Clearing Your Divine Channel To Love

You are channel of Divine Love. Connected to the Source of All That Is. It is how you, or parts of you, relate to that reality that makes all the difference in the world in how you will BE in that reality. It affects what experiences you will draw and manifest that validate, or invalidate, what lives as your Truth. But what is your Truth?

This gets tricky because inside of you lives multiple truths. Semi-solid beliefs that parts of you have held on dearly to due to clear experience and unconscious fears. These truths create an energy projection that alters your conscious reality. How is it that you feel one way inside but your outside is not matching up? You keep drawing circumstances that keep you from fully embodying and inhabiting your soul’s purpose. Going into the emotional landscape of your inner world holds the keys to some of your long held questions.

If you feel yourself as this channel connected to Love, it is not hard to imagine all the obstacles that get in the way from truly letting in, and through, the Grace that is being bestowed upon us. It is like a clogged artery. Calcifications of your 3D experience that are looking for love to set them free and dissolve into your heart. You may even have an intense overload of access and energy that sends your system into a shock state that is hard to function in daily 3D practical living. This too is a function of resistance and fear from a protective part of you designed to convince you that it is all too much to bear.

Obstacle or overwhelm, the reality here is that you are being summoned. Called to bear compassion and even challenge to what is preventing your natural state from being in the present moment.  In SoulFullHeart, we access parts of us that have received much 3D wounding which are beacons of this resistance. They call out to us to show up and help assist in both the inner and outer changes that need to be made to create an environment that is conducive to MORE healing, MORE opening, MORE growth.

It begins usually with connecting with an Inner Protector energy that has a love for you that is beyond what you can imagine. They have done life AS you for so long just to keep as much of your boat floating as possible until there was a time when you could show up in all your courage to begin to take the reigns back through compassionate negotiations. They love you so much that it is hard for them to let you go and let them in.

As you feel the roots of this protection and the pain that lies underneath it, the energetic clumps begin to set off into the ethers and more of your true connection, in human form, gets to be experienced and downloaded. More of what You really want and need in a healthy and growthful way sends out its beacon to the universe. Your channel is getting clearer, though not always easier, in the very beginning.

Expect your life to change. Your Higher Self, and even your Protector, are banking on it. There is all the support and guidance you can let in to assist you on the way. SoulFullHeart is one way that offers a path and process to clear the inner arteries of your Divine Heart in human form. A process that is in constant growth and clarifications as we enter it ourselves and with others that have found resonance and profound clarities. I invite you to take a deeper look into this unfolding universe that is calling out to you through your experiences and synchronicities.

The winds are changing and calling us IN and UP. The time is NOW to let in all you have always been born to BE.

Energy Update: Overlapping And Collapsing Timelines, Plus Activations Of Higher Ones

Overlapping, collapsing, and activations of higher timelines are all happening with more acceleration as all these light codes keep coming in this month and through the next month too. Merging and overlapping timelines feel like multidimensional realities are overlaying into your current one. Standing at the kitchen counter and ‘seeing’ yourself aboard a Star BEing light ship is one example of this as your Star Being Metasoul aspect realities fuse into yours. Another example is talking with someone and suddenly light language pours from your mouth. Or, you may see a scene from another era overlaid onto your current one, giving you ‘peeks’ and ‘glimpses’ into other lifetimes. You may hear and even smell this overlapping timeline too as you enter it in those moments.

There is also an emotional body aspect of this as sudden, intense reactions are triggered by things that are not usual for you. Watching a movie about an epic event in ‘history’, for example, and suddenly bursting into tears of recognition, mourning, and grief as you access the experiences of a Metasoul sister or brother who is STILL living this event out in the now. Or, you wake up in sobs of tears from experiences during dreams that are very intense and feel ‘real’. These peek-a-boo timeline bleed through moments can happen more and more as you open up your upper three ascension chakras, heal your 3D emotional body, and connect consciously with (what we call in SoulFullHeart) your Gatekeeper, who holds access to your Metasoul and other lifetime aspects.

The increasingly strong light codes flooding into our atmospheres are illuminating the ‘yellow brick road’ of your highest timeline path. They are amplifying your intuitive connection with your Higher Self, who increasingly BEcomes you as your frequency rises and ‘meets’ your Higher Self consciousness. Also, as you integrate gifts from your Metasoul, multidimensional, higher dimensional aspects. Following this yellow brick road is where the often most challenging aspects of ascension come in. Following this higher timeline can push up often very mixed feelings and polarized reactions from within you. One part of you is very excited and enlivened by the soul’s purpose of expression here in ALL areas of life. This is usually your growing into 5D self within your body.

