The Sacred ‘Mess’ Of Your Healing Path

There’s a light up ahead, held by someone who has done much work. Someone who beams a beacon of hope and love and possibility. Their energy invites you in and also invites you to follow them. They don’t energize being ‘better’ or ‘holier’ than you, they only seem to energize that they are somehow ‘ahead’ and want to vulnerably lead you into more possibilities, healing and growth for yourself.

Maybe you choose to follow because the warmth of the heart cord between you is incredible and familiar and not like anything you’ve ever felt before in this life. You want to be near this person, relate closely with them, and yet you can’t quite relate to them yet. They feel ‘close’ to you in a sweet sense, yet they almost feel like something that isn’t from this world. How could that be? They certainly seem human enough. You conclude that somehow they ARE human, just living in a different sort of dimension than you’re used to. Wow. THAT’S interesting because the dimension you’ve been living in feels old, stale, essentially loveless to you more and more these days as you continue to awaken to the universe within and outside of you.

As you continue to follow this person up ahead, you feel the infusions of light and love that they offer. You feel too, the realness they hold about their personal reality – how they or parts of them feel or are reacting in given moments. You can feel them holding this reality as sacred, though sometimes the energy feels intense to parts of you that you haven’t fully felt yet. What they offer to themselves and to you seems like ‘love’, but it’s a different love than you’ve experienced, as most of the time those around you refuse to be ‘real’ or current with what they’re feeling or experiencing. Or, on the other hand, they dump energy and emotion on you and in the space they hold with you, feeling like a victim and playing a victim’s role, effectively and skillfully drawing up a case that backs up their claim to perpetual victimhood. You’ve never had this contrast be illuminated for you before and it stirs something inside of you. Parts of you may start to feel victimized to this new frequency of love that is so illuminating, as it shows you too the ways in which you have been and held this same energy of co-dependently being in relationship with others and not deeply maturing emotionally, though you may ‘seem’ mature to most others in your life. You are experiencing how this love is holding up a mirror for you, and wow, there’s actually quite a bit of shadow there to feel!

This being you chose to follow encourages you to keep feeling it all. WHAT?! I have to FEEL it all?! You begin to feel a part of you is getting overwhelmed by the volume of what there is to feel, and you feel a bit surprised by what is still there that you thought you had healed by now. You feel the weight and the mess of it all… the entanglements within your relationships, past and present, the knots living inside of your heart and soul, the shadow pieces and parts of you popping up now to be witnessed, felt, held, healed. It’s a lot. Sometimes it feels like ‘too much’… and your new leader invites you to just ‘hold on tight!’ while the winds whip by and through you, inviting you to step into them despite the swirling chaos inside of you.

This is what it means to be on a path where you find that ‘mess’ within. That ‘mess’ that you learn to love as you trust that it’s leading you somewhere NEW. Amidst the mess, you get to decide whether or not you want to continue walking into it. You get to decide in every single moment, what you want next. And you get to decide whether or not you really trust this process and are ready for it.

In SoulFullHeart, we don’t hold a grandiose or lofty picture of who we are as spiritual and emotional teachers, leaders and facilitators. The work we’ve done and continue to do is challengings and sometimes downright hard to be in, though the payoff is incredible, as the growth and consciousness expansion is exponential. If anything we are here to guide you if you can lean into what we offer and embody.

Choosing to be around us in any way or form offers some sort of challenge to your being, just because of this way of life we embody. Choosing to be with us here in community, well, that pushes up even more… yet your readiness is something you get to gauge in every moment, even as ‘mess’ comes up from within and seems to be playing out outside of you too.

Following any sort of spiritual and/or emotional healing path should push up quite a bit inside of you. Even if you are not drawn to SoulFullHeart, whatever path you may choose will very likely give you a lot to feel and heal. There is no way, in my experience, to avoid or fully transcend what we signed up to heal in this life. Embracing our messes, no matter where we are in our path or what teacher(s) or leader(s) we may choose to follow or learn from, gives us this gift of finding our way to deeper and deeper decisions about the playout of our lives and how and who we most want to be.

