Lion’s Gate Energies Shaking UP 3D Consciousness Anchors

Much is likely opening out inside of you right now, making being in 3D pretty hard in the moment, even (or maybe especially) for the parts of you that have worked so hard to stay well-grounded in this reality, especially despite awakenings and activations… breathing, finding the best that 3D can offer you (superfoods, comfortable surroundings) while leaning into your soul and heart’s capacity to bridge to higher, less dense dimensions is the invitation right now. All of these energies need to integrate into your daily life as you continue to navigate your ascension more and more out of 3D reality, compartments, consciousness… this process needs to be self-loving and being with the shadow, the angsts, the restlessness and the need to rest deeply too is the way to go forward (and upward!) with the most loving steps.

Not easy ground to walk out right now with much being challenged through this portal phase and the galactic is calling for exploration, inner and outer, to boot. The Cosmos within is ever-tempting and invitational, bringing up resistance too from the parts of you/Metasoul Aspects that perhaps feel burned/abandoned by Star Family connections. It’s all coming in and through in profound invitation after profound invitation…

Time to lean-in to your growing and expanding heart, feel, rest, even feel aches and desires too as needed for that’s all part of what’s being pushed up now. What you want, the love you most long to have, be, share with others is in the arrival gate, waiting for your next choices and your embracement of your Now-moments and phases of necessary inner process.

Energy Update: Receiving And Letting In Love As SOULar Winds/Geostorms Come In

We are receiving love from the Divine in the form of increasing SOULar winds in the moment (up to mid 400s km/sec.) We are receiving love in the form of active geomagnetic storms today and tomorrow (7/20 and 7/21) bringing in Auroras in high altitudes.

We are receiving sacred masculine activations from the coronal ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. We are receiving divine feminine energies from Gaia’s vibrational frequency rising and in flux.

We are receiving love in the form of being PREPPED for the total lunar eclipse coming one week from now and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8. We are receiving love in the form of signs and visits and connections with our galactic star family, especially from Sirius.

These cosmic/energectic/galactic transmissions may not always feel like love to parts of you. The next level UP invitation that these energies offer can bring up feelings of resistance, tension, and anxiety too. This resistance is sometimes the pain and aches in the body. It is the not able to sleep tightness. It is the ‘past life’ memories that can haunt and feel like ghosts. It is the repeating patterns and cycles of toxic/abusive/unfulfilling relationships.

Letting in these UPgrades AS the love they are asks you to create a bridge from your heart to the parts of you that are lagging behind, stuck in fear. These energies lift the veil so you can become conscious of the other timeline karmic playouts in your Metasoul and how they impact/overlay your timeline now. These energies invite you to remember what your Metasoul has chosen over and over as lessons and learning and what you are ready in THIS lifetime to heal beyond. This going from 3D consciousness to 5D IN the body is a new journey for us. Our soul aspects/fragments in other timelines/lifetimes are tracking what is occurring here and how we flow with it. Our star families from many galaxies/dimensions are witnessing too.

Let in love. You’ve given SO MUCH to others. When is it your chance and your turn to receive? What else can you give when you truthfully feel empty inside at times?

Let in love. You deserve it……even as you’ve received so many messages that offer that you don’t and that you are wrong or off or not enough or not worthy.

Let in love. As you and TO you and from you…this is the source of love that can never leave, never go, never abandon, never shut off. YOU are the Infinite love source that you have always been seeking and looking for from others.

Let in love. Feel the places inside that protect and guard, that keep loves flow modulated and paced….because they are afraid to let go and afraid for more pain. These parts of you are so loyal, they need to feel that it is OK to let go into love again, they need to feel that you are there now to be in the flow WITH them and no one will drown.

Let in love. You are a love sponge….you forgot this, only because you became too dry to remember and so changed your requirements of love to fit this. Your capacity to let in is infinite and boundless, ever wanting more AND able to give more too.

