Accessing Your Lemurian/Atlantian Metasoul Aspects In The Now

Lemurian and Atlantis timelines are really coming through in the now to be felt and accessed! This is not ‘past life’ energy at all, yet rather available and energizing NOW. This is not ‘ancient past’ that happened many tens of thousands of years ago. It is in the present. It can be challenging for our minds to grasp this as we’ve been so conditioned toward linear time orientation in 3D culture. Our hearts and souls kNOW that this is true though….that it exists in the now…..the tears that shed and the energies that flow through when we access these timelines are powerful enough to provide ‘proof’’ of that.

Atlantean and Lemurian timelines can feel conceptual if you just read about them from others. Connecting to them yourself and to your Metasoul aspects (fragments from the same soul source) that are LIVING in them now as their reality can bring the experience of them into the visceral and real for you. “I’ve read about this a lot yet NOW it feels real to me.” I hear this often in sessions as we connect with these aspects in deeply emotional and moving/touching ways that are undeniable in the healing and transformation that they offer.

I am seeing in sessions that the bleed through of these and other timelines can create a ‘twinning’ effect on your current reality. It is as if these timelines are sandwiched in with yours. This is beyond just an overlapping. What is happening to and with your Metasoul aspects in these other twinning timelines feels AS IF it is also happening to you. Your and their emotional realities are entwined too with much of their despair and pain flooding through to yours. In this, you really have no idea what is you and what is them. This can be very confusing and distressing at times since you may do so much healing work on your current timeline yet still experience pain and suffering without understanding the source of it.

There isn’t anything evil or negative in this twinning reality. It is a result of soul awakenings in our multidimensional consciousness. It is the thinning of the veils process that is happening during Ascension. What can be challenging is to figure out what is actually about you and your current timeline and what is from another one that you are twinning with.

We explore this in bridging and galactic activation sessions to create a separation from these timelines and connection with these Metasoul aspects. This allows you to be in gift exchange with these higher dimensional (often) aspects rather than in trauma/karma drama fusion together with them. This allows too for the completion of recapitulated karma patterns over and over again in multiple timelines playing out in your Metasoul.

Lemurian aspects offer us downloads of grounded Gaia connection, Unity consciousness IN the human body, and what our New Earth communities might look and feel like. Atlantean aspects offer us the opportunity to heal from shame/guilt about whatever our role was a soul is in the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria; higher vibrational soul gift expressions; and healing of patriarchal/hierarchal power structures. I kNOW this is the energies they offer through the many sessions I have done where souls have accessed these aspects of themselves with the same energies coming through each time. And, in my own process as well.

As you open UP to the multidimensional nature of your soul, you discover the gifts that are waiting. The WHYs and HOWs of your current life expand much beyond the present timeline context. You receive answers, clarities, and lifted memories that offer huge self empowerment as a reflection of your Divine nature!

Activations Of Your Multidimensionality and Metasoul

Activations of our multidimensional nature/REALity have been increasing lately with all these geomagnetics, plasma, SOULar light codes, spikes in Gaia’s frequencies, weather storms, ongoing disclosure, etc. These higher frequencies of light illuminate the multidimensional, non-linear, beyond the five senses REALity of existence that reveals itself as you awaken beyond 3D. What 3D has taught of flatness, polarization, one linear reality bound by the illusion of time…..this 3D conditioning collapses and dissolves as the multidimensional SOUL’s consciousness awakens.

How conscious you are of the overlapping realities, experiencing 4D and 5D frequencies and higher, seeing/feeling the parallel timelines that are bleeding through in ALL moments….relates to how unanchored you’ve become from 3D reality, whose primary expression of anchoring comes in the form of undigested traumas in the emotional body and soul. These traumas bind and bound parts of you to repeat out traumatic scenes from this life and other lifetimes over and over (like a kind of suffering loop Ground Hog’s Day).

It doesn’t matter how much linear time has ‘passed’ since these events as these parts of you are ‘frozen’ in time, ageless in that way, and usually completed ‘fused’ to the trauma. Consciously connecting to these parts of yourself (such as the Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, etc.) and moving them out of these scenes with love allows for an unanchoring from them and a transmutation of these energies from wounded to healthy.

You can experience your multidimensionality MUCH MORE as well if the relationships around you support this, resonate with it, and aren’t energizing judgement, fear, and misunderstanding. If your closest relationships (esp. with your mate), don’t acknowledge your multidimensionality and are fused to 3D filtering, it becomes increasingly challenging for YOU to move into your multidimensional self. Parts of you can ‘bubble off’ to awaken it ‘away’ from others, yet relationships that SUPPORT and MIRROR your multidimensionality provide a wonderful fuel of love for your growth (which often the Inner Protector can be afraid of you moving into your bigness (usually lots of reasons for this)…hence the need in phases for relationships that judge/challenge your awakening.)