The Cracks Of Authenticity Let In Real Love

There is a moment in our lives when it all just hits the fan. The way we used to interface with the world no longer has any juice left.  The cracks in the facade start to weather, and you just can’t roll with things the way you used to.  You can’t be false. Then the only thing you can really do is shut down, go crazy, or start being honest with yourself.  This is where life gets real and that can be difficult to this part of you that has protected you and tried to find love the only way it knew how.  But it is tired and it is looking for You to come into the picture and help put it all in “order”.

When it is time to let go and get real, it can be a very uneasy process.  There are so many tricky places and conditioned responses that can send us in a wild goose chase for our golden egg of authenticity.   There are painful obstacles and trip-wire sabotage.  Yet there are also glorious movements that bring the walls down and bring in the light of real love from the core of what we truly are.  These times of deep emotional upheavals are like love magma that is looking to surface and coat the pain of what was unfelt.  With a deep spirituality, you can be held during these times by something greater than the pain.

It is going into our emotional wounding that actually gives the spiritual body its depth and meaning.  It is not at all separate, but intrinsically connected to our emotional body. We can live very content emotional and spiritual lives on the surface, but when we consciously choose to enter into something that goes to the core of our BEing we find that we have only just begun to become aware of what we really are and can be.  But as with any real growth comes the price of deep feeling and the transaction of real love.

I can feel the next layers of what eventually needs healing in my emotional body that only comes when divine timing and situation has coalesced to bring that to my awareness.  It can generally take you by surprise and create reactions that are just so perfect for where we need to go to grow.  I have times feeling a part that doesn’t want to “go there” only to assure it that what lies on the other side is more goodness and more love.

This process of emotional and spiritual maturation can be very challenging and difficult to navigate on ones own.  It is being held and guided by others, in community, that serve this very rewarding pathway.  You may find yourself in times of deep personal process that needs a bigger You to show up to, but know that is all part of what is being given to you as a gift for further deepening of emotional and spiritual consciousness.  Knowing there is Love on the other side is what keeps you going and growing.

Moving From Timelines To Heartlines

When we find ourselves moving from head to heart, from thinking to feeling, timelines become heartlines.  There is no perfect timing other than right NOW.  When we have the capacity and the willingness to hold whatever comes our way emotionally and spiritually, what needs and wants to be felt comes right through our door, even when parts of us question the timing as being too fast or even too slow.  

It is so easy for our mind to place circumstances into some prescribed or contrived box of what makes “sense”.  This sensibility can bring some safety and comfortability to a part of us, but it does not offer us the grist of uncertainty and unknown.  Our protective part is programmed to avoid collateral damage and will look for any solution to this predicament.  This can only serve to cut off the growth ground that we came here to experience and cherish for all it was meant to deliver us.  

Our heartline exists in the HERE and NOW.  A new situation arises that is almost antithetical to what our mind had assumed or expected.  Our ‘mind’ of course really being a part of us that is more mental and protective.  From our heartline we are invited to feel the possibilities, the fear, the anxiety, the joy, and any other emotion that comes up in response to what is actually occurring in real time. This can be rooted in this and or any other “hearttime”, as opposed to “lifetime”.  What triggers us is all part of a larger NOW tapestry that spans the timeless and spaceless.  It is all a part of the larger Cosmic Heart that is out wanting to feel itself in all possibilities.  

These present tense heartlines send out echoes into the vastness, and timelines become dotted lines that are more projected possibility than set in stone reality.  This concrete feeling comes from our more mental and conditioned parts and aspects of our Selves that still haven’t made it into the fluidity of BEing and trust.  I feel myself still healing my way there one day at a time.  One experience and choice at a time.  Whether it is from my leading, authentic edge, or my trailing, more wounded edge.  

