The Subtle Consciousness Of Our Resistance To Love

Shades drawn. That is what it has felt like for a part of me the past week or so. A lot of preparing and doing during this timeline shift. It is an arrival of something longed for yet something difficult to let in. A part of me choking on goodness, love, and joy. The fear of losing this Garden of Eden, this Paradise once again. So the fear projects. It searches for what could happen to be denied and rejected. This creates its own loop and illuminates another place in my soul to explore. To invite into a relationship with myself and Love. But it does struggle to let that in. To trust it all.

As each of us takes on this journey of deep soul healing, challenges come right at the point of actually getting what you have always wanted. This is where, for some of us, the value of our Being comes into full view. It is a subtle consciousness that can take down all that has been strived for and desired. The collapse of a relationship, the rejection of a soul gift, or the judgment of our most vulnerable intentions. Our worth, our power, our deepest treasures are tender things that are fiercely guarded and protected, even to the point of not having them at all.

So it is this time when we go into the recess of our deepest fears and regrets to find that subtle consciousness within and connect. Listen. Hold. Sometimes you go off radar to the outside in order to catch the nuances of this energy. But it is important to not disappear, as easy as that can be at times. I have had to do that with this aspect of me. It is used to being in hiding. In the shadow. And being so close to my inner treasure, it has been very protective and guarded. All for very good reasons that I hold with compassion.

This is part of my healing. My growth. My own self-love realization that I am a gift to myself and the world. That I have edges, shadows, and fears. But the most important thing for these parts of me to feel is that they are not alone, nor forsaken. But rather whole and forgiven.

The Burning Illumination Of Our Collective Shadow

I have been following the latest drama unfolding in the US around the Supreme Court nomination. When I used to go into these stories I had something inside of me that wanted to get to the truth. Who was ‘right’ and who was ‘wrong’. I felt my own suck into the density of anger, fight, righteousness, and principle. Us vs. Them.

These days I feel a desire to step back and just feel what is at play here in the heart and soul of humanity. While I get there is a charade going on in many ways, there is also something very real. Affecting real people. Yes, there are forces on high that are stoking these fires. But maybe these fires are here to get us to see something about ourselves as a culture. As a group of souls that are acting out a greater drama within each of us.

There is a patriarchal consciousness that is feeling an encroachment on its position of power. A lash out against any claim of inexcusable and threatening behavior, no matter what level of truth there may be to it. The burning fires of our collective ‘past’ still live within us. We hold those in our psychic memory. We are the actors, conscious or not, of our soul’s karmic echoes.

There is a sensitivity to this inside of us of all that we hold in the collective. Women feeling/being persecuted by men/society, men feeling/being unjustly accused by women/society. The privileged against the other 99%. The seats of power using all they can to create division, conflict, and doubt. This whole episode clearly illuminates all that is needing healing within each of us. The body politic can be a brutal mirror of what we need to see and feel.

There is a sadness that comes over me when I feel this in my heart. There are people whose lives are being turned upside down and inside out, but it is also what they have chosen on some deep level. To be the actors upon this stage that serves as a Shakespearean reflection of the misplacement of our goodness, respect, and honesty. The heart of a nation is on fire and this event is a symbol of the rising smoke.

I don’t feel to weigh in on what ‘side’ I am on. I am on the side of Love if there is to be one. Maybe it is love that is illuminating this one for us all to see. Maybe it is Love that is the fire itself. The idea of ‘justice’ is being highlighted and what it truly means to each and every one of us, both man and woman. We all have a relationship to it that goes far deeper than what we may fully understand and it is seeking its resolution sooner rather than later.

For me, it is a time of feeling the conflict within, holding my center in Love and as Love. That I believe is what is being asked of us. The fate of a nation lies not in the outcome of a committee but of the desire and choice of each to heal the pain that it reflects within.

Timelines Bleeding Through

Timelines merging, veil is SO thin, and what has been called ‘past lives’ is NOT past, yet these energies are in the now. There is so much bleed through right now of other lifetimes that then triggers our emotional body reactivity and ‘hidden’ woundings. It creates a ricochet effect that can be confusing and intense.