You can experience your multidimensionality even more as you connect to your star family and also Metasoul aspects/fractals from the same soul source….fractals that are living out their lives in other timelines. These are not ‘past lives’, yet rather distinct BEings existing in the Now. These Metasoul sisters and brothers live in the NOW of so-called ‘Ancient’ Egypt/Rome/Greece…..they are living in Atlantis BEFORE the fall and Lemuria too. They are galactic….Arcturian, Pleiadian, Vegan, Syran, Reptilian/Orion and from beyond this Galaxy too.

Connecting consciously with your Metasoul aspects allows for karmic healing, ‘rescue’ from traumatic scenes playing out over and over for them, and soul gift exchange as you unify your consciousness with theirs. This is a process of sacred integration of parts of yourself previously anchored to 3D AND unification of Metasoul aspects freed up from karma trauma that goes into the realms of quantum healing and transmutation.

You Are The Discovery Of All Your Many Petals

You are the discovery of all your many petals. Each one offering another layer of your preciousness. Parts of your self and of your soul waiting to be felt, seen, and loved.

Your essence is arising feminine……your essence is penetrating masculine. Coming into balance again as you realize they were not as separate as you thought. Returning to a neutral flow without boundaries or lines or compartments.

You are blooming into your sacred humanity. Your unique expression of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. Your fragrance drawing the soul family relationships that nourish most.

You are remembering that you are made of compassion and peace. Offering this ambassadorship to all the shadows and polarizations within. Your healing heart overflows this self love out to others.

You are becoming Infinite Love in human form…….as you consciously ascend, awaken, and arise!

Timelines Bleeding Through

Timelines merging, veil is SO thin, and what has been called ‘past lives’ is NOT past, yet these energies are in the now. There is so much bleed through right now of other lifetimes that then triggers our emotional body reactivity and ‘hidden’ woundings. It creates a ricochet effect that can be confusing and intense.

These eras and legacies and civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria, Avalon, ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Greece, and Rome, etc.) are energizing and ALIVE in the now. The mind (and part of you) might want to make them the ‘past’ so that they don’t have as much impact and influence as they actually seem to on your experience of reality and your emotional reactivity and outward manifestation.

Our definition of what is ‘real’ and ‘reality’ is being hugely altered, shifted, and turning upside down from what 3D has said and taught that it is. Our hearts ‘get’ it as they are not linear and they feel every moment as the now….they get stuck sometimes in a moment or scene and need us to help them move beyond it again, to become fluid again…to free up the flow of love, compassion, gratitude, and goodness. Our hearts are what is needed in this now, with so much crazy making (this is a TRUE mind fu*k! reality) realigning of our realities.

Energies of all these timelines are coming in and offering us a storyline to go down that comes alive with our openness to feel and heal it with the aspects of us that are living it out. Sorting through what is what through the terrain of the heart with the higher mind helping too (yes, I believe there is a higher vibrational frequency of thought and that the mind is not bad, just can vibrate at different levels of consciousness). This can be a tricky process with self love and compassion AND need for some separation from the Metasoul aspect living in the timeline needed to hold the space.

This can feel like a ‘soup’ to navigate yet the process of parts work and metasoul aspects helps in such a huge way. It provides a life line and a heart line too….and a soul line too actually. It provides a reminder of the soul’s choice in this life situations to recapitulate traumas that need healing.

Be open right now to what has previously been labeled as ‘impossible.’ Be open to letting in energies of what you may have felt were not ‘relevant’ or ‘in the past’. Open your heart to all the aspects that need you…..even if (and especially if) they exist in another timeline.

As you are open to this and curious, you become more able to ride the waves, experience the gift of them, and integrate it ALL into your wholeness expression as Divine Love!

This week’s Museletter features an offering from Kalayna Colibri. This article is one that she wrote with her Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect, Ineerah. It is an invitation to feel the symbiosis we are all a part of as sacred humans arising in this Universe we live in, offering that our Ascension is purposeful for the Whole, not just our own species:

Veils Of Amnesia Lifting W/More Access To Other Timeline/Lifetimes Integration

The veils of remembering and reliving this life traumas and other lifetimes/timelines are REALLY lifting now. As we move into the Solstice frequencies, it feels like they are amplifying even more. The continual influxes and waves of love’s light allow for the dissolving of previously necessary barriers to your conscious connection to ALL fractals and fragments from your Metasoul (Higher Self Soul Source).

