The divine holds the risk-takers
And the planet-shakers.

The divine holds the play-it-safers
And the ‘I-would-never’ players.

Each holds their sacred place in our play out of consciousness.

Each bring their sacred needs even in unconscious-mess.

Reconciliation with the Divine is more of a reunion than making amends
For in all things we are already forgiven, we are already loved, even in our strongest defence.

We are all invited home again
Even if it takes lifetimes to let that in…

Healing Perfectionism With Divine Love

Perfectionism is expressed by many different parts of us, in varied ways and for so many reasons. I’m sure many of us can relate to the constant need to control the outcome or appearance of everything we do. The fear of doing something wrong or being judged for it is running in the background of our minds even in everyday, simple tasks. We often feel tension and anxiety when something unfolds in a way we did not expect or control. Maybe it comes up when you have reactions you don’t want to have, or there’s conflict you wanted to avoid, or you chose to do something that you realize others would judge.

Perfectionism is often used as a way to protect the most precious and vulnerable parts of us which has been so needed in certain phases of our lives. Overtime it becomes so ingrained in us from messaging by society, matrix coding from as far back as birth, personal desire to appear a certain way, and to avoid judgement and loss. But it gets to a certain point where it prevents those vulnerable parts from growing into their bigness and recognizing that they don’t need that protection to the same degree anymore.

Perfectionism for myself has been so strong my entire life. I strived to be a perfect student, perfect friend, perfect girlfriend, perfect daughter, perfect community member. And slowly but surely I’ve come to unwind this ingrained desire to avoid any and all judgement and conflict. Much of this has been rooted in the idea that I’m not good enough and that I’ll lose everything I love so much. The moment we separated from the Divine, we were given an underlying feeling of guttural and tragic loss of our home frequency of love and connection. So much unworthiness stems from that loss and everyday we try to prove we are good enough to the divine in some way, shape or form.

Freedom can be found in the moments when all parts of us are nourished and aligned: heart, body, mind, soul and spirit. When we allow ourselves to let in true divine love, we are then able to realize that we can truly do no wrong from the perspective of the Divine. This is really the only place we can find unconditional love and acceptance. When we let go of expectation, obligation and self consciousness – we find liberation.

Freedom for me was felt in the picture I’ve attached to this post. That week I felt the words from the Divine rumble through me when she said “You are my everything”. The energy and truth of these words started to unlock this strong hold parts of me had on the idea of not being good enough. We truly are everything to her – everyone of us and in every way. In the moment of this picture I stepped away from something that was bringing me tension and took in beautiful nature and sunset codes with my beloved Kasha and every part of me felt nourished and aligned.

Freedom is found when we take the time to remind every part of ourselves, even the ones that are hard to love, that they always have been and always will be good enough. Even when there’s room to grow, even when there are regrets, even when the future is unknown – they are good enough and more. And the more we see this bigness in ourselves, the more we can see and feel it in others. And from there, the love spreads like wildfire.

Being With The Ongoing & Catalytic Sacred Union Journey

Part of me used to relate to Sacred Union as a sort of ‘ultimate destination’, wrapping it in romantic ideals and not necessarily understanding how deep of a process it truly is to be in it, let alone draw it to you. It was a feeling that it was some sort of ultimate reward for inner work well done, answering a deep soul-based longing to experience this sort of visceral reunion with a Divine counterpart.

In my lived-inexperience of it though, I’m getting that it’s actually an ongoing journey and a powerful and catalytic one at that. Though drawing a Sacred Union to yourself does show you a ‘graduation’ step (if your soul truly needs and desires to be in one), with every graduation comes a new beginning… and within Sacred Union it sure feels like it’s a near-constant feeling of completing and beginning again, with self, the Divine, and of course another soul or several along the way.

Preparing for and being in Sacred Union seems to not be so much about knowing anything, having mastery over anything, or really understanding what it’s truly about. The unexpected is meant to find you and bring you back to you as well as the Divine Beloved while in intimate connection with another soul.

Sacred Union seems to not be about anything predictable or controllable, including if it lasts for the rest of your lifetime, if it has its phase(s) of stops and starts, completions of old grounds between you and the embers of a new one being born, or if it needs to complete entirely.