These eras and legacies and civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria, Avalon, ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Greece, and Rome, etc.) are energizing and ALIVE in the now. The mind (and part of you) might want to make them the ‘past’ so that they don’t have as much impact and influence as they actually seem to on your experience of reality and your emotional reactivity and outward manifestation.

Our definition of what is ‘real’ and ‘reality’ is being hugely altered, shifted, and turning upside down from what 3D has said and taught that it is. Our hearts ‘get’ it as they are not linear and they feel every moment as the now….they get stuck sometimes in a moment or scene and need us to help them move beyond it again, to become fluid again…to free up the flow of love, compassion, gratitude, and goodness. Our hearts are what is needed in this now, with so much crazy making (this is a TRUE mind fu*k! reality) realigning of our realities.

Energies of all these timelines are coming in and offering us a storyline to go down that comes alive with our openness to feel and heal it with the aspects of us that are living it out. Sorting through what is what through the terrain of the heart with the higher mind helping too (yes, I believe there is a higher vibrational frequency of thought and that the mind is not bad, just can vibrate at different levels of consciousness). This can be a tricky process with self love and compassion AND need for some separation from the Metasoul aspect living in the timeline needed to hold the space.

This can feel like a ‘soup’ to navigate yet the process of parts work and metasoul aspects helps in such a huge way. It provides a life line and a heart line too….and a soul line too actually. It provides a reminder of the soul’s choice in this life situations to recapitulate traumas that need healing.

Be open right now to what has previously been labeled as ‘impossible.’ Be open to letting in energies of what you may have felt were not ‘relevant’ or ‘in the past’. Open your heart to all the aspects that need you…..even if (and especially if) they exist in another timeline.

As you are open to this and curious, you become more able to ride the waves, experience the gift of them, and integrate it ALL into your wholeness expression as Divine Love!

Dissolving Of The 3D-4D Trauma Emotional Body Grid

Woundings from traumas do form a kind of grid over Gaia and they have a magnetic pull of their own. We could call this the “3D-4D Emotional Body Trauma” Grid. It has a rather dark, deep, and powerful energy with layers and layers to it. This is on the collective level as viewed from a ‘higher’ vantage point as you start to arise above it through transmuting/healing your emotional body to a higher frequency. I was shown it from this perspective by my Star Family recently when I asked to understand more about what was going on collectively in terms of trauma purging/clearing of especially sexual abuse trauma that also may connect to each of us on an individual, experiencial level.

This Emotional Body Grid is porous, more like a vapor cloud than anything more dense than that. Because it is porous that also means that it is permeable, fluid, and easily shifted and altered. When parts of you are INSIDE of this grid and we could say ‘plugged’ into it, it can feel VERY deep, very dense, and very penetrating. It can feel to parts of you as if there is no escaping it in moments and NO WAY to actually move it. These are the ‘feelings’ of not desiring to be alive anymore, not wanting to be here on Earth, despair and hopelessness, and the experiences of recapitulating controlling/toxic relationships, heaven and then drop down into hell states, chronic physical body suffering and pain, etc .

Parts of you can be VERY fused to this Grid through traumas still being ‘lived out’ and looped from this lifetime….and also from Metasoul/other lifetime aspects that are experiencing acute traumas from persecutions, suicides, murders, etc. There is really no other reality for these parts and Metasoul Aspects….this trauma is ALL they know, so it is a kind of a Ground Hog Day’s ‘fate’ for them as they feel stuck and frozen and attached to this Grid and its reality repeating itself over and over again.

