Loving Your Ego Into Healing, Letting Go, And Surrender

I just read something online that offered, “Ego death is an ongoing battle. A constant war from within that you must be vigilant about.” I feel sadness when I read words such as these and feel the energy where they come from. I feel them coming from a place of, indeed, inner battling. That means there is yet another part inside that will not get the love that they are SO wanting and needing. Instead, they will be labeled by another part (usually what we call the Inner Punisher) as ‘ego’ and they will be battled, punished, judged.

All this battling inside just leads to MORE battling…how could it lead to anything else? To feel something as ‘coming from ego’ is not about the identification of that as much as it is what your relationship is to what you discover. Are you being loving toward the energy that you define as your ego? Are you feeling compassionate toward it? Are you feeling curious about the WHYs of your egos existence? Are you feeling open to FEEL what the deepest pains and hurts of what you are calling your ego have been?

Why would you treat this ‘ego’ inside with any less love than you would energies that you identify as spiritual or higher consciousness or coming from your soul? Wouldn’t this ‘ego’ actually need MORE love in order to heal? In order to let go of fear? In order to BEcome something more Divine in its expression?

To truly awaken into the embodiment of your sacred humanity is to no longer go to battle with any energies inside of yourself from this life and from your Metasoul/other lifetimes as well. This takes process, time, and healing of many layers that WANT to go to battle and just are used to it from inside of you. The inner battlefields and frontlines are the ones that cause the most damage to your worthiness growth, to the expression of your BIGness, to your capacity and ability to serve love and your passion purpose expression.

Appreciating what your ‘ego’ has had to do to survive, to help you survive, is what allows these energies to let go. This is what allows the growing trust in the Divine that allows for surrender, to detach from self image. Any places where you are responding with ‘going to war’ are places inside of you that don’t get to receive your love…and these are usually the parts of you that need it the MOST.

Your Gatekeeper: Guardian Of Your Metasoul/Other Timeline Aspects – Day 24: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 24 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about the 4D (and higher) energy and Metasoul aspect called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper is the upstream expression of the 3D Protector. As your 3D protector is connected with and begins to rest more from this life experiences and traumas, your Gatekeeper can begin to reveal themselves. The Gatekeeper is the aspect of our Metasoul that keeps the veil of amnesia in place, guarding the ‘doors’ and portals of access to all of your Metasoul sisters and/or brothers (fractals off of the same individuated soul sources that express out in many timelines).

The Gatekeeper is often overwhelmed by this ‘duty’ and feels disconnected from Divine Source, other Gatekeepers, Angels, and higher dimensional frequencies. Bleed throughs from different Metasoul timelines (particularly those with a lot of karma) come through and ‘fuse’ into the Gatekeeper’s energy. They often first present to you as one of these timelines.

I talk about my process with my Gatekeepers over the years and how they have shifted to strongly masculine warrior frequencies to eventually feminine bridging energies. The Gatekeeper shifts from guard to guide; they become a more and more pure channel of Divine love, access to Higher Dimensional Frequencies, Akashic Records (which are ‘contained’ in your Metasoul line), and more.

Integrating 5D Consciousness States Into Everyday Living: Day 23: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 23 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I respond to some questions that I’ve been asked lately in beginning sessions with people. I talk about integrating higher consciousness states in 5D with everyday ‘walking around’ life. I describe examples from my daily live in which I have experienced these ‘altered states’, which become more and more normal states. States such as kundalini surges, non-dual drip lines, and general ‘loose brain’ mode.

I offer that it has been intimacy with Raphael; intimacy with my Metasoul sisters with access to these frequencies; intimacy within community that offers these altered states as well. Your Protector can keep you from experiencing these states in a flowing way because there may not be ‘room’ in your life, i.e. related to your jobs, your family, your relationships, etc.

I make a connection to what you are choosing in your life in every single moment in every day directly connects to the consciousness state that you experience. What you are saying ‘yes’ to and what you are saying, ‘no’ to.

Current Energies Invite The Collective Into An Emerging 4D Reality

It feels like there is much discomfort emerging now, in different ways. There is a sense of these energies leading up to the Super-Blue-Blood Moon, that they are rumbly, shaking the well-known ground within and around us, moving us to new places of desire, new places of growth, re-awakening us in short yet intense tremors to what we came here to do, be, offer. The configuration of our lives as we have known them is being shifted now, shaken up WITH these energies in collaboration with our souls and hearts. For many, it could be a time of crisis, where realizations of true soul purpose and reason for being here are uncovered and initial steps, which can be quite painful in some ways, are inhabited in order to fulfill this purpose and calling. This phase feels so like the chrysalis, as Jelelle Awen has been offering. The phase just before the emergence of a brand new butterfly. So much congestion in the bodies, spiritual, physical, emotional, even astral, are all intensifying as they clear now, and all are asking us to continue looking and working inward, wrapping ourselves and our parts in love, being in the process of letting in and trusting love again.