The biggest piece is to trust that there is enough You to navigate this even in the hard times.  This is possible when you are able to separate yourself from the more conditioned and protective parts of you.  In SoulFullHeart we do this through journaling with our parts and having them land in those who have been through the same process with their own parts.  This helps to create the separation needed to hold these reactions in the most difficult of times.  You can then feel and navigate new heartlines as they arise in real, NOW time.  It takes the “time” it takes and are only given the crucibles of new experiences when you have enough You to be with them, even if it does seem like you can.

So here is the end of time as we have known it, and a birth of a new NOW.  One that keeps us in an ever expansive awareness of change and a trust in what it is wanting to birth and invite us into.  It is both exciting and challenging, until it just becomes our new `normal`.  If you feel the transitions of new timelines and are looking for more NOWness with others that are experiencing and exploring the same, I invite you to feel into sessions and feel where our heartlines come together.

Energy Update: Ascension Energies, Emotional Body Purgings, Need For Holding Space For Yourself (Video)

I’m sharing a video below talking about how the high energies we’ve been receiving are pushing up reactions in the emotional body….as they are meant to….and how to BE with that. This process invites you to have compassion toward the fear and resistance that is coming up, not pushing it away or bypassing it or ignoring it. The higher self aspect of you that is coming into the body and into your heart WANTS to hold space and respond to this fear WITH love. Wants you to hold space for the fear rather than go into distraction or diversion.

These ascension energies are offering a purging of the emotional body too…if you’ve focused mostly on your spiritual awakening and development, then you will be FEELING this coming up as, again, it is meant to. Your soul holds the space for the emotions that maybe you haven’t focused on as much. High LOVE frequencies are wanting to move you into choice points such as leaving relationships that you aren’t happy in and your soul frequencies aren’t matching in. This is an example of the kind of choice points that are being brought to you, along with geographic shifts, moving from occupations to vocations, etc.

If your emotional body hasn’t been felt in a deeper way, such as through what I feel is the most effective way…..parts work, then THAT is what is coming up around the choice points. On one level it is just a choice about leaving a relationship or job, etc. but on another level what hasn’t been felt in the emotional body is fixated around the choice point. Push-pull, mixed emotions come up then….if you can’t navigate with parts of you then you aren’t going to be clear. You CAN be clear. You CAN identify and differentiate. You can then go to the root of the feelings rather than being just in reaction about the situation.

ANY reactivity of fear is parts of us, not our essence, not our authentic self. This can really help with the feelings sense of “I’m going backwards” in my awakenings because I am feeling so much right now and reacting to so much right now. Rather, actually, the soul awakenings are making MORE safe space for the feelings to come up. You are getting bigger as a soul in the body so the Inner Protector and persona-based parts are allowing more parts’ feelings to come up and out.

There is always a ‘good reason’ for the resistance. As you become your own love detective, so you find this out for yourself what those reasons are and the WHY of them, which clears the emotional wounding and reactivity. Your capacity to show up for your process here is key and to reach out for help for bridging of this parts reality with YOUR reality.

“No Reason To Fear Transitions”: Reflections From Lemuria

Today, I am digesting a touching experience of reunion with Rae-Na, a Metasoul aspect/sister of mine from Lemuria or Mu. Mother Land. This is how it feels to be there with her, as if I am coming home to Divine Mother as represented in a physical place and instantly embraced in Her natural womb. It feels like the most amazing tropical vacation paradise that we have tried to recreate here in our timeline. It is not about the fancy condos and expensive homes near the beach but rather about the energy of paradise that we are longing to experience again, which may be connected to our Lemurian lifetimes and wanting to go ‘back’.
 
