Energy Update: Heightened Solar/Lunar Energies Offer Balance

SOULar wind speeds have been high lately, close to 600 km/sec the last two days. With winds THIS high, anything you are experiencing seems to be amplified. The highs and the blisses. The ‘lows’ and the messes. The fluctuations of emotions created by the waves and movements in between the two. If you are taking in denser, harder, more difficult energy it may feel like it is more challenging to move it out and return to your ‘normal’ flow. OR you may be feeling that you just are much more sensitive to the energies and frequencies around you.

These higher winds bring in SOULar frequencies of sacred masculine activations and continual UPgrades on all levels. That seemingly growing coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ (as I like to call it) is releasing SOULar energies and the winds bring them into Gaia and us….also creating some active, in this moment, geomagnetic storms. The geomagnetics seem to work on/impact our INNER poles too, creating a shift toward ultimately MORE balance on all levels and all bodies – physical, emotional, hormonal, social, mental.

Gaia’s frequency responds to these geomagnetics with spikes and pulses upward too in the last few days especially. If you are used to ‘grounding’ into Gaia’s frequency, this continues to be a fluctuating experience as her frequency moves up and down in new ways.

The FULL moon offers another aspect of amplification….this time by the Divine Feminine frequencies of lunar love. We know full moons are coming every single month, yet where we are in our personal journeys/processes can be impacted by these frequencies in varying ways each time. The feminine is about coming into more BEing, more stillness, more FEELING…being real about what you are feeling and not denying the pain/suffering/unhappiness that is there in the heart and soul. The feminine holds the space for traumas from this life and other timelines (your Metasoul/Higher Self Source) to be responded to with compassion and self love. The feminine doesn’t deny emotion, yet rather INVITES it in with vulnerability and compassionate accountability.

In the journey toward balance INside of masculine and feminine is the feeling and experiencing what is currently OFF balance. These kinds of heightened energies invite the feeling INside of your inner masculine (usually the part that we call your Protector) and how he relates with ALL parts of you, esp. your feminine. Deep polarization can exist between these parts of you and much tension too. These SOULar/Lunar energies can illuminate that tension…..as can this polarization be reflected in relationships too with others. If you are experiencing heightened difficulties and conflicts in relationships with others, this is offering you a need to explore/discover how these frequencies exist from within you.

Relationships INside and outside are wanting to come into balance, into resonance, into transactability. The previous cycles and patterns of conflicting, disconnecting, not being in alignment, avoiding and denying, codependence……these are wanting to shift and heal. As you feel how these patterns in relationships with others are a reflection of relationships INside of you from one part of you to another, so your draw and experience changes in outer relationships.

With high SOULar winds and a full moon, it is a time to be self loving…..even as it is an opportunity for inner unity in ways/means that we have never known before as individuals and as a collective. Be sensitive to the energies you are taking in, around, and contributing to as the impact will be amplified right now. Start to connect with your inner family as first priority above all others as now offers a beautiful frequency of masculine/feminine union to truly explore the gifts of inner sacred union.

The Fears/Resistances/Traumas Have Been Necessary Here

To make life here work has taken WORK. It has needed parts of you to become the anchoring frequencies; to become the guarding and protecting energies; to become the very means and ways to SURVIVE such a drop into density that 3D is compared to the light air porosity that your soul breathes.

All this efforting by all these parts of you is not a pathology. It is not a disorder. It hasn’t been done as a mistake or any kind of failure. The conforming, the shrinking, the fitting in….these were all NECESSITIES to survive here. The monitoring, the distrusting, the resisting…..these were all the textures of a polarized dualistic reality.

These have been the energies needed for THIS to push against THAT over and over until balance can be found again.

The fear has been a very natural consequence of this pushing against. It has been necessary too as without it, ALL would be love which it already was and IS in its Divine state. Parts of you have fear and hold fear and return to fear because they have HAD to go there in order to survive.

Through the awakening process… love comes more into your BEing, wakeness comes into your soul consciousness, openness comes into your heart. The remaining frictions and tensions become more obvious. The fear becomes backlit by all that love. The parts that have been working so hard allow you to actual feel how tired they are. The tears fall from the remembering and reliving of traumas that have long been suppressed and managed.

The MORE you awaken, the MORE the pain comes UP to be felt and released, and ,eventually, healed. The 3D way was about suffering over suffering in loops that never seem to end. The awakening way is to BE with the pain, create space to relate to the pain and the part of you that feels it, and to LOVE that pain into a higher frequency.