It’s a continuous map of birth canals, this Collective experience of 4D reality landing in all of us more and more. We need these birthing pains so that we can feel the Love holding it all. We are finding our way through the inner mazes, opening up to shifts, feeling the press of that which still needs to be felt, healed, shifted inside. We are being invited into patience with this process, as the Divine has infinite patience for it too. Layer by layer, contraction after contraction, we have so much still to feel and let in. So many reflections of ourselves, our parts, who we/parts of us have chosen to be throughout different phases of our lives, and we are awakening evermore to the feeling that there’s so much more we CAN and WILL be.

The brevity and gravity that has been 3D reality… the pain, the anguish, the abuses suffered… these bear down on parts of us until they start to feel, led by a growing YOU, that they are worth so much more. This is a much more challenging process than repeating affirmations, though I do not wish or feel to knock that if this is needed, as there is, of course, huge power in positive thoughts. Yet we all need to continue watching for any overriding of the pain within. The pain will move and heal with love and attention, as it is meant to. There is a lot of trust needed for this process to truly take hold, and that in and of itself is a process that cannot be bypassed, for there are so many reasons that parts of us have, especially our Inner Protectors, to not trust anything or anyone, let alone Love itself…

As our congestions clear in all bodies, we begin to breathe new air. We begin to let in more love, more self-worth, more sense of compassion towards ourselves, our parts, and towards others too. We move through what has been painful to feel, being with the congestion for a while, until it clears with love and care. With purpose and desire. With discernment in this 4D phase where the 3D reality continues to fall away and embracement of new paths, new ways of thinking and being are knocking at our heart doors. The collective awakening is here, rippling through in dynamic waves, and there is much to navigate, yet the Ark built in your heart is the one that will see you through it all. ❤

Wild At Heart

The universe is untamable. It is wild at heart.

There are no insurance providers that can underwrite the inherent risks in your participation here. When you suffer a loss, there is no claim you can file to get reimbursed for any loss of your assets.

You get to lose, actually. You get to suffer loss. You get to mourn and grieve the loss. You came here to lose. You gave up the experience and knowledge of possessing everything and spent it lavishly like a drunken sailor on the experience of what it feels like to not have. This is the souls journey of discovering the love that you are, that you can never lose on a higher level.

This is the stuff, you, and everyone around you, ARE, and are made of, regardless of your awakening or spirituality, or your culture.

When we attempt to tame our 3D worlds, like we all naturally do, to make it bite-sized or manageable, to lessen the risks, to build in predictability, we attempt only to tame ourselves in relation to the wild universe; we acknowledge, even if only subconsciously, that the universe itself is untameable.

Why does the wild fear the wild in this way?

What is it about the wild that makes it so fearful?

Could we live without the wild, where all was known and tame and predictable and safe?

Would romance be romance were it not for the wild unknown?

What even is this wild we speak of?

It is said to be ‘the natural state, prior to being cultivated’.

Is the wild you, then, the You who was prior to being cultivated by your present culture, the real you?

Is it the You who is underneath all of the cults you ever subscribed to and are currently a member of?

Were the cults, and enculturations and cultures all necessary to point us back to our truer selves that cannot be cultivated?

Did we subscribe to pain itself to point us back to the bliss we are?

What would be the point though of willingly forgetting who we are, and returning and remembering if it wasn’t to expand and benefit ourselves in the process? Who would surrender to the loss everything were it not for a clear benefit?

What might that expansion and benefit be about?

What would you and I be so googly eyed over that we would give everything we had to exchange for that something?

Even attempting to write about the wild, as I am here, is a fools game, for in so doing, I attempt to understand and know the wild, and thereby, to tame the untamable. Yet, somehow, playing the fool surrenders to the wild at the same time.

Many attempt to tame themselves through a form of obedience. If I can surrender to a power much greater than I, I can claim that I am the lesser, and in so doing, attempt to make the greater responsible for my fate. We surrender to the greater, and pawn off obedience in exchange for a false of security to keep this wolf of wildness away from our door.

