Walking the tender ground of exploring sacred union is ultimately a journey to Self. It is opening the inner vaults of our deepest and most fragile places. Seeing and feeling things that we have hidden both in our bigness and our not-so-bigness. It is taking responsibility for our own personal vulnerabilities and landing them within ourselves first and then to our partner in this dance.
The gift of our inner work assists this ebb and flow of excitement and fear. We have a container that we have etched out for ourselves to be with all the energies and emotions that arise in each moment. But no matter the amount of previous inner processing, the grist of one-to-one romantic relationality accentuates things about ourselves we may have known, and new ones that pop there heads out when divine timing helps it along.
Beyond ourselves though also lies an experience of other that reflects so much about who and what we are. That is awesome and scary shit! What does love what us to see about ourselves through the heart eyes of another? There is a treasure of trove of goodies to unearth and experience. The only ‘success’ that is to be found in this exploration is how much were you willing to feel, be real, and let IN.
This is where our own personal Love Shack comes in. This is created by meeting and feeling all the parts of ourselves that hold fears, resistances, and despair around love itself. We go into that Love Shack with the intention of healing our blocks to experiencing the kind of love we were all meant to experience from withIN, to be overflowed and then received back again in ecstatic communion. As long as the fire in your Love Shack continues to burn and shine, the outcome of any exploration into union is all a part of the path back to Self that never really started and never ends.
I look forward to digesting more of my exploration as the time feels right. For now it resides in my own personal space of digestion and experience. This can be hard to remember and difficult to embody. It can FEEL like to parts of you that you very much ARE a victim to circumstances and relationships and life situations and the 3D matrix and illnesses and your boss and your mate….and just about everything that you have experienced and are experiencing.
Yet, the soul REMEMBERS how you CHOOSE all of the circumstances, situations, and relationships that you experience in this life in order to grow and transform. Your soul remembers that you chose to line it all up for yourself to play out in this 3D Gaia experiment…..this very short life span, to ‘power pack it’ with growth opportunities because it offered so MUCH chance to learn. Your soul remembers that none of the people in your life are ‘against you’ but have actually AGREED to be with you in this life, playing certain roles for you and you for them, in order to heal and move patterns in your Metasoul and soul group.
Also, if you chose a particular painful and hard life, it is because you are a BIG soul who needed to go through a lot……in order to offer healing and service of love to others AS you overcome and remember and awaken. I feel there are those of us too that came here to heal our emotional bodies specifically and to lead this ground of exploration into bridging a healing emotional body WITH soul frequencies in order to arise sacred humanity. THIS is a BIG picture indeed and context around the painful things we have experienced in life!
If you can hold this soul perspective WITH the parts of you that feel like a victim and offer it to them when they are feeling hopeless and powerless, it can lead to MUCH healing and sense of empowerment. These parts of you, especially the young parts such as the inner child, can be responded to with compassion around their feelings of being a victim.
When you tell the story of your life, do you hold it with reverence and the sense that you CHOSE it ALL? Or do parts of you tell it with despair, depression, powerlessness and rage? Do you blame and shame others or yourself in your ‘story’ as you tell it? If those emotional tones come up, that’s a clear sign that there are parts of you stuck in your emotional pain body with undigested wounding and traumas. You can unstick them with self love and compassion….and by offering this higher soul perspective too. This is not just ‘thinking differently’ about what you have experienced…it is BEing different, coming from a trust place and these soul frequencies are able to transmute the victim places into empowered places. It really does work this way, in my experience over the years.
ALL that is IN your life and that you experience of it is there because you have allowed it to be, because you have chosen for it to be. Feeling this then leads to the question: “Do I want what is currently in my experience of life to continue and why or why not?” And also, “WHY have I chosen this? What is it telling me or teaching me?” THESE are powerful questions because you can feel the WHY at the deeper level (at the parts level is what I would recommend) and then make choices of action based on the answers that you discover.
Staying victim can be used by parts of you to keep you safe, to keep life safe, to keep you from risking or growing beyond where they feel you can go. It can keep you entangled in toxic relationships that no longer serve your soul and are more scared unions than sacred ones. It can block ACTUAL self love and compassion from flowing to the parts of you that really need it (and ALL of them need it actually!) It can block connection with Divine Source where you can feel and let in and TRUST that the Divine (and your guides) are WITH you in this life experiment and support you with love in all moments.