Rae-Na IS here in the now….not a past life yet, rather, living in the Lemurian timeline that is not ‘ancient past’ but also in the now. This is hard for the mind to track but when the heart leads the exploration it just FEELS like the now. As I connect with Rae-Na, she has access to ALL of the memories and experiences of our Metasoul line that we share together. She can connect then with all of the Metasoul aspects that I have previously accessed and she can see how her timeline MAY unfold. She is not shocked or reactive to ‘seeing’ Lemuria collapse. She is a ‘wise woman’ to her people and often shares her intuitive visions with them (similar to what I am doing in my now!). She tells me that she is ‘there’ to help her people transition along with Lemuria.
 
“There is no reason to be afraid of transitions,” she tells me. We communicate in both English (which she understandably doesn’t like) and in Lemurian Language (it sounds very native to me, Hawaiian too, lyrical and beautiful). “It is only when we cling to the body, to the current reality, that we feel fear about transitioning out of it. When we are not our fear anymore, then we can see the freedom that we have in all moments….whether in the body or out of it.”
 
Rae-Na’s energy is very soothing and calming. I feel great wisdom in her that I now get to bring into my daily life. She introduces me to her mate, who feels immediately like an aspect of Raphael‘s Metasoul. This is what happens with counterpart soul mates, we keep ‘finding each other’ in other timelines and discovering new frequencies of pairings and matches in this connection, plus, also karmic binds that call for us to heal them. I also meet her two beautiful children who feel like very old souls. Her daughter asks me about the tears streaming down my face as she is confused because they feel ‘happy sad.’ I tell her, “Yes, I am both happy and sad to be reunited with you!” Metasoul reunion always seems to feel like this for me the first time as I rejoice at what has been forgotten and am also sad that I didn’t get to ‘have’ it sooner.
 
Rae-Na tells me that she is very interested in our SoulFullHeart work with others and would like to open her heart more, which is touching to me. As has been my experience many times with Metasoul aspects, it is this ‘gift exchange’ aspect that offers so much nourishment to both sides. Sometimes, there is much pain and suffering in a Metasoul aspect of yourself and you are needing to be with that for awhile (with boundaries) until it moves over time.
 
Our human heart connected to this present age with our openness to ‘feel and heal’ is a gift to other timelines where this has not been so much the focus. Many of my Metasoul aspects (from Atlantis, Avalon, the pleiades, etc.) have commented on how much they admire us for being in such a DENSE environment and being able STILL to transact love and be so committed to healing our hearts and souls. This awe about us is a common frequency I have felt many times with Archangels, spirit guides, and Ascended teachers as well. Unfelt unworthiness can block their awe from going into us and we then ‘elevate’ these BEings beyond ourselves when, actually, we are all equal to each other AND they ARE an aspect of us as well.
 
Lemuria has been on my radar for awhile and I have been open to connecting with any of my Metasoul aspects from there. I feel that the Lemurian energy is now in my field because we received a gift of a Lemurian plug from Laurian, who joined our community here last week. The Lemurian plug emits energies from that timeline that change the spin/vortex of the environment in your home, your food, your plants, your electronics, etc. We are starting to notice a rosy and soft energy moving through our home and I think it helped bridge to Lemuria for me today. Atlantis had been coming up for me more lately, as I’ve been sharing in my writings about connecting with Mareeka, my Metasoul aspect from the ‘time’ of Atlantis falling. Mareeka is now sailing to the ‘new world’ as we changed her timeline together by feeling her attachments, fears, and previous resignation to her fate. Mareeka came in briefly today to meet Rae-Na and they both felt eager to have contact with each other in the future. You become a bridge for your other Metasoul aspects to connect and bond, resulting in more gift exchange that benefits your entire Metasoul and the collective as well! The veils of amnesia that previously shrouded our abilities to see clearly our other lifetime experiences are so much thinner now. Thin and, really, when we are ready, are now non-existent. You don’t need traditional past life regression therapy or even hypnosis to access them. All you need to see and feel is available to you with an open heart, mind, and soul. You lift the veils up, you feel how they are ready to be gone and you are ready to let in and feel…..so, then, it is so that you can remember and DO and ARE this remembering! And you get to experience so many gifts in this process that heals both yourself AND the collective too! I am definitely feeling those gifts in this NOW moment as the lovely energies of Lemuria flood my BEing and light up my soul….

