Spring Message From A Bird’s Egg

The symbol of the ‘egg’ can be explored so deeply and it’s actually quite an important metaphor for our ongoing growth and awakening phases, individually and collectively.

We each come from an egg inside our birth mother. We are encased in the ‘egg’ of our bodies after we are born. Our souls, it can be said, are always leaving and entering their next ‘eggs’ where we bake and gestate before we awaken some more. We are in a perpetual state of death and rebirth in this way, or maybe ‘birth and rebirth’ is another way to say it, yet embracing that ‘death’ is a part of all of our journeys, in many different ways, is important.

After all, you have to ‘die’ in a way to being in one life phase before you can enter another. It’s part of the cycle of living, learning, and relearning.

Mary Magdalene, in my etheric connection to her as a Divine Feminine guide, has been showing me many synchronicities around the egg she is often pictured with. It’s a symbol of the rebirth of Spring, both in our inner and outer worlds. We go back inward to emerge outward in whatever ‘seasons’ of the heart and soul encompass us in any given phase of our lives.

The other day while at the Glastonbury Abbey, I was drawn to walk along a path where I don’t usually walk, and there amongst the light-hearted daffodils was part of a cracked-open, bird’s egg shell. It felt tiny and fragile as I picked it up, yet the strength of the little baby bird that emerged from it could be felt too. It can’t emerge in any timing but its own, for if that happens, it perishes.

The mama bird can’t make it come out of the shell and experience the big, big world any sooner. Instead, she has to surrender to the cycle of life and allow her baby to come through and out of the egg when it’s truly ready. Its survival and ability to thrive too depends on its own built-up strength, its nourishment received while in the egg, and its overall destiny too — none of which can actually be controlled, but all of which has to arise on its own.

Every phase of being back in an ‘egg’ for us as sacred human souls in near-constant rebirth (especially these days) is about building up our strength and resolve to emerge. The Divine can’t make this happen for us. We can receive guidance, yet our emergence is up to us.

This cracked-open eggshell I found reminded me that it’s our core innocence and healing purity of heart and soul, along with our untethered desire to emerge and awaken, that moves us onward and also upward as we ascend and grow. If we can hold this desire to keep moving through — busting through at times- eggshell after eggshell, while blessing the experience and feeling grateful for it ALL, we ARE going to not only ‘survive’, but also find our deepest destiny on our journey back to love and leading with love to help bring us all back home.

I was so touched to be holding this egg…I felt it on a deeply personal level as I move more into my inner Queen/High ‘Heart’ Priestess power in this and other lifetimes. I also felt like this tender holding of this eggshell, which I’ve now made a place for on my altar at home, is the same preciousness the Divine feels for all of us and our parts/Metasoul aspects now and always. Preciousness that doesn’t caretake or enable parts of us to keep going toward harmful patterns, yet holds us each accountable and invites us, always, to feel, hold, and really own our preciousness and the deep strength and profound power of it.

Energy Update: Equinox & Spring Codes Bring Rebirth Codes During Humanity’s Dark Night

Energy update: We are entering the Equinox Portal and you can feel the Spring codes coming in….especially when you connect to Gaia. The budding flowers on the trees, the bulbs bursting through the soil, the temperatures starting to warm up, the baby animals taking their first steps or flights.

These energies are offering resurrection frequencies of pure white light to whichever chakras most need them. Your third chakra may especially be going through an upgrade with upset stomach and need to fast and/or eat very lightly. Our light bodies are aching for and receiving more sunlight now and we can bring those codes in from the Great Central Sun too.

This is support from Gaia right now that is so helpful as humanity continues through its dark night. The dystopian c@vid narrative timeline that is transitioning the collective from 3D to lower 4D does feel like a dark one in the moment. The restrictions, the lockdowns, the quarantines, the global and relentless push to get their poison, the social pressure and division this is creating for so many. The dark agenda is peaking while the relatively ‘stable’ 3D mainstream one is collapsing.