Then, another part of you is resistant and fearful of the changes. This is usually your Inner Protector, the part of you that necessarily came into BEing when you incarnated here and encountered such harsh 3D density. This part of you may block and obscure your intuitions and make you ‘doubt’ if they are real or viable. It may delay, divert, and stall your progress by clinging to 3D-based relationships, careers, belief systems, toxic patterns, and addictions. This Inner Protector can be a significant portion of your outward personality and persona until connected with directly and consciously, as we offer a process and path for doing in our SoulFullHeart work.

Your Protector is primarily concerned about how it will impact younger, more vulnerable aspects of you to go through the catalytic and necessary death and rebirth process to align with your higher timeline. Your Protector often sees YOU as a teenager or a child that it needs to take care of and is responsible for. It is also protective of your Metasoul and feels the situations that created traumas from other lifetimes where aspects of your Metasoul were persecuted or killed for expressing their gifts, seeking love, or leading something radically new.

Collapsing timelines happen as you consciously choose one timeline over another. As you transition your life out of the 3D anchored one that parts of you have needed to create and BE in and conform to. This is also a form of ‘unplugging from the 3D matrix’ that has been collaboratively (on a soul level) been created with fear-based Reptilians and other Star BEings. This 3D matrix timeline is collapsing and you can see and feel it in the recent political rumblings, Hollywood disclosures, with much more coming. It is a bumpy transition to the higher timeline collectively, especially with so many souls still anchored deeply to 3D reality.

Collapsing timelines can be felt most dramatically during personal crisis, such as leaving a marriage or long-term relationship; getting ‘fired’ or leaving a long-term career or retiring; a sudden death or serious illness; changing geographies. Sometimes these collapsing timelines can feel like they are ‘happening to you’ as parts of you (usually, again, your Protector) may be in understandable fear and resistance to the changes and UPheaval that they bring. This is ash in the air with often deep valleys and dips of despair, depression, and mourning, as the old timeline feels like it is being ‘burned to the ground’ and parts of you along with it.

As you consciously make choices following your yellow brick road timeline, love comes in more and more to hold the space. You feel how ALL of the rumbles, quakes, burnings, and collapses are in order to clear out what is no longer supporting your highest expression. You support resistive parts of you to feel this trust at deeper levels too, inviting them to join you in the journey toward the realization of your dreams manifesting in ALL areas of your life as you increasingly align with the Divine in purpose AS your highest timeline service of love here.

Energies Bring Rushes Of NEW Love Through The Body, Heart, Soul And Mind

That feeling of blood rushing back into your head after hanging upside down for a while on the monkey bars as a kid… this is the feeling as love rushes back into and through our veins, in ways parts of us have forgotten that it even could. Our soul remembers and allows this rush, as the parts working hard to block it begin to release their grip and heal. Namely the Gatekeeper, the one who protects you in different layers and is a fragment of your Higher Self, intended to keep your soul remembrances at bay until you are ready to download and feel them, is the one who needs the most from you before this rush can truly happen. It’s a feeling of light-headedness, dizziness now that many of you will likely feel. It is the sensation of downloads, of higher frequencies coming in, and the dam built against love within you breaking open once again. This is what happens, the more you let in the parts of you that need you. A similar feeling can be felt when trying to transcend beyond what you have already felt and you aren’t yet bringing it up with you. Some parts of you may be over-stretching themselves to try and move beyond what they feel, not realizing that there is a bridge in front of them that needs to be crossed first. This can cause a major physical strain on your brain and body, not to mention your heart that is so working to catch up to it all. This is also when life calamities can happen, not out of punishment or anything you have done ‘wrong’, but because there is more to notice inside of you and this is often the way this can be shaken up and put forward instead of buried yet again.

Doing the work, inhabiting the practice of being with yourself, being with beloveds who resonate with you on all grounds and who you choose to be around because your heart wants to be there, not out of duty or obligation… these are all a part of the formula for this rush of love renewal and replenishment, flowing from limb to limb, cell to cell, mind to heart to soul to body and back again. There is so much here, so much love, so much to embody and live into now and always… and it’s all beautiful, though dizzying at times too as we get used to the new frequencies and acclimate to the renewal of this lifeblood of love! Making love within a Sacred Union is a beautiful way to move these energies in and through… and make room for MORE. Energy Update: UPgrades To Highest Timelines Continue, Along With Cleansing Of Physical & Emotional Bodies (Video)

I felt to record a video today offering about the ascension energies coming in especially strong and intense since the Lion’s Gate in early August, continuing through November 11:11 portal opening and on through 12/12 as we head into 2018. These energies offer us INfluxes of light to upgrade ALL our systems to live out and BEcome our highest timeline service of love here.