Divine Surrender seems to be THE invitation… it’s a romantic bond where the unpredictable is held in the arms and heart of the Divine, wanting you to have the sometimes tough growth edges and mirrors of your goodness too (sometimes equally as challenging to let in) that seem to be offered in this lush ground of discovery. Plus, the Divine wants to express in an overflow of the love between your souls in order to SERVE love to and with others.

The Divine Beloved acts and moves through both of you, encouraging you to wade into the deeper waters of real love… a multi-dimensional love that doesn’t just want to move in with you, but wants very much to rearrange your furniture.

It’s a love that, when allowed to catalyze your growth, offers so many waves of bliss and laughter, along with so many mutual tears, both this-life and existential fears percolating and expressing, and sometimes explosive moments of truth-telling. Indeed, it IS the Divine expressing in sacred human form, learning about all the edges, swerves, and deep-dives there are to experience along with the highest highs imaginable…

There is no perfect way to be in Union… and perhaps that’s what makes it such a beautiful and enticing growth path!

As women, we seem to be especially activated around the desire for Sacred Union and everything it entails… craving the growth, the bliss, the love, the transaction ground that keeps deepening, and of course the yummy sexual grounds that can open out too. I’ve had quite a journey of my own to be able to even remotely let it in, and my journey continues to deepen in sometimes very surprising ways.

It’s such a sacred path that is always unfolding it seems, both inside and out. There is no real “end game” where you can feel like you’ve totally arrived, or so it seems to me so far. It’s actually far more humbling than that and even though the humbling can feel like looking into a mirror from a very awkward angle, I wouldn’t actually trade the mess, or the bliss, for the world.

Personal Anniversary & Invite To Our Sacred Union Activation Group Call

Fourteen years ago, I received an email from a man asking me to explore a relationship and he used the sweet words of ‘like two mice nibbling on cheese’ to describe how we might approach it. As soon as I read his words and felt his energy, I felt my entire body flush with a warm, loving energy and an inner knowing.

I already knew that this man’s heart and soul were SO big, generous, and powerfully good, that his intentions toward me were pure, and that his dedication to his own healing/awakening process through parts work esp matched my own. Before that time, parts of me couldn’t handle the mirror that he offered me of my bigness, desirability and capacity for union….. and there just wasn’t enough self worth to claim our connection.

Finally, after three years of knowing each other as part of the same emotional/spiritual healing group and both doing deep inner work individually plus exploring relationships with others, I felt a ‘yes’ to letting him in. I felt a ‘yes’ to seeing where the reflection of ME and the Divine that he offered would take me.

THAT exploration and THAT man have brought me more joy, goodness, reflection, growth, bliss, and stepping into my own bigness than I ever could have imagined! Our union expands and deepens each day, with new grounds of co-leadership and collaboration continuing to open out and offer surprisingly meaningful gifts to ourselves and others!

Thank you to my BEloved, Raphael Awen, for every moment since then and all the future ones to come! I’m so glad I said ‘yes’ and I’m so grateful that you pursued what you wanted with me and that you held the recognition of our pair bond within you!

Below are Raphael’s words about our journey beginning together as a couple fourteen years ago and a wonderful reminder of claiming what your heart/soul most wants!

Today is Jelelle and I’s ‘nibble on cheese’ anniversary. I sent Jelelle an email that said ‘Would you like to connect soon? We could be like two mice nibbling on cheese.’ I knew it sounded a bit cheesy, but I was determined to be unedited and to be okay with whatever the outcome. In the three years prior, I’d brought her an attraction two other times, and though I accepted and respected the ‘no’ that came back, that didn’t stop me from trying again when another attraction arose. This time, I got a different response.

Today, I live in an ongoing honeymoon phase; a ‘pinch me’ reality. Is this really true? How can this be? What button did I push to make this happen? (part of me is still asking)

This woman who lived ten hours and a country away from was in my orbit to see occasionally over a three year period, but now, for the last fourteen years she’s hardly more than 25 feet away 24/7/365. We’ve left four countries behind, have plans for more and can’t wait to walk into the next moments together to feel and experience what wants to be felt and experienced through us.