This Emotional Body Wounding Grid (as all grids) is created by consciousness, by each awareness that is put toward it and gives it energy, form, and existence. To exclusively blame negative entities or negative E.T.s or even Artificial Intelligence for keeping this Grid in place keeps parts of you actually quite attached to this Grid. It is part of what keeps it in place to fight it or resist it or battle it or even try to ‘save’ others from it. Overly fixating on implants, parasites, and entity removal creates a sense of disempowerment and actually puts MORE energy into the sustainment of the Grid. Parts of you can then ‘see’ this ‘being influenced’ reality everywhere and every feeling/experience is connected to this reality of ‘being attacked’…and you draw MORE attacks as a self-fulfilling ‘prove’ and prophecy of this fear-based attachment.

Ultimately, you CHOOSE ALL traumatic experiences for soul growth reasons on a Higher Self/Metasoul level and this actually brings much empowerment as you accept this, understand more about the reasons WHY, and own/feel/heal your Metasoul’s role in it.

Freedom and release from these emotionally dense feelings of despair, suicide, victimization, extreme negativity, battling, being attacked……freedom comes as you FEEL how this lives in parts of yourself and in your Metasoul. As you are willing to compassionately feel it and LOVE it and embrace these parts and aspects, so then do you offer them a way out of this grid. You compassionately validate their emotional reality even as you are separating your consciousness from it.

As you receive loving support from Guides/Higher frequency Metasoul aspects and as you BEcome more embodiment of your 5D Self, you separate from this Grid more and more. As you draw more soul family connections that empower and mirror your bigness to you and let go of relationships that re-energize this trauma grid, you grow in capacity to BEcome your 5D Self separate from it. As you complete the need to draw any NEW traumas to yourself…..As you connect to your 3D-4D Protector who may be ‘guarding’ the parts that are attached to it and in suffering, then the Protector becomes a partner WITH you in feeling and freeing these parts from their suffering. There is HUGE opportunity for quantum and deep transmutation right now of trauma as Gaia’s vibrational frequency continues to rise. This is making the trauma cloud/grid more and more dissipated and able to be dissolved with love. This previously dense grid can then become more crystalline. There is mass and personal healing opportunities then as what had been previously hidden is now disclosed and in the open. Chakra and Kundalini activations are happening for those souls meant to lead and serve others that brings these traumas and the parts/Metasouls that are attached to them into your awareness.

Draw support toward you on the inside and outside that provides a way to RISE ABOVE with love from these traumas….so that you can go into these traumatized timelines and offer with MUCH love and light a way to start moving out of them. Energy Update: Timelines Bleeding Through Offering Deep Karmic Healing And Unification Of Your Metasoul

Timelines have been bleeding through so much in the last week. Timelines in which aspects from your Metasoul are reaching into, coming into, your everyday space and your consciousness. Metasoul has been described to me, remembered by me, as our individuated soul source UP in a much higher dimensional frequency. Your Metasoul Aspects are fractals or projections from this Metasoul source into unlimited number of timelines and eras. This is your individual Metasoul and you do not share it with anyone else, unlike the Monad Soul Group picture, which is at a higher frequency. It also differs from the Twin Flame picture, in which you would ‘share’ a Metasoul with someone else who has incarnated into the same timeline as you, although it has been offered to me that your Metasoul can be strongly connected to another person’s Metasoul with many ‘counterpart pairings’ in many timelines. More about connecting with 3D parts and Metasoul aspects here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

All these Metasoul timeline expressions are happening in the Now and none are truly ‘ancient’ or ‘in the past.’ We have been so conditioned to linear time and ‘history’ and ‘time spans’ in 3D consciousness that even religions and spirituality can tend to relate with ‘past lives’ rather than actually feeling that these timeline expressions are happening in the Now.

The Ascension process that is ongoingly raising and expanding our awareness and consciousness (and Gaia’s vibration too) is allowing for more experience of these other timeline realities. The compartments that used to be held in place by the ‘veil of amnesia’ within us are now flooding. We are waking up. We are remembering. We are actually FEELING these other realities as if they were our own and we are living them out. The need before to undergo some kind of hypnosis process or past life regression is not as necessary because access to what had previously been repressed or suppressed is opening up now on its own.

