Super Blue Blood Moon Divine Feminine Energies Invite A Sacred, Feeling, Inward Day

I can feel the pull of this very auspicious Super Blue Blood Moon and words are going to be very hard today! I am choosing to write now, from the energy bursts inside right now, so that I can ride these waves today and be with what wants to arise inside of me, too.

The waves of light and love from this particular lunar event are potent and ever-present. I feel them pressing into the fields of all who are ready for them and some who aren’t too. Making a nest inside of you for Her vibrations to come through seems to be the invitation for the day today. Maybe a restless night while this event is going on can be avoided if space is made for the fluctuations and movements inside during the day today. This is what it feels like. A get ready to get loved sort of feeling. And the love that comes from Her, from the Divine Mother, is not one that penetrates in the same way as the Divine Father’s love frequencies. Her love is just as powerful but seeps in, absorbs in through the chakras and all of the bodies. It is an alchemical osmosis and it creates evokes the rumbles inside that are needing to rumble and the feelings that have been there below the surface anyways. She is helping us clean house as much as we are ready for. And what you ready for may surprise you today.

Something about this moon seems to be encouraging transparency, too. You can’t hide from it, really… and above all, you can’t really hide from yourself, least of all anybody else. Perhaps there are parts of you that have tried to stay hidden, sometimes in plain sight and other times behind some sort of wall inside. Perhaps there are shadows and light too that come from your being, from your heart and soul and all it has endured, faced, led, walked out, been part of, or co-created for good or ill. You may feel some existential waves come through today, your Metasoul Aspects leaking through the veil inside. You may feel some intense memories surface, held by parts of you that perhaps you thought you had already healed. These could be new layers with new information for you to digest, or they could be echoes. Either way, it is a day for feeling and making space for feeling, whatever comes up and however it chooses to surface in your co-created inner reality.

The illumination of this Super Blue Blood Moon is a special elixir for the heart and soul… one that is meant to guide and support, not to punish or overthrow and throwdown. It is important to remember the love that is here for you, wanting to birth itself more and more within you. Those inner seeds of service of this love want to begin to sprout in good, well-tilled soil within. Today is as good as any day to work towards this, be with this, hold kindness and self-love as the light shines in on the darker, hidden places within. ❤

Karma Is A Mirror, Rather Than A Punishment.

The universe we live in is not a punitive world, but rather a world of built in cause and effect, inside a deep framework of love and accountability.

That’s a very big difference…

Cause and effect offers us as souls a way to achieve most deeply what we came here to achieve. Our journey as a perceived separate self is just that; a perception of our third dimensional self who has been conditioned to believe this. This admittedly powerful perception is what we use in the domain of cause and effect to grow deeper and deeper towards self-love and other-love, coming to realize in higher self reality that ultimately self and other have no dividing line. The entire point is growth, and the realization of love, not punishment.

Here we come to feel deeply the words of Jesus found in the gospel of Thomas offering a more accurate (then what’s found in the Christian bible) wording of the golden rule, that ‘as you do unto others, so you do unto yourself.’

The whole point of a cause and effect (karma-based) universe is to offer us and all consciousness a mirror in which to see ourselves and in turn to feel ourselves. The effect of our actions upon others cannot be separated from effect upon ourselves. This effect however is a mirror, not a punishment, regardless of how painful the blossom of that karma may be in our personal worlds.

The only reason we could cause harm to another is because we are out of touch with the feeling wave we affected in that ‘other’ with in our actions. Karma offers us a mirrored feeling sense of those actions and their effect. It is in feeling that we are returned to our deepest humanity.

Murder and rape are often cited as the worst crimes that could ever be committed, which may well be true, but let’s look at them in a different way from a soul or higher self perspective. It feels true to me that when we choose to incarnate in our pre-carnational planning and liaison meeting with our soul family and guides that we actually agree to these roles of victim and abuser in this holographic projection we call 3D life as a means to effect and perfect our growth as conscious beings. Many times, we’ve actually willingly traded roles as victim and abuser in other lifetimes.