As they come into our every living cell AND our emotional bodies, these light waves encounter toxicity in our physical bodies and emotional bodies from our experiences here in 3D. Our inability to digest these toxicities leads to the manifestation of all kinds of sufferings and stuckness, pains and wounds. It leads to emotional immaturity in our relationships and in many other ways as well. The ascension upgrade process is also a detox process as the light can not come in until the lower vibrations are cleared out.

I offer a bigger context around this process related to the cosmic energies and also a specific bridge to our SoulFullHeart process (and my own personal process too) related to HOW we move and heal the toxicities in the emotional body through connecting with parts of us. Raianna Shai and Raphael Awenhave both offered powerful and moving writings today about the inner family (and higher self soul family) parts work connections and what this process offers too.

The Power Of A Group Healing Merkaba

Yesterday the five of us met for our monthly SoulFullHeart group circle. It is a time for us to check-in with what is currently moving inside us, share journaling, have parts felt, and seek guidance and facilitation in our processes and mateships. It was a beautifully powerful day of high vibration discussion of where SoulFullHeart is headed, what arising digestions are taking place on multiple levels and dimensions, and how we can best serve love to and with others.

We are feeling so much moving in the collective and within ourselves that is contributing to new timelines and heart openings. Being in physical proximity creates a group merkaba that intensifies the amplitude of the love frequency throughout the cosmos. You can feel it as we enter into feeling space and deep questioning and intuitive responsivity. The atmosphere in the room raises up exponentially and the outside world feels like another planet.

When in group space the heart chords among us are strengthened by the challenges and the vulnerabilities that arise from sharing and intuitions of others. Kalayna and I felt through an emerging and deepening metasoul Roman lifetime together that has elucidated so much of our past dynamics together. We were able to get guidance and support for what we are experiencing that has opened us up into new layers of our Usness. The energy that is created between us a couple. We explored a new arising aspect of our sacred humanity we are calling the Gatekeeper and the power and significance they hold to our healing and soul embodiment.

Raianna vulnerably shared about her process in her post where she had a deep emotional movement and new profound clarities around the relationship to how our parts relate to each other that created so much relief and going on places in her healing. You can read about it here.  Raphael and Jelelle digested their own process around the recent energy upgrades and how much that is shifting the way we relate to food and what real nutrition is for our arising light bodies. More digestion of the desire to bring in more of our 5D capabilties and sacred humanity while feeling what the emotional blocks are to this deep desire for manifestation and contact.

This is what we are living almost every day. This is the high-octane fuel that we experience together and would love more hearts and souls to be a part of when the time is right. It is raising the frequency of each of us individually and as a group that beacons out into the collective. It is a magical time that is usually followed by deep integrative sleep and surges of creativity. We believe this is the way we have always meant to interact together. It is the way we want all people to experience in true sacred unity. It is not THE way, but A way. One that has so much to offer the power and gift of your sacred humanity.

The Intricacies And Relationships Between Our Parts

We had a group day here in Mexico yesterday, and I didn’t expect much to come from my process when it was my turn given that it felt to a part of me like I was stuck and not much was moving in me. Boy, was that an underestimation.

Even just acknowledging the feeling of being stuck or not moving moved SO much. I shared some moments I had with my Inner Teenager, Ariana, where she felt an expansive view of the love that flows through absolutely everything, or at least that has the potential to flow. As soon as I felt the sweetness of these tears, a fear flooded in me about losing that feeling, losing what I have right now, of losing myself. At first, I associated this with Ariana and how she had felt so cynical about the world up until that moment and it was vulnerable to feel the beauty of it instead.

But after digesting it more in group, we discovered that it was actually my Inner Protector’s fear. He spent most of my life protecting Ariana and her big heart and vulnerability because there was also a Punisher frequency within me, judging her for it and trying to squelch her magic.This punishing energy I often associated with my Protector, making him feel like he was the “bad guy” trying to bring down my Teenager, even though he was just trying to help.