It is becoming possible now to connect consciously with your Metasoul Aspects that exist in these other timelines. You can then feel their pains, their struggles, their tears, and ‘shift’ and change their timelines if they and you desire to do so. This is truly quantum healing that happens in an organic way as you open up to these multidimensional realities. This conscious connection also allows you to separate from the often very intense (and sometimes very dark and dense) timelines that are not yours, yet exist for a Metasoul sister or brother of yours as their reality. Relating with these timelines as happening for your Metasoul Aspects rather than as your ‘past lives’ is more effective and allows for more objective healing and less ‘fusion’ to the realities. You become more compassionate witness to what you discover rather than having to process and digest as much as your own.

A key compontent of this Metasoul healing is the healing, awakening, and connecting with your 3D Inner Protector, who then transmutes into your Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper of the Metasoul is a specific fractal aspect that has been ‘assigned’ by the Divine and by your Metasoul/Higher Self to protect and guard the timelines and awareness of them. The Gatekeeper moving from guard to guide is a significant awakening that leads to fluid access to your Metasoul and mega leaps in your consciousness too. Healing karma is possible now in ways that we haven’t known before, not since the Atlantis falling timeline. Each Metasoul aspect holds and vibrates a karmic theme and serves as a piece of your overall soul puzzle coming together. As you connect with them, they awaken to your reality and all the other Metasoul aspects as well. Your Metasoul becomes this unified, powerful, and amazing ‘team’ leading the next and next exploration into healing timelines. What had previously felt murky and overwhelming in terms of soul themes and karmic reactions now becomes more and more trackable, healable, and obvious to you.

I’ve been connecting with these aspects for a few years, establishing deep and meaningful relationships with many of them. I’ve written about this process of connection in my books if you are interested to learn more. I believe there are over 17 of my Metasoul sisters at this point that have awakened and I recently started a spreadsheet just to track them all (although they live in my heart deeply!) One from Avalon timeline; an Arcturian, Pleaidian, Lemurian, three from ‘Ancient Greece’ timelines, etc. Much of the healing and galactic love ambassadorship work that my Metasoul is engaged with is now happening beyond my conscious awareness of it. I can feel the positive effects of it though when I check in with my Metasoul ‘team’ on a near daily basis. I can let go of what isn’t my responsibility to respond to from this dimension, being a “Gaian” (as the Metasouls call me) and tasked as I am with such a challenging process of Ascension in my timeline.

This also takes ‘shadow work’ to a much deeper level as you connect with energies such as Archons, Dracos, Reptilians, and more within your Metasoul. You connect in a way that is not polarized to fear or push away or ‘casting out’, yet to embrace them, understand them, and offer compassion. This is what the Divine Mother has offered for me and to me and with me over and over. I am finding this unification of what could be called ‘malevolent’ or ‘shadow’ aspects back into the heart of my Metasoul to be deeply touching and nourishing.  These aspects most seem to want forgiveness for what they have done and been involved with. My heart full of Mother’s forgiveness of me (You are ALREADY forgiven, She says over and over), then it is an overflow that I can offer these ostracized and disowned aspects of my Metasoul.

This Metasoul healing process offers SO MUCH self empowerment and access to the gifts that live in both the shadows and in the light. With the thinning out of densities that used to cloak these realities so much more, we are being given an opportunity to heal themes and patterns in a way we have never done before. This feels crucial to happen on a personal level AND on a collective level as we continue to ascend. Our personal healing IS collective healing, especially when it is engaged with on the Metasoul level as ALL the Metasouls ultimately come from the same Divine Source. This is a path to return to wholeness from within, from the grounds of your soul, watered by the LOVE from your heart…..arising into the 5D sacred human that it is now possible to BEcome more and more.

Abundance Unity Begins From Within Your Metasoul: Messages From Sirius During Lion’s Gate

I had such a beautiful, awe inspiring, and just plain glorious experience this morning that I don’t really know HOW to share about it, yet I feel inspired to try as it might serve as a beacon of possibility experience for you and wherever you are in your ascension journey. As I shared yesterday, the energy waves downloading from the Lion/Lioness energies were tumbling me, shifting me…inviting me into merging timelines and more experience of the non-linear reality OF reality (beyond the 3D fixed time picture.) I felt downloads and upgrades happening without a clear sense of tracking much or being able to share about it with any clarity (which sometimes is the best kind of sharing and where the ‘most effective’ teaching comes from as the mind gets out of the way!).
 