This ground of feeling through victim tones held by parts of people and bringing them into love is one that we explore in SoulFullHeart sessions….inviting the energies inside to FEEL their pain, yes, and what ‘happened to them’ and yet moving them into more and more places of empowerment as they are able to digest the pain and transform into their higher frequency energies. Beginning again and again….YOU will emerge from the ashes of your purposefully burned down previously beloved life. The moments of your phoenix self emerging out and UP, those moments of being FREED UP from what was tying and binding and confining YOU.
So many hooks and binds fitted in and slotted in and configured in your 3D self that call you to unplug, over and over, feeling the places that are connected in. Aspects of you sitting around the living room of your conditioned life, watching the television of programmed reality, believing the timeline offered of suppression and smallness and suffering. Aspects of you ‘stuck’ in frozen moments of trauma and pain, living there still, freeze framed beyond time, still feeling the PAIN of this then. Aspects of you co-created with your birth family, them constantly energizing “this is you” and so the hologram like you arising from this projection and matching what they want and need you to be.
ALL these aspects of you needing YOU…..your love, your soul juice, your heart tones to help them leave the living room of programmed and conditioned reality……to help them turn off the old TV (literal and figuratively)…..to unplug from the matrix INSIDE…..to heal the grids INSIDE……..to unfreeze them in the stuck moments, to meet them there, feel them there, and then MOVE them on into the NOW moment…..to turn OFF the hologram you projection created by your birth family through boundaries and taking space so the TRUE you can arise.
These aspects of you and the stuck energy of them that manifests in rage, depression, anxiety, tension, despair, control, suffering, body pains, insomnia, toxic relationships…..can MOVE into the higher frequencies of joy, magic, bliss, trust, creativity, truth telling, sacred unions, and SERVICE OF LOVE frequencies for which YOU REALLY ARE.
This process of unplugging, deconditioning….it ALL is held with SO MUCH love and support by the Divine, by Mother Gaia, by your BEloved guides, by your soul family (who is witnessing on the higher soul level), by your sacred union mate (who is WITH you or is waiting), by your higher self (who is embodying into you more and more), by your star family and star BEing aspects…..they are ROOTING for you and want to support you in this process that can be SO Challenging yet inevitable too if it is what you have signed UP for to experience here.
This support and this love from others, from outside can come INSIDE more and more as you feel and heal your inner landscapes…it is the ONLY way to experience a new reality on the outside. Bubbles are being burst and compartments are being flooded WITH LOVE. These bubbles and compartments served you for a phase as your soul has been awakening and the frequencies of expansion beyond your 3D conditioning have been SO needed. They served the learning and exploration as your mind deconditioned from so much academic training and programming about what reality is and isn’t. They served you as the ground rumbled from within, quaking and shaking inside as you started to remember WHO and WHAT and WHY you are here.
These bubbles serve you until they no longer do. Increasingly potent waves of PURE love from Divine Source want to burst ALL the bubbles that remain in your life. Waves of PURE love want to swarm and reform the compartments that parts of you have created in your life to separate your soul alchemy from other areas that have not been ready to change and transform yet. A compartmentalized life is how the 3D self can cope with the awakening of the 4D self, it is how these frequencies are negotiated and even allowed to happen from within you. ONE area of life can change (maybe it is career or geography) but not ALL areas….this is how the 3D self ‘controls’ the process of awakening until it can no longer BE controlled.
An example of compartments in your life is going to spiritual weekend workshops and retreats to get your soul watered and then coming home to or living with discordant and even toxic relationships that no longer serve your soul. Your unawakening mate may agree to this compartmentalization for a phase too in an attempt to preserve the relationship..it’s OK for you to go to workshops, retreats, see your ‘healer’ as long as the relationship stays the same and isn’t impacted or changed. As long as you don’t ask or invite your mate to JOIN YOU in the awakenings, then everything is ‘fine.’ The two 3D selves ‘agree’ to this arrangement and the unawakened partner says they are being ‘supportive’ when really they are being suppressive and YOU are allowing them to be because somehow that serves part of you as well.
This compartmentalization can REALLY show up in birth family relationships as so much of the ground within them is based on 3D conditioning and role playing. Your birth family ‘doesn’t get’ what your soul is awakening to and even judges it as ‘crazy’, yet your 3D selves agree that the family bond gets to stay intact as long as they ‘support’ you in your path and you agree to remain in the family, do family events and holidays, not be ‘too crazy or strange’. Again, this isn’t actually resonant support but a compartmentalized and codependent agreement between 3D selves. This can be the same dynamic in friendships too that are based on ‘old’ and previous life phases that you are outgrowing and moving beyond.