You Are Scattered, Yet You Are Coming Together: Message With Archangel Metatron

You are scattered, yes. You’ve needed to be displaced and scattered. You’ve been like a spilled bag of marbles, rolling and spinning away from each other, going in all different directions. Colorful fragments split off from the One Source of All, fragmented yet still connected.

In every one of those marbles of individual soul consciousness is a magnet. This magnet is your heart. The magnetic magnificence of your hearts BRING you back together. It creates a tug and a pull that cannot be denied.

As you strengthen the vibration of your heart’s frequency, as you RISE it UP through letting in and serving love….your draw increases, your magnetic pull becomes stronger. Those hearts and souls that vibrate in the same frequencies as you FIND you and you FIND them.

Clink…you come together, you join together again. Clink……two halves finding a whole. Yes, in romance this happens. Yes, in sacred friendship this happens. In ‘from birth’ connections this can happen and in brand ‘new’ connections too. Two halves finding a wholeness, a completion in the other that wasn’t possible alone.

As more and more clinks and coming together magnetic draws happen between souls in the same group and in the same circles…..their draw expands, exponentially, going out quantum to the Web of Life and to the All That Is. The radius of their love signal widens, broader and broader, deeper and deeper, further and further. This happens with two; this happens with three; this happens with four; this happens with more.

The more resonance and connection, the more just ‘getting each other’ and ‘being on the same page’, the stronger the influence OUT to and on the collective. So, it is better to wait for the STRONG pull and the deep resonance rather than settle for the lesser and the connections that work ‘only sometimes’ or ‘used to work and don’t anymore.’

Continuing in a coming together relationship where the pull isn’t strong like this and you don’t feel that Clink just delays the process of completeness. You are occupied then and your space taken up by the lesser connections and the NEW can’t come in as strongly. Sometimes you need the NEW to be coming in so that you can let go of the old. This can happen in the same time space, layering on top of each other, confusing your mind in a good way, yet opening your heart and soul.

ALL this is sacred and supported and blessed. The clinking and the pinging of two halves discovering the Universal HUM together. The clashing and the crashing too of falling away.

You have been scattered, yes, yet more of you are aching for unity again and to integrate the frequencies of your individuality with the collective. To find and discover your ‘me’ in the ‘we’.

BEing in the unknown of the process, trusting and surrendering to it AS a process is the support we offer you now. Feel how you are BEing loved in both the scattering and the returning. Feel how there are gifts, blessings, joys, miracles in this process…..even as they are difficulties, pains, lessons, and much learning.

You will all return eventually back to each other, back to the ultimate source of Divine love, be folded back into the love that you ARE again and BEcome ONE again. It is the natural cycle.

The how’s, where’s, and what’s are the mystery that unfolds. Even the Divine is a curious witness. THIS mystery is what makes life interesting and the reason for the split off from Divine Source in the ‘beginning,’ so to become this experiment in NEW experience of separation and returning back together again.~

Feeling Is Your Stairway To Heaven

There is a path that has been worn down. Worn out.  It leads and you follow.  But you begin to realize it keeps taking you to the same location that you have seen a hundred times.  Feels like this path is just running in circles.  A numbness settles in…maybe a frustration…a growing need to veer off into another direction.  To see some new territory that you never knew existed.  To respond in ways you never knew you had in you.  But it has all been such a conditioned response to do the same thing over and over and hope for different results.

You realize the path can’t change unless you do.  Unless you make a conscious effort to do something you never imagined you could do…until you found the courage and desire to do so for the sake of feeling alive and new.  But it is not an easy decision for the part of you that is used to the path, regardless of the cost to your soul.  The fear and judgment set in and it makes it difficult to really FEEL where YOU are in all of this.