Let in love. It is the next piece, next step, the call to answer and BE in ascension and to GO into the next place of sacred humanity that is calling you forward.

Let in love and you will find, over and over, that MORE love answers you and you are able to GIVE and serve love so much more too. It is not a finite amount to offer, yet infinitely bountiful and it is YOUR time to receive.”

Energies Support Seeing Where You Are ‘Now’, Taking Steps To Your Desires

It’s a rare person who can fully embrace where they’re authentically at in this moment on their journey… whether they are fully immersed in 3D or are consciously awakening, healing, ascending. Parts can tug and pull, wanting so badly to just be ‘there’ already, wherever ‘there’ is — a goal, a relationship, enlightenment. There is always something to desire and some reason to feel as if you’ll never get it and entitlement to these goals and desires can come up too, meaning that the steps to get there are not seen, embraced, or inhabited.

In this way, we fuse to parts of us that have a push-pull about life, about taking necessary and grounded steps, about somehow being with the gap between our desires and where we are/who we are right now.

The energies from the new moon and the eclipses are encouraging you to be where you are in a way that sees the steps ahead of you and can hold the parts of you that feel as if the goal posts keep moving. There’s a new level of maturity and growth being asked of you now. It’s asking you to see, with humility and grace, where you are in this moment. To REALLY see it and feel it. To feel what it is you really want to have or become that maybe isn’t ‘here’ yet. It can be so easy for parts of you to fall into the oubliette of forgetting the intentions in order to just find some level of satisfaction now… because ultimately they have a hard time believing that what they want is actually something they are supposed to and WILL have — IF they can be in the process of the arising 5D integration of your soul and sacred human heart and start to let in the journey of getting there.

These energies are helping to light up the footprints ahead of you too… there may only be one or two sets of them, yet they are there nonetheless. Meaning, there are others who have walked the path you’re about to tread. You don’t need to be a lone wolf forever, though parts may prefer that idea over the crucible of being in relationships with others or trusting different leaders/teachers and the wonders and challenges of that. A big challenge of looking at these footsteps and leaning into these leaders though, is of course the question of maintaining your sovereignty and YOUniqueness, but it’s also a challenge to not look at them and have parts of you become stuck in the mire of wishing to be where they are at, even before your own sacred steps have been taken.

Embracing where you are in this Now, feeling your journey and honouring it too… this is more challenging than it seems, yet, Divine, Celestial, Galactic support is here to help bridge you back to you and remind you that you are loved… always!!

This is all a reminder too that the journey is worth it — that there is no ‘winning’, ‘losing’, or ‘failure’ possible. Every single part of you that you’ll feel along the journey of even feeling THIS as true is worth it because they need to come along with you and they are part of you who are right Now. Every feeling is the roadmap and the markers are appearing right in front of you.

Energy Update: July Energies Ramping UP As Eclipses Approach

Already, even though July is just beginning, you may be feeling the intensity of energies that are available and ramping up…..maybe in your stomach, in your head, in your spine/back, maybe in ‘every living cell’ that is being activated right now. The chakras connected to these regions of your body are coming more in synch with the physical and whatever is clogged, plugged, and congested in both is moving out for healing and releasing. You may be feeling sleepiness that is not explainable or addressed by hours of ‘usual’ sleep time.

You may really be feeling these higher energies particularly in your stomach/solar plexus chakra. Your stomach rumbles and even bloats when the not quite right frequency of food/energy is offered. The more sensitive this process of digestion is on the physical level for you, the more likely that the energies are HIGH. More photonic light is available in these moments to download and let IN with less 3D food source needed. What calls to provide fuel is no longer based on cravings or comfort, yet rather about the purest energy available….superfoods, fruits, vegetables, water.

The surges of energy are going to be and have already been HIGH in July. These come in what is probably best described as ‘waves’, as there is a sense of crest/peak and then some receding/resting before it starts over again. These energies are working directly on and with Gaia…..and Her every tectonic plate and inner crest rumbles with the receiving of them. Volcanoes are already waking UP to respond to this rise…..as most likely will there be earthquakes and corresponding tsunamis too.

