In today’s video, Day 28 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman joins me to talk about healing the wounded masculine to embody the sacred masculine; connection with the Divine Father; and healing wounded masculine templating.

He shares about his process with healing his Inner Teenager to bring this part into healthier frequencies of masculine and to integrate (and not suppress) the inner feminine. What Gabriel shares here can also apply to a woman’s process in terms of healing her wounded masculine aspects.

Energy Update: Inner Supermoon Illuminates And Dissolves Your Defensive Layers

As we approach the Lunar Eclipse and second Supermoon for this month, you can feel the energies ‘ramping’ up. You could call this ‘portals opening’ and certainly it can look this way with your third eye. AND, I have been taking pictures of the sun during these gateways and portal openings offering energy download and code activations in which it actually looks like a portal. The physical ‘proof’ of this portal as reflecting in our sun serves to bridge to the 3D parts of us that still want and need that kind of link to what is happening in the cosmos with physical manifestation.

Your trust may be growing lately in what exists and can be felt much beyond the mind, beyond the five senses, beyond what you have been conditioned in 3D schools to believe as ‘real’. This trust grows as you connect more with your Higher Self (or Metasoul – individuated soul source) and these higher dimensional frequencies come into your consciousness. You experience this through altered states during meditation especially as you go within to discover the WORLDS there are to explore, find, and take in that exist much beyond the five sense limiting filtering system.

You can trust more too as you feel the parts of you that have been anchored to 3D reality and WHY they have been. Your Inner Protector had to form a shield and armor in order for you to survive here. Similar to putting on an atmospheric suit if you were to go explore on the moon’s surface, you needed a protective shield of density to be here in 3D. This protective shield creates layers of dense coverings over your energy field, over your heart chakra, over your emotional body, over your physical body. It is to protect you and exists for self loving reasons. These layers of protective coverings can make it more difficult to feel a transactional heart flow of love within yourself, in relationships with others, and with the Divine.

Yet, as you awaken, cracks of light start penetrating this protective suit. Trickles and sometimes storms of love water flood the suit and start to erode it away. The guardedness drops as you let in more and more love and light ascension energies such as what are being offered in this now. As you are in relationships which support and amplify this love exchange and make it safe to drop the defenses, the Protector can let go of the protective shield and trust love more. Your 5D Self (or your Higher Self coming into your body) is able to be in multiple dimensions at the same time, vibrating in joy, being porous to all feelings that are going on, bridge for all parts of you to the present moment without the need for the anchoring ‘suit’ of protection.

The moon energies support the illumination of this protective suit and getting to know it as a separate energy…..to become intimate with it in order to invite it into love. The Divine Feminine offers compassion and forgiveness to ALL parts, including the Protector and even the Inner Punisher too (that such harsh critic sometimes). The Divine Mother provides a re-templating of the wounded frequencies that we received. Acceptance and OKness with all of our feelings, shadow aspects, karmic patterns, and holding space for them to be felt and moved with and by love.

These energies have a feeling of rumble to them as well. Rumblings of desires and higher consciousness moving through the grounds of your life. These rumblings can bring deaths and letting go, which eventually lead to rebirths. Even your Protector can want these death and rebirths as it so desperately needs and wants to rest from guarding you and parts of you. The Divine Feminine shakes your life up with love so that you can see and feel all the pieces as they scatter about and choose if you still want them to ‘land’ in the same places and the familiar configurations.

There is an allowance and necessity for letting in, for integration, for going within to digest. There is a need for goodness, softness, compassion and self care. If you have difficulty accessing and providing yourself these frequencies, you probably have a masculine part of you (again, like the Protector) that is coming in to do, to judge, to conform, to maintain. Negotiation with these parts of you can allow for the feminine to come into your BEing more…….softening, enlightening, and soothing.

Your inner Supermoon wants to shine light onto all the fields of your life and illuminate what needs your attention, focus, and choice points. Your inner Supermoon reflects the BIGness of your BEing that can hold so much more than you might realize or even imagine, plus illuminates the edges and boundaries that currently limit your soul expression. Your inner Supermoon gives you a sense of what can be revealed when you are willing to look, open to feel, and surrendered to love.