Others try to tame themselves through awakening or spirituality, to transcend, and thereby to escape the wildness that lies at the core of life itself.

These, and many other strategies can work for a time, as we are given the ability to proximate ourselves to this wild universe, to feel into our next choices, but when we overstay at the hotel stasis, thinking we’ve tamed the universe, we only amplify an underlying un-ease and dis-ease that is at the root of our assumption, that then rocks our bodies, our relationships and Gaia herself. The wildness of the universe seemingly makes our next choices for us as we build courage to flow with, rather than resist the wildness.

The resources you’ve cobbled together, that provide a sense of security, be it family, friends, money, career, fame; all of it is external to the degree you haven’t explored and surrendered yourself to your own wild heart. These external resources can’t ever be that imagined insurance provider because they are external to you. You, as the wild, contain all the love and safety you ever need, where even death and loss cannot remove you from your wild essence, as love itself.

You get to lose, and never lose at the same time.

The parts of you that make up your personhood are equally as wild and untamable as the universe itself. Even the parts of you that attempt to tame your world are themselves untameable. They possess a wildness that can only be related with, but not tamed. If they soften and become relational and malleable to you and your heart, they do so out of their wildness, not an overlay of cultivation. They do so out of their wild hunger and search for the love that you and they are.

My truth is that you and I came here to feel, what we couldn’t otherwise feel from where we were. Feeling is the healing that awakens us to the godhood and personhood both, that we are.

The Lighthouse Of Our Longings

Our deepest longings that feel the most impossible are actually deep messages from our hearts and souls to our more conscious selves, that we are invited to feel.

We are not guaranteed the fulfillment of the outward picture of those exact longings, but rather the things those longings represent. We are guaranteed that the longing itself leads us into something much deeper from beyond the veil of forgetfulness regarding our truer essence, and changes us in the process.

This is actually a frightful guarantee to parts of us. We cannot own and pursue the longing without being irreversibly changed.

Following this lighthouse of our longing, that carries the unexplainable homing skills of a pigeon, the longing and desire shifts and changes as we reposition ourselves in relationship to it, leading us to our true heart home.

The experience of the initial steps lead to the next ones. We are afforded exercise of the heart muscles that will be needed for the next steps. The first steps are just as magical as the later ones as each step brings the joy of coming into more and more of our infinite essence.

Falling in deeper and deeper love with our many varied selves, we overflow with true love for all being and all life.

The Grail Pursuit Of Soul Tribe

The desire to find and be a part of Soul Tribe, feels like it is increasing exponentially for many of us in the times we are moving through.

It’s a feeling for me that has always been there in my life. At times, it has expressed in really applying myself to the tribe at hand, be it my birth family, my current circle of friends, my church family, a spiritual group, etc. What I found for myself personally was that the deeper I pressed into the family at hand, the sooner I found myself uncomfortably at the exit door to the relationship. While the exit door was usually an exit of my own choosing, as I was always welcome to drop what I was advocating for and needing, stop rocking the boat, and instead settle in for the life-long haul; I seemingly couldn’t stop myself from moving on.

Something has always felt at stake. Something has always felt that I needed to chose, to pursue, to desire and to need. Something has always also felt that I wanted to be needed, to be chosen, to be desired and to be needed. What has changed is the frequency bandwidth that I am broadcasting at in all of that wanting and needing. This then in turn led to natural moving on points, that I was being invited to step into.

Some people work hard to quell these feelings, and though there has been times that a part of me could envy living that way too, I keep coming back to a ‘search for the holy grail’ kind of living, and to do that with Soul Tribe.

My Soul Tribe is about the wanting, the needing, the desiring, the rocking the boat when the boat is needing to be rocked or even capsized. It is about the entering and the leaving. It is about completing one context of life so to be able and energized to enter the next context of life. It is about the endless curiosity expansion into the unknown.

My Soul Tribe is about feeling all the losses along the way, to mourn them, to grieve them, to allow the next phase of Soul Tribe to arise and overflow into my life as I currently know it.

My Soul Tribe is about feeling my truth resonate inside the tribe, where even a natural and healthy ‘conformity for love’ can breathe that isn’t a codependent grasping for love. I get to conform when I want to and need to. I also get to be uniquely different when I want to and need to. I get to do it all and be it all inside of community. I get to need and want love. I get to be loved. I get to feel all the parts of me who are in different stages of their own relationship to love and community.