If you are used to grounding with Gaia to a certain, reliable OM frequency, this is transitioning and variable now. What you ‘get’ when connecting with Gaia is the same sense of metamorphosis that you feel in yourself and your own process. It is the frequency of SHIFT that She is broadcasting now.

July is offering us two eclipses…..the one occurring on July 27th will be the longest total lunar eclipse in the 21st century. During this eclipse, the moon will pass through the center of Gaia’s shadow. This feels like the Divine Feminine offering an influx of lunar energies to support Gaia in Her ongoing transition into 5D frequencies that includes a necessary phase of shadow revelation.

This transmutation of shadow into the light is happening both collectively and personally. Within your relationships with others and with relationships from one part of you to another. MUCH compassion is needed to coax the shadow out of hiding, so it can start to show the underbelly of vulnerability and need that is always there. So that it can give up its ‘gifts’ that were previously felt not safe to share. The outward expressions of fear cover over the hurt, unworthiness, and disconnection/separation at the core. The core brings up compassion. This compassion you can find in yourself and for your own shadow aspects, both from this life and other lifetimes/timelines. This compassion you can offer to others in an overflow that comes from this inner embracement and unification without judgement.

The shadow is the most revealed in response to the energy of the Divine Feminine. It is the most healed when received the compassion of Her forgiveness. It is the most transformed when experiencing the unconditionality and infiniteness of Her love.

The ongoingly INtense energies in July will invite all of us to go deeper than we have before……into your shadow, into your emotional body, in connection with your physical body, into your Metasoul/other lifetimes/timelines. This exploration will be held with MUCH love and support by Divine Mother, in whatever planetary, etheric/Divine, and even human vessel forms you most need/want to experience Her.

She is turning the heat up……and is there with Her steady heart to embrace the tender aftermath of this ongoing transformation into the NEW.

Energy Update: Sunspot Spitting Out Flares To Amplify Ascension (6/22)

There is a sun spot that is growing in size and increasing into SOULar flare activity too the last couple of days. I’m sharing about it as you may be sensitive to flares and the sudden energies they bring into Gaia and our atmospheres. “During the past 24 hours, sunspot AR2715 has almost quadrupled in size, growing two dark cores larger than Earth. The active region is now crackling with low-level solar flares ,” from spaceweather.com.

Feels Divinely timed for this sunspot with the SOUlstice gateway bridging into Lion’s Gate on 8/8…esp. since it is a ‘solar minimum’ phase ‘usually’ for sunspots/flares. There is no ‘usual’, however, during this amplifying, accelerating, and fast tracking Ascension phase where waves of SOULar energy have been coming and so many of us sense many more are on their way.

The extra influxes of SOULar energies ARE needed as a boost for those of us already on this path…and as a wake up for the many souls that have signed up to awaken this life. Such a universal way to deliver these upgrades/activations/codes through the source of LIFE for us on Gaia.

Take care of YOU during SOULar flares. Connect with your physical body, your emotional body, your chakras with love and compassion. See and watch where your energy is going and to what….OUTrage can really diminish your energy flow back to yourself and is a often a sign of rage INside between one part of you to another.

Summer Solstice 2018: Deepen Your Healing — INtegrate Your Spirituality With Your Humanity

The consistently high energy LOVE waves coming in have felt like they’re bringing up heaviness… you may be feeling them physically like suddenly gravity is getting more intense and you could be experiencing headaches, body aches, tiredness around it too. On top of this, intense emotions seem to be bubbling up, memories of traumas that you thought you had already moved through and healed, which you probably DID move through and heal on some layer inside of you, are coming up to remind you that your journey isn’t over yet. There really is no finality to your healing journey — especially as these energies ramp up and invite you even deeper into integrating all you’re awakening to WITH your humanity and daily life.

