Divine Father Message For Today’s Solstice: Your New Day Is Dawning

There’s a strong energy today from Divine Father in many different faces. He is here to celebrate the Solstice with us while holding space too for whatever is coming up from within us to be felt and held in our hearts. Maybe you’re more in a mourning phase rather than a celebration, or maybe you’ve just come through a rebirth canal and are feeling renewed and relieved. In either case, Father is very much here to be in all of that with you and with every part of you in reaction to it.

He is offering in the moment,

“Beloved of my very being…

I know the realizations hurt. I know the celebrations can be bittersweet. I know you have lost loved ones unfairly, I know it can feel nearly impossible to believe in Love, I know it hurts sometimes to even just wake up in the morning.

I also offer, however, that no matter what you’re facing or even celebrating, you’re meant to be exactly where you are.

You may feel like a rat in a labyrinth of sorts, yet every turn you choose, you’re on your way to a new phase, a new day, a new release into something higher and better than what you’ve yet experienced. You may feel like things cannot possibly BE any better than they are, yet even this is another stop on the journey that undulates, expands, and contracts. You are always on your way somewhere. You are never abandoned. I AM here, I AM with you, I AM holding you, even when it’s hard to feel as if I could be anywhere at all.

The night ends. The new day dawns. You are not ever ending, though your current phase may be… you are always and forever on your journey, infinitely growing, infinitely finding your way, infinitely deepening in the gravitas of the love that you ARE.

With so much LOVE, so much encouragement, so much support for you to BE where you are and even who you are in this moment,

This Solstice feels as if it brings with it a poignant rebirth. The birth contractions are real and many of you have been experiencing them deeply, as have I, yet His presence is here and now, holding our hands with every new step we take.

Though His presence can be controversial because of much projection onto Him, he invites us all individually to keep letting Him in however we can. This may mean that feeling Him is more triggering than comforting for a time, yet I feel deeply that he gets why that is and holds space even for the angst that needs to be vented without judgement, only presence.

Maybe today you’ll feel His presence in the sun shining on your skin, your plants, your swimming pool. Maybe today you’ll feel His arms around your shoulders as you sob and cry out against the unfairness parts of you are feeling about life right now. Maybe today you’ll feel him cheering alongside you as you move into the dawning of your new day.

The night is not endless. The new day must dawn. And in that entire process, He is here to love you as you courageously choose to just keep going, whatever that means for you in this moment.

The Solstice As An Invitation To Divine Father Healing, Initiation, And Activation

With each gateway and portal we are being offered an invitation to be initiated. For me personally, this Solstice is a sacred masculine initiation. It is about letting in the love and guidance of the Divine Father. This relationship is one that He is in deep desire for healing and transmuting. So much of the wounded masculine has been projected unto Him, and it makes it difficult for parts of us to let His true love enter us, to activate us into new states of consciousness.

While we are in need to balance the effects of this wounded masculine upon our planet with the Divine Feminine, we are also in need to rework this relationship to Father. Our own 3D experiences with our fathers, and metasoul experiences with duty, judgment, oppression, etc. have a lasting impact in this relationship to Him.

Going into our wounding via the emotional and spiritual bodies can help to regain a more loving and open channel from and to His aching heart. He wants so much to be a part of our lives in a new way. He is helping me to move through a very difficult time in my life, as well as offering me guidance to what is possible and desirable for me as an ascending human man.

Divine Father offers us encouragement when we feel stuck, inspiration when we are lost, passion when we fall flat. He also provides us with the care, compassion, and wisdom of a tribal elder. He means a lot to each of us, both man and woman, as the counterpart to Mother’s Love.

We are in need of sacred activism, first from within and then without. We are in need of building a new world grounded in self-love overflowing into those who need it the most. We are in need of the courage to face our darkest faces and bring them into the court of compassion. This is the way of the Father. This is his new legacy in union with Mother and the feminine. We do that by choice for He comes when we invite him, when we intend, and when we feel.

Initiation Into The Sacred Masculine On Father’s Day

Today Father’s Day is happening inside of me. Today I open my heart to my inner boys. My inner child and inner teenager. The ones that didn’t get the initiation into the world of the divine masculine. This is not a knock against my 3D fathers. They did all they could do with what they were here to initiate me into. I have had my own personal healing process around what I did or didn’t receive as a growing and maturing boy. I had tears last night for what could have been.

