Living In Love Over Fear: Navigating The Covid Narrative

The energies of divergence are quite strong right now. It really can feel as if you are on a different planet and plane of existence from others. How we relate to fear, and specifically the fear of body death right now, are revealing our different consciousness states. The covid narrative is revealing so much about a soul’s relationship to body death and how strongly attached to safety and known they are around that (even as we have been programmed to feel it is natural for us to die at a certain age when immortality is actually our human potential and capacity).

And, also where someone is in the process of claiming their own sovereignty, truth, and relationship of trusting surrender to the Divine. The 3D projection of comforting authority figure onto governments, health authorities, etc. is a phase in a soul’s journey out of parental dependence and toward self empowering Divine self realization.

Yesterday we went to a new grocery store for us that was in the town next to Glastonbury, which has been more mellow about Covid. The fear and control were palpable as soon as we walked in the doors of this new store. Signs all over the store and messages over the loud speakers keep repeating how we must ‘keep each other safe’, keep our masks on, keep away from each other, only shop with one person (this particular store had many signs suggesting that shopping with someone else was quite irresponsible.)

Raphael and I walked around the store without masks, as we are prone to do as a reflection of how we do not live in fear, especially fear of a virus that has such a low mortality rate. And that if we did catch it, we would trust that process and the messenger/mirror/portal that the virus offered us. We also do not fear catching this from others for the same reasons. We were the ONLY ones without masks in the entire store and I could feel the fear from others as we walked down the aisles….as if deadly germs would jump on them from us. I am used to drawing some attention when I walk around but usually it is a draw to the light in my field or the joy I am putting off. I felt sadness about fear toward us and tried to radiate love at them in larger amounts to meet it.

Raphael and I were in joy, we were in love, we were kissing and hugging whenever we could and excitedly looking at the products that drew us. This radiating of love I am hopeful was able to provide a moment, however brief, of relief to those living in so much fear and tension right now. I can feel how the Covid situation has just illuminated this consciousness difference of living in fear or living in love. I don’t feel this as a judgement toward others or a superiority, yet rather symbolic of the polarization and duality that we have all shown up to be part of.

The jabs/shots are another means to separate us as those who choose them really ARE moving into an unknown and untested place of compromised immune system and even what feels like altered DNA, etc. Interestingly, the shots feel MUCH more dangerous to the human body than the virus that so many souls are afraid of. I am personally never going to get one and I would advise against any light workers/healers/awakening souls to do it, even if that means not being able to do certain things which we can then surrender into for a phase of time.

The Matrix is amping up its ultimate control program of the Great Reset, especially here in the UK. I do feel that we in SoulFullHeart we meant to be in this country during this time even as it has been challenging in moments. We are here to offer a beacon of love, of community, of depth of feeling, of trust in the Divine, and a life lived of healing fear to let in more love. I also feel we are here to bring healing energies to the grids of fear and love ambassadorship to those dark energies that have been in control for so long.

I send love to those who are using the Covid situation to mirror fears that are needing to come up. And I offer love to parts of them who need to judge those of us who are not in fear as it is the only way they know how to be. And I also choose to live in love and non-judgement, to trust love, and to be a lighthouse for others to do and be the same!

The Womb Is A Portal To The Experience Of Womanhood In All Lifetimes

As women, all of our lifetimes of experience of being able to BE a woman or not, in every sense of the word, lives in our wombs. There’s a powerful portal within each of our wombs that connects us to these lifetimes where we may have experienced immense power, yet at a cost. This portal can also open us up to lifetimes of remembering what it was like to be a mother, mate, sister, and daughter, who was treasured and loved… or used and abused, victimized, and maybe even held captive for being female.

Such is the mix for the feminine in her depths of healing. So deep is the legacy we each carry within us of our need to heal and offer healing to others too from the depths of our femininity that has been hijacked sometimes and honoured/revered other times.

I often connect with this beautiful egg stone (in the featured photo), which my beloveds and I call the ‘Mother Stone’ at Glastonbury Abbey, ever since landing here in Avalon when we arrived 6 months ago, and I’ve been on a profound inner journey of awakening and healing (supported also by Her) that I couldn’t have done without the energies here. I feel in so many ways like a totally different woman and even a whole new sort of Priestess now than I could have felt like or truly claimed before. And, I feel how all of this journeying has come from my womb and returns back to my womb for integration.