Loving Your Ego Into Healing, Letting Go, And Surrender

I just read something online that offered, “Ego death is an ongoing battle. A constant war from within that you must be vigilant about.” I feel sadness when I read words such as these and feel the energy where they come from. I feel them coming from a place of, indeed, inner battling. That means there is yet another part inside that will not get the love that they are SO wanting and needing. Instead, they will be labeled by another part (usually what we call the Inner Punisher) as ‘ego’ and they will be battled, punished, judged.

All this battling inside just leads to MORE battling…how could it lead to anything else? To feel something as ‘coming from ego’ is not about the identification of that as much as it is what your relationship is to what you discover. Are you being loving toward the energy that you define as your ego? Are you feeling compassionate toward it? Are you feeling curious about the WHYs of your egos existence? Are you feeling open to FEEL what the deepest pains and hurts of what you are calling your ego have been?

Why would you treat this ‘ego’ inside with any less love than you would energies that you identify as spiritual or higher consciousness or coming from your soul? Wouldn’t this ‘ego’ actually need MORE love in order to heal? In order to let go of fear? In order to BEcome something more Divine in its expression?

To truly awaken into the embodiment of your sacred humanity is to no longer go to battle with any energies inside of yourself from this life and from your Metasoul/other lifetimes as well. This takes process, time, and healing of many layers that WANT to go to battle and just are used to it from inside of you. The inner battlefields and frontlines are the ones that cause the most damage to your worthiness growth, to the expression of your BIGness, to your capacity and ability to serve love and your passion purpose expression.

Appreciating what your ‘ego’ has had to do to survive, to help you survive, is what allows these energies to let go. This is what allows the growing trust in the Divine that allows for surrender, to detach from self image. Any places where you are responding with ‘going to war’ are places inside of you that don’t get to receive your love…and these are usually the parts of you that need it the MOST.

Your Gatekeeper: Guardian Of Your Metasoul/Other Timeline Aspects – Day 24: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 24 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about the 4D (and higher) energy and Metasoul aspect called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper is the upstream expression of the 3D Protector. As your 3D protector is connected with and begins to rest more from this life experiences and traumas, your Gatekeeper can begin to reveal themselves. The Gatekeeper is the aspect of our Metasoul that keeps the veil of amnesia in place, guarding the ‘doors’ and portals of access to all of your Metasoul sisters and/or brothers (fractals off of the same individuated soul sources that express out in many timelines).

The Gatekeeper is often overwhelmed by this ‘duty’ and feels disconnected from Divine Source, other Gatekeepers, Angels, and higher dimensional frequencies. Bleed throughs from different Metasoul timelines (particularly those with a lot of karma) come through and ‘fuse’ into the Gatekeeper’s energy. They often first present to you as one of these timelines.

I talk about my process with my Gatekeepers over the years and how they have shifted to strongly masculine warrior frequencies to eventually feminine bridging energies. The Gatekeeper shifts from guard to guide; they become a more and more pure channel of Divine love, access to Higher Dimensional Frequencies, Akashic Records (which are ‘contained’ in your Metasoul line), and more.

Integrating 5D Consciousness States Into Everyday Living: Day 23: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 23 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I respond to some questions that I’ve been asked lately in beginning sessions with people. I talk about integrating higher consciousness states in 5D with everyday ‘walking around’ life. I describe examples from my daily live in which I have experienced these ‘altered states’, which become more and more normal states. States such as kundalini surges, non-dual drip lines, and general ‘loose brain’ mode.

I offer that it has been intimacy with Raphael; intimacy with my Metasoul sisters with access to these frequencies; intimacy within community that offers these altered states as well. Your Protector can keep you from experiencing these states in a flowing way because there may not be ‘room’ in your life, i.e. related to your jobs, your family, your relationships, etc.

I make a connection to what you are choosing in your life in every single moment in every day directly connects to the consciousness state that you experience. What you are saying ‘yes’ to and what you are saying, ‘no’ to.