Ascension is an invitation to be in our humanity, to remember its sacred role, to be with the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are bent on feeling that humanity is only a ‘slave race’, that we are the equivalent of ants in the Universe at large, that we are squashable victims that somehow have managed to persevere. This Solstice and its energies remind us all in different ways that we signed up to be here, to live into our humanity and access our spirituality and multi-dimensionality through the sacredness of that.

There are practical things to address in our daily lives and many decisions to make. If you are still living with a non-resonant romance or relationships of any kind, this especially may be highlighted for you now with unshakable feelings coming up that you deserve and are worth so much more. You may be feeling this about the spiritual paradigm you’ve been in too, feeling healthy doubts arise from parts of you that are realizing how abused they’ve been. Anything that doesn’t help you integrate, honour, and LOVE your humanity as well as your spirituality and help you actually WANT to be here on Gaia at this time is being mirrored to you by these incoming energies.

The process of seeing and feeling all of this is challenging, with so much to suddenly realize and feel and so much to navigate in life, that could leave you without much space at the moment for your etheric explorations. If you’re someone who has been very dedicated to your etheric and/or galactic healing space, you may find that right now there’s so much to suddenly be with in the physical, whether they are physical symptoms or some life changes you need to make step-by-step. Everything you’ve accessed by moving outside of your humanity for a time though is still there with you, cheering you on, helping and guiding you, and you may already be feeling and experiencing this.

However, you could also be someone who is just coming into their multi-dimensionality and spiritual experience of life so you may be experiencing the opposite of this too — that these energies are inviting you to connect to your divinity more and more and to be with the more practical or heavy parts of you that are resistant to doing THAT. Ultimately, love wants you to love all parts of yourself, to come into Sacred Union inside of you, which means that the human aspects of you, including what you may call the ‘ego’ wants and needs to come into that love space with you too and actually help you find your way in your body and life as it is right now.

Phew! OK, I wasn’t sure what would come out today as I started to write this, yet my heart feels you, feels these movements, and I am experiencing them in my own life as well. So many of your soul and heart gifts want to manifest in your present life, yet if there are still ways in which you haven’t been able to bring them into your daily, moment-to-moment experience of your life, then there is a process being invited forward to be with any resistance that may come up in parts of you to doing this and to begin feeling it ALL as sacred… as sacred as your beloved journeys into metaspace and just as deeply healing and nourishing.

Veils Of Amnesia Lifting W/More Access To Other Timeline/Lifetimes Integration

The veils of remembering and reliving this life traumas and other lifetimes/timelines are REALLY lifting now. As we move into the Solstice frequencies, it feels like they are amplifying even more. The continual influxes and waves of love’s light allow for the dissolving of previously necessary barriers to your conscious connection to ALL fractals and fragments from your Metasoul (Higher Self Soul Source).

That veil of amnesia has been serving its purpose to allow you to FULLY immerse your consciousness into the 3D experiment. It just would not have been possible to do so if you could connect with all the dimensional expressions of your soul. The veil was always meant to lift significantly in one of your incarnations or we could say ‘Metasoul timelines/lifetimes’. It feels like THIS timeline/lifetime is one in which many souls have chosen to have their veils lift as the opportunity to do so presents itself with the vibrational ascension from 3D to 4D to 5D consciousness in ONE lifetime/timeline.

Lifting the veil can be a very intense experience depending on how your soul has chosen to experience it. For some, it comes in when you choose ‘past life’ regression therapy sessions or shamanic journeys or other methods that access these timelines for you. Access to the ‘memory’ of these other timelines can be traumatic though as you aren’t sure how to digest what you are seeing and feeling, You can ‘fuse’ to these timeline experiences (especially the very traumatic ones) as if it IS you. Also, you may access these timelines one time and then just ‘leave’ the portal open to this timeline. The vibration of trauma hasn’t been moved and the timeline is still flooding your BEing emotionally. I see this quite a lot in sessions, especially with those souls who have done a lot of ‘past life regressions’ and shamanic journeys.