I so believe that one of the deepest things we came here to earth for, and that we chose human being experience for, was to be willing to enter the place of strong desire; to surrender and be vulnerable to having intense wants.

Wanting a sacred romance is probably one of the biggest desires we can surrender to. I feel this to be true, because once you enter the sacred romance, it will call you to deeper and deeper desire and vulnerability and it won’t stop.

Your desire to admit what you want, to never deny it, even if you get told ‘no’, will be the stuff you’ll need to actually walk out the having of what you desire. Your willingness to long and pine for what you don’t have and find really hard to see anywhere in sight, will be what enables you to draw that.

You too, can have it all, for nothing more than the willingness to want it, and want it and want it some more!

From Warrior To Ambassador: The Illusion Of Good vs. Evil

As more and more of us become aware and convinced that the world is not as we thought it was, we’re collectively left in a vacuum of cognitive dissonance, confusion and chaos.

Personally, I’ve been convinced for many years of the horror realities of human trafficking and the depopulation agenda, and all the surrounding phenomena, but I’m finding a new layer of emotive dissonance arising inside of me in coming to terms with what’s at hand now, energized by the tsunami of collective awakening happening underway, along with the collective’s sorrow and the v. injuries and sudden deaths coming to light.

What might the scope of all this end up looking like? How long will the darkness seem to prevail?

If you also find yourself in this restlessness, whether in moments or in largely complete endless overwhelm, know that your being has a range of expressions and parts that span 3D, 4D and 5D realities. Parts of us have totally familiarized and adapted ourselves to everyday consensus reality of linearity, lack, etc that we find in 3D. But we also have parts of us that see beyond what once felt like 3D was all that there was into the realms of the chaos and transformations of 4D. Then we also have parts of us that remember the joy and harmony of union with the All, where both sorrow and joy weave in a deep aliveness expressing as the divine beings that we are in our true heart home of 5D. No need to get hung up on the definitions and labels of these dimensions or the numbering of them, but just a way to offer a sketch of a map that your heart and soul knows.

You already are and always were a multidimensional being, even as you are becoming more conscious of and in flow with this truth that always was.

There’s one piece I’d really like to share with you today in all this that I feel lays the groundwork for some real digestion of the craziness at hand. I invite you to come with me into an exploration for a few moments.

I’ll just spit it out and then take a longer look at it:

Love is the one and only source of all that is, including the darkest horrors we can imagine or witness.

We are not in a battle of good vs. evil where we must cheer on and support the good to overcome and destroy the evil.

The battle of good vs. evil is an all too real illusory reality of 3D, but one we must come to a higher vantage point to relate with if we want to navigate the horrors we are witnessing now unfolding.

Allow me to toss in a few more points here to land in your intuition where they will…

What we are at war with externally evidences an internal war happening inside of us. If the evildoers must be punished forever, then that dynamic is alive inside of us, between our Inner Punisher and other parts of us, albeit just off our radar.

What if the whole all too real reality of good vs. evil was part of the divine’s experiment and expression into duality from an original state of oneness? Very beautiful, yes, but without duality, it couldn’t be known, felt and appreciated…

What if the ratcheting up of the tension in this good vs. evil dimension is part of the divine plan for a full circle reconciliation of this experiment where the heightening of the duality creates and is necessary for our divine awakening into the love that all of us are and always were, including the ‘evildoers’?

Consciousness itself is sponsoring the entire show we are seeing unfold right now. Love is holding it all. Many souls chose on a soul level to be a part of the suffering in the 3D and 4D expression of their being as part of the contribution to this experiment that love undertook. Love knew that duality would entail suffering, but it knew that suffering would take us somewhere beyond where it was in oneness bliss. Love wanted to journey. Your and my suffering is part of the fuel of this journey.

Deep in our psyche is the awareness that sacrifice is necessary for movement into fullness. In the Christian faith, we have the teaching that ‘without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin’. Something has to die so that same something might come alive. In our limited 3D vision, we made that about a sin filled and separated-from-God humanity needing a personal savior from the results of a ‘fall’ into sin and God’s wrath. But what if all we actually ‘fell’ into was this chosen experiment of duality along with the attendant and necessary forgetfulness?