That veil of amnesia has been serving its purpose to allow you to FULLY immerse your consciousness into the 3D experiment. It just would not have been possible to do so if you could connect with all the dimensional expressions of your soul. The veil was always meant to lift significantly in one of your incarnations or we could say ‘Metasoul timelines/lifetimes’. It feels like THIS timeline/lifetime is one in which many souls have chosen to have their veils lift as the opportunity to do so presents itself with the vibrational ascension from 3D to 4D to 5D consciousness in ONE lifetime/timeline.

Lifting the veil can be a very intense experience depending on how your soul has chosen to experience it. For some, it comes in when you choose ‘past life’ regression therapy sessions or shamanic journeys or other methods that access these timelines for you. Access to the ‘memory’ of these other timelines can be traumatic though as you aren’t sure how to digest what you are seeing and feeling, You can ‘fuse’ to these timeline experiences (especially the very traumatic ones) as if it IS you. Also, you may access these timelines one time and then just ‘leave’ the portal open to this timeline. The vibration of trauma hasn’t been moved and the timeline is still flooding your BEing emotionally. I see this quite a lot in sessions, especially with those souls who have done a lot of ‘past life regressions’ and shamanic journeys.

While these methods of accessing the Metasoul can be helpful, I feel that what we offer in SoulFullHeart provides a bridge to a relationship WITH the aspects that are living in these timelines in a way that provides quantum healing of them and also emotional closure/healing. It is also ultimately a self-led process with YOU moving yourself into the consciousness states that allow you to connect with these Metasoul sisters or brothers whenever you want to, whenever your heart and soul feels called to. You form a deep and meaningful relationship with them over ‘time’ and this allows for a powerful, gift exchange between you.

Through the SFH process, you can shift the timelines that these Metasoul aspects live on, collapse those that are highly traumatic, and move them out of trauma and into a higher vibrational frequency. This creates a feeling of empowerment rather than overwhelm as you may struggle to digest the intensity of karma trauma held in some of these timelines otherwise. Also, everything you experience in these timelines is related to with LOVE, not fear or resistance or needing ‘protection’ from it.

Receiving support from your SoulFullHeart Facilitator, your 5D self, and your guides, you extend compassionate love and curiosity to embrace and unify ALL of your Metasoul aspects, even those existing in fear-based timelines such as Draco, Archon, lower 4D ‘hell’ realms, etc. As you extend love to these aspects, you ‘rescue’ them from their lower vibrational frequencies and move them into love, awakening one Metasoul aspect at a time to the reality of a unified Metasoul. As your veil lifts, you also become aware of the part of you that has protected and held the veil in place. We call this aspect the ‘Gatekeeper’. This is not the same as the role of a Gatekeeper that some light workers fill. This Gatekeeper is a version of your 3D-based Protector part, yet they are more in fourth dimensional consciousness. They could also be called a ‘veil keeper’.

Usually, the Gatekeeper is VERY tired from holding the veil in place and from being conscious of ALL the traumas experienced by you in your life AND all the Metasoul timelines too. They often feel like a despairing, lonely warden who is trying to maintain a vigilant stance, yet just wants to experience love connection with the Divine again (which it disconnected from in order to ‘do its duty’. I feel that many Gatekeepers (in our def. of them) are being awakened now and are flooding the consciousness of the person that they have been guarding. It can be very confusing when this happens as the Gatekeeper energy can be INtense. From a fear-based perspective, they might be seen/experienced as demons or as negative entities ‘attacking’ you or as very unwanted frequencies of existential despair and acute separation anxiety.

If you can respond with much love and compassion to the Gatekeeper aspect of your Metasoul, then they can transmute from guard to guide. They can open up access to your Metasoul so that you can feel, remember, and heal timelines that are vibrating at a karma trauma frequency and connect with higher vibrational ones as well. I first connected with my Gatekeeper in 2008 and it has been a very rich and meaningful relationship for me that has lead to MANY of the awakenings that I have experienced to higher consciousness states. My Gatekeeper eventually ascended to a higher frequency and now I have fluid access to my Metasoul and other timeline/lifetime aspects. My Metasoul itself is the bridge and no guard is needed any longer.

Lifting of our veils is a GIFT from our Higher Self and from the Divine. It is necessary to continue your Ascension. How you relate with that gift and the lifetimes/timelines that start flooding through from it is UP to you. You can relate to it with love and so it becomes love…..creating a powerful unification of your Soul as it returns into more wholeness frequency again as a reflection of the Divine Source from which it came!