Getting to this place felt so relieving to all of my parts. They could finally be seen and felt for who they really are and I could finally understand them to let them in and appreciate them. It made me realize how intricate and important this parts process really is! Even projecting a certain energy onto one part when it’s really another puts a lot of pressure on them to hold something that they don’t need to. And a big part of this fear of losing love and what I have, is my parts being afraid that they will lose me. But connecting with them so deeply and as much as I can makes me realize that they will always have me, and I will always be here. So no matter what happens as a reflection of my outer reality, I will always have them and they will always have me. Until their jobs are done and they can integrate into my being in their highest frequency forms and finally rest.

I left the group feeling so full up, like it’s not just me alone in my apartment. That I actually have a full on family within me all the time. All with their own fears, gifts, pain, and joy. My love for them increased exponentially, now that I was able to differentiate them and further myself from being fused to them. The SoulFullHeart process is never dull, and when it is, there’s always something to feel around that. The polarities, the realizations, the tears, the connections. It’s hard to imagine anything else that gets to the core of my being the way that this does, with as much love and support as I’m given.

Energy Update: Emotional Body Purges Leading To Maturation, Along With Physical

Is your body finally ‘catching up’ with ALL the codes that are coming in and the surge of energies that seems to have occurred around the 11:11 portal? It is challenging for the physical body, being necessarily such a dense vehicle needed all your life for 3D navigation here. You could think about it like an outdated (but beloved) computer that is ‘in the shop’ receiving a NEW operating system and exterior too. Being in the shop is all that sleeping and sleepiness; all that feeling of drowsy and groggy; and, in some cases, ‘illness’ and physical pains too.

My body seems to be settling in now to the NEW, integrating and integrated what is able to be received. I’ve been feeling intuitively what it needs right now, which seems to be continuing ‘light-based’ diet of raw fruits mostly and easing into yoga practice. It helps a lot that I have negotiated deeply inside for many years with parts of myself (and my body) that might understandably resist this process and cling to 3D anchors, as I’ve been writing about lately. This ascension process is a MEGA upheaval of all our 3D aspects have known of reality IN the body and in our emotional bodies too. This is a MAJOR renovation projection happening on all levels with Gaia leading the way here. Being able to be WITH the parts of us that are in resistance to fear of this process allows for a more trusting and surrendered navigation of it. And, more capacity to let go of what needs to be during this time of transition.

I am experiencing full, deep sleeping now with intense dreams that seem mostly emotional in what they are offering to digest and look at. This feels more collective than personal for me and a calibration to what is moving through the collective emotional body as it continues to be purified and cleansed by shadow coming into light. The next ‘body’ you may notice getting cleansed, detoxing, and purification is your emotional body, which is also happening on the collective level too. This may come out in sudden emotional ‘outbursts’ (which are really INbursts, meant to take you withIN); being really quite ‘triggered’ by others (which, again, represent YOU and parts of you); conflicts and clashes; and just swells of emotions that seem to come from ‘deep down.’

I feel that the capacity to digest these emotional body purges is usually at a more immature level in many souls. We just aren’t educated, prepared, templated, or trained in how to BE emotionally mature with our feelings. The role modeling you received from your caregivers around how to BE (or not BE) with emotions sets a big template here inside of you. How emotionally mature were they with their feelings? Did they allow them to be with vulnerable and transparent expression (and healing) of them? This isn’t to shame or blame them; it is to understand what and why 3D-based parts of you developed as they did in relationship to your feelings. Maybe you are actually more your Inner Teenager frequencies when it comes to emotional processing that leads to choice points and decision making? Or maybe your Inner Protector, whose main ‘goal’ is to protect and guard and keep safe? I’ve been offered much loving compassion from guides and Star BEings toward this emotional immaturity in us as a human collective. They admire our hearts and our capacity to FEEL. They admire our tears and our spontaneous expression of them. And, they have offered (over and over) that the cutting edge of our next consciousness evolution is around the maturation of our emotional bodies WITH the integration of our spiritual and soul frequencies. This is an important aspect of what these current codes/information/downloads in the 11:11 portal (through 12/12 feels like as the main surge) are offering us.

To show UP for this new criteria of emotional processing maturity is NOT easy. We offer in our SoulFullHeart process much support, guidance, and empowerment WITH you to bridge to your emotional body WITH integration of your soul downloads too….creating a NEW template inside that is just springloaded inside of you to arise as another expression of you as a fractal from Divine Source.

I feel so much LOVE holding this process with us and, as I said, so much admiration for us too. So much SUPPORT as well in our Metasouls and with Guides and with the Divine for what we are going through, feeling, and healing in this now on ALL body levels!