As I’ve shared before, the 3D mainstream as we have all known it in our lifetimes NEEDED to collapse…this is the Matrix projection known as ‘normal life’ that is no longer being able to fit in with our choice for Ascension. This projection was keeping so many souls sleepy and in the mill of eat/work/sleep repeat.


What we’ve been experiencing the last year is a transitional phase though, that can be so challenging, that serves to wake up many more souls to claim their freedoms and rights by having them taken away. This is a WAKE UP CALL that is sometimes harsh in its execution yet necessary for its outcome. Probably none of us who have gone through awakening can say that it has always been a kind and loving process, yet it has offered us whatever was necessary to lift the veils, even when it was quite painful in moments.


As I check in with my soul and higher dimensional aspects/guides, they are giving me the sense of parallel reality to when the Roman Empire was collapsing. There was this last gasp at power that lasted a couple of hundred years, a slow decline that looked like an increase in power…..similar to what we are seeing now. Only that which is running out of false fuel and ultimately Divine support has to work so hard to sustain itself. There is an energy of desperation in the Cabal’s actions that clearly points to the collapse happening on the higher levels.


People have been asking me how long I feel this narrative will play out and it does feel like several years to me. The Cabal will push this as far as they can with hopefully increasing opposition happening as more people become aware of what is going on. The ‘poison push’, as I am calling it now, will accelerate and escalate with choices needing to be made for those of us who see what it is and refuse to get it.

This is going to get more challenging in terms of personal relationships and the divisions/splits in consciousness and resonance that it is revealing. What has previously been tolerated with birth family, especially, will no longer feel sustainable as ‘soul contracts’ expire and dissolve. I have been guided personally to settle into a long-term shelter where I feel safe (here in Avalon), continue to serve love through SoulFullHeart in both virtual ways and in the physical, surrounded by soul family community and those who feel to join us here.

As we ride this out, we are also planting and sowing the seeds of light for New Earth. We are watering them with our visions and our dreams. We are supporting by our Divine soul and star families, as I’ve been sharing messages from them recently that are coming through. We are trusting the process is held by the Divine and will emerge out to what we are here to offer and birth….New Earth reality consciousness.


Look to Gaia and connect to the Divine Mother’s frequencies through Her….the ancient rhythms that seem to continue no matter what humanity is doing. The Equinox offers frequencies of balancing, even during this time that feels so crazy and off kilter. Much support is available to us during this time of death and rebirth as we connect within to discover, become and be with LOVE.

‘As Sure As Our Lord Was At Priddy’ – Exploring Metasoul Connections In Avalon and Beyond

James Elphick and I took a trip to Priddy, Somerset, yesterday here in the UK, in Somerset county.
There is a saying in Priddy that the locals know, “As sure as our Lord was in Priddy.”

After being here in Glastonbury these last months, I was quite interested to learn of the many ‘legends’ of Jesus visiting here often during his life and especially as a boy. I was interested in him being taken here on trips with his uncle Joseph of Arimathea, who was not only a wealthy trader in tin and other metals that were mined in Priddy and surrounding areas, but Joseph was also probably the equivalent of the Jewish government’s ‘Minister of Mining’.

Now, you won’t find much in the traditional Bible to directly support these claims, but you can cite plenty of Bible references to corroborate the claims, if you will. If you expand your lens out to the ancient scrolls discovered in 1945 at Nag Hammadi, you get a lot more of an interesting picture.

Central to this expanded picture is that Jesus, or Yeshua as he was known in his own language, was in love and married to Mary Magdalene and had children with her. That didn’t fit with the Christian canon of scripture that was compiled in the 4th century and it had to be screened out to fit a tailored narrative. A narrative that only controlling men seemed to need and undertake, but also consciousness itself seemed to need to go through this veiled phase of awareness. We are, like consciousness itself, in a phase now where we are lifting that veil.

I was especially opened up to this larger story through reading Anna, the Grandmother of Jesus by Claire Heartsong. I deeply recommend her book if you are wanting to open up to this expanded story of Yeshua’s life, his mother, his grandmother, his mother’s uncle Joseph of Arimathea, and what’s known as the ‘Magdalene way of the rose’ that Yeshua was immersed in and devoted to.

