In this third video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their perspective on shifting from 3D money-focus to a 5D abundance-focus. They share openly about their experience with contributing their income to and sharing money as a conscious community and how this is made possible through parts work – being with the parts of you that have different reactions to money and different conditioning around it too.

Ascension invites you into a different picture in all areas of your life, including the financial area. Moving from 3D to 4D to 5D is a process of being with all of the tensions from parts of you as you deepen your awakening and healing experiences and integrate them into your life. Money making in a 3D sense can become an anchor for parts of you to hold on to 3D as a reality, meanwhile your soul has other plans and desires. It is important to navigate and create a bridge between your deepening and expanding journey back to the love that you ARE and your life as you’re choosing to live it right now. This definitely applies in the world of finances and can’t really be avoided, as this is an area that often leaves parts feeling powerless and victimized.

Moving into 5D abundance, as Gabriel and Kalayna experience and offer it, means that you are able to see, feel and experience true abundance that comes from within. You’re able to feel a flexibility when it comes to going where your heart and soul are being called to go and investing financially in your healing, however necessary for your next steps. Being with parts of you helps to free up the flexibility, creative thinking, intuition, and resourcefulness you’ll need to truly inhabit a 5D abundance, service-of-love based consciousness.

In this second video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their unique perspective that is based on their own personal processes in this area. This area is one that parts tend to have the most reaction to and therefore it is an excellent area in which you can explore who you are now, have been so far in your life, and who you’d like to be as your process deepens.

The financial area challenges you, like all other areas of life, to feel what you are truly worth and what it is your most deeply want. As Kalayna and Gabriel share in this video, the process in this area is one with many steps and layers as you wade through, feel, and negotiate ongoingly with parts of you that are invested in it in one way or another.

In her personal sharing, Kalayna talks about layers of entitlement that parts of her have had around money-earning or being able to somehow automatically live a life dedicated to her vocation as a healer and have that be the main source of income. Her process has been one of digging deep within to feel and be with the parts who have held this energy of wanting to skip the step of finding financial stability that could provide her with the means to truly invest a growth process that she very much needed. She offers that parts have deep conditioning around what it means to have to work a “3D job” even while you are having profound awakening experiences.

Gabriel shares about his personal process with moving out of a 13+ year career as a tenured elementary school teacher and the dwindling nest egg of savings that part of him had great attachment to and anxiety around. He offers some key pieces to feel around the idea of letting go of 3D-based money-earning and savings from a 3D-based job or career in order to let in the new possibility of earning money with the intention of deepening your awakening experiences and helping them integrate into your life, not dampen them or try to shut them out.

Both Kalayna and Gabriel are part of the emoto-spiritual conscious community of SoulFullHeart, earning income as online ESL teachers online while also earning donation money through their work as SoulFullHeart Facilitators. This money that they earned is shared among the core Facilitators and Teachers and somehow they have found their way in this picture for almost five years now!

The Messenger Of Your Boredom

Boredom, withdrawal, antsiness, emptiness – none of these are ‘negative’.

You cannot be negated. A part of you can very understandably want to negate or put an end to these states and exchange them for more desirable ones, but the healthy, alive and lasting way to the more desirable is not by paving over, or powering through, or pretending it’s all okay.

It’s not all Okay, and every passing day is adding to that awareness inside of you. That’s what’s happening here. Your spring loaded soul essence is rubbing up against a path you are on and is producing the friction of the boredom, the withdrawal, the ache for something new.

It may not be fun, but it isn’t negative. This is a very powerful positive and alive soul spark in you that is asking for your attention and love. Your soul wants to take you through a change, a death; yes, but not without the rebirth that follows all death.

There comes a tipping point where the baking in the oven of boredom is done. You are hollowed out to your core. You have made room for what you really want. You have cleared out something profound that you are done with.

You surprised yourself. The new was on the other side of feeling all there was that needed to be felt inside of the old. The old contained all the alchemy to produce the new, as you were willing to feel all there was to be felt.