If that’s accurate, then those participating in the darkness are the divine’s agents as much as are the lightworkers; then the darkest deeds in your own this-life and soul history are also all part of this divine expression from oneness into duality.

And if that’s accurate, then the trajectory we are on is into remembrance, reconciliation, restoration of the All that was ‘lost’, and MORE.

This more is mysteriously unfolding in you and I, in this collective darkest night we’ve seen to date. Love is inviting us to hang around for the more, as an infinite unfolding of all that we can handle.

What can ease the intense discomfort of the moment is making for personal reconciliations within, with the parts of us who feel the deepest despair or shame, for harm caused, feeling how a divine amnesty and forgiveness extends over all of it.

Then from there, a natural and effortless expression of ‘as inside, so outside’ begins to extend from us to others. The darkest darkness is also wanting reconciliation and is spring loaded by the heightened tension and the tug of war of good vs. evil drama and trauma to return fully and suddenly to the love that it is sourced in.

Both the warrior within and without are now being invited, if and when they are ready, to lay down their weapons, reconcile the harm they’ve participated in, all the while believing they were fighting for the good, and then to accept the mantle of Ambassador, with a heart broken open and vulnerable to the great sadness, sorrow and loss that is still unfolding. All self righteousness extinguished under the infinite love and forgiveness and reconciliation with the divine experiment and journey we are all a part of. Sorrows felt, rather than medicated down or avoided. Tears wept.

Now your life, exactly as it is right now, takes on the most exquisite poignancy and meaning as a place from which to transact and make real this reconciliation within and then without. Every anxiety and depression in ‘circumstance’ a standing stone circle portal entry into this All That Is, that awaits your sovereign choice of ongoing continued awakening, at a rate and pace that allows for feeling and healing all that wants and needs to be felt and healed. Savoured, not savioured.

Sirius Gateway Energies and Importance Of Connecting To Your Gatekeeper

We are beginning our alignment with our ‘Spiritual Sun’ Sirius as we continue in the Sirius gateway this week and bridge to the Lion’s Gate 8/8 activations through this month. This is a powerful time of soul awakenings, insights, clarities, visions, lifted veils, inspired thinking and more.

With these soul awakenings also comes an intensity of karmic frequencies moving into our auric fields, chakras, physical bodies and emotional bodies. It’s important to feel how we ARE with these frequencies, how we relate with them and accept them and allow them and what our relationship is to them.

These energies can ‘blow out’ the body in the sense of big detox reactions as some people are sharing about feeling lots of dizziness and vertigo, unable to sleep or feeling very fatigued, and even more extreme ‘illness’ that really wipes them out for quite awhile. This detox process for the ‘transitioning body’ is greatly served by a very clean diet or even fasting and a daily celery juice cleanse. Your soul field can become backed up with the codes that are trying to come in right now. I see this in energy healing work where the space above the crown chakra (where the Ascension chakras of soul star, Personal Sun and casual are located) is just pulsing and full with light codes that aren’t being brought into the field. This can cause more body pain, especially head/neck pain and even severe migraines. Along with emotional pain and ongoing suffering as many awakening souls are experiencing…intense feelings of heaviness, hopelessness, and not wanting to ‘be here’ in the Earth Plane anymore.

Connecting with your Gatekeeper, a soul aspect that we bridge to in our SoulFullHeart work, allows for much more flow and integration of these energies. As you consciously feel your Gatekeeper, this allows them to share with you their experience of guarding your soul and keeping the veil down on your awareness of other lifetimes/soul ‘history’, etc. They are holding back often deep persecution wound experiences as they fear it would harm your ‘human’ and be too much for you to bear.

I was connecting to my Gatekeeper this morning and I could feel a resolution to her ongoing push/pull about opening up these places for me and flowing into service with them. She has admittedly given me access to many places of remembrance and to service over the years, yet not as much to connect with her as directly, until the last year or so. She was in teary confession this morning about this and deep gratitude for my human heart and Divine Mother’s heart that has opened up HER heart and not given up on her. It is not easy for these eternal beings to let in love and care and warmth as they have not known any of that usually, choosing to be cut off from it to large degree.