Yet, in that moment I realized I can do that for myself. For them. I can connect to the divine masculine within via my masculine guides, metasoul brothers, and the Divine Father. Big Papa Love. He says he is here to continue my initiation. He is here to lead me to my True Man self. The one where my truth is felt and expressed in equal parts. The one where the courage to Be is as important as the courage to lead.

I am to continue this deepening quest for self-love, self-worth, and self-pride. One that heals and integrates the feminine within. It is an ongoing process of claiming Her inside of me. Of reconciling the judgments and the suppression. It is letting go of what was to let in what IS and can Be. It is falling in love with yourself so deeply that it has nowhere else to go but out. Out into the world in the service of humanity. In service of Love Itself.

In a world where masculinity has searched for answers and control, it is time to be initiated into a new vision of the ascending masculine. One in which love, peace, passion, and creativity are the leading edges of our quest while healing, and not denying, our trailing shadow edges.

From this day on, shall Father’s Day represent New Man Day. Initiation Into The Vulnerable Man Day. It is a fire walk but a sacred walk. I want us all to walk this one together…from the inside out.

Happy Father’s Day to you…the father of your inner boys.

Of Love And Limitations: Freedom Is In The Healing

There were many times in my life I just wanted to feel Free. Free to say what I wanted. Free to do what I wanted. Free to have what I wanted.

Yet I couldn’t feel this so-called “freedom”. I only felt ‘limited’. Which eventually turned into ‘imprisoned’. I turned that outward as the fault of my situational circumstances, of capitalism, the Powers That Be, and then eventually the totality of the 3rd Dimension.

Then as I turned my gaze inward I saw the warden WAS me. I was the one that created this reality that validated this imprisonment. This containment. I was choosing stasis, not death and rebirth. It’s not that I was dying, it was that parts of me were just too damn afraid to live!

There are still times I feel this lack of freedom. I know in my essence it is an illusion. A construct. A protection. A veil. It is there for a reason. A message. A place to go to heal and expand the gates a bit more.

You see, I have learned that we all have this limitation. We were gifted with it so that we could learn about ourselves. Learn about what Love can truly do. What it is capable of in the most horrendous of circumstances. That feels a bit insane to a part of me but when you experience that moment when Love finds its way into the Dark, it somehow all makes the most unimaginable sense.

It just IS. Right there waiting for us to let go of the trauma and the fear of what it means to be the Greatness Of Being Divine that we ARE. The power of love is so intense that we need this limitation so that we take it in like the most beautiful sunset ever-imagined after a very long night.

This is the process of our healing and our opening. One part, one soul aspect, one galactic being at a time.

The 4th Dimensional Grand Reorganizing

Each day our Mother Earth ship takes us perilously into the Light of the Next. It is not so much the New as we have been there before. We are There Now. It is just New to the current consciousness of our 3D conditioning and protection.

Why do I say ‘perilous’?

Because to this part of us, it is so. It is being lovingly and compassionately dismantled in order to let in all that we have been dreaming of and have known to Be outside of our 3D perspective. The reactions to this can show up in a myriad of ways from physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions.

All that this transitioning consciousness used to see as real and abiding, are coming into question and many times in very painful and confusing ways. There is a 4th Dimensional Grand Reorganizing underway and that can trigger a whole list of existential and traumatic feelings.

This is a time to love this part of you deeply. To hold space for its sacred death and rebirth process. It is not a time for fighting. It is a time for feeling. You are in transition. Be kind to yourself. Give yourself all the love and support you can find both within and from others that are on and have been on the same journey. Resonance is the life blood of the new family bond.

A Letter To The Third Dimension: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (May 27, 2019)

3D or the “Third Dimension” tends to be given a lot of blame and criticism, especially by those who are aware of Ascension and are making their way through their Ascension journeys out of 3D consciousness. As souls we have all experienced much pain as we’ve lived in this dimension and many veils have been placed over us until it was time to awaken, yet too, there have been gifts offered by the 3D ‘Matrix’ including the growth that it has been a part of individually and collectively for all of us. Featured this week is a piece by Gabriel Solais where he offers appreciation to 3D for what it has held, its pleasures and lessons, and the gifts and the challenges of having lived in it:

The Deep Human Fear Of Intimacy

One of the deepest fears of humanity seems to be intimacy. Relationships that deepen. These relationships are not just romantic either, though that is one of the most challenging grounds in which to work this fear. This also includes beloved friends, colleagues, the Divine… and yourself.