What is your Soul Tribe about? Are you in a ‘lone-wolf’ between phase that is preparing the courage to pursue again? Are their past tribe wounds that are wanting to be felt by you? Are there parts of you who refuse to ever risk again, while at the same time, other parts of you aching for real resonant heart and soul frequency community?

Teleportation Through Third Eye, Imagination, Emotional Body Healing

Where do you want to go? Your consciousness can take you there, wherever, whenever. Connecting with higher dimensional aspects of your Metasoul/Higher Self can take you there. Feeling the parts of you that are anchored to 3D reality and helping them let go can take you there. Activating your Ascension Chakras to open UP to galactic and cosmic energies can take you there. Letting go of your 3D conditioned mind’s tight, tight grip on reality, overlaying grid that makes it challenging for wonder to flow through can take you there. Healing your emotional body and the undigested traumas can take you there. Kundalini and Non-dual frequencies coming into your BEing can take you there as parts of you allow for these to come in more.

This is teleportation. Teleporting to other dimensions, other galaxies, other realities, beginning in the super conscious mind, in the ‘imagination’, in the third eye. Someday we will take our bodies too as Star BEing technology is offered to us that allows us to do this. For now, we have the gifts of our soul that kNOW how to do this and BE this teleportation.

It helps to be in the Now moment, close your eyes, use Solfeggios or other music, dedicate the time without outside distractions…..go within. The practice of this going within opens up the inner landscapes. It turns on your personal teleportation ‘device’ from within. It fires up your Merkabah – light body vehicle anchored to 5D and higher – that can take you ANYWHERE you wish to go.

During teleportation visits and shamanic journeys during meditation, I travel many places and to many dimensions. Once I was teleported to a room made of stars…not really a room as there were no walls. A place made of stars where higher selves were hanging out. I had conversations with some of them, souls that I needed to connect with and understand where they were coming from beyond what their conscious personality would tell me. I have been doing this since I was a very small child and, back then, I called it ‘make believe’ or ‘play pretend’.

My ‘make believe’ world has always been very rich….it continued into my adulthood and only stopped when it transferred from ‘fantasy’ to multidimensional travel. I feel that I was born with my third eye quite activated and Divine love awakened/realized, although it took me until my early 30s to really own and see this. Some people would say and have said (those fused to 3D reality) that I still make it all up or it is all fantasy what I am offering about the ascension process and my personal experiences. I am ok with feeling that I ‘make it all up’ as what a wonderful thing THAT IS! I certainly hope that we all make up our reality as that is where our POWER Is.

In the star room (and other super conscious landscapes) I feel like I can breathe. This is my home frequency. The rest of the time I am bridging 3D with this more natural reality that my soul has experienced more than the 3D one.

Where do you want to go? Back to the womb? To other lifetimes and timelines? To the akashic records? To what we call ‘Golden Earth’/5D frequencies? To Inner Earth? To other planets? It is a relief from 3D reality, the density, the earthboundness, the five senses, to go away on adventures in the etherics, to have conversations beyond what the conscious personality or 3D self can track and understand. You can remain grounded to the earth and go on these adventures. Gaia likes to hold space for them it seems.

Dare to be ‘deluded’. Dare to ‘make it all up’. Dare to be in what feels like fantasy for awhile. The rewards are ongoing integration of these realities into your walking around one. The gifts are a return to the frequency where you feel like home, where you feel love, where you feel the Infinite Possibilities that exist in every moment to BEcome sacred human!

This is a photo taken of a rainbow ring around the sun that came out during a group energy healing session on Sunday. It seemed to offer a support to our growing commUNITY and the GOOD work of healing the heart, soul, energy field that we were engaged with that day and ongoingly.

I see, feel and hear the music of your ever-expanding heart,
the grounded bliss of the love within
that I get the pleasure, the honour, the space to be in WITH you…
This flow between us as our hearts continue to entwine
in the most wonderFULL ways
brings me closer
to every cell of the skin
you kiss with such fervent desire
and beckoning strains of truthful, loving arias.

In every chapter we awaken together,
I feel the glow of a golden heart-sun
ever-stronger with each breath
co-created between our healing and feeling hearts.

To create this next chapter with you,
deeply beloved man,
is to create a whole new world
and many new vistas to explore…

….and the fact that I GET to do this with YOU
makes almost nothing else matter.

So many soul songs we have together,
so many dances of body and heart
so many phases and places of inhabited growth
and so many ‘yeses’ to each dawning of NEW day lived out
together…

I say ‘yes’ to MORE and MORE with you…

inward healing and outward service.