The universe is feeling through you. What is it like to be in a dead end job that stifles your true creative power? What is it like to remain in any relationship with anything or anyone that left unaddressed, only serves to keep you small? The universe gave you this assignment and is wanting your notes on the outcome. How could you pass the test with flying colors and pass along the rewards to everyone coming in your wake?

In your success, we all succeed. In your failure, if you could actually fail, we would all fail. It isn’t failure, however, if you’re not done. None of us are ever done. That’s the one thing we cannot do, to make ourselves ‘done’. We are inextinguishable life in an infinite reality. There’s no on/off switch. Life can go through hell, but it is always heaven bound, for it carries its heaven deep inside. You are this heaven awaiting more and more and more manifestation.

Boredom itself is proof of this. What is your boredom wanting to tell you? Can you hear its voice? Give it a pen and paper and let it transcribe its feelings to you. Step into your higher self to listen and to feel all that the boredom wants and needs you to feel. Feel the fear of it never changing. Shed the tears this part of you feels of feeling unnoticed as you give this part of you your deep noticing. Follow the deep light and engagement now found in loving this part of you, in allowing it to fully give to you its gifts that you were not ready up till now to receive.

You Are The One You’ve Been Waiting For

You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

By our very nature, we subscribe to different pictures of reality and then these pictures manifest in our lives as ‘proof’ of our reality.

We are then biased towards the reality we created, be it a desirable one, or not so desirable, negating the multitude of other possibilities we could have created and seen as real, on the projector screen that we call our lives.

What is more real than our created realities is this ability to create realities, and even reality itself. This reality, we really need a lot of courage to face.

If the above is true, it leaves you and I responsible. It doesn’t offer us any condolences on our bad set of circumstances that life dealt us. It offers you and I deep awareness of our power.

Being responsible doesn’t mean it’s your fault; far from it. This isn’t about fault, but rather, the opposite of your fault. This is about your perfection. You are already perfect AND you are being perfected; both are true. You are taking your perfection out for a spin in a testing ground. You are response-able, meaning able to respond, able to choose to respond, able to choose with what and how you will respond.

My truth is that there is always a response point, a choice point in front of you that is about your deepest and next going-on place. It’s not that difficult to see. It’s not a hidden treasure that will take great tests and trials to discover, but rather something quite plain. Any obscurity around the choice is a product of the part of you who isn’t ready to embrace that going on place.

If part of you isn’t ready to go on and make that obvious choice, what about choosing to get to know that part? You don’t have to jump into the choice your soul knows is your going-on place by forcing or pushing the choice. You are able to choose your response. You can choose curiosity and self awareness (love) to embrace the part of you in resistance to your next choice, allowing self love and negotiation to flow naturally toward empowerment.

If you are unwilling to make that choice, then you are left in a hope-less place. You are employing your power in service of staying stuck, for the moment at least. Codependent friends, family and mates may caretake you in your choice to remain small, but life won’t. Life doesn’t see you as broken and needing to be caretaken. Life will honour your sovereign and powerful choice and leave you to the encircling standing stones of circumstance that you call your life as your current reality creation, awaiting your deeper choice point.

This is how I choose to see you. This is the reality I want to create in myself and those around me. We are the anchors in the storm. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

In Denial Of Our True Power

When we deny the true power we do have, we end up reaching for false power we don’t have.

Within each one of us is truly unlimited power and potential. It is not ‘power over’ others, but it is ‘power with’ others, because power by its very nature is sourced in the source of The All which is love. When we attempt to utilize power for malevolent reasons, to harm, or to take, we are not connected to our true power, but are acting out of the deeper fear of being powerless.

If we pause to reflect on our own lives, or the life of anyone around us, well known, or not so well known, we can readily see this ongoing relationship we all have with our own power. Even those who reach the heights of what we call and esteem as power, possessing great financial wealth, can actually be the most dispossessed of their own true power. Without an assurance of one’s true power, no amount of external power can compensate for this absence of internal knowing.

You are meant to feel powerful. You cannot live and love in a healthy life without a grounded sense of your own power. Trust in the universe is power. The currency flow of trust and care in relationships is power. Real power is the healthy flow of love that you feel coming to you and through you, that affords you a sense of deep wellbeing in the world.