How intimate are you with yourself or parts of you? How intimate do you feel you are with the Divine and with others around you?

3D conditioning has created a block, a defense against intimacy. It reminds our soul too much of Oneness and our decision to separate in order to experience life here and learn through it, grow because of it, and rejoin into Oneness when it’s time to do so. It brings us back to the love we once trusted that somehow 3D life has taught us either doesn’t exist or it takes too much work to earn it.

To be intimate, starting with ourselves, is our birthright and the journey we came here to inhabit. It is the wellspring of Self Love which overflows the love that then is shared with others.

To be intimate also means being vulnerable. Being vulnerable is also scary for parts of you because of your conditioning that it somehow isn’t ok to not be ok.

And… to be vulnerable means to make space to feel and share love. It doesn’t just mean sharing your pain, it means sharing your tears of joy too, your celebration of others and yourself, your gratitude for the Divine and Its ever-loving support.

To be truly intimate with Self and others really offers us all a deepening journey of feeling every line of defense within and every case made by parts of us to keep guarding those defenses and keep them in place. To actually go inward and feel the fears is the deepest gift to offer these parts as they trust your space-holding more. They and you begin to feel naked to your own truths and bake in these opportunities for rebirth.

To begin to open your heart again after all you’ve walked out in THIS life let alone other lives, is no small feat and uncovers no small fears along the way. Yet with every tear of pain or joy or relief or anguish undoes the lock to another layer of who you’ve been and had to be until now and who parts of you have had to become in order to preserve the precious depths within you and within themselves too.

Making Space For Healing Instead Of ‘Figuring It Out’

Intentions for your healing arise, often with a target or specific goal in mind, something that has been painful for a long time that parts of you so wish they could unseat and heal FINALLY. It could be something in your physical body, or a certain trigger in your emotional body, or depression, anxiety, or any sort of trauma.

I have a personal desire list or even ‘wish list’ you could say, that parts of me are attached to moving on from and deeply healing. Or rather, I feel how my Inner Masculine especially has this list that he’s holding, sometimes saying,

“OK, THAT came up again today… what is THAT reaction about and how do we get underneath it finally?”

It becomes a mining effort, a drill-down, instead of a gradual staircase that you can’t take all at once.

Does that feel familiar? 🙂

It’s so important to breathe. It’s so important to connect in with Divine love and support during these times when it feels like your healing process is more about intense effort and mental ‘figuring it out’ than about BEing with what’s coming up, even the turmoil of that part of you that wants the healing to just be done now. Why does this part of you want to just get there by now? Is there a fear that comes up about the consequences of not being there yet?

The journey of healing CAN be beautiful though it has to also be messy in moments. Often parts of you probably wish they could avoid the messes altogether… the reflections from life, from relationships, from your spiritual path and process, that don’t always feel good and are often super humbling. I have moved through so much over the years because of taking in reflections and plugging into Divine love and support in deeper and deeper ways and the journey ever continues, as does the deeper healing of the fears of life’s messes and the need sometimes to descend and feel the shadow in order to continue ascending.

The layers of healing that we all experience are worth the intensity of the deep-dive within. Every time you come back up to the surface, the air is purer and sweeter. And just when you think it can’t get any better… it does.

Trusting the journey IS actually the journey in many ways, at the end of the day. And with each step, you’re saying ‘yes’ to revealing the next layer that needs your love, that needs to remember Divine love, that you ARE love, AND… that none of this can come overnight but is actually more like watching a flower grow, unfold, and bloom. And that flower is You. ❤️

Give Yourself A Mu Day

Yesterday I went out to a beautiful place in Victoria called Mt. Douglas where I could tap back into the tree codes and Lemurian energies that overlay and undergird this geography.

There are times when it is just so important to reconnect both with and out in nature. I was calling it Me time yesterday but then I felt the phrase ‘Mu time’ come up while I was out. And that it was.

Smelling, listening, sensing, feeling, and letting in all the majestic energy of Mu and her delicious and loving container. Felt like going to a well for a part of me and filling back up as well as realigning and integrating.

I recorded a brief message and light language transmission to ground the energy inside of me and share it with you in overflow. I hope that you too are able to find your Mu time whether it happens outside or inside. We can connect at any time and place but it does help when we can be in nature.