Life becomes LESS work and more play…..even the temporary pain is related to with more curiosity AND play. Your soul can feel the purpose behind it ALL and honors the necessity of it and the growth that it offers. Parts of you ongoingly need that bridge from your soul to experience the trauma/fears/pain in NEW ways.

They need your soul/higher self to start putting pieces together, see the bigger picture, and connect to Divine source timing around it ALL. Parts of you need to relate to the CHOICE that it all was on the Higher Self level.

Life becomes, more and more, about love. For love and with love. Starting from INside of you and all the parts of you that remain in fear frequencies out of habit…..parts that are just waiting for the words, connections, and bridges from you to step out of their dark places and into the light of LOVE again AS their essence.

LOVE to you and all parts of you on this sacred awakening journey, whatever phase/place you are currently IN….

To You, Waking Up Soul

You, waking up soul…..you can SEE your wings. They are still there, even if not visible to your everyday eyes. Unfurling now, when for so long they had been pressed down and resting.

You remember your Bigness, your purpose, your reason for BEing here. You connect to the energy of ALL the angels singing in all the dimensions, hear their chorus calling you to join in. You find these angels in THIS life, human form, soul family reuniting. You share the song to remind others of what IS and love’s tune.

You, healing precious heart….you FEEL how tender you actually are. Your Inner Child is peeking out, wanting to come out of shy, come out of hiding, come out of being protected. To dance again in JOY, to feel the magic of every moment that is just waiting to be experienced and shared.

You have the capacity to FEEL your vulnerability, your innocence, your goodness COME back to you again as you transform and transmute the emotional energies that are NOT these frequencies with LOVE.

You, arising sacred human…you ARE a wonder of Infinite Love Possibilities in human form. Your body is becoming MORE light, infused with health and vitality. Radiating OUT with physical juice that flows from your care, your reverence, your LOVE for your fleshy self and every living cell.

Your sacred human IS the best of your soul, the best of your heart, the best of your body COMING together, being revealed as the layers of the OLD drop away and you ARE newly born!

Energy Update: Sunspot Spitting Out Flares To Amplify Ascension (6/22)

There is a sun spot that is growing in size and increasing into SOULar flare activity too the last couple of days. I’m sharing about it as you may be sensitive to flares and the sudden energies they bring into Gaia and our atmospheres. “During the past 24 hours, sunspot AR2715 has almost quadrupled in size, growing two dark cores larger than Earth. The active region is now crackling with low-level solar flares ,” from spaceweather.com.

Feels Divinely timed for this sunspot with the SOUlstice gateway bridging into Lion’s Gate on 8/8…esp. since it is a ‘solar minimum’ phase ‘usually’ for sunspots/flares. There is no ‘usual’, however, during this amplifying, accelerating, and fast tracking Ascension phase where waves of SOULar energy have been coming and so many of us sense many more are on their way.

The extra influxes of SOULar energies ARE needed as a boost for those of us already on this path…and as a wake up for the many souls that have signed up to awaken this life. Such a universal way to deliver these upgrades/activations/codes through the source of LIFE for us on Gaia.

Take care of YOU during SOULar flares. Connect with your physical body, your emotional body, your chakras with love and compassion. See and watch where your energy is going and to what….OUTrage can really diminish your energy flow back to yourself and is a often a sign of rage INside between one part of you to another.

The Stillness And Gift Of The Solstice

The Solstice can be felt as a tipping point. A spiritual fulcrum. This is the day when one cycle ends and another begins. There is a moment when ‘sun sits still’…the meaning of the word ‘solstice’. Depending on your inner geography you may be looking to activate and claim. Make new choices that reverberate in the outer physical domain. Or you may be guided to go within, to connect, and to just feel.

Either way, you are moving into something greater when you chose to ride the wave of your heart, whether in pain or passion. Staying in suffering loops are no longer a part of the path. You get to decide what it is that you need and deeply deserve. THIS is the time to go all IN or all OUT. What is it that you are being summoned to feel in this sacred tipping point? What is giving you joy and what is no longer serving you? Invite the energies of this Solstice to support you in your deepest need and desire.

Healing into Abundance, Joy, and Service of Love is what you came here to partake in. Let that be your guidepost.

