? Add to that the rarity of a woman rapist? Add to that men’s draw to porn over women’s? (I wrote a piece about that here: https://soulfullheartblog.com/…/why-men-are-drawn-to-porns…/ ) It’s evident the archetypal ground underneath us is rumbling big time. The mighty are falling and we are feeling it.

We are in the middle of a huge collective birth canal that is tied to our personal birth canals. Thank god for the decks being cleared of the pretense, making room for something so much more real, but where is it all leading?

I don’t know the surface answers to these questions, as I so prefer the quest of the questions, but I do smell fear of some kind. Why else would men energize their fearlessness in other (ie. money and career, and in my opinion, lesser) arenas, while avoiding the spiritual and the emotional?

Isn’t this simply a pretense of power; a compensation to keep a deeper fear off their radar?

How could the more male passion to achieve, or to provide, be an integrous blend of deep heart and soul that doesn’t need a safe compartmentalization in order to express powerfully?

Parts of us have understandably adapted by grabbing at the collective ideas of womanhood and manhood as a map to know where the landmines are, to avoid rejection and gain love, often in the form of just some sniff of love of a cultural pat on the back.

Where this whole dialogue becomes more than a dialogue, and finds a deep traction of movement is when you as a man get to know and love the part of you stumbling around in this other hand-me-down man’s arena, that isn’t really yours. A part of you is nearing exhaustion, or may even be totally checked out, just putting in time, afraid of the more overt forms of suicide.

Will you recognize this? Will you cast off other men’s comparison games that aren’t you at all? Will you fight for who and what you really are?

‘You’ may well feel like you don’t know who you are; as a man, or as a human. But this is clearly the feelings of a part of you, not YOU, that has become disillusioned.

Can you begin to make this critical differentiation inside of yourself? I ask you this because I feel it to be the ongoingly mission critical point of my entire journey here. I needed to adapt parts of myself, to fuse them to a ‘lower’ reality, in order to gain what I came here to gain. Now though, it is time to reconcile all these parts of myself into the new emerging ‘higher’ timeline or reconciliation. We were dis-membered in order to be re-membered, and we chose it. We know this on a soul level, as a soul being and we know this on a personal level, as a human being. Both need space and time to be felt. Hence, here we are, still in the domain of space and time.

YOU as a Higher Self will need to enter this place of differentiation, and then negotiation and ambassadorship between these parts of you, then choice, intention and declaration if there is to be any growth or change. Were you actually looking for something easier? I don’t think so, or you wouldn’t have been going about it the harder way that you have up till now?

None of this can effectively be bullied into place by a punishing part of you, or it’s just another compensation approach to covering over a deeper fear. YOU can instead get to know the checked out part of you, get to know the bully inside that wants to order and mandate it all, get to know the part of you who simply doesn’t give a fuck; and then from there, lead a true declaration of heart that stems from this arising you-to-you Ambassadorship.

Choice, desire and intention are huge here, but these cannot be faked into place from a few pages from a book plucked from the self-help section. Not anymore. We’re collectively coming to the end of something and awaiting the arising of the beginning of something that will take its place. That something is already in you and available to you now. You just won’t find it on the street corner yet.

There has never been a time like this time for you as a man to go for what you really want. There are ripe and key choice points staring you down right now that are directly tied to your choosing of this more. You have the guidance. You have the courage. But it goes nowhere until you make the choice.

Courage and guidance are gifts to you from the universe. Choice is the gift you exchange with the universe in return as the sovereign that you are. The universe can not and will not make these changes for you. Expecting the universe to make changes that only you can make is only a way to obscure your response-ability, and leaves you in a child’s relationship to authority. You are the author now.

What action is the universe calling you to? That’s your full manhood right there calling to you for embrace. I promise you that this ride truly has everything you are looking for, so much so, that choosing this ride will be the most adventurous choice you’ve ever made.

When Sacred Intimacy Finds You Brother, Go In Not Away

She comes into your life like a surging storm of passion and purpose. Or she may have been there all along waiting on the wings of your heart until you were ready to truly see her and let her in. Either way your life will not be the same because she won’t let it. She is not here to be the complacent companion or the sexy sidekick. She is here to invite you to feel your deepest fears and MANifest your greatest expression of being. You drew her because you were ready to move beyond the confines of casual comfort. Ready to inhabit your inner King and challenge the places that you have been stuck in growth.

She is the sacred feminine seeking her sacred masculine counterpart. She lights up your divine inspiration, opens and deepens your wounded and healing heart, she sparks your passion and creativity. She also brings in a mirror. A reflection of your largess that is hard to let in because you have parts that have yet to see it in themselves. Her fire highlights the places within you that are dampened and protected. You feel the places where she is dangerous to the parts of you you didn’t know you had until you went deeper into your truth.