But, back to my day yesterday. After reading Anna, Grandmother Of Jesus and coming across the many places here in Glastonbury that are significant to Joseph, Yeshua and the Magdalenes at large, I wanted to venture to visit Priddy, just a few miles from here in Glastonbury. Now that we recently purchased a car, the opportunity arose. I needed a bit more driving coaching from James getting used to driving on the left side of the road and the right side of the car, like they do here in the UK.

When we arrived in Priddy and parked the car, we noticed a different feeling space immediately of rest and tranquility. We took a stroll on the main road through town and saw a sign pointing to the village church and school. We came upon a playground filled with children at break time and we were struck by how playful and alive they felt. It didn’t feel anything like a city playground. There was just grass, a few trees and a soccer ball, but these children in their school uniforms felt like they were from another dimension somehow. Both James and I commented on it to each other. Right then, as I was taking a picture, a young boy ran after the ball and mid stride, he rolled into a full somersault as he chased after the ball.

That may have been the highlight and lesson of the day. If you’re going to chase after something, be sure you are having fun while you are doing it.

We entered the church of St. Lawrence, built in 1352, and took in a sweet feminine energy in the pictures of children and especially an artist’s portrayal of Jesus as a boy that was really striking and touching.

This morning I felt deeper into my soul’s connection with Joseph Of Arimathea and experienced that it was quite easy to connect with him. As we ‘conversed’, I was able to see how in his high place and office and wealth, many people projected onto him a kind of having it all together that really wasn’t the case. Those people who make an etheric connection with him may want to gain access to his secrets of wealth and he said this was also exhausting to be seen through this lens of having it all.

He told me he actually longed many times to be a commoner like the many who came to him wishing to be relieved from their everyday lives. He told me about the hardships of being in the money and wealth grids. How that necessitated a kind of hard energy and control in the marketplace that just was the reality in that time and place. His redemption was being able to channel his wealth into supporting his larger family and he said that without this, he would have gone completely over the deep end.

Joseph also told me of his joys of having Yeshua as a boy as his travel companion, one like no other. He told me that the boy I watched on the playground yesterday take a somersault on his way chasing after the ball was totally what Yeshua was like. He made everything and everyone around him come alive in such a way that no one could figure out where he got all of his free and alive energies from.

I’m feeling a desire to continue to open out and explore this connection further with Joseph and Yeshua. There feels like a lot to go into there, especially within our Magdalene community here in Avalon/Glastonbury.

The Sacred Sexuality Exploration Of Soul, Body, AND Heart

Sex has never been quite ‘simple’ for me as a highly creative soul with many Priestess/Oracle lifetimes, where sexuality was used in certain ways, often taking the ‘human woman’ out of the equation. I was a ‘late bloomer’ in this lifetime and that felt like a sacred self-protection provided by my Inner Protector and also my Gatekeeper, the aspect of my soul that guards/watches over the portals to other lifetimes alive in me, in order to keep me from gravitating towards to my sexuality’s power from too early of an age. I’m grateful to them for that, as then I didn’t need to walk out the trauma that many other courageous feminine souls have walked out.

A phase of promiscuity in my early twenties was enough to ‘run out’ something around physical body-based sexuality. It was a confusing time, where I was exploring spirituality and finding myself while also exploring my sexual expression. Parts of me ached to be seen and to feel beautiful, all the while I had other lifetimes bleeding through where sexuality was related to in a certain way, often as a portal for others to walk through to access the Divine Feminine. 

It got to a point where I was able to dissociate from my body during intercourse, even when I didn’t consciously mean to. I was detached from my sexuality/sensuality in this way, feeling almost afraid of the power in it, and becoming more and more dissatisfied in my experience of it as it expressed in this way without a bigger awareness of what was happening.

I’ve realized since then, that what I truly needed and what my woman’s heart truly wanted, I didn’t yet possess the maturity to ask for from myself and from others. What my parts/Priestess aspects truly wanted was love and beholding. They wanted to heal, not just be a ‘portal’ they knew so well how to become. This precious gift of offering healing to others needs and wants to be expressed in other ways other than physical sexuality. It now gets to express through my creativity, through my space-holding in sessions, through my ever-healing and opening heart that is but one expression of the Divine Mother in this world, and, in my collaborations and sexual explorations with my beloved.