As soon as I went within and closed my eyes this morning, I felt an energy shift UP that I recognize from connecting with Metatron, high frequency guides/aspects, Star BEings. I was in a room without walls, felt like a grand ballroom or, really, a queen’s court. Standing at the front of the ‘room’ with a penetrating regal manner was a gorgeous looking and feeling lioness/humanoid with bluish skin. I felt her immediately as my Metasoul sister/guide/other lifetime aspect from Sirius. I have been interested and curious to meet my Metasoul aspect from Sirius especially with the portal opening and alignment with that planet at this time. It was ‘on my list’ and I just waited for the right time, trusting the Divine timing around it.
 
She introduced herself as “Sela” and the name reverberated through me as the familiar reUNION feelings of connecting with another aspect of my Metasoul brought up deep tears of joy mixed with sadness. Sela’s presence was queenly, regal, calm and graceful…everything that I wish to be and even feel to be in some moments as more of these higher vibrational frequencies of queen come into my this life body from integrating aspects of myself. She was very clear and wise, speaking to me immediately and directly. Sometimes, the messages are foggy or unclear, yet hers was very clear to me as was the whole experience that followed.
 
She offered me a very validating message that had deep personal meaning for me and went in on waves of love. Her reflections were then supported with every Metasoul aspect that I have connected with coming into the circle and offering me love. I was just awe struck by how their energies filling the space with so many different textures of consciousness and possibilities for humanity as we bring these into our fields more and more in a conscious way. The nature-based goodness of Lemuria as represented in Rae-Na, my Lemurian aspect. The wisdom and awe inspiring technology of the Arcturians in Binkh. The lessons and energetic powers of Atlantis in Mareeka. The choice points and transformation of the Reptilians in Shana. And many other beloved aspects too…
 
This is not ‘past’ at all or in our ‘history’….these frequencies live in us, in our Metasoul, like petals of our flower, we are all connected to these frequencies within us in a VERY personal way. One of the messages I received today was the importance of this Metasoul picture as it offers us permission and invitation to really GO INTO our soul’s legacy, to heal on much deeper, quantum levels than we have ever been able to before the karmic pains and woundings that live there. This Metasoul focus goes heart in heart with our emotional body/this life healing process and one serves the other and blend and weave beautifully together.
 
I got the very visceral sense of support and interest that BEings from these civilizations and timelines have in what is happening in our now. Sela offered that Sirians also have gone through many phases in which they were battling against themselves and others and understand how challenging this transition from 3D to higher is that we currently making right now. They are here to serve us, help us, and support us. As are all the others too. It seems that the more open we are to the INNER connection to these aspects inside of us and the integration of our galactic self…the more we can access the incredible resource of support that they can provide us. There were many other messages and pieces to this experience that I will share in future writings too. 
 
The sense of the abundance that is unity and the unity that is possible in abundance is moving through my heart in this moment in huge waves. AND, this is moving through from inside of me to me and not dependent on any other person..although it is hugely supported by others and sometimes we SO need a guide to help us navigate this inner terrain (as I did for many years and provide for others). This is the wonderful, empowering aspect of all of this! Access to this heaven is within you. Heaven HAS to start from within you as you cannot experience it without that increasing experience of unity abundance that arises from feeling ALL that needs and wants to come up to receive your love.
 
Today’s experience and ongoing flood of goodness energies into me is my gift for being open to feeling it ALL…the aches, the pains, the sorrows, the shadows, the losses, the completions, the tiredness, the tears, the fears, the knots, the binds, the set backs, the frustrations. Plus, all the goodnesses too! To feel it ALL and bring it into the light of our hearts and into LOVE….and the gift in return IS love that is self generated, pours out from growing self worth, and is Infinite in what it offers you from you BY you!!

