Summer Solstice 2018: Deepen Your Healing — INtegrate Your Spirituality With Your Humanity

The consistently high energy LOVE waves coming in have felt like they’re bringing up heaviness… you may be feeling them physically like suddenly gravity is getting more intense and you could be experiencing headaches, body aches, tiredness around it too. On top of this, intense emotions seem to be bubbling up, memories of traumas that you thought you had already moved through and healed, which you probably DID move through and heal on some layer inside of you, are coming up to remind you that your journey isn’t over yet. There really is no finality to your healing journey — especially as these energies ramp up and invite you even deeper into integrating all you’re awakening to WITH your humanity and daily life.

Ascension is an invitation to be in our humanity, to remember its sacred role, to be with the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are bent on feeling that humanity is only a ‘slave race’, that we are the equivalent of ants in the Universe at large, that we are squashable victims that somehow have managed to persevere. This Solstice and its energies remind us all in different ways that we signed up to be here, to live into our humanity and access our spirituality and multi-dimensionality through the sacredness of that.

There are practical things to address in our daily lives and many decisions to make. If you are still living with a non-resonant romance or relationships of any kind, this especially may be highlighted for you now with unshakable feelings coming up that you deserve and are worth so much more. You may be feeling this about the spiritual paradigm you’ve been in too, feeling healthy doubts arise from parts of you that are realizing how abused they’ve been. Anything that doesn’t help you integrate, honour, and LOVE your humanity as well as your spirituality and help you actually WANT to be here on Gaia at this time is being mirrored to you by these incoming energies.

The process of seeing and feeling all of this is challenging, with so much to suddenly realize and feel and so much to navigate in life, that could leave you without much space at the moment for your etheric explorations. If you’re someone who has been very dedicated to your etheric and/or galactic healing space, you may find that right now there’s so much to suddenly be with in the physical, whether they are physical symptoms or some life changes you need to make step-by-step. Everything you’ve accessed by moving outside of your humanity for a time though is still there with you, cheering you on, helping and guiding you, and you may already be feeling and experiencing this.

However, you could also be someone who is just coming into their multi-dimensionality and spiritual experience of life so you may be experiencing the opposite of this too — that these energies are inviting you to connect to your divinity more and more and to be with the more practical or heavy parts of you that are resistant to doing THAT. Ultimately, love wants you to love all parts of yourself, to come into Sacred Union inside of you, which means that the human aspects of you, including what you may call the ‘ego’ wants and needs to come into that love space with you too and actually help you find your way in your body and life as it is right now.

Phew! OK, I wasn’t sure what would come out today as I started to write this, yet my heart feels you, feels these movements, and I am experiencing them in my own life as well. So many of your soul and heart gifts want to manifest in your present life, yet if there are still ways in which you haven’t been able to bring them into your daily, moment-to-moment experience of your life, then there is a process being invited forward to be with any resistance that may come up in parts of you to doing this and to begin feeling it ALL as sacred… as sacred as your beloved journeys into metaspace and just as deeply healing and nourishing.

Trusting The ‘Weight’ Of Your Next Healing Steps

To fall… a tall order for some, a tip over the next edge for others. To trust the weight of it ALL… to be in the surrender of, ‘okay, I guess this is my next place to go’, without any denial of the clues from Love itself and the invitation into the next layer that needs healing. There are many of these next and next and next places, and it doesn’t really have an end to it, just deeper and deeper to go. Trusting in each process is the key and the challenge. Trusting that no matter what it feels like in these moments of letting in feeling, there is a shore we will wash up on, renewed, letting in so much more than we once could – wow, this can be the hardest piece to trust, can’t it?

Falling, willingly, is for the maniac in you. The maniac that is so curious about yourself, your soul, your parts, that living into each layer that needs love and taking in the mirrors that show you these layers is something you look for and look forward to.

There are so many layers of letting go, of letting in more trust, of being in more Love, of flying higher and higher still as you let in all that you are, but sometimes…. sometimes there’s a crash landing. Sometimes there are those phases of saying ‘no’ to that which parts of you have clung to in order to keep life ‘just so’ and somehow known, even though you also ache to experience the unknown! The crash though, is a crash into YOU and into LOVE. Your parts fall into the arising you that gets to hold them and the Metasoul Aspects too reacting to the ‘no’ experiences, the life changes, the rekindled desire for MORE coming from your strengthening, growing and opening heart.