But what do you do if you honestly lack this? You reach for the true power you do have – the power to be honest with yourself. If you are willing to be honest with yourself, no one, and no thing can stop you. This is personal disclosure.

If that’s true, then why is it so rare? Why are we in thrall collectively to superstars who are full of externalized power, but empty on the inside? Is it because we have been conditioned and conned out of awareness of our own great power?

My truth is that the path for anyone of us into our own power is to find and feel the part of ourselves, the self within us who doesn’t feel powerful, who holds this conditioning of powerlessness. This is the portal to our true power. When we get to really know this part of ourselves, and feel its feelings, its sufferings, going on inside of us, we enter the portal of our true power.

Who would have thought that the path to power would be about exploring our innate feelings of powerlessness? We busied ourselves instead in the self help aisles, and churches, and meditation halls seeking ways to become powerful, rather than to get in touch with our powerlessness. We sought out compensations to cover for our impotence. And in it all, all of these great efforts and undertakings and trophies of power now tumble into a deep call to get to know the powerlessness that they were founded upon, a bandaid to cover over. The real prize is finding this portal that we couldn’t see before that is the entry point of our consciousness into the fullness of power that we are.

It makes sense that we would deny our true power, that we needed to, even, in order to come to terms with such infinite and great power that we are at the essence and core of our being. We needed to learn what it isn’t before we could learn what it is.

Every circumstance in your life that makes you feel powerless, isn’t actually ‘making’ you anything. You created and drew these circumstances into your life as a theater in which to awaken, a theater in which to choose. It can be hard as hell, (though it doesn’t have to be) but this is also evidence of the power you actually are; you chose a path that would challenge you. You chose a path where there was something truly at stake.

So when will you be done with the pretense of power that prohibits you from entering your true power? When will you leave off the Viagra chemicals of pretense power and begin to re-experience again what a natural and healthy flow of your power looks and feels like, able to rise for the occasion, and to take a bow when the performance is over?

I can tell you that every last one of us, bar none, will be needing to find and feel these powerless parts of ourselves. In an infinite power universe, you are left feeling like more of a beginner the deeper you go.

This is a brand new world and it’s here now. No need to wait on any saviors, other than you. Your desire, your ache, your choice to embrace your next going-on place is what this whole deal is about.

Awakening To Your Abundance Within And The Protection Of It Too

When I feel the abundance alive inside of Gaia, of water, nourishment, life, energy, that in 4D awakening experiences often seems deficient or on the decline and frighteningly so, I feel how this parallels our own inner abundance that continues to create and recreate itself continuously, that wants to be remembered and fill us UP! Of course, all of this focus on depleting resources is actually a concern about the depletion/scarcity of love… and there is no stronger source of love than that which can be cultivated, experienced and then overflowed from within.

You are not deficient… you are not in lack or scarcity. You are not in a place of “not having”, though it can feel like this to parts of you who have truly and deeply felt as if life and love itself tend to turn the other way when they are in need or want. Some parts of you may have become “beggars” in a sense of it, desperately wanting, praying, affirming, grabbing at what they feel they do not have already. In some ways, this is what they’ve needed to do. This is what you’ve needed to inhabit in your 3D life, where the conditioning is that you need something, someone, outside of you at all times in order to keep you fed, clothed, embraced, loved. This conditioning does not tell you to go within and feel where this sense of separation first started and ultimately received the most encouragement to go on in your consciousness.

You ache… your parts ache. To be felt above anything else. To be seen and heard and even challenged to start feeling the “deficiency” within… a deficiency that doesn’t really exist, but has seemed to. The lack you’ve felt has actually been about something much deeper inside of you that has gone untapped. There are bottomless wells of everything you need within you. For example, the body knows what it’s doing, yet hasn’t always been given permission to be in its intelligence, its knowledge of self-healing, and hasn’t been given the space to do so either or the foods, the energies it most needs in order to boost its abilities. The heart knows what it feels to be true, where your personal and soul timeline stories have come from and why they are there/here, why and how you are connected to those you are connected to, or why perhaps you aren’t. Above all, it knows what you most need. And, it knows that the only place where this can truly come from in a steady and ongoing way is within.