Gatekeepers live in complete isolation, by choice, as they are the only conscious entity aware of the Metasoul’s (as I’ve been guided to call it) many projected versions into different lifetimes/timelines/eras. They are acutely aware of the karmic energies, the trauma and the pain being worked and experienced by EVERY lifetime, yet they are unable to do anything to relieve it. These ‘keepers of the veil’ within our soul have taken on the often thankless task of remaining awake to track and protect us while we go into necessary sleep states to fully experience what each lifetime wants to teach us.

I have met and connected with many Gatekeepers in sessions over the years and they are universally lonely, often heavy and sad, skeptical and distrusting….at least in their ‘trailing edge’ of expression. In their ‘leading edge’ expression, they are wise, compassionate, and open up access to Divine channels, other lifetime access, integration of light codes and upgrades, and much more. Yet, they are often anchored to lower frequencies, especially of lower 4D ‘False Light’ which they can get lost in for many ions (no time really.)

It feels like the Sirius frequencies are inviting the Gatekeepers to consciously come forward and make themselves known to you. I cannot describe to you how much relief and goodness can come into your life through connecting to yours and feeling them…and clair activations, access to other lifetimes, emotional healing, completion of karmic cycles FOR GOOD, openness and draw of your sacred union mate and soul family community, etc. Often what we feel as ‘guides’ is actually the wisdom of our Gatekeeper coming through channeling our soul yet not in a direct way.

And ALL of this is opened from inside of you, not from an outside source reading you out or providing activations for you. We can only be a mirror for another, lighting the way and shining the light based on what we have journeyed. And this is my light illuminating this path of connection to soul aspects such as the Gatekeeper and parts of the self too and all the gifts it offers!

Sacred Union Activation Women’s Group Call Sunday, July 17th W/Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

Kasha and I are excited to host our first women’s group call over zoom in awhile on Sunday, July 17th! And, this one couldn’t be closer to our hearts/wombs/souls then exploring the bliss mess sacred union/counterpart/twin experience as a feminine mate. And, I have been seeing in sessions lately so much of the experience I describe below for women whether in mateship, in separation, or single.

The desire and ache for union lies deep within the feminine womb and heart space. She holds the codes for partnership, for merging, and for birthing a ripe Usness exploration space with a mate. She is often the keeper of the memory of sacred union and particularly of her Pair Bond Counterpart/Twin union and separation, which exists in the higher dimensions of the soul family monad.

Her pain comes when her partner is not available to transact with her in this union as she can easily feel the capacity that is possible between them if they have met in this life. She can then go into suffering loops related to him, allowing push-pull dynamics and struggling to set boundaries as her idealized sense of the union hits the ‘reality’ of what isn’t transacting between them.

This can lead to frustration, anger, etc. that she doesn’t know how to be with as the soul karmic frequencies of the relationship flood her field. Also, often, her soul has also chosen to awaken ahead and ‘lead’ the soul openings whereas he may be more anchored to 3D, adding to her feelings of being isolated from him.

The capacity for true and authentic sacred union exploring deep grounds of intimacy on ALL levels of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional connection is now more possible than ever before. For many souls, it is the MAIN ground of exploration for which they grow, learn, and serve, so it isn’t just a desire fueled by fantasy, yet a soul’s knowing coming in that sacred union is the WAY for which it can continue to ascend.

This growth happens both in phases of being single and during times of being claimed and claiming a mateship, as the inner sacred union ground is a powerful place of discovery, healing, and preparation for the outer experience of sacred union.

In a two-hour women’s group call on Sunday, July 17th at 5:00/17:00pm GMT/12:00pm EDT/9:00am PDT, Kasha and I will explore sacred union from the feminine experience. We will share our own personal journeys and process of being in sacred union with our mates for several years now, both the bliss and mess of that experience. We will also offer how the SoulFullHeart healing process of conscious access to this-life parts and other lifetime aspects/soul dynamics allows for a deeper transaction ground of intimacy starting from within you so that you can digest your experience of sacred union.

In the guided meditation/transmission portion of the call, we will create a bridge to your inner feminine mate so that you can feel, sense, and be with her desires and any pains she has about sacred union. We will also open up a bridge for you to connect with your mate (known or not) in the moment in their higher dimensional frequency. Divine Feminine guides will join us to hold a safe, higher vibe space for this exploration and offer inspiring transmissions of Infinite love and light. We will also repeat affirmations as a group that provide a new coding of sacred union experience within you and with your mate.