Another example of compartments in your life is continuing to do a job that is deadening, toxic, flat, not reflective of your soul purpose and reason for being here even as you SAY that you are here to serve love, be a light worker, be a healer, be a teacher. This is SO understandable for a phase as you transition to the expression of your soul purpose as your means of livelihood. But, watch and feel for the 3D self keeping you stuck in a job that doesn’t reflect your soul in order to shrink your bigness and keep you ‘safe’. This part of you can use anxiety about money and existential trust issues to keep you stuck in a career and job that isn’t serving love, which is the ULTIMATE reason for the soul awakening in the first place.
This is what bursts the bubbles and floods the compartments that parts of you have created and constructed….the DESIRE, the URGE, the COMPLETE DRIVE to serve love in ALL moments and in ALL ways. The service of love THROUGH you and TO yourself and WITH others is what provides the courage to complete the job, to complete the relationships, to complete the ‘weekend warrior’ seeker mode and truly CLAIM your soul expression in all moments. The service of love THROUGH you creates the NEW space to hold the reactions of parts of you as they transition and let go of the old structures and the energetic bubbles that form a ‘second skin’ over your auric field are dissolved.
The GRAND collective awakening that is happening in the NOW that we all agreed to participate in as souls has a force and energy to it that can be tapped into and downloaded in a personal way. Connection with Ethereal guides in a way that is visceral and REAL for you, a way that allows you to ACTUALLY make the changes you need to make in your life (the practical changes that you NEED to make) is available and they are SO ready to help you. Your guides and higher self WANT to be life coaches for you, not just deliver higher frequency contextual messages all the time from ‘on high’ in some transcendent tones that doesn’t really provide much relevant application to your life. Your guides and higher self are VERY invested in you making the changes you need to make yet they can’t go against the ‘free will’ (or stubbornness sometimes) of your 3D self. ASK them to help you make the changes you need to make on the day-to-day living level, and then surrender into the transitions that are necessary to REALLY be expressing from your soul essence and stepping into and UP TO what you are here to BE and DO. Archangel Metatron in particular is a very effective life coach and project manager (he wanted me to add that!)
In all of my SoulFullHeart sessions with women recently, the main theme of our process together has been around what their compartments and bubbles are and what the next steps are to moving them forward. Feeling places and parts (we start with the inner protector) that have blocked their soul frequencies from coming in, rumbling the ground, creating and making changes, moving them on if needed from toxic relationships especially. This is ‘practical ascension’ and it is about REAL changes happening, not just reading spiritual articles online and sharing quote cards on social media or taking in spiritual phrases and ideals back and forth while you continue to suffer in your ACTUAL life. But TRULY changing what IS NOT working for you any more on a soul level. The higher self YOU already KNOWS what these changes ARE that you need to make….you have probably been thinking and feeling what they are even as you are reading these words.
Negotiation with your inner protector as you are supported by your most beloved guides allows for the moving forward of these soul changes. Your inner protector is the aspect of your 3D self that has been in charge of guarding and defending your most precious assets such as your inner child, your inner feminine (in both men and women), your inner teenager, your SOUL bigness and expression. This loyal aspect of you doesn’t need to be battled or overcome to allow these changes but rather felt and connected to….to feel that he can NOW rest and have YOU take over. We are feeling the timeline collapsing on the four of us as a community in every day living near each other and the amazing and challenging journey it has been…..it is is collapsing because already we can feel the souls that are connecting with us, drawn to be with us at whatever level and depth they are, and this changes the energy of our ‘group merkabah’ as we like to call it. This group merkabah of the four of us – Raphael Awen and I plus Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri – is VERY precious to me as I feel through all the changes we have navigated together over the years. The biggest one being our choice to leave Canada 2.5 years ago and a KNOWN life with a good income from a painting contract business to come HERE to Mexico with a nest egg and a vision of creating a community together.
What I have learned over these years being connected in daily navigation with these four remarkable BEings is that community is formed not from grand ideals but through moment by moment commitment to spend it in connection (primarily to SELF and then WITH other). It is formed not through epic visions but through willingness to SHARE together, to be vulnerable together, to connect together, to REVEAL yourself to each other. It is created not through hierarchal leadership, but in vulnerable leadership that invites, collaborates, and empowers others to LEAD too.