Our wombs hold and house our truest soul and heart bigness. To clear her and activate her, means to meet with what has left her rather congested and full of frequencies she is no longer meant to hold. So vast and deep is the feminine pain heard and felt around the world for centuries, that these cries live in her too. To truly hear, feel, and transmute this pain on behalf of women everywhere is to dive into it from within, from the chalice of our own soul’s experience and need for this healing.

The Mirror Of Sacred Sisterhood

Spending real, intimate time with women is such a gift to my heart and soul. I am recognising that there has been so much in the way of deeper bonds with women my whole life; competition, insecurity, unworthiness and jealousy being some of them. I feel how hard that has been on me and my parts, even more so now as I feel how deep the need for union with women really is. The uniqueness of the connection between women is so special and I feel how we do really need each other in a way that is different to our need for and with men.

I always feel so inspired and enlivened after deep union with women and deeply nourished by where women can go together when they feel safe and can rest and lean into one another. We understand and feel each other so deeply in wordless spaces and ways, which is something I feel I have looked for in my relationships with men my whole life and has brought a deep dissatisfaction to parts of me. Only now am I recognising how men are not really meant to fulfill our need for each other as women.

There is healing that needs to happen to let women in and trust women again after all the years and lifetimes of competition and hurt that has been experienced between us. I feel the pain of having had to turn away from one another to survive in a world where we are led to believe that we cannot do it without a man. How dangerous it has been at times to be a woman and still is for many women in the world today, and I can feel what that has led and does lead us to do to one another to just get through it.

I feel how the need for connection with women is so deeply buried under a lot of pain and distrust that it can be hard to recognise that need is even there. I am being invited daily as part of life within the SoulFullHeart community to feel my needs and desires that have been deeply buried in order to survive, and then invited to reach out to ask for what I want. It can feel terribly vulnerable for parts of me to even acknowledge that they need others, especially women, and I am still not quite sure why that is. As I do this though, I am getting to experience something new with women that is so deeply nourishing and healing in ways I cannot mentally track but I feel it as it ripples through my body and creates a deep rest and sigh of relief within my womb. 

I feel so deeply blessed to have wonderful women in my life and for all the women who have helped me prepare to let all this love in that I am experiencing now with my closest Sisters. Everytime I meet in deep, real, intimate connection with women, I am changed, and I remember more of who I am and more about why I am here.

Womb Healing & Activation Women’s Meditation Group Call March 7th | Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

Our wombs, which includes both our second and third chakras, is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and bridge to our Sacred Feminine capacities as Creatrix of life. Our wombs become filled with pain/trauma layers from this life and other lifetimes, other people’s energies, and even the collective…in this way they are ‘pain wombs’ rather than ‘love wombs’. In addition, our wombs have been hijacked by the 3D/4D Matrix since the fall of Atlantis and the rise of the wounded masculine dominance, so our access to the purity essence of our womb is often very covered over and not fully activated.

This hijacking includes how we experience our monthly menstrual cycles as ‘natural’ when they are actually a suppressive program that effectively and significantly reduces our energy levels and for many of us causes quite a lot of pain and discomfort. We can hold our period cycles with a sense of honoring to our bodies and certainly not with shame or judgement about them, yet to revere them and our menstrual blood can connect to and even draw in the lower 4D Matrix frequencies. This is often bleed through from other timelines/lifetimes where pro-feminine/anti-masculine ritual and ceremony was practiced without awareness of the darker influences that were going on at other dimensional levels.

As we activate the powerful sovereignty contained in our wombs through a personal connection with her (including a ‘naming’ of her), we can then start to clear, heal and remember our infinite capacities of choice as sacred feminine humans. Our capacity to create WHOLE universes includes choices at the personal level toward our procreation, our aging process, our hormonal levels, and ALL biological functions of our bodies. We reclaim ultimate conscious choice over our bodies on all levels, which effectively unplugs us from any Matrix programs.

Kasha and I will be sharing more about this in our next women’s meditation group call on Sunday, March 7th, 2021 at 5:00pm/17:00pm GMT (London, UK timezone/12:00pm EST/9:00am PST). We will talk about this womb hijacking and how that impacts what we experience within our wombs during menstrual cycles, false mother frequencies, other people’s energies, aborted/still gestating/blocked creative projects and expressions, and suppression of our truth. Through a personal relationship with our wombs and supported by the Divine Mother we can heal these layers to move into activation of this powerful force within us and connect to the Cosmic Womb. We will share our personal journeys with this process and our wombs during the call.