The abundance you have inside is like the Cave of Wonders from Aladdin. Or maybe it’s the intense Inner Protector energy inside of you that makes it feel that way and is offering me this picture now! Your Inner Protector seems to vibe to you that if you touch the lamp of your abundant flow within, everything will collapse… and in a way, they’re not wrong! The golden lamp is your deepest sense of inner power and worth that is accessed through feeling parts of you who are not only the pain they present to you once you begin to feel them, but who also have many, many gifts to offer and can unlock the doors to your soul gifts and service-of-love 5D Self. Once you start to realize your true power and everything you can provide yourself from within by being with these parts of you, all the areas of your life DO experience a collapse of this cave that has served to compartmentalize and hide away your brightest light within… yet, it’s a death and rebirth cycle, not your ultimate demise, as your Protector and other parts have felt it to be. It’s an invitation to keep going, growing, wanting something NEW, something more fulfilling and nourishing and alive within you, that then creates and draws the relationships to others, to life, to work, to service of love, that you most deeply want and are ready for. The best way to walk out this collapse and reboot is with a hotline to your Inner Protector, who has had very good reason to protect your Cave of Wonders and treasure trove within it of previously suppressed parts of you and ultimately self-love and worth too.

You are more than enough in the deepest sense of it. You are the one who gets to experience shifts in your life that don’t always have to be experienced the “hard way” if you do choose to negotiate and walk it out with parts of you. By taking self-loving steps, you get to feel everything that you have within and everything you are bringing with you into each new life phase. And, along the way, you will discover that life is NOT looking to deplete you or run you down and is, in fact, pressing you inward to find the resources you already have waiting to be claimed. ❤

Personal Disclosure Ahead Of The Storm

Will Hillary ending up in jail in an orange onesie really do it for you?

There’s a lot of dark stuff going down every day that is being kept out of the mainstream news cycles, and there’s a TON of people who know about it and more every day who are waking up to it, along with a big growing cloud of anger and outrage.

The Q and Qanon posts that appear to be credible high up insider information serve to stir the pot and keep people on the edge of their seats waiting for a big event, involving the exposure finally for all to see of Pizza Gate, or the suppression of free energy, or of the corruption of the US three letter agencies, etc, all tied higher upstream to a darker illuminati or khazarian mafia, and even off-planet connections, etc. who have a deep dark control agenda.

Many are even referring to these powers as ‘the powers that were’ as they are seeing their inevitable downfall, and their, at present very compromised power structures.

Part of me can so feel this rumble that wants to happen, and the new world possibilities that can happen following these disclosures. It’s quite a vortex of energy to get into and rabbit holes to explore. The world we participate in every day, relied on, trusted, and came to despair of in so many ways, is changing, and wants to change – all the way.

But then, it’s here, but not quite here at the same time, so overdue. It’s kind of like a bad case of constipation. You need to go real bad, but you can’t!

If we are able to feel our own personal disclosures that need to happen and are also being pressed upon at the same time as these global shakedowns are occuring, I feel we will find the personal ground to be with and navigate these changes for ourselves personally. There’s plenty of souls who need to express the outrage and supply the energy for the storm (think bowel movement) that’s underway. You, however, may be called to feel the storm that’s brewing inside of your own heart, and let go of the focus on the external storm.

What disclosures have you kept inside of you, that are wanting to be shared with your world around you? What secrets is a part of you holding and ashamed of that this part of you feels would be your downfall if they were to be revealed? Can you feel, get to know and negotiate with the parts of you who feel this way? What would choosing to reveal rather than being forced to reveal, or ‘exposed’ look like for you? Do you have a part of you inside that feels like Hillary that awaits your connection?

All of us, I feel have participated in and explored the darkness. The light is now dawning brighter than it ever has making all secrets a thing of the past. We can either hunker down deeper in this stress of hiding, or we can surrender to the love and light that wants to take all of us into a new place.