While these methods of accessing the Metasoul can be helpful, I feel that what we offer in SoulFullHeart provides a bridge to a relationship WITH the aspects that are living in these timelines in a way that provides quantum healing of them and also emotional closure/healing. It is also ultimately a self-led process with YOU moving yourself into the consciousness states that allow you to connect with these Metasoul sisters or brothers whenever you want to, whenever your heart and soul feels called to. You form a deep and meaningful relationship with them over ‘time’ and this allows for a powerful, gift exchange between you.

Through the SFH process, you can shift the timelines that these Metasoul aspects live on, collapse those that are highly traumatic, and move them out of trauma and into a higher vibrational frequency. This creates a feeling of empowerment rather than overwhelm as you may struggle to digest the intensity of karma trauma held in some of these timelines otherwise. Also, everything you experience in these timelines is related to with LOVE, not fear or resistance or needing ‘protection’ from it.

Receiving support from your SoulFullHeart Facilitator, your 5D self, and your guides, you extend compassionate love and curiosity to embrace and unify ALL of your Metasoul aspects, even those existing in fear-based timelines such as Draco, Archon, lower 4D ‘hell’ realms, etc. As you extend love to these aspects, you ‘rescue’ them from their lower vibrational frequencies and move them into love, awakening one Metasoul aspect at a time to the reality of a unified Metasoul. As your veil lifts, you also become aware of the part of you that has protected and held the veil in place. We call this aspect the ‘Gatekeeper’. This is not the same as the role of a Gatekeeper that some light workers fill. This Gatekeeper is a version of your 3D-based Protector part, yet they are more in fourth dimensional consciousness. They could also be called a ‘veil keeper’.

Usually, the Gatekeeper is VERY tired from holding the veil in place and from being conscious of ALL the traumas experienced by you in your life AND all the Metasoul timelines too. They often feel like a despairing, lonely warden who is trying to maintain a vigilant stance, yet just wants to experience love connection with the Divine again (which it disconnected from in order to ‘do its duty’. I feel that many Gatekeepers (in our def. of them) are being awakened now and are flooding the consciousness of the person that they have been guarding. It can be very confusing when this happens as the Gatekeeper energy can be INtense. From a fear-based perspective, they might be seen/experienced as demons or as negative entities ‘attacking’ you or as very unwanted frequencies of existential despair and acute separation anxiety.

If you can respond with much love and compassion to the Gatekeeper aspect of your Metasoul, then they can transmute from guard to guide. They can open up access to your Metasoul so that you can feel, remember, and heal timelines that are vibrating at a karma trauma frequency and connect with higher vibrational ones as well. I first connected with my Gatekeeper in 2008 and it has been a very rich and meaningful relationship for me that has lead to MANY of the awakenings that I have experienced to higher consciousness states. My Gatekeeper eventually ascended to a higher frequency and now I have fluid access to my Metasoul and other timeline/lifetime aspects. My Metasoul itself is the bridge and no guard is needed any longer.

Lifting of our veils is a GIFT from our Higher Self and from the Divine. It is necessary to continue your Ascension. How you relate with that gift and the lifetimes/timelines that start flooding through from it is UP to you. You can relate to it with love and so it becomes love…..creating a powerful unification of your Soul as it returns into more wholeness frequency again as a reflection of the Divine Source from which it came!

Energy Update: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma Transmutation Through Parts/Metasoul Connection

The current Ascension energies (or Divine Love energies!) are INtensely working on revealing undigested traumas that can anchor you to 3D consciousness. I’m hearing/seeing many souls who are feeling more acute anxiety, depression, heavy sadness/despair, and more in response to these energies. They are also ‘reliving’ memories of abuse from their childhoods in a visceral way.