During this call, we will also guide you in a meditative space into a safe healing dimension to allow deep connection to your womb and activation. Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene will join us as a template of Mother and Lover/Priestess energies for our wombs to template from and be supported by. What Is The False God?

“Big clearings going on of all that has been hijacked by the Matrix/False God…our wombs/haras, bodies, minds, hearts are Sacred, Whole & FREE.” This was my status update the other day which got a lively response of resonance when I shared it.


I got this question from someone after posting it, “Can you explain more about what you mean by the False God?” I felt that I would respond to them here as a post rather than just in a private message as it is a good teaching to share.


The False God is a frequency generated by the Matrix at the AI/4D level that has created a distraction, diversion, and distortion of pure Divine love and light energies. With the separation out of the Divine that was chosen BY the Divine, fear was created that has been able to be used by different forces over time to their own advantages. This fear-based reality has been created (with our choice on the higher self level) to keep humanity and Gaia corralled and feeling trapped and enslaved in lower frequencies and denser consciousness realities. Some ‘darker’ Star Beings, with some human conscious collaboration, has operated and broadcast the 4D Matrix since the Fall of Atlantis. Negative Star Beings (also called Archons by the Gnostics) have been highly influencing and programming these human collaborators known as the Elite, the Cabal, the Illuminati, etc. These forces are the ones behind the Global Reset, the darker liberal agenda, Big Pharma/Hollywood/Business, etc. and are orchestrating what we are experiencing now of violation of our liberties and rights through restrictions, lockdowns, quarantines,  inoculations, etc.


The False God programs run on submission, punisher/shame dynamics, unworthiness, and giving over our sovereignty to a power outside of ourselves. Mainstream religions operate from these polarized False God programs, while containing some true light and love energies as well. The False God face and energy is often of a punitive, competitive, and patriarchal “Him” god, shorn of the balancing Divine Mother frequencies.The False God can also feel very dark, satanic, and even ‘evil’ although it is often not that overt or obvious. The Divine Mother can be hijacked by the False God as well with ‘old school’ feminine spirituality that promotes an anti-masculine/pro-feminine agenda through Will of the Goddess worship, dark rituals, moon cycle and moon blood worship (which is a hijack of the Womb Creatix powers by the Matrix-more coming soon about that).


The False God also shows up in some “New Age” offerings in which a false light bubble fed on a steady diet of positive affirmations, shallow spirituality, false gurus/abusive leaders, etc. that doesn’t allow for a deeper drop into the true transmutational ground of Divine Self embodiment and empowerment which includes the integration, love and acceptance of our shadows and ALL parts of us. The False God also operates at the 4D karmic levels from many lifetimes of experiencing it, creating suffering loops of incarnational cycles that play out the same soul themes/patterns over and over again.


The Ascension energies that are flowing into Gaia are watering seeds planted by higher dimensional Star Beings and the Magdalenes soul family lineage is now allowing for the revelation of the False God in all of its forms. This is bringing in a clearing of the fear and pain that has manifested through the worship of it. Through that healing and clearing, the true Divine can emerge from the heart, soul, DNA, wombs/haras of each of us at Its Divine children.


Many souls are now experiencing a wake up from this False God reality and into the new grounds of experiencing the true Divine, the true Christ, the true Divine Mother…..always originating from within us. From this place, we can now experience that we ARE free, we ARE whole, and we ARE sacred. We can then move back into union from within, with each other and with the Divine AS our Beloved.

The Big, Bold, Brave Choice To Be Fully Alive In These Times

The SoulFullHeart process is a wild, epic ride that is constantly blowing my mind and my heart wide open. It is intense, deep, rich and profound and I love it so much. My life is more magical when I am accessing and feeling my parts and creating deeply nourishing relationships inside of myself with them. Life becomes more alive and real in a way I cannot describe as it truly needs to be experienced for yourself. It is such an individual process because it is led by parts of YOU, there is no one outside telling you what is right or how to do it, just support to keep going in and finding your own way through any challenges, tensions or resistances to love that arise. 

It is a process that is helping me to become more human and that is what I love. It is not a spiritual practise but it is deeply spiritual. It is bridging the gap for me on what being a human and being spiritual mean. This process helps me feel and know from inside that those two aspects of who we are, are NOT separate. As I feel what is deeply human inside of me and those parts of me feel seen, met, heard and loved, then the Divine aspects of me are remembered and revealed so naturally and organically.