One of the deepest wirings in the universe is the wiring of free will. And it feels true that this is why we rate murder and rape as the worst crimes because they are such deep infringements upon free will. These crimes violate not only the individual, but the nature of the universe. The universe in this way could be seen as a play ground in which we are all coming to terms with the dimensions and implications of free will.

However, as I mentioned earlier, what if we actually pre-planned these experiences and okayed them as both victim and abuser? Well, then they didn’t actually violate free will did they? It feels like in this way that free will cannot actually be violated in the intelligent universe that we share. Now, however, both the abuser (through karma) and the victim are left to feel the effects of the ‘crime’ and harvest the growth of the drama that they actually wrote the script for and chose to act out together.

Now, there are no actual victims, which brings us to the maybe the next biggest hard-wire of the universe: The power to choose our response to any action. Again, we are faced with our growth and the universes total support of us coming to realize our incredible power and essence.

Let’s let go for a moment of our charged perceptions of these ‘worst’ crimes and consider a much ‘lesser’ crime; a bully child on a playground calling another child a degrading name. Here again we can feel the same playouts of victim and abuser. Both ‘victim’ and ‘abuser’ are indelibly effected by the drama and will be propelled in their growth journey as they digest this experience to return to their essence of love through this perceived deviation outside of love. When the pain of this so called lesser crime is gut wrenchingly fully felt, it doesn’t actually feel any lesser than rape and murder. The degrees we assign crimes are all smoke and mirrors designed from our wounding and unresolved pain to help us avoid feeling.

The whole point of the journey here is the realization that nothing can actually remove anything from love. Love is only all there ever is, while the perception of ‘not-love’ or what we call ‘hate’ only serves to backlight love as the only and ultimate reality.

That’s what got us here so busy learning our way to this re-memberance of what we actually are – all members of the same family of oneness.

This brings us to what we can do to stop the karmic playouts in our lives. The whole point of the karmic wiring in the universe is to get us to simply stop and feel. When we feel and take emotional stock of the pain our actions caused an ‘other’, we feel full circle the deep love of the universe for the other and we feel forgiveness for ourselves. We feel how the pain that we caused someone caused them to doubt (if not disown) the universes essence of complete and total love. Now, there is no more karma playouts because we have fully felt the pain that wants to be felt and balanced. We know we have fully felt the pain and this us completed the karmic cycle when we can feel deep self forgiveness for ourselves. Until deep tears of self forgiveness come to us, we are still enroute to ending a karmic cycle. The universe is patient in this way, and though it may feel almost masochistic to us to have these seemingly endless playouts in our lives, with some of them even extending over many lives, the universe doesn’t see that as too big a price to pay for our embodiment of deep self and other love.

Self love is the actual goal, because love for an other can never exceed the actual love we feel for ourselves, and self love cannot actually be separated from the love we feel for an other, because we are not actually separate.

The other reason self love is the big deal is that we simply cannot give that which we do not possess. Real love is ever only an overflow, never an injunction, or a should.

This journey to self love is the whole point of these drastic dramas and playouts. All of the resulting compensations for our pains and addictions are all a discovery of the infinite love fabric and wavelength frequency vibrational essence of everything.

Everything is a feeling. And when we come to feel the pain we caused ourselves through karma or that we caused an other, we return fully to love.

This takes us deep into the territory of the original soul birth wound that lives in each of us – a feeling of being separated from God or Divine Source. And actually, we all were individuated (a kind of separation) out from God, but the entire point of individuated life is for us, through feeling, to come to recognize ourselves as the God essence that we are and always were. We even come to forgive Divine Source for individuating itself in its quest to know itself through us and our perceived separate experience.

It is in this way that karma offers us feeling as the only way to true healing. In SoulFullHeart, we explore karmic binds and woundings through process ground of your 3D pain body and soul field. During sessions, the facilitator acts as a sort of confessor and guide to empower your self forgiveness, letting go, and healing.