The whole point for each of us is to feel. To feel how our actions and choices affected parts of ourselves and others is to feel remorse. Feeling remorse is acknowledging the reality of heart and emotion at the core of the universe. Feeling is acknowledging the love that we all are, (including Hillary) that we came from, and are returning to.

If we are all one, ultimately, then none of us get to be fully home until all of us are home. This is a ‘none left behind’ scenario.

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, discuss the financial area of life and the different ways in which we relate to it from the perspective of our 3D, 4D, and 5D Selves. There is so much projected onto money by parts of us that relate to it in many different ways, often with a lot of charge, fear-polarization, and unworthiness.

There are many different ways in which this area of life is related to and for each generation, the approach is a bit different. For Kalayna and Gabriel, their processes around money and the financial area of life have been very different yet have had some common threads. They share some pieces of their personal processes in this video, though they will share much more in the next video in this area.

How parts of us feel about and relate to money is also how parts of us feel about and relate to love. If it doesn’t feel as if it is in flow and if it feels like a tighter budget means less happiness, then there is likely an over-attachment to money representing love, self-worth, and overall abundance capacity. There is so much self-punishment in this area and acute unhappiness. To genuinely feel the true abundance of life, which encompasses and flows into all areas including the financial area, is a process of really feeling with parts of you where the focus on “lack” is rooted in your templating from birth family, friends and culture, and overall 3D conditioning. Moving more into 4D can mean more financial “crises” arising, as you choose to transition away from jobs/careers that do not match your emerging sense of soul purpose, or as life presses you into moving away from these jobs, sometimes without the open negotiation between you and your parts happening first. Ascending into more of a 5D consciousness in this area means that you are drawing abundance in all forms and do not feel an over-attachment to money as love or an expression of your self-worth. If you are in 5D consciousness while money is still necessary in your life and where you are living, there is an inherent trust that it will work itself out, that you have everything you need, and that you are willing to be with the parts of you that don’t feel this, that aren’t with you in 5D just yet, recognizing how the dips and valleys and layers of this feeling space are what offer you deeper and deeper healing and a deeper conscious connection to abundance of love at the heart of it, once the other side of the process is reached. Actually, this applies to all areas of life from the 5D Self’s perspective!

Practical Ascension, Practical Magic: Bridging Spirituality With Grounded Practicality

Many of my mornings every week are dedicated to working online, specifically as an English teacher for Chinese children. These are early mornings… something my parts and my body have had to get used to and in some ways, the “getting used to it” process is still going on and in!

This is temporary… the heart and soul purpose I’m on this planet for isn’t teaching English to foreign children. It’s a bridge into the magical world OF living into soul purpose, though. It’s a way to keep grounded in terms of income while continuing the work within that draws more of the income desired from offering healing work to others and serving love with them. And, it IS service of love in some form, and this my parts and my Metasoul Aspects too are coming to terms with more and more.

Parts of you may have resistance to the practical, especially while navigating the magical. Reconciling and living into the two sometimes very divergent-feeling worlds is something necessary until it isn’t, yet there is definitely a step-by-step process to manifesting or drawing what we want to feel and become spiritually and as healers too, and this process involves a need, as a human being on this planet at this time, to have some sense of groundedness in practical day-to-day life.

Being “practical” in the way I’m offering means something very, very different to me and parts of me than it used to. To be “practical” in the past meant to become “like them” – like the “adults” around me holding very 3D jobs and careers spanning many years while raising a family, buying a home, staying put in one geography for possibly decades… as a soul born into this world with far less orientation towards 3D life, I had many parts that rebelled, fervently pushing away from this picture, wanting something very different, much more spiritual-feeling. So naturally, parts of me (typically my Inner Teenager yet also my Inner Protector/Gatekeeper) pushed away a grounded sense of financial income, ways to make sure I had some stability in my life, because I was “waiting” for the “perfect” job that would align with my soul purpose… not realizing that every job actually gives us this chance to build up to that and in some ways, simply not wanting to ground or BE here on Gaia. I had different ideas of spirituality and what it meant to be living into your truest soul purpose work back then. I still don’t have a desire for any of the things I listed above, yet I can say that how I picture, feel and live into “practical life” has shifted in a huge way because of my process and working with my parts. I now see “practicality” as something grounded, that puts your hands in the dirt to plant seeds, proverbially or literally. For some souls, this may mean the bliss mess experience of raising children, holding a 10+ year career trajectory, remaining in a long-term marriage “no matter what”, fully inhabiting these choices and then maybe popping out the other side into some deep awakenings that take them in different directions. For myself and so many others, this often means something very different.