Summer Solstice 2018: Deepen Your Healing — INtegrate Your Spirituality With Your Humanity

The consistently high energy LOVE waves coming in have felt like they’re bringing up heaviness… you may be feeling them physically like suddenly gravity is getting more intense and you could be experiencing headaches, body aches, tiredness around it too. On top of this, intense emotions seem to be bubbling up, memories of traumas that you thought you had already moved through and healed, which you probably DID move through and heal on some layer inside of you, are coming up to remind you that your journey isn’t over yet. There really is no finality to your healing journey — especially as these energies ramp up and invite you even deeper into integrating all you’re awakening to WITH your humanity and daily life.

Ascension is an invitation to be in our humanity, to remember its sacred role, to be with the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are bent on feeling that humanity is only a ‘slave race’, that we are the equivalent of ants in the Universe at large, that we are squashable victims that somehow have managed to persevere. This Solstice and its energies remind us all in different ways that we signed up to be here, to live into our humanity and access our spirituality and multi-dimensionality through the sacredness of that.

There are practical things to address in our daily lives and many decisions to make. If you are still living with a non-resonant romance or relationships of any kind, this especially may be highlighted for you now with unshakable feelings coming up that you deserve and are worth so much more. You may be feeling this about the spiritual paradigm you’ve been in too, feeling healthy doubts arise from parts of you that are realizing how abused they’ve been. Anything that doesn’t help you integrate, honour, and LOVE your humanity as well as your spirituality and help you actually WANT to be here on Gaia at this time is being mirrored to you by these incoming energies.

The process of seeing and feeling all of this is challenging, with so much to suddenly realize and feel and so much to navigate in life, that could leave you without much space at the moment for your etheric explorations. If you’re someone who has been very dedicated to your etheric and/or galactic healing space, you may find that right now there’s so much to suddenly be with in the physical, whether they are physical symptoms or some life changes you need to make step-by-step. Everything you’ve accessed by moving outside of your humanity for a time though is still there with you, cheering you on, helping and guiding you, and you may already be feeling and experiencing this.

However, you could also be someone who is just coming into their multi-dimensionality and spiritual experience of life so you may be experiencing the opposite of this too — that these energies are inviting you to connect to your divinity more and more and to be with the more practical or heavy parts of you that are resistant to doing THAT. Ultimately, love wants you to love all parts of yourself, to come into Sacred Union inside of you, which means that the human aspects of you, including what you may call the ‘ego’ wants and needs to come into that love space with you too and actually help you find your way in your body and life as it is right now.

Phew! OK, I wasn’t sure what would come out today as I started to write this, yet my heart feels you, feels these movements, and I am experiencing them in my own life as well. So many of your soul and heart gifts want to manifest in your present life, yet if there are still ways in which you haven’t been able to bring them into your daily, moment-to-moment experience of your life, then there is a process being invited forward to be with any resistance that may come up in parts of you to doing this and to begin feeling it ALL as sacred… as sacred as your beloved journeys into metaspace and just as deeply healing and nourishing.

Veils Of Amnesia Lifting W/More Access To Other Timeline/Lifetimes Integration

The veils of remembering and reliving this life traumas and other lifetimes/timelines are REALLY lifting now. As we move into the Solstice frequencies, it feels like they are amplifying even more. The continual influxes and waves of love’s light allow for the dissolving of previously necessary barriers to your conscious connection to ALL fractals and fragments from your Metasoul (Higher Self Soul Source).

That veil of amnesia has been serving its purpose to allow you to FULLY immerse your consciousness into the 3D experiment. It just would not have been possible to do so if you could connect with all the dimensional expressions of your soul. The veil was always meant to lift significantly in one of your incarnations or we could say ‘Metasoul timelines/lifetimes’. It feels like THIS timeline/lifetime is one in which many souls have chosen to have their veils lift as the opportunity to do so presents itself with the vibrational ascension from 3D to 4D to 5D consciousness in ONE lifetime/timeline.

Lifting the veil can be a very intense experience depending on how your soul has chosen to experience it. For some, it comes in when you choose ‘past life’ regression therapy sessions or shamanic journeys or other methods that access these timelines for you. Access to the ‘memory’ of these other timelines can be traumatic though as you aren’t sure how to digest what you are seeing and feeling, You can ‘fuse’ to these timeline experiences (especially the very traumatic ones) as if it IS you. Also, you may access these timelines one time and then just ‘leave’ the portal open to this timeline. The vibration of trauma hasn’t been moved and the timeline is still flooding your BEing emotionally. I see this quite a lot in sessions, especially with those souls who have done a lot of ‘past life regressions’ and shamanic journeys.