But there is one there.  A YOU that holds the blueprint of your greatness and joyful delight.  So gifted to you by YOU.  Yeah, man!  You are the creator, the chooser.  Not the victim or the loser. It is feeling all these reactions from within as we take a step outside the path.  Maybe just outside the old one but a new one nonetheless.  Saying something true, seeing what is hard to see, feeling what hurts to feel.  Building a fence made of compassion that keeps you from drawing back into the old, and forgiving yourself if it does.

The more and more you feel and heal all that has kept you from YOU, a new path is created.  A new set of circumstances come your way that were not a part of the old scenery.  You can’t respond to them in the same way for the game has changed, the physics have been altered and you are on a trajectory toward a new planet.  A new NEW that keeps renewing itself if you keep letting it.  You may wear another path and that is okay. You will remember what that is like and readjust, refeel.  Recalibrate to all that is coming your way.

Each shift brings a rearranging of your inner program to let in the one program that you can never quite know or control.  Love builds you a spiral staircase for you to climb, to ascend.  To discover and remember.  The greatest fear is the fear of falling and the only safety is your willingness to feel it to its deepest core.  The willingness to descend is what permits us to ascend.  Gives us the courage to make that next step UP and IN.  A spiral stairway to heaven.

This is not a solo journey but one that is supported and guided by a universe of all the help and love you can possibly let in.  This is probably the hardest part to accept for the part of us that has been so used to doing it alone.  It is not just our ethereal support but the ones provided by our human soul family that can be the very thing we have been looking for all along.

Energy Update: High Vibe Energies Bringing Us To Compression Points

It’s a phase of compression points right now….not sure completely what I mean by that. I don’t think it is something that our minds can track at all, yet you may feel it on a physical and emotional level, especially, right now. The compression point relates to the high frequencies of love and light that I (and so many others) have been talking about, especially coming in since the beginning of the year.

High waves come in and if you are sensitive to energies and have awakened this capacity in your soul field, you become highly attuned to this happening. A ‘raising UP’ sense happens inside of you….your connection with your guides deepens. Your sense of being part of the All or Oneness expands. Your experiences during meditation are more profound and meaningful. Your yoga practice goes to a whole new level. Your relationships are becoming more soulful and vulnerable. Your leading edge of BEing is watered, lit up, and illuminated by these energies.

Yet, also, as these waves come in, they push UP lower vibrational frequencies and energies within you. They show you what in your life is still based in 3D frequencies of separation, fear, unfelt emotions, codependence.  Your trailing edge of BEing is watered too, by love, and so is what has been put in shadow. The fear-based energies that parts of you have taken in your whole lifetime here and from other lifetimes in your Metasoul line too are starting to come through and are leaking out. That which has been previously felt too ‘painful’ or repressed or suppressed in your emotional body can now receive the air of your consciousness to BE with it as your growing soul and heart hold the space for this exploration.

The compression point is the shifting that happens as you’ve maxed out on the lower frequency energies and the new, higher ones are still finding their grounding inside of you. The higher frequencies haven’t quite integrated, so then you may be feeling like you are being compressed by this shift. Like it is pressing DOWN on you from above in some ways. You haven’t quite completely turned over into the NEW, AND you are feeling the OLD coming UP to take some space too. BOTH of these movements are going on at the same time, which sort of drives the mind crazy (in a good way) as it cannot track what is happening nor is it meant to.

These compression points can seem to trigger then cellular memories in your body too, that flush out toxicities stored there and present in ‘ascension symptoms’ ranging from headaches to hot flashes to nausea to deep chest coughs and colds. The body is sort of ‘stuck in between’ in these moments, it feels like, as it transitions….one cell at a time…..from carbon-based to crystalline. The body then is like a vehicle that is in the ‘shop’ getting upgraded and fixed up with all these new gadgets and, really, a whole NEW operating system. Light body is going to probably eventually run on whole new fuel sources too, going from food to more love and light frequencies.