Yeah. Your truth. What is real inside of that masculine heart of yours? Do you feel where parts of you have cordoned off the rage, the hurt, the fear of being seen in totality? There is much in the wounded male heart that has been buried in reaction to what lies in the recesses of our shadow. A collective and personal feeling of unworthiness with rumblings of other lives of suppression and dominance. Of being repressed and dominated. What would come out of your mouth if the gates were left open? This is the unknown world that sacred intimacy is guiding you into and it is a scary yet luminous journey.

She is the one I never knew I was looking for. She brings edges and mountains to a flatter world a part of me had created to keep thing the same. It is holding space for the deeper feelings of the parts of me that may not be all on board to this type of intimacy as they have been safely enjoying anonymity. She engages my leading edge while advocating to feel my trailing edge of truth in its realness. She calls for me to challenge her in her bigness as a challenge to my past care-taking. It is getting dirty and muddy when we have found ourselves at a dissonance to feel where we are truly in resonance. The end is always possible while the infinite is right at hand. This is a brave new world for me and for her.

I know my beloved Kalayna and I are just in our sacred infancy in some ways but we have been through much together. We have the blessed modeling of Raphael and Jelelle and yet we have our own challenges and uniqueness. I have much to feel and show up for in this continued deepening. As a man, there is a lot to trust and a lot to stand up for within myself. This can only be done by truly feeling the parts of us that hold resistance and passion both. This is the true passion ground of our sacred masculinity and heart-open sexuality. With Her, you and I will never be the same.

My Magical Experience Of Sacred Union Through The SoulFullHeart Process

This man….this soul choosing to BE in life with me. As partners in this dance of feeling and healing. As co-creators of a vocation that offers a service of love with others that arises as a genuine passion. As journeyers into the depths of ourselves and all the aspects that live inside of us. As co-integrators of shadows that live in our Metasouls and our counterpart pairings in different timelines: Lemuria, Atlantis, ‘ancient Greece’, Arcturian, and more.

This kind of partnership is not what we have been conditioned to believe about relationships in 3D life. 3D offers us not templates of two souls moving into health in ALL areas of their lives individually AND together…yet rather examples of unhealed and congested wounded places inside of each of them that often clash and burn or cling and bind….. until whatever love they had between them runs out of ground.

More scared unions than sacred unions are these, formed from undifferentiated parts of the 3D self ‘hooking up’ with each other. These hookups can look like two Inner Protectors guarding and ‘fighting’ each other; an Inner Matriarch (wounded masculine in the woman) with the Inner Patriarch (wounded masculine in the man); and many others. We need these reflections in others (that includes all relationships actually, with birth family esp.) until we no longer do in the same way.

The TRUE authentic selves, the higher selves coming into body of each partner may not claim much space on the dance floor of the relationship as it is so rarely safe enough INSIDE to allow for this overflow of genuine expression to come out. Lust then supplements for awhile and karma drama from other lifetimes and timelines, all without much consciousness around it. Duty and obligation can come in there too, along with needs to feel safe and secure.

This can be the experience of polarity and push-pull in 4D relationships. There is this sense of soul mating, of soul resonance, of belonging together in 4D consciousness around relationships. There are moments of genuine connection and even grounded bliss. Moments where two hearts can feel each other. Two bodies can connect with each other. And, yet, there is still the unfelt 3D stuff/wounding that anchors each partner into suffering loops and patterns. It anchors them into moments of fusion with 3D parts of themselves again. They go up and down in this unconscious cycle of push-pull together and the ceiling of good will, respect, and mutuality often crashes down around them eventually.

With Raphael, over our nine years together, I experience that we can navigate the murkier grounds of reactions and triggers together WHILE maintaining a larger container of love and goodness in the process. We don’t avoid what is in shadow or what is difficult. We don’t float in bliss together at all times (although many times we do, especially when we experience deep heart openings that come from moving through something difficult and come out the other side of it with MORE love.) We have been able to show up in relationship with each other this way because we have shown up for ourselves and parts of us in this way. With curiosity, we hold space for the energies that move through us. We feel them as very distinct and even commonly definable parts of ourselves that we have felt in so many others too.

Raphael and I can sit in conflict and tension together, as we did the other day for almost eight hours. Not to suffer in this space or to ‘beat each other up’ emotionally. Yet, rather, because we honor the energies inside and in our Metasouls that NEED this space to express and be relationally with an intimate other person and soul. The trust and love ground that we have between us and inside of us and in the Divine holds the space. We stay in the room together through it, allowing, and BEing with the fears that can live inside about the relationship completing, running out of ground, etc. Yet, we find the next going on place together and the next….AS we are willing and open to let go EVEN AS we are deeply committed to the union.