My Awakening Journey/Story – Day 29: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 29 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I share my own awakening journey, especially over the last 15 years or so since I was introduced to the parts process through a emotional and spiritual healing group based in Ashland, Oregon. I share about my ‘make believe’ or fantasy life which actually felt more real than ‘reality’. I feel now this was a sign of my third eye especially being quite open, traveling to other dimensions, and communicating with higher selves of other people even as a child.

I also talk about my experiences in jobs and careers that reflected my soul expression coming through (as it always does in some way), such as being a medical assistant/nurse in a cancer center; a small business reporter/editor; and a life/business coach/manager. It can be interesting to look at our ‘job history’ this way and connect it to our soul purpose expression now.

My main soul awakenings really began with the parts process and have expanded and deepened over the last 15 years with dark nights, bliss and Oneness, non-dual and kundalini and cosmic awakenings, Divine Mother connection, conscious community, falling in love with Raphael, healing abduction wounding and my star seed, creating and offering SoulFullHeart, etc.

Energy Update: Inner Supermoon Illuminates And Dissolves Your Defensive Layers

As we approach the Lunar Eclipse and second Supermoon for this month, you can feel the energies ‘ramping’ up. You could call this ‘portals opening’ and certainly it can look this way with your third eye. AND, I have been taking pictures of the sun during these gateways and portal openings offering energy download and code activations in which it actually looks like a portal. The physical ‘proof’ of this portal as reflecting in our sun serves to bridge to the 3D parts of us that still want and need that kind of link to what is happening in the cosmos with physical manifestation.

Your trust may be growing lately in what exists and can be felt much beyond the mind, beyond the five senses, beyond what you have been conditioned in 3D schools to believe as ‘real’. This trust grows as you connect more with your Higher Self (or Metasoul – individuated soul source) and these higher dimensional frequencies come into your consciousness. You experience this through altered states during meditation especially as you go within to discover the WORLDS there are to explore, find, and take in that exist much beyond the five sense limiting filtering system.

You can trust more too as you feel the parts of you that have been anchored to 3D reality and WHY they have been. Your Inner Protector had to form a shield and armor in order for you to survive here. Similar to putting on an atmospheric suit if you were to go explore on the moon’s surface, you needed a protective shield of density to be here in 3D. This protective shield creates layers of dense coverings over your energy field, over your heart chakra, over your emotional body, over your physical body. It is to protect you and exists for self loving reasons. These layers of protective coverings can make it more difficult to feel a transactional heart flow of love within yourself, in relationships with others, and with the Divine.

Yet, as you awaken, cracks of light start penetrating this protective suit. Trickles and sometimes storms of love water flood the suit and start to erode it away. The guardedness drops as you let in more and more love and light ascension energies such as what are being offered in this now. As you are in relationships which support and amplify this love exchange and make it safe to drop the defenses, the Protector can let go of the protective shield and trust love more. Your 5D Self (or your Higher Self coming into your body) is able to be in multiple dimensions at the same time, vibrating in joy, being porous to all feelings that are going on, bridge for all parts of you to the present moment without the need for the anchoring ‘suit’ of protection.

The moon energies support the illumination of this protective suit and getting to know it as a separate energy…..to become intimate with it in order to invite it into love. The Divine Feminine offers compassion and forgiveness to ALL parts, including the Protector and even the Inner Punisher too (that such harsh critic sometimes). The Divine Mother provides a re-templating of the wounded frequencies that we received. Acceptance and OKness with all of our feelings, shadow aspects, karmic patterns, and holding space for them to be felt and moved with and by love.

These energies have a feeling of rumble to them as well. Rumblings of desires and higher consciousness moving through the grounds of your life. These rumblings can bring deaths and letting go, which eventually lead to rebirths. Even your Protector can want these death and rebirths as it so desperately needs and wants to rest from guarding you and parts of you. The Divine Feminine shakes your life up with love so that you can see and feel all the pieces as they scatter about and choose if you still want them to ‘land’ in the same places and the familiar configurations.