Current Energies Invite The Collective Into An Emerging 4D Reality

It feels like there is much discomfort emerging now, in different ways. There is a sense of these energies leading up to the Super-Blue-Blood Moon, that they are rumbly, shaking the well-known ground within and around us, moving us to new places of desire, new places of growth, re-awakening us in short yet intense tremors to what we came here to do, be, offer. The configuration of our lives as we have known them is being shifted now, shaken up WITH these energies in collaboration with our souls and hearts. For many, it could be a time of crisis, where realizations of true soul purpose and reason for being here are uncovered and initial steps, which can be quite painful in some ways, are inhabited in order to fulfill this purpose and calling. This phase feels so like the chrysalis, as Jelelle Awen has been offering. The phase just before the emergence of a brand new butterfly. So much congestion in the bodies, spiritual, physical, emotional, even astral, are all intensifying as they clear now, and all are asking us to continue looking and working inward, wrapping ourselves and our parts in love, being in the process of letting in and trusting love again.

It’s a continuous map of birth canals, this Collective experience of 4D reality landing in all of us more and more. We need these birthing pains so that we can feel the Love holding it all. We are finding our way through the inner mazes, opening up to shifts, feeling the press of that which still needs to be felt, healed, shifted inside. We are being invited into patience with this process, as the Divine has infinite patience for it too. Layer by layer, contraction after contraction, we have so much still to feel and let in. So many reflections of ourselves, our parts, who we/parts of us have chosen to be throughout different phases of our lives, and we are awakening evermore to the feeling that there’s so much more we CAN and WILL be.

The brevity and gravity that has been 3D reality… the pain, the anguish, the abuses suffered… these bear down on parts of us until they start to feel, led by a growing YOU, that they are worth so much more. This is a much more challenging process than repeating affirmations, though I do not wish or feel to knock that if this is needed, as there is, of course, huge power in positive thoughts. Yet we all need to continue watching for any overriding of the pain within. The pain will move and heal with love and attention, as it is meant to. There is a lot of trust needed for this process to truly take hold, and that in and of itself is a process that cannot be bypassed, for there are so many reasons that parts of us have, especially our Inner Protectors, to not trust anything or anyone, let alone Love itself…

As our congestions clear in all bodies, we begin to breathe new air. We begin to let in more love, more self-worth, more sense of compassion towards ourselves, our parts, and towards others too. We move through what has been painful to feel, being with the congestion for a while, until it clears with love and care. With purpose and desire. With discernment in this 4D phase where the 3D reality continues to fall away and embracement of new paths, new ways of thinking and being are knocking at our heart doors. The collective awakening is here, rippling through in dynamic waves, and there is much to navigate, yet the Ark built in your heart is the one that will see you through it all. ❤

The disclosure process is revealing the ‘hidden’ powers that have run the government and other societal systems more and more lately. Disclosure also has to do with Star Being/ET interactions that are more malevolent based and friendly alliances as well.

Emotional digestion of disclosure is feeling how parts of us react to all this information and triggers that come up with the transitions happening. We also talk about balance around taking in this information.

Teleportation Through Third Eye, Imagination, Emotional Body Healing

Where do you want to go? Your consciousness can take you there, wherever, whenever. Connecting with higher dimensional aspects of your Metasoul/Higher Self can take you there. Feeling the parts of you that are anchored to 3D reality and helping them let go can take you there. Activating your Ascension Chakras to open UP to galactic and cosmic energies can take you there. Letting go of your 3D conditioned mind’s tight, tight grip on reality, overlaying grid that makes it challenging for wonder to flow through can take you there. Healing your emotional body and the undigested traumas can take you there. Kundalini and Non-dual frequencies coming into your BEing can take you there as parts of you allow for these to come in more.

This is teleportation. Teleporting to other dimensions, other galaxies, other realities, beginning in the super conscious mind, in the ‘imagination’, in the third eye. Someday we will take our bodies too as Star BEing technology is offered to us that allows us to do this. For now, we have the gifts of our soul that kNOW how to do this and BE this teleportation.

It helps to be in the Now moment, close your eyes, use Solfeggios or other music, dedicate the time without outside distractions…..go within. The practice of this going within opens up the inner landscapes. It turns on your personal teleportation ‘device’ from within. It fires up your Merkabah – light body vehicle anchored to 5D and higher – that can take you ANYWHERE you wish to go.