This timeline that is so dear of our group merkabah is completing because it is MEANT to complete so that we can include others, invite others, welcome others, GROW from others, and most especially making room for the sacred union mates of Gabriel and Kalayna (It sure feels like they are NEAR too, maybe even reading these words!!) And also to make room for the leadership of others in soul gift expression as SoulFullHeart facilitators if they are drawn to claim that.
And, so we’ve been letting go even as we’ve been letting in the NEW interest and NEW souls drawn to us recently. We’ve had two wonderful dinners out in the last week, which is more rare for us to eat at restaurants, spending the precious money that is coming in more and more from SoulFullHeart and the sharing of our soul gifts. We are soaking in the familiarity and comfort that doesn’t come from settling but comes instead from arising FOR and WITH each other in every moment. We are remembering the past in moments, telling stories of our journey together, remarking how different we feel now….
I’ve spent much time, especially in the last week, offering teachings and writings about my sacred union with Raphael and the gifts, challenges, and crucible of growth that it IS. Yet, so, has been the experience of commUNITY with all four us in a form of sacred union. IMAGINE what it will be like when more join us, align with us, and connect THEIR soul purpose with ours through the form of SoulFullHeart. The thing is, I can imagine it, more and more every day am LIVING it and so…..the present and the past timeline that we have known of US is collapsing and completing.
So I honor it even as I let it go…..making room for the NEW, making room for YOU!

There’s a certain amount of sanctity and sanity we preserve by NOT feeling, at least until the layers on top of our true feelings begin to give way and dissolve because of pressing life circumstances and swelling emotional reactions – THEN it can become insane-feeling, as chaos is created outside of us, pushing these feelings up even more as they call out for our attention. This is true for ANY soul ANYwhere. The piece here for Indigos, Crystals and Rainbows is much the same as for any awakening soul and heart – NOT feeling how we really feel becomes the much crazier choice than actually letting ourselves in. Yet too, there is something here that may be time-bomb-baked inside of us when we are in these soul groups, alerting us to this need for changes INSIDE of us at a much younger age because we are here to do so much work as leaders and healers.
I don’t hold any elitist sort of feeling around claiming I’m an Indigo. I actually feel it kind of lightly. For me it feels like a bridge and also a helpful explanation as to why I care so much about my growth and living into my soul purpose when I’m only just turning 30 this year. I became a “seeker” at age 14, which led me to a desire to serve others and feel my capacity to do so. However, this came in with some shadow pieces like arrogance and self-righteousness too and even in my already-cultivated self-awareness, I still wasn’t quite touching these and others, like entitlement, and narcissism, to name a few. This has been a part of the soul package I came wrapped in and some big things to work this life. I signed up for SoulFullHeart at age 24 because I wanted to work these things… taking breaks between then and now so that I could humbly go into life without consciously holding a process from time to time, which only illuminated more for me in the end. Once you sign up for the bullet train of deep healing, there really is no going back, try as parts of you might… 🙂
It took many reflections, some very hard to take in, for me to truly feel humbled, or rather, for parts of me to truly feel humbled and really start to feel what was really going on for them. There are soul wounds and also this-life, human wounds to feel too. These words of “arrogant”, “entitled” and “narcissistic” did NOT go in easily and there has been a lot of pain in even having to see myself in this light. What has been harder is feeling how TRUE these words have been for parts of me who haven’t been challenged on their ways of being in life before! Until meeting Raphael and Jelelle Awen, I hadn’t had a single relationship with another teacher, healer, parent or friend who could bring these pieces to me and if they did, it wasn’t with love and compassion, but judgement from the parts of them who are the same way. I can’t explain to you the difference between these two experiences. It’s really something to feel for yourself. ❤
Feeling our shadow and what’s underneath it is an important aspect of the process of going within. What has appeared to be “in shadow” inside of us is actually a whole lot of pain that wants to surface and be healed. There are immense gifts on the other side of all tears shed when feeling our shame, hurt and even rage. As our layers of inner and outer protection melt away because we are finally safe enough to really feel ourselves and our parts, we feel these movements and realizations come to us with fluidity on waves of love that come from outside and inside of us too. It is a humbling process, to unravel deeper and deeper knots and layers protecting the precious yet strong vulnerability of the Sacred Human seed inside… the seed that is meant to grow, flourish and serve love to so many others!