The Hum Moving Through: Poem Celebrating Sacred Union

This hum moving through…it’s yours, yes, AND it’s mine now too. You gifted it to me with your kingness coming into my bodily castle and easing into the throne next to and within mine.

It’s the vibration of US, tenderly toned together with life, with love, with fears, with tears. Was that yesterday that I felt such sorrow and you were there then too….just as present in the pleasure as the struggle.

This signature of our voices rising…….coming together in languages from other lifetimes, dialects of heart, spoken by our tongues, yet felt most deeply by our souls, and beyond words too.

The paradises and struggles, both, of other lifetimes move into this now with us. They snuggle into this bed and offer us both loss and gain, bliss and pain.

These other lifetime aspects play us the scenes of those previously forgotten experiences so we can now remember what we have been and ARE together and all that we might yet become.

How deep we go! How much we share and have shared together! How much more we have to experience! The Infinite Possibilities of this Infinite Love speak of ALL these truths in our common moments.

This is NOT just ours, it is not something that can be owned. It desires to be shared, so that others too can awaken to the siren song of sacred union within that draws to them THEIR frequency of heart, soul, body, and mind mate….adding their unique tones together to the Hum of Universal Oneness.

Energy Update: High Vibe Energies Are Supporting Personal And Global Disclosure

The waters are receding. The image I was given in mediation today was of each of us being an island whose waters are receding back to reveal more and more of the land mass beneath it. The waters are the veil of amnesia and forgetfulness and unconsciousness that we chose, as a collective consciousness, to place over ourselves. We became like individual islands, or believed that we were, creating an isolated and separate experience of reality. When actually, as we move into 5D frequencies more and more, we remember that we are ALL connected as one, like a piece of land that has no ending or gaps or drop offs. We remember that there is nothing actually separating us from each other and it was only an illusion to feel that we were.

As the waters recede, you have more access to remember, feel, and connect with our soul legacy or what I call our ‘Metasoul line’. Because time in higher dimensions is not linear, you are invited to feel that rather than past lives, you are a fractal from a higher frequency Metasoul source with many projections off this source living out in different ‘eras of time’, dimensions, and even planets. You can gain great information about yourself by connecting with your ‘Metasoul brothers or sisters’ and working toward mutual healing together. In my experience of this conscious connection process with myself and offering this with others, karmic patterns and even very deep soul legacy play outs can be healed in a quantum way with complete resolution and integration.

As the waters recede, you also have more sense of the deeper woundings that been suppressed in your emotional body. In the past, your emotional body may have been largely subconscious to you with awareness coming only in moments of emotional reactivity, crisis, or turmoil. The fluidity of bridging to your emotional body becomes possible through connecting with aspects or parts of you that have solidified into ‘stuck’ frequencies or energies due to undigested emotions. Some of these parts express as the Inner Protector, Inner Matriarch and Patriarch, Inner Child, and many more. This is the ground that we hold space for in exploration during session space in SoulFullHeart as well.

 

So MUCH of our 3D world has run on deception, manipulation, deceit, lack of transparency, and non-vulnerability. So much of its manifestation has been fed by fear. These lower vibrational frequencies only sustain when we are disconnected from our soul bigness, our higher heart, our sense of Oneness connection, and our connection with Divine Source. They have ‘ruled our world’ because they were meant to for a phase of time, for the phase of ‘Dark Ages’ that we all signed up to experience, as these energies needed to be purged from humanity’s collective unconscious. We have been collectively experiencing a Dark Night Of The Soul, even as many of us are waking up into a Light Day Of The Soul phase as our next Now.

Your ability to hide much of anything from yourself and from others is greatly being challenged by the influxes of love and light waves flowing in from the Divine. The light invites you to illuminate what has been in shadow within you and bring it into your awareness and consciousness. The PURE love invites you to embrace what has been previously judged, suppressed, and resisted within you to heal the fear-based frequencies INside and transmute them into love.