I have experienced profound healing through sexuality with my beloved and also solo while I waited for him. I’ve now had experiences where in sexual expression of any kind, I can feel my heart open and even burst into tears as pain comes up to be held and felt. I’ve been blessed with a partnership in which we can BOTH do this and feel all that we need to feel, together and apart. I feel our deep healing love exploration together taking us to new heights and new relationships to our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies as we go. 

Since coming back together, Aurius and I have let our sexual explorations take us wherever they need to… to the depth of some pain and to the height of feeling higher-dimensional soul aspects come through, bursting through with light language bellowing in moments and reminding us as well of ‘old-world’ rituals we are now transmuting together. 

It’s been an opportunity for heart and soul awakening on both sides. It’s been a journey for me personally to keep letting this all in with him and to feel how the Divine is forever in the mix with us… our sexuality becomes then a sacred exploration of our inner worlds and the sacred US-ness world we share in our coupleship. We’ve felt the tears in our US-ness from our separation phases and our souls’ separation from each other when we incarnated too. It’s been very emotional and it’s been very awe-inspiring and an overflow into service for both of us too. 

Amazing how when we wait for what’s right… and when we are willing to enter the vulnerability of our sexual expression, whether in literal sexuality or in creativity, alchemy, service, etc, we get to truly SEE and experience ourselves in a wholeness that connects so deeply to the Divine within and the Divine in others. It’s beautiful, worth every step and tear of the journey, and I LOVE where it takes me/us! ❤

Moving From Practice To Embodiment Of Your Spirituality

“It’s time to move from practice to embodiment.” ~

I felt this multi-layered message come through yesterday, just before holding a session with a sweet soul who is definitely on a new leg of her journey with this very thing. I feel the truth of it still moving through me too and the different resistances that parts of us can have to truly embodying whatever our spiritual, healing, Ascension ‘practice’ is.

In this session, she and I felt together how there’s a new chapter opening up now for her, where it’s not so much about going in and seeking pain or even about waiting for a trigger to happen in order for an inner portal to open. Instead, it’s more about seeking the next initiations on a soul level, letting those bring up the grist that’s needed WHEN needed, but also choose to be with the celebration of what HAS moved and healed and what’s now emerging inside on the other side of that.

For her, what’s emerging is a new sense of her womanhood, seeded deeply in her cleaning-out and activating womb, integrating the work she’s been doing and everything she has felt with her parts and Metasoul aspects over the years, yet especially the last few months, of her process. It’s been an intense ride for her with much darkness to steep in at times, yet her innate soul and heart goodness and ongoing sessions have been her guiding light to this new place within.

This is what it means to move from practice to embodiment on a deeper level… when your practice, whatever it is, becomes less and less compartmentalized from the rest of your life. You start feeling the need to advocate and truth-tell from your burgeoning, heart-centered clarity, and you feel the rumbles of what you want to create and become in your life, even if/when there is a cost of some kind. Your passion ignites in ways that may surprise you.

Your emotional and spiritual maturity begins to catch up to and even surpass your physical age. Your King/Queen energy starts to feel more genuinely empowered and capable of moving into deep resonance within and in your life as a whole, with so much trust in and respect for who you’ve already healed to become. You can take grounded ‘risks’ then, socially, financially, etc, that feel less ‘scary’ and more doable, even in the potential for loss and needing to make some more challenging choices.

This invitation to embody your ‘practice’ is a constant one. It’s becoming required, actually, as we enter into higher states of consciousness and Divine Self embodiment. As we ascend, love blows out all compartments and floods them with love. We are flooded with as much love as we can physically and emotionally handle and it’s up to us how we embody that love and to claim the space we need with our parts in resistance to it as we do so.