This IS possible through the parts work process, through the SoulFullHeart way of life and process that we offer and have been very deeply, personally engaged with for ten years. This understanding and feeling space that we create inside with parts of ourselves allows for the transaction together in an increasingly high frequencies of soul, body, heart, and mind AND integration of shadow too.

Someone commented the other day when I shared a joy moment that came after more Metasoul pairing integration with Raphael, ” I love how you’re really doing this – for real!” Yes, we really are and so can you….starting from inside of you, creating an inner sacred union with ALL aspects of yourself…..and this eventually drawing the your mate of soul, body, heart, and mind to be in it WITH you too!

Raphael’s comment on this post: “The challenge that arose between us a few days ago that Jelelle refers to was for me the most challenging yet, encountering a part of myself that has lived in my shadow…, something I don’t think would arise were it not for an intimacy as deep and ‘strange’ as ours. I say strange because the intimacy and magic I have and do experience with Jelelle still feels incomparable to a part of me, incomparable to anything I’ve seen or known or saw portrayed. I’ve tended to feel that strange magic in very private places, feeling also the vulnerability of it ending.
Now the universe is inviting us to self permit ourselves to offer to serve others in leading with what we have in deep transparency, feeling how opaque leaders and murky spiritual offerings are a thing of the past for so many souls now.
And….I’m feeling a ton of relief to be coming out the other side of an intense integration, or to the beginning of an integration in another way…
We are all being invited to a place where our life’s message is ‘I am the real thing, and if I ever feel less than that, I’ll be the first to admit that’.”

Loving And Healing Your Invulnerability: The Gateway To Your Sacred Humanity

To a part of us, Love is scary as Hell. Our invulnerability, our protection from totally feeling what is churning inside of us, is the expression of that part. Or in-expression as the case may be. This feels especially true for men, yet women have their own version of it too. It can also come out in expressed rage, as there is something so very vulnerable underneath it…a deep feeling of hurt and rejection. Our outer defenses are both guarding something precious as well as preventing something precious at the very same time. It is Love seeking Itself inside of you.

What is scary is letting the guard down and exposing what has been hidden. It is the exposure of the hurt, the fear, the guilt, and the truth in all its edges and judgment. It is the fear of seeing something that feels “ugly”, which is only a judgement we carry in ourselves. It is the very real possibility that life will forever be changed and made unknown. The guard keeps the safe intact, while Hell itself reigns supreme inside the fortress walls.

There are aspects of us that have not seen the light of our own consciousness until we begin the deep work of inner healing. It is a journey into lands that are filled with creatures both of light and of dark. The shadow is a storage warehouse of sorts. An invisible doorway until we trip on the wire that is hooked up to it by our own experience. It holds all things unsightly and extremely sacred to us. All of our greatest power and potential resides in these lands for us to reclaim when we have decided the time is Now. Until then, the universe, in concert with our Higher Self, continues to send us what we need to continue this dance with Love, whether in resistance or unison.

As Gaia edges her way “forward” in her ascension and union with Love, we too experience the Light knocking at the door of our most guarded self. The guardian at the gates may feel an attack is brewing and will double down on protection by any means. Or it may just decide that it is done with the gig and look for help in the solace of your sacred human heart. We are key-holders, yet we must negotiate with our protector as we need their help in the reintegration of all that has been locked away.

Going IN, is ultimately the only way to go UP. Without fully seeing and feeling what is hidden will we ever truly feel what it means to be seen. To be altered and transmuted by Love. This is the ultimate invitation of sacred romance and intimacy. You can only go so far on your own as you need an other, in the deepest and scariest waters, to see what you couldn’t or weren’t willing to see or feel. Ascension is stillborn outside the gates of our shadow. Being vulnerable with your invulnerability is what takes you to the burning grounds of all that is not in your highest being.

Mediocre Manhood

Escaping mediocre manhood will require awareness of how you are showing up as man, what isn’t working for you, the humility to admit it and the choice to seek something more.

How each of us as men have become the man we are has so much to do with the patterns of manhood that we were shown. These patterns were ingrained into us going to the heart of our being.

The word ‘pattern’ is from the same original word for the words; father; papa and patriarch. Our father is literally our pattern, our ‘patron’ Saint, our admission into the ‘patriarchy’. Each of us as men is running a kind of emotional operating system that came to us via our fathers. Our father got it from his father, and so on and on.

These patterns also exist in us also through meta-soul aspects that we are connected to, from other lifetimes. These archetypal records are like music record albums that are then played on us as the record players, or to be more up to date, like mp3 files that we download and play, but are not actually expressions of our higher self, but rather energies that our higher self is drawing to our attention for resolve.

It is only as the contents of all this,…let’s call it our EOS (Emotional Operating System) become conscious and brought up into our awareness, that we can even begin to move out of mediocrity in our manhood.

This alone is a big step.