There is an allowance and necessity for letting in, for integration, for going within to digest. There is a need for goodness, softness, compassion and self care. If you have difficulty accessing and providing yourself these frequencies, you probably have a masculine part of you (again, like the Protector) that is coming in to do, to judge, to conform, to maintain. Negotiation with these parts of you can allow for the feminine to come into your BEing more…….softening, enlightening, and soothing.

Your inner Supermoon wants to shine light onto all the fields of your life and illuminate what needs your attention, focus, and choice points. Your inner Supermoon reflects the BIGness of your BEing that can hold so much more than you might realize or even imagine, plus illuminates the edges and boundaries that currently limit your soul expression. Your inner Supermoon gives you a sense of what can be revealed when you are willing to look, open to feel, and surrendered to love.

Parts Process, Setting Boundaries – Day 25: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen & Raianna Shai (Video)

In today’s video, Day 25 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk with my daughter Raianna, how has been engaging with the SoulFullHeart parts process for more than a year. She brings the perspective of her generation at 22 years old and how it feels to incorporate the parts perspective (and SoulFullHeart way of life) into her life.

Raianna shares about the first Protector part that she met and how she digested a process of punisher/protector-shame reaction that happened in reaction to a social setting. She talks about how hard it was to get ‘away’ from the shame reactions in order to feel why she felt that way until she could feel them as separate parts and energies and sort them through with her SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri.

She also talks about how as you feel more of your own parts, you can feel more of these energies in others, especially as an empath. She shares about her experiences in boundary setting with others and her process around that.

She shares too about living in community near us, engaging in the SoulFullHeart process, and relating with me as her ‘mother’ and more and more on a soul level rather than the ‘roles’ of mother and daughter.

Your Gatekeeper: Guardian Of Your Metasoul/Other Timeline Aspects – Day 24: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 24 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about the 4D (and higher) energy and Metasoul aspect called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper is the upstream expression of the 3D Protector. As your 3D protector is connected with and begins to rest more from this life experiences and traumas, your Gatekeeper can begin to reveal themselves. The Gatekeeper is the aspect of our Metasoul that keeps the veil of amnesia in place, guarding the ‘doors’ and portals of access to all of your Metasoul sisters  and/or brothers (fractals off of the same individuated soul sources that express out in many timelines).

The Gatekeeper is often overwhelmed by this ‘duty’ and feels disconnected from Divine Source, other Gatekeepers, Angels, and higher dimensional frequencies. Bleed throughs from different Metasoul timelines (particularly those with a lot of karma) come through and ‘fuse’ into the Gatekeeper’s energy. They often first present to you as one of these timelines.

I talk about my process with my Gatekeepers over the years and how they have shifted to strongly masculine warrior frequencies to eventually feminine bridging energies. The Gatekeeper shifts from guard to guide; they become a more and more pure channel of Divine love, access to Higher Dimensional Frequencies, Akashic Records (which are ‘contained’ in your Metasoul line), and more.

Integrating 5D Consciousness States Into Everyday Living: Day 23: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 23 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I respond to some questions that I’ve been asked lately in beginning sessions with people. I talk about integrating higher consciousness states in 5D with everyday ‘walking around’ life. I describe examples from my daily live in which I have experienced these ‘altered states’, which become more and more normal states. States such as kundalini surges, non-dual drip lines, and general ‘loose brain’ mode.

I offer that it has been intimacy with Raphael; intimacy with my Metasoul sisters with access to these frequencies; intimacy within community that offers these altered states as well. Your Protector can keep you from experiencing these states in a flowing way because there may not be ‘room’ in your life, i.e. related to your jobs, your family, your relationships, etc.

I make a connection to what you are choosing in your life in every single moment in every day directly connects to the consciousness state that you experience. What you are saying ‘yes’ to and what you are saying, ‘no’ to.