And it can be surprising the edges that surface as this embodiment happens! Yet, it’s all sacred, even if there is loss and a need to be in a void space somehow in order to sort through it and find your way. Sobriety and realness are your companions on this journey and along with them, you’ll feel the love that’s always been there with you and within you, as you open up and keep healing…

Preface To ‘The Quest: A Men’s Healing And Ascension Journey’

I started working on a book about the quest of the sacred masculine and its healing journey about this time last year when I was apart from my soul fam in SoulFullHeart. Of course, it couldn’t help itself from being anything less than what I had learned. It was a way for me to see myself, feel myself, and hopefully help other men in the process.

I have gone back to it recently and felt a pride in what I started and feel drawn and guided to continue on. I may share excerpts along the way as they highlight themselves. Today, I felt to share the Preface as it has relevance to our current collective situation and how are huMANity and masculinity relate to it. I look forward to where this journey takes me in my leadership and service of love to the men (and women!) it is meant to land in.

“IT IS CURRENTLY 2021 and I find myself, along with all of humanity, in a very tumultuous time in history. A global pandemic of fear, psychological and informational warfare, disclosure, and governmental authoritarianism is reigning supreme in our collective drama. Those that have been ‘elected’ or determined to be the leaders of the glorious mothership we call Earth/Gaia, are showing themselves to be ‘emperors with no clothes’.

I started to write this book about the awakening, sacred masculine right around the time the world went into a frenzy of lockdowns and an ever-mounting case load of information showing that we are being hooped and reigned in by a consciousness that is dystopian, dysfunctional, and dis-integrated. There are cries that the Old Guard of the Patriarchy be taken down and dis-membered (many times expressed literally!). There is the disclosure of the ‘Deep State’ as well as the hidden hand that is its ‘Luciferian’ influencer.

I put words in quotes not to dismiss them, but to highlight that these words are portals into something more contextual and less exact. This is not a book about evidence, data, or convincing this or that. It is about feeling within the current circumstance we find ourselves in as human beings, and more specifically as the masculine side of that equation (more on what I mean by that in the following Introduction.)

The male/wounded masculine dominance of the past few thousand years is being brought to trial and exposure by the collective arising feminine as well as the awakening, healing masculine. This is not an anti-man exploration. My journey has been to find the roots of our collective wounding through my own personal healing and introspection/integration process. In my heart it is very PRO-masculine, the healed transmutation of what has not been working and the honoring and cultivation of what has.

As men on a quest for our authentic expression and embodiment in this drama, we are being called to initiate ourselves into something new that brings us face-to-face with the Shadow that is appearing right in front of our very eyes these days. We are being invited to seek our calling and purpose in this death and rebirth process known as ‘Ascension’.

We all have a huge part to play in the years to come. Yet to recreate and rebuild I feel we need to do that from a more healed and honest place within us. Who we truly are is a result of seeing and feeling what we have been through with a courageous and compassionate heart as well as passionate conviction to be the change we want to see in the world.”

The Catharsis Of Soul Scream

Soul scream….

Hidden and lurking within can be an angst, an anger, a frustration so profound it can rock your world both inside and out.
We are all holding so much inside. Each one of us. Some more or less than others but it is all part of our journeys. Healing sometimes will bring you to the next layers of your soul pain.

This pain from an infinite variety of trauma is stored in the vaults of your soul to be opened and felt when the time is right. When there enough You there to hold it and love it.

Let it rip can be cathartic. It can also be a portal. To release the scream can bring relief, feeling and understanding where it comes from and why it is there can bring transmution and integration.

This Soul Scream can come from repressed truth, witnesses or experienced injustice, Kundalini surges/awakening, and veil lifting. It may be an essential part of our ascension to be intimate and vulnerable with this inner angst.

It holds power, creativity, alchemy, passion, and authentic voice. It is your hidden Real Self coming into contact with the Present. It is gather its sea legs in this dimension and reconciling the trauma and pain.

This is not easy or fun, but it may be necessary to move onto the next phase of growth and healing. When held in safe space such as community and nature it can have life-altering effects.