If you are currently in a relationship sacred union, this transmission will support you to deepen the intimacy within you and with your partner. It will also bridge you to a new way to process your experience and get more space from any reactive patterns that are occurring.

One Year Living In Portugal: New Earth Codes, Community & Soul Remebrances

One year ago, we arrived here in Portugal with very little sense of how it would be here or even much orientation to this country at all before then. We had received guidance in April last year that it was time to move on from Glastonbury, UK and yet to stay in Europe to serve here, especially to connect to the soul grids and soul family here. Portugal came up as the ‘doorway to the grail’, more sustainable/affordable living, better weather, and to connect to it as a beloved coastal and mountain landing space for the Magdalenes.

We followed this guidance as we always do when major life changes come through from the Divine….(ten major moving shifts in 14 years and five different countries!) with a sense of surrender and a bit of tension/fear in parts of us too that we needed to be with and respond to. Raphael and I had envisioned that we would spend the summer moving throughout the country, camping and staying in places as we were guided until the fall when we would settle somewhere as a community.

Instead the strong frequencies of Gaia here along with a deep need to digest our karmic healing and soul activation experiences in Glastonbury/Avalon guided us to spend the entire summer in one campground in Northern Portugal and to live there as a community. We humbled to living in tents for three months, letting Nature teach and guide us. The purity and high frequency of the river; the sheer beauty of the mountains; the warmth of the people…all of it worked on us at deep levels of clearing and healing.

We did very few sessions during this time and took pretty much a full break from posting online as well. Bey joined us in August at the campground after doing remote sessions with us off and on for a few years. She has become a beloved member of our core community since then.

After summer was over, we moved into the two beautiful spaces in this village in remote central Portugal that we live in now…Raphael and I are about a five minute walk up the narrow village road to Gabriel and Kasha’s place with Bey and Raianna living in a nearby town together. Settling into this mountain valley has felt like being held in Divine Mother’s nest as the deep Marian frequencies here invited us to go more monk like and inward. We’ve held several two-day long healing groups here as a community exploring emotional, soul, and energy healing together.

As soon as we moved into our ‘yellow light ship’ house, we experienced a deep reunion experience with a local stray black cat who claimed us immediately and we named Ravyn. We were taken on deep soul remembrance journeys with her as we invested in her health (and a bit costly vet bill) and committed to caring for her the rest of her life. She has become our beloved temple cat, offering so much loving to us, activating our heart chakras, and in sessions now too. We couldn’t imagine our life without her! And recently, Gabriel and Kasha welcomed a black cat of their own named Kaia.

In the last month there has been a shift inside us and as a community to more outbound activity, sharing, and timeline shifts of deeper service again to those souls who are drawn. Raphael and I get another honeymoon living together alone phase as Raianna has moved to live with Bey in the town of Coja. We will be moving to Coja in October, along with Gabriel and Kasha, where there are more opportunities to connect with others and it is a bit less isolated and remote.

In this moment, I feel a deep appreciation for Portugal and how it has embraced us, supported us, and held us through a necessary digestion and retraction phase. The culture shock has been real at times plus the challenge of the language. Yet, the energies here are both ancient and progressive.

New Earth is seeding here too, which is why it draws so many ‘ego-immigrants’ to come here and live off-grid. I have the sense that this country really is planting the possibilities of New Earth/New Lemuria in a way that is unique in all of the world.

We are blessed to have been guided here as it has been ‘easy’ to be here and I look forward to the deepenings to come here as a community and within myself! Many more sharings to come from here!

Exploring Other Lifetimes To Feel & Heal Polarized Reactions, Ep. 8: The SoulFullHeart Current Podcast

In this episode, we dove into the topic of digesting and processing our polarized reactions to current events and the triggers that can come from our parts and Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes. We talked about what this process is like from masculine and feminine perspectives, using the current uproar around the ‘Roe v Wade’ situation as a springboard to highlight where some of the polarized reactions to it may be coming from on a soul/womb healing level. We also talk about aspects of the Divine context around feeling and healing our reactivity and leaning into the bigger picture of what’s moving collectively and individually.