Our human hearts and emotions are the keys to the doorway home to the Divine essence of who we truly are. The richness in feeling this from inside and through your own experience with your parts is for me the most exquisite feeling ever. It is changing everything in my life and creating a foundation of self love and self trust in a way I have not experienced anywhere else.

This is my experience of course, not everyone will resonate with parts work and that is the beauty of all being so different and unique. This process honors and welcomes our uniqueness though, seeing the gifts that your parts and the ways they experience and feel life as adding to it, rather than taking away, or trying to make us tick boxes that make us spiritual enough to fit in or advance to the next level. There are no rules and the possibilities are endless, how liberating. 

You are endless, your parts are endless and the love that starts to arise within you as you feel parts of you is endless too. It is something to let in, feeling how big, how beautiful and how divine we truly are and have always been, and that being here in a human body is a gift we chose, not a hindrance to our spirituality but rather the doorway into deeper knowing and understanding of it.   

It is a big, bold and brave choice to choose a path of being fully alive and embodied in these times when there is so much to feel and respond to in the world. For me there is no other way through though than IN and I would not want to be going IN in any other way than with my parts, in this way of life and with the support of this beloved community.

Let Go & Let Peace During This Dark Initiatory Time | Jelelle Awen & The Magdalenes

Energy Update: Emerging out of my honeymoon and Bridal Chamber consciousness for which I’ve been happily indulging lately with Raphael, I can feel, of course, the intensity of events and energies that are occurring in the collective, 3D, Matrix with the lockdowns, restrictions, quarantine, v*ccine agenda, etc. Especially this is in my awareness as we have beloveds coming to and looking to travel here to Glastonbury and are going through a travel gauntlet of sorts to arrive safely here in Avalon.


My Divine Feminine anchored consciousness can’t really be separated in any moment from feeling and hearing the ‘cries of the world’…it is just what happens as you let Her into your heart, body, and soul.


I feel for those of us who are so sensitive to the cries of the world, the cries of the children, the cries of the womb/women that are peaking during this Dark Night for the collective….we ARE being supported to rise above this sensitivity at times, to ‘turn down’ the dial of our empathic radar. To not get too far ‘into it’ that we become deeply overwhelmed or frustrated. We will tend to take these energies into our wombs and hearts AS IF they are are own, which they are from the Oneness and Soul Family dimensions.


Yet, also, the reminder comes often, especially from Mary Magdalene who lived through much suppression in her time from the Romans/Cabal, ‘to let go and let peace.’ She reminds us that EACH soul is on their own journey through the dark night passages that they NEED to go through and that they have signed up for. It is not for our feminine hearts to rescue or save anyone, even when the urge is strong to do so.


To respect the bigness and sovereignty of each soul is to connect to the higher realms from which they originate. It can especially help to do this with loved ones who are still anchored and plugged into the 3D Matrix, still conditioned by the mainstream everything, and still believe others more than their own intuitive guidance. Connecting to their Higher/Divine Self to compassionately understand the reasons for their consciousness choices can assist you in this. Often the greatest mercy on both sides is to let them go, to stop tugging or convincing, to stop battling or trying ‘win’ any arguments. Giving yourself the gift of resonance and support rather around you allows you to truly serve and become love.


Covid has pushed up the divisions and polarities in world views and consciousness, in humanity’s matrix reality, so that we can see where we are resonant with others and where there is dissonance. It has illuminated that many souls are still not awakened to their sovereignty yet. Many more souls can awaken though now who are on the tipping point of doing so.
The v*ccines are a form of bifurcation or ‘sorting rod’ in that way as those who choose to get them are moving into an unknown place of altered DNA and RNA (some of them) and last gasp Matrix programming entering into their every cell. This is their choice to do so and, again, we cannot rescue them from it. The true impact/side effects of them is not known and won’t be for many years yet the ‘energy’ of them doesn’t feel good or healthy for the body ultimately, especially the immune system. Those souls who are awakened to a place to see the control agenda in the v*ccine and the very real harm to their light bodies and consciousness are easily and already aware of what it harmful about it.