Feeling the full weight of how your parts have experienced each ‘fall’ in life, is what brings you and them to more and more experiences of leaving gravity, as you’ve known it, behind. ❤️

On ‘Father’s Day’: Letting In Sacred Masculine LOVE Frequencies

I feel Him offering me His arms when my heart responds to my mate in Sacred Union. I feel Him offering me His heart when parts of me need healthy ‘dad’ energy. I feel Him energizing healthy sexuality and beholding of me as a woman. I feel Him in my beloved connections with men, including my mate and my beloved soul friend, who aren’t afraid to go INward, seeking and finding parts and soul aspects of them that need healing, with an undying curiosity and love that then gets to overflow to me in connection with them. I have experienced so much healing and softening because of the love I get to share with these conscious and heart-healing men.

Yet, it wasn’t always this way for me.

In 2011, my birth father passed away. Even then I had a sense of reality around my relationship with my father… that many tones and frequencies that I needed as a growing, budding woman were missing in my relationship with him. I experienced a lot of intense grief when he died, and over time I began to realize that some of this grief wasn’t really about losing ‘him’ but about lost opportunities in our relationship. Parts of me were actually quite angry with him for having ‘bailed’ before he ever became the father to me that he could have been. I’ve had process too around how he could never really see me, especially as a woman, and how he hadn’t been able to energize anything healthily towards me about my budding sexuality, offering me no healthy template for what I was looking for in a mate. I don’t hold my father in contempt around any of this anymore, as this was clearly a contract we both signed up for and quite frankly it feels like without these and many other voids and gaps in our relationship this life, maybe I wouldn’t have been as compelled towards the growth trajectories I’ve now been on that have made me who I am today.

Letting in the Sacred Masculine in the form of guides and as I mentioned, sacred friendship, vulnerable teacher/student, and Sacred Union relationship, has been a deep process for me of feeling through these ways in which my own father couldn’t ‘show up’, feeling how this relates for parts of me to the Divine Father and also to mates, and working with ‘inner father’ frequencies of patriarch and also masculine protectors. I’ve had blocks to truly being able to see, feel and experience the sacred masculine in its beautiful willingness to get messy and tangle with whatever it needs to in order to discover itself anew, its ability to feel and embrace the sacred feminine without wounded frequencies of control, belittling, distancing, or abuse of any kind, and its embracement of the mirror that allows it to go back into itself, finding the shadow pieces it needs and wants to work, coming out the other side with even more sense of personal power and potency. The sort of masculine frequencies that make you go ‘RAWR!’ in response to its lovingly penetrative energy and melt into its open-hearted desire for you to be the woman you are meant to be, in all of your curves and softness and self-discovery and healing of your own, in response, in an exquisite partnered dance, through leaning into the organic (and orgasmic) leadership of the authentic and vulnerable King…

It does feel as if we can miss out on letting in these incredible energies, even as they knock on our heart doors, wanting to come into us, to love up our entire being, if we aren’t willing to look at our relationship with our birth fathers. It’s a brave journey and one that can be quite hard too, yet with the right support from those who have been there, it is held in the sacredest of spaces and at a rate and pace that you and your parts are ready for. The yumminess of what I am able to let in more and more now, only lights me up more as I continue to feel it and feel the unfolding mystery of its unfolding in my life. There is no single definition that describes it and in its ever arising love and creativity, I feel so much warmth and comfort for my healing woman’s heart and my ever-deepening femininity. I feel how this could be true for all women who embrace the process of feeling the mark of their birth fathers and also other masculine influences in their lives, but I also feel this for men, who so feel to be aching for something missing inside of themselves that they long to experience, that is so different than how their own fathers were or are.

The sacred masculine wants to offer you space to explore yourself within it, providing a dock for your self-made container for all of the YOU-ventures that await you. And if it’s truly ‘time’ for you to do so, you won’t be able to ignore the clarion call of the fire and love it wants to gift you with to help you illuminate and be with your personal process of opening your ever-healing heart. ❤

The Precious Pearl Within

In the process of healing our hearts to prepare for the More and the Love, the More Love that is waiting outside the gates of our wounding, there lies a precious pearl in our midst. It lies in the heart of our inner child, both wounded and magical. In every session we have, the journey takes us to an event, a scene, that holds a powerful energy in a freeze-framed moment. The healing isn’t so much in reliving the experience(s), but to feel this child, this part of you, as a pearl within. It is you and yet not you at the same time. He is aching for the attention, the love, that he didn’t quite receive in his formative years. She is wanting to feel held and seen by a new energy. A version of a mother and/or father she didn’t get to experience this life.