Teleportation Through Third Eye, Imagination, Emotional Body Healing

Where do you want to go? Your consciousness can take you there, wherever, whenever. Connecting with higher dimensional aspects of your Metasoul/Higher Self can take you there. Feeling the parts of you that are anchored to 3D reality and helping them let go can take you there. Activating your Ascension Chakras to open UP to galactic and cosmic energies can take you there. Letting go of your 3D conditioned mind’s tight, tight grip on reality, overlaying grid that makes it challenging for wonder to flow through can take you there. Healing your emotional body and the undigested traumas can take you there. Kundalini and Non-dual frequencies coming into your BEing can take you there as parts of you allow for these to come in more.
 
This is teleportation. Teleporting to other dimensions, other galaxies, other realities, beginning in the super conscious mind, in the ‘imagination’, in the third eye. Someday we will take our bodies too as Star BEing technology is offered to us that allows us to do this. For now, we have the gifts of our soul that kNOW how to do this and BE this teleportation.
 
It helps to be in the Now moment, close your eyes, use Solfeggios or other music, dedicate the time without outside distractions…..go within. The practice of this going within opens up the inner landscapes. It turns on your personal teleportation ‘device’ from within. It fires up your Merkabah – light body vehicle anchored to 5D and higher – that can take you ANYWHERE you wish to go.
 
During teleportation visits and shamanic journeys during meditation, I travel many places and to many dimensions. Once I was teleported to a room made of stars…not really a room as there were no walls. A place made of stars where higher selves were hanging out. I had conversations with some of them, souls that I needed to connect with and understand where they were coming from beyond what their conscious personality would tell me. I have been doing this since I was a very small child and, back then, I called it ‘make believe’ or ‘play pretend’.
 
My ‘make believe’ world has always been very rich….it continued into my adulthood and only stopped when it transferred from ‘fantasy’ to multidimensional travel. I feel that I was born with my third eye quite activated and Divine love awakened/realized, although it took me until my early 30s to really own and see this. Some people would say and have said (those fused to 3D reality) that I still make it all up or it is all fantasy what I am offering about the ascension process and my personal experiences. I am ok with feeling that I ‘make it all up’ as what a wonderful thing THAT IS! I certainly hope that we all make up our reality as that is where our POWER Is.
 
In the star room (and other super conscious landscapes) I feel like I can breathe. This is my home frequency. The rest of the time I am bridging 3D with this more natural reality that my soul has experienced more than the 3D one.
 
Where do you want to go? Back to the womb? To other lifetimes and timelines? To the akashic records? To what we call ‘Golden Earth’/5D frequencies? To Inner Earth? To other planets? It is a relief from 3D reality, the density, the earthboundness, the five senses, to go away on adventures in the etherics, to have conversations beyond what the conscious personality or 3D self can track and understand. You can remain grounded to the earth and go on these adventures. Gaia likes to hold space for them it seems.
 
Dare to be ‘deluded’. Dare to ‘make it all up’. Dare to be in what feels like fantasy for awhile. The rewards are ongoing integration of these realities into your walking around one. The gifts are a return to the frequency where you feel like home, where you feel love, where you feel the Infinite Possibilities that exist in every moment to BEcome sacred human!

This is a photo taken of a rainbow ring around the sun that came out during a group energy healing session on Sunday. It seemed to offer a support to our growing commUNITY and the GOOD work of healing the heart, soul, energy field that we were engaged with that day and ongoingly.

Going Yin: The Quest Of The Inner Grail

“Coming home to your Self is the reunification of your Selves. It is the Holy Grail of the inner quest.”


Enjoyed some much needed Me time yesterday. Being in intimate romance and community, there are times when it is so important to have a space to ‘catch up’ with my Self and my selves. Without some dedicated Me space, I can feel parts of me get a little ornery and start to poke at me. It has come up as a recurring theme inside me about sovereignty and having my own unique expression and journey. It felt like a masculine rumble inside me being in such a feminine offering. However, it is the desire of the feminine for the masculine to rise into his authentic power and healed expression into a co-creative endeavour.

From the masculine in me there is this need for a quest. This has expressed itself in an outward fashion for soul aspects of me. The need to go in search of a Holy Grail that would be the catch all for what is lacking on the inside. As I felt into this with my metasoul brethren, it was clear that what has been needed is a reuniting of these aspects into one place and to join together in an inner quest of self-discovery of the depths of my BEing and the fear places that hold my own Inner Grail.