During teleportation visits and shamanic journeys during meditation, I travel many places and to many dimensions. Once I was teleported to a room made of stars…not really a room as there were no walls. A place made of stars where higher selves were hanging out. I had conversations with some of them, souls that I needed to connect with and understand where they were coming from beyond what their conscious personality would tell me. I have been doing this since I was a very small child and, back then, I called it ‘make believe’ or ‘play pretend’.

My ‘make believe’ world has always been very rich….it continued into my adulthood and only stopped when it transferred from ‘fantasy’ to multidimensional travel. I feel that I was born with my third eye quite activated and Divine love awakened/realized, although it took me until my early 30s to really own and see this. Some people would say and have said (those fused to 3D reality) that I still make it all up or it is all fantasy what I am offering about the ascension process and my personal experiences. I am ok with feeling that I ‘make it all up’ as what a wonderful thing THAT IS! I certainly hope that we all make up our reality as that is where our POWER Is.

In the star room (and other super conscious landscapes) I feel like I can breathe. This is my home frequency. The rest of the time I am bridging 3D with this more natural reality that my soul has experienced more than the 3D one.

Where do you want to go? Back to the womb? To other lifetimes and timelines? To the akashic records? To what we call ‘Golden Earth’/5D frequencies? To Inner Earth? To other planets? It is a relief from 3D reality, the density, the earthboundness, the five senses, to go away on adventures in the etherics, to have conversations beyond what the conscious personality or 3D self can track and understand. You can remain grounded to the earth and go on these adventures. Gaia likes to hold space for them it seems.

Dare to be ‘deluded’. Dare to ‘make it all up’. Dare to be in what feels like fantasy for awhile. The rewards are ongoing integration of these realities into your walking around one. The gifts are a return to the frequency where you feel like home, where you feel love, where you feel the Infinite Possibilities that exist in every moment to BEcome sacred human!

This is a photo taken of a rainbow ring around the sun that came out during a group energy healing session on Sunday. It seemed to offer a support to our growing commUNITY and the GOOD work of healing the heart, soul, energy field that we were engaged with that day and ongoingly.

Activating Your Ascension Chakras: Day 21: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 21 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about the codes/information/visions/messages/upgrades that are available through ascension energies of love and photonic light. An important aspect of opening up to these codes is to activate your ascension chakras. I offer a model here which I read about from spiritual teacher Diana Cooper and why it is important to connect with them.

I then lead you in a guided meditation to connect with Divine Feminine energies in Sophia and Divine Masculine energies through Archangel Metatron. You then connect with all of your ascension chakras, one at a time, starting with the Stellar Gateway or ‘personal sun chakra’ and moving all the way down to the earth chakra, two feel below your physical feet. You then run energy up and down in a channel flow which helps you connect to the cosmic energies while remaining grounded to Gaia.

Lone Wolf Phase, Drawing Soul Family – Day 20: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 20 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about healing abandonment wounding, conscious community, moving out of the lone wolf phase, and drawing your soul and star family. Conscious community is the reality that I have lived in for many years now and it is precious to me to offer and invite others to feel what this means for them as well. I talk about the SoulFullHeart group session experience that is a two day process group with energy healing here monthly in Puerto Vallarta, which I co-led with Raphael after filming this video.

I talk about how as we are being invited to move into soul family connections and conscious community and what comes up with this is often our ‘mixed bag’ birth family experience. Most of us were the ‘black sheep’ of our families and just felt like we didn’t fit in or were resonant with family values around spirituality, religion, etc. Parts of us can just feel like we ‘don’t belong’ in our families and with friends as well. This is the place to go to and feel in order to open up to soul family and very resonant ground with other people. We need to feel what wasn’t resonant to us and parts of us and validate it. You can draw your soul tribe as you draw your tribe from within, your heart draws your parts out as your 5D self broadcasts openness and compassion to feel those painful scenes from childhood and teenagehood of not belonging.

The other aspect that impacts our capacity to draw and let in soul family connections is abandonment wounding. One level comes from parts feeling like “I don’t belong in this family”, this if often from our 3D Inner Child and Inner Teenager. And the other level comes from being disconnected from our star family, which needed to happen in order to fully come into 3D life here. Although we chose it on a soul level, parts of us feel this disconnection deeply, especially what we call our Star Seed Child. This is the magical child that comes from the stars, yet it feels really lost and really abandoned until being connected to.