Surrendering into these compression points seems to offer a way to move through them with more ease and grace. Surrendering relates to a sense of trust that comes from your higher heart or cosmic heart that is BEing activated and opening during this process with more connection to Divine Source. This higher heart consciousness can bridge to the parts of you in your emotional body that are scared, resistance, and fearful of the process. You can BE with these parts of you, especially your Inner Child and Inner Teenager, to hold their hands through this process. You NEED them actually, as these energies are a very key aspect of your 5D sacred human ‘violetprint’ coming into BEing. If these energies and parts inside of you are attempted to be bypassed or dismissed as ‘too negative’, they will anchor your frequency with unfelt emotions, undigested ‘past experiences, and in many other ways. You will mostly see this manifestation in your physical life that may not match in certain areas what your soul most wants to express and BE in.

You BEcome a bridge for yourself during these compression points, from you to ALL aspects of you. These points seem to be a necessary aspect of the process as SO MUCH foundational change and transformation is happening on so many levels right now. Yet, becoming your own bridge from your heart to your fear…… rather than resisting resistance that comes up…..does seem to lessen the experience of pain and trauma during it. You can receive so much support from your higher self, your angelic guides/aspects, your ascended teacher guides/aspects, who are there to provide support on ALL levels as you undergo this process. They cannot rescue or save you from it, yet they can BE there to witness and guide you through, as you tap into your soul’s wisdom and love and, therefore, embody and BEcome these frequencies more and more. Compression points are a sacred aspect of the journey and if we can hold them as such and respond with love, so they move through watered by this love that just wants to return us to love again!

The Gifts Of Exploring Conscious Romance

Our intimate relationships are sacred grounds of getting to feel and see ourselves.  We GET to experience what is rumbling inside of us that has been kept at bay in our subconscious.  These parts of us that have been living is a safety zone of incognito through the protection of our comfortability.  When our deepest desires begin to ring out into the cosmos, the mechanics of manifestation begin to offer their services.  But when they do, it is meant to bring up what is needed in order to let in what is wanted.

We aren’t completely aware of what lies in the space between what we feel consciously and what is in our unfelt wounding until we enter the arena of conscious relationship.  In unconscious unions, there are many reactions and emotions that are left untouched and unexpressed in our part’s desire to maintain image and safety.  These are sacred unions in there own right as they are meant to serve us into a new dimension of relationality when we have chosen that other sacred journey of growth and deepening.

These conscious relationships will manifest in ways that may or may not come in the ways or forms parts of us may have expected.  They come to us to help elucidate the woundings and projections that are still residing inside of us that, when held in conscious relationship inside of us through parts work, can bring us to new depths of both inner and other intimacy.  However, there can be a LOT to feel and integrate along the way.  There can be a tendency for parts to exit, to go back to what was more comfortable to them before.  This is a point where, if true growth, self-love, and intimacy are the ultimate desire, we hold these parts within us and feel what the fear is truly about.  What experiences in this or another life are contributing to the need for retraction?  These can be difficult yet necessary to feel if we are to continue on our way to more authentic, conscious, and intimate transactibility.  The way to Love!

Our vulnerable truth in any moment is our guide in this dance.  There is no guarantee we won’t step on our partners toes and cause some pain.  We aren’t meant to be perfect or “right” in the way we reveal ourselves.  In these moments, we cross bridges previously left uncrossed to change the timelines of the old and create something new.  It may not be pleasurable, yet it could lead to something more pleasurable than what parts of us were expecting or ironically afraid of in the first place.  For if the bond deepens and rises, what more is there to experience and how far might we fall as it keeps going?  This is what is really at stake for these parts of us.  Being left with the pain of being hurt once again.  Yet with a true sense of an authentic, centered self, we are big enough to feel and hold our way through the process.