While these methods of accessing the Metasoul can be helpful, I feel that what we offer in SoulFullHeart provides a bridge to a relationship WITH the aspects that are living in these timelines in a way that provides quantum healing of them and also emotional closure/healing. It is also ultimately a self-led process with YOU moving yourself into the consciousness states that allow you to connect with these Metasoul sisters or brothers whenever you want to, whenever your heart and soul feels called to. You form a deep and meaningful relationship with them over ‘time’ and this allows for a powerful, gift exchange between you.

Through the SFH process, you can shift the timelines that these Metasoul aspects live on, collapse those that are highly traumatic, and move them out of trauma and into a higher vibrational frequency. This creates a feeling of empowerment rather than overwhelm as you may struggle to digest the intensity of karma trauma held in some of these timelines otherwise. Also, everything you experience in these timelines is related to with LOVE, not fear or resistance or needing ‘protection’ from it.

Receiving support from your SoulFullHeart Facilitator, your 5D self, and your guides, you extend compassionate love and curiosity to embrace and unify ALL of your Metasoul aspects, even those existing in fear-based timelines such as Draco, Archon, lower 4D ‘hell’ realms, etc. As you extend love to these aspects, you ‘rescue’ them from their lower vibrational frequencies and move them into love, awakening one Metasoul aspect at a time to the reality of a unified Metasoul. As your veil lifts, you also become aware of the part of you that has protected and held the veil in place. We call this aspect the ‘Gatekeeper’. This is not the same as the role of a Gatekeeper that some light workers fill. This Gatekeeper is a version of your 3D-based Protector part, yet they are more in fourth dimensional consciousness. They could also be called a ‘veil keeper’.

Usually, the Gatekeeper is VERY tired from holding the veil in place and from being conscious of ALL the traumas experienced by you in your life AND all the Metasoul timelines too. They often feel like a despairing, lonely warden who is trying to maintain a vigilant stance, yet just wants to experience love connection with the Divine again (which it disconnected from in order to ‘do its duty’. I feel that many Gatekeepers (in our def. of them) are being awakened now and are flooding the consciousness of the person that they have been guarding. It can be very confusing when this happens as the Gatekeeper energy can be INtense. From a fear-based perspective, they might be seen/experienced as demons or as negative entities ‘attacking’ you or as very unwanted frequencies of existential despair and acute separation anxiety.

If you can respond with much love and compassion to the Gatekeeper aspect of your Metasoul, then they can transmute from guard to guide. They can open up access to your Metasoul so that you can feel, remember, and heal timelines that are vibrating at a karma trauma frequency and connect with higher vibrational ones as well. I first connected with my Gatekeeper in 2008 and it has been a very rich and meaningful relationship for me that has lead to MANY of the awakenings that I have experienced to higher consciousness states. My Gatekeeper eventually ascended to a higher frequency and now I have fluid access to my Metasoul and other timeline/lifetime aspects. My Metasoul itself is the bridge and no guard is needed any longer.

Lifting of our veils is a GIFT from our Higher Self and from the Divine. It is necessary to continue your Ascension. How you relate with that gift and the lifetimes/timelines that start flooding through from it is UP to you. You can relate to it with love and so it becomes love…..creating a powerful unification of your Soul as it returns into more wholeness frequency again as a reflection of the Divine Source from which it came!

The Precious Pearl Within

In the process of healing our hearts to prepare for the More and the Love, the More Love that is waiting outside the gates of our wounding, there lies a precious pearl in our midst. It lies in the heart of our inner child, both wounded and magical. In every session we have, the journey takes us to an event, a scene, that holds a powerful energy in a freeze-framed moment. The healing isn’t so much in reliving the experience(s), but to feel this child, this part of you, as a pearl within. It is you and yet not you at the same time. He is aching for the attention, the love, that he didn’t quite receive in his formative years. She is wanting to feel held and seen by a new energy. A version of a mother and/or father she didn’t get to experience this life.

By being felt and held in any of the trauma from a place of your higher heart, where the tears can flow and be transmuted into healing, you can begin to reveal the magic that is at the center of this crystal being. You begin to feel Love of this cherub that is loaded to the gills with passion and wonder. Creativity and sensitivity. They are the gateway to our imagination and our star seed wounding that holds so much pain of abandonment and rejection. Our separation from All That Is In Unity.