Parts of me have needed to be how they’ve been – there is so much to push away from in our cultures and birth family conditioning and understandably, there is also a lot to protect ourselves from…until there isn’t, that is. Being emotional is still not a fully-embraced thing inside of many, though arguably it’s becoming more and more so as more of us awaken and can no longer deny how we really feel about anything or anyone, dark or light, or while in chaos or stillness or somewhere in between. During this ascension process, this is all being pushed up as light codes and astral influences constantly invite us to really SEE and FEEL ourselves in a much deeper way, illuminating the places where we still need healing and more authentic love flow. It is a deep healing practice and while there is so much joy, there is also much sobriety as the transformation it offers you really does start within and flow outward to every other area of your life.
Indigos, Crystals, Rainbows and the like are at an advantage age-wise and also soul-wise. We signed up to wake up early and to draw to us the paths that would help with that. Becoming more and more humbled to where our paths are taking us and that we DON’T truly know ourselves in earnest until we’ve really felt our shadows be challenged by someone holding up a mirror with LOVE behind it, is so important if not critical if we are really here to help awaken and lead others. We must first awaken to OURSELVES, let alone ascension, let alone Gaia, star beings, or anything spiritual. The heart truly is where the journey deeply begins and where all legs of it ultimately return to. And there is no other path quite like the one that really embraces and supports an ongoing exploration of our inner worlds, without an “end” place where you can declare ourselves fully-healed, and with plenty of juice for the journey inward and upward. ❤

Deep guttural tears. Floodgates open to let out what has been constructed to hold back the fear. The realization of the part of you that had been holding the interface to your relationship to 3D. It IS your 3D self. Trying so hard to manage and keep up a charade that it has grown so weary of keeping up with all the ways in which you were not fully in your heart, or expressing your needs. This personalized self that has been the default operating system for as long as you can remember. As long as it can remember.
But as the tide of Love`s widening and deepening reach makes its way to your shores, the outpost of your most defended heartland, cracks in the facade begin to take root in the foundation of your BEing. It come into your awareness over the course of time or hits you square in the gut in one fail swoop. This part of you, the one so trying to stay afloat above the fear and the pain of not being the real deal, of all that lies underneath in the murky depths of its existential quandary, has started to lose its grip and can no longer maintain business as usual.
When you have enough of a YOU there, this part can let go into that. Even if it is just enough you to lean into the Divine, something is being held in Grace. A container for which the matrix of the former interface can come undone. Undone from all the doing. All the pretending. All the trying. It is a shedding of an old and tired energy. One that needed a lot of propping up to manage its day to day survival. This only comes into awareness as the love inside you begins to feel the Love that is already here and has already won. It can not be ignored for it has already claimed you. You are just working your way there.
The increasing frequency of light is pressing ever so much into the crevices of your needed healing. Of what really needs to be let go of so that you can let in more. The more that wants to drown you in its goodness. But the Not Goodness needs to be felt first. But when held in sacred space, this pain is actually a relief. The part of us that has put itself up front to do life actually feels the blessing in it as the balm of your love and that of the Divine give the necessary medicine to heal and integrate.
As these days continue in their upward spiraling, the more you will begin to feel all that needs to be felt. This is why it is so important to have a way to hold this space within you. To feel yourself just big enough to hold the pain and the fear allowing it to have it needed time and space without becoming it. It is one that can be felt within yourself and within community. We were never meant to do all this alone even as this can be such an individual process at times. As the dust settles, the digestion is made over due course, a new feeling of awareness and clarity of Self arises. Not that we are truly done by any stretch, but we are another step closer to BEing the love that we were always meant to be. To experiencing the true gift of our own inner union and sense of wholeness. To open up to new relationships and sacred romance that bring us new layers of healing and deepening the waters of our cosmic ocean of wonder and ecstasy. This part of us is forever honored and revered as it held what it needed to until it was no longer serving our inner rising tide of greatness. Days go by and it will feel like a dream. But for now, it is a sacred time of blessed messiness and coming undone in order to come home.

I have a continued calling and desire to keep writing and inviting others to feel this archetypal King energy inside the hearts of all men. This is even true for women, as they have their own inner masculine energy that has protected their inner femininity from fully blooming for the most noble of reasons. They too can be healed to a King that helps to become to a counterpart to her arising Queen. For men, it becomes one portal into our deepest essence as a sacred human in masculine form.