Conscious romance is the next frontier for our evolution as a species.  Both inner and outer. It starts inside of us first and extends outward.  It is why we are here in many ways.  To explore this deepening and expanding that can create a new world of possibility, creativity, and aliveness.  Whatever happens in the process you can be guaranteed that you will experience and discover more about You and what it is you really want from Life and Love.

Putting Your Energy Towards Creating The NEW

Creating the NEW takes energy to happen. It takes conscious choices in every moment….to BEcome more conscious if you have slipped out or into something of the old. Conscious of when fear is going unfelt inside of you. Bringing in the NEW to yourself, your world, is like cutting trail, bush whacking and weed pulling….it is seeing a path where there wasn’t one before and DARING to follow it without kNOwing where it is going, yet only that it leads AWAY and into something NEW.

Sometimes creating the NEW is crawling through mud, one millimeter at a time with seemingly LITTLE sense that anything is changing. The NEW beacons you on though, in these moments, it reminds you in your soul what is possible. It pings and rings of the truths that your heart kNOWs. And, at times, there is only the surrender into the collapse of emotions that have to come up and out…the fears and their tears, the substance of so many previous experiences. Holding space for these emotions to come up also creates the NEW because it cannot be paved over an undigested foundation of the emotional body. It wants to be purified as the ground is laid.

SO much energy has been invested in the 3D world….the choices to be in the ongoing experiment of it by so many souls. To BE something NEW, to offer New Earth now frequencies of higher vibrational consciousness needs a force of energy too from you. Because you are going against something even as you are just BEing in stillness AS the NEW too. It is NOT just reading about it or passively taking it in or letting your mind contemplate or learn only. It is NOT just meditating and doing yoga. It is ALSO energizing what you feel that it IS and understanding what your ROLE is in the creation of the NEW. Energizing through choices to serve self and with others. And through claiming your responsibility to heal, feel, transform, move INTO in ALL areas of your life serving love and the NEW. Making CHANGES that reflect the NEW back to you.

Parts of you are connected deeply into 3D energies…they ARE these energies, as they have had to be in order to survive here. These aspects are conditioned to be protective and guarded and to ultimately be alone and survive alone (no matter how many others may be in your life.) SO much energy invested in protection…it may be the number one energy created in 3D living. BEing with the part of you that is protective, getting to know your inner guard who is on alert at ALL times to ANY threats….allows for the NEW to come into your life and into your heart. It allows access to the Inner Child frequencies of innocence, joy, magic, self worth, connection….all frequencies that are often stuck in lower vibrations of shame, depression, sadness, shyness, flatness, lack of reverence, unworthiness, disconnect. These frequencies change as the guardedness drops more and the ALIVEness can come back in. NEW can come in from the emotional body then.

BEing the NEW takes energy to BEcome it. To experience relationships that are based on soul resonance and heart vulnerability takes energy to show up for because it is SO unknown to our 3D world. To CHOOSE these kind of relationships over those based in fear and comfort takes energy too….sometimes a whole lot of inner power and strength to let go and move on, especially when no others seem to be with you in that desire for the NEW. To choose a NEW CommUNITY, soul tribe coming together, leaving behind your lone wolf existence (even, again, if you are surrounded by other people), leaving behind being maybe the ‘biggest soul’ in the room…..all THIS takes energy.

There is SO MUCH support from the Universe and Divine Source to energize the NEW inside and with Gaia. You can re-energize yourself, fill up again by letting these frequencies of love and light into your heart and soul. By connecting with the aspects of you that are afraid of the NEW (both from this life and other lifetimes), you are able to more deeply let these PURE Divine energies in more and more, like the LOVE sponge that you ARE. As you energize this choice for NEW every moment that you consciously can (and self lovingly accept when you haven’t), you draw those souls that can support and BE with you in the NEW too. You find each other….across miles, across continents, across language barriers…..you find, discover, CREATE the NEW, your energizing of it exponentially impacted by the coming together of FORCES for change….all in service of the NEW that is based in LOVE.