Many men have a weird codependent relationship between them as men whereby they agree not to speak any ‘negativity’ towards their fathers. What this really is, is an agreement to keep the patriarchy intact from generation to generation. Only as you refuse to participate in the insanity will you find a beginning ground to leave the insanity. This means you’re going to have get critical about dad and his pattern as it lives in you. You don’t need to be nasty about it. You don’t need to dwell here any longer than you do, but you can’t escape owning this arising awareness. Your critique will need to be honest enough and vocal enough to exit the insanity.

You don’t owe your dad a thing, and an emotionally healthy dad doesn’t expect a thing in return for his role and years as a father. Now, after this healthy completion of the childhood phase, dad and son can go on to forge a new relationship with the old one completing.

Only now, after this death and rebirth, can new patterns be explored and come to be a part of a new EOS.

Men want more. It’s in them at their very core. Exploring this more will be finding, feeling and healing the aspects of your EOS that no longer serve your most authentic version of yourself arising.

Conversation With My Spine: Day Two- The Turbulence Of Calibrating To Love

In this exchange with my spine, I refer to my daemon, or soul protector/guardian. It is the 4D aspect of us that is connected to our other metasoul lives. They are a big part of the healing process in SoulFullheart that can also be linked to the bleed through many feel as the veil has been thinning and lifted. A connection with this aspect can assist in huge movements and clearings of the energies that are still stuck in other time dimensions. You can read more about them here.

M: Good morning, Spine. How are you feeling for talking some more? I had a great feeling about where this could all go for both of us.

S: Yes, I am. I felt some great place and energies we could ‘tap’ into together.

M: You just started where you left off.

S: Yeah. It is good to keep this thing a little loose around the edges, man. When a spine gets too stiff and rigid…well, look what happens.

M: Point taken. I can feel where a part of me has been a bit tense with all the changes going on for me personally and then you add in the cosmic theater and it gets to be one big alchemy party.

S: There is a lot going on for sure. There is a lot of rebalancing happening. The prior grid structure that you were linked up to via the spine is in major dissolution. It is dissolving. No longer able to maintain its former control hold. You have many metasoul lives that had been connected to the Paintrix and they are looking to you to lead them into a new world without it. It is a turbulent time for this awakening and that can show up in all kinds of physical (i.e. emotional) manifestations.

M: I feel the largess of that picture and can see why my soul protector got a bit overwhelmed. I see a dam that has held back all the realities of my soul and the cracks are opening up to holes in my felt consciousness. My daemon (soul protector) has been acting as the foreman on this operation and is sounding the alarm bells.  

S: Lol! That is a perfect analogy. I don’t mean to laugh in judgment. It just clearly demonstrates what it can be like for some. He needs to be relieved of the duty and the feeling of responsibility. Lots to navigate and the picture is not as severe as he may make it out to be. There is a lot of self-love around letting in these lives and how to be with them.  

M: I feel your compassion for him and what he has held. That is a whole new avenue to walk down with him day to day. Feeling it all in the moment as these lives begin to bleed into waking consciousness. This whole experience has really helped me to feel the wounded masculine energies that are held in the spine. The restructuring of the spinal code if you will.

S: Yes, most definitely. There is a whole lot happening at the quantum/galactic level that is beyond the consciousness of your knowing mind. What is important here is to feel what is happening with your heart and intuition. This moves WITH the current of Love and the old system was trying to work against it, but was really an actor FOR it all along. I think you can sense what I mean. There are actually no bad guys here. A grand story that is experiencing itself. The spinal restructuring is akin to seeing that there was another story undergirding this one all along and that creates a bit of a shock to the system.

M: This is getting out there, man. Whew! I want to see about bringing this closer to home….to the heart.

S: Yeah, totally. I can get locked into the mental picture sometimes as I too am in recalibration mode. You have much to feel with the part(s) of you that have been invested in the old way of being in the world. It is another personal awakening phase, but this is an awakening into something less tangible and more fluid. It is not getting to locked into “this or that”, but following the intuitive sacred heartmind and getting lost in the flow so that you can’t even begin to track mentally. This is presses against a control mechanism that is built-in for safety and protection. Keeping the gig going. You are being asked to realign the spine to the heart instead of the brain. 

M: That is a weird picture, but I get what you mean.  

S: I can sense that. The literal interpretation makes no biological sense. This is the new wild frontier partner and there is a new sheriff in town and his name is Lovie McLovin.

M: Seriously….I think it is time for you to get some rest. That was just awful, yet somehow funny.

S: You giggled. You can’t hide that. I am feeling a bit better apparently. Getting my goof on. That is a sign of realignment to the flow of being. Okay, let’s call it for today. I have enjoyed this. Not sure what we said but it felt good.

M: Yeah me too. Time to let this all integrate with a sandwich and a massage.

S: Now that just sound weird.

M: Oh, geez. Here we go….