Affairs of ANY kind become impossible with the high vibrational frequencies that are being offered to us now. Withholding becomes unappealing as the truth wants to just burst through your opening heart and your expanding soul. Self deception and deception of others runs out of ground inside you as the cost to the heart and soul is too great. The games that you could previously play with others (especially those in your birth family) are no longer interesting to you.

This seems to be mostly felt on a personal level in this phase, yet it does feel like it will be a more global experience as well and that it is already in process. Disclosure is happening more and more of the 3D matrix control system that has been in place and the lower frequency energies of deceit and deception that have kept it running. Many Star BEings previously polarized to fear-based frequencies (commonly called Archons) are leaving Gaia and choosing either to BE in love or to BE in fear somewhere else. Much shadow will be coming to ‘light’ and some of it will be potentially very distressing to emotionally digest, especially for those souls who are still very attached and ‘fused’ to 3D consciousness. Some people will not ‘survive’ this disclosure phase and choose instead to leave Gaia and their bodies.

The more that a personal disclosure has been occurring in your life through the awakening process, the less it will impact you as the global disclosure occurs. The more transparent you have been in your own life, the less it will affect you as the lack of transparency on a collective level is revealed. The more you have let go of 3D conditioning and lifestyle, the less it will rumble through your world when some of the 3D systems collapse. The more you have energized and chosen a love-based life for yourself, so this higher timeline will unfold for you.

Surrendering into the process of personal disclosure is where your empowerment is, rather than focusing too much on the global play outs. Going within to explore the inner terrain that is being revealed to you offers the most opportunity for growth. Surrendering to the bigger container of Divine love that is holding the process allows you to go within, leading with courage the exploration of this new inner landscape that is being revealed to you. You become like an explorer then, seeking out the next and the next NEW terrain inside. You invite then others to do and BE this WITH you as you connect to the Oneness energies of Infinite Love for which we are all connected and BElong and ARE!

Roads Less Traveled: Metasoul Healing and Conscious Community

On the path of healing to our most authentic essence of BEing, there is often a road less traveled and a support less considered.  As I continue to go in and raise my frequencies, I have needed not just the support of my inner guides, angels, elementals, and star beings but also that of the close personal and intimate community in which I reside.  Mirrors and gifts abound and while there is certainly great movement that can experienced within, we can’t quite get to feel certain aspects of us when we are outside of intimacy, be it sacred friendship or romance.  When this relationship is in close proximity the healing and love flow is exponential.  

I bring up community because currently I am in a big part of my healing process.  One that has me exploring soul aspects that are in their own hell.  “That doesn’t sound like fun!”.  This is where community comes in.  Lots of guidance and support is here.  Perspectives when things may get a little hard and confusing.  This has been an energy that has been with me during my life and I know it isn’t mine.  I need to go into this as offered by Metatron.  To bring my Lovelight into the space as there is no greater healing balm than Love.  I believe in my own experience that the triggers we have in life and the energies that come up are not just part of this life’s wounding.  We have echoes from other Metasoul aspects that are rippling into our consciousness.  I so feel how this may be what is happening in many “mental” health cases.  This is not about going in unprotected.  It is about raising our vibration up, feeling our yummy, juicy Love center and creating an energy around us.  It is like deep ocean diving with a big ol’ heart light.

It is feeling your intuition and claiming a soul aspect and pulling them out of the pain in which they reside.  No need to solve anything other that give this aspect all the Love you can muster.  There can be time for more briefing later.  There may be aspects that resist your Love and you can honor that but keep inviting them into your Heart.  I feel that while positive affirmations are a great way to maintain the higher frequency, just those alone will not be enough for the pain these aspects hold.  They need to feel authentic, compassionate love.  This if often the road less traveled.  