By being felt and held in any of the trauma from a place of your higher heart, where the tears can flow and be transmuted into healing, you can begin to reveal the magic that is at the center of this crystal being. You begin to feel Love of this cherub that is loaded to the gills with passion and wonder. Creativity and sensitivity. They are the gateway to our imagination and our star seed wounding that holds so much pain of abandonment and rejection. Our separation from All That Is In Unity.

It is this 3D healing that leads to so much more in the maturation and evolution of our Christ Consciousness. They hold the keys our multidimensional chariot, our personal Merkaba. They are our vulnerability and our strength. They are part of the bridge to this New Earth we all keep talking about. So it is cave dive and rescue mission into our hard to feel places that removes this boy and girl from their looping scene and brings them into a frequency of more prolonged goodness as they sit in the comfort of your loving heart. They, in turn, offer you the gift of ‘seeing’ the world that it truly is and can be.

I feel guided to talk about this in my next live stream, hopefully, tomorrow morning, in regards to men and our inner boy, but I do invite women to come and participate as it easily applies to you as well. There are some differences that a very specific to men and I hope that other men are open to sharing their experiences to add to the discussion. This has been a very big one for me in my process and I have felt it in the process of so many others. Below is a picture of my inner/magical child Christopher for whom life is a discovery, a wonder, and a ton of fun. Entering The Now

The easiest and most natural way to ‘enter the Now’ is simply to feel the part of you who isn’t in the Now.

If you can turn your awareness with a curious open heart towards this part of you, then you are creating relational space inside of you; a ‘to’ and ‘from’ space where love can flow, just like in valentines. Without the to and from, there isn’t an ‘other’ there who can feel what is wanting and needing to be felt.

This is your Higher Self inhabiting your life, your Higher Self embodiment.

Until this other shows up in your life, a you who can feel you, all there is present is this part of you trying to get all jacked up about spirituality, or healing or Ascension, often only spinning its wheels, doing the best it can.

Showing up to feel this part of you, to get really curious about its why’s, how’s, what’s, etc. is to enter the Now without needing to become all centered first.

You can enter the Now through this backdoor portal of all the chaos, pain and craziness in your life, an opportune portal awaiting your awareness.

Today, June 13th, we are celebrating Raphael Awen’s birthday with appreciations, stories, and singing as a community. Join us for the fun and the tears too as you take in the recording of this broadcast if you weren’t able to join us live!

Raphael and Jelelle Awen feel inspired to offer NEAR daily livestreams on the SoulFullHeart Experience Youtube Channel and Facebook to connect with you in an organic way with whatever is arising to respond to from their hearts and yours. The broadcasts may be only a few minutes (probably not likely once they get started talking lol) or much longer depending on what your questions/comments are and what comes UP. They will be talking about current ascension energies, emotional and spiritual healing, our powerful and unique SoulFullHeart parts work/Metasoul aspect connection process/way of life/community, light body transition, sacred union/scared union relationships, and much more.

Imagine New Earth Lovernance

Take a minute to imagine with me. Let the “yeah, but”s take a brief vacation.

There are no governments other than the one that resides within the individual. The violence that arises is but a vestigial echo of “old times”. It is held in a self-compassionate love bath that accepts mature responsibility and non-punishing natural consequence.

Authenticity is the capital of this New Governance. Transparency and Exchange is the currency of the New Economy. Diplomacy is no longer needed for politics is replaced by our vulnerability. We are ambassadors unto ourselves in service of the highest cause of embodying all the love we can possibly stand.

Work is dead. It is now Love in Action. It is the generator and manifestor of Abundance. All that was once held as ‘unlikely’ or ‘impossible’ are open for your play and exploration. The limitations that were placed upon Dreams have been removed by a lot of hard and powerful work. It did not come easy. You were not saved by anything else than your own choosing.

The things that made us unique, still do. We don’t speak one language, but we feel one language. That of the heart and the soul. That shows up in a multitude of ways that enriches the experience of Kaleidoscopic Unity. Peace is not achieved by the largest show of force but the courage to feel each other in the ways that we kept our doors closed to each other, and more importantly to ourselves.

The grand experiment of Humanity is witnessed in its healing and not in its saving. The beauty of this vision is felt in what was its opposite. We gather in remembrance of what Was in humble gratitude and continue to show up and grow into our next evolution of Being Human.