The current energies are supporting us to ‘rise above’ whatever we need to in order to truly become ambassadors of love, primarily to ourselves and any parts of us that need it. This is a painful time of difficult choices at times, yet it is held in much Divine love for ALL of us. The divisions are being highlighted, yet Unity is the ultimate truth.

These current challenges are a form of initiation for each of us and for humanity. How we respond to them, how we process them, how we navigate them offers us an opportunity to heal on many levels.

The Magdalenes are here to help us water the seeds of Ascension they planted in other timelines/lifetimes. Ask for Mary Magdalene, Yeshua, Mother Mary, Joseph, whomever you feel drawn to, for assistance and guidance during your personal walking out of this tumultuous time and they will BE there for you. Magdalene/Christ consciousness has been seeded in many and, although distorted by the Matrix in the form of mainstream religion, still retains its purity in those souls who respond to it and awaken to it.

Moving Your Tensions Into Love & Trust Again

Anxiety, worry, and the tensions inside offer a communication to you about what is going on in your heart. The tensions are a broadcast signal pinging and ringing inside to get your attention. The tensions are energy that is stuck and fixated at a certain place of distrust.


The tensions are a sacred thing as it sometimes in the contrasts that you get the most data about what is going on within you…..until you no longer need the tensions to ‘alert’ you to anything. The tensions so often are about desires, about frustrations, about things and ways that cannot BE in the moment. The tensions are about fears of change or going into the unknown that parts of you may hold and feel. The tensions are about unexpressed or suppressed feelings that didn’t come out in the moment when they needed to. The tensions are perhaps about the gap between the current you and the current circumstances and the current relationships with what your dream self, dream live, and dream relationships are wanting to arise into.

When you feel the tensions and anxieties, when you look to them for information, when you respond to them with LOVE, then you can get to the heart of where they are coming from. You can give them a voice, give them a tone, give them a tuning in, give them somewhere to land. You can give them a hug, a helping hand, a soft container for which to express.

Part of you can try to cover them over with things and activities and busyness, yet still underneath the tensions simmer and bubble. The substance of them, the root of them, does not heal, does not ‘go away’ until you feel and face, until you cry or scream or sleep or just go within or share with those you need to. The things that numb them for the moment eventually don’t work anymore as you become more conscious and self aware and tracking with your heart in every moment what you are feeling and being.

Your guides, angels, star being selves, all want to help you move these tensions as they can block their higher dimensional frequencies from coming into your field. The Divine Mother especially offers trusting frequencies, Infinite Love tones and energies that make all the tensions OK, permission to go to the heart of them, even as they dissolve in the loving energies. Divine Feminine energies from Mother Mary wrap the tensions in a loving pink container of support and compassion that allows you and invites you to release.

As you do this and as you ARE this space holder for the tensions, then more and more does the root cause of them (the heart wounding causes, the soul wounding causes) heal and integrate into your loving and spacious Divine Self who has NO tensions about existence in response to the moment. More and more the contrast of tension versus trusting is not needed and you live in the trust. You ARE and BECOME more and more the trust in the moment and that whatever happens is perfect just as it is.

In the meantime, embrace the tensions rather than resist them. As you do, the possibility arises then for something NEW to transmute from them, something moves, and then your heart is open again, you are trusting again, you are spacious again. You are love again as you have responded to ANYTHING inside of yourself with love and so it becomes.

The Bravery Of Being Who You Are NOW

How easy this is to forget in a world where so much praise is offered to those who lead with charisma and attractiveness yet not always heart.

Anna visited with me in meditation this morning to offer this piece that is very personal to me yet also applies to so many others. She was feeling parts of me that are letting in this brand new phase of deep romantic love with Aurius and also more service, holding space for some huge souls that need me to meet them in my bigness. Aurius needs this from me too, even and especially when that means meeting each other in deep vulnerability and tears that sometimes take some ROARing to find our way to.

Such is the rumble and humility of being called to harvest the work I’ve done so far within and share the overflow of the bounty with others so they can inhabit this process too. It’s truly a way of life and not simply a process and that alone is so humbling.

There are many gifts and awakenings to integrate along the way, yet the biggest ones are the ones which don’t offer certifications or accolades yet bring you even closer to the Divine through your own beating and healing heart!

I feel grateful for my own bravery and that of my beloved. I feel honoured to be serving, to be in alchemy, and to support others to find their own too. I feel my heart blown wide open in a way I wasn’t expecting. I feel my parts reeling and being real too along the way.