Lifting Veils Invite Feeling Parts/Metasoul Aspects

FEEL. Just feel. Let the textures of your heart come up to BE. Allow what needs your attention to claim your space and hold it with self love. In this feeling/allowing/holding space for yourself, you create NEW possibilities of healing and transformation.

The parts of you that need you…the little girl INside or the little boy INside, the HUGE warrior, the guard on duty, the controller/manager, the punisher/critic, the teenager…..ALL these aspects and their emotional reality are pinging and ponging from within you. It doesn’t really work to ignore this, although you can try and part of you may try VERY hard to suppress all this emotional activity from coming UP and out.

All these parts came and formed when feeling was not OK, when there was no space made inside for them and with them by those meant to care and guide, your caregivers and parents as they didn’t have this either. There was no space for feeling what you were feeling WHILE you were feeling it and so the energy gets stuck.

It is stuck in stories, scenes, and moments that your mind brings you back to often, trying to help your heart heal, yet unable to do it. Your mind brings you ‘back’, yet these moments live in the Now of the emotional body, continuing to play out and influence you. These moments need your heart presence in order to be ‘moved on’ from being 3D anchored.

In sessions lately, I have been hearing more from people who do not remember very much about their childhoods. Or they can’t remember after certain traumatic and painful events happen or before these events, especially those connected to sexual abuse experiences. This is not actually a matter of memory of the mind, but rather, the Inner Protector which has ‘shut down’ access to the memories because they would be too painful for you. The Protector becomes worried and concerned that you couldn’t ‘handle’ to remember and emotionally digest it.

This is the same thing with connecting to other timelines/lifetimes as well. The veil of amnesia is maintained and kept ‘down’ by the part of you that was tasked with doing this. We call this aspect the Gatekeeper and they need to feel that YOU are ready for remembering and connecting to the often very intense karma drama that these Metasoul aspects live in.

In the SoulFullHeart process, we support the authentic You – your 5D Self – to arise that CAN handle and wants to feel, to remember in order to heal, and to BE with the stuck places and parts that need you. You begin to remember it ALL (including other lifetimes with increasing clarity) AS you negotiate with the Inner Protector and Gatekeeper aspect. Negotiation with these parts allows for the pipeline of memory to open and trust grows that You can handle what comes as a result.

Your Protector may still ‘see’ you as a child and as you connect consciously with them, they start to lean into you and rest, feel you as more of an emotionally mature adult. FEEL. Just feel. It’ll be OK. It’ll be Beautiful even when it is necessarily painful.

So much support is coming from these bounding and bountiful energy waves right now to hold a space for the feeling of feelings.

So much support WITH love to go where love wants to go and couldn’t go in the moment, yet can in the NOW…..moving, transforming, and offering so much more possibility of love as you feel and, so, heal.

Energy Update: PURE Love Bliss Waves Activate Your 5D Self

Wave after wave of PURE love coming IN and UP at us right now. It is quite extraordinary the RIDE these waves can take you on. Rides to float/land/glide through the ‘gateways’ of fifth dimensional consciousness and BEyond. Experiencing love so immense that you feel like your human heart will burst to let it in. Moving through the resistances and fears to EMBRACE love with every cell of your BEing and so, to BEcome love walking/talking/moving/breathing.

Love in human form beaming…..that’s what these energies feel like as a reflection of our sacred humanity being activated. They are a mirror held in a space of the most perfect lighting so that we can see our own perfection as we are RIGHT NOW. These waves acknowledge that we are in process and in transition….that we are STILL and ever growing and learning. Yet, they also hold the truth of our already attained perfection AS fractals from a Divine source perfection.

There is really no tracking these waves or even connecting them very much to specific SOULar activities (although our sun is doing its part to activate us into these frequencies.) They are just a Divine GIFT to provide an accelerating reminder and remembering of your essence….getting to experience what you REALLY are versus what you have been conditioned by 3D consciousness to think that you are.

The feelings of NEW are in the air brought in by these energies…in your heart, in your soul…they KNOW what NEW means in your life and are BEing inspired/activated now. Your soul feels when something is serving your higher consciousness to come into your body, every day living. Your soul senses when you are serving love and when you are not. Your heart intuits when a relationship serves the bigger picture purpose of you BEing here and when it does not. Your heart feels when something is coming from love and when it is coming from fear.