Trusting The Ascension Process As Humanity Shifts Out Of 3D And Into Lower 4D/Dark Night

So many times I have been offered this as a guiding light through this current c narrative and false medicine storm that humanity is experiencing. Being in the world is honoring that we have chosen on a soul level to BE here on this Earth Plane during this transition from 3D Matrix reality moving into 4D transitional/dark night phase and into 5D New Earth. Not being of the world is acknowledging that we are no longer in the mainstream consciousness flow or in resonance with it. We are no longer of it, even as we were ALL raised in it, by it, and of it. And many awakening souls still have many friends/family who are still of it Caring for the world though….ALL of it and ALL souls in it, is the piece that feels like it offers the next level of compassion and love ambassadorship.

As you tune into the Divine Mother and your Christ essence, your heart breaks open to feel the cries of the world, the cries of the womb/hara, the cries of the children. As you feel these cries, you DO care, even for those who judge you as crazy or push you away. You care even if you move out of saving or rescuing anyone and surrender, again, to the Divine holding of it ALL.

This is a collective dark night phase for humanity. This is the crawl and walk through the valley of the shadow of death. Dark nights are ALWAYS messy. They last as long as they need to and you can’t ‘control’ them. They are absolutely necessary for TRUE awakening to occur. Something false must die in order for the new to be born.

It does feel to me that 3D/third dimensional reality as we have previously known it is gone and we have actually ascended beyond it now as has Gaia. The comfort and security of 3D for parts of us, the eat/work/die familiar pattern of it has now shifted into something completely unknown to us before that is also unpredictable and volatile. It feels like we are now moving into a collective lower 4D reality as the ‘mainstream’ one….where soul awakenings can occur along with dark nights. Life as we previously knew it as ‘normal’ no longer exists, which is actually a good thing and IS Ascension…even if it feels rather like a dystopia to us; even if it isn’t how we wanted it or would prefer it to look or feel; or that it feels like it isn’t our choice or is happening ‘to’ us rather than with us.

While this is uncomfortable, it also feels like progress. To continue along in the ‘too comfortable’ 3D Matrix was to continue being suppressed, asleep, numbed, and drugged by it. This is messy now, yet it has woken up SO many souls by disrupting and interrupting their daily routines…and even lockdowns allowing for an unplugging from the daily living/doing/staying busy mill.

Even those previously awakening souls have had to question now how deeply embodied their spirituality actually IS as they lean more into it in real ways to navigate the unknown; how much they have healed in their emotional body as intense reactions come up; how much they have compartmentalized their spiritual essence away from the rest of their life as their social life becomes more difficult to navigate.

For those of us long on the awakening journey aligned with Divine Mother, we see and trust the value of these lower 4D dimensions. Yes, they contain some “hell realms” and dark energies/beings/timelines…yet the darkness needs our love, acceptance, and ambassadorship more than the 3D numb Matrix reality did. To move into 5D, we were ALWAYS going to need to go through 4D and reconcile what has lived there previously in shadow, in our subconscious, in other lifetimes. Any offerings/teachings/teachers that suggest we could have somehow avoided this are still plugged into a False God/False Light program that diverts us from actually transmuting and transforming (as it is meant to divert and distort.)

Now is the time where we have the support from Ascension energies, from the Divine, from benevolent guardian galactic beings, from guides/Metasoul aspects to TRULY transmute into our sacred human frequencies, to reactivate our DNA, to upgrade our galactic genes, to move into ‘supernatural’ gifts, to FREE up the immense powerful energies of our wombs/haras. We get to experience remembrance of bliss states and authentic joy as well come alive in us….holding the space as we courageously go into the mess over and over again for as many times as it ‘takes’ to heal.

This is what the journey to becoming free looks like….where nothing can be bypassed or wished away, yet needs to be gone through in order to reach the other side. It is this WHOLE journey that we have signed up to experience here as the growth possible from it is so appealing to many of us. It feels like there was a long sign-up line to be part of this phase of humanity’s Ascension on Earth. The best ‘show’ in the Galaxies in that way.

No longer resisting and being afraid of what lurks in the shadows allows us to embrace and understand the deep choice we made for our own growth and for humanity’s more fully.