This is a photo of the sunset codes last night. Raphael and I consciously gazed at and took them in as ‘food’. This is about just breathing them into you for at least 10 seconds or longer, whatever feels right. The best ones (most easy to digest) seem to be when the sun is close to setting. LOVELY food there, yet also catalyzing growth! You might notice that these codes look different than the photos I shared on 11/11….without the striking horizontal band that was in the others and gave the appearance of an ‘eye’.

Dearest Human, You ARE….

Dearest Human,

You are Alive. Fully. Beautifully. You live in a world of wonder and magic from your limited perspective. It would cease to be so had you not so bravely and sovereignly chosen to “come here”. You are the wonderment of the heavens and those that are watching you. The Yous that live in many timelines are seeking your courageous explorations inward as you are seeking theirs. To heal the trauma of so many difficult yet necessary experiences.

You are Shedding. One choice at a time. Through the gut wrenching tears and the expanded out awareness. You are leaving the chains behind. The ones a part of you felt they were worth. The ones that felt like they were all they ever knew or were ever going to be. To the end. And then the end comes.

You are Beginning. Renewing. Remembering. This up and down roller-coaster of comings and going. Of openings and closings in order to be in a self-loving process. You are feeling the edges of your infinity and the stories that are being written on multiple levels of your existence. That can be overwhelming and exhilarating. It is the getting to really feel who and what you are by what you are truly not.

You are Joining. Coming together with those that are in your true heart and soul family. The pack of co-creators and deep inner healers that are meant to show a way into the reaches of consciousness and humanity. You are coming into romantic union with another that leads to greater depths of your wounding and experience of transactable and deeping Love frequencies.

You are doing all this through feeling it All. All the fears, all the joy, all the parts of you that have been created to keep it all safe and tucked away. The time to discover is Now. The day to begin is today. The way to it is IN through the corridors of your heart and soul. The feeling and negotiation of your inner protection. There is no step larger than your stride no matter how far it may seem.

SoulFullHeart co-creator Jelelle Awen starts us off this week with her feature article highlighting the pattern of settling, shrinking, and staying safe in terms of working with parts of us that have polarized feelings on the matter. She describes how the Inner Protector part in particular feels perfectly satisfied with safe relationships, because keeping you safe is its job. She then goes on to outline how we would work with this part in SoulFullHeart, through feeling the fear and resistances that live within through questions, readings, sessions, and journaling:

“I am sharing about this from my own experience of my Inner Protector and how this energy shows up…and also from seeing and feeling this dynamic in many other people over the years in sessions. The key to moving this in order to DRAW the more that your Awakening Self wants is through negotiation with your Protector. To feel and hear and get WHY they are concerned, scared, and resistant to this movement. There are always good reasons for this protection, usually stemming from undigested childhood trauma yet, also, from other lifetimes. Just because you cannot consciously remember (or maybe don’t want to remember) these traumatic incidents and events doesn’t mean that don’t impact your daily life in the now. These traumas and karma dramas remain stuck there and energizing STRONGLY, even if you are not consciously as aware of them. To offer compassion to these woundings and the parts that hold them is what moves them through the increasing awareness and consciousness and separation too.”

There was more digestion this week of the 11/11 energies from SouFullHeart facilitator Kalayna Colibri, who feels the importance of taking this time to go within in order to heal these inner dark corners that these energies have given us easier access to. Co-creator Raphael Awen tenderly shares his experiences of letting go of relationships that no longer served him, and feeling how this act is a reflection of his own growing self worth and awakening. Gabriel Heartman, SoulFullHeart facilitator, reflects on 11/11 as Remembrance Day, feeling that it’s a day to remember the love we came from and to feel connected to each other through the wars we’ve all felt as we transition back into love.

Anchoring Out Of 3D With Gaia: Steering Your Boat Through Transitional 4D to 5D

Gaia continues to ascend into fourth dimensional consciousness or transitional consciousness from 3D to 5D New Golden Earth with a big surge seemingly of this in the last few months particularly. The storms, earthquakes, fires, volcanic eruptions, and tornados…all matter of extreme weather are Her growing and birth pains as She labors through to let go of the anchors to 3D frequencies that exist in the very cells of Her plates and crusts. Her death and rebirth, Her churning and burning, Her grasping and releasing process, mirrors our own. The many portals opening up and making available HIGH cosmic light and PURE love energies set Her stage for the next, as they do humanities too.
 