I can’t help but to feel a loneliness that exists in the Heart of Man. An authentic desire for deeper connection and resonance. So much of our connection can be in the mental body,and if it does transact in the emotional body there can be some deep resistances to becoming too intimate. There is a dearth of authentic, intimate templating that we have been exposed to, at least in my past personal experience. I always felt more comfortable being more emotional with women than with men, but seemed to find more heart sensitive men to have relationships with when I did. But there is another level of vulnerability that we never seemed to cross. We stayed in a contracted frequency that had some nourishment but not a lot of growth.
As we find ourselves on ever-changing timelines and raising frequencies, we are being exposed to our deeper needs, desires, and the pains that follow them. We are being moved into experiences of remembering more of who we ARE in our most authentic Truth. As men, I feel how their is a desire to share this within community that can find itself to lean more toward mental digestions. Or there is a heartfelt ache to connect in heart space but there may be no one around to really understand what is moving through you. Or you may be blessed a beautiful sweet spot and are desiring more to join you.
I feel that we are being called back into our most heart-open leading edge of service and leadership. One that starts square in our hearts to feel all the places where we feel alone, forsaken, guilty, unworthy, confused, or in doubt. There are many different textures and levels inside of us that desire to be felt and for some it can be a lot to hold. The heart is seeking feeling and to be reunited with its soul. Its King. It seeks to be made whole and then expanded out into the Cosmic Heart of Humanity. To lead others into the glorious NOW of our deepest gifts and magic. To fly in the jetstream of Golden Consciousness with an untethered mind free of the energy that kept it in the dark spaces of our pain. This is what I feel we ache for. I least my heart and soul does.
And I wish to do this with other men in a fellowship of leadership. We have such a huge part to play in this arising new golden era of consciousness. To help heal the All by going into our One. To reclaim our brilliant kingdom within full of passion, vision, and creativity. We permit ourselves to live the lives of the Kings that we ARE and encourage and challenge each other lovingly to this grand place of masculine relationship. I have experienced this with my good friend Raphael Awen and so much want to share this experience with other men. I loved my male friends dearly, as brothers of heart. I found myself on a new timeline, but feel them at times in my heart.
This is a show of desire to be in a bond of like-hearted souls that have chosen to fully inhabit their desire for growth, healing, and building an Empire of Love. I feel a new care and expanded heart for men everywhere, regardless where we are at on our quest. I would love to serve the hearts of those so drawn to this fellowship and leadership of Heart. On a Saturday night, I gaze among the busy social streets and walkways, humming with activity and energy and alcohol and friendship… sometimes coupled with drama and pain and backed-up emotional outbursts. During these party times, you can feel the buzz in the air that will soon be in every body, not just from substances taken in, but from the high of socializing, being among peers, perhaps finding love, sex or making new friends. There are grounds here that are healthy to explore and some that aren’t really in a sense, and yet it’s all sacred and it’s all ultimately a path to self-discovery and remembrance, even if this isn’t made conscious in the moments these selves, these individuals, these human BEings are in.
While young, being spiritual can find its place in you if this is what you’ve signed up for… exploring consciousness can sometimes happen with your peers, while at other times it won’t or just can’t. For a phase this journey with them can only go so deep and that’s fine with you for a while, but beyond that phase when that was enough, it’s not quite enough anymore. This is when values shift along with ideas of life and how to live it consciously and more fully. This is where certain areas of focus, ways to find pleasure, and paths to feeling a togetherness with others all rumble beneath your feet and in front of your eyes. This is where your life begins to turn itself upside down in countless ways as you begin to feel the need to push away, sometimes dramatically, sometimes subtly, but always in a way that reminds you, you are your own person and you have your own sense of what energies you need and want to be around as your self love heals and deepens.