The rebel in me lives on and necessarily so, yet not in such a way that tries to push against lucrative opportunities that also give me flexibility in terms of moving around the globe, having full days off other than early mornings, AND, I can take time off whenever I want to technically, yet the practical calls me in the moment to work often (though not so often I burn out!) for the sake of saving enough money to help the community I’m a part of find its way to a new geography where we can really plant our service-of-love seeds in new soul-soil. Creating the space for service of love in other forms, like writing, creating, holding space for others, etc, is something that arises as it needs and wants to and I am still very much in response to that, while bridging it all back to the practical, as I am in this writing in this moment. Being called to serve love does not have to mean self-sacrifice, though of course some of us have needed to walk that one out and we get to the other side of it when it’s time and we choose that. It actually so feels like what it means at the heart of it is being in response from your ever-purifying heart… to your own needs, the needs of those you love and share nourishing bonds with, and the needs of those who you are meant to serve.

It IS possible to live humbly while necessary, to hold a modest income while finding your feet, your heart, your wings in the areas of spiritual healing that you most desire to be part of. It IS possible to hold life in such a way that you are in response to your own practical needs and desires while also in response to serving others. And, it truly feels like a deep invitation from the Divine, from the Ascension LOVE energies themselves, to continue to find ways and means that allow you to continue your inward journey, finding and feeling the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are in resistance and reaction and perhaps wanting this New Earth existence that could be free of some of the old 3D sense of practicality to just be here already… yet there is a process involved and it is ultimately about finding your inner strength, power, worth and confidence through healing the parts that don’t feel this way. And this then can be served outward, from a place of grounded self-healing and discovery and growing self-love and appreciation.

Patreon Money UPdate: January, 2018

The last moments of ‘Enero’, or January as its known in English, with our dancing moon today, and it feels like a wave of gratitude again for a changing expanding timeline in every way, including financially for us at SoulFullHeart. We’ve been feeling and having ‘surplus’ and some giant new desires to go with that surplus.

We began ‘trans-parent-izing’ our money picture each month a few months ago with a ‘Month End Money UPdate’. The desire and experiment in doing this is to offer a grounded picture of our world to those who are drawn to us and our world, and would like to be a part of it financially. There is a way, as they say, that ‘money doesn’t lie’. So today, again, allow me to ‘show you the money’. 🙂

After a few year long trajectory of radically ‘deconstructing’ our relationship to money and career, and patiently letting in a new and arising one, including coming to the edge of several ‘cliffs’ along the way, and even taking a few guided cliff jumps as well, we are now in an arising ‘constructive’ phase of SoulFullHeart creation and community.

This month saw 5 or 6 new Facilitants choose to enter weekly SoulFullHeart process and sessions, as well as several new people planning on beginning sessions. At the moment we have eleven active Facilitants. We also had one person join us for a life changing ten day immersion visit, (we were all changed) that we see happening more and more. We also formalized our plans for the ‘UK in May’ as I’m calling it at the moment. Our beloved cocoon of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is drawing to a close. We are now planning on relocating to Glastonbury, England, this year, where we feel a whole new layer of SoulFullHeart finding its way in the world.

Ultimately, we’d like to draw more heart interest, more love and the more money that comes with that, and roll it all back into, yet again, more love.

The ‘UK in May’ budget currently stands at around 21,000 USD for the five us, and 2 dogs. The items in this amount, in order from largest to smallest are: airfare, first and second months rent, dentist, clothing, some debt to pay off for recently purchased computer equipment, 3 used Macbook Pros and a used Iphone, luggage, visa entry fees, and veterinary.