Anchoring into consciousness states is necessary for our survival and our thrival. We anchored into Gaia’s 3D ‘Earth’ reality as it was the sea for our bodily boat. It is instinct to do this and when we are young we just ‘hook in’ this way to the consciousness around us. We acclimate to the energies around us….of our birth families, of our caregivers, of our geographies, of our educational experiences…and on and on. To NOT anchor in would be to drift and float, to have no landing place, to not be embodied here. To NOT anchor in would most likely be to leave the body and pass on again.
 
The incarnation experiment in 3D is the choice on a soul level to anchor into frequencies that are much denser, more polarized, and, therefore, fractured in certain ways from the flow of porous, unity consciousness that we are used to as a soul. Many of our other Metasoul aspects (who project off the same higher dimensional soul source as us or Higher Self Source) are still in higher consciousness frequencies. Your Arcturian Metasoul aspect, for example, is most likely in seventh dimensional consciousness or higher. These other Metasoul aspects are anchored into their consciousness as it was what that Metasoul projection choose to experience. Their choice of higher consciousness experience is not ‘better’ than yours. In fact, they are in awe of the effort, strength, bravery, and difficulty it is to BE in 3D consciousness and especially during this 4D transition to becoming sacred human (5D consciousness in the human body.)
 
This anchoring into 3D here has been SO necessary. This is important to hold as you continue the process going forward of anchoring out of it. As you are feeling and seeing with Gaia’s transition, this is a often tumultuous experience. To anchor OUT of what parts of you are used to feels, on some level, like suicide or, at least, very risky. Your 3D self (and aspects such as the Inner Protector) have invested into the solidity of 3D. They have counted on its density, even if it has often brought up suffering, lack, pain, to BE in it. Your 3D self has gotten used to this suffering ground, this flattened five sense reality processing, this focus on the externalized world rather than the internal one. It has gotten used to the games, delusions, fear-based relationality, and lack of transparency that defines 3D reality. Receiving templates of the wounded masculine in so many expressions, your 3D self internalizes these frequencies and acts them out like characters in a play.
 
As your soul awakens and your Higher Self chooses to come along with Gaia’s ascension, higher consciousness frequencies begin to drip and sometimes flood into your awareness. Often, they are compartmentalized by the 3D self, put in ‘safe’ bubbles or pockets so as not to disrupt the anchors in actual 3D living. For example, a weekend long yoga or meditation retreat is ‘allowed’, as long as the long term marriage or friendships or birth family relationships remain anchored in 3D reality. Or, surges of awakening and Kundalini energies can move and run through you brought on by peak experiences (such as with Ayahuasca or peyote), yet they may not be integrated into 3D in a way that changes your life to reflect more of your soul consciousness on an ongoing basis or even cause trauma in your emotional body with the lack of digestion of them.
 
We are seeing and hearing from more souls who are struggling with integration of the higher consciousness frequencies that are coming into their BEings. Parts of them can be living in fear, tension, and anxiety as anchors are being pulled out of 3D by the ascension process and yet still being clung to at the same time by the Inner Protector and other 3D self aspects too. This push-pull of polarization inside by different parts of you is what causes the up into heaven and then down into hell experience that some souls experience of ascension. The swing up and the going down without seemingly a middle landing place to ground in.
 
Being able to negotiate and digest this UNanchoring process out of 3D with parts of you allows you to navigate it with much less turmoil and suffering. In the SoulFullHeart process, we support you to connect with your 3D self and your Inner Protector. Through feeling the Protector and what their concerns and tensions are about continuing to anchor out of 3D reality, they begin to let go of their fear grip on the process. They start to trust that you (the awakening into 5D self) can take care of the younger parts (such as your Inner Child) that they are concerned about. They need to feel that a YOU that is grounded in growing self love and care is there to hold the process and to ensure a safe transition. You are asking them to take safety anchors out of 3D and put them into a new, unknown consciousness ground often without any or very little support from their 3D world of family and friends. Feeling deep compassion for your 3D self in this process goes a long way, rather than frustration at its resistance.
 
This process also awakens the 4D Gatekeeper, who is ‘upstream’ of the Inner Protector and is guarding access to your Metasoul. As the Gatekeeper awakens too in your consciousness through the SFH process, they start to allow you openings to connect with your Metasoul aspects and heal both the karmic patterns in those timelines, plus receive infusions and gifts of higher consciousness states from your higher vibe Metasouls. Anchoring out of 3D reality is a process that is ongoing for Gaia and for us. Being able to negotiate and navigate this process from within, to steer your own boat in sometimes very stormy seas, allows you to ride the waves with increasing trust and surrender. Those waves are ALL made of Love, after all, and the final ‘destination’ is the experience of MORE love as your ever waking reality within your human body.