Going back to community, I can be supported in this and receive energy healing and space holding when needed.  I will get reflections when I am felt as bit low in my vibration and can’t quite consciously feel it.  They are heart-centered course corrections that I could not have outside conscious community.  I feel I am writing to specific souls out there that can feel where I am coming from.  The souls that feel this deep pain that can’t seem to move.  It can be a sludge at times without support and guidance from those that have been there.  Through my own personal experience I offer my Heart to those that have that Hell inside them.  That ache to move through it with Love to receive the gifts it was meant to offer.  I don’t claim it is the only way, just the way that is providing me and others with the means to live a more joyful and exquisite experience of the essence we were all meant to embody.  
Our souls have been through much, and I feel we are being honored and revered for all we have taken on.  They offer their Love but also know we need each other as well.  This is what being human is ultimately about.  Raising each other UP in the Bond of Heart and Unity of Soul.

Healing Karma And Integrating Selves From Other Lifetimes

“You are not wrong. Nothing you can do is wrong. Nothing you can be is wrong.” So says my heart to yours. So says my sense of Divine Source to your sense of Divine Source. So says my higher self to the parts of you that feel like you are wrong or have done something wrong.

Karmic wounds and binds, soul entanglements, and the playout of soul themes and patterns over and over can make you feel ‘wrong’ or that you have done ‘wrong’ actions. Yet, still, even in these things or scenes that feel intense and where you have been accused of wrong…you are NOT. You may have done things that are not polarized to love, especially in other lifetimes when the consciousness was much lower and during a dark night of your soul phase. You may have explored grounds of influencing others or being influenced yourself to do things and be things that vibrate at a lower frequency of fear and even hate. You may have caused harm to others or allowed harm to be done to you.

As souls, our higher selves remember that we CHOOSE these explorations to grow, to transform, to understand more about the polarities of life, and to ultimately return to the love essence that we ARE. To heal these karmic wounds and to understand the soul patterns is to LOVE ALL that you have been and done and all fractals of you from your soul group (which I call Metasoul and has also been called Oversoul and Monad), all expressions of you, parallel selves of you spread across many eras and periods. To heal these karmic patterns is to integrate these soul fractals with LOVE, to embrace them into your heart where forgiveness lives and breathes.

In SoulFullHeart, we explore this karmic ground through an aspect differentiation process during sessions with one of us (Raphael Awen,Gabriel Heartman, Leena Colibri and myself) as a space holding facilitator. We teach you to open up portals of exploration into these other lifetimes through meditative creative visualization journeys. This is primarily accessed through the Akashic records yet can also be a simple doorway meditation process too. We can help you to raise your vibrational frequency, activate your seven main and ascension chakras, and connect with guides who can assist with this process of accessing your ‘Metasoul line.’

You step through the portal or doorway into the ‘scenes’ of other lifetimes which we help you access and remember through your own deepening connection with your higher self. Your intuition guides you to where you need to focus. Usually there are impulses and interests to certain time periods or eras. There are draws to watch certain movies from specific time periods or about aliens or space exploration. Dreams can reveal the next places that the soul needs to go through images and memories. Your star being selves (Archturian, Pleidian, and so many more) begin to get your attention through offering channeled messages from others to you or through activation of light language (or star language).

This goes along beautifully with your emotional pain body healing process too. They weave together wonderfully as every parallel self has pain to heal and move and often this pain connects to your current life patterns and play outs. You then form a relationship with this other aspect of yourself, this parallel self, this Metasoul brother or sister from the same soul group, and in that relationship gifts are exchanged, wounds are healed, and energy is released. Then, integration happens and you organically move on to the next and next. It is limitless healing and transformation with limitless possibilities released.

This way of feeling and healing karma is so effective and efficient that you can move hundreds of lifetimes worth of patterns and issues quite rapidly. The intention and holding love is what moves it. The forming of a relationship with it is what moves it. The curiosity about the soul patterns is what moves it. The supportive space holding with an open hearted facilitator is what moves it. This is quantum healing of karma that allows for truly leaving it behind to arise into the new…. freed from the anchor of the karma and unhealed unworthiness, guilt, shame, disconnect.

“You are not wrong. You are perfect as a love expression from Divine Source. All of you have done is perceived and held with love.” And so it is.