It is this 3D healing that leads to so much more in the maturation and evolution of our Christ Consciousness. They hold the keys our multidimensional chariot, our personal Merkaba. They are our vulnerability and our strength. They are part of the bridge to this New Earth we all keep talking about. So it is cave dive and rescue mission into our hard to feel places that removes this boy and girl from their looping scene and brings them into a frequency of more prolonged goodness as they sit in the comfort of your loving heart. They, in turn, offer you the gift of ‘seeing’ the world that it truly is and can be.

I feel guided to talk about this in my next live stream, hopefully, tomorrow morning, in regards to men and our inner boy, but I do invite women to come and participate as it easily applies to you as well. There are some differences that a very specific to men and I hope that other men are open to sharing their experiences to add to the discussion. This has been a very big one for me in my process and I have felt it in the process of so many others. Holding & Healing ‘Victim’ Parts/Metasoul Aspects Of You

Waves of feeling like a victim can come in intense and thick, like tidal waves really… it can feel as if you’ll never surface, never be able to expand your being, your consciousness, beyond this place. It so helps to see and feel the bigger picture in this moments, but first, the parts that feel as if they are victims need to be felt. Without going here, what has felt like innate and formidable powerlessness cannot transmute for good into a place of deep power within… there are parts of you who HAVE been genuine victims, who are stuck vibrating in these timelines. Taking away any compassion towards these parts is not the answer that works. Instead, become a container for them, bring them back inward, feel their reality with them, and show them, from your heart and soul, that life can be different and become an example of this for them to lean into.

Approaching parts or Metasoul Aspects of you who have felt like victims is like approaching someone with strong PTSD. You need to be soft and strong both, and become a sacred container for their energy, a place where they can lay their heads, cry, scream, remember, move through it WITH you in the room with them — something they haven’t had before now.

It may not always feel like this to parts of you or your Metasoul Aspects vibrating in timelines of victimhood, persecution, or abuse, but there is always an invitation to heal and move beyond this place… for life wants to experience you in your power and collaborate with you, not just have to bring you more mirrors before you can truly heal this one.

Life, love, and ultimately Ascension itself, all want to love and help you love these parts of you UP so you can expand and support others who are working through the same. We all go together when it comes to the collective healing of these patterns and ways of being and feeling. We all enter the gates of Golden/New Earth together, as this gift of higher, more healed consciousness is for us ALL, not only a select few… and the work involved in meeting each other there is all so worth it if we can truly feel all there is to feel and transmute the pattern of victimhood within especially, from the inside out. ❤

Healing 3D/4D Loops In Order To Fly

There is an ongoing supply of pieces to heal within each of us, no matter where we lie on the spectrum of growth. But what is ascension but growth, maturation, and transmutation?

Our soulstory (feeling no longer to use history) is but strata of compressed and fragmented experience that we left in the wake of our densification. As we begin to ascend more consciously, we find ourselves descending, at times, to unearth what we need to come to terms with so that we can untether from this weight that keeps us in what feels like a perpetual spin cycle. The patterns of experience that a part of us can feel a victim to or guilty of.

When you finally get to a place of owning that you truly create your own reality, you take the handcuffs off that which keeps you in an energetic holding pattern. A looping airplane, neither landing or flying, and running out of fuel fast!

What do you feel you are tired of repeating and persisting in your life? Look not at the external circumstance, but what lies inside that is permitting such things to occur. This is not some punishing shame energy (though it can be if there is a part that holds it that way) but a deep and honest look at what the heaven wants to shift inside so you can truly experience what you, your higher self, your guides, and the universe want you to experience!

For each of us, there is a soul theme, or issue, that we are here to work on and through with love. Not looking to solve it, but to understand it and heal it. The circumstances we create are meant to irk us into frustration and desperation so that we will stake the claim of choosing and creating something new with a different energy than we ever have before. We may need to get softer, or more assertive. More compassionate, or less appeasing. The scope and sequencing of our healing is varied like a snowflake.

The energies that lay before you are meant to invite you into this deep exploration of compassionate self-discovery and powerful action. What lies underneath that which has been the most difficult for you to get to the other side of? THAT journey is the one that is your soul calling. The one that leads you to the path of your greatest gift and highest timeline. There is no other time than now to begin.