Over the years I have met many metasoul aspects from different timelines. They have been mostly human in form and have had some galactic self awarenesses over the past few months. I can feel how the entry into a deeper connection with these aspects will come as I have integrated more fully the aspects I have already met. This was the intention that set for myself for the day.

It started by going to a creative visual place and calling these souls to a sacred place that I have created inside myself as MY place. It is a sacred grove of sequoia trees that has a round table in the center of exquisite design. It was there that I met them all for the first time in one place. It is a magical experience to feel the multidimensionality in reunion. Tears fell from joy and not pain. I could feel myself in them as they in me. We are beginning to connect in deeper conversation and feel the merkaba that it is creating inside. They include a Roman soldier, a Scottish King, Lancelot from Camelot, a Native American Shaman and warrior, as well as a Reptilian commander and a Sirian aspect among emerging others.

This is looking to form as a band of brotherhood that seeks communion with the inner feminine. To explore the depths of the deeper fear places and enter into the realms of the forgotten ‘other’ realms that exist beyond the 3D mind. Extending the beacon to my Star Being and Angelic selves and feeling the veil that has been thinning between us. This is the ‘real’ journey to my parts. The kind of thing that gives new life to the process of Going Yin, as I have referred to it.

I share this because it is something that is so magical to me and is meant to be shared. It is a beacon to others as an example of the power and beauty of the process of selves discovery and reunification. The expansive nature of embracing our humanity as we embody our divinity and galactic ancestry. SoulFullHeart is a container and a reflector for this ongoing descension that lights our ascension. A cosmology of the heart.  I look forward to sharing more of my personal process as it arises and feels important to do so.

Your Demons Are Your Angels Unheard – Day 19: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen & Gabriel Heartman (Video)

In today’s video, Day 19 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman joins me to read from and talk about a writing and topic that feels so relevant and timely to the ongoing collective and personal ascension process.

This is an excerpt from his writing: “In this moment I feel you.  I feel you because I have been you.  There are voices, or intense energies, that just don’t seem to leave you alone. They permeate your BEing, making themselves at home with your mental body and wreaking havoc with your emotional body. You are becoming aware of so much around you. Being as sensitive as you are you pick up on it and it just finds its way INside. Sticking to the stuck places that have yet to be felt and unravel. It can be literally overwhelming. You may be even experiencing intense anxiety over what is going on inside. Wondering how you will ever get any peace of ¨mind¨. It is a daily life of maintaining your sanity in what feels like an insane world.

The thinning of the veil is elucidating your most hidden places. The ones you thought you had under control or weren’t even aware of. The contentedness is slowly losing its hold on your emotional reality. What I want to offer here is that there is a life-line. It is to actually go INsane. Which in this way means to go “into the healthy”. In our fear-sided consciousness, we have turned away from going into the deep emotional as the Holy Grail of our greatest gift to ourselves.

These energies have been called our inner Demons. They have felt like a haunting to some. An intense barrage of thought and emotion that have medicated by all sorts of prescriptions, whether drugs, or sex, or anything else that has aided as a distraction. Some may just be living with it trying to “get by” as best they can. I want to give a voice to these “demons”, for they are actually your unheard and unfelt angels. They have a message to deliver to you and you just haven’t had the means to be able to actually hear without being overwhelmed.”

Gabriel and I then talk about going into deeper feeling states or ‘shadow’ sides of depression, pain, anxiety, and those called our ‘inner demons’. We feel a connection with these energies as parts of ourselves and forming a relationship ‘with’ them is what allows these energies to heal, integrate, and share their gifts. Gabriel shares from his personal, many year process to be with these parts of himself and his process through spaceholding support with me and my mate Raphael.

We talk about how if you don’t have a means to have a relationship with these energies and parts, then you will seek anything to try to cope, divert, and relieve the feelings – such as through alcohol, drugs, sex, habits, suffering loops, even through spiritual practices, etc.