Let your imagination take you not where you want to be, but where you ARE in the multidimensional NOW.

Holding & Healing ‘Victim’ Parts/Metasoul Aspects Of You

Waves of feeling like a victim can come in intense and thick, like tidal waves really… it can feel as if you’ll never surface, never be able to expand your being, your consciousness, beyond this place. It so helps to see and feel the bigger picture in this moments, but first, the parts that feel as if they are victims need to be felt. Without going here, what has felt like innate and formidable powerlessness cannot transmute for good into a place of deep power within… there are parts of you who HAVE been genuine victims, who are stuck vibrating in these timelines. Taking away any compassion towards these parts is not the answer that works. Instead, become a container for them, bring them back inward, feel their reality with them, and show them, from your heart and soul, that life can be different and become an example of this for them to lean into.

Approaching parts or Metasoul Aspects of you who have felt like victims is like approaching someone with strong PTSD. You need to be soft and strong both, and become a sacred container for their energy, a place where they can lay their heads, cry, scream, remember, move through it WITH you in the room with them — something they haven’t had before now.

It may not always feel like this to parts of you or your Metasoul Aspects vibrating in timelines of victimhood, persecution, or abuse, but there is always an invitation to heal and move beyond this place… for life wants to experience you in your power and collaborate with you, not just have to bring you more mirrors before you can truly heal this one.

Life, love, and ultimately Ascension itself, all want to love and help you love these parts of you UP so you can expand and support others who are working through the same. We all go together when it comes to the collective healing of these patterns and ways of being and feeling. We all enter the gates of Golden/New Earth together, as this gift of higher, more healed consciousness is for us ALL, not only a select few… and the work involved in meeting each other there is all so worth it if we can truly feel all there is to feel and transmute the pattern of victimhood within especially, from the inside out. ❤

5D Timelines Arise Through The Watering Of Self-Love

New timelines are like plants. They arise when your inner soil has been tilled by exploring and feeling all the ways in which the old ground has been depleted of the nourishment it has so been lacking. It is taking your 5D love spade and sinking it into the earth to reveal the depths of this drought.

Next, it is about letting in the water of Love that surrounds you through heart and soul resonant others, guides, metasouls, angels, the Divine, and your 5D self. Let it reach the hidden parts of you that have forgotten what love really truly feels like.

This plants the seeds for new growth. New choices. New consciousness. New manifestations that reflect the love that arises on the inside, from you to you, from you to others without compromise of all that you hold dear and deeply deserved.

Tend to your heart as you would anything you find most valuable.  You are the most important person your world. Without feeling that, the love you offer is really just a thinner version of the real thing.

Healing 3D/4D Loops In Order To Fly

There is an ongoing supply of pieces to heal within each of us, no matter where we lie on the spectrum of growth. But what is ascension but growth, maturation, and transmutation?

Our soulstory (feeling no longer to use history) is but strata of compressed and fragmented experience that we left in the wake of our densification. As we begin to ascend more consciously, we find ourselves descending, at times, to unearth what we need to come to terms with so that we can untether from this weight that keeps us in what feels like a perpetual spin cycle. The patterns of experience that a part of us can feel a victim to or guilty of.

When you finally get to a place of owning that you truly create your own reality, you take the handcuffs off that which keeps you in an energetic holding pattern. A looping airplane, neither landing or flying, and running out of fuel fast!

What do you feel you are tired of repeating and persisting in your life? Look not at the external circumstance, but what lies inside that is permitting such things to occur. This is not some punishing shame energy (though it can be if there is a part that holds it that way) but a deep and honest look at what the heaven wants to shift inside so you can truly experience what you, your higher self, your guides, and the universe want you to experience!

For each of us, there is a soul theme, or issue, that we are here to work on and through with love. Not looking to solve it, but to understand it and heal it. The circumstances we create are meant to irk us into frustration and desperation so that we will stake the claim of choosing and creating something new with a different energy than we ever have before. We may need to get softer, or more assertive. More compassionate, or less appeasing. The scope and sequencing of our healing is varied like a snowflake.

The energies that lay before you are meant to invite you into this deep exploration of compassionate self-discovery and powerful action. What lies underneath that which has been the most difficult for you to get to the other side of? THAT journey is the one that is your soul calling. The one that leads you to the path of your greatest gift and highest timeline. There is no other time than now to begin.