There can be a fear arising then, for some… that no one will ever really “get” them or may judge them for walking away from the relationship. Parts of them form and begin to strategize to either stay alone out of fear of having and then losing intimacy at any level, or choose to merge in with whatever group of people they are around or whatever situation they are in, becoming one with all around them and not much of an individual in most ways. There is tension and yet also relief as you find your ways to take care of and love YOU as your number one priority. There is sometimes also flatness, as managing these ups and downs (that are hormonal, sure, but also a genuine awakening to soul and heart pain) can be a challenging crucible to hold and handle and be with. So much depends on who you choose to be around and talk to and lean into for support. This shopping around, seeking, searching experience is one that can be incredibly mind and heart-opening, fascinating, and ever-arising too, as resonance moves in and out in very necessary growth phases. This again changes the social circle you choose to be part of and certainly affects the one you currently have as you continue to awaken to the love you are and the love you want to experience between yourself and others. There are so many different dynamics that are possible here and that play out in different ways, with many possible outcomes… yet the risk is always the same – if I don’t stay the same and they do, I will be friendless again or even for the first time…
The strong soul-pull to discover and remember our purposes is something that is happening more and more with people of all ages and soul groups, especially right now with ascension processes accelerating for everyone, yet when it comes to indigo, crystal and rainbow souls, for example, these social awakenings can come very early in our lives as we came in with a powerful, mission-based focus that is natural for us to feel, yet not so natural to “know” exactly what to do with. It can be very challenging to finds ways to fit in with others in our peer group, not because we are victims to this (though parts of us understandably feel this way sometimes) but because we chose for this to be the case… after all, if we actually DID feel as if we totally, fully, completely “belonged”, where would our sense of mission and awakening to our soul gifts have room to happen, take hold and start manifesting in our lives? To not suffer around this, means going IN and feeling ourselves with reflections from teachers and mentors who have also been there and can help us learn to navigate it, often much better than our birth parents ever could – not necessarily because they didn’t want to try, but because in some ways they weren’t actually meant to be the ones to lead you onward and into this.
Throughout the majority of my life to date, having and keeping a thriving a social world was very challenging. This is partly because I was always very much IN my emotional states and didn’t have templating for how to actually BE with them and hold them… no adult around me could help with this and my peers had a hard time relating to me most of the time, plus it eventually became a tool for parts of me to actually push and keep others away. Then there was spirituality and the deepening of THAT for me… and now I am on a very powerful and ever-expanding path that spans both my emotional AND spiritual inner realities and THAT is rare, though it seems that more and more people, as they awaken, are realizing how connected these two realities are and that they need healing in both in order to fully embrace and live into ascension. In my experience and observation both, I can see and feel how this ground of being naturally very emotional and also spiritual has been and continues to be a tough crucible for many of us… awakening does come at a cost, yet is intended to invite us out of suffering while holding the parts of us who cling to suffering as a way to be in life. One of these ways in which we seem to choose to continue suffering, is by surrounding ourselves with relationships that do not have a deeply resonant ground. Our social worlds collapse and expand as we continue to grow… but not without love leading the way and guiding us to our next places inward that then draw our next circumstances outward.
Not having a full social world to ground you can be hard for some souls, yet for others it won’t be and that poses its own challenges. Choosing the path of the lone wolf is also hard and even though parts of you may be working to bury the loneliness somehow, it is still there. These parts can be held, worked with and healed deeply, allowing us to feel how we really, genuinely feel, what it is we most deeply want and who we actually want to be around and spend time with. Our loneliness is sacred and alchemical… it is creative. It is a space where we can feel our deepest aches and desires for mateship, for companionship, for a community of people that continually arise for us as we arise for them. Being afraid of feeling our loneliness is expected and normal, but holding these parts of us who feel this way teaches us so much about ourselves and offers us much healing when it is held in our hearts FOR us and WITH love and Divine guidance and company too… we are never really alone, though this can be hard to feel and let in. Yet sometimes alone-ness can be a grace, a place to genuinely feel what we need to feel, and an oven to bake our arising desires in.
Perhaps you are part of a social world right now that may be running out of ground for you, as your awakenings are helping you feel pictures and energies of the sort of love you want to feel from you to you and flowing from you to others and vice versa… in the end, the choice is yours as to what steps to take next, and there is no wrong answer or true misstep along the way. Even our biggest messes seem to offer us many gems of learning, growth and self-discovery. Letting go can be painful and hard, yet in the end, true service to a relationship of any kind starts with feeling what you genuinely want and need, while holding all relationships with an open hand and heart. This becomes a grace to you and your parts, and them and theirs too, as everyone is then free to go along their own path, however they see and feel it unfolding for them.
I would love to serve you and help you navigate this terrain that can be so challenging and yet hopeful too. You are meant to become more of your essence, your light, your soul purpose and mission. You are meant to lead and BE a big part of ascension and we all need each other more than perhaps we ever have before!