You can connect more easily now to your soul essence, what we could also call your 5D Self. You can bridge to this waveform that is YOU in your highest and brightest state that can still be embodied. This is YOU in your sacred human best dressed and presented. This is YOU in your unanchoring from 3D-based woundings and traumas that no longer define and confine you. This is YOU in connection and increasing unification with your Star Family and your Metasoul aspects in other timelines and with all the precious 3D parts of yourself that are scattered around and need you to collect them into your heart again.

So simple in this Now to connect with your 5D Self. Just create a sacred space, close your eyes, and ask to connect and to see and to feel. Your 5D Self may show up like an angel, may present as what you have projected as a ‘teacher’ or a ‘guide’. It may look like you only SHINIER. It may be an animal. Trust that whatever you see is right and good.

Talk with your 5D Self. Ask them to support you and guide you. Ask them to bridge for you to the higher dimensions. Ask them what else you need to do and BE related to healing 3D traumas and Metasoul karmic binds/patterns too.

Invite your 5D Self to increasingly BEcome you more and more. Ask to merge with your 5D Self and how you can do this more.

It is not bypassing to connect with your 5D Self. It is not transcending your humanity and your emotions to make this connection. This version of you can actually hugely help to hold the space for whatever emotions need to come up and be felt. Your 5D Self can go on the shadow journey with you to reveal whatever is in shadow and needs to be reclaimed. You need a version of yourself that is BIGGER than the reactions and the resistances and the fears in order to have them move and transmute into love again.

Parts of you, especially your Protector, need to feel that you are BIG enough in heart space to handle feeling the deeper, suppressed and often very difficult emotions. Your Protector may relate to you like a child or a teenager and doesn’t see you as BIG at all. Your claiming of your 5D Self shows your Protector that they can begin to rest from their vigilant guarding and LET you hold your own healing. THIS I have seen and witnessed many, many times as a dynamic inside between the Protector part of us, who just needs to trust that we won’t be overwhelmed by what they need to show us and help us remember. INjoy these LOVE waves! And, if they don’t bring up joy and bliss, yet rather take you into a necessary feeling and healing place, then EMBRACE that process too. ALL of what you feel and experience in this Now is for the greater service of love. And, you signed up to be ahead of the collective curve and to LEAD others during this time of transition.

This is your bounty time. This is your harvest time. This is your leading yourself time. This is your starting to lead others time. WHATEVER that looks and feels like…..you can trust that this is true as the gift of these Divine energies bring us all into the time/phase of becoming Infinite Love in human form again!

Full Moon In Scorpio Ignites Passions, Serves Purgings

WOOOSH…. felt the full moon energies all day yesterday, with an up and down experience inside of myself which was incredibly UP in passion and passion-purpose desires and then also offered purgings of emotional tensions and fears coming UP with them! This is the whole package deal of Ascension. You’re invited to a huge party with lots of lights, excitement and even pure bliss, yet with the waters of love coming in with every invitation, the oil of fears and despair held by parts and Metasoul Aspects has to come out to make room for more.

It doesn’t feel possible to me to ignite your soul purpose work without being willing to feel what it is inside of you that DOESN’T want to serve love. Even if you choose to not feel into this question now, eventually it catches up to you and often in a reticence that develops over time and somehow collapses or sabotages your service-of-love practice, whatever that is for you.

I feel that the full moon always offers you a chance to feel your passions anew. Especially if you’re meant to serve love in this timeline. The full moon in Scorpio is asking you to keep it real. It’s asking you to be real about your passion and to feel the polarity inside that isn’t interested in passion too or really doesn’t buy that you can “make it”. Scorpio as an energy can support you to feel this extreme and not run away from it. Make the investigation of this a part of your passion-purpose, not a detriment to it! I feel and see so many souls trying to dismiss these parts that just don’t want it. Yet they are the most valuable players in the game of serving love, because they are the parts of you that need to be filled up with love and appreciation again. They are also the parts that offer grounding and realness inside you. And with all of this disclosure happening on the outside right now, yes, you need realness and integrity inside of you too. Nay-saying parts can offer that to you if you can let them into your heart. On a soul level, you could be feeling legitimate anxiety over persecution timelines your soul has lived out and is still living out since time is not linear. There are also timelines of being a false King/Queen, leading without integrity and heart. These are all themes that seem to emerge as you feel more and more into your special personal brand of service of love and what that means for YOU during this often intense time of Ascension.

On the other side of feeling all of this always comes more joy, bliss and love than you have experienced before… AND much MORE energy, motivation and passion for the service of love you’re meant to lead, inhabit and offer!