Your emotional body is often the densest ‘body’ in terms of being anchored to 3D as so much has not been digested yet or paid attention to at the ACTUAL level of where the wounded originates…… yet rather numbed over, bypassed, analyzed, or perhaps just avoided. Your Metasoul (fractal expressions/other lifetime aspects) also has much emotional indigestion from many timelines of karma trauma playouts going on with the veil of amnesia making it very challenging to connect to and be consciously aware of this.

The transmutation of traumas from this life and from other lifetimes in the Metasoul is KEY to the ongoing Ascension process. This cannot be avoided or bypassed as your whole BEing on ALL levels (emotional, chakral, physical, mental) is being invited to ascend. That means ALL parts of you and all expressions of your soul receive and can respond to this invitation. No parts of you get left behind and the gifts of your traumas unwrapped get to ‘come along’ too.

Yet, how DO we transmute these traumas, especially when they can feel so intense and deeply ingrained? Connecting directly to the parts and Metasoul aspects that are experiencing the trauma (in the Now, there is no ‘past’ in the emotional body) is the response that we offer through our SoulFullHeart process, which I feel is one of the most direct, effective, self empowering (ultimately self led), and natural approaches to TRULY transmute traumas on a quantum level.

Trauma has its own specific vibration. It is more dissonant in tone. It is more ‘out of tune and tone’ from the harmonic ebb and flow of your 5D Self. When the trauma is deep enough, these tones form into a looping cycle of energy that we call a ‘part’. Parts have a fixated energy that is stuck in the scenes of when the traumas occurred. Even as your physical body matures and ages, these parts remain at the emotional age of these traumas. If you can feel and sense your essence like an energetic flow, then you can get how traumatizing situations would alter and disrupt that flow. The density of 3D living challenges the porous flow of emotions even more.

When traumas can be emotionally and energetically digested IN the moment that they happen, then they don’t get stuck and fixated. This digestion happens when an open-hearted person/caregiver/parent is able to feel you WHILE the trauma is happening with much love and compassion. Compassionate love moves the trauma energy out of fear and into love.

Most of us, however, didn’t have this kind of in the moment digestion happen with our caregivers as actually it was usually our caregivers who caused the traumas. This is especially true for the deeply rooted trauma caused by early childhood sexual abuse where boundaries of personal identify haven’t been established yet nor sexuality naturally expressed yet.

In our SoulFullHeart process during sessions, we as your Facilitator create a bridge with you to these traumatised parts of you and offer them much compassion, forgiveness, and healing/loving energy from and with the Divine. Parts of you respond to this love by unfreezing, unsticking, and lightening UP. The parts can then transmute from their wounded energy into their higher vibrational energy.

Your Inner Child’s shame can transmute to innocence. Your Inner Mother/Father’s anxiety can transmute to trust. Your Inner Teenager’s depression can transmute to creativity and risk taking. Your Protector’s vigilant guardedness can transmute to healthy self protection. Eventually these parts integrate into the wholeness of your 5D Self. Your Metasoul Aspects (commonly called ‘past lives’) respond in the same way to be connected with and ‘rescued’ from their intense timelines by your loving presence. They can transmute out of the stuck, collective archetypes of warrior or monk or wounded queen or wounded king and into the healthy expressions of guidance and strength, deep resonance with the Divine, and natural feminine and masculine balanced leadership. The soul gifts they have to offer you are now freed up to be in exchange with you.

In this process, you become your own healer. You are offering ALL parts of you the love and care that you most likely offer freely to others. If you serve love as a healer, then you KNOW what you can provide to others in response to their pains and struggles. This, then, is an invitation to offer that beautiful compassionate and objective witness energy to yourself and all parts of you that need you.

Every emotion offers a world of discovery as you connect with which part of you is feeling it and WHY they are feeling it. Every emotion actually elicits a curiosity response from you as you are able to separate from the experience of it in order to BE with the part of you that is feeling it.

Every emotion is your heart’s song and your response with love allows the tones to come back into tune and melodic expression again as the Infinite Love that YOU ARE.
